Only issue I have is being told a lower price at a previous visit, then being told a higher price at the time of the signing. Also being told that the manager who gave me the lower price was just a fill in and his word doesn't stand. Other than that, I really appreciate being allowed to test drive the car for over a week, even though that wasn't the plan.

I came from Myrtle Beach SC, to pickup a Dodge ram 4x4 that Beach Auto had for sale. I had come to an agreed sale price on the truck prior to arriving. We made the deal, on the way out of town the truck developed a vibration. I called our salesman John on his cell at 8 pm, he immediately offered to come in the next morning and either get the problem corrected or put us in another truck. Marty the manager had the truck taken to a local top notch shop and it was repaired the same day. Excellent service and great bunch of guys!

Im not sure where to begin. I came down from the Washington DC area to see a few cars at Beach Auto Brokers that I had seen on their online inventory. When we arrived at the dealership one of the car dealers (Steven Griffen) greeted us and started to show us a few of the cars we were interested in. We ended up taking a Jeep down the street to get checked out by a third party mechanic to make sure that everything was sound with the vehicle. We were told this process would take about one to two hours so we decided to get some food while we waited and go over some of the vehicle information and so on. This is where some red flags started popping up. First of all 95% of the questions we asked the Steven he responded with Im really not sure, Ive only been here for a couple weeks or ill have to check and get back to you. But since he was new to the dealership and initially friendly we cut him some slack there. Then while we were at a restaurant, that the dealer had suggested, he did not order any food for himself but did order double vodka and orange juice! This was at 9:30 or 10 am, totally unprofessional! On the way back to the dealership he mentioned a few times on how good the drink was and how he should have had another. We arrived back at the mechanic where the jeep was and went over a few problems that were discovered. There was nothing very major with the car so we went back to the dealership to talk prices. After a little negotiation we agreed on a price and purchased the vehicle. I drove the car back up to the DC area without any issues and proceeded to use it as my daily driver. Two weeks later I got a dash indicator that read Transmission Over Temp. Not wanting to do any damage to the car I took it to a trusted mechanic the next day, the next day he had it taken to a special transmission shop. They had the car for 5 days before they could verify the issue, which was a faulty power shift module that needs to be replaced for my car to be safely driven. I was quoted $1,725 parts and labor to do this. Upon learning this information I reached out to the dealership to see if they could help seeing as how my 30 day warranty was still in effect (I only drove the car two weeks then in the shop for another). Steven was very encouraging at first telling us hes going to see what he can do and how much he stands behind his product. The first day we received no call back so we decided to call them the day after to see if we could proceed with the repair and we were told they were working on it and would get back to us. We didnt receive a call back that day either. The next day we called again to see where we stood and we were told they were still looking at it and they would get back to us before the end of the day. Again we received no call back and would have called them the next day but they were conveniently closed. So on Monday, 5 days later, we got a hold of the dealership and were informed that they could do nothing for us. The warranty only covered lubricated parts and since this was an electronic control they could do nothing for us. So now were paying $1,725 for a single repair after driving the car for only 2 weeks. On top of that all it has now been over 30 days since I bought the car and my temporary tags have expired. They have not sent my permanent plates like they said they would immediately do, which has caused my parking pass for my apartment to expire so now I will not be staying in my apartment until I receive my permanent plates to avoid accumulating parking tickets. This whole ordeal has been extremely frustrating and the dealership instead of offering help has tried to avoid telling us they can offer nothing and delayed the entire repair process. It seems they only stand behind their product until it leaves their lot. I would not go back or refer this dealership to anyone at all. Buyers beware.

My BMW 540i was stolen and subsequently totalled during pursuit with police. I found the car i bought from beach auto brokers online and spoke with Mr.Troy Lawson when i called. I was immediately taken by extremely thoughtful, respectful and articulate manner. He was very accommodating and never pushy. I was impressed by how well he paid attention to my concerns and he went out of his way to research anything he did not know immediatly have any answers. I was looking at a Chevy Colorado from cars.com and call ahead of time to make sure that it was there and once I got there it was "magically" sold that morning as well as every other truck I saw from them on cars.com. Once I got there they were polite as well as showing me several trucks $6000 higher then my limit and bragging about their amazing financing which I told them I wasn't going to do as well as shooting down every kind of truck I was looking for except the ones they had on the lot. They would not budge on their prices at all and mentioned several times that as military I should be able to afford it. I will NEVER buy from this dealer and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. The thought that they will try to take advantage of me or any other service members is a disgrace. Do not shop here.

I bought a 2004 Dakota with 62,000 miles from these guys and while they were friendly to get me into the truck (of course what dealership isnt). After 2 weeks the leaf springs rusted off the frame while driving down the highway. Upon closer look the whole under side of the truck is rusted out but the wheel wells were painted nice black so it wasnt noticable. When I told them that I was bringing the truck back and they need to make it right they said bring back and they would get me into something else but wouldnt give me but half of what I just got the truck for 2 weeks before. On top of all this they did my contract up for the truck to include a warranty because they credit union required it for car loans. Well that was a lie once I went to make the first payment and talked to the bank manager. So now its been about 6 months and the rust damage underneath has spread even more, 3 of the 4 tires had to be replaced due to dry rot after 90 days and the engine just had fixed due to bad altenator, water pump, fan and belt, and starter. Yet according to there auto rating this thing scored in the 80's which was 9 above the average for this model and year. Do not believe these guys or at least take it to another shop to get inspected before you buy, NOT the BP one down the road since they work with them. I wish they had been more upfront and knowledgeable about the price of each vehicle. I had inquired about a Jeep, they called and told me to come test drive one. When I got there an hour later there were no jeeps. Very disappointed they didn't know their inventory very well.
