Went in for a service and the woman at the service desk (Kelly employee #8516) was just so nasty from start to finish! We were promised a rental in order to get back to work but upon arrival, she stated that she didn’t have anything available, but there are ways to deal with ppl and that was not it. People really need to be better trained on how to execute appropriate customer service because her attitude was disgusting. Like you aren’t talking to stray dogs, talk to us as human beings and paying customers.

Back story, on Wednesday we were scheduled to pickup a rental trailer for a camping trip. We were leaving Thursday morning for a six hour ride to our camp site. Monday morning of the same week, our 2016 Honda Pilot has a check engine light on with an emission system failure message. We make an appointment at balise for Tuesday morning to have the vehicle looked at. We get notified that the vehicle will need parts replaced under a Honda extended warranty and parts might be in by Wednesday morning, allowing the vehicle to be ready by latest Wednesday afternoon. During each phase of the process, our service advisor, Colleen kept us informed and understood the urgency that we faced due to our impending plans. The vehicle was finished early early Wednesday around noon and we were able to pickup our vehicle then trailer and go on our trip the following day. The professionalism and quick service provided by Balise, especially Colleen and technicians/mechanics, was exceptional to say the least. We have received service at Balise and our experience with their service department has always been fantastic to say the least.

I walked in the door of this establishment, and got a flash back of a few months ago. I brought my car in for a diagnostic because my passenger window was non responsive/not go down. They reported that I needed a window regulator ( labor and parts would have been $1000ish). So I got my own off the market regulator, and that was not the issue. As it turned out- MY REGULATOR WORKED JUST FINE. I actually needed a control panel /switch control, located on the driver side. Today I walked in and all the feeling of uncertainties and misplaced confidence came flooding thru my mind. I AM GETTING ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS for a different problem, and I pray it is better that that last process.

I bought my car here in 2019 with Kim and had a pleasant experience. I recommended my friend to here and we went here together to buy his car 2 weeks ago. Miguel was awesome to work with in the sales department as was Jack in Finance. Katie in Service was also great, needed a transmission replacement and I did bring it elsewhere but they diagnosed everything that was wrong with my vehicle and did not lie to try and get money out of me like Lia Honda does.

I am writing this in Disappointment of how the possible Car sale ended. I did not feel I was being overly demanding on the requests that I had ask--- 1 - Did not want any Stickers on the vehicle and I wanted to know the build date of vehicle- ( is it a early 16 or late 16). And wanting to get it a certain date isn't out of the normal either and few other requests.. However I found out the true colors and REAL reason that Larry Bass GM had to backed out of sale- - And tried to place the blame on myself -THE CUSTOMER., There wasn't a deal in place like you said there was and reason why you wanted me to come in was to tell me that --was to ask for more money. After I left your Dealership, I went to Curry Honda in Chicopee and they accepted me with open arms-- and when I mentioned my request they had no issues in meeting them. And when spoke to the Finance / Business Manager even before we worked out the details -- SHOWED me what you had promised didn't exist and wasn't going to happen-- Hence you ending the sale- Because he told me any place you had a deal with that place had to offer them same deal with them . They are Curry Honda worked extremely HARD to get to where I needed to be - AND DID.and hatt was HUGE. In ending I just have to say this I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Balise Dealerships again- After in the past I PURCHASED 6 other vehicles from different Balise dealerships. And I even told my Aunt who purchase 2 vehicles from Balise Honda not to go thru and buy another vehicle if she was to in the future from you base on how I was treated and let down.

I brought my car (walk in) to get serviced for one brakelight. I brought it in on a Saturday before 4:00 pm. The dealer closes on Saturday's at 6:00 pm. The dealer was empty when I brought my car in. The woman attending me did not ask for any information: name, call back number, etc. Due to her poor customer service and lack of communication....it is now Sunday, the dealer is closed and I am still with out a car. I absolutely did not expect to be with out my car...for a whole weekend...just for one brakelight. I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service and for a single, little brakelight. Like seriously??? Get it together Balise!

Just want to put out there what happened to me on Saturday July 16th after receiving a letter from Larry Bass the general manager at Balise Honda. This is the exact wording in on paragraph of letter."On Saturday, You may receive an additional $7,382 more than the estimated Trade in value for your CRV".They offered two thousand dollars less than KBB and the vehicle is in great shape with only 17,000 Miles.Next paragraph! Wife name, because we need your vehicle IMMEDIATELY, I'm writing to offer you the new Honda of your choice at our discount - Which is substantially lower than the retail selling price.The offer on the new vehicle was full sticker price!So I'm spreading the word as much as I can about this because I think everyone's time is valuable and this was a complete waste of time. I will never buy a car there and we will now have our oil changes and general maintenance done elsewhere. I'm just putting this out there so you can judge on your own if is the type of place you want to do business with.

On February 16 I had a dead battery the forecasted weather -6 degrees below in Springfield. I called the customer service number and was received with a courteous and understanding voice. I was able to bring my car in (after recharged by AAA). I have been a customer of Balise for over 20 year and 6 cars (all Hondas - from Miguel) later I am still raving about Balise Honda. A few years ago thing got a little lax but I am happy to say it appears you are back on the ball! - Great Customer Service (with a smile).I was very impressed by Colleen's greetings, knowledge of the work to be done, time and other details that matters most to me. She has a pleasant personality, politically correct friendly and personable. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to meet her. I also believe the repair technicians did a wonderful job- Kudos to them! Thank you Balise Honda Service.

Brought my 2012 CR-V in for service and was slightly early for my appointment. Was taken in right away and greeted by a very friendly service rep. (Don't remember his name) Explained to him whatI wanted done and about a slight problem I had had the last time in for service. He checked it rightaway and made sure it was fixed .(rear window wiper not installed properly) Waited less than hour forall work to be done. Never have had any trouble with Balise Honda or Balise Lexus

I had 3 recalls on my car. I called and they gave me a quick appointment. They also gave me a lender for the day. When I picked up my car I notice by the documents that I received pertaining to the work they did on my car that not only they completed all three recalls but they completed an entire inspection of my car to ensure everything was good and the transmission was running well. i bought a 2013 CRV in early august, the first week i had it had a hesitation. i took back to the dealer they could not find anything wrong. i have take it back three more times and they make do what i'm saying it's doing. they checked with Honda they said they have no fix for problem.Balise is trying to fix the problem but they can't make it do what i'm complaining about. hopefully it will happen all the time then they will find problem.

Had a scheduled appointment, took 1.5+hrs for a standard oil/rotate tires. Neither service advisers could determine cost. Looked at previous invoice and the labor went from 5.00 to 17.95, yet the price of oil and filter was still the same price. Looks like we will be trying a different Honda dealership for our next service experience.

I just had the best car dealership experience that I've ever had. I went in there yesterday 1/13/15 and told them my whole story about my car that I had just bought. I was running into problem after problem, and I still don't know what is wrong with it. But I can tell you its something.... I told my previous dealer I was going to look around for other cars but where could I. He said Balise Chevy and Honda. So I looked both places up, I liked one car from Chevy and about 3 from Honda so I chose to come to Honda. I wanted to check out a 2006 Chevy Equinox at first, and the first thing I noticed was the check engine light, and that was the same problem with my 2011 Kia Sportage that I just purchased. Little to say, my poor Kia that I loved so much, is very sick and needs to be fixed. So anyways, I test drove the Equinox I liked it other then it had over 68,000 miles on it and the check engine light came on. Alex, the car dealer I worked with said to me, I think we should try you in a CRV and so I said absolutely lets try it. He looked into it, the General Manager Larry came over and talked to me and asked me what I was looking for and other questions. I explained my story, it was going on about 11 days since I bought my car and haven't had it other then for a few days, but at this point I was just overwhelmed and tired. These guys worked their butts off and gave me anything they could to make me feel better and to help me out. They gave It all they had. I ended up taking home a 2012 CR-V Honda best car I have thought of purchasing. It has 66,000 miles on it and is in great condition. I live on a hill so now I will be the only one able to make it up the hill with a AWD vehicle. It has amazing features which include a back up camera(my favorite, takes time to get used to), Heated Front Leather Seats, Bluetooth right on your steering wheel, a Moonroof which I never have had before and always wanted, XM Radio, and so much space! Its amazing and I wouldn't trade it back for anything. They helped me out so much while I was going through just about a mental break down. So I just want to take the time to share with others and to say thank you so much everyone at Balise Honda. You guys are all awesome!! I had my car all done and ready for me by 3:30 today 1/14/15. I couldn't ask for better customer service! :)

While the sales lady we very nice the rest of the staff are crooks. Finance guy added service contract and changed numbers and the sales manager and General Manager are about as rude as you can get. I had a post purchase issue and was actually told that they wouldnt help me because they "gave" me a good deal on my car.Drive the extra 5 min to another dealer, it will save you future frustartuon

I purchased a 2009 Accord from Balise with 44k miles on it, and what a heap of junk it was. Clutch burned out after driving it for 10k miles, that cost me $1600, then the gasket started leaking, had that fixed under warranty...3 months later still consuming oil had new gasket installed at another shop because BALISE mechanics didnt replace it properly. Replaced rear breaks because they were squeeking at 60k, started sqeeking again at 62k...rear breaks were shot. Engine still burning oil 2 months later had all 4 pistons replaced by honda.....i cant believe how many problems my car had...with all these problems you would think a dealership would stand by their product and try to work with me to fix the issues to you know...keep their buisness....nope not anything, and from the other ratings i can see that keeping their buisness is not a trend with Balise. Absolutely refused to help me with the clutch, blamed me right away for the cars problems, i have been driving stick shifts since i've had my license and i have never burned out a clutch in any of the vehicles i have owned. All in all i absolutely will not be going back, i have turned everyone away from balise dealerships that i have talked to. It has become me goal to take their buisness and make them go elsewhere because of their refusal to work with me, absolutely stay away from Balise and go to Lia honda in enfield.

I previously bought a 2006 Pilot, then a 2008 Accord from Kim, who unfortunately is no longer there. I worked with Sam this time, and he was great. No pressure, and worked with me to fit my budget. With a less-than-optimal credit score, I was hopeful that being a three-peat customer would help, and it definitely did. I went in Friday afternoon to trade in my Accord for a lease and signed all the paperwork that day. On Saturday when I went to pick up my new CR-V, I was pleasantly surprised when Shane (the financing manager I worked with) asked me back to his office to re-sign the papers. When Honda Financial Services found out I was getting a 3rd car through them, they lowered my payment even more and threw in free service for the life of the lease. I will definitely be back.

I had an appointment for a basic oil change. My Accord sat for first 45 minutes with no one working on it.It took a total of ONE HOUR and FIFTEEN MINUTES. 45 Minutes of waisting my time. I complained to the service rep and he said it was because of the multi point inspection. A bunch of bull. They changed the height of my seat and moved it all the way forward.If you look at the service reps it looks like they hate thier jobs. Miserable looking faces. I bought three Honda's from Balise and will not be buying any more from them.

I was working with these dealership for a couple months and I was so excited when they found me a new Accord just the one I wanted that had been on the lot for a while and has 6k miles that they offered me a great deal to buy! I was so excited I went straight to the dealership and gave the a $500 check to hold the vehicle for me. They put a sold sign on it (it was in the showroom) and they told me they locked it. They assured me they wouldn't sell it to anyone else and that if someone else was interested in it they would call me first. The next morning my salesperson text me to tell me the General Manager said they had given me too good a deal and that he had just sold my car to someone else behind my back(for more money)! I realize I got a great deal but it is VERY BAD BUSINESS to give your word to someone and then do exactly what you said you wouldn't do. I felt very betrayed I had been working with this dealership for a long time and I thought they had my interests at heart they knew I had gone through hardship with Toyota involving legal proceedings but in the end all they cared about was MONEY. ABSOLUTELY NO BUSINESS ETHIC WHATSOEVER!

I've purchased many cars from Balise Honda and have them serviced there regularly. Although I would not characterize them as inexpensive, the service has always been performed as promised and I have experienced no issues. In addition, I recently had an engine misfire issue on my Odyssey and declarer performed a complete ring job of engine at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend them.

My first honda was a 1998 honda accord v6 and absolutely fell in love with it. Since then me and wife have leased 3 Honda Pilots and a Honda Accord. We like to drive new cars and every few years we upgrade our lease. The latest were a 2013 Honda accord EX and a 2013 Honda pilot touring that we leased on the same day from Balise Honda of West Springfield. 2 weeks ago I took my Honda accord for its first oil change to Balise Honda and the service rep told me that since it was my first service it is free of charge. I was not surprised since every vehicles that we purchased or leased so far (from a different dealership) the first service was always free. I was happy that Honda continues to extend the same services to its loyal customers. However 2 weeks later when I took my other vehicle the Pilot Touring for its first oil change I am told by the service rep that it is not free of charge.The rep told me " I like you, but not enough to pay for your services." Obviously I didn't want to speak to this guy anymore and asked to speak to the then sales person now a manager who sold us those cars. The manager listened to what I had to say and went to speak to the general manager. When he came back he told me that they had never had any program in past 7 years where the first service was free and if I got the service for free on my other car then I got "Lucked Out" and "someone will get in trouble" for doing that. I must pay for the 1st service on my Pilot. I felt totally dumb founded and humiliated. Still don't understand why they would do it for one car and couldn't do it for the other. Even if it is a mistake on their part why wouldn't they stand behind their mistake and honor what was promised to a loyal honda customer of many years. Is this how Honda training their managers? I left the store and didn't get any service done. I will probably continue to lease honda vehicles but one thing for sure; not from this dealer ever again.

Had an excellent experience with Steve, the salesmen. Asked us what we were interested in. Showed us multiple cars with different options, finally settled on a 2012 civic. Steve was really there to help us, got us everything we asked for, more on the trade in and a we owe to fix some scratches. I truly believe he didn't see us as a pay check and wanted us to have a positive experience. Now my experience in the finance office was not as good a my experience with Steve. Shane was very rude to us when we declined buying some aftermarket warranty "you can't even afford 15 more dollars a month?". He didn't even bother trying to sell us a honda extended warranty which I was interested in. Be careful with Shane. He seemed like he wanted to hold me up by the ankles and shake the quarters out of my pocket.

I would like to thank Larry Bass the General Manager, Miguel Humphrey in Car Sales , Tony in Parts, and Terrence the Tech. Since the move from the old building the New Balise Honda has improved. It is like night and day I had a few problems years ago and told myself I would find a new Honda dealer and so came Lia double ouch!! So I met a Tech (Terrence) from Balise Honda and told him about my horror story about Balise many years ago and he assured me that the (new to me) Manager Larry Bass would take care of me. As I was running out of Honda places to purchase my vehicles. I decided to go and talk to Larry, I gave him my name and he told me that they told him my story and he would make sure that it would never happen again I was so suprised that after so many years they would take the time and do right by me! He introduced me to Miguel and believe it or not made up for what the Old Balise did to me. I have purchased not one but two S2000 from them and still am happy a half of year later thank you all. PS if you have had bad service just go in and sit down with Larry and I bet he will do everything in his power to make it right. If this is your first time in and your looking for a car just ask for Miguel , if you need Honda parts stop by and say hello to Tony, going in for Tech ask for Terrence trust me you will not go wrong make sure you tell them Stef and Ben sent you!

My husband and I went to Balise to look at a CRV. We had a very friendly salesperson named John. After deciding to purchase the vehicle we sat down for what seemed like an eternity for the usual back and forth nonsense that goes on at a dealership. We finally came to an agreement and then the paperwork started. We got to Shane who was to take care of the finance. We were paying cash so we figured all would go smoothly.We were told we could take the car that day or when it would be convenient for us.After sitting through all of the paperwork and signing Shane said they were calling the office down the road to locate the title. We finally left with a promise from Shane that he would call in an hour or so. Well we waited and there was no call. I called him back the next morning and he said the title wasn't in the office but the people who traded the car in lived close by and he was contacting them. He would call me back. He did return that call later and said unfortunately the people no longer had the title and he was going to do the paperwork to get a new one it would take up to 2 weeks!!!!! I told him to forget the deal. What dealer puts a car on the lot and goes through all of this paperwork with NO TITLE!!. The car had been there for at least 10 days. Shane tried to call a supervisor but he was busy. He would call me back. I called later and spoke to Mike. Mike didn't know our deal so would have to call me back. This was on Friday morning. He called back on Friday night at 8:45. He couldn't reach his manager and he was going to look at the inventory to see if there was another car. He would call back by 10 on Sat. I called back at 10:30 Sat. and told him I wanted my down payment credited immediately. He said they only do that at the corporate office Mon. through Fri. I would have to wait til Mon. and it might show up on my acct. by Weds. I then spoke to another manager named Charlie. He gave me no help and lied to me saying they had already sent for the title when Shane had told me that they were going to have to now fill out paperwork for the title since they didn't have it on file. The entire experience was a nightmare and I am still waiting for a credit. It is amazing how they can quickly take your money but can't refund it in a timely manner. I wasted my entire Thursday off and had nothing but stress and anxiety since that day. Poorly run dealership from start to finish!!!!

I would never recommend or do business with this facility or any other in the Balise organization. The current rating for this dealership is actually high, a rating of ZERO is appropriate. The reason for my poor review coincides with poor service and attitudes specifically from the managers. They all sat at a counter or desk and show Zero professionalism from one end to the other. I was at the dealership during a basketball game and all the "managers" that Derek had to deal with we're sitting in front of TVs in the service area. The reason why this bothered me is because I went to grab a drink from the vending machine and I don't think they realized that customers were around but the language arrogance that Larry and Charles parade around with is appalling. After finally working out a "deal" on a new accord I had to come back for some scratches. Mind you this is a new car!. Derek was not in so I had to wait for 45 minutes for a manager to go outside to look at the car, the receptionist was very pleasant and she must have called the desk at least 4 times and you got the feeling that she was getting the run around that they were about to put me on. Larry and Charles went out with myself to look at the scratches. Larry seemed somewhat concerned but Charles was totally down playing it, "this stuff happens alot" I'm like are you kidding me?!! So they put me in a loaner car that took another 40 mins, they had another salesman find a car for me, filthy inside and out no gas, they did put had in it after 20 more minutes. It took 8 days for my car to get touched up. I was furious at the work they did. I went back and forth with Larry's Voicemail and Charles attitude. That I tried getting in touch with a person with the last name Balise after many emails and Voicemails to Mike Balise I finally had enough. I gave the car with 865 miles on it to my son and went to buy a new car from Curry Honda in Chicopee! All I can say is night and day experience. I will never do business with the Balise company again. PS I own a Livery Service and I've since bought 5 new Accord in 2 Months from Curry with another 6 cars in the next 6 months.

In 10 years I've never had a bad experience, ok maybe 1 but they made it right without even asking. I think Chris and his team in the service dept are always friendly and treat everyone with respect. I just think that it was not cool that my vehicle needed more parts and repairs when he thought I was going to be paying $779.00 for it. Then when I notified them that I had an a extended warranty, which you think they would have already known seeing how its my delaership I purchased the MV from and have all my service done there. Then maybe they could just do half the work and maybe that would fix the problem. Then the repairs would have to go through Honda Care then it only needed half the work til he could justify the rest by me saying after the work was done that I still had a problem with the car. Of course this means having to inconvience me for another day to get the mv there.

I ONLY recommend this dealer if you go in there knowing what you are doing! Don't not go in there not knowing much because they WILL sucker you! Rudy was a very good salesman however when it came down to do "paper work" with SHANE that's when all the lies begun.. He suckered me into buying the Honda Care coverage he told me if I did not buy it there and then that I could not buy it at all which is a lie.. He sold me a plan coverage for $1,500.00 telling me that was the lowest price he can offer me and that there was no way he can work out any deals because then he would be losing out which ended up being another lie..when I came home and did the research the cost of the plan he sold me for $1500.00 is actually $750.00! He DOUBLED the price!! My best advice do not buy any Honda Care coverage throught this dealer unless you've done your research of the real prices first!!

This was my 3rd car that i purchased and Im not loyal to any one dealership. I bought my last car at curry, and they are horrible, so i thought I would give Balise Honda a try. I have heard very good things about Balise from people know. I called and spoke to Miguel. We set up an appointment. When i got there he showed me the car and went over everything about it. We negotiated on the price and my trade, which I still dont think I got enough for, but who does? The amount was fair so i said ok. I still wasnt happy about the price of the New car so Miguel went and got the sales manager, and I thought, "Here we go" here come the salesman games. But to my surprise the sales manager was very helpful and very easy going. Both he (Charles) and Miguel made me feel very comfortable and took care of me on the price. I will recommend Balise Honda to all my friends and Family from now on. Ask for Miguel. He's been there 16 years. A real pro.

I had a very positive interaction with the dealership through email, and received a quote. When I went in to buy the car, they didn't have the color I wanted, but said that they could easily arrange for it. We signed a contract and I was to have the car within a few days. So far, so good.Over the next 10 days, however, I received the run around. Each person I talked to claimed that the last person wasn't authorized to say what they said (i.e. they were lower on the hierarchy). This happened four times. It culminated with my arriving to pick up the car only to find that they raised the price. After 30 minutes of wrangling, I remembered that I had signed the contract, signed by someone I had met with on the first day, confirming the price. I retrieved the copy from the pile of papers in front of the salesperson. Once again, he stated that the person who signed it wasn't authorized to confirm the price, even though he had the same job title as the man I was speaking with. When I confronted him, he just shrugged, but would not honor the price agreed to.Basically I was lied to over and over and over. The problem was that at this point, they had the car on the lot and really didn't care whether or not I bought it, since they could easily sell it to someone else, probably for a higher price. I needed the car that week, so I bought it, but felt like I had been violated. I will NEVER buy from Balise again. Ever.

Sold me a "Certified" used Accord with 44,000 miles on it. 8000 miles later i brought it in because of a clutch issue and strange engine sounds. Leaking gasket was the culprit of the noise, replaced it next day. Clutch was "considerably" warn out and needed to be replaced. I have been driving standard vehicles since i acquired my license and they had the audacity to blame my driving. They claimed their "certification" process is flawless, but after taking my car to another garage to have their work on my gasket checked out the mechanic told me that the gasket was installed wrong! Any credibility these people have for service is now out the window. They want to charge me for a clutch that was already worn out when i bought it, but claim that they certified it and there's no way theyre at fault.Stay away from this dealership, go to another Honda dealer.

I bought my used Subaru Outback through this dealership in Aug 11. They had agreed to go pick it up from a sister store in RI. I was told if they were to go get it that I was expected to buy it, whatever. Once it was at the dealership I was told that everyone was too busy to set me up on a test drive but I could drive it around the lot to see what it was like. At this point my spidey sense was telling me to run but I liked the car so I stayed. I was then told by the salesman that I was expected to pay full asking price because they went and got it for me. I told him that was not going to happen. The day that I was supposed to take delivery of the car I saw it in a parking lot of a Costco in CT. The salesman decided to take it for a ride and run some errands, wicked cool. I went to go take delivery later that night and I was then told it wan't ready because the insurance company wasn't insuring cars that day. That was a lie because I had already transfered the insurance myself. It took two extra days to take delivery for various reasons. The car had to be sent back to the service dept a few times for recurring problems.I finally gave up bring it back and chose to deal with the problems. I began to notice that all four tires would go flat every few weeks and brought that to the attention of the management. After some back and forth discussion, he told me he would replace two tires and not four even thought the manual clearly states that all four need to be changed because its AWD and damage to the transfer case can occur if four arent replaced. While this was happening the radio lighting stopped working. He told me I bought a used car and should expect these things to happen. NICE. After writting to Mike Balise, Larry offered to trade my car in and make things right. I bought the car for 11,800 and he offered me 5,000 in trade, Really? His reasoning is that is was a subaru on a honda lot and he had no interest in it. I will never step foot in the honda dealership again. I got screwed at Balise Honda. My air compressor gets a workout keeping the tires inflated.

I bought a 2007 Tahoe from these guys, and sent it straight oversees to a friend. After reaching there, I found out that it had a deployed airbag and it had been to an accident. I have never been told that by the sales person I worked with. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My Tahoe turned out to be rusty, and in a bad shape. I did not see the car as I based my purchase on the good ratings and on the salesperson's description of the vehicle. All I can say, BE CARFUL when dealing with them. Good luck in your purchase somewhere else.

I worked with Kim Morris for the second time, and she gave me a great deal. I traded in my 2006 Honda Pilot for a 2008 Honda Accord. Kim worked quickly and effectively, and did a lot of work without me needing to be there. I spoke with her over the phone in the morning, and she had me come in later in the day to drive away in my new car. It was a wonderful experience. The price was right, the service was excellent, and the deal was unbeatable. I couldn't be happier with Kim or Balise. Go there- you won't be disappointed.

The dealership went beyond my expectations. They made me feel very comfortable about everything that I needed to get done to my car. My car needed a lot of work done which I was well aware of before (oil, fluids, had some leak, filters, timing belt, rear brakes were squeaking etc..) and Kent (service consultant) explained everything and was very friendly, informative and patient with me. I explained to him that I was not going to be able to afford all of the work my car needed to get done but that I had to make this long trip in the next couple of days and had to get my car in good enough shape to be safe. I needed his advise. No problem. He went to talk to the technician that was looking at my car, crunch some numbers up and he took care of me. I felt he cared for my well being and was very informative about the most important things to get done. The dealership also arranged for me to get a rental car while my car was in the shop so I was never left without transportation to go to work and school. My car was done in no time! I went on my trip and did not have any problems, I felt very safe. I also notice my car ran so much smoother. Also the dealership gives you this Know you Vehicle manual that help you understand your car's health. It is a such a great little manual! I like to take care of my car and to keep track of any work i get done and this makes it so much easier for me. I feel I know my car so much more now. It is such an excellent idea! We are in a world where people are well informed of anything due to the internet. Information is easily accessible and Balise Honda is very much aware of that! I can trust this dealership for any future service. Over all great experience with this dealership.

My lease was ending and usually I just turn them in. Rich (my salesperson) found that my lease actually had equity and in turn was able to lower the cost of my new Pilot. I new I wanted a Pilot and was planning on getting one anyway, Rich made it easier than I thought it would be and saved me money. I also liked the option to roll the regular maintenance of the vehicle into the lease. I will pay nothing out of pocket other than monthly payment for three years. This makes my lease experience even better.See you in three years Balise,...

Kim was probably the best car salesperson I've ever met. She was friendly, not pushy, honest, worked with the price we gave her, and found us exactly what we wanted. I expected to have a hassle for a used car sale, and was blown away by what I got. My standards were set very high. I wanted an certified used SUV with a sunroof, fairly low miles, for around $400 a month. I got a 2006 Honda Pilot EX, with a leather interior, loaded, sunroof, 6-disc changer, XM-ready, 4x4, certified, $405 a month, and from the nicest salesperson I've ever met. She got me into that car the same day, and I drove off the lot that night in my new(to me) SUV. Balise paid off my truck, too. I really couldn't ask for more as far as service, kindness, and it all truly exceeded my expectations. They set up automatic payments for me. They offered me coffee. They called me two weeks later to check in. It was amazing. I go there for my oil changes, too, and they vacuum my car! I'd recommend Balise Honda to all my friends and family.

She followed through after the sale with a phone call to make sure everything was satisfactory weeks after the purchase. I had been toying around with the idea of buying a car that would last me longer than a couple years, but was very weary of the loan process and was even more worried about being taken advantage off. After touching base with Kim Morris she calmed my nerves and broke everything down for me. She made me feel 100% comfortable and got me an amazing car. I went to just look to see if Balise Honda had a Honda Civic SI and to see how much it would be and they had one. I met with Kim Morris and she gave me details on the car. I wasn't going to purchase it but after asking all the questions and help that I received from Kim, I couldn't refuse. They took my trade in for a great price and I was so pleased with her help that I went for it. There was a few things I asked if it could be fixed and she made it happen, so I was even more excited to purchase the car. Kim was very helpful and made it easy for me to have a great experience with my purchase. My son needed a car and she help me with getting his as well. Thank you, Kim.

I have visited other dealerships in the past. However, I must say that Balise Honda West Springfield made me feel very comfortable and right at home. I got a quote from Balise 1st and after checking their price with 4 other dealers Balise turned out to have the best price, net of my trade. Additionally, they were one of only 2 dealers that had the color I preferred in stock. All 4 people I dealt with at the dealership during the sales process provided great customer service.

The staff at Balise Honda were very professional, honest, and easy to work with. Beginning with the sales man all the way to the end when I completed my paperwork and received my keys. I cant say enough for the great experience I had at Balise Honda in West Springfield MA while I purchased my car. I was looking to purchase my very first brand new car..at 62 years of age; this was a very special encounter for me, as I had always purchased used cars in the past. I was looking towards buying a Honda and I went to the Balise Honda in West Springfield MA, as I heard good reports about this particular dealership. I was greeted the minute I walked into the dealership door by Mr. Javadian, a sales consultant, and was treated with dignity and kindness. He listened to the needs I expressed in looking for a car, suggested the Honda CRV and answered every question patiently as I took a road test. I knew that this was just the car for me and I did not feel pressured one bit. I had visited two other dealerships in the area beforehand. On my first visit at another dealership, I waited over 20 minutes to be waited on and on another occasion I even had to ask if anyone was available to help me. They tried to pressure me into settling for a fairly new car that had a lot of miles on it. I was not given the warm welcome that I received at Balise Honda in West Springfield MA. Every consideration was taken at Balise, from the time I talked about prices (which were very reasonable) and to the gentlemen that did the paperwork for the sale, I was treated very nicely. I still receive a warm welcome when I return for my maintenance oil changes and that makes you want to keep coming back. I recommend Balise Honda to anyone who wants to receive outstanding services. Thank you again.

He was very attentive and mindful of my automtive needs and provided me with excellent customer service from start to finish. Even when I return for routine maintenance, Arsen makes time to talk to me, offer me coffee and ensures that my experience with my vehicle and Balise, continues to be well above satisfactory. I have recommended Balise Honda (sales and service) and Arsen to several friends and coworkers, and plan to continue.After dealing with several car dealerships throughout the years, I was weary of another salesperson-consumer interaction. My experiences at Balise Honda has renewed my faith in quality customer service that extends beyond driving off the lot.

I initially went with my daughter to get her 2nd lease with this company and I talked to Arsen about my current vehicle and how I was thinking of replacing it, but I wasn't sure what I could get for a trade-in. They did an analysis and proposal that night and offered me a great trade for the old vehicle and a wonderful deal on leasing a new 2011 Honda CR-V. They explained all my options and had someone go over everything in the vehicle and the manuals. I have been to a few dealers before and this is the best experience I have every had, everyone was very friendly and helpful and they did not try to sell me options I did not want or understand.

I was always told Honda is a good car besides toyota.But the dealership that you get from makes a big difference Because screwed up my paperwork and the service is horrible.End of the year, I provided with a discount price on the current model since the new models had come. In the process of closing the paperwork they put the original price back. luckily i noticed this as i was signing the agreement. i brought to their attention asap and they took the paperwork and i then signed it. come few months past i realize that they had the retail price on my loan. They denied the offered the discount until i showed the other half of their agreement with their signature. They had to legally give my back the discounted prices of 2000$. What a mess but i got the check!! how many ppl might not have noticed this????Secondly, their service sucked ( excuse my language), they are very careless and left a 14 inc took in my engine by mistake!!! what would have happened if that took jamed the engine as i was driving. They did not claim their mistake but intern offered no apology except from the manager. Many other issue, they replaced my screen on my deck because it was popping out even if the car was new. instead they replaced it with all the dust instead. The glove compartment light was on and they said they corrected that but intern they put a sponge to cover from the light showing outside. meaning that could drain the battery out when car is parked. They were hesitent to provide a rental car even though it was brand new under warrenty. All this and more issue.!!Honda is a good car but service is as important and no body wants someon to screw up paperfull, probably intentially over 2000$.Up to you but this is my honest report.- I reported this to Honda as well. Maybe try Curry Honda!
