My wife needed to lease a new 'soccer mom' car! and our list wZ Tahoe, Escalade and Santa Fe. Eclectic to say the keast, but she had two MDX and I have a Durango, so 3 row SUV'S were limited. Bottom line is that yhe comfort in the 3rd row for kids was best with the Hyundai. Leg room is huge in the escalade but the kids were sitting too close to the floor.Called my local dealer and despite agreeing on everything and taking a deposit, they could not get the car. All my wife cared about was the color and I was not prepared to settle (she was). I called Niki at Bay Ridge and bottom line is they git exactly what my wife wanted at a good price ($450+ less expensive per month than escalade...) all over phone and email.Showed up a couple of days later and Moe took care of the documentation seamlessly.Beautiful showroom - couple of 'models' in sales and reception.. and Moe executed delivery with genuine care and time.Highly reccomend.

Shawn was very attentive and helpful to my needs for purchasing a used car from the lot. They gave me a monthly payment that works within my budget. Kudos to having coffee and popcorn for your customers!

I don't even know where to start!! When I first arrived I was met by Sal, the used car salesmen. This guy was made to sell cars!! He's super knowledgable about cars, their parts and technology. I informed Sal that I was there to see Apple (Internet Sales) whom I had spoke with several times before that. Apple is even more delightful when you meet!! Amazing customer service and such a beautiful attitude. Thank You Apple!! She introduced me to Chris and everything went all the way up from there!!! You have no idea the day we had, I spend about 8 hours with Chris to make this deal happen. Chris was upfront and honest about things. He was helpful, patient, and understanding during the whole process. We looked at numbers between the genesis and sonata. I chose to go with the Sonata, with a $0 down lease agreement. Before we dealt with running credit, Chris assured me that he would get me some ball park figures on monthly payments. He kept his word and many salesmen don't do that. My experience was more service oriented than car buying. I really appreciated that. Who could ask for more? It gets better though. There were no more new Sonata cars on the lot at the moment. Chris offered to take me in his personal vehicle to their lot full of new 2016-2017 cars about a 20 minute drive from the dealership. As soon as we reached the parking lot, the rain came down like no other. It stormed for the entire time we was in the parking lot. BTW, the parking lot was an outside parking lot with no shelter. Chris asked me which car did I like and we saw several cars before returning back to his car. I told Chris which car I wanted, with the options it offered and he went to get. Chris went beyond the customer service experience with me and stepped out of his car in pouring rain to get me the specific vehicle that I wanted with the same color and better options. He was actually able to get me a better sonata sport model with partial leather interior, sun roof, and other options for an extra $12 per month. Chris was amazing. Chris, I don't know how to thank you enough brother, I really appreciate you from the bottom of my heart. After returning to the dealership with the car, Chris was able to pair up with Paulino (Manager) to make the deal happen. There were a few bumps in the road but, Chris and Paulino were persistent about getting me to drive home and not taking the train. Chris was an advocate for me and wanted to nothing but the best for me in this deal. I would recommend anyone to stop by and see whats available for you. They will work for you here!!! And of course, Yahaira! Thank you for setting up my car for me, you were delightful and helpful. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all guys!!!See you soon, Edward H.

Picked up a used Jaguar today. Friendly staff and got a great deal...what more can I say? Good selection, cars were clean and top of the line.

I had nothing less than a 5 star experience at Bay Ridge Hyundai. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable in the entire process. Thanks for the walk thru of my new Tucson and helping me pair my Bluetooth without even asking!
