I always buy Nissans. My current Nissan Altima is 15 years old and has 175,000 miles on it. Needless to say, I am in need of a new car. I began with my search with TrueCar. I found an 2016 Nissan Rogue at Beau Townsend Nissan. After communicating with Jeanine I submitted a credit application to purchase. My credit score was not the strongest, upon finding out that the credit score was weak, I expected to get the "weak credit run-around", you know the routine. When a person's credit score is not stellar, the staff starts to avoid you, because they realize this will not be an easy sale.The staff at Beau Townsend remained professional, and advocated for my purchase.

My daughter and I purchased her a $10K used vehicle and after several attempts to contact the sales person that closed the deal and trying to set up a service appointment we finally just took the vehicle to another dealer who told us that the front axel was pulled out and it was in really bad shape and that it could have come apart anytime. while the vehicle is the new dealer service center Beau decides to finally call and acted all ticked off cause he knew the vehicle was taken to another dealer not sure how he knew but he knew. Anyways he goes into this long explanation about how if the vehicle was brought to him they could have possibly helped with the repair cost but now there was nothing he could do. but the thing that that really sets me off is the fact that he told my daughter "sorry about your luck but that's the crap shoot you took buying a used car" xxx? as she is balling. she is a 19 year old college student trying to do the right thing then runs into a piece of work like this guy! never again will we be back to Beau Townsend and I will tell everyone I know about this experience and just because my daughter didn't have $25K for a new car doesn't mean she deserves to be treated this way. $10K is no small amount of money especially for a college student. I will be filing a BBB complaint!

We have purchased two cars from Beau Townsend Nissan. We ALWAYS have excellent customer service.I directly dealt with the Service Dept recently for an oil change, tire rotation and recall alert. I was told it would be a 45 min wait. Two hours later, I was finally leaving. The gentleman that I dealt with in the Service Dept apologized and made sure that I was compensated for having to wait a lot longer than I was told. THAT is what sets your dealership apart from the others. The customer service is exceptional. The employees go out of their way to make your experience there as satisfactory as possible. It does NOT go unnoticed. And it is much appreciated. Thank you!

We have bought 2 cars from Beau Townsend Nissan over the last couple of years. We have always had wonderful customer service in ALL departments of the dealership. Yesterday I took my car in to have the oil changed, tires rotated and a recall fixed. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Two hours later, I was finally leaving. The gentleman that waited on me in the Service Dept apologized for the delay and made sure that I was compensated for waiting longer than I was told. THAT is what sets this dealership apart from the rest. Good customer service is HARD to find nowadays. It's very refreshing to deal with a company and its employees who handle situations BEFORE they are even mentioned. Thank you!

The customer services we received immediately upon arrival and after being led to Mr. Jones' office. Mr. Jones worked very diligently trying to get us exactly what we needed. He never lost his patience no matter what I sent his way. (I would have because here was a person who had NO CLUE WHAT SHE WANTED EVEN AFTER THE TEST DRIVE). My apology for displaying a non-positive behavior. After my terrible experience with another dealership a few days before I visited Beau Townsend Nissan, it was a relief to finally meet in person someone like Corey Jones! I have already encourage three other acquaintances to go see Corey Jones, Beau Townsend, before purchasing from other dealerships. I have never taken time to complete a survey like this! Sadly, I actually purchased a vehicle from Beau Townsend Nissan at the beginning of January. In hindsight, I should never have ever completed this purchase.To be honest, I should have just rented a car and driven home when I opened the hood of the vehicle I was purchasing, only to be greeted by cheap aftermarket HID headlights, a semi-functional air horn, and an aftermarket air filter in place of a perfectly fine stock intake. These are simple things that are easy to replace and don't require a lot of time or cost to repair. And then there was the dried mud caked underneath from nose to tail, even lodged behind the taillights. Why hadn't that been cleaned, I asked? Of course, the excuse I received was that the pressure washer was broken down that day. But wait, hadn't they had the truck in their inventory for 3 months? So many excuses.Let me continue: The vehicle was marketed across the web as being Nissan Certified Pre-Owned, which is what initially attracted my attention, along with the great price. Well, there was a reason why the vehicle was so cheap - it wasn't actually Nissan Certified Pre-Owned. When I asked, I was told that, "it was a mistake." So, instead of being Nissan Certified Pre-Owned, the vehicle was sold with a 12mo/12k mile Royal Shield powertrain warranty that was included in the purchase price. I figured it would be enough to protect me should anything go wrong. And go wrong, things did.Things that actually did go wrong in my very short ownership of the vehicle:- Valve cover gasket leak- Grinding transmission- Failing fuel pump that made the vehicle impossible to start in freezing temperaturesUnfortunately, as I found out, making a warranty claim at any service center other than Beau Townsend Nissan with the Royal Shield warranty is next to impossible, despite being told that, "If I take it to an ASE-certified service center, the repairs will be covered." Now, I even took the vehicle to a qualified and certified Nissan Service Center. However, with the way the warranty was structured (and since I live over 10 hours away and I wasn't actually able to bring the vehicle all the way back to Beau Townsend Nissan), no repairs were ever approved nor were they ever performed. Last but not least, I feel that I should mention that I was without the vehicle for 2 weeks while I waited for the repairs to never be approved by either the warranty company or Beau Townsend Nissan.Ultimately, I was forced to sell the vehicle at a loss so that I could buy something that I could actually depend on starting in freezing temperatures.If I could, I would award Beau Townsend Nissan 0/7 stars, and may the next person looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership be very wary of their unsavory practices.

Just turned in my 2013 Altima SL and came home with a 2015 Murano Platinum. Earlier I contacted Damon Smith and asked to alert me as soon as Nissan had a program that would allow an early turn in of my Altima. He alerted me soon as the program released and I made the deal. Customer service like that is why I keep coming back. Service dept has always be easy to talk to and lets you know what is going on. I even take my one non Nissan to the Service dept. F&I dept has always found me the best rate possible on each of my purchases. Thanks for making it easy.

I was on my last leg and drove to the lot, Paulette W. Salesperson came out to me and ask how could she help me. I was so down and tired of credit checks and other lots just trying to sell me a sob story. She listen and had compassion and understanding. She took me straight to cars in my buget and then to the blessing that was in the hands of the used cars manager, Larry, who was very helpful. then to special finance manager Arash K. Who made it happen, he was very educated in financial issues and talk with me with respect and a caring heart, who wanted to sleep good that night. I ended up with a upgrade from 01 Nissan, Altima to a 09 Nissan altima. NEVER IN MY WILDEST DREAMS DID I THINK THAT WOULD HAPPEN. Beau Townsend and the crew "They Did It" Thank God to all of you guys Who gave me hope and a smile back in my heart.

We came here due to having a totaled vehicle that we needed to replace. Our last buying experience at a competitor was terrible, so we were dreading having to do this again. Thumbs up ?? to Connor Spencer who went above and beyond to get me the car and the payment I wanted. Connors was so personable and kind, I wanted to fix him up with my Granddaughter. LOL... I Found out he already had a girlfriend, not surprised! He's a catch! His sales skills were and great. I'm not sure that I would have bought if he wasn't so persistent. Yes, I probably would have but, from some other dealer. Connor made my experience a good one. I would like to go back just to see him or take him out to lunch. This is my first time leasing a car on my own, first time at a dealership really. I did a bunch of research, the internet says this is the cheapest nissa dealer around. And the whole experience was not bad! I had to haggle a little but they gave me a reasonable price. Still on the higher side of reasonable, but I wanted to keep my down payment low so I didn't push.Matt was very nice. It is a little strange that he acted like the middle person between us and Jarrod...how many commissions am I paying here!!?...but everyone was nice. People warned me about car salesmen being xxxxxx, but Matt did not give me that feeling at all.

Paulette was wonderful! She knew everything about the Rogue - explained and demonstrated all the features - and that was when I told her I was just starting to look and test drive. She didn't make me feel pressured or rushed, but she pointed out the awesome features of the Rogue and showed me one that had what I wanted... not what she thought I wanted. I did NOT have the same great experience at other dealerships. Paulette followed up gently - not a pest - and when I decided the Rogue was what I wanted she found me one with the exact parameters I asked for. She and Helen were wonderful at answering my questions and getting the deal done quickly and painlessly. I am very happy with my choice of car as well as this dealership.

About a minuet into the test drive Doug Higgins revealed, that he is a fellow devil dog, and that all total about 6 of the sales task force at Beau Townsend were Marines. I knew I was in good honest hands and that whatever was said about the vehicle was straight forward fact . Doug asked if he could get me something to drink a soda or coffee, later on found out he paid for the soda, it was not the free version.Needless to say I bought the Sentra.

Our first time using Beau Townsend Service Department. We live over 30 minutes away, so it would have been more convenient to choose service closer to home. Upon calling the service department, I spoke with Jake. He listened to our needs and concerns, was very polite, and told us how they could help us. We decided to drop off both of our Nissan Versa Notes together - one (the black one = Pepper) needed a thorough check-up before the nearing end of the 36,000 warranty, as well as routine maintenance. The other (the white one = Salt) was in for its first oil change after being driven as a new car - routine maintenance was needed. As above, Jake took our call and told us how to proceed. Jake called the house when the work was complete. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and without rushing. No surprises on added work to be done. No surprises on added costs. We were very impressed with Jake - from our initial phone call to picking up our vehicles. Jake displayed qualities that we hold dear: honestly, genuine concern, caring, kindness, trustworthiness, and integrity. We will return to Beau Townsend when Salt & Pepper need further check-ups, as well as when our Nissan Leaf needs check-ups. Again - this dealership is out of our way. There are many other choices for service that are much closer to our home. We chose to give this service department a try, and Jake made us want to continue to come back. We had a very smooth experience. Thank you, Jake.

My wife and I had decided to begin looking at the possibilities of purchasing a new Juke. We just were curious of the possibilities, not expecting the be able to purchase anything at this point without saving a little more. I found a Juke that had the options that I wanted at a very reasonable price at Beau Townsend Nissan. Their online credit application process was very simple and quick. In less than 24 hours Doug Higgins called and asked me some questions about my trade. He was very understanding of our situation and what we had to work with. He was very positive and said he would do everything he could to earn my business. I can honestly say that Mr. Higgins did all he could and then some earning my business while providing some of the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Once we arrived at the lot, Mr. Higgins had the vehicle we were interested in waiting in the front. He greeted us at our car and gave us a tour of the Juke. He was reassuring and supportive during the entire process. I never felt pressured or the need to be an "aggressive" negotiator like I have at almost every other dealer I have worked with. During the pricing, trade-in, and financing process Mr. Higgins and Helen Smith were completely transparent and worked very hard to get us an amazing deal. I was offered more that I hoped for my trade-in and Helen worked to find me the best rate possible. In the end I ended up driving home in the car that only 24 hours before I had assumed was not a possibility.I could not suggest Beau Townsend Nissan enough. Mr. Higgins and Ms. Smith were stellar representatives of this amazing dealership that utterly changed my mind about the experience of buying a car and definitely made me a lifetime customer.

I picked out a car model and color that I liked and noticed a few things that needed attention on the final inspection, so I had to return on another day to fix those items. I was given a loaner car while the car was being repaired, but I would have liked having the car picked up and then delivered back to me when the work was finished. The team did everything they could to help me feel important and appreciated, so I feel it was worth the trouble no matter what.

My wife and I went to BT Nissan first expecting to visit many other dealerships that afternoon. We even had appts made at Honda and Hyundai. After visiting with Mark Creech, we decided that we were in good hands and decided to look at a variety of vehicles. We ended up with a Nissan Rogue and we love it! It also ranked very high on my Consumer Reports Magazine for Mid size SUV's.That aside, we have purchased from BTF in the past and again received outstanding assistance in finding and in purchasing our vehicle. We recently turned in a lease car, way under the miles, and received a bill in the mail for $600! There were a few dings on the car, nothing major, which resulted in a $200 excessive wear charge, but the other $400 was for a "disposition fee" that we knew nothing about. Spoke with management who claimed there was nothing that could be done. Be aware of this disposition fee when you lease a car from Beau Townsend Nissan because you may not be informed. We were not even told when we turned in the car, we just got the bill in the mail weeks later! Had we known about it we would have bought the car, saved $600 and sold it ourselves.

The car wasn't in stock so they ordered one for me. we agreed on a fair price for the new car. When it arrived. Got me a extra Cash fro taking out a loan. Our most recent car buying experience at Beau Townsend Nissan was exceptional. I walked in without an appointment after doing some research and thinking that a new Nissan might be the car to replace a Chevy being used for a long commute. I was greeted by Corey Jones, who asked some questions and proceeded to show me the two cars I'd investigated on Beau Townsend's web site - the web site, by the way, is very easy to navigate and has lots of useful info. We test drove one of the cars I'd investigated and Corey took the time to show me the features of car and to point out both the strengths and weaknesses of the car compared to others in its class. After the test drive, we worked out some numbers - good pricing, enough to keep me interested since I was not planning on making a deal that day, but I was hoping for a little better deal (what car buyer isn't?). The numbers included an extended maintenance contract on which Helen Smith, the finance specialist, was able give a large discount. I was surprised that Corey and Jarrod Amyx, the sales manager, allowed me to keep the "numbers sheet" we had worked out - I'd never before worked with a car dealer that allowed me to take that sheet with me. Neither Corey nor Jarrod applied any pressure and Corey said he'd follow up with me in a couple of days if I so desired.Corey did follow up as promised. We went back to Beau Townsend Nissan the following weekend and the car that I had driven had been sold, but an almost identical car was available. We test drove the car - this time Corey let my wife and I make the test drive on our own. We decided to get serious about negotiating on this car and after an honest mix-up, we came to a good (but still not great) deal to purchase the car. Helen made the "paperwork hassle" as painless as possible. Corey made sure that both my wife and I understood the functions and features of the car and helped us sync our cell phones to the car before we drove off with our new car. Corey said he would arrange for the Ziebart package we'd bundled with the purchase and he'd arrange for a loaner car so that I could drop the new car off at Beau Townsend and they'd get it to Ziebart. This was fantastic service, as far as I am concerned and I greatly appreciate it.We were feeling good about our new car the rest of the weekend and then got a surprise call from Helen on Monday. She informed us that they had found another Nissan rebate for which we qualified, so that we could expect a check in the mail in the near future! What a nice surprise and it was great to see that Beau Townsend works for their customers even after the sale. This made our good deal a great deal in my opinion.We are now a Beau Townsend household - 2 vehicles from Beau Townsend Ford and 1 from Beau Townsend Nissan. If this most recent experience is any indication, we'll be a Beau Townsend household for a long time to come. I'd definitely recommend Beau Townsend Nissan to anyone looking for a new car.

From the get-go, Doug was right there by us to help us with any questions. A day that started out as just looking ended with us buying a new vehicle. He told us everything there was to know about the car, He went to give us the keys, went with us on a lengthy test drive, and even offered for us to drive it back home and think about it over lunch. From there, we began discussing numbers. He gave us the bottom line price he could, even throwing in the Zeibert Diamond Package for half off. Overall, the deal went smoothly. And as for Doug, he is the nicest man you've ever met and a wonderfully outspoken Christian. For that, I am thankful and would recommend anyone that was car hunting to him and him alone!

I just bought a Nissan Sentra and the experience was great. I originally started looking at the Nissan Altima but I would have only been able to afford a basic model. Brian steered me towards the Sentra and showed me all of the options I could get with the car if I didn't mind losing a little bit of car space. I fell in love with the Sentra and Brian did an awesome job of showing me all of the different options I could choose from. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my decision and made sure that I looked at all of my options before I made a decision. The negotiation process was easy and Brian was not pushy. He was very honest and did not put any pressure on me. He was also great at setting up the Blue tooth connection in the car and made sure I knew how to use all of the options in my car. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

The overall purchase went smoothly, However it would have been great if I had not had to wait so long when appointments were scheduled. I had to wait 45 minutes for the trade in appraisial and a half hour to get in to sign the paperwork, when I had an appointment. Once I got in the papaerwork had not been printed. This was a cash purchase so it should have gone much quicker.

As a female, I've always hated the whole car buying experience in the past. I had made up my mind that most car salesmen were right up there with all the "honest" politicians, lawyers and snake oil salesmen who would take advantage of you in a heartbeat. This was NOT the case when I recently purchased from Beau Townsend. There was no pressure, double talk or shady deals. I was treated with respect & patience from start to finish and felt like I got a fair deal. Tom Bookwalter was great - he went above and beyond, both during and AFTER the sale when other dealers' staff probably wouldn't have once they'd made the sale. My Husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Juke, We called first and made an appointment, but had to come in early to meet with our salesman Mr. Albertini. He was very nice and attentive and showed us the vehicle and we went for a test drive. He was informative about the vehicle. We then made our deal and went in to speak with Mr. Khatibloo regarding financing. We had been at the dealership for quite awhile as we were having some difficulty finding a low rate, so we were kind of weary. Mr. Khatibloo through his kindness and hard work found us the best deal regarding financing. He was easy to understand and walked us through each step. I have been in customer service my whole career and it is rare to find this kind of employee. We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends. It is nice to find a place that makes a person feel respected and comfortable.

I was in the market to trade in my Honda Fit for a bigger vehicle and from the moment I sent the application email to driving off in my new Nissan Rogue, I received the best customer service I have ever experienced as a consumer. My application was responded to within minutes, after speaking to sales rep (Doug Higgins--AMAZING JOB!!!) I got test drive 2 vehicles and he really listened to my needs. I had a horrible experience with another local dealer and explained to him what I wanted for my trade in, what I wanted my payments to be as well as my down payments and Doug accommodated me, unlike the other guy who tried to sell me a used hunk of crap that had 72,000 more miles than my trade I. For way higher than what I was already paying. Doug walked me through it all and made sure I got what I wanted for the price I needed. Every single person in the building acknowledged not only me and my fiance but also my 3 year old, who also made out like a bandit with goodies. Damon Smith worked incredibly hard to help my family. Three words describe him: integrity, respect, professional. Words not associated with car sales. He didn't try to talk in circles or be flashy to push into a sale. I had offers at other 3 other dealerships that were comparable but met with Damon based upon recommendation and he was the first to not try and rip me off. He explained what he thought was best and really worked to take all considerations into effect and get us in what we wanted. Damon has earned more business from me in the future and deserves a phone call if you are looking at a Nissan from Beau Townsend. Only strange experience was not once seeing the general manager greet customers or talk to customers during sales negotiations or even when a sale was made. Normally general managers do those things. Luckily the rest of the sales staff made up for this.

The first time I called Beau Townsend I knew we were going to have a great experience. I had called on a Friday to ask about a van they had, and I was connected to Damon Smith. Right away he asked me how my day was and was more interested in my family than the car I was calling about. Our drive to the dealership was going to take about an hour so we were going to meet on Sunday afternoon to look at the van. As soon as we pulled in Damon had the van out front ready for us. We went in to talk for a bit before the test drive and he made us feel very welcomed and presented our 3 year old with a balloon and some candy. (He even asked us first if he could give her a balloon and candy!) From the very beginning Damon was more concerned about our family and making us happy than selling us a car. We never ever felt any pressure to purchase the van, which is an exact opposite of another dealership we had looked, at as well which was a very uncomfortable experience. We had a wonderful experience at Beau Townsend with Damon Smith and will be making this dealership and him our go to dealership for service and purchases. What a wonderful experience.

The Beau Townsend Nissan Dealership has friendly people that can really get things done. I wanted to sell my current car to my sister and buy a new one. When my husband & walked into your dealership, we were immediately greeted by a smiling, courteous Damon Smith who asked to whom I would like to be referred. It was Jason Shellenberger; he shook my hand, welcoming me & my husband. Jason assured me he (Jason) would be the one going over finances, etc. When I told Damon what I wanted, he assured me he would do his best to find that vehicle, at a reasonable price. I will never recommend a Nissan to any of my friends or family. The service department here was lazy and worthless. Each time we went in for service it was only for temporary and then it would break again. Each time we were told the top tech was working on the car and still nothing was fixed. One time we picked up our car and found oil stains on the passenger seat and scratches all over the dash from them taking the dash off. It was a complete joke working with this dealership. I will never buy another Nissan again in my life.

Arash, Donovan and Jason were very friendly and did not put high pressure on us to purchase a car immediately. They allowed us to take our time, making sure the decision was right for our situation. We test drove a car from each of the two lots (Ford and Nissan) and discussed the difference between the two vehicles. They did not try to sway us either way but gave us the facts/information we needed to make our decision. Overall it was a very pleasant buying experience. We decided on the Nissan because it so much roomier on the interior than the Ford. Thank you for such a positive buying experience!

The ONLY complaint I have with this whole experience was that after a lot of hype about it being "end of the month", "a holiday weekend", and "near the end of the model year" there was ZERO desire to really negotiate a sale price. I was originally given a ridiculously low offer for my super clean and very low mileage trade in and the only thing taken off the sticker price was a $500.00 rebate. That was kind of expected so I made another offer. I was then given ONE counter offer and it was done with basically a "take it or leave it" attitude from the sales manager. I had to get the General Manager involved to get something close to a reasonable deal and only did that because I think the salesman was really working on my behalf and was chopped off by the sales manager (that and I really liked the truck). But OVERALL a good experience and I would encourage people to shop here but be willing to walk out if they again refuse to negotiate. A special thank you to Jamie Spencer for helping to make this deal happen!

After receiving less than adequate customer service from a Greene County Nissan dealership, I contacted Beau Townsend regarding my desire to purchase an Armada. I purchased an Altima from Beau Townsend in 2005 and have been very pleased with the car. I came into the dealship with my elderly parents to see if they could get into the Rogue w/o difficulty but they had trouble. Met Matt Badger and talked with im about different vehicles. Left with the idea of getting back to him. Then snow, illness and extreme cold weather hit. In the meantime, I researched Ford, Kia and Hyundai' and considered the Sentra. Matt & I had spoken a few time and then he called me a week ago and mentioned the Java Altima but I had my heart set on red.When weather finally broke to some decent temp, I made up my mind that I would get out and drive both Sentra and check out the Java color. Last Sat that happened, I loved the car and how it was equipped as well at the 0% financing. I work for a company that promotes customer service heavily. Matt's customer service skills are excellent. I have recommended him and Nissan to a co-worker who is also looking for a new car.

I usually cringe at the thought of going to a car lot to purchase a vehicle due to being absolutely bombarded with Sales People. This dealership is totally different. It was a very extremely cold day and I had called in regards to a certified Nissan Xterra that I had viewed on the Internet, called and spoke with Corey Jones and he was most helpful. Went to the dealership, which for me is 2 hours away from my home, and asked for Corey. He came out and I told him who I was and that I was there to look at the Xterra and also I was interested in the Rogue as well. He got the keys to both vehicles and I test drove them both. Got back to the dealership and could not make up my mind on which one I liked the most. He did not ever pressure me, he pointed out all the details of both vehicles and stood out in the absolute freezing weather for I would say was probably about and hour or more and helped me to decide. He was fantastic. Once I made up my mind we went in and started the paperwork which took no time at all. then I saw the finance dept, Helen Smith, she was fantastic as well. All in all this was absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a car lot. KUDOS to Corey Jones and Helen Smith for making my car buying experience great. Even though I live 2 hours from this dealership, I will return for future car or truck purchases.

I have visited the dealership a couple of time with my girlfriend while having her car serviced. During a visit the last week in December, we spoke with Ron Quillan in the hallway. We had a discussion about various things and he told me there were some deals on the remaining 2013's. As I pondered coming back and talking to him, the weather turned bad every weekend. This past Friday we drove thru the lot after you were closed. We came back on Saturday, business was slow and everyone was great. We spotted Jeff Cooley when we pulled in and went in to see him. He showed me several option of new and used and pulled 2 cars in for me to look at. I decided to test drive the 2013 Altima. Upon return, the place was hopping with business, but everyone continued to be very friendly. We here offered hospitality along with the friendly service. As Jeff pulled stock, Ron checked to see if we needed anything. After working out the details, I met with Arash Khatibloo who was the BEST fiance person I have every dealt with. He was upfront and honest about everything and always willing to show me whatever I wanted to see on the monitor (different financing comparisons, etc...) no secrets made me feel comfortable with what I was doing. The car was prepped for me to leave with it while I was in with Arash. With the finance component complete, Jeff went over EVERY detail of the car, and answered every question I had. I felt confident leaving the dealership. No, I am not going to remember everything he showed me, but he did show me in the references where I can find what I need to know. I did look at some of the information and they are well written....for a USER. I look forward to my relationship with BT Nisson and thanks for the insulated mugs also. I will say it again, overall this was the best experience I have ever had in a dealership and never felt uneasy. The entire staff was warm and friendly. I can't say enough!

My experience was great at the Beau Townsend dealership. My husband had spoken to Damon prior to us arriving at the dealership, so he was aware that we were looking for a Rogue. We drove to the dealership from Cincinnati and when we pulled up to the building we noticed a pearl white Rogue parked right by the front door. Me and my husband both laughed and said either someone is buying our car or Damon is on it. We walked in the lobby and were quickly greeted and asked if we needed help. Damon came out and introduced himself. He was very professional and full of life. We have been car shopping for about two months and have never met a salesman like Damon. He was very confident and an experience salesman. Damon was willing to answer all of our questions without irritation. A dealership in Cincinnati was very unprofessional to me and irritated when I asked ask questions. Our experience was also positive with Jim Morris and ken Embrick. They both had a sense of humor and made us feel welcomed. I can truly say that all of the staff were professional and real. There was one mishaps with the paperwork, however Damon traveled to our home to correct the mistake. This made my experience more enjoyable.Kudos to all of those involved, it is great when you can still get great customer service, which is lacking in some Nissan dealerships!

My experience was basically in the follow up mode in concluding the deal with the dealership, signing the papers and taking delivery. During the process I spoke with several associates at Beau Townsend and found each to be very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I weren't really into the market for a NEW car. But we had been looking for a late model used car for better gas mileage. She said that she wanted to go to go look at some cars. I asked her where to go. She said "Beau Townsend Nissan. When we pulled into the lot we were looking at used cars. Damon Smith came out and introduced himself, told us that if we needed to know anything about a car, to just let him know, and he casually walked away. No high pressure. We did see a couple of Mazda's and asked the price. Damon was more than willing to answer any questions that we had,After we finished talking about the used cars, my wife asked about leasing. Even though we had never leased a car. He said that they had a lease that was pretty attractive. So, we went in side and he pulled up an Altima. He said that this car would be leased for $119 a month, after our down payment, tax, and title, with 12K. My wife asked him what the lease would be for 15K. He said it would only go up by $6 or $7. We talked for quite some time. Finally we settled on a deal of $119 a month, with 15K miles, plus the difference of $6 or $7.Usually when a dealer tells you a lease price, it balloons up by $50 to $125, or more. But when Damon came back with our contract, our monthly payments were $119 and this was with 15K miles. Jason came over and thanked us and told us that if we had any questions to let him know. This was on a Friday, and on Monday we got a phone call from Helen. She asked if we could come back and sign a new contract? She said that she had us a better deal, that our payments would only be $113 a month. We thought that this was incredible. We highly recommend Beau Townsend Nissan, and will be looking at them first when we are in the market for another car.

I can't even begin to explain to you how hard Anthony Dell'Aria, Pat Brunswick, Sr., and Helen Smith worked and negotiated to make sure I got the lease I really wanted!! They bent over backwards to make the deal on my car work financially for me!! They were very friendly, helpful, and explained and answered all my questions. Compared to the other car lots I visited and talked to, Beau Townsend Nissan came through for me. I have bought or leased many cars from Beau Townsend Ford for years until I came across the Nissan. Love the ride and mileage I get. With my Honda Civic, I felt like I was sitting on the pavement. My Nissan Sentra SR (this is my second lease) is like driving a luxury car. The 2013 is great. I had a deal worked out online for the new car price, really figured they would lowball my trade. There was some negotiating on the trade in, but very respectful negotiating. I felt I got a fair price and they got a fair price. Not too often do you walk out of a car dealership feeling good about the deal, but it was a nice feeling. Almost didn't feel like I bought a car; hard to explain, but it was a calm process, and didn't feel like a battle. Everyone was nice too.

Pretty straight forward sale process. Saw the car I wanted on-line and called sales department to make an offer. Original offer refused, but counter offer was made. I ended up paying a couple hundred more than my original offer, but within my price range. Jerry was kind enough to wait for me to get to the dealership after work to facilitate the sale. I had pre-approved financing prior to coming to the dealership to finalize the sale. Overall a great, stress free experience. I love the car and will continue to utilize Beau Townsend Nissan for both future car purchases and service on the two Nissans I currently own.

I had a 2010 Ford Fusion that I was bringing in for an oil change and have been wanting to possibly trade it in. I always work with Todd Cade and was interested in looking at the Taurus, but there really wasn't any good deals going on with them. I asked if he was able to sell on the Nissan side and he said yes and that there were some great leasing options. I used to always lease and loved it, so we headed over there and looked at the Nissan Altima. I test drove it and of course Todd and the Nissan sales group made me an offer I couldn't refuse! So, I went in for an oil change and came home with a new car. Todd and the Nissan group took care of me and were awesome to work with!

From the time I shopped on line and corresponded with Jeanine Bussard, to Pat Brunswick Sr. sending a vehicle over to pick up my wife and I at our home, (we had recently been in an automobile accident and our car was totaled and my wife had a fractured leg), so we could look at, and test drive the Nissan Murano, to the young gentleman who picked us up at our home, the salesman Anthony Dell'Aria who set us up with the test drive and explained so many features on the Murano,(including programing our phones on the blue tooth feature), to Helen Smith who took us through the exhaustive paperwork in record time, Everyone of these individuals acted in an extremely professional and caring way. I needed a car due to driving from Springfield to Columbus for my job everyday. I was driving a 1995 Chrysler Cirrus which was making it but I was afraid the driving distance was too rough on this car. Shopped around the area (from Dayton-Cincy-Indy-and even Chicago) for a long time before deciding to buy a Nissan Rogue from Beau Townsend Nissan. Overall my wife and I had a great experience. We were debating buying a certified pre owned vehicle from another dealer but got cold feet when the other dealer was slow at returning our calls and emails. Dealing with Pat Jr. was great; he is very friendly, quick to respond to inquiries, and worked very hard to get us in the car that we wanted at a really good value. He even gave out his personal cell number to ensure we could reach him at anytime. On the day we purchased the Nissan Rogue Pat Jr. was not at work so Corey Jones filled in for him and got us the same great deal. The transition was seamless and Corey was a pleasure to work with as well. Everyone at the facility is friendly and we never felt pressured to do or buy anything that we did not want. During our final inspection of the vehicle we noticed the cleaning guys overlooked some residue left behind from the shipping tape. The cleaning guys had already left (our deal finished after closing hours) so Pat Brunswick Sr. (the Sales Manager at the store) personally went out to our vehicle and cleaned the residue off by hand and he offered us a free car detailing at a later date for our troubles. My wife and I were very impressed. Corey Jones then went over every detail of the car and showed my wife how to use every feature that came equipped with the Rogue before sending us on our way.I am the type of guy that puts a lot of research into something before coming to a decision. I went to countless dealers and test drove a number of different cars and I can honestly say no dealer could match the level of service we received at Beau Townsend. Beau Townsend Nissan will definitely be my dealer of choice from here on out. The whole staff made the car buying experience fun, easy, and stress free.A+

One of the most disturbing experience I had was when I bought my Nissan Rouge at Jeff Schmidt Nissan. The entire deal lasted 8 grueling hours.When I decided to trade in my Nissan Rouge to Nissan Murano, I googled about 4 Nissan dealership in the surrounding area and settled with Beau Townsend Nissan in Vandalia. It was a pleasant experience. No one pressured us, Jeff Cooley answered some questions we had and we were basically left alone, meandering around, to see all the Muranos in the parking lot. About a week later on, we headed back to the dealership but Jeff Cooley was out of town. However, he told us to look for Pat Brunswick, Jr and added that he (Pat) will take care of us. That, he did! It took 2 hours from the time I signed a one page-credit application, credit approval and signing all the paperwork at the credit department.I can honestly say that these guys, Pat Brunswick, Jeff Cooley and the Credit Manager (I apologize for not remembering his name) are quite professional and pleasant to work with. I personally thank Pat Brunswick for his professionalism, for all his help, even with what seemed to be the most annoying questions I had for him. Simply put, we will definitely recommend Beau Townsend Nissan to all our family and friends!

I placed a call to him before coming in to "seal the deal" and when he returned my call and left a VM I felt like he was an old friend.... I felt welcomed with sincerity from Damon Smith! He was NO pressure sales and Very clear in his answers to be sure we knew every detail! Damon is a natural and you can tell he enjoys his work in Customer Service and making a connection to establish a Relationship not just once time service! I think his Karisma brings a lot to the dealership and the profession in general. Beau Townsend is lucky to have him. Pat is perfect fit right where he is in his office. VERY Business and straight forward, a little rigid or stern in communication with customer (me), But I'm familiar with Pat, and when I sat with him and question after question he was unflinching in answering me in clear and answers so that I Knew everything I wanted answered and he was pleasant about it in his stern way :) I mean that with grace and gratitude. .... Chris York was exceptional in processing the paperwork. Anytime I interrupted him to ask a question he didn't seem to mind AT ALL and was happy to go the extra mile to explain things. I also met Dan (the maintenance guy in charge... He was Very clean and professional and pleasant. I feel VERY secure in having my Nissan Serviced in that garage! I have NO doubt when I go back for routine service that Dan will make sure the work is done right the first time! I cant say enough about my experience, truly the Energy I felt there at Beau Townsend Nissan was exceptional. My husband initially made contact with the dealership and set up an appointment to meet and test drive a car. When we arrived we were greeted by Mike Myer who made us feel very comfortable. He had the car warmed up since it was a cold day. He showed us how the car operated and sent us on our way. When we arrived back to the dealership he had another car ready for us to look at other features we might be interested in obtaining. Then we met in his office and told us how much the dealership would offer us for our car. It wasn't enough. We told him how much we wanted and he spoke to his boss and met our demands. Then we changed up everything on him and decided against the car we test drove. We decided we wanted a more sporty car. Mike then got us an Altima Coupe to test drive. We took a lot of time at the end of a long day and Mike continued to be patient with us. We appreciated his professionalism. We would do business with him again.

I was impressed the moment I drove onto the lot at Beau Townsend Nissan. My parents actually referred me to a specific salesman so when Matt Badger greeted us on the lot, I felt bad about asking for someone else. When I asked Matt to direct me to the salesman, he smiled, said sure and then told me that that salesman worked on the Ford side, but would also be able to help us on the Nissan side. I was struck by how friendly he was and wished he were that salesman. I drove to the other side and was told that the recommended salesman was no longer there, could they help me. I decided at that moment that I wanted to work with Matt so I drove back to the Nissan lot. I was right. He was friendly, warm, trustworthy and did an exceptional job at finding us the exact car we were looking to buy. He was amazing!!! I also would like to mention Jason Shellenberger as he was also very kind and easy to work with, while maintaining his integrity. Helen Smith.....wow...what a dynamo! She processed an incredible amount of paperwork in record time and was able to find us a great percentage rate. I was just thrilled with the customer service and kindness we received. The next time I need a car, I will be buying it from this dealer and I will recommend to everyone I know, that they should do the same!

Worked with Johnny last time, new he had went to Ford didn't know he could still sell at Nissan was happy we could deal with him again.We really don't like the haggling part ,just give a fair price and get on with it. Thought our car was worth more excellent not good should have got a 1000.00 more than we did. Worked with Beau Townsend the hole time we owned our old Rogue, oil changes, tire rotation the car is in excellent shape. Just a little disappointed that that didn't add value for us.

We came back to this Nissan dealer because of the friendliness and ease of shopping experience that we encountered when we were first looking. They were not overbearing and allowed us the opportunity to see for ourselves just how good the vehicle was without all the excessive information that many customers really don't want to hear first thing. In the end, Corey was very hepful in completing the purchase process, and he did a good job not to make me (the husband) feel like he was trying to take advantage of me when it came to final purchase price or pushing to get me into a car just to make the sale. He was confident in his information, and he did a great job of just being a "friend" to help us get what we needed. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Beau Townsend and I can honestly say it is because of Charlie White. I always feel he understands our situation and points us in the direction of what we want and can afford, not what he needs to get rid of. No pushiness, no practiced sales garbage, just honest answers to questions and relaxed, genuine conversation. All car salesmen should watch and learn. I am never locked in to buying a certain make or model. I have had great luck with Nissan and was glad to find out Charlie moved back there. I have a 2010 Ford Focus that has been a disappointment in how it has performed and the response to it's issues from BT. You are going to lose a valuable commodity when Charlie retires. Overall, I'm happy with my new Altima. Robert was great to deal with. I am disappointed with the Altima preorder program. My 6-8 week delivery wait ended up being 16 weeks. This wasn't Robert's fault, nor was it the dealers fault. Nissan didn't do a good job with this preorder program. My car order basically got lost (as did my girlfriend's, who also purchased a 13 Altima on the preorder program). Robert found my girlfriend another car (although without all the options she had ordered) and did a dealer trade to obtain hers. He tried very hard to do the same for me but had no luck. So we waited. A car with my options and color requirements finally was delivers to the dealership but it was not the one I preordered. This worked it great for me as I got my car, although it had an option I didn't order (floor mats) but I decided to take the car and pay the extra cost. Robert was very helpful throughout this and made me the best deal he could on the car. One other aspect of the preorder program's failure is that since my car (and my girlfriends) weren't the actual cars we ordered they technically didn't qualify for the free 3 year/45,000mile service offered as offered by Nissan. The dealership had to eat this cost. While I greatly appreciate Beau Townsend doing this I feel Nissan should have done a much better job greeting me the actual car I ordered.

Pat was very congenial and flexible to work with us. He easily showed us around to new and used cars of the type we were interested in, pointing out the differences of each type. He even took us over to the Ford dealership next door to look at cars we had expressed interest in. All the employees we interacted with were friendly and never pushy. Prices were not haggled over, and there were not any special dealer charges for extra stuff that no one would want (etched glass or undercoating or something). Pat was very upfront about the condition of my trade and what they would do with it (auction). He took my first offer with no debate (should have gone higher I guess but I researched the value pretty well before hand). What really surprised me was the full tank of gas that was provided with the new car. Could have skipped the checklist features but maybe some other customers appreciate it.

I was extremely nervous about purchasing my car. But the staff was so helpful and friendly, it turned out to be a great experience! Jeff Cooley was the main staff member I worked with, and he was very informative and friendly. Jeff made it clear if I had any questions or concerns, I could call and speak to an actual person, which was a huge sigh of relief. The staff that washed/set up my car took a little long, and missed a few things, but I chalked that up to an early Friday morning. I am very satisfied, and appreciate the service from this facility.

My husband and I looked at 10 other dealerships with no luck. We tried to make a purchase at 2 other dealerships before we stopped at Beau Townsend Nissan. We explained to Jeff what we were looking for and the price that we had to stay at. There was no "let me talk to my manager" Jeff was honest and upfront with what he could do. He was the best sales person of the 10 dealerships that we looked at by far. The night before when we were trying to make a deal on a truck at a different dealership we walked away because they would not reduce there asking price by even 1 cent. While we were signing our papers for a purchase with Jeff the other dealership called to make the deal. Sorry a day late for them!We are so thankful for such a honest and upfront person to help us find a new truck as Jeff was. I didn't think that those car sales men/women were still out there but Jeff proved me wrong.Thank you Jeff for all your hard work and help!

My plan was to stop in and take a quick look before I traveled down the road to the Toyota dealership where I typically do all my business with. Now that we've owned the car for three months I can write this.Jason was as honest as a car salesman can be. BT Nissan's pricing and negotiations were non-confrontational. As for the car, a 2012 Rouge. Not one reason to take it in for some sort of repair or adjustment. Have never before been able to say that, and I've purchased new Chevy's, Buick's, Dodge's (never again) and Honda's.

My ratings are for Anthony and Corey. Anthony was awesome....very pleasant, patient, low pressure and informative. He answered all of our questions and seemed sincerely concerned that we know all of our options for the car so that we would be satisfied. He was also very open and forthright with his answers to questions about the financing options. When we finally managed to get the financial details worked out, Corey was great too....very pleasant, very honest, very forthright. HOWEVER....There was another man involved in the "write up" of the estimated deal and financing options whose name I don't remember (and interestingly whose picture doesn't appear on any of the name links above) but I believe he was the new car sales manager. He was extremely rude and high pressure in his approach to us. He was the sterotypical guy that gives the "car salesman" a bad rap. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Anthony's great attitude, we would've walked out after this other guy got involved in the whole thing. He kept only offering financing options that involved money down, even though we knew there were 0% down options. He was sarcastic and condescending. As soon as he got involved, the process of purchasing a car ground to a halt and we ended up waiting and waiting around for hours. It was only when I insisted that this other man include the breakdown of ALL financing options did he finally return with the requested information. I felt like we got the "good cop/bad cop" routine, which was very insulting. Because of the bad feeling that this left us with, we seriously considered returning the next day and canceling the transaction. The dealership should be aware of the negative impression this gentleman leaves with customers. It was sufficiently negative that I would hesitate to purchase my next car at this dealership, even despite my positive experiences with Anthony and Corey. I am very pleased with my Altima coupe, and will definitely keep Nissan in mind for future car purchases, but the jury is still out on whether or not I would return to this particular dealership as long as this other man is involved in the purchasing process. My question is... where do I start! This dealership has gone above and beyond the call of duty. We bought our first new 2004 Maximaa at Beau Townsend, from that point forward they have proven their credibility from the salesman to the service dept. And this past week I had the pleasure/luxury to trade in my dear 2004 Maxima (192,000 miles)for a 2009 Maxima you'd swear is a 2012. Actually went there to buy a Titan pick up for my husband but, because of the fantastic salesmanship of Jeff Cooley and Clyde Mason I drove away with a gorgeous 2010 Titan pick up too!Never did I feel pressured to buy, Jeff worked patiently with me until I felt satisfied then Clyde came through with a great deal. Their professionalism was excellent and I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give Beau Townsend Nissan a chance to put you into a "fully inspected used" or new vehicle.As for the ongoing service of your vehicle Nissan has the best commendable service I've experienced. There were some issues with delivery, but Chad's customer service skills washed out any negative. He should be commended on his customer service; he took what could have been a very bad experience and made it as right as he could. Clyde also helped in this matter. The only area of improvement would be increased communication. Other than a few hiccups, this was an enjoyable buying experience.

Our experience at Nissan keeps us coming back year after year. Everyone from the service department to the sales employees are so friendly and considerate. We have leased our last 2 Nissan's from Mike Myers and will probably lease or buy another vehicle from him. He is a superb sales person, no high pressure sales, and he is very knowledgeable about every model on the lot. He is very efficient, puttingus in a model that suits our lifestyle and budget. While we waited for the papers to be finished, all the staff stopped and talked with us. We remember some of them from years past, so we feel almost like family while there. We had our twin granddaughters with us and one of the salesman stopped in the finance office and gave them a box of chocolate covered pretzels, which is their favorite treat. We would highly recommend Beau Townsend Nissan, and we love, love, love our Nissan Quest.

I have bought and sold many vehicles over the years and have visited many dealerships. In my opinion, Jason went above and beyond to earn my business and to make the sale. To me, a good sales person is one who is professional, who knows the product, who accurately responds to my questions in a timely manner, who is not pushy, and who provides services & ideas that differentiate him as a salesman and reflect well on the dealership. Jason exhibited all of those traits. As I am not local to the dealership, Jason provided a creative solution that allowed me to take possession of the vehicle the same day as purchase and to provide payment, without having to return to the dealership. I had been looking around at different cars and one was the Rogue. I was able to take it home and drive it half a day to see if this was going to suit me. The Sales Person (Johnny) was very helpful in answering my questions and also professional with the selling of the car. The price of the car was what I was looking for because I was downsizing and looking for something better in gas and overall price range from what I was driving currently in which we were comparing the diffence of what I was going to save in the long run which was going to save me. I've read the existing reviews and I am more than puzzled as to why their service selling cars is so stellar but their service when servicing vehicles is so poor. I have taken my 2005 Murano in to be serviced at this dealership twice and I will not return. On both occassions they have charged me $89.00 for a diagnostic test and state they find nothing wrong (both times for the same problem). There is a very distinct and VERY loud noise that is happening while the vehicle is running. Everyone in a four block radius can hear this noise except the technicians at Beau Townsend. The first time I was told that the brakes needed replaced and there was a hole on top of the muffler and that is where the noise was originating. Beau Townsend service depatment told me they'd replace the brakes and the exhaust for an extraordinary amount of money. I decided to try another shop. I took it to a local place and they did a FREE inspection and said they found no hole in the exhaust and the brakes did not need replaced. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely abrupt and impatient when I was trying to voice what I thought was an unacceptable business practice that they would repeatedly charge someone a fee without assessing any problems. He was very defensive out-right rude in his responses to my questions. After much discussion, he stated he'd waive half of the diagnostic fee and then proceeeded to state he didn't know what else to do for me. At the end of the day I have a Murano that sounds like a panzer, a $44.50 bill (instead of an $89.00 one, lucky me), and have dealt with a person that was unwilling to help, offer any type of suggestions or any resolutions and did so with poor approach.

My wife & I walked into the dealership looking at options in getting away from our upside-down Saturn Vue. We had experienced a terrible car-buying process before from Jeff Schmidt that was painful start to finish - so we were less than excited to speak to a salesman. When Damon came up he was absolutely customer-centered. I can tell you honestly that having purchased or leased perhaps 10 vehicles in my life - I expect a certain "salesman" from the car dealership. Damon was completely the opposite - sincere, polite, a gentleman and very focused on whatever he could help us out with. From selecting the car and test driving to working out options to rescue us from our negative equity situation - he busted his tail for us the entire time. Due to our situation, we had to return the next day...but only because both he and his Sales Manager Clyde were helping us clean up what they call "back-end pricing" matters that were going to lessen our negative equity situation. The entire time, Damon remained in touch and 120% invested in our situation. Both he and his manager bent over backwards in getting us in as positive a situation as possible and we left the dealership with a 39-month lease in a brand new Rogue and on our way to being whole in 3 years. It is no contest that this is completely the best car-buying experience I have ever been involved with. Beau Townsend appreciated my time and didn't leave me waiting for hours on end and even the closing process with Debbi was painless. Full disclosure on everything, completely honest with facts and numbers and in my case, willing do go the extra mile in helping me out - and I truly felt they helped me out of a bad situation at their own sacrifice. As absurd as this might sound, I felt as if I had left a family gathering when we left the dealership and not some "car lot"! Working with Beau Townsend and Damon Smith was a completely refreshing experience and I thank everyone involved for changing my negative perception on the car-buying process! I'll be back for that Nissan Murano!

i Bought a 2007 jeep wrangler from here they tried to hide the broken mounting hardware for the soft top.i then realized when i rolled up the windows the radio would short out from time to time. i took it in for service after keeping the jeep for 3 days i was told that there was nothing wrong i then went to look at the issue when it was still shorting out. i was told this was a safety feature(witch its not) on top of that the service department left the jeep out in the rain with my window down which soaked the seat. they then decided to send my jeep to a jeep dealership. the also did not disclose the 9 safety recalls b4 sale and when i asked for a carfax i was told it was jeep certified?????

From the time we entered the dealership, 10 minutes before closing on a very snowy night, to the moment I drove my new car home, I can honestly say that the total experience of buying a new car was very positive. Pressure tactics were not used. Going out of their way to locate the exact car that I was looking for seemed to be the standard protocal. No question was taken flipantly. My husband Mike and I have bought cars from Clyde when he was with other dealerships and liked him so much that we will always follow Clyde to any dealership he works with. We love his personality, honesty and the way he can make shopping for a car alot of fun. I also liked Charlie how he took the time to show me how to work all my electronics in my car, he was very patient. Matt sold my husbands truck to him and he was very pleased with him and how he made him feel special by all the time he took with him. I have never owned a Nissan before and I really love my Juke. I love going to Clyde's dealership because he always makes us feel special and tries to make sure we are always leaving with satisfaction. The three Gentlemen I've mentioned are excellent salesmen. Its always a very good experience when we see them. I hope they are being treated special too, because they deserve it.

I have been a Nissan owner for years and have traditionally had my vehicle serviced south of town and had a decent or typical car dealership experience. I brought my fifth Nissan up to Beau Townsend Nissan and was WOWWED from the moment I arrived. I was greeted in the service drive before I had gotten out of my car. The young man was polite and even held the door for me to the waiting room. My service was done in a timely manor and my vehicle was HAND washed. WOW. Great service. I will be back.

i was miss led as to what i was getting 1 wheel repair 2 new tires i can go on and on the warrenty was not explained to me seat set front grill was not fixed i had to get new tires and a brake job right after i bought the car, i remined the manager about what i was told would be done the first time we spoke he remembered the second time when i came in for these things to be serviced he forgot everything he had told me..........i am so disapointed i really thought i could trust your company and the people that work for you, it was the first used car i have bought in 16 years.

Buying a car at this dealership was the most satisfying car-buying experience I've ever had! The staff was warm and welcoming and the dealership itself was comfortable and quite clean; the staff was well informed about the vehicles and keyed in to what we really wanted in a vehicle...didn't try to sell us something we did not want; and, the online assistance and follow-up telephone call was an important element, as we literally got in the car and drove to Vandalia from Piqua and purchased the car that very afternoon. Follow-up care and concern regarding our satisfaction and/or questions has been excellent, as well!

Carl, the sale consultant who worked with me, was very helpful in describing for me the important features of the vehicles on sale and allowed me to take several test drives to determine how I felt about each car. We've bought three cars from Charlie White so far. Johnny has helped us when Charlie is not there, but says any sales would go back to Charlie...we like that they honor each others customers and still step in to give service.About the Versa. We LOVED the Versa we bought two cars ago, but are disappointed that the design has changed in the back and the trunk shortened. Also preferred the fabric choices in the previous Versa that were black with some threads of blue running through it. We wanted a Transit Connect XLT premium. Knowing they were going to be very difficult to find, I did an inventory search at home and your dealership was the only one in the Dayton area that had one on order, so we started our search with Beau Townsend. We worked with Justin and he did an extensive search of 300 Ford dealers in the tristate area, to see if any Transits were to be had that were equipped like we wanted. There were none so we decided to wait for the one you had on order. Justin gave us updates week to week and told us he was going on vacation and he was turning us over to Joe Petty while he was gone. Joe called us about a week later to let us know the truck was here. We went in the next day and drove it home. About 4 days later the bank we had the loan thru, called me to say that they don't make loans on commercial vehicles so I called Kevin, told him my dilemma and he found financing for me in 15 minutes. Yes, my husband and I are very pleased with the way we were treated by your dealership, and we love the Transit! We will probably see you when it is time to replace the Pathfinder! Thank-you!!

I had a very nice expereience. There was no pressure to buy or to buy more than what I could afford regardless of financing. I came in and told Joe what I was looking for and he was VERY helpful and took me right to the car I bought. He was great - very patient and answered all my questions. He really helped keep me in my price range. This was the best experience I've ever had with purchasing a car - I will definitely be back for future purchases! Also --- I live in Kettering so it's a bit far for service but because of this great experience - I'm willing to travel to get service from Beau Townsend -- now the tires for life program is a driving factor but to be completely honest - if I wanted to get service closer to home I would and buy my own tires when needed but because my experience was so great - I'm willing to put in the extra miles to come to Vandalia for service. Completely puzzled this time at dealership. Had made an appointment and employee greeting us did not ask us who we were or why we were there. I told him that we had an appointment for service and he said have a seat. Generally there would be some question re air filter etc but there was no questions or paperwork. In addition as we were heading toward the showroom the employee holding our key fob said he needed our keys to start our Murano. I told him what to do. A salesman said he was new and I made the comment that he should have been trained to start these cars. After service I asked a mechanic if he new the status of our Murano and how did the service go he said he didnt do our service and brushed us off. Up until now we have really liked Townsend Nissan, the staff, sales and service. Now I am somewhat concerned. I dont expect a whole lot nowadays but courteous service and professionalism should not be disregarded. Think you and Regards

This was the 1st service visit for my 2011 Versa. So impressed with the process beginning with the appointment set-up through servicing. Staff is professional yet extremely friendly. The wait time was even less than anticipated.Since my May 2011 Versa purchase I've recommended my sales person, Anthony, and this dealership numerous times. My brother since purchased a vehicle from Anthony and just the other day my best friend along with her husband stopped by to check out vehicles. They were also impressed with the dealership.It was important to me this dealership have a strong service center as I rely heavily on the service dept for service reminders, etc. I am extremely pleased with my purchase, sales and service. I recently bought a new Altima at Beau Townsend Nissan. My experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. First of all they changed the numbers on me 3 seperate times because they kept making "MISTAKES". And wouldnt you know it none of those mistakes were in my favor. Secondly the manager Reece was a very rude arrogant person who was so self serving and centered it almost made me sick. But still our sales associate was a very helpful understanding man who seemed to know all there was to know about the car we were purchasing. I got one of the managers cards and decided to look him up on the web and to my surprise he turns out to be a total crook!! He made my search easy by telling us he owned a local restraunt. And during my search I see he has ran at least one such restraunt into bankruptcy!! Along with various other charges and convictions he is guilty of. Theft was the one that truly caught my eye though!!! I have mad several buys at Beau Townsend Ford over the years and this was our first Nissan, also will be our last from that organization!!! I cant believe they employ a man with that background to be in charge of their very nice store!! In closing let me just say this, if you are looking for a car or truck then dont bother going to Beau Townsend cause it seems like they arent concerned about their customers the way they used to be!!!

During the negotiation process, I was given amounts for my trade in and the cost of the new car on a lease. When the paperwork was completed, the figures were different. Part of my trade in value, was to be written in a check, in the amount of $2000.00. The form that states this amount, showed they owed me nothing. I questioned this and the young man said he "didnt know". This was corrected. Then, while looking over the lease contract, we questioned the figures again. We were told, " It didnt matter where the figures were, as long as they were on the form". This did not feel right and was questioned several times. I was assured everything was correct. A few days later, i found a website, showing how to calculate the numbers on the lease. I discovered that the sales manager had added back in $500.00 that was taken off the price of the new car, in addition to another 1500.00. This increased the gross cap cost of the car, in the amount of $2000.00. I called and confronted the salesmanager and he was speachless when he was called out. He offered a $500.00 gas card or free maintainence for the life of the lease. As if I would trust this dealership to perform maintainence!Nissan Comsumer Affairs has been contacted several times, but they cannot resolve anything either. I have never dealt with a company that handles business this way and will not go back. Check the Ohio Attorney Generals website, BBB and Edmunds for complaints before buying or leasing from Beau Townsend Nissan or dealing with Nissan North America. It may be to late for me, but if this helps someone else, its worth it.

Rude, condescending and extremely poor in customer service. During negotiations, we stated we would continue to look further and would "probably return." This angered the sales manager and he walked out of the room stating, "You won't get this price when you come back." He laughed at our price offer (which was within $300 of his offer). As he was walking away, he came back to us twice as we were going out the door continuing to tell us we weren't going to get this deal anywhere else.Salesman played games, gave us "information" and said "don't tell my manager" and was very unprofessional. We were repeat customers (3rd) and we will never be back again. During our search for a new car, visited numerous dealerships. This was by far the worst experience of them all and the worst in our car buying experience (40 years).
