This review is long overdue. :o) We previously purchased two brand new vehicles from the Chevrolet dealership, excellent experience. However, I have always wanted a Buick. We first met Dave Wilson more than a year ago. He is so knowledgeable and adds no pressure. However, at that time we were not in the market for a vehicle. In January of this year we came back and spoke with Dave again and then returned on 1/20 and met Dion who is also really knowledgeable, patient and personable (again, no pressure). We purchased a 2020 Enclave. Aside from the length of time it takes to purchase a vehicle (deciding which one to purchase and the financing experience), both of the salesman made it a pleasant experience. We are enjoying our Enclave!

I was merry immediately by service coordinator. He explained what would happen during the servicing. My car was repaired correctly and timely. He checked to insure my service was covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. I was very pleased with my experience. I would recommend this dealership.

Jessica was wonderful to work with! She was very professional, prompt, gave updates when needed, and was VERY knowledgeable about the GMC 3500 Denali Crew Cab we purchased. Chris was a pleasure as well! worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the truck and the deal. Pete, Tony, and also the CEO were all so great. They were patient and easy to work with. We traveled two hours from home to make this purchase just because of the company customer service. Low pressure with upfront pricing. Josh explained the features of the vehicle and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. Josh arranged for a 24 hour test drive which allowed me to use the vehicle as it would normally be used. This resolved any purchase anxiety.

I would especially like to mention your sales representative, David Wilson. Ours was an extended search which yielded three finalists: the Subaru Outback, the Honda CRV, and the Buick Encore. We conducted on line analyses, visited Concord area dealerships, met with sales representatives, and test drove the vehicles, and made it clear that we were buyers and not just lookers. However, only one sales representative, Mr. Wilson, stayed in contact with us and actively pursued our business. Our choice was as much about the dealership and its people as it was choosing the vehicle. We feel that we made good choices.

Staff was very friendly and wait time was excellent. My only complaint is that when the oil filter was changed, the associate did not wipe up the oil that spilled all over the pan, alternator, etc and oil was dripping from the vehicle.

very courteous but did not fix the problem. I have never hated driving a vehicle so much as my Buick Encore. It jerks when I slow down specifically at 28-30 miles/hour. My daughter even commented when she drove my vehicle "is your car jerking me around??" Yes I anticipate the jerk everytime I slow slow down. I love driving my Encore besides slowing down. I will not buy another.....

It is nice to feel that when I go to a dealership for service that they are not recommending unnecessary service to just make a dollar. My husband and I have bought alot of Cars and this Dealership is far the BEST one we have ever bought a Car or Truck from. The Salesman Jeff Barlow was Wonderful and he made buying this Truck a Dream. Also, I wanted to add that the Internet Asst. Manager she was great , also Besty in Finance was great. We had a 10:00 appointment on Saturday. We arrived about 30 minutes early to drop the car off. When we came back around noon, our car was parked just where we had left it. It had been overlooked. We received a sincere apology and was asked to have a seat and our car would be ready in about 20 minutes. When we were ready to go, the attendant said he took care of our car and handed us a paper with a $10 gift card attached. I thought that was very nice and I asked where we were supposed to pay. He said, "No, I took care of it. You don't have to pay." WOW. Talk about exceeding expectations!! He knocked it out if the ballpark!! Yes, we will be back. Thanks for allowing your employees to take such great care of your customers.

I was having an issue with my Traction Control on my Yukon. I spoke with Gary about my issue over the phone, initially, and I explained my issue and gave him a time that I would bring my vehicle in. He was very helpful in explaining the process. When I got to the service department, I was able to get diagnostics, a verbal report of the findings, and the repair within an hour and 15 minutes. Customer Service was great and all of the staff I spoke with on the phone and during my visit were extremely pleasant.

Great staff and great service, however I wish the appointment itself did not take so long. I was in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took 1.5 hours....! That it much longer than I am accustomed to it taking. If you could speed that up, possibly by not booking so many appts for the same time, then your service dept would be tough to beat!

It was my first experience at negotiating to an agreed price on-line before entering the showroom. We started via email at 1:30 in the afternoon and finished at about 7:30 that evening. When I arrived at the next day everything came together as promised. I was very impressed with Tim McDonald, being in sales isn't the easiest job but he made it seem effortless.. I wasn't sure of getting the truck but he never swayed and made the whole experience stress free! Brought vehicle in ref remoteless key entry battery low. Very nice atmosphere and my 8 year old was able to watch Disney channel. That's a major plus. Vehicle was check out ref tire pressure as well.

I contacted this dealer about a car they had advertised. I was told it sold about a week ago. So I told them thank you very much. The next week I saw this same car advertised again. I contacted them to see if something happened to the sale. They told me it just sold and again asked if they could help with another car, they said we have many in this category. I told them no thank you. Well later that week I saw they had another car I was interested in, I called and they said it sold can they help me find something else, again I said no thank you. Well since then I have seen both of these cars advertised at this dealer. So I don't think I could trust this dealer..

Spent $700. doing the complete Fluid exchange on my 2007 GMC Sierra with 103000 Miles on it. I did not really think I would notice a difference in driving with just fluids changed. All of them. But I did. It drives like the day I bought it new. they gave it a good wash and vacuum as well. This service was worth the dollars to keep it on the road another 100,000 miles..

Although I am happy with my car, I cannot say I am really satisfied with this Dealer. My salesman was not very knowledgeable. When I was told a Ford Expedition drives at 27 miles to the gallon, I knew right away that he had no idea about the vehicle. I found it very frustrating that I could not get a real Yes or No answer to any of my questions. The vehicle I bought was used and I was only given 1 key and 1 key fob. I was told they would call the original owner to try to get the key. As I figured that was unsuccessful. I was told by my salesman to just go to Homedepot or Lowes and get a key. I did this to find out that it cannot be programmed. I told the salesman this after it was unsuccessful and he basically told me to try again. I decided not to deal with the salesman can call the manager. It took 2 days to get a return call. All I wanted to know is if I could come in and get a working key. Again I could not get a Yes or No answer. I tried calling the manger back and left another voicemail. It is now day 4 and still no return call. On top of all this the key fob they gave me did not work. I replaced the battery and that fixed the problem. My guess is that they knew this before giving it to me. Something as simple as a key has made me decide not to recommend this dealership. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I will not be coming back to buy another vehicle again. If they would have just said, go buy your own key as we only give what we have, that would have been fine. Instead they gave me the wrong information and I do not believe there is any excuse for someone to not return a call. To me, that is just poor customer service.

From the moment I found this dealership online I build a great relationship within a few emails with Van and he got all my information to start the search for what I needed. Once I got to the location I was introduced to Chris and between him and Van I was made to feel like a part of the GMC family. There was a huge courtesy there that alot of other dealerships have forgotten. I also was not there from sun up to sundown to be told we dont have what you want. My needs were met immediately and when I was a bit lost on a feature of the GMC Terrain I thought I had read up on good, Chris was there to inform me the correct information plus features I overlooked and totally wanted. The price was great and the truck was exactly what I wanted. I had a great time there and everyone was very personable and treated me with respect the entire time. I personally made a point to go back and shake Van and Chris's hand for their hard work and getting me exactly what I wanted and needed for the right price.

I purchased a 2011 GMC Sierra Extended Cab Truck and was very happy with the purchase.I was not completely sure I wanted to purchase a truck yet.But I really liked the truck and after talking with the salesperson I was very impressed with him.I was treated very well by him and everyone involved.So in the end I left with a new truck.My salesperson was great,thanks to everyone.

This was an internet sale for a 2011 GMC Terrain. We went to the dealer ship and looked at the vehicles and I was able to negoiaciate a fair deal over the internet. It sure beats the back and forth haggling at the dealership. We got a fair price and exceptional treatment and service. I would highly recommend Lex and Stephani to anyone looking for a new car. I have never purchased a car from Ben Mynatt but have had my Buick serviced there on numerous occasions. I normally deal with Gary and Chad and have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department. They are always very helpful and courteous. I have always been given accurate estimates of service/repair costs as well as expected completion times. In seven years, I do not recall any negative experiences.
