What a great group of people to purchase a vehicle from! My husband and I have been in the car business for many years and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Beach Automotive. Bob Bartel was our salesman and what a genuine man. He was very accommodating and pleasant and worked to help me fine tune what I was looking for. He has been in the business for years and made the process go very smoothly. Courtney was extremely sweet and helped me get acquainted with all of the technology this new vehicle has. Beach Ford Quick Lane diagnosed my Focus brake problem quickly and honestly. The service advisor told me that my brake pads only have wore 1/8. He advised me to be more aggressive on stopping to get rid of the rust on my rotors. I should see and hear a difference after a thousand miles. The car only had 27,000 on the pads and rotors. Thank you for being honest with your diagnosis!!

While searching online for a specific truck that is in very high demand, I found the exact one I’ve been looking for.. the only problem was it was in SC and I was in AZ. I never thought I would go that far for just a truck but after working with Landon Thompson, it was a no-brainer to fly out and pick up the truck. To be frank I’ve always refused to buy from dealerships but could only hope that this would be the exemption to the rule. And it was! No gimmicks and the truck was more than I expected. Landon was very transparent and quick to respond to all my questions. To say he went above and beyond doesn’t do him justice, thanks Landon!

Bought Used Ford F-150 from Freeman Ford, Liberty,NC. Vehicle delivered Oct 26th. Drove to Garden City,SC on Oct 27th. Started back home October 30. Was in drive thru at Wendy's,, Murrells Inlet, SC. Vehicle d.ied.. No power what so ever. Towed to Beach Ford, Myrtle Beach .They found problem around 3:00PM. Notified me of what they found. Very nice to work with. Everybody very friendly. Good experience.

They will show you one deal and then at purchase tell you those items don't come with it. Please don't be fooled. I love fords but this dealership needs their ford dealership license revoked.

My wife and I are senior citizens and had booked a Myrtle Beach vacation for Oct 4-11, 2016. After we'd gotten off I-95 from NJ and onto SC38 the left rear tire of our F-150 was punctured by something I never saw on the road but heard as it was thrown up into the wheelwell. I re-inflated the tire at the first gas station we got to (for $3 worth of air) after emptying a can of Fix-a-Flat into it, but by the time we got to Rt501 the dashboard menu was alerting me that the tire was going flat again. Another gas station, another $1.50 worth of air and then we spotted a local store of a nationally-advertised automotive tire and service chain, so we stopped to get our flat fixed. As soon as I mentioned that the puncture was easy to find because the Fix-a-Flat was spitting out of it between the tread, the young-enough-to-be-my-grandson manager told me that "We don"t touch anything that's had Fix-a-Flat in it, but I can sell you a new tire." As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I can't afford to toss away a $180 tire with only 1500 miles on it, which simply needs to be patched, and buy another one simply because someone who gets paid to work on tires doesn't want to get messy. Steamed at the lack of empathy/initiative I received at the F store, we got more air in the tire and got into town and checked into our timeshare, resolving to deal with the flat the next morning. We awoke to beautiful weather Weds 10/5 and the pleasant surprise that the tire was retaining enough pressure now to drive on it, so I Googled the nearest Ford dealer with their Quicklane Service dept like I use at home, and set out for Beach Automotive Group. On our arrival between 10 and 11AM we were informed that they were closing at noon due to a mandatory evacuation order in response to an approaching Hurricane Matthew, and that all businesses in the area would be doing the same. As I explained my situation I was treated with a level of empathy and concern by Loretta, who wrote my service order, that made me feel like I was actually a friend or family member. My tire was patched and we were on the road again in a scant half hour with the peace of mind that our truck was safe for travel. Good thing: we returned to our timeshare resort and were told that we had to vacate the premises because they were shutting off all the utilities and evacuating. I highly recommend The Beach Automotive Group's Quicklane Service Dept for their unexcelled level of customer service, and I'll be back every time I'm in the area, if only to say "Hello!"

If you the consumer are like I'm you read reviews before buying or service. Well mine is totally of my own feelings and experience, I had my 2008 MKX flat bedded in to BEACH FORD and they drove it and put the computer check on it .It and put extensive time into it to analyze it and after a few days and time they had in NO CHARGE now to me that is true professional people that it was not the $$ but truly helping the consumer get to the problem. Ask yourself how many dealers would go that far....

My review is totally of my own and no points , let me start by first going on the Internet and looking at Lincoln vehicles. I received a e mail from Beach Ford asking if I was interested in the car I looked at. So I replied and set a time to test drive drive (this was a pre owned Lincoln) I was greeted by a salesman not a "Hawk" type but a very personable sales representative, MIKE SAN ANGELO we talked and he talked to his service manager and they both agreeded a new 2016 MKZ would fit my budget better than pre owned , and what a deal I received I totally like the 2016 MKZ and the service that BEACH FORD caters to Lincoln .In closing BEACH is very interested in the people not just the almighty $$$$$$$ If you don't believe me .... try Beach and you to will br amazed at the savings

My 2016 Ford Explorer developed an issue while I was on vacation in the area. Beach Ford checked my car out as a "walk-in" customer with no appointment. They diagnosed and corrected the issue in less than an hour and I was on my way to enjoy the rest of the week with my family. Great customer service, nice facilities, and convenient to get to.

Unforseen events led to us making a purchase much sooner than expected and called in and spoke with Wil Newsome. He answered all my questions and directed me to speak with Chris Werrnet about setting up a time to come in and talk/look at some vehicles. I came in that afternoon and spoke with Chris and he made it as stress-free as he could and answered any additional questions I had. Then I was introduced to Jim Cole who helped me decide which style I would go with and then made sure that everything went according to plan. The process was smooth and streamlined for profiecentcy and they even put me in a rental until my car came from another lot. I definitely recommend this dealership and would also recommend anyone to speak with these people as they were professional, friendly, honest, and didn't try and sell you something you don't want.

I went in to trade in my mustang for an escape and texted one of the managers what I was looking for. He immediately emailed me a list of escapes that met my criteria. When I went to look at them, I was greeted by Amber. She was so sweet and not pushy at all. I wasn't wheeling and dealing with them. I loved the escape that I picked out. They worked with me throughout the whole process and made me feel like I was part of them. Amber stayed after hours just to help me set up the technology in my car and show me all of features the car had. I just wanted to say a little something about my awesome service experience with Beach Automotive Group - Lincoln and especially with Todd Lawson.On our drive from New Jersey down to Myrtle Beach SC our Lincoln MKZ started acting up. I could not believe this was happening because I put our car into the shop here in NJ at our local Lincoln/Ford dealership so that I would not experience any problems with our long trip south. I thought I did everything right! New tires, transmission flush and service, oil change, all new filters throughout and a tune-up. all was okay until about halfway through VA and it felt like to me that it was possibly a fuel ejector problem. We got into Myrtle Beach on Sunday afternoon so I started searching for a local dealership and located Beach Automotive Group.Took the car right over first thing Monday morning and hooked up with Todd Lawson. I told him about the work that was just performed not more than a week ago and he got it into the shop right away (and they were really busy) and told me it would probably be ready later that day. Todd offered to have the shuttle car take me back to my hotel and offered to have me picked up when the car was completed. On my return later that day, Todd drove the car and discovered that the problem still existed. So he contacted the dealership here in NJ and had them FAX a copy of the workorder so they could see what work was performed by them. Long story short, it turned out that one of the new spark plugs installed by the NJ dealership was faulty. Can you believe it! A $7.69 part caused all of these problems. Todd had the plug replaced and they even handled it under a warranty.I think what impressed me the most, was how professional Todd and the entire dealership was and handled the situation. Even though I was just a tourist they treated me like i had purchased ALL of my cars from them, like I was a life long customer!Kudos to B.A.G. if I ever move down to South Carolina - you can bet they will be my dealership where I purchase and service my cars.Thank You Todd, you saved our vacation.James & Diane Evanson

While towing our camper on vacation my wife and I suffered a breakdown just outside our destination Myrtle Beach. I asked several people who is the best in the area for working on powerstroke diesels. Everyone answered Beach Ford. Shortly after my truck was towed to them I recived a call from service writer Vernon Ford who assured me they undrrstood we were on vacation and would take care of us . Not only were we kept up to date on findings but the repair was done reasonably fast. Both of us were more than happy to be no longer stranded and complety happy with our experience with Beach Ford . We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We were staying at Ocean Lakes Campground and were getting ready to hook up to leave on the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend and our 2001 F350 Diesel Dually just quit. So we had it towed to Beach Ford and being late Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend they could not get to it until the following Tues. They did run some tests that Friday and found the problem, so on Tuesday morning they replaced the part and ran it for a couple hours to make sure it was right. They got us back on the road Tues and were very nice to us. Everyone there was very pleasant and friendly.

My husband and I traveled to Myrtle Beach from Pennsylvania for vacation. We drove my Ford Focus, and as luck would have it, we experienced transmission issues during our stay. Our fiasco took place on a Wednesday, and we were scheduled to leave our vacation on Saturday. We contacted Beach Automotive, and they informed us that while they did not have any available appointments, they would try to look at our vehicle as soon as possible. WOW! We were blown away by the service and effort put forth by the staff at Beach Automotive. By late afternoon the very next day, we were informed that our car was ready for pick-up. Since this was our main vehicle (being as though we were on vacation), they provided a shuttle both from their facility, back to our hotel, and then pack to pick up the vehicle. Everyone went out of their way to help us make the most of our vacation. I am so appreciative of their assistance, and would highly recommend their service to anyone!

I drive a 2013 Ford Super Duty diesel with 44,000 miles and a check engine light came on. Ford diesels will go into limp mode and shut down for some sensor issues. I live 3 hours away and was not sure that I could make it home so I called Beach on a Friday morning and was informed that they didn't have time to look at it. I explained that I lived 3 hours away and had a wife and 3 kids with me and I COULD NOT take a chance of being broken down on the side of the road. I begged for someone to at least check the code to see if it had to be repaired immediately. The service man told me that he could not take diesel mechanic off of the trucks already there. So, I will be moving to this area in a year or so and have just taken these xxxxxxxx off of my list. As a business owner who owns 15 service vehicles, I may take Ford off my list with dealers like this.

I had gone to Beach Ford looking to compare Van's. I had a wasteful week with a Dodge Promaster City I had gotten from CarMax and was returning the vehicle to them the next day. I wanted to check on the Ford Transit Connect Van, Beach had exactly what I wanted for a better price then the Dodge. Recently my 2014 Fusion would not start due to a failed battery cell and I contacted Beach Ford and called Ford Detroit for a tow. The tow was quick from Allen Towing, NMB. Upon arriving at Beach, found they were slammed. Long story short my battery was replaced under warranty and I left Beach about one hour after arriving. I worked with Frank Robinson and Doug on this issue. Excellent service!

My deal was simple...turning in a Ford Escape and finding a new one to lease..still the deal requires listening to what the customer wants and locating the appropriate vehicle...James Brown leased me my first Ford, and assisted me this time as well...he made the experience more or less enjoyable and we accomplished the deal in less than two hours...I also want to mention that we had contact with at least four other members of their staff and each was attentive, helpful and pleasant...that's the kind of dealership that will keep me coming back...and, by the way, the day before I had visited Beach Chrsyler and had a similar experience with their salesman, Lou Davis, and the rest of their staff...Beach is either training staff well or just hiring really good folks...

A recent transplant from NY, my 2012 Edge was in need of an oil change. I went into the service department and was able to make an appointment for the required service via Dominic Mason, the Service Manager. Upon arriving for the scheduled service, I was immediately assisted by Loretta, and then Dominic. I was pleasantly surprised, as Smithtown Ford in Long Island, NY, where I purchased my Edge, not only had a poorly furnished service area, the workers never seemed to be happy. The service area at Beach Auto is clean, furnished with comfortable chairs. There was a coffee station with fresh coffee to boot !!! Smithtown Ford could take a lesson from this dealership. The oil change was completed in a timely manner, and every person I dealt with there was nothing short of pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for restoring my faith in Ford Dealerships ! I literally brought my Edge down via a car transport from NY as I could not manage an to have an oil change done prior to my leaving for Myrtle Beach. Beach Auto will be servicing my vehicle from this point forward. Happy New Year !!!

If go into the dealership having done your homework...like doing TMV on Edmunds and knowing the fmv of any trade in, I believe that you will find that they will beat Edmunds price and give you fair value for any trade in. I used to represent a Ford dealership in Va. as their general counsel and have purchased more than 12 cars in my lifetime. They are by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Friendly and no sales pressure...and as a fairly high volume dealership, they can give you the best deal anywhere close to Myrtle Beach.... a pleasant buying experience! 5 stars all around!

Overall experience could have been handled better and more professionally, (you can put a suit and tie on anyone, or anything, it still doesn't make that a professional). The entire dealership remained open while we closed the deal so we could drive it away that day. They were true professionals and made the experience wonderful! I did shop around. However, from the minute I stepped on to the property, I was made aware of what my trade in would be and provided an estimate of what my financing cost would be. Both ended up being my final contracted price and the best deal presented over other dealerships. The dealership complex is aesthetically pleasing; operates with state-of-the art technology in processing loan agreements; and from my personal experience, employs professional team members. Extra kudos to Devin Soles, Justin Trudell, and my finance person (whose name has escaped me! Sorry!). Justin even stayed until 7:30 PM (dealership closed at 7:00 PM) to meticulously review the bells and whistles of my new 2016 Ford Fiesta Hatchback. Technology is grand!! Paul was able to offer me much more for my trade than I thought possible, able to keep my total purchase price within $4 of my "dream" payment the 1st and only time figures were drawn (thank you Paul and management team!), and completed my visit in just over 2 hours, which is hard to believe for a Saturday afternoon! This is a review of QuickLane at Beach Ford in Myrtle Beach, SC. The guys at QuickLane are top shelf from the time we are greeted through the whole experience having our vehicles serviced. My wife and I have a 2015 Explorer and a 2014 Roush Mustang and we can always trust that our vehicles are serviced correctly and recommendations are truthful not just a sales pitch. i schedule my F150 to be serviced, they were really busy but when i told them my warranty was running out and I needed to get in early they knew it was urgent and got me in a lot sooner. Had everything checked, from a slow puncture tire to a AC compressor which needed changing and of course oil change. They done a good job, really nice people there and the shuttle service is the fastest I've ever seen. Just want to say a heart felt thank you to everyone there at the Service Department.

Saturday October 31, 2015, my husband and I went to Beach Ford to look at their inventory...we were interested in a 4x4 Ford F150. We went there with a shopping list of wants for "his pickup" since he hasn't had a new truck in over 16 years. Of course every salesman is nice when you are looking...but when you hand them a shopping list with an attached expected price that's usually where the niceness stops. Not at Beach Ford...this was our first time there...our salesman was Justin and he was extremely NICE. He explained EVERYTHING about the truck my husband was interested in and then when they settled on a price that he liked...we met with Dallas, the money man who got us a loan with payments we could afford. So...between the quality of a Ford (we only purchase Fords) the knowledgeable salesman Justin and their fantastic financial man Dallas...we could not have asked for better. Would I recommend Beach Ford? TO ANY ONE AND EVERY ONE....BEST PLACE TO BUY A FORD AT THE BEACH!

My parents and I went into the dealership with an odd situation. I wanted to buy their Ford F-150 off of them and they wanted to upgrade to a new one. I was having a hard time getting a loan but Beach Ford worked hard to make sure I got a loan with a good rate so I could buy my parents truck off them. They made no money on my purchase but they still worked all day to make it work. They are the reason that I now have a 2013 F-150 and my parents have a brand new 2015 F-150. We couldn't have done it with out them.

I went to Beach Automotive Group to buy myself a new car! I being in my early 20th i have never bought a car and was very unsure of how to go about buy a car. I did what most people would do, and looked up everything I could on the car that I wanted. I had the nicest sales associate Andrew Berardi. he help make my first car buying experience a breeze and was very honest with me with pricing. I ended up not liking the car I went there to buy and got an even better car and he only shopped in my price ranged and didn't show me cars that I couldn't afford, unlike some of the other dealers I had gone too. In fact, when I got there after doing some on-line research I was so glad to see James Brown who I'd worked with before and new I'd get a straight deal and good value. I was very surprised at all levels. Previous car buying experiences were painful and Draaaaaawn out. My experience at Beach Ford was very professional, not pushing and very very accommodating. I had arrived with the car in mind I wanted and got it. I had also arrived with pre-conceived vision of pushy sales people but Andrew as nothing like that. I had previously arranged financing (3.75% interest) with an organization that I have done business with for 22 years, mainly because I am self-employed, because it is very difficult to get credit. Andrew suggested I let them at least try to obtain financing and I said go ahead but it won't work. Well to my amazement they not only got me financed but at 0%, yes 0%. Wow!!! they just saved me $5000.00. I will be buying another car in the near future for my Fiance and I know I will be going straight to Beach Ford and team.Thank you to the whole team, you exceeded my expectations.

I made an appointment on Thursday to have my Lincoln serviced on Monday afternoon. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointed time and then waited for over 3 hours while my car was not touched. A less than 1 hour service (reprogram a key and check a tire for slow leak) took the entire afternoon. The service tech was not communicative at all. Kept telling me it was in progress or he would check on it but he never did. Only when I asked him what was the point of making an appointment for service if they were not going to work on the car until they got good and ready to do so, did he jump on things and get my service completed. I will not go back to this dealer for service if avoidable in the future.

I had to have power window on driver's side repaired. It took one day to order the part. Very convenient that rent-a-car place is one minute away. Had to rent a car since I live one hour from Beach Mazda. Repairs were completed perfectly once part arrived. I foolishly removed door panel before I brought car to Beach Mazda. But they put everything back correctly (of course) and completed the repair. No charge -- as it was still covered under warranty. That was great. I wish there was a Mazda dealer where I lived. But the excellent service provided by Beach Mazda compensates for the one hour drive.

First contact was via the internet sales person. Very professional and very helpful. I really wanted to look at a 2016 Miata, but Mazda has not delivered them to the dealers yet. Beach had a 2015 with the same package I would want in a 2016. Needless to say once I took a test drive, I drove off in the 2015 Miata and I love it!. At Beach, the sales people were friendly and very professional though I feel they needed to have a couple more on duty as I had to wait extended periods several times due to my sales person having to "multi task" multiple customers on the floor leaving me standing there twiddling my thumbs. Having been a Mazda sales person in Southern California some time ago I can understand how sometimes customers can get frustrated waiting around while the (SLOW) process is in work.All in all, I would go back to Beach Automotive.

I started having some problems with my 2012 focus where it quit accelerating in drive and the auto shift option and would act like it was in neutral, which ended up withe having to get my car towed to my house. I did some research and found that ford had issued a warranty extension for a problem with the transmission control module ( I purchased the car through a different lot and was not aware this problem was found in some of these models). I carefully took my car to the local dealership (beach automotive) to have it looked at. The service advisor said it sounded like it was the tcm from the problems I described). Considering I didn't have an appointment, it got looked at the next day (Friday) and they found it was the tcm and ordered the part. They tried to overnight it to be in the next day (Saturday) but it didn't come in until Monday morning. By Monday afternoon my car was fixed and it's been running great since. The downside was having to leave my car there when I only have the one so I had to rent a car- which came out of my car payment and insurance money that was due that Friday my car was being looked at. They did offer me a rental/courtesy car but only for the day mine was being fixed. I don't think I should have had to pay out of pocket for a rental when it was a known manufacturer problem but overall the service and repair I received met my expectations.

I tried something different this time. Buy a car based on best price and get dealers to fight for my business. I researched my car and all the options, searched dealer inventories up to one state away. Of all the dealers I researched, Beach Automotive gave me the best price the first time. I tried going to other dealers ready to buy, but each time I was decieved in the difference from internet agreed pricing and when I showed up things magically changed by the dealer and the price was no longer what they earlier agreed to. It was all a scam to get us to show up, fall in love with the car and fell forced to buy it. Not with Beach Automotive, we drove two hours to meet them and they were TRUE to their word. In a world that lacks trust and honesty, it means a lot to me that a person/business word is their bond. Beach Automotive was the first honest dealer and they restored my trust in Ford. Thanks to the whole team for staying late to accomodate driving two hours to show up and purchase the Ford Fusion.

Not only did they do the warranty work for free, but they did a free multi point inspection of the vehicle. I have been to Quick Lane with my 2004 Mustang GT a couple of times and they have treated me with respect and given me excellent service. One trip was emergency and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it and the other was a scheduled service. They did the requested service and in the process found cracks in my serpentine belt, replaced it and charged me a fair price. I would recommend them.

I was in search of a used car in my budget and found a great deal on cars.com for a Mazda3 being sold by Beach Automotive. It was after 8pm when I sent my inquiry so I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email response from Nick the internet sales manager. He asked a few questions and advised I'd hear back from someone on his team.The next morning I heard back from Brent Tankersley. We exchanged numerous emails and he was always prompt with replies, patient and informative. I'm in Charleston, about 2 hours from Beach Automotive, and driving up Saturday was best for my schedule. Brent told me to ask for Jim Cole when I got there, and he'd take care of me. And Jim did! He was kind, gracious and attentive. I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty sure I got such a great deal, that I wonder if anyone made any sort of commission on this sale. From the way I was treated, start to finish, you'd never guess it. Besides the stellar treatment, there was also complimentary water, coffee, donuts, and AMAZING popcorn made available to my daughter and I. Jim made sure all of my questions were answered, he showed me every aspect of the car I wanted to buy, we took it for a test drive, I drove off the lot with a full tank of gas and a vehicle ready for a road trip. The finance manager was a bit frosty (even my daughter noticed) but I'd imagine he was swamped and there were only 2 finance managers total, when there are typically three. He wasn't rude by any means but perhaps compared to Jim Cole and his boss and Brent and how gracious they were, it was simply a contrast that I'd like to mention. This morning I received a follow up email from Jim, thanking me for being a customer and letting me know he's there if I need anything. Just outstanding customer service, a well run dealership, a great deal on an awesome car. Happy, happy, happy! Two thumbs up!!

In both (Wilma/Larry) of our years buying cars, this has been the most enjoyable, We purchased our new Ford Fiesta with DJ's help over the phone. We explained to DJ what we wanted and he delivered. DJ was friendly, pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable and understood with what we told him about our circumstances, took control and delivered. This was done all over the phone and fax, Credit app, sticker price on car and estimated "Buyers Order and Invoice". DJ made this sale work quickly and smoothly. His knowledge of the vehicle was impressive and all this over the phone. After DJ sold the car he then transfered everything over to Steve who made 2 calls to us and met us at the office for delivery of the vehicle. Steve, also was very friendly, pleasant, professional and extremely knowledgeable of sales. When Steve was finsihed with his work he turned us over to Jim Gunter for the final paper work and our signatures for the sale of the Ford Fiesta. Jim again made things run smoothly, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the software he was using. He also got us the best deal either 0% interest or 2.64% interest rate for 48 months. Jim explained both with what we were financing and we made the selection. He was so helpful. If Beach Automotive is giving out awards for the year we hope that these 3 people are in the game and are selected. We will definitely recommend DJ, Steve and Jim Gunter when purchasing a car from Beach Automotive.

I decided it was time to trade in my 2005 Aviator and 2010 Milan and downsize to 1 vehicle as I am single. Trying to figure out how to get both cars to the dealership was daunting. But, Beach made it so easy. I drove by and had the Milan appraised and then the next morning drove the Aviator in to make the deal. I was only in the dealership for an hour and a half. Once again, Beach Automotive has proven to me that they are reliable, thorough and efficient. I brought them my 2013 Lincoln MKT which was still under warranty but needed technical attention beyond routine maintenance. Because my vehicle had to be kept overnight, a loaner was waiting for me right after I turned my Lincoln over to them. My car was ready as promised and I never had to take out my wallet. Beach Ford sent a shuttle to pick us up and had our car fixed free of charge the same day by 2PM. We didn't have to get a rental, miss any of our son's pitching at Cal Ripken, or have to extend our trip. The people were helpful and friendly. When I called the night before to get information, even though it was closing time the person there got someone in financing to discuss what my Ford Extended Warranty would cover, and suggested we just have the car towed Thurs. night and take the shuttle to Ford the next day. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Beach Ford. They made what could have been a real headache easy. We are from Hampton, VA, so it was unnerving to break down so far from home at closing time during our vacation. Beach Ford should be the model for Customer Service for all the rest!

We purchased a 2015 Mazda CX 5 from Beach . Back in February we had a great experience with Beach in purchasing our 2014 Mazda CX5 it was a no brainer for us to go back to them with our next purchase. My wife and I decided it was time to trade in our larger SUV for a more gas efficient one. We were very pleased with our 2014 Mazda but we wanted to look at an option of a Ford Focus as well. I had e-mailed our previous sales rep, Stephen Pringle several times and he provided answers to my questions about the Focus. We then decided to go to Beach and see if we could find the vehicle that makes sense to us. After asking for Stephen when we arrived, Stephen came out to greet us and apologized that he was currently with a client but took time to get another rep to work with us. Clinton Vititoe (CJ) worked with us. He showed us the Ford Focus Titantium but after sitting in it I knew it was a little too tight for me. My wife and I then asked if they had a new CX 5 Grand Touring and CJ took the time to search out two of them on the lot. We immediately made our selection CJ worked with us to expedite the trade in appraisal and the proposed deal. The trade in value was right on the money as to what I had expected and with the incentives Mazda had we made the deal. It was once again a great experience. CJ made sure we were taken care of. The finance manager then greeted us. He remembered us from February and he too expedited the paperwork. The Sales Manager came to thanks us for our business and Stephen came out to make sure CJ had properly taken care of us. We once again enjoyed our experience and will continue to come back to Beach.

I worked with only one salesperson - CJ - and found him to very helpful and knowledgeable about the different Ford models we asked to see. CJ was very patient and took the time to get keys to any vehicle in which we expressed an interest ( which was quite a few). We made several visits in between looking at other vehicles and felt no pressure to make a quick decision. all our questions about financing and vehicle features were answered and any information CJ did not have he immediately researched.When we eventually purchased a certified Ford Explorer CJ inspected all aspects of the car and replaced or repaired an issues. The finance manager explained the extended warranty coverage and costs and answered all our questions.Finally, to save us a return trip because the vehicle was not quite ready, CJ offered to deliver the car to our house, which he did. Overall a pleasant experience with no surprises.

The service has gotten better and better. For the last year or so it has been perfection. I could not ask for a more pleasant service advisor, Jeremy. We visited Beach Ford for the 60,000 mile maintenance on our Lincoln MKX. They worked with us and made the appointment to fit our schedule. We dropped the car off and as they were doing the required work they uncovered the cause to what we thought was a minor problem we had mentioned. They called us and let us know what was needed and went out of their way to help us with our contact at Ford Motor/ Lincoln customer care. The work was completed on time and the car was returned and retuned sparkling clean. We have had all our oil changes and maintenance work done at Beach Ford, their service managers are always professional and always treat you like family. It is wonderful to drive a great car and know it is backed up by a super service department

From the start Steve was very attentive to our needs. We were looking for a quality automobile at a reasonable price. We decided that a 2013 Lincoln would serve our needs. Steve searched the interned to find one in the color and with options we wanted. When we took delivery of the auto, Steve took plenty of time explaining the operation of the vehicle, setting up and explaining how to use the SYNC system. I came to Beach after having done some research on the Lincoln MKT. I was not very hopeful because among the things that I learned was that there were almost none available in the Myrtle Beach area and what was there was very limited in color and options. Once I came to the dealership I was offered anything I wanted and immediately given a test drive to make sure that this was truly the car for me. I drove the demo on Monday and had my own car on Wednesday. When I came to pick it up, the sales rep. spent more than an hour with me just going over the high tech features of the car. His patience was admirable. In addition to the process of purchasing the car, I was also given excellent advice on the subjects of finance and extended warranties. The paperwork was overwhelming, but the explanations were clear and concise. It was emphasized that I have the opportunity to return to the dealership for further explanations and advisement on all aspects of this day's events. This is very reassuring. I should also mention that I was given a very fair trade-in price for the vehicle that I was replacing.

Couldn't ask for a better buying experience from start to finish. Initially was interested in the CX5 model but was curious about the new Mazda3 5 door Grand Touring which just happened to have arrived on the lot earlier in the day. Vince went out of his way to have us take a look at the car and then have it ready the next morning for a test drive. Needless to say we fell in love with the car, got a great deal and drove it off the lot later that day. The whole sales staff including the Sales Manager Cliff were great to work with! Experience was quite positive at every step from walking in to driving away three days later in our new car. Brandon Huggins was very helpful and fairly knowledgable regarding the vehicle. Brought our 2005 Ford F250 diesel in for a suspected transmission problem. Vernon from Beach Ford called the next day and advised that there was no problem with the transmission but the fan clutch was bad and the engine was overheating. I explained again (had already told him when dropping off the truck) that neither the coolant temperature gauge nor the transmission temperature gauge indicated any overheating. He insisted that the error code in the computer was for overheating and the fan clutch was defective. Unfortunately, I approved the repair.The next day, the truck broke down again with the exact same problem - I was 60 miles away in Florence, SC. I brought the truck into Mike Reichenbach Ford in Florence and they diagnosed and repaired a defective shift lever assembly. The problem was fixed and has not occurred again.I called Beach Ford and discussed the misdiagnosis and unnecessary repair with the service advisor Vernon and his boss Joe - they were unwilling to acknowledge their error nor credit me any portion of their rip off repair.Stay away from this place - simply parts replacers - no diagnostic skills!

I didn`t know much about Volvo or your dealership but my wife was interested in the C30 and wanted me to take a look at it. We went out several times on Sundays to look around. From day one Beach Ford stayed in touch with us, for we live in Moncks Corner, SC. We looked on line talked with the salesman James Brown on which car we liked and did everything on the phone so that when we went to the dealership everything was done, so after our test drive we where read to go and sign the papers to get our new escape. Also peformed a multi point inspection and discovered that my breaks were nearing the red and needed replacement. They were able to get the entire job done the same day. Utilizing the internet provided me with a pretty good idea of what price to expect. Although I felt the trade-ins offered for my two vehicles was a bit on the low side, I felt the price of the vehicle (before applying the trade-ins amount) was very good. The vehicle was delivered to me with some unexplained damage under the rocker panels, which I did not see until we arrived home. The dealership replaced these damaged pieces the following day, saying they were not aware of their presence. Overall expeience, very good. I would recommend them to my friends.

They were both very helpful in explaining everything that was wrong with our car and assured us that the body shop would do a good job. My elderly parents bought a used car from this dealership just after New Year 2012. They had been involved in an accident just before Christmas and knowing how fortunate they had been not to get hurt safety was a number one priority. They found a VOLVO they wanted and the following day took me to see it. The first hint of problems should have been when I found it on the internet it was $2000 cheaper than what they had been quoted. They did honor the price I found after it was brought to their attention.When I talked to the salesman I asked about certification of the used car and he assured me that although the car was not certified that it would be inspected from bumper to bumper and all safety issues would be looked at and corrected before they were allowed to take possession. The car was pulled up for me to see and my dad ask about filings on wheels that looked like brake dust. Again he was assured they would look at brakes before he took possession of the car. They paid cash for the car and in good faith accepted the "AS IS " warranty . At that time I left the dealership feeling OK about their purchase. The following day my dad picked up the car and had not gotten 20 miles down the road when he found a chip in the wind shield. He called the dealership and was told to file the claim with his insurance company that it should be free. (To me this is fraud.) Secondly when they got the car to WV it did not pass state inspection because of metal on metal brake shoes. After calls to Beach Ford they have done nothing to stand behind their word to us. Two service garages as well as 1 other dealership in MB looking at brake shoes said the mileage my parents have put on the car would never have caused that much wear on brakes. This being said I would NEVER recommend BEACH Ford to anyone. To me they were after the money and would have said anything to make that car sale. Poor integrity and defiantly poor service is what we got. Taking advantage of the elderly, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

I purchased a new Ford Edge and when I was presented the paper work the first time the sales person noticed a 1000 dollar mistake which he corrected. I was also quoted a price, however when I advised the salesman I had my own financing from my credit union for 1.49 percent I was told I had to take Ford Credit financing or the price of the vehicle would be $1000 more. I signed all the paperwork and took delivery of the vehicle. When I got home I went over the paperwork regarding the charges and saw I was charged $499.00 in closing costs! I didn't buy a house, I purchased a car. When I questioned this I was told some dealers charge $99 and some charge $1000, but this charge is necessary for overhead, for example, internet help, car reports, etc. If I had been told this and shown this I would have not purchased the vehicle. To me this is a bogus charge. If you can't afford to run your dealership on the sales of your cars with their profit go out of business. I will never deal with any dealer charging this item. By the way, I did not ask for a lower price on the vehicle, I simply accepted what I was quoted over the internet.

Two and 1/2 years ago, March 12,2009, I bought a Mazda Tribute (brand new left over 2008). In retrospect, I think I was led down the garden path, as I bought many valuable and worth while add-ons worth extra thousands of dollars.So, when I began to consider buying a Ford Fusion I was a little gun shy. I went on the Internet and shopped price. I found Crown Ford of Fayetteville to be the "best deal". After filling out the necessary paperwork I was contacted (via email) with all kinds of promises to be provided by their management team. I responded -- no answer -- I then received a questionaire asking me for the same information I had provided them in my initial email contact. Scott was fantastic, he took the time with my husband and I to show us everything this car will do and then some!! Being from the older generation, it was refreshing to know that there are salesmen out there that will take the time with us older folks who arent as sharp with all this new technology! I called on a car they had on the internet and flew in to see it from NJ. The car had some cosmetic problems but overall we loved it-with one exception-an odor. Rich said it was from the "detailing" and that it would go. We bought the car,paying cash, that day. The next day the car was worse-brought it back. THEIR serviceman said it smelled like mold-the manager came out and said he too smelled "nothing"-said it's a Mercedes smell. Took car to Conway Mercedes-they set off "odor bomb" to clean odors for us-they were GREAT people. Odor back in 1 day. This entire time Rich is still denying an odor even when we took it to ANOTHER service center (the 3rd now)who also thought it was mold. We almost gagged from it. The dealership would not take car back even though I was there within 24 hours with this problem and had he not lied to me from the beginning and said the odor was from detailing I never would have bought it. The mamager said to let it go a few days to see if the "bomb" worked so we left for NJ. After a few days we called back as they asked. Rich answered "what is it NOW? " Any other lack of professionalism up until that point I was willing to overlook(and trust me, there was plenty) but that was it. I would never deal with them again. My car still has the odor-the detailing hid alot of problems (wiped clear film over foggy headlights and said they had "polished them out")The entire deal left a bad taste in my mouth. NO I would not deal with them-a bit sleazy for my taste.

I took my daughteers car to be serviced. While I was waiting I looked around the lot. Joe came out to talk to me and take me for a test drive. He followed up within a week. We really were going to wait a little longer to get a new car, but with Joe working with me, it made sense to lease. We also felt we got a good price on our Explorer. I spent several Months looking for a used truck. Kinda hard to find and all I wanted was a FORD!! Go American! I spoke with David Cob and he reached out to me several times about trucks they had come in. I never felt any pressure to buy at any time. The last time I bought a vehicle I felt the pressure and actually got a vehicle I didnt want. Its great when you have a sales person that understands that and is patience with you. The poor guy we kinda drove him nuts with looking at cars suv's and trucks. All the time he was kind couterous and you felt like you were dealing with your family. No pressures no hassles. Scott, my salesman, picked out the perfect car for me and made the entire experience fast, easy and fun with absolutely no pressure! Bob was very knowledgeable about the ford mustang which is the vehicle I was interested in. He was extremenly personable and most helpful. Beach Ford was unlike other dealerships where the sales people are just plain pushy. His followup afterwards offering to answer any questions I might have or to assist me in any way with the vehicle was greatly appreciated. I did stop a few days after at the dealership to see Bob and have hime help acquaint me with a few accessories in the vehicle. I was greated the same way as the very first day I stopped in.

Customer service was excellent; not high pressure and interested that I got the car I wanted. My car had to be gotten from a dealer 200 miles away and it was found and here the next day. All the paper work and finances were handled quickly and efficiently. My salesperson was very nice and responsive to my requests. The overall experience made trading in my former Mazda 3, a 2006 very easy and I got an excellent price for my former low mileage car. I was in town on vacation for a week, and of course on the day before I was going to leave for home, my '06 F150 started acting up. Rather than waste time with someone who doesn't know Ford trucks intimately, I took it to Beach Ford. They were very knowledgeable and had an idea what the problem was right off the bat. They were able to get me in immediately, and were able to replace the part which they had in stock. I was there for only a couple of hours while they got me fixed up. I wasn't thrilled about the price (wasn't sure if they upped the price because I was from out of town), but I can't say for sure that it was higher than anyone else would have charged. I would still recommend Beach Ford to anyone, because even if the price was a little higher, they still got me in right away and were very friendly, which is something that is nice to experience when you're visiting from out of town.

Always get a great "hello" from the service staff and they call me by name; they are indeed courteous. Usually walk around the show room looking at new Mustangs while my Thunderbird is being serviced. Sales staff is also very friendly. Always have 5,000 mile checkup and any other "in between" services that may be needed [windshield wipers, burned out lamps].

Great experience with this dealership. Ron answered all my questions from the internet site and scheduled my appointment with Devon who was the Sales Manager. Devon answered all my questions and had Bob (who was very knowledgeable about the Ford Edge) test drive the vehicle. Bob actually synced my cell phone to the vehicle and as I was test driving, I was talking to friends in CA. What an experience. The sync system in this vehicle worked flawlessly and it is free unlike Onstar. After my test drive, I was very impressed. I met with Devon and Bob, they went over all the details involving my trade and I decided to buy the Ford Edge. Finally, I met with Dallas, who helped me financing and I was on my way !!

I was in need of an Suv because I recently had a baby. My current car was too small. The staff at Beach Automotive knew just what to show me that was in my budget. They worked hard to make sure I was making the right decision. After I bought it I had a question the next day on how to work my Navigation system, and they had no problem taking time to show it to me again! Thank you guys.

All the staff at Beach Ford was great to deal with. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and nice. I shopped every where for a new car, but the sales person at Beach Ford made it easy to buy there. Thank you to Marcos my sales person and Cliff the sales manager too. I will be coming back for my future car buying needs.

I came into Beach Ford looking for a good/newer pre-owned f150. Marcos called me back a few times about pre-owned trucks that they had in stock. He always kept in touch with me, like I was his only customer. He was very friendly and helpful. He sent me an email about a brand new f150 that was on special/sale. He said I know it's not what you want but come look at it, its a great looking work truck. I came in test drove it and fell in love with it. They worked to get me the best deal/rate. Dallas Maxwell had the paper work for me to sign in no time. He was very fast but very thorough at the same time. I can't say anything negative about Beach Ford. They have a great staff and a great establishment. We will be buying our vehicles there in the future. Beach ford get a big thumbs up!!Thanks,Mike Sipio Jr.

I had Beach Ford install tires and they put dents on all 4 wheels. I watched them work and they were rushing and careless. Management would not even look at the wheels until asked to do so by the Better Business Bureau. Then he did not even show up. I now get spammed by advertising from Beach Ford to buy a new car. I will not be doing business with this company again and will definitely not be buying a new car from them.

nickel & dime sleazy. after purchasing two vehicles we were provided with only one set of keys for one of the vehicles even though it was strongly inferred they would provide a second set...what type of dealership offers a car for sale without two sets of keys? we're out $238.00 dollars after purchasing two vehicles at one visit. sleazy, sleazy, sleazy.

Everything went smooth all the staff knew their products. We were offered a very good amount for our trade vehicle. Overall i would highly reccomend Beach for their Sales and their Service. We have been in for service 3 times and it has always been a superior experiance. The waiting rooms have lots of new up to date magazines it the racks and the coffee seens to be freash all the time.

After working amicably with the salesman for two days (I even took the car to my mechanic for inspection), reaching an agreed purchase price and loan arrangement I called late Fri afternoon to confirm that I was buying the car. The salesman said he was not working on Sat so we agreed that I would pick up the car on Mon. He said the car might sell before then and we both laughed...he asked for my credit card number to "seal the deal" and I gladly gave it to him. Had there been any indication that I needed to go to the dealership, send an email or fax confirmation before Mon, I would have done all three. You guessed it! They sold the car out from under me...for more money!! If this is not illegal it is certainly disreputable. Beware.

Was told I new needed a new fuel pump on my Ranger, $300. Was not told that the fuel pump worked perfectly, even though all I wanted was a working fuel guage. I could've saved $300 and just watched my mileage but was not told this. <br><br>Have ordered various parts from the parts department. One time, it took 3 weeks to get in a touch up paint.<br><br>The employees don't seem to care, they're used vehicles are grossly overpriced compared to comparable vehicles at other dealerships, and they are not truthful. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
