We were in need a of a inexpensive used vehicle for our college bound son. Logan Kimmell spent a great amount of time helping us to look at every opinion available to make this happen. I had my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced at Ben Davis Ford during the past month. I needed just normal maintenance and they took care me. I had my oil changed and my tires rotated and they gave me a fair price and they did it in a timely manor. Thank you for all that helped!

The is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from Ben Davis Ford/Chevrolet. When it isn't broke, don't fix it. They always give 110% when dealing with their customers. From the initial appointment made, to the sale person and even the finance person (Beau) everyone exceeded our expectations!!! I would absolutely refer a friend/family to Ben Davis Ford/Chevrolet.

I have been leasing cars at this dealership since it was Auburn Motor Sales. They are always very helpful and get me exactly what I want. Jon M. went above and beyond to get me the new car with the accessories I wanted and even lowered my monthly payment in the process. He took care of everything including replacing a wiper blade, attaching my front license plate holder and sending me home with a dozen oranges! I love the small town atmosphere "where everybody knows your name" and always asks about your family. As a woman buying a car I never feel out of place or talked down to here. They respect my wishes and realize I know what I want. I couldn't be happier with the car, the salesperson and the dealership. Keep treating me this way and I will never leave.

I had seen a vehicle I liked, the price was right, and when sitting down with Larry Dove, I was treated with respect and kindness. It was a very honest and helpful transaction, there aren't many times I've walked away from buying a vehicle that I have felt this great. Special thanks to Larry and his team. Our salesman didn't seem to know much about the car we specifically wanted. He seemed more interested in upgrading us than telling us about the car we wanted. He missed little things like setting the clock.. The car manual said we could not change the date because the clock had a GPS in it, but was wrong... we plan to take the car back for help but this is a busy season for us. He didn't tell us the papers on the keychain were important for getting a new key if we ever needed one. He gave us wrong information on some of the buttons. Yes, we will buy a Ford next time, but not from this dealership.

Jon and Jeff were very helpful in finding us a great car. Exactly what we were looking for as in safety and a good family car with winter being here and a baby on the way. They were both good in keeping contact with us with all of our concerns and questions since we were out of town. I can not remember the young man's name who did all the paperwork, from Fort Wayne, lives near St. Charles Church, but he did a very proficient job and was also very personable like Johnathon.

We were refered to Ben Davis Ford in Auburn Indiana by our son. My wife and I were treated with the utmost respect during our purchase of our new F150 Ford by the complete staff. We wanted our new truck bed X line coated and environmentally protected, the staff arranged for all the work to be done, delivered the truck to the outside source and back to their dealership, it was so convenient for us to not have to take care of all of that. Our truck was ready to go at the scheduled pick up time right from the dealership. I can attest to the fact that in the event there is a problem the Ben Davis staff will fairly deal with it. Being from Ohio their was a misunderstanding with the sales tax and we received a check from them the very same day. We have recommended to our Granddaughter working with them on a vehicle purchase. We would recommend our friends and neighbors to check with the Ben Davis vehicle family when considering a vehicle purchase. They have a great inventory. I purchased a used car for my daughter with Jeremy at Ben Davis Ford. Jeremy, was simply overall very accommodating. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he helped me find it. He called me, I came in and within a short time frame, we had the keys and walked out the door. The whole process was easy from start to finish including the financing. This was the 2nd used car I have purchased with this dealership and I believe it to be worth the drive and when I am ready to purchase again, I am going to give Jeremy a call!

Last week my husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. We love it!! Our sales person was Andrea Estle we worked with our bank USAA that offers discounts through their car buying service. Andrea called us right away to verify all the specifications she had received then called back the same day. She had a few vehicles to choose from because they did not have what we wanted on the lot. We told her we wanted to discuss it and would call her back in the morning. She said she could send a driver out to pick it up that day and we could look at the vehicle the next day. We went to see it and it had everything we wanted. Andrea was very easy to work with she listened to what we wanted and got it for us. The other thing I liked about Andrea was that she did not just sell us the car and send us on our way. She conducted what she called Ford School helping us understand all the features and technology on the vehicle. For example she helped us pair our phones and set the key code on the door. Our experience was fantastic. Andrea answered all of our questions and if she was not sure she talked to someone who knew for sure. I would recommend Andrea Estle and the Ben Davis Dealership to everyone.

Let me tell you, this staff gave there all. The manager, Tom, the salesman, Jeremy, and the finance rep, Theo, were fun and they all stayed 2 hrs past closing so we could get the deal done. They answered all of our questions and are easy to contact.

We went in there looking to purchase a new Ford Escape, but ended up leaving with a used GMC Terrain. Our salesman, Jeremy, (a ford dealer salesman) showed us the GMC (even though he doesn't sell used cars from their Chevy lot), and hooked us up with a sweet deal. Aside from the pushy finance guy, Jeff, (who will probably try to get you to buy everything from a bumper to bumper warranty to scuff resistant lug nuts), we had a great experience. If you're looking for a new or used car, then I would recommend seeing what kind of deal Jeremy can hook you up with.

Recently my husband and I bought a 2014 Ford Flex. The car is a DREAM and after going to Colorado Springs, San Antonio, Tx, Baton Rouge, LA and back to Indiana, I am so very grateful that our salesman, Jeremy Whitehead of Ben Davis Ford in Auburn, IN, spent so much time with us reviewing the inside gadgets of the car. He was able to help me connect with Blue tooth and use the cars phone to talk with my family and friends without holding the cell phone. Jeremy is one of the best salesmen we have ever found. We visited the Ben Davis Ford store looking for a 2014 Fusion. Everyone we meet was courteous, and professional. Tom and John not only found the vehicle we were looking for, but did an excellent job in explaining the features and operation of the cars SYNC programming. bought a 2004 chevy classic 3 years ago very good price it had 89000 on it put 60000 on it in three years 100 miles plus a day to work angola to ft wayne maine to florida to st louis a couple times last week i took the car to virgina gave it to my son in the navy very confident it will be a great car for him too over all experience was good too bad i dont remember the salesman name

Brought my 95 ford f250 diesel to this dealership because it had an oil leak from drivers side of motor mentioned it looked to be coming from the oil cooler. They said it would be 3 days before they could get it in. After a week I called and they had just started on it said it would be ready by the end of the day. Picked it up drove it 15 miles and noticed a trail of oil to where i parked checked oil level only to find it was overflowing with a milky mix of coolant and oil. They had it towed in at their cost waited another day they said the motor was flushed and ready to go it's been 3000 miles since then and it still has a milky residue on the oil cap.

Everyone was very polite in the store. Everything went extremely smooth and I didn't have to wait long for the financing process. Within a hour or so after test driving cars I walked out in my new 2005 VW Bug, I couldn't be happier! Thank you all very much :)
