I drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle that I saw listed on Autotrader. When I arrived home, I looked over the paperwork and noticed that they charged me $1,000.00 more than the advertised price on Autotrader. When I called them about it the following day, they told me that must have been an error or a typo, there was nothing they could do....they also sold me an extended warranty for the truck that I’m pretty sure is not applicable, because the truck I purchased has had the emissions deleted by the previous owner. I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this shady dealership.

****TREMENDOUSLY POOR customer service. Service Manager is extremely rude and highly disrespectful to a customer and would NOT be someone I recommend to ANY business in dealing with the public. His language is offensive and he is confrontational; his view toward dealing with a "customer" needs some remedial training, and immediate attention. The Service Advisor also did not look to communicate nor contact a customer in a timely fashion for diagnosis or repair; 9am appointment and no word until we had to place a call in very late afternoon. Regarding the GENERAL MANAGER to whom I attempted to discuss the poor experience with, he also lacks the understanding of Customer Service and a rational discussion, but certainly believes in the extreme distortion of fact which essentially yielded to a waste of my time. Just a very bad experience. *****Took my vehicle immediately to another local business in Oxford, and was treated with courtesy and professionalism; issue was diagnosed within 15min and part ordered.

They took advantage of my elderly parents. They traded in a 2010 escape with 95000 miles on it and absolutely nothing wrong with it. They gave them $1000 for it. Trade in value was between $2500 and $4000 according to multiple on line sources. Then they turned around and put it on their lot for $8000. If I had known before hand I would have stopped them from trading it in. Belk Ford definitely took advantage of my parents. Luckily for them I live out of state or I would be there having a long talk with the sales manager.

Was kind of a long experience, lasting over two hours for an oil change and normal check-up but over all a good experience. The lady who was at the desk, Jessie, was pretty great at keeping me updated and was helpful in another matter I needed assistance with.The wi-fi was a great addition. I watched two episodes of Grey's Anatomy, and two episodes of How I Met Your Mother with no problems at all. Made the experience much better. DRINKS ARE $1.50 THOUGH SO BE PREPARED.

My 2013 F150 was making noise in the front end at low speed turns. They worked me into the schedule and checked it out. They checked everything out and couldn't find a problem. Taking it apart to check it may have fixed the problem or it may have just been dirty. I don't hear the noise now. They wanted to make sure that I was satisfied that the truck is ok. Great service! Thanks to George, the service writer that helped me.

The dealership is selling too many cars to service. The service personnel are overwhelmed on a daily basis, from the one person who registers cars in the morning to the only cashier who checks out the customer. Not enough mechanics, although they are hard workers, means that everybody gets slower service. It's just an unfortunate by-product of the popularity of the Ford brand.

Drove all the way from central Alabama after locating the exact vehicle I wanted. At first things seemed to go well, friendly sales staff, good trade offer. But then purchased the vehicle, which had some mechanical problems and got the run around about getting them fixed. Bottom line, don't expect any service after they cash your check.

It was worth the five hour drive from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to Oxford to work with Mark Daniels and company at Belk Ford. I had searched about a 300 mile radius looking for the make and model of Ford truck I wanted. My internet search turned up six trucks to choose from. All six were the same make, model, color, had the same package and had about the same milage. Only the team at Belk Ford in Oxford Mississippi were willing to work with me on the price for the 2010 King Ranch I wanted. They also made me a very fair offer on my trade-in, in fact Mark and his Used Car Manager Glenn Baggett were the only ones to make a reasonable offer. After spending just a few minuets on the phone with Mark I knew we would do business. Mark was very professional, friendly, honest and extremely helpful. If your looking to buy a vehicle and what you are looking for is in stock at Belk Ford and Oxford Toyota, I highly suggest giving them a call, it will be worth the drive.
