I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Edge. Found one online through Ford's website that sent me to Dave Knapp Ford. They had an amazing offer that was worth driving three and a half hours one way to pick up. Ed Jeffery made the process EXTREMELY easy, and I was well taken care of. Great job by everyone involved!!

This is my third or fourth vehicle I have purchased from Dave Knapp Ford, this last purchase was as good if not better than the first time I purchased. I love Dave Knapp's. Beside highly rated Ford cars, their Customer Service is excellent. When you call, you usually get Calvin on the phone. He's polite, very helpful. The facilities are clean, and comfortable while you wait. Travis, the Manager, always approaches you about your car, and any needed repairs. He's very professional, and clear about what it will cost. I plan to use them for many years.

I have had 2 vehicles have recalls done at Dave Knapp Ford and dealt with Travis in the service dept. He was very helpful and the entire facility was friendly. The facility was very clean, I know in the future when I am shopping for a new vehicle I will shop there.

We are thrilled with our 2013 Lincoln MKS. My wife commented to me on the way home that this was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. I totally agreed with her. We would highly recommend Ed Jeffrey and Dave Knapp Ford/Lincoln as a place to do business. Ed and the team there treated us very nicely and the process was really easy. I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape and had a great experience at Dave Knapp Ford, Greenville, Ohio. The car that I was looking for was not available on their lot but within a day they had found one for me and ready to be picked up shortly there after. Ed "Buzz" Fink is a new salesman for Dave Knapp and he did a great job. He took me through every aspect of buying a car, from the test drive through answering all the questions I had. Dave Knapp Ford/Lincoln went out of their way to please me as a customer.I drove 75 miles to check on one of their used vehicles that I reviewed on cars.com to find out that it was what I was looking for. The price was way below the competion and they went out of their way to make it available for me.( even put it in their service garage so I could see it while it was pouring rain). The salesman who sold me the vehicle was pressure free which makes any customer feel comfortable. The business manager helped us find the right financing and warranty for our used vehicle that was perfect for us(he even showed us a shorter way back home) I walked out of the dealership on a Saturday with the vehicle I wanted faster than I could imagine.It was well worth the trip. Beth Noden was a very friendly, accurate and efficient person in pursuing a search for the vehicle we wanted. She already had the paperwork typed up for us, but was wiling to change it all for us to find us an even better deal with the opttions that we were looking for in the Escape. We are pleased with our Lincoln MKS. We have taken it to Florida and it was a dream to drive---and good mileage too. Over the years we have had several Lincoln cars---currently the MKS and also an MKX. Our Mark 8 was one of the earliest We were satisfied we have continued with Ford Motor automobiles. In fact, we currently have a 1931 Model A convertible Phaeton Touring Sedan at our Florida home! We were especially pleased with Beth Noden's professionalism,knowledge, patience with all of our questions, cheerful demeanor, and her exceptional follow-up since the purchase of the MKS. Additonally, you made the purchase flow smoothly with all the paper work,etc, etc. Beth Noden is an exceptional representative for her company. We will be back to see her for our next Lincoln purchase. She is the best!!!

When I found out my long time salesperson Bet Noden had returned to the sales floor at Dave Knapp I was very excited. The ride from where I live is over an hour, but well worth the trip! Beth had helped me for over twenty years and has been excellent from the first car. I was very pleased to find Dave Knapp Ford a plesant and accomodating dealership. The one small service recall went very smoothly and was taken care of in a timely matter. I pass several other dealerships on the way to Beth and Dave Knapp, however I think my time and mileage is well spent. I absolutely encourage you to go to both Dave Knapp and Beth Noden!

i purchased my 2012 ford focus and worked with beth noden at dave knapp. i was and i'm still impressed by how she has made herself accessible during and even after the sale. i can honestly say i've never met a salesperson who take such an interest in her clients like beth. since my purchase i received phone calls and cards to wish me a happy birthday and a merry christmas. that's more than some people get from their family! i haven't had the opportunity yet, but when i do, i will refer my friends and family to beth noden at dave knapp in adrian!!! i also worked with travis in service for some warranty issues and was very pleased with the service as well as the time it took to do the repairs to my vehicle. because i purchased my car from their dealership i was able to use their loaner car to get to and from work. that was a very nice and unexpected courtesy!

We have been going to Dave Knapp Ford for 10 years and have always had excellent service. They are friendly, offer a free loaner car and give you a free car wash with an oil change. Last spring we needed a new car and since we had been buying Mercurys for many years we didn't know what car we wanted. Beth Noden listened to what we were looking for and found us a new Ford Fusion which we are very happy with. She was friendly and not pushy. She helped us understand the high tech features of the car and an even went so far as to sync up our cell phones. She has always answered any questions we have had and we would recommend both Beth and Dave Knapp Ford to everyone.

For the last few months I had been considering purchasing a newer vehicle. After considerable time spent shopping the internet and visiting different dealerships - even GM & Chrysler - I realized that Dave Knapp Ford had the best selection of low mileage & certified pre-owned vehicles within a 100 mile radius. They also consistently had the lowest price! Beth Noden was very knowledgeable and very eager to help without ever any pressure to make a purchase. I have owned mostly Ford vehicles for the last 45 years and it would have been difficult for me to use a different service department other than Dave Knapp. They are always friendly and courteous, and can always get your vehicle in on short notice. It is always ready when promised and they even wash it for you! I highly recommend Dave Knapp Ford for all of your vehicle needs.

I moved to Tecumseh 12 years ago from Ypsilanti (looking for a Ford dealership).I found Dave Knapp Ford in Adrian and found out that my longtime salesperson from Ypsilanti lived in the area.Before I knew it she was working at Knapp Ford and we resumed our car dealing relationship.Beth Noden and I have been dealing in cars for years and she is one of the best salespeople and sales relation people I have ever known.She goes out of her way to help in any way she can to get you what you want and keep you coming back. The same is true for Dave Knapp Ford.Their sales and service is second to none.Always friendly and customer oriented.They are like a big family always looking out for you. I moved up to Michigan from Texas and was on my 2nd Ford Escape. When the gas prices went up I decided to go with a Ford Focus because I have a bit of a drive for work. How I missed my Ford Escape. So, one day I went in and talked with Beth Noden. My Focus was not that old so I really was skeptical on whether they could get me into an Escape within my budget and to get me the accessories that I want with a vehicle (butt warmers). Beth worked with me and found me just what I wanted and right on budget. Dave Knapp Ford and Beth in particular has been awesome. Beth calls periodically just to follow up and make sure I'm happy with the car (we name our cars in Texas and her's is Pearl). This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought at Dave Knapp and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else and I would always ask for Beth. Awesome experience!

I bought my first "grownup car" (a brand-new 2013 Ford Fiesta) from Knapp Ford in December of 2012. My 14-year-old Ford Escort had just bitten the dust, I had just started a brand-new job with a really long commute, and I was still struggling to get on my feet financially. Beth Noden and the rest of the gang at Knapp Ford were understanding of my situation and eager to help me. I told them what my financial constraints were, I told them what car best fit my budget and my driving habits (although let's be honest: the Fiesta's adorableness played a big part in my choice, too), and they went above and beyond to make my purchase possible. They also very courteously dealt with my overexcited antics as I signed all the paperwork on the day I picked up my car. Since then, I've been into the dealership a couple times for oil changes and minor tweaks. They get me in and out quickly (and they always offer me a loaner if they think the work might take little longer), and my fabulous sales consultant Beth even stops into the waiting area to say hi. I would not hesitate to recommend Knapp Ford (and Beth!) to anybody on the hunt for a new vehicle. They're a savvy, down-to-earth, class-act operation.

I have been buying vehicles and having them service at Knapp Ford for a number of years. I worked and retired from Ford and could buy a vehicle on A-plan for the same price no matter which dealership I used, so service has always been very important to me. Dave Knapp service department is absolutely the best around. The staff is always personable, professional and efficient. I'd like to mention Richard Follis as our salesman also. He is very knowledgeable of his product lines and what financial options are available. Richard goes above and beyond to make the buying experience a fun and enjoyable time.

My wife and I have been purchasing Ford products for years. Being a retired Ford employee I am very discriminating about the product and service of purchasing a new Ford. Over the years we have experienced service from several dealers. Most recently we have had dealings with Gene Buttman Ford of Ypsi, Palmer Ford of Chelsea, and Briarwood Ford of Saline. None of these dealerships have provided the service and product support that we have received at Dave Knapp Ford. We have received the ultimate in sales support by Beth Noden. Beth provided us with premium service when we had a minor accident that resulted in a ruptured tire. Before we had purchased a car at Dave Knapp she saw to it that we received immediate and complete satisfaction in replacing our damaged tire and assuring the integrity of the wheel within an hour. Again before we became a purchaser at Dave Knapp Ford she arranged for a service appointment where our storage battery was replaced under warranty with out question. When we decided to replace our Edge with a new Explorer, Beth determined that the most cost effective way to obtain the specific equipment we desired was with a factory order. Including a test drive of an Explorer made it possible for Mary and I to better understand the features of the vehicle. She was also very effective in pointing out which accessories would give us the greatest pleasure in ownership. The final ownership transfer was as expedient as I have experienced in my long history of purchasing Ford products. Upon delivery of the vehicle she provided a complete orientation of the vehicle features and changes from the Edge. The overall experience of dealing With Dave Knapp Ford has been outstanding with much of the credit for this mans opinion is because of the efforts of Beth Noden.

I came to Dave Knapp Ford because Beth Noden was there. Long ago in Ypsilanti Beth sold my husband and I several cars we liked her service and became a friend. It was my first time dealing with Dave Knapp Ford and I was greatly impressed it is a first class operation and so friendly. My Lincoln MKZ is a wonderful car, easy to drive, beautiful inside and outside, good gas mileage too. Thank you Beth for getting me all the bells and whistles on this car. Richard Follis was my Sales Consultant for my first vechilce. My family has been buying vechiles from Richard since before I was born. He goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. He found me the perfect car, that was a perfect fit for me, for my first purchase of a vechile. I test drove my Ford Focus and loved it! It had a lipbalm holder, that already sold the car in my opinion, it needed a little more of my touch. I asked Richard how much would is cost me to get Maize and Blue pin stipes, and that I would take the car. Richard said he would just get it done for me, for free. I was so happy that Richard was going above and beyond what he had to do, to make this car unique to my personality. The next day, Richard texted me a photo of the pin stripes and asked how they looked. They set off the car perfectly. I know that there is not one Ford Focus on the road, that looks like mine. Thanks to Richard Follis for his outstanding salesmenship, Lip Balm holder, and my dedication to being a fan of Maize and Blue. I will refer Richard Follis to anyone who is looking to buy or lease a vechile, and I will continue to always get vechiles from him! Thank you so much! And remember, Go Blue!

I didn't have any dealings with a Ford dealership in years, any dealership as far as that goes. I was finally in the market for a new car or suv and a friend of mine told me about Dave Knapp Ford. Even tho they are approx. 65 miles from me I thought it was worth the drive to see if this dealership was as I was told. Most definately so, Richard Follis, my sale guy, didn't sugar coat ANYTHING! He was very upfront about me getting a new vehicle and what my chances were. I felt very comfortable knowing where I stood and what to expect. Everything turned out great. Got the vehicle i wanted plus an awesome finance to boot. So if your in the market for a new Ford, I'd suggest paying Richard Follis a visit or even just a phone to see what kind of great deal he can work for you

I have been a customer of Dave Knapp's for almost twenty years. I have had pleasant dealings with several sales people during that time and have purchased four new vehicles during that time. I hold on to my vehicles for five to eight years so I can say the customer service continues long after you buy the car. My last two purchases have been an MKX and a C-Max hybrid. Richard Follis was the salesman for those purchases and I have excellent experiences with him for more than five years. He has been fantastic to deal with. He is very helpful in making choices of a new vehicle. He makes sure you have the information to make the right choice. He doesn't stop there. He makes sure the delivery of the vehicle goes smoothly and that you are happy with your purchase. Since the C-Max is a new product, Richard has been very interested in my driving experiences and feed back. I really like looking for new vehicles when it is time to lease again. Richard Follis always takes time to answer all my questions and gives me the current information on the vehicles I am interested in. One of the reasons I keep going back is because everyone there treats me with respect. Many dealerships do not take a woman seriously and you get the feeling that they would rather be talking to a man. All of the people are friendly and helpful from sales to the service department to the women in the office. I look forward to leasing another vehicle with them !

My sales rep, Randy, answered all of my questions (and then some!) thoroughly and exceeded all expectations I had for this experience. Was searching several dealerships in the Adrian, Michigan area and decided on Dave Knapp Ford. Dan Callahan (sales rep) met my family in the lot as we pulled up and was so pleasant and accommodating by answering our questions, making suggestions, taking us for test drives, making coffee for us and treating us like family. We finally decided on a 2014 Ford Focus, 3 year lease and just love it. I definitely recommend Dave Knapp Ford in Adrian and don't forget to ask fo Dan Callahan. He is Awesome!

Jim Chapman was an excellent salesman. Thanks again Jim for your service. Now on the other hand, dealership said vehicles get inspected to make sure everything is good to go. If that's the case someone like me who knows nothing about vehicles should not be able to see something different from one side to the other. How does inspection miss a bad lower ball joint on driver side when you can clearly see it and not have to put vehicle on a lift. So after 6 days from buying the vehicle I take it back and they say, "no matter where you take your vehicle they are always going to find something that needs to be replaced. Just leave the truck here if your not happy." That's horrible thing to say to a customer. Also said "vehicles go thru inspection to see if everything functions right, if so it passes inspection." Does that mean seen how the ball joint is still there, its safe to drive and vehicle passes inspection. There were nothing in inspection records about the ball joint. To me it seems they overlooked the ball joint and that's why nothing got recorded. Now after 6 days you would think the dealership would work with me to get it taken care of. Maybe i pay for the part and they replace it free labor, or even a small discount would be nice...... INSTEAD THEY TELL ME TO LEAVE VEHICLE IF I AM NOT HAPPY. Again what a horrible thing to say. This is not the first bad experience with this dealership in the family but I hope it will be the last.
