Purchased my first real nice car from them. Not a perfect deal, but a deal. A month later they hassle free replaced the tires on the vehicle. It was the right thing for them to do and they made a repeat customer out of me. I am looking forward to doing more business with the local Ford dealership

My purchase of a Ford Explorer at Balise Ford from Susan Murphy was a real pleasure! At no time did I feel pressured or rushed into buying a vehicle. I took my time, in fact I believe I was there for an hour and a half on the day I decided on the Explorer! Susan explained every aspect of the vehicle in great detail. That kind of service didn't end as a I drove away from the dealership. She told me to call or stop by any time with concerns or questions I might have. And I have, with great results! My interactions with other staff at Balise including the Finance Department were all positive and highly professional. Many thanks!

Today I had my third service appointment at Balise Ford. I have a Lincoln that can be serviced at a Ford dealer. One all visits I have been greeted with friendly, professional service advisors. They are great and appear caring. The know their stuff and are diplomatic even when delivering bad news. The technicians are highly trained and get the job done in record time. I have saved the best for last. This dealership is head and shoulders above their competition in honesty. On at least one occasion they have surprised me with a bill for less than expected or estimated. This is the place to get that Ford product serviced.

I went to the dealership looking to get out of a lease. I found the sales people very knowledgeable and courteous. There were some logistical issues locating the vehicle that I wanted with the options that I wanted. The sales staff went above and beyond in making sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from this dealership and I have yet to have a negative experience with them. There were challenges in getting what I wanted but the dealership and the staff really went out of their way to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted. A very positive experience. I am sure I will be back again.

I bumped into a friend and we got talking about getting a lease deal on a brand-new Ford Explorer XLT. He told me I had to visit Balise because they have a great staff and would seal my deal according to my terms and options. He was right! When I brought the Balise deal to the attention of 3 other dealerships I was working with, they went silent because THEY COULDN'T BEAT THE DEAL!! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and my sales associate, Wayne Kendrick. It was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Wayne was friendly, informative and gently persuasive. I never felt pressured and like I had been hussled into deal that wasn't good for me. My first contact was Kenia Rodrigues at Ford. She was soooooo helpful, and friendly. She not only answered all of my questions but also made me feel comfortable from the start. Once I physically arrived at Ford, I was greeted by a gentleman named Gary Aboutian. I explained my entire situation with him, including my conversation with Kenia. He immediately sat me down to discuss the vehicle I had in mind. It turned out that the vehicle I originally inquired about was no longer available, so I decided to start the process to see if I could be approved for a car loan and for how much. Gary was extremely patient and attentive to all my needs AND my wants. This is my first major car purchase with a payment in my life and very big decision. I want to thank both Kenia and Gary for calming my anxiety and making my first major loan purchase a breeze. I would recommend Gary to anyone in my family, not because he was so kind and patient but because he was also honest and real with me, and that's rare when dealing with any kind of sales person.

I did my research, knew what I wanted and called ahead and had three different Ford 150 trucks brought to the front of the dealership. Gary Aboutian met me in the lot and explained the differences between the trucks. I chose a one of the trucks. Gene did the paperwork. I wrote a check and all was complete. The Balise Ford Dealership Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have owned/bought seven new Ford pickup trucks over the years. The Sales person, Chris Norton was more than patient and went for three test rides in a F350, F250 and F150 before I finally settled on the F150. He was by far the most knowledgeable small truck (pickup) sales person I have deal with. We finally settled on the price and I drove out with a nice new pickup. I did my research and found the exact Focus I wanted prior to coming in, but Balise's staff still took care of any questions that came up and presented me with options that best fit my goals. When I walked in, I was personally greeted by Damon, the general manager, who encouraged me to take my chosen car for a quick test drive before anything else. I worked with sales rep Wayne Kendrick, who claimed to be a new hire, but his depth of experience and level of courtesy made that hard to believe. He ensured I knew that I loved what I was looking at and introduced me to the finance agent only after giving me his personal contact information, just in case I wanted to take any time and think it over for a bit. For the final step, Drew in finance answered any and all questions I had about service plans, delivery methods, and advised me on how to stick in my budget for monthly payments. I can't praise enough. The facility was clean, the employees were welcoming, and I walked away with the Ford I was looking for, at a better price than what I walked in expecting. Would make another deal in a heartbeat.

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Balise Ford. The first sales person I worked with was no longer there, but Gary introduced himself and I had a great time working with him. The new (at least since I was there) manager introduced himself (Damon) and asked if Gary was treating me okay, if there was anything he could get me. Gary was very knowledgeable and professional and worked hard to find me a vehicle that I could afford. I'm thrilled.

After giving him a summary, he showed me a few floor models, discussed cost, and was very pleasent. We soon decided on a Ford focus to lease, and the rest is history. The salesmen Matt "Cowboy" was friendly and great help and also knowledgeable. We weren't shopping, but rather had already found the exact vehicle we wanted and went to buy it. The Finance Manager had a bit of an unfriendly attitude but only dealt with him for mere minutes. All in all a great experience and would definitely buy from this dealership again as long as they have the vehicle I want.

I would like to share my story of how Ballise Ford in Hyannis, Massachusetts went above and beyond the call of duty. My brother-in-law and I rented a Ford Edge from Budget Rental in Cleveland. We were going on vacation to Cape Cod. After driving him to pick up the car from Budget, I followed him and noticed that the front head light was out. It was about 10 hours to Hyannis, so we decided to check the car out when we got to our destination. We took the car in the next morning to Ballise Ford in Hyannis. Obviously, we had no appointment. Jim in the service department greeted us and signed us in for service. They were booked solid and he said without an appointment, it could take several hours. We said we were on vacation and was there any way he could expedite things. He then asked his boss Mike to come and explain how they would do their best to accommodate us. We saw the car being examined about 1/2 hour later. In a little over an hour we were told the car was ready.Without question, I think the Ballise Ford dealership in Hyannis is the best customer-orientated car dealership I have been associated with. And I am 78 years old. Thank you once again for outstanding service.

I recently went to Balise Ford to search new Explorers. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Rich Trieber welcomed me without the "salesly" attitude, which is something I was truly appreciative of, and we began touring the lot. The inventory wasn't stacked but that didn't prohibit us in the least. Rich went above and beyond to find me the explorer I wanted. He worked his magic to get the car from another ford dealership. It was transported and delivered in a timely manner. It was a no-hassle process from start to finish. This crew is extremely knowledgeable and fair. I look forward to continuing this relationship and servicing my new explorer with Balise!

Last week, a day after a blizzard shut down most of Cape Cod, I needed emergency work done on my Mercury Mariner hybrid. Jim Blandino at the desk and the mechanic found the problem and in less than 2 hours I was on the road for a 600 mile round trip to NYC. A week later I kept my scheduled appointment for oil change and 88,000 mile check-up. Jim called me to say my brakes were in need of repair and it would take about an hour and a half to complete to work. In less than an hour Jim called to say the work was done and he was filling in a rebate form that Ford had a available during this particular time period. So pleased have I been with their service, that I replaced my 2000 Nissan Maxima with a 2014 Ford Focus From sales to service, Balise personnel are polite, knowledgeable, prompt and honest.

Jim, Tom, both have made empty promises, pumped up costs, created lost time on our rigs whilst lollygagging about. No accountability, no respect for us customers, not a care in the world. I have been shopping for a new auto, and I visited Balise Ford in Hyannis. I met Bob Childs, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and down-to-earth. Bob was sincerely interested and respectful of MY needs regarding my needs for a car and my budget. I appreciated the fact that he did not try to up-sell me into a car I could not afford or wasn't considering. Bob then introduced me to Richie Trieber, and I quickly realized there was none of that "Let me go talk to my manager" - (behind closed doors) stuff. Bob, Richie and I all discussed my financing and goals together, and I really appreciated being involved every step of the way. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus SE, and I am very happy with the friendly, knowledgeable customer service I received. Thank you Bob Childs and Richie Trieber!

Traded in my Range Rover and love the 2014 Explorer. It blew me away parking itself! This is not a $100,000 Mercedes but I wouldn't trade it for one. I tried to buy a 2015 Expedition from Balise, my local dealer. Not only did my sales contact not return my call when I left him a message, but the person who did wait on me when I showed up to buy a car, after trying to get an "Internet price" was clueless and tried to show me a 2014 version, not knowing that I wanted a 2015. Awful sales training. This is the second time I've tried to support my local dealership but it is the absolute last time I will do anything with them other than service.Don't waste your time trying to buy a car from these people

I went into the Ford Dealership in Hyannis to have a my Mustang Serviced. Every staff person was wonderful. I ended up trading in the Mustang and a Sonata that I owned and bought a beautiful Ford Fiesta! Bob Childs was the salesman I worked with and he is the nicest, professional, and knowledge sales associate I have ever worked with. Although I had brought my car in for just service and had a flyer to go look at Hyundai. I really couldn't leave the Ford/Mercury family. I often browse the lot while waiting for my car too be finished at Balisse Ford in Hyannis, where they have always done an excellent and honest job for me. I spoke with Caleb who was very helpful and understanding about my concerns in purchasing a car, we've had SUV's for the last 8+ years both my husband and son are over 6 feet tall. I wanted to improve my gas mileage and lower my payment. We managed to accommodate all 3, I now have a used mercury milan with low mileage, a certified pre-owned giving me piece of mind with lots of extras too. My only wish is that if you call me to reschedule my appointment to close the deal to an earlier time than I requested please be ready not have me wait over an hour for you.

Each time I entered the service department, I was greeted with the utmost courtesy and respect in the most friendly way possible. Every effort was made to evaluate my problem and offer a solution. A.J. Hapenny did his utmost to find the best possible solution. He researched to make sure that my service could be completed under my service warranty. Initially inquired about new 2014 Ford Edge via online and immediately received a call from Fred. I subsequently visited the dealership in a few days and asked for Fred who was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to lease and handled the return of my 2011 Ford Edge and the processing of my new 2014 Ford Edge and actually left with my new vehicle on the same day. I bought a new Ford Mustang for retirement in September of 2011 and planned extensive travel. I have a very old truck so I covered the car in the winter to avoid any damage to the Mustang and drove the truck in the snow. Now it is October 2013 and there are only 11,000 miles on the Mustang because I didn't dare take it cross country. The doors fill with water; the windows are stained and can't be cleaned; and it is being painted tomorrow, at my expense, because it is rusty and Balise Ford of Hyannis MA won't honor any aspect of the warranty. Everyone at the dealership is programmed to say that the warranty is not being honored because of environmental reasons. I was told that my warranty was voided because I have trees on my property and because of acid rain--( that doesn't affect my 17 year old Toyota truck parked in the same driveway). The dealership was fine until I said I had warranty issues. I figured there was something they didn't like about me until I read the other reviews relating terrible treatment of customers at that dealership. My last attempt to reason with the dealership in August 2013 was met with the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I really can't believe they are in business!

Kevin in sales was amazing, he did everything in his power to make sure I got the car that I wanted with the price that worked for me.Dave in financing made the paper work quick and easy.Sean one of the managers checked in to make sure my daughter and I were happy and comfortable while Kevin and Dave where getting my car ready to go.My daughter loved playing in the ship while we waiting!After only a couple of hours I drove out with my 2010 ford edge a very happy customer! I would avoid using this Ford dealership for service! The Balise Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services for two service messages and a related symptom. Colonial Ford in Plymouth did the diagnostics and the repair (ABS sensor ring) a few days later for $250. The Hyannis dealership estimated more than six hours for the job. The Plymouth dealership did the job so fast I also had them to other routine service work and I was out of there in three hours. After going to the Hyannis Ford dealership three times -- and never getting service due to time delays -- this was the final straw. It is infuriating to deal with people who do not respect your time ... and treat you as a open checkbook.

Run, don't just walk away from this dealership! I have a 2005 Ford Freestar van that went into the dealership with less than 38,000 1 owner miles. They diagnosed a transmission problem. Due to the Ford extended warranty they had to keep trying to repair than replace as it would be the cheaper way to go for Ford Extended Warranty. They had to remove and replace the transmission 9 times in attempts to repair. When nothing worked a Ford certified rebuilt transmission was installed. They had the van for over 2 full months. Less than 7,000 miles later the transmission was doing the same thing. Back it goes to Balise. I called Ford Corporate Executive office and they got involved. My 71 year old Mother and I were sitting in General Manager, Mark Caliri's office when he said to both us of "the good news is we found NO WATER in the transmission which would void the 3 year warranty so this transmission replacement will be FULLY COVERED! Just a few days later, Karen Jones from Ford Executive Office called and asked what I wanted to do for repairs saying the there was water found in the transmission from a leak in the radiator that voids the warranty and I would be responsible for the entire repair of over $5,000.00. Ms. Jones did a conference call with myself and General Manager Mark Caliri. During this phone call Mr. Caliri lied and told Ms. Jones that he never said that and that the conversation never occurred. Ms. Jones said that under the circumstances that Ford would cover 50% of the repair. Mr. Caliri told me to call him when Ms. Jones and I were finished talking. Ms. Jones said to call him as the dealership in good faith was most likely going to absorb part of the expense as well. I called Mr. Caliri and the first thing he said was, "well I guess we both failed to tell the truth on that phone call", to which I told him that I was honest and he was the only one that failed to tell the truth. At no time did Balise ever offer to do anything in this situation. Ms. Jones felt bad due to the way I was treated and upped Ford's offer to cover 55% of the repair. I feel that with the transmission being removed and replaced so many times that it weakened or broke the line that runs from the radiator to the transmission and that it is 100% Balise's fault for this huge out of pocket expense to me. Then 5,000 later something is wrong, possibly related? Back to Balise. This time it is the sensor to the anti lock braking system that is bad and needs to be replaced, it had visible damage. Another $2,000.00 repair with less than 45,000 miles on the vehicle. The part was going to take several days to come in. I prepaid for the part and picked up the vehicle. When the part was in they called and said it would be a 4 hour repair. Took the vehicle back and got a ride home from their shuttle. 3 days later on a 4 hour repair I was calling trying to get my vehicle back. No one would answer their phones. I then called the main number and was talking to the operator, she was trying to locate someone. She could most likely tell I was upset and stressed and had a very flip monotone sound that just kept saying "nope they are not at their desk either". I then said "well I will call corporate, I bet they will find someone at their desk immediately". With that, she laugh at me out loud over the phone! Knowing I had Ms. Jones's phone number at corporate I said to the operator "you don't know who you are f#$*ing with" and hung up. An hour later Mr Caliri called me and was obviously upset, he told me I am never to swear at one of their employees, I told him that she laugh and was being rude. He kept trying to antagonize me on the phone. I stayed polite and kept saying that I understand. He got so upset he told me that Chatham Ford is closer to my home than Balise and for me to take my vehicle their from now on. I said OK. He then got irate and said you are not welcome here anymore, you are not allowed in this dealership ever again, we don't want you or your business, stay away, we do not want you on our property, he then hung up. Not that I would ever go back there before the phone call, but the vehicle still is not fixed correctly due to their poor service. I also asked the dealership owner, Mike Balise to call me by phone as I would like to discuss the matter with him, and for him not to have Mr. Caliri call as he is a pathological liar. That was about 6 months ago and I have never heard from Mr. Balise. That is how much Balise cares about their customers.

Let me say upfront - Peter Greg was the best salesman you could ever have. He was a pleasure to work with and we are glad my wife and I have gotten to know Peter. He really is the best. BUT ... you get past the salesman and the business department is clueless. First when we went to purchase the car (a cash deal,) they had drawn up the sales invoice all wrong. Wrong numbers, wrong totals ... so you sit and sit and sit...waiting.Then, we transfered our existing registration to the new car. We had our title and registration all prepared for them. To make a very long story short, it took them three tries, over a week, to get the registration right. Meantime our 7 day grace period had run out so we were driving an unregistered vehicle due to Balise incompetance.Additionally they lost the registration we had given them (it was in the copier!) we received an email for a service appointment two weeks after our purchase... this was a mistake, new cars don't need to be serviced within two weeks. They called asking us for the title to our trade in ... as I mentioned ours was a cash deal we had no trade in, and finally the three years of free SYNC MY RIDE (Microsoft) apparently had expired. Balise agreed to pay the sixty dollars for one year... no offer of covering the three years which is what we were told when we signed the contract to buy the car.So needless to say, we hope Peter Greg gets out of there and finds a dealership that knows what its doing. As for my wife and I , we would NEVER go back to Balise Ford... EVER!!!!John Geiger

As a general rule, I never take a vehicle to a dealer for repair, but when my husband's truck broke down nearby, we were forced to have it towed to Balise. They certainly confirmed all my negative opinions about dealership service! They didn't return our calls for two days, so my husband finally had to go in himself to demand to know what was going on. After almost $1,000 worth of repairs, we took our truck home and had trouble starting it the next day. We brought it back and they said they'd run a free diagnostic. Again, no return call until the next evening. When my husband went to pick it up again, they tried to charge him over $100 for the fix, even though they never called to tell us what was wrong or confirm we wanted them to do the work. I can't believe how horrible this experience was and we will never return.

I'm writing this review because I literally wasted 3-days visiting the dealer and about $1600 taking 2 vacation days. I also drove 2-hours roundtrip (with kids). The first time we visited, we could not figure out how to get into the dealership. It's under contruction and there was not an entrance sign (they have since hung up a vinyl sign). Upon entering, it felt like ghost town. My wife and kids stood up while I talked with the salesman. Finally, "I" walked them to the waiting area - where an employee was sitting watching football with the lights out. They never offered to turn the tv for 2-young kids and it felt like we were intruding. The next visit, I was told my credit was borderline bad. The third visit, I discovered what appeared to be something wrong with the vehicle (or according to them "normal") but far from it in my opinion. I was told that was all they could do. They didn't offer to make a deal on another car. I wish that I had a better experience or someone at least followed up (in management). The sales rep called and apologized - I appreciate his personal follow up,

I went to a local Ford dealer looking for an F-150 that I liked, but they didn't have any. They found one that fit my criteria but they did not own it. I am eligible for X-plan pricing, but they said they couldn't honor X-plan with a truck they didn't own. I did some searching and I found that Balise Ford in Cape Cod was the actual owner of the truck, so I called them and explained the situation. The salesman on the phone said that they would "easily" be able to beat the other dealers price on the truck and meet or beat the offer for the trade in since they were the ones who owned the truck and didn't have to pay any overhead. I drove 2 hours to get to the dealership since it was quite a ways away. They had just moved to a new building and were in the process of remodeling, so they only had some of their inventory at the new building. The truck I was looking for was at their old lot. I was surprised that with them knowing I was coming to look at a specific vehicle, they didn't have it at their new lot ready to be shown. Since we were going to have to wait for them to go get it from their other lot, I asked that they take a look at my car and get the trade in value while we waited. It took a while before I was able to sit down with someone and go over the trade in information. About a hour later, after all of the info was taken, they still had not sent someone to go get the truck! So, we had to sit and wait some more for the truck to get their. When it finally showed up, it was dirty and it looked like an employee was using it as their personal truck. The floors were full of dirt, the outside was messy, and it had almost 300 miles on it. The salesman sat down with us and showed us their asking price on the truck and their offer on our trade in... They wanted $51 more for the truck than the other dealership and offered $3000 less for our trade in. I couldn't believe it, I showed them the numbers from the other dealership and reminded them that they said how easy it would be for them to beat the pricing on the truck and meet or beat the offer on the trade in. The salesman went and spoke with the manager and came back with a sheet that had the exact same pricing on it and a breakdown of how it all added up. They didn't even bother changing their offer, just tried to justify why it was worse. What kind of attempt to sell is that? I was extremely disappointed in Balise ford because I thought for sure I was going to be buying a new truck that day. When I originally spoke with the salesman on the phone, he made it sound as though the process was going to be easy and relatively a sure thing. I told him what our trade in was and he said how people loved those cars and paid good money for them. I've spoken to several dealers over the phone since and they have all taken my information over the phone to give me an accurate estimate on what they would offer, which is what Balise should have done with me. Instead, I wasted 4 hours driving round trip and another couple hours at the dealership itself, all for nothing. This was a bad experience over all, and the only good thing to come out of it was the realization that I have a good dealership so close by and that I don't need to go elsewhere, especially not Balise.

Balise Ford has consistently provided excellent service for our Ford vehicles which include a Freestar and an Escape. Previously we serviced our Windstar there. We are from Pennsylvania and use Balise for all service and repairs whenever needed while we are in Falmouth. They have consistently provided repairs and service as promised and courtesy shuttle or facilitated a rental as needed. Service personnel such as Tom and the quality work of the mechanics has given us the confidence that it is worth the ride from Falmouth to get the work done at Balise in Hayannis.

Stay away from these guys. The place is a tip and falling apart at the seams. Got complete run around selling my car through AutoTader Program they offer. Very unprofessional and manager was extremely condescending. I would never set foot in the dealership again. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get ripped off.

My wife's previous car did not live up to what her dealer had told her and we thought we'd be stuck with it for years. We were referred by a friend to talk to Dean at Balise whom made it his personal mission to get the car my wife hoped for from the other dealer, and stay within our budget. His attention to detail and follow through even after we drove off the lot made for a very comforting experience.

I was looking to trade in my old truck for a new more economical car, and it was a fantastic experience. They have all of their information online easy to research and find. They price their vehicles honestly, without any hidden disclaimers about money down or anything, price is as it says. When you get to the dealer, the staff uses patient no pressure sales tactics with no fake back and forth. Coby was friendly and reliable, he helped us get everything we needed together (I was fairly unprepared). Ali was super friendly and helped me get financing at a great rate. I will go back in the future when I am looking for another car.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Balise Ford of Cape Cod. They helped us pick out a nice used car that was perfect for our family. See we came there to trade our old car in because it was too small for our family,when we arrived at this dealership they greeted our family right away. We felt so welcomed, They even blew up balloons or our children which made them very happy. First alley had Jason helped us by showing us some reasonable used cars that fit our buget, and had alot of room for our family. The prices were great and the quality of the cars they have are so excellent that it made it hard to choose one. But at the end of the day we did and it was a good one, then Dean Shores the GM took care of all of my paper work and found a bank that would work with me to get our car financed for a good rate. Dean made sure that I knew everthing what was going on with the loan, and made sure that our family was satified with what we had purchased. I would like to say thank you to Dean, Alley, and Jason for going above and beyond our expectations, words can never express how much our family appreciate what you've done for our family. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Balise Ford. Charlie Taft is no nonsense. There is none of that going back and forth to the Manager technique, as well as absolutely no pressure. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my lifetime, and most of my purchases have been with different dealers. I've never received treatment from a dealer good enough to bring me back. However, I've changed my tune after my recent 2008 Mercury Mountaineer purchase. I mostly worked with Ali McLaughlin, who took the time to sit and listen to what I was looking for exactly. She showed me four different vehicles and gave me time to make the best decision. I was leaning toward the mountaineer, but told her I was on a strict budget and could only put so much down. Instead of trying to work me over, she spent her energy pressing the bank and her manager to make the deal work. In the end, she got to within $11 of my target payment (with help from her finance guru Adam Jones). I had no problem going $11 over my budget because I really felt these two were working hard for me. The paperwork went very smooth, which I can't say for many other car dealers. The icing on the cake was Ali driving to my workplace to drop off my registration and floor mats. I cannot remember the last time I wrote a review or took a survey such as this one, but with the time Ali and Adam invested, I feel they deserve the time it took to write this. Best automobile buying experience I've ever had. I told Ali and Adam that they'd always have a job at my company if they wanted to try something new. So Mr. Balise, take good care of these two because they could take your company to the next level some day.

After narrowing down what I wanted in a new car 2010 Fusion and visiting 4 other dealerships I ended up at Balise Ford. Not only did they beat and match pricing, I eneded up with a better deal, better service, no BS running back and forth for pricing. Townsend was excellent to deal with, I felt he worked in my favor and to show for it I ended up with a sel fusion all options and a great trade on my nissan that had 173,000 miles on it. I bought my 04 dodge ram off myles. The truck has been great and the one issue I had was taken care of promptly. The steering collum was broken I was going on vacation and they put me in a rental to make sure there were no other issues in the future, I would recomend balise to anyone

Balise-Ford of Cape Cod lists there used cars promplty on the web. They were the only dealer on the Cape that had the car I wanted, Scion xB(chosen per consumer car guide). I was shopping with my family Myles was our salesman he is friendly, easy to work with, and genuine. Most of all not pushy at all. Getting financed was smooth and they are willing to work with you. I'm in sales and I hate buying cars. My salesperson, Davis, was incredibly helpful. He LISTENED to what I was looking for in a car and did not try to put me in a car that was more car than I needed. I just got the feeling that he was "on my side". I cancelled my appointment to test drive a new Camry and have never looked back. I dorve my ne Fusion home that night. I would recommend Balise and, more importantly, Davis, to anyone looking to buy a car.

I chose to rate Ford of Hyannis because the service that i reaceived was wounderful. I brought my old car is to be fixed and in doing that i started talking to "Davis" and mentoned that if ithis car can't be fixed or will cost to much i was getting a new car. I bought my Ford Mustang from Myles Chicot, At BALISE of Cape Cod in Hyannis Ma. He answered every one of my questions and I had a lot of Questions, I would highly recommend Myles and BALISE to anyone. Every time I stop by all the guys are very friendly, and all say here comes Mustang Connie. I Am a woman in my sixties, and they all make me feel like I am in my twentys and so does my Mustang. They are a fine bunch of gentlemen that greet you at the door. When it is time for me to trade my car I will be going back to Myles Chilcot hopefully he will still be there. Thank You Connie Stinson

Came in for a last minute oil change I needed for my boss' vehicle and they were able to fit me in without an appointment. Even though it is a Ford Dealership, they had no problems working on my boss' Lexus SUV. After driving it to to Boston from the Cape the next day, I realized it needed an alignment as it would wobble and veer to the left when over 50 MPH. I used the mobile website and was able to book an appointment with a couple clicks. They got me right in the next day and even gave me a shuttle to the mall. After 30 minutes I got a call to let me know a rotate and balance was recommended as the tires were wearing in the front. I think it took 1.5 hr total and they had me in and out! Can't say thanks enough. Will be back for more service here. Great location and prices!
