Went to get my 2012 Lancer serviced on October 21. While I was waiting engaged in conversation with Roger Cole. We talked about the 2016 Outlander Sport. He told me if I were interested he could give me a very good deal. Told him I might be shopping soon. No pressure from him or dealership. I shopped around a bit and almost got caught up in a lease that I didn't want. I talked to manager and he said I should take it.I told him NO way. Gave him my best deal and we were thousands apart. Left that dealer and went to see Roger at Bell Mitsubishi. Roger and his dealership gave me a car deal on a vehicle that was a thousand more on invoice and a thousand less on money. All numbers plain and clear. No hassle > Thanks to Roger and Bell for doing a GOOD JOB.

I've been to this dealer a total of 3 times. The first to purchase a vehicle. They had what I wanted in stock, and 2 hours later I was driving home with a satisfied purchase. Roger was my salesman and he took care of me the way all salesman should. The second and third were for maintenance and service. Both times I was done in under an hour and the price I calculated for costs were right on! Definitely will go back for my service needs and when I need a new vehicle.

I was originally looking for a Subaru WRX but after going to several dealerships none of the salesman were willing to work with me. None were even willing to run numbers with me to get ballpark figures. Then I went to Bell actually looking for a car for my fiance and ended coming out with my own Lancer Evolution Final Edition. Amer crunched numbers with me for a few hours before I pulled the trigger. This definitely gave me piece of mind and made my decision easier. Just for people interested in my situation, I was upside down and I had negative equity but Amer made it work for me. I would definitely purchase another car from here.

Came in looking to test drive one of the Evos and hopefully purchase one if I enjoyed the test drive and the numbers worked. I met Amir who was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted. We went for a test drive and Amir was talking about how great the car was but the car ended up yelling over Amir further letting me know how awesome it was. That was that. The car and Amir holding on for dear life convinced me I needed this beast. We sat and worked out the numbers with his manager, came to an agreement and now I have an Evo Final Edition in the driveway.

Got here 1 hour before closing time. My sales guy, Gabriel was so helpful and friendly. He let me drove test the outlander model i want and later discussed the OTD price. I've got the unit $2000 off of msrp. There was no pressure nor intimadation exerted on me, Everything was done in transparent way from start to finish. I went back after a week and bought another unit for my daughter. The same hassle free buying experience was extended to me by this awesome guy, Gabriel. Keep it up man.

Went to buy a car this week, it was a little rough at first when talking over the different packages when talking to the first rep ( i forget his name) he was helpful but didn't really spent good time and clarifying all the steps including last step of understanding what a purchase order is for. But the GM became involve Dan Velez. He did a great job of indulging us about our questiions on discrepancies that we saw with what the first rep didn't clarify or forgot to mention. Dan came in was more direct and gave us the clarification we needed and was missing. When we came in to pick up car on 6-29 we had a different (Jeff Davis) he was the one i originally spoke to on the phone when i was first interested in the Outlander sport on their website. He is a great rep. he is direct/more thorough/better in clarifying things, helpful, considerate polite amusing and good salesperson type. he took care of me and gave me good service to finalize my car purchase. He took the time to go over things in the car explaining how things function (bluetooth, the dashboard among other things). i would recommend this dealership. The finance manager was good but maybe is a little condensending and could be maybe a little more obliging/helpful. it felt like he just wanted to get through the motions, keep the answers to my questions short and simple and move along as quickly as possible with my signatures. I am type of person to ask questions on things that i maybe not be familiar with or need to get refreshed on if it has been awhile. i've dealt with other finance managers at other dealerships and they were helpful on getting copies of paperwork to me no matter what the paper work was. so just comparing this experience with past experiences with other finance managers.

We own two vehicles manufactured by Mitsubishi. An Outlander and Endeavor. They are both 2007. Bell has been servicing our vehicles ever since we purchased them. We've had nothing but impeccable service by them. 2014 my husband made up his mind to trade-in is Outlander for a late model Montero. The main feature he needed about the Montero is the height, easier for him to get in and out of the vehicle. Plus he likes that style. He didn't luck up locating a Montero within eight months. He settled getting a vehicle similar to it, the Nissan Xterra 2011. He's very please with it. The dealership where we bought this car said you have seven days to test it out. I drove the car. Real nice drive but, did not feel secure with the brakes. The car stops fine. When press on the brake pedal it would go a little too close to the floor to bring it to a full stop. I was petrified . My husband said let's take it to Bell to have them check it out . I called Dominick, Service Manager told him we bought an Xterra and would want an overhaul inspection done on it. He said bring it in. His team did the inspection . They found that the vehicle is in need of oil change, replace rear brakes they are rusty, brake pulsation coming from front rotors, resurface the front rotors and change the wiper blades they are squeaky. We went back to the dealership where we bought the vehicle. Presented them the inspection list done by Bell. They complied. I drove the the vehicle when the car was completed of repairs. the breaks still didn't feel satisfactory to me. I called Dominick the next day telling him I don't feel any difference with the brakes. He said bring the car back he would check it over . I called my husband and told him to take the car back to Bell when you're done with your errands . Dominic gave it a test drive and he says that he can feel that the brakes have been serviced. Now I am convinced my mind is at peace. Continue the great work.J & N HallRoselle, NJ

I stumbled upon Bell Mitsubishi after driving all the way to Rahway from the Poconos for a car at a neighboring dealer that was NOT as advertised. I am thrilled that it worked out that way! I had been looking for a Eclipse and found that one was at Bell Mitsubishi. When calling I spoke with Quentin who informed me that they had just got it in and there were no photos yet taken of the vehicle. It was already approaching the close of the business day but Quentin took time to take photos of the vehicle and text them to me. Quentin also informed us of a couple of nicks on the hood and took pictures. We were coming the next day to look at the vehicle and were traveling over an hour to get to the dealership, Quentin made sure that the Eclipse was held for us which was greatly appreciated. Once we saw it we knew we wanted it! Quentin made it easy and quick getting through the process and got us out the door. (He even offered toll money for the drive home since we didn't have EZ pass on the vehicle) I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Quentin.

Bought 2 cars from Quentin in 4 months the Evo and Ralliart... Quentin knows his stuff about these cars and being I've wanted an Evo and Ralliart since I was 10 years old he made it happen even though I had doubt's and the Ralliart he literally got approved for a rate about 10$ below my budget and extremely low mileage in great condition.. Went to the dealership and was greeted by Camilo. I explained him my situation and he instantly showed me the perfect car and his knowledge of the lot was very impressive. As we were running the credit check, he would very attentive and would inform me about every update due to the fact I was worried about my credit and that I would not get approve but fortunately they got me approved at an amazing bank whic is Ally and now I'm the owner of a 2010 Malibu with less then 2100 miles. He did an amazing job including me in every step.All of my questions and concerns were answered on the spot. No one ever made me doubt anything. Went to the dealership and was greeted by Camilo. I explained him my situation and he instantly showed me the perfect car and his knowledge of the lot was very impressive. As we were running the credit check, he would very attentive and would inform me about every update due to the fact I was worried about my credit and that I would not get approve but fortunately they got me approved at an amazing bank whic is Ally and now I'm the owner of a 2010 Malibu with less then 2100 miles. All negotiations were done over the phone with my salesman Andrzej. He picked me up at the train station, and the car and deal were exactly as promised, no surprises. Jim (owner) was great, and sat down with me just prior to signing the papers. These guys are straight shooters, and that's hard to find in an entry level brand dealer like Mitsubishi (especially on 1&9 in Rahway, NJ)... If you're in the market for a Mitsubishi, I'd highly recommend you give these guys a shot.

After researching car prices and visiting numerous dealerships in the area testing Hondas, Subarus, Mazdas, and Nissans (I had a horrible experience at Acme Nissan), I visited Bell Mitsubishi. The price I had been offered online by the sales manager Neil Hutkin was extremely competitive so I figured it was worth a stop. The salesman Andrzej Wojdakowsi was very friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure and as they had stated in their offer "no hidden fees or special requirements to get a great deal". After agreeing on a price, the paperwork was smooth and very quick and I was able to leave the lot in my new 2016 Outlander SEL. The dealership may be small but the staff is top notch.

Didn't know what to quite expect buying my first car at a dealership but I knew I wanted a manual transmission Lancer. So I walked in and was greeted by Quentin who was kool and down to earth so I told him what I was looking for, what do you know he said I have what your looking for a rally red Lancer 5 speed. It was more than I expected it had tinted windows and led lights already, which I was planing on getting. So Q give me a in depth breakdown of the car inside out, so I was basically sold on it already then we take it for a test drive and all I wanted to know is where to sign. Have to say thank you to Q and Bell Mitsubishi for a great experience I never forget. Soon in the future I would be back to get car number two

Initially went to have my car looked at due to a bent rim, and later found out that my tire had to be replaced as well.I dealt with Cory Lyman during the initial visit, as well as the final visit to finally complete all the repair work, and both times he was extremely helpful, patient, fair and kind in resolving my issue.I dealt with someone different during my second visit which was not as positive, but because of Cory I had a good overall experience dealing with the service department - thank you so much Cory!

After finding out the truck noise in the 2006 Toyota Rav 4 that I purchased was from a hole in the muffler, management and the service dept took care of replacing the muffler very quickly. My salesman was Quentin. When I spoke with him about a car purchase, I gave him my list of specifications about a car. He gave choices that fit precisely into what i was looking for. Many times dealers try to oversell, or show you things outside of your specs in order to make you pay more. Not this dealer/saleman. This was not the best part of my experience with Quentin. After I had purchased the vehicle I wanted, I had a few issues, namely, the rental car return, and a new registration card (out of state red tape). Quentin did everything in his power to overcome multiple obstacles to ensure that these things were taken care of for me, and that the entire experiences was more or less care-free for me (keeping me in the loop about the progress). A lot of times dealers are done with you once you buy the car and aren't interested in you until you need a new one. Quentin's tenacity in solving these issues shows his ability to put the customer first, and manage the entire car purchasing experience for the customer. I'd wish him luck in his future encounters with customers, but the guy doesn't need it: he clearly understands the car buying process from the costumer's perspective. Thanks Q

I was helped by an awesome guy named Quentin. I first met him earlier this year at the dealer asking about the Evo 10, after like four to five months of feeling undecided about weather or not to get the Evo. I came back and told him to find me a Rally Red one. I knew it was a hard find because of the rarity of the color. However, Quentin managed to find one and got it, and the best part is. He surprised me with the Evo. A surprise which I'll never forget and I thank him for everything he's done for me.

After a horrible experience with an adjacent dealership we had driven some distance to see (because of a particular vehicle on their web site) we walked across the street to Bell Mitsubishi "just to take a look since we were already there". Poked around for a few minutes then Roger came out, introduced himself and asked how he could help. We gave him a brief description of our earlier experience and what we were looking for for our son. He pointed to a car that turned out to be perfect...our son loved it, it was in great shape, had under our maximum mileage threshold for a used car, and was very reasonably priced. We ended up buying the car which was a much better deal than the one we had traveled all that way to see at the other place! Quite a nice ending to what was earlier quite an aggravating day.Do yourself a favor and at least give them a try when looking for your next vehicle.

After a bad car accident, I was in a slight rush to get a new car. I was looking for a pre-owned Lancer- and Bell had the best selection within 30 miles of my home. We showed up on a Friday night with my toddler daughter in tow. Quentin was patient with me while we discussed the different options and looked at the various models. I ended up with the 2013 Lancer SE w/ AWD. There was no pressure and no gimmicks. Our car experienced unexpected engine failure after being poorly serviced at a different location and we were really in a jam because we needed a new car fast and had very little saved for a down payment. 1st I must say that, their facility is clean and the workers are VERY professional. I recently took my car (Lancer 08') to an outside mechanic, with the hopes of having the issue fixed within Reasonable cost..... I was very wrong... I decided to call the dealership after much hesitation, for a diagnostic inquiry, I have to honestly say, the process was tremendous and to some degree, it exhausted the escalation of my problems....I was 1st assisted bu Dominique, via phone conversation, very polite, and while on site, I was assisted by Cory. Very professional, and well bent on making sure all my questions were answered, and gave VERY good advice on things to consider and how to go about my dilemma. This dealership operated in a completely professional and above board manner, and the only negative is that they are 85 miles from my house. My local Mitsu dealership played games with both financing an trade value, and I lost confidence in dealing with them. So, I took a look at Bell. Neil Hutkin, who I believe is the sales manager, was a pleasure to deal with. The finance guy was right on top of things and helped me to beat the capital one blank check I had in hand. He offered a few products I did not feel I needed, but he was completely polite and non-pushy in his approach and did not argue my declining the products. I shook the owner's (or gm's) hand on the way out and I told him how impressed I was. I know the title doesn't imply a rave review, but I am now home with a vehicle sold at a price we agreed on with no games once the deal got to paper. I would definitely suggest Bell Mitsubishi for a good, honest deal.

I know the title doesn't imply a rave review, but I am now home with a vehicle sold at a price we agreed on with no games once the deal got to paper. I purchased my new car, a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Bell Mitsubishi. I love my new car and I was very surprised and pleased with the whole buying experience. Donald Paterno was the sales person I met with. I have nothing to say but nice things about him and the total purchasing experience. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I had been shopping around for cars at other dealerships for several days before I arrived at Bell Mitsubishi. I was greeted by Donald and I was very upfront with him and told him.give me your best offer. I was very pleased with the offer he made me, which was better than any of the other offers I had received. There was no haggling, just the bottom line, which is what I had asked for. I told him I wanted to sleep on it and would get back to him the next day. He totally understood and did not pressure me in any way. The next day, I called him back and told him I wanted the car. After the purchasing process (which was seamless), Ive received courtesy calls from Bell Mitsubishi..I feel that even though the purchase is over, the contact is not. I would highly recommend Bell Mitsubishi to my family and friends thank you Bell Mitsubishi!

I was searching for a used Jeep Cherokee Limited with low miles for about a month. I mainly searched online because I was looking for some very specific options. Bell Mitsubishi had one listed and Quentin helped me by sending pictures of everything I asked for, including the underside of the vehicle with it up on a lift. I flew from Tulsa, OK for this Jeep and they were honest about everything on the vehicle. They had a fair price and didn't try to hide anything and surprise me with it. When I got there it was sitting out front, cleaned and ready to go. It was exactly everything they said. I would highly recommend Bell to anyone.

The atmosphere in this dealership is just really friendly and it makes the whole buying process so much more comfortable. No one here pressures the customer into anything from what I have seen which is another plus, I've been to dealerships that pin you down to make and make the sale. When I went down Andrzej Wojdakoski was my sales representative, I would give him an A+. He is a very well rounded person who knows the details inside and out to the cars he tries to sell. Had a great experience with Don Paterno at this dealership. He was up front about everything and the deal was closed just like he promised with no surprises. I was shopping for an Outlander Sport with my daughter and we had been through a very poor experience with another dealership. It was just the opposite with Don. From our first visit there on a Saturday evening at about 6:00 pm ( he ended up staying there late with us ) to the time the car was delivered to us on the following Monday evening, we were treated great by Don and the rest of the staff at Bell. I was shopping for a used car. I was able to make an appointment with a Sales Representative within hours of the actual appointment. The Representative was very kind and honest. I took my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander to be serviced for it's 2 year anniversary and I have to say I am very pleased with the experience I got. I was holding off on making my appointment because I knew that the 2014 Outlander's were coming in sometime this month and I wanted to see one in person. So I booked my service appointment for June 10th at 11:30 a.m. and after I got settled in with the service department, a salesman named Quentin Washington was very nice enough to give me a personal tour of the 2014 Outlander. After seeing it, I was very impressed with not only the car, but Quentin as well. From a previous post on this site, you will notice that I saw Matthew Zezza, the salesman who sold me my Outlander. Today, he was there again and was asking me how my car was, how my family was, etc. He has always been really nice to me whenever I come back to get my car serviced. Finally, Giselle Sojos made my service experience so easy. I just informed her what I was there for, explained something I needed them to look at, and then I hung out until my car was ready. Everyone that I mentioned makes the Bell Mitsubishi team very strong and I always look forward to going there to get my car serviced. I do miss the whiteboard with my name on it welcoming me to the dealership. Please bring it back. Keep up the great work Bell Mitsubishi. You guys rock.

Firstly, a bit about my self. I'm 22 year old, female, an international student who just came to America for a few month, have just got my driving permit, never had a car before...... to put into one word, a newbie in every way possible. I used to contact an auto auction agent for a car, just because i'm kind of afraid to deal with car dealers. I was searching for a used Mitsubishi Outlander, for the familiarity that my father has this vehicle back at home. I did my research, compared every used outlander out there on cars.com and the inventory of every Mitsubishi dealer in my region, and decided to go to Bell's first. Sales person Donald Paterno, a so very nice, straight-out-of-a-comic-book-like "American uncle", picked me up at Rahway train station. Still I walked into their door with so much trepidation that I would look like a complete idiot or a very lucrative piece of meat on the table. However after spend about an hour there, I don't feel that way anymore. I went looking for a 2010 outlander XLS that day but couldn't made up my mind because the price is way beyond my budget. So the other day I went to another Mitsubishi dealership for the same vehicle with lower price. But I ended up going back to Bell's, bought a 2007 outlander ES with everything I wanted for a first car, with the help of sales consultant Roger E. Cole. They say a first car is like a first love, and I'm glad I found my first love here. The buying process is smooth and straight forward without hidden fees and tricks, plus I got a good deal on the car price. After went back home with the car I found two of the dome lights doesn't work, and got the promise that they would fix it. Tomorrow i'm going back for my plate and dome lights. So far, i would say that if you are looking for a Mitsubishi around the area, look nowhere else.

Terrible service department! They make up their own maintenance schedule and overcharge for all maintenance items they do (at unscheduled intervals). Its unfortunate that all car dealer service departments get the reputation for ripping you off, because of dealers like this one. In addition to performing unnecessary service and overcharging, they are also extremely slow. I was the first person there and was told 2 to 2.5 hours or maybe less and instead waited 4 hours. Do yourself a favor and service your car elsewhere.

He will work with you to get you the very best deal possible, work within your budget and no pressure at all....It took me over a week this past lease to finally sign the papers because of a family issue and Jim Haskell held the car I was interested in for the whole time until I made a decision.....He has always taken great care of me throughout the years and they are very good to loyal customers. After having an iffy experience at another dealer that kept pushing a car on to us that we didn't completely like, we decided to step into the Bell Mitsubishi lot, Jeff Davis came over to greet us, ask us about our requirements and what we liked in the lot. My wife of course fell in love with a convertible spyder and the rest was history. Once we walked in Quentin Washington was very amiable, very easy going and took us for a test drive. One thing i admire is people who aren't pushy, have great customer service and don't BS around and these guys met all my expectations if not more. Quentin related a lot to what we were looking for, what was easier as far as payments, goals, competition, car fax details etc. He went a step beyond to figure out what we could work with and agree on both parties. He researched prices out there for the same car, none which we found lower than what these guys had and even promised to have their service guy touch up some minor scratches in the seats. They have followed up as promised so far and continue to stay in touch to make sure we're fine with the purchase, as well as left us a voicemail welcoming us to the Mitsubishi family. Mathew Zezza made the financing process extremely easy, made suggestions on how we could better our APR later on, helped us find the lowest credit financer possible and detailed every part of what we were signing up for. I have to say these guys should be the blue print of how successful dealers should operate and made our experience beyond pleasant. I will update a review on any future servicing i receive and hopefully by then Quentin will be promoted for such a great job he did. I highly recommend him and Jeff to deal with if you want honest, no hassle service with great customer service, great job guys!

I took my 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander to be serviced for it's 2 year anniversary and I have to say I am very pleased with the experience I got. I was holding off on making my appointment because I knew that the 2014 Outlander's were coming in sometime this month and I wanted to see one in person.After emailing Brittany Sanders on Thursday June 6th, she told me they would be in tomorrow. So I booked my service appointment for June 10th at 11:30 a.m. and after I got settled in with the service department, a salesman named Quentin Washington was very nice enough to give me a personal tour of the 2014 Outlander. After seeing it, I was very impressed with not only the car, but Quentin as well.From a previous post on this site, you will notice that I saw Matthew Zezza, the salesman who sold me my Outlander. Today, he was there again and was asking me how my car was, how my family was, etc. He has always been really nice to me whenever I come back to get my car serviced.Finally, Giselle Sojos made my service experience so easy. I just informed her what I was there for, explained something I needed them to look at, and then I hung out until my car was ready. Everyone that I mentioned makes the Bell Mitsubishi team very strong and I always look forward to going there to get my car serviced. I do miss the whiteboard with my name on it welcoming me to the dealership. Please bring it back.Keep up the great work Bell Mitsubishi. You guys rock.

At first, I was very skeptical about traveling to this dealership from CT, after reading the reviews. However, after searching for a pre owned Evolution with low miles and speaking to a salesman at the dealership, I decided to take the chance. The salesman assured me that the vehicle is there and the photos online are of the actual car. He also stated that if the vehicle sells before I get there, he would call me and let me know ahead of time to save me trip. When I arrived at the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the car in the photos was as described. The dealership itself was amazing. The salesman informed me that due to Superstorm Sandy, the entire showroom was redone. I don't understand why one of the people that reviewed the place said it was a dirty place. Great place, great salesman, and I love my car!!!! Pat is the man! You will definitely see me again because my friend wants an Evo too.

The sales person on the phone reeled me in but once i was there is was A LOT of back and forth and ultimately I walked ...I sent more then 7 hrs there and left without even a thought! This is not the place to buy your car... plus the dealership its self is dirty & not very professional ....

UPDATE 4/30/13MR. Haskell, owner of the dealership called me the day after I posted this review and apologized for this situation.He was very kind and they delivered the check the same day to me.I feel that they did everything that hey could to fix this asap and that they deserve decent ratings overall.Please do yourself a favor and be extra careful when buying from this dealership.I bought a new car on 4/1/13 which came with manufacturer rebate.I was told that it will take 10 business days for Mitsubishi ti process the rebate.Today is 4/29 and I still did not receive my rebate.On 4/25 I called and spoke with Matt Zezza telling him about the situation.He advised me that he will call Mitsubishi and find out what it is taking so long to mail me a check.It's 4/29 and nobody called me back, so I went to dealership and talked to Matt again and he told me to give him a call in the morning because nobody is here now. I find it ridiculous that I have to remind him to follow up on this issue.There were other issues with buying new car there: they made a TYPO in the VIN number and they never cough it. I had to tell them!They never called me to pick up transferred registration too.

I total agreed with the last two reviews, total wasted of time. We drove long distance, and ready to purchase a new car. The regular sales representative seems unacknowledged on everything we asked, almost every answer we got is "I don't know, let me ask ..." The sales manager came to us with a very rude attitude. It feels like he has no interest dealing with us and he probably thinks we couldn't afford a new car. The worst sales person I ever seen in my life. You need to double think before you even want to step in this dealership.

We went to look at a car after driving quite a distance. The salesperson told us we would be getting one amount for our trade, following the managers assessment they then offered us half of what the salesman had already stated we would be getting. The car we had gone to look at was sitting on the lot with a flat tire, in addition is was filthy with cigarette ash all over in the interior, and smelled very unclean. It was a very disappointing experience.

Owner Jim Haskell and his staff went out of their way to ensure the best car buying experience possible. After shopping around for a good deal , no other area Mitsubishi Dealer was able to offer me a decent deal on my dream car, a brand new Mitsubishi Evolution. I gave Jim a call and met with him at the dealership. Needless to say, by the end of the day I drove back home in my new car. If your looking for a no pressure , honest deal then go see Jim and his staff , I cant say enough about my positive experience there. My salesman ,Andre, was also great to work with. Bell Mitsubishi has been great to me. The guys there James Haskell, Jose Rivera and Albert Chak have treated me like family from day one. I've bought three Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution's and just picked up my latest a 2013 Evo that just came in off the truck and now it's in my garage. It's great to know that I am the first one to drive my new car and that no one else did on a test drive, I don't think people should test drive this car. If you want to buy an Evo, you should already know what the car's about. You don't need to test drive it. I like the fact that all the Evo's there are not test drivin, that's why I just bought another one and is why I will keep going back to Bell. These guy's are awesome, and provided me with the best service in every aspect. Bell is the best in the business and it shows that is also why my Mom,sister and brother have bought cars there as well. I would tell anybody who want's a Mitsubishi to look no further, that Bell is the only place they need to go to take care of all there needs.

I am SO, SO, SO HAPPY with my 'new' car purchase this week (09 Lancer). I am BEYOND happy with my salesperson, XAVIER. I really got the feeling he jumped through hoops to help me get this car, which was a real stretch for my budget. When we sat down with Xavier, there quickly became a comradery that I had not experienced at other dealerships no matter how friendly they were. We also got to know Matt (finance), Albert (mgr) & the dealership owner. They happily brought the car in from the rain for us, even put it on a lift & my every question was answered throughout. I was surprised what an easy drive from Freehold the dealership was. The cars I saw were very clean in and out, something else I had not experienced at some other dealers. My car in particular does not look like an almost 4 yr old car w/ 65,000 miles at all. Just a day before a Hamilton dealership showed me 2 disgustingly filthy cars. Had I not mentioned being in the market for a car, my friend may not have told me about Xavier at Bell Mitsubishi. Now she's getting a referral check from this dealer. Which reminds me, if you go please tell them it's because Marie Griffin of Freehold referred you via this awesome review! Honestly, I cannot say enough about Xavier. Muchas gracias amigo!

Not a long review. I contacted Bell over the net using Cars.com. I set up an appointment and met with Pat and the sales people. The entire staff entertained my two sons for two hours. I bought a used Honda Accord Crosstour. I paid a fair price and did not feel any pressure to buy from Pat or anyone. This is the type of car buying that everyone should experience. When the deal was completed I found the car filled with gas and all of the plates etc set up and Pat even had the A/C cranking for me. I had a great experience and would happily deal with Bell Mitsubishi again.

I can not recommend this dealership more! We worked with Pat, Albert and Matt but the entire staff took interest in my family and this made my wife and i feel very comfortable. My 2 year old ran amok through the store and the staff looked after him.Pat was the consummate professional salesman. Walked my wife and I through the paperwork, gave us a very low pressure figure and only once did he ask us what we wanted to do. We a very long time to make up our minds but Pat and the good people were very, very accommodating.I had originally contacted Albert via the internet and he put me in contact with Pat to arrange a meeting and test drive. The car was ready to drive when we arrived at the dealership, Albert met us and introduced us to Pat. I drove the car with Pat while my wife stayed with our two young sons (9m and 2y.) Pat took me out for 15mins and I drove the car on every conceivable road in the area and Pat was very patient as I tried all of the cars features.My wife says that she feels uncomfortable driving with car salesmen and often feels that they ignore her to drive a deal with me. Pat was a gentleman and took time to show the cars features to my wife.The price of the car was very fair and Pat and Matt worked to get us 1.9% financing even though the car was used. My final thought is that if you do not give these guys a shot at your business before you buy a car then you missing a no BS group who I feel will give you a fair price and no pressure negotiations.

So far I have leased 2 Outlanders from Bell Mitsubishi and I can assure you it will be the last one I lease. The service department is very bad. I have been told on a few separate occasions that I will get a call back and never do I always end up having to call back. Then when I do call back to follow up on my issue, the service department acts like this is the first time I called. They are very unprofessional.

The salesmen are condescending and they try to cheat you at every turn. Never ever have your vehicle serviced here, they will always find something that needs to be "fixed". Also here they tried selling flooded cars, no surprise there.

Since my husband and I arrived at the dealership early in the morning everyone was very pleasant and nice to us. We were assisted as soon as we got there and we were offered fresh coffee while we waited. Nelson Barreto went out of his way to accommodate our needs and help us with the issues that we had. Even though we did not interact with the mechanic much (Rob Wallace) it gave me and my husband the confidence that he was doing a thorough job since he found things that my previous mechanic did not bring to my attention. After we waited and they serviced the car, Nelson wanted to make sure things were clear and showed us what needed to be repaired in the car, including the inner tie rod that nobody cared to bring it to my attention while I was risking my life on the road. The sales people at this dealership were friendly and attentive. From the time I walked in with my wife they were very nice and treated us with respect and we really felt like we could trust them. I was greeted at the door and advised them what I was looking for. They bent over backwards to try and accomodate my requirements. I was given many alternatives to choose from. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. Once I decided, the paperwork process was pretty painless and even when I returned a few days later with a complaint about the noise level of the vehicle they replaced my roof rails with a different style which fixed the noise problem all on the same day.It was overall the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I hate dealerships because you always get crowded by salespeople and pushed into the sale. This was not the case. Don Paterno approached me to offer his help. He stayed back to let me browse my myself, but at the same time was there in case I needed his help. He was very informative, and was able to answer my questions. When I asked for the pricing, out of curiosity, he shocked me!!! We went inside and he wrote up a quote that I could not refuse!!! Bell Mitsubishi beat any previous dealership pricing I had inquired before. Don was very friendly and told me the truth, which most salespeople don't. The whole atmosphere at Bell was amazing. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Let's just say that, we made a deal the same day!! And even most amazingly, 2 days after I brought my new car home, Don Paterno called to make sure that I was pleased with it. I honestly have never had such quick, friendly customer service at any dealership. Me and my family have been going to the same dealership, which will remain nameless, for almost 10 years now, and have never gotten this type of service. We have been leasing cars for the past 12 years. The Bell Mitsubishi dealership, by far, has provided the best overall customer experience. Their professionalism was second to none, but what resonated, the most with us, was their actual genuine nature in trying to get us to where we needed to be, financially. You just would never expect to use the word "genuine" to describe a car "dealership" but that is exactly what they were. There were no gimmicks, just hard numbers and them going out of there way to see which deal would suit us best economically. I NEVER write reviews, but had to make an exception for the dealership that followed up, catered to us, did not push, did not rush, was knowledgeable, cared, and most importantly, offered to run over to get us lunch because we mentioned we were hungry :) Although we did not take them up on that, it was all those little things that count, go a long way, and differentiated them, again by far, over their competitors in ther tri-state area.

If you go to BellMitsubishi.com you will see a very strong statement: "The Bell Mitsubishi Dealership in NJ has introduced something revolutionary to car buying. A straightforward, no-nonsense experience". It's very hard to exceed expectation of the customer and to keep up with such strongs word, but somehow Bell Mitsubishi managed to do it. I've been doing the research for the car I want for over 6 months. I've read some articles, some reviews, people experiences, forums, youtube and etc. When I finally decided that Mitsu is the way to go I went to few dealership in Tri-State area and emailed some of them who's outside. My final stop was Bell Mitsubishi. First of all, let's start with Matt. Young, very friendly, very honest, very human. Yes, human. He's not a shark sales guy, who wants to rip you off. He's there to help. He listens, he talks, he understands.Jose is a manager. His job to sell you car for the price you want, but also to make money. Don't expect him to drop 10k on the new car, and then complain. Be realistic. He is flexible but don't go over the top. Tell him your budget and he will work with you.Now, most important detail. At the end, when you go to sign the papers with Neil (also, very nice guy), there will be no hidden fees. You will get exact the same price you were promised. No accidental "your credit score sucks", or "I'm sorry, I didn't know you want black color, please pay extra". No nonsense, Nothing! No surprises! Matt showed you car, got an idea what you want. Jose invited you to negotiate the price and Neil will explain your financing, warranty, and extras. Then you leave, Matt shows you everything about the car, shakes your hand and wish you good luck. And yes, he calls next day just to check, if you like it. WoW! For last 10 years I went to a lot of dealerships. I hate, and trust me, I really hate to shop for a car. I would love to drive one car for 20 years in order to avoid car shopping, sales people, dealers and such. But somehow these guys showed me that buying car is not such a hassle. We currently have a 98 Mitsubishi Galant and was looking to get a second car. My parents and I definitely wanted a Mitsubishi SUV. Before visiting the dealership, I had done my research over the internet. This dealership in comparison to the others seemed to have a more personal touch. The owner actually visits the place 5 to 6 days a week. The engines of the cars they sell come with a lifetime warranty. The descriptions of their cars posted on the internet were very detailed. Descriptions from other dealerships were "You will love this car!" "This car is the perfect summer ride" Then their descriptions were very basic; just the essential information. Bell Mitsubishi gave the information you wanted to hear, and even beyond that. I purposely didn't make an appointment to come in, so they wouldn't try to have a whole "sales pitch" planned. We bought our first car from a local dealership, and it was the typical experience. He didn't suck, he just wasn't extraordinary. We visit Bell Mitsubishi right after I got out of work. Working in retail for the past 10 years, I knew all of the typical "tricks, consumer traps, etc." At the same time, I also know the value of the car itself, as well as its added features. My father, working for a bus company, is very good at inspecting for any cosmetic defects. He is also very knowledgable of the internal parts of the car. My mom, I guess is the test of the dealer's patience because of her personality. As we were looking at the Mitsubishi Outlander I saw on NJ.com, Mr. Don Paterno approached us a few minutes later. He was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. There wasn't that extra sleezy dealership talk I was expecting.He ended up showing us a better car than what we were expecting to buy. I was thinking, "There it goes. The upsell." Comparing the 2 cars, the second car really was a value. Even though my mom was practically sold, Mr. Paterno still took the time to make sure we ALL loved the car. He addressed the concerns of my dad and I, as well as was extremely patient with my mom. He was a very funny, light hearted guy. He relieved any tension we had of the car buying experience. It kinda felt like buying a car from your favorite uncle.We went on an actual road test; not just around a couple of blocks. He wasn't just focused on my dad driving the SUV, but talked to me and my mom too. Even though we were all convinced, he still made sure he covered all our concerns. The buying process that followed was as enjoyable as the sales experience. I loved how Mr. Paterno asked my parents how much of a monthly payment they wanted. He asked what we wanted, and he did everything in his power to make it happen.At the business office, we met Neil. Neil made the paperwork part not so boring. It was more than just sign here, sign there. It was again, like visiting your favorite uncle. He talked to us about where we worked, how we found the dealership, etc. He too, was more than willing, and patient with any questions or concerns. By the time the paperwork was done, the car got cleaned and gased up; ready for us to take it.Even though we already had the keys, it was as if he was still trying to sell the car to us. It wasn't like, "Here are your keys. See you later." Mr. Paterno made himself totally available to us if we had any concerns in the future. He even gave us his cell phone number.Honestly, if I could, I would have rated everything a "10". There was not a single thing I could complain about. The dealership seemed so cozy and everyone seemed very nice and welcoming. I kinda wish we bought our first car from them as well. I was shocked to find out that everything I read on the internet about them was exactly the same thing in person. Their policy is kinda like Burger King, "Have it your way." It's all about the customer, not the dealer.

Great experience from Jeff answering my initial phone call to taking delivery of my vehicle. No nonsense dealership. They did not have the Endeavor color I wanted but Jose did a search and found one. I did a lot of shopping and pricing of this vehicle and Bell Mitsubishi gave the best price by far. Matt called the day after taking delivery to see if everything was ok. I have never had a salesman do that and I have been buying new cars for over 25 years. The service mgr. Joe is also very pleasant.

Having never purchased a car alone, I entered the dealership dreading the whole car buying process. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Don (Sales) and then introduced to Albert (Internet Manager who had contacted me before and made the appointment for me to come in). Both gentlemen (and they were exactly that) treated me with respect, did not pressure me, made me feel very comfortable and were very informative. Needless to say, after test driving the Spider Eclipse I came in to see I purchased it that night. When picking up the car I noticed that there was no radio display. Don and Jim had the radio changed out by the service department right then and there and I left with all systems go. From the time I walked into the showroom until I signed the final papers with Neil, I felt everyone there at Bell were going out of their way to provide the best possible "car buying" experience.

I totaled my car a few weeks ago, and went in to Bell after visiting 6 other dealerships, looking for a deal to replace my old car. Ryan Brady, the sales representative helping me, was very friendly and professional. Albert Chak, their internet marketing manager, was also very helpful and informative. They didn't give me the usual bullshit and gimmicks like from bigger dealerships located on major highways. The price was also very good out of all the places I looked.

I had been looking for a dealership that had a ralliart that was in my price range and trade in my white gts lancer. Ryan was an amazing help getting me the price I wanted as well as all the help. I had my own issues trying to get the car dealing with insurance and what not but Ryan made it happen. If you are looking for a sales person who understands your needs, listens and supports what you want a 100% def ask for him Ryan in sales. He was able to trade in my gts lancer and pay all of it off to get me a 2009 ralliart. This dealership is about 2 hours away from my house and I totally recommend this dealership and Ryan to anyone who is looking to buy a new car!

I live down in VA and performed an internet search for a Mitsubishi EVO X in white which is a popular color and therefore a little harder to find in my experience. Bell Mitsubishi came up in the search but was far from being the closest. After calling the dealers that were closer and found that they did not update their internet listings, I gave Bell a call. I spoke with their internet salesman, Albert Chak. He had the car that I wanted in his showroom. He quoted me a price that was lower than invoice. I told him that I "was interested" which soon turned to "I will buy that car". He offered to pick me up from either the airport or train station if I chose to take either of those. I also asked for photos of the car, which was in the showroom. He sent me many detailed photos from all different types of angles. Albert was good in getting forms faxed to me and confirmed he had everything needed to conclude the sale. A couple of evenings before I was to head up to purchase the vehicle I spoke to Albert to let him know how I would be coming up. During the conversation we talked about how many EVOs his dealership orders and he mentioned he just received a truck with more of them the night before. I sheepishly asked if a white EVO in the same trim was on that truck. He said "let me check and I'll call you back!" Sure enough, there was and I asked if he could sell me that one since it was pristine off the truck still in it's protective plastic wrap. He replied "Sure!". He added that it had wheel locks as an option, something I'm not a fan of since I remove the wheels often. I asked if I could get 4 regular lugs to replace the locking lugs. He came up with 4 standard lugs in addition to the locking lugs. I asked that the car not be washed or prepped since I would do it myself. He honored those wishes too and the car was exactly how I wanted it, untouched off of the truck. The parts dept was also very friendly in selling some parts to me at a very good price. There were no surprises with this car sale. It was a great time and everyone I had a conversation with were friendly and happy to talk. I would buy another car from this dealership in an instant.

Coming from abroad, being a young woman and buying my first car I was really worried about dealerships trying to sell me a lemon as I dont know much in mechanic.From the moment I walked in Bell Mitsubishi, Albert and Mathew took care of me. First of all I have to say that I spent many evenings searching for my car and Bell Mitsubishi is the cleanest dealership Ive ever seen. Maybe it doesnt matter for most people but I believe the way the place you work at look like has an impact on how people work, and the quality of the service they will provide to customers. Then they really listened to my needs, didnt try to push me to buy a car, didnt ask hundred times when I will get the money to pay for the car I wanted to buy. Most dealerships I went to were really pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. I never felt that way at Bell Mitsubishi. I definitely found out what I was looking for at Bell Mitsubishi: professionalism, friendliness and a real customer service. For all these reasons, plus the fact that I got a limited lifetime warranty on my used car engine plus a 24 hours a day 7 days a week road assistance for free as my tires are filled with nitrogen, this is where I bought my first car. And so far I am really glad about it.

TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM but, BASED ON SUBSEQUENT EXPERIENCE**, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD (up from 1-very bad) & I WOULD RECOMMEND BELL MITSUBISHI.[**UPDATE: I received a call from the owner of Bell Mitsubishi and the entire matter was very professionally resolved within 10 days when the advertised vehicle became available for me to see after bumper repair was completed. In essence, I did see the SUV and it appeared to be quite a deal, although I did not purchase it. ]I called on a Saturday morning at 9:26 a.m. and I spoke to Ryan about an SUV Just Listed on the Internet on Thursday or Friday for sale. Ryan informed me that the car was right outside and still available, so I inquired about their exact location and directions. I had to make a stop before going and I called again at 10:25 a.m. because I was not familiar with the area. I arrived at the dealership at 11:45 a.m. and immediately met with Ryan who took my information and went to get the keys. A minute later he came back apologizing that the SUV had been taken to the shop for detailing and would not be back until Tuesday or Wednesday. However, he claimed he could show me the inside of a more recent model of the same SUV. I already was quite annoyed because Ryan could have alerted me at any time not to come, before I wasted my $3/gallon gas to see a vehicle that was not there! Nonetheless, I walked outside and looked inside of the newer SUV at twice the price of the one I had gone to see, and Ryan promised he would contact me as soon as the SUV I wanted to see was returned to the dealership. Needless to say, I did not hear from Ryan by Wednesday and the SUV I wanted is no longer advertised, probably because it never existed, although a newer more expensive model was there!! BEWARE OF A TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM or, better yet, stay away!

Love this dealership. Was looking for a used Dodge Ram in the NJ/PA area and luckily enough stumbled upon this dealership. Had gone to a few others before that were playing games and trying to use the bait and switch tactic, and other sleazy games car dealers can play, but at Bell everything was so easy. I worked with the dealer even before I step foot on the lot to make sure they were not about the games either, and they were honest and straightforward. When I arrived on the lot the truck was ready to go, so we took a test drive, and I was happy with the car, so we can back to sign the paperwork, work out the financing and completed all this work in a matter of a couple hours (as they took the car to get detailed for about 1 hr). Overall extremely pleasant visit, staff was very courteous and experienced. Never once did they try to add or hide any information from the buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for both new and used cars. You will not be disappointed in the least.

I believe Bell Mitsubushi makes the impossible possible. My experience at Bell Mitsubushi was very welcoming and their hard work makes you feel like your business is well appreciated. You can feel the honesty within Bell Mitsubushi. My situation was one of a kind. I had a 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS that had a negative amount $8000.00 and I was interested in a $28,000 vehicle. I went to many dealers that gave me false hope and promises. At Bell Mitsubushi,I did not have have to worry about anything of that sort, Jim, the owner of Bell Mitsubushi, gave me advice, did a phone consultation, calculate senarios that can occur, and let me know first hand if the deal is possible or not. The representatives at Bell Mitsubushi did not give me the run-a-around or make false promises. They were very diligent in returning phone calls and answering questions. Bell Mitsubushi tries to the best of their ability to make the financial apsect as affordable as possible. When no other dealer could get the loan, Bell Mitsubushi sent emails, called and fought to the end get the loan. Bell Mitsubushi had me jumping for joy and gave me the hope that anything is possible. I also wanted to point out that Bell Mitsubushi is very fair and honest. They give you beyond fair vehicle apprasial without an arguement. For the first time, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of, pushed or forced around, or even treated out of the way. Instead, I felt comforted, secured, and the feeling or honesty surrounded me. Every contract and piece of paper that was signed was explained in dept. When I left the Bell Mitsubushi dealership, every question was answered, patients was was offered from every person I dealt with, and adequate time was spent with me. Also,many follow up calls were made to me to ensure my satisifaction and to make sure I had no other questions. I highly recommend Bell Mitsubushi dealership when buying a car. I would give them every business possible. In my eyes, they are #1 for satisifaction and if I could, I would give the five billion gold stars for excellence.

This has been one of the best auto shopping experiences of my life. I walked into the Bell Mitsubishi Dealership and was greeted by Don and Carlos Pinheiro. I asked about a used Nissan on their lot. They immediately got the keys and showed me the car. I made them an offer and they had me test drive the car. We returned to the dealership and walked into the office. They made me feel very comfortable, during the purchase of my 2008 Nissan Maxima. There were no pressure's, hassle's or gimmicks during the complete transaction of my used car. We sat down, worked out the numbers and a while later, I was driving away. I will defintely recommend this dealership to everyone, wheter you are looking to purchase a new or used car. The sales team are very professional and honest. If your serious about purchasing a car, they will do everything possible so that you could drive away with your purchase of your new or used car. I recommend this dealership 100%... This dealership, still prides itself with treating its customers like family.. They appreciate your business... I have visited about 3 or 4 different dealerships in the 2 weeks leading up to my purchase and was greatly disappointed with them so needless to say when i arrived at bell mitsubishi i didn't have the highest expectations. However, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and personable which made the experience very pleasant and made it easy to buy a car.

This review is in response to my purchase of a used 2009 Suzuki SX4 Crossover. My experience with Bell Mitsubishi was a very positive when compared to any other dealership I went to. All staff were friendly and professional. All sales staff were friendly and low pressure. They were very fair with pricing, accepting the Edmunds.com retail price of my car and even dropped $75 from that without me even asking.Best of all, all fees were reasonable and explained. Their fees were the most reasonable I have seen. Upon accepting delivery of vehicle they added some gas, checked the tire pressure and replaced a windshield wiper without asking.I would definitely recommend this dealership for new or used purchases.

I went to this dealership because they had the best deal within 100 miles of my area. From the point I called albert on the phone everything was well explained and he was very friendly. When I arrived at the dealership Not only did I not have to stand around but I was quickly approached by Don in a friendly no pressure manner. I was explained step by step of what was going to happen and never felt like he was pushing the car on me. I ended up buying a new evo and would definitely recommend this dealership.

Was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler thru cars.com, came across Volvo dealer in Red Bank, NJ that had a 2007 Wrangler Rubicon, we arrived at the dealer and froze to death waiting for someone to come out and greet us...we walked inside and asked to road test the jeep, after the road test i made a reasonable offer and the saleman's response was "i'll have to pass" and never even attempted to sell me the car... so we left.Our second stop was Bell Mitsubishi (2007 wrangler Sahara), also a cars.com find, prior to looking at any of the jeeps we found there, i spoke on the phone with Albert who was more than professional. I could just say "read above paragraph only the total opposite", but i'll explain.Frustrated with the first attempt at buying a jeep, i arrived at Bell Mitsubishi totally prepared to go home jeepless, BUT... 35 seconds after my wife and I got out the car, while looking at "my" jeep, Andrey greeted us. Again asked i to test drive the car and we did. Upon returning to the dealership we sat down and i was informed of the vehicle's price, again i made a reasonable offer... only this time and although i was told that my offer was low, i was asked "WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU TO BUY THIS CAR?", i informed Andrey of where i needed to be to buy this vehicle, and a counter offer was made, and i accepted it.The whole point of this review is to assure future buyers that Bell Mitsubishi is a place where you will feel very comfortable buying a vehicle, specially in times of economic uncertainty where nobody wants to feel their hard earned money was just taken from them, instead here you'll feel your money was wisely invested.All other staff very friendly and professionalThank you for making this very important purchase a pleasant experience!!!

After reviewing several favorable comments on the internet about Mr. Albert Chak (Internet Sales Manager), I decided to make this dealership my first call. Sure enough, he was polite and pressure free on the phone. Upon entering the dealership Mr. Jeff Davis, Sales Consultant greeted me with genuine introduction and patiently proceeded to comprehensively review the car I was interested in. I shared with him that I literally had 20 minutes and he offered a quick test drive with no additional haggling or inquiries. Upon our return from the test drive the actual president of the dealership, Mr. Jim Haskell, introduced himself and offered me his business card and said, please call me if you have any questions...we would like to earn your business. I contacted Mr. Haskell later on in the day and offered him my terms and he agreed over the phone. I took delivery of the vehicle later on in the evening and they stayed pass the dealerships closing. While I was waiting to take delivery of the car Mr. Haskell even purchased pizza for customers and staff. The car was prepped and all the terms on the phone where honorably kept. The next day Mr. Davis even drove my old car (which I kept) back to my home. I highly recommend this dealership, Mr. Jeff Davis and Mr. Chak.

I recently was in the market for a new mitsubishi lancer. After going thru the internet and seeing all the posted prices from some dealers over others, off course i went to the dealer with the cheapest price. Well what a nightmare that was i won't give that dealer's name but they advertised a lancer for much cheaper than there competition, well what thay fail to disclose on there advertised price was a bunch of hidden Fee's and of course their store's LOYALTY REBATE. By the way that rebate is that if you bought a car from them six month's ago and are trading the same car in you qualify. Well after wasting 4 hours ther i left. The next day i did an internet request thru mitsubishi and got a phone call from the internet manager at BELL MITSUBISHI his name is ALBERT CHAK after speaking to albert and telling him what i went thru he assured me that bell does conduct bussiness that way and sure enought he was right. I went to bell after getting a quote from bell and that was the price no hidden fee's no bull. The general sales manager Jose Rivera had all the answer's and went thru the process with me. You know sometimes bigger is not allway's better, Bell gave me a real no nonsence deal and treated me like family.

I think that Bell Mitsubishi is a terrific dealership. Just when I thought I would not be able to get into another car because of my credit scores and other dealerships said they couldn't help me, I came here and they got me into a new Mitsubihi. They made my day. On top of that my payments for my new car are lower than my previous lease. Everyone was very very nice. It felt like a family oriented place. They didn't rush you or act like you were just a number. From now on I know where I am going for my new Mitsubishi's, I am going to Bell. If I could give a 10 on this rating I would. Just excellance!!!! I would recommend Bell Mitsubishi to everyone out there that needs a vehicle. They will get you into a car. They don't make promises they can't keep.

I was in the process of buying an AWD car for daily driving and leisure. I looked at several models such as the Acura ZDX, BMW X3, Subaru WRX and Mitsubishi Ralliart Sportback. I test drove all of the vehicles on my list, and started to weigh the pros and cons on each of the vehicles, and I came to a conclusion on purchasing the Ralliart Sportback. I can honestly say that Bell Mitsubishi has the no BS approach to selling cars. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about the car and gave a very good test drive experience and explained the costs of ownership as well as what options to consider and which ones to avoid. They basically understood what my needs were, and help me decide on the car.From walking into the show room to driving off with my new car, it took only about total of 2 hours, which most of it was spent on the service department prepping the car for delivery.I value honesty above all else in life in general, and thats exactly what Ive got from Bell Mitsubishi. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

Overall I've got to say I prefer a smaller dealership where the owner(s) are on hand. In fact, the person that sold me my 07 Lancer ES CVT was the owner, not a salesman. I'm not sure I got the best price (maybe did) and it did take a couple of minutes for someone to help, but it may have been that they were so busy. But all in all when it was said and done, I've get to say it's one of the best buying experiences I've had, not to mention their service department is top knotch.
