We are new here and I needed service on my 2004 Toyota 4Runner ( the best car I ever had ) . Called and was taken care of effeciently and cheerfully . Jessica and Meg provided great service in the front and I was also called today about a replacement dash that I have been trying to get for about 2 years. You got it in 3 days !! Made an appointment and a delighted that I have moved here where each person I have dealt with has been so professional !. Two THhubs up for this dealership !!!

Was kind of a long experience, lasting over two hours for an oil change and normal check-up but over all a good experience. The lady who was at the desk, Jessie, was pretty great at keeping me updated and was helpful in another matter I needed assistance with.The wi-fi was a great addition. I watched two episodes of Grey's Anatomy, and two episodes of How I Met Your Mother with no problems at all. Made the experience much better. DRINKS ARE $1.50 THOUGH SO BE PREPARED.

Everyone was polite and helpful. My vehicle was serviced and ready in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated being called when the service technicians realized my vehicle took an extra quart of oil. They asked me before adding it to my vehicle and bill! They also called and let me know when my vehicle was ready for pick up.

The cruise control broke on my 2015 Camry. I made an appointment and carried it in. They had to order a part. I carried it back the next week they fixed it and it is working fine. All the service staff are very nice friendly and helpful.

Since we only buy Ford's and have been for the last 46 years, I can only praise their products. At the moment we own 4 vehicles and every one of them is a Ford. I have talked my brother and sister into buying new Ford's unfortunately, not Bells. Belk's recently did my oil change and then the next day they installed the rainguards for my windows. My 2013 F150 was making noise in the front end at low speed turns. They worked me into the schedule and checked it out. They checked everything out and couldn't find a problem. Taking it apart to check it may have fixed the problem or it may have just been dirty. I don't hear the noise now. They wanted to make sure that I was satisfied that the truck is ok. Great service! Thanks to George, the service writer that helped me.

Pam Loden, Service Manager, and the entire service and rental department staff did an excellent job of getting the necessary parts ordered, and our 2016 Explorer repaired sooner than anticipated, and they were able to provide us with a rental car to return home from our vacation until our vehicle was repaired. So are the mechanics. They need to expand the facility and are in the process of doing that. Older facility they have is kept in very clean condition .

The dealership is selling too many cars to service. The service personnel are overwhelmed on a daily basis, from the one person who registers cars in the morning to the only cashier who checks out the customer. Not enough mechanics, although they are hard workers, means that everybody gets slower service. It's just an unfortunate by-product of the popularity of the Ford brand.

Drove all the way from central Alabama after locating the exact vehicle I wanted. At first things seemed to go well, friendly sales staff, good trade offer. But then purchased the vehicle, which had some mechanical problems and got the run around about getting them fixed. Bottom line, don't expect any service after they cash your check.

It was worth the five hour drive from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to Oxford to work with Mark Daniels and company at Belk Ford. I had searched about a 300 mile radius looking for the make and model of Ford truck I wanted. My internet search turned up six trucks to choose from. All six were the same make, model, color, had the same package and had about the same milage. Only the team at Belk Ford in Oxford Mississippi were willing to work with me on the price for the 2010 King Ranch I wanted. They also made me a very fair offer on my trade-in, in fact Mark and his Used Car Manager Glenn Baggett were the only ones to make a reasonable offer. After spending just a few minuets on the phone with Mark I knew we would do business. Mark was very professional, friendly, honest and extremely helpful. If your looking to buy a vehicle and what you are looking for is in stock at Belk Ford and Oxford Toyota, I highly suggest giving them a call, it will be worth the drive.
