This dealership has changed the way I feel about buying a car! This was actually a pleasant and fun experienceyes, that's right, I said a fun experience. Alex, our salesman, greeted us immediately and dazzled us with his product knowledge of the QX80. This car is loaded with lots of fun stuff and there was not one question he wasn't able to to address. He pleasantly worked our deal with Mike and made the whole process quite seamless; my husband and I did not feel the "typical" pressure you usually feel at a dealership. We test drove the car on Monday and I picked it up on Saturday am and couldn't be happier. Alex spent ample time with me so I understood the features and welcomed me back with any questions I encounter as I adjust to the car. He even helped my husband with the Bluetooth in his car. Great customer service is hard to find these days but you will find it here! Look no further for another Infiniti dealer, the staff here is wonderful!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!! Friendly and polite staff, waiting to greet us the moment we walked through the door. Even after closing at 6PM the staff continued their courteous mannerism. No haggling or crazy ignorant sales tactics. To top it off they saved us an hour trip and had the vehicle detailed that evening so we could take it home. Little did they know it was my birthday . . . The Infiniti EX35 is Elegant!! Interior is complete with the latest technology for those of us who are Techie. The ride is very smooth and powerful when needed. You will enjoy SiriusXM Satellite Radio trial, it is a fabulous feature that is activated when you purchas the vehicle.I am pleased with Bennett Delealer Specialists, they were all very friendly and although I had lots of questions and very particular, they accommodated my wishes. We returned to Bennett to purchase a second (used) vehicle after a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle last year. I have been dealing with Marianne for two weeks now trying to get information on an extended warranty I purchased from Infiniti. She has only ever returned one of my phone calls and that was to tell me that she was busy and would call back later. That call never came. I have asked to speak to her managers and she told me they were busy but would call back. To no surprise that call never came either. They acknowledge selling me the warranty but claim they can not find any information on it making it impossible for me to get my car serviced. I will never deal with these people again. I will probably not even take advantage of the free state inspection that they offer. I think I would rather pay $40 to have it done somewhere else just so I don't have to walk through their doors. I don't expect the level of customer service that I receive from Lexus with my wife's car but I do expect people to return their phone calls. This place perpetuates every negative stereotype that people have about car dealerships.

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a 2014 Q60 from there. I can ensure you that you will not find a better deal/customer service than what I received from them anywhere else. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience working with Bennett Infiniti. My initial email inquiring about a car I saw online was promptly responded to by Shawn Leidy. When I decided to test drive it, they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Todd Deose brought the car to a more convenient location for me to be able to drive it on my lunch break. And then, when I needed to see it again to check out the car seat fit for my daughter, he gladly drove it back over again for me just for a seat check that took less than 5 minutes. We agreed I would pick up the car that Friday and when I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately greeted and all of my paperwork was already prepared and just needed some signatures. I was in and out faster than any other dealership I've ever worked with. Best of all, Todd was always quick with his responses to me, even willing to communicate via text (I just don't have the time to be on the phone or checking emails all day long.) Even though the model I bought was pre-owned, not brand new, they treated me the whole way through as though I was top priority and I never felt pressured to buy or like I was being taken advantage of. Beautiful dealership, great employees, I highly recommend.

Needed to buy new car since QX80 was coming off lease. Contacted dealer through Internet Department to get the process started. Received a prompt live response and decided to stop in and look at the QX80s. When we arrived on Saturday at 5:30pm the dealership was closed (5pm). I tried to open the door and noticed it was locked as we turned away Moe ran out and greeted us and invited us in. As it turns out we changed our minds and wanted to look at the QX60 and he suggested we test drive it that day - after he reviewed the car with us in the showroom - we agreed and that is when Brandonn pulled around a car to drive and took us for a spin all while he was supposed to be off work and at home. Both Moe and Brandonn displayed no intentions of rushing us out and answered all our questions etc. Throughout the next week we looked at all the options and thought the Infiniti offered the best value and decided to buy the QX60 however, when we went back the next Saturday we changed our minds and wanted to look at the Hybrid model. So Brandonn and Moe went to work again and as a result we bought the Hybrid on the spot.Overall very happy with the car and the dealership. I would recommend you see Moe and Brandonn if you are in the Market for an Infiniti.

I began my search for a new car using the Internet. Deborah was very quick to begin answering my questions and helped set up my visit. She promptly responded to emails and was very courteous when we spoke on the phone. John Goodwin was my sales consultant, and he made sure to call me well in advance of my visit to take care of any questions and to confirm which vehicle I was interested in.On the big day, I arrived early and John and Tim were ready for me. Tim was very knowledgeable of the car and was quite pleasant in answering my questions during the test drive. Tim helped make me feel comfortable early on in the purchasing experience. Once the test drive was over, I was convinced I wanted this car. John brought us inside to complete the deal. I must point out that all of the Bennett employees who were in the showroom went out of their way to say hello and asked us if we need help with anything. They even made sure we had drinks and food. My wife and I were very impressed with this - this helps to lesson the anxiety of purchasing a car.Moe was fantastic to work with - we were able to come to terms on the car that worked for both parties. He came out of the business office and sat down with us and we were able to lay out what we wanted. No BS.Once the deal was final, John walked us through the excellent Service that we can expect from Bennett. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

I knew what I wanted. John Walsh and I negotiated this deal and had a handshake agreement less than 30 minutes after I arrived at the dealership, before I sat down with Brandonn - exactly the way I prefer to work. I greatly appreciated his straightforward, no BS approach. I'm also buying a car for my teenage daughter - a Ford Escape - the experiences couldn't be more different.This is the second car I've purchased from this dealership. I also own a 2011 G37X Sport. I would highly recommended Bennett Infiniti. I went there to see a 2008 Infiniti G37 coupe with low miles. The salesman, Tim Wesner, was friendly and accomodating and the sales manager, John Walsh, was more than willing to get the deal done. I was concerned about the 2 front tires as they were getting low on tread and John had them replaced with no problem. I picked up the car a week later and it was detailed in pristine condition. The only issue I had was when I went into the finance dept to sign the papers. The monthly payment agreed upon had gone up, but the situation was quickly rectified and changed back to the agreed amount.

I just want to start off by saying that my wife and I started going to PA to buy cars a few years ago. Overall, dealership in PA seem more willing to work with their customer than in NJ. Bennett Infiniti was no different and I highly recommend them. I went there to look at a 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe with relatively low miles that i saw online. I first spoke with Deborah over the phone who sent me additional photos and confirmed the vehicle was there. was When I went to go see it, the salesman, Tim, was friendly and accommodating and the sales manger, John, was more than willing to negotiate. The car needed 2 new tires and John gave them to me with no problems. They also got my monthly payment very close to where I needed it to be with no money down. The only issue I had was when it was time to sign the papers the monthly payment had gone up slightly, but they quickly rectified the situation.

I was a little irritated with the fact that I received the car with less than a quarter tank left couldn't even make it home without having to put gas in it and the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and told Ian that before I took the car home and he said that it was because of the ice on the windshield but the windshield wipers were splitting on both ends

I recently purchased a 2013 M37xSport and a few weeks later purchased a 2014 QX60 for my wife. The staff at Bennett Infiniti are outstanding to say the least. My salesman Chase and the general sales manager Moe were great to work with and are willing to help at any time. I had an incident with my M37sport recently due to partial theft and the staff at Bennett were right there to help my wife and I. I have to say I'm so impressed by all that work there and hope that others can see what a great group that is there. Rick Duld, service advisor and Rob who is one of the managers in service sent Infiniti to my house and got everything fixed on my car immediately. The 2 men that came to my house to get everything squared away on my car treated me with great respect and came shortly after there shift had ended to help. That's simply outstanding. I've been to other dealerships over the years and without a doubt would recommend Bennett Infiniti to anyone. Not only are they great cars, but the staff alone makes you feel like you are safe as they are there to help at any time. I could go on about the quality of cars and the staff but in order for others to understand they may as well stop by the dealership and see for themselves.

My car car leasing experience in Bennett Infiniti was great from even before I stepped in the dealership. Moe the sales manager was very nice honest and courteous over the phone and there was no need for the usual car buying tiring negotiations he gave me the best price over the phone right away (I shopped around before with other dealers.) I came to the dealership and everyone was very nice and friendly from the first moment I got there. I test drove the car and was ready to sign the deal there was no pressure from anyone all threw out the all process and no switch and bait as far as the promised price. I had to go home unexpectedly before I could finish the deal so Brandon my salesman delivered the car to my home brought all the documents with him and we finished the deal in my house. Moe didn't care for me as a customer. He did not try to gain a return customer instead he made me feel like I'm cheap and if I don't buy it then someone who isn't cheap will. I dealt with multiple Infiniti dealers that all acted like they wanted my business. The single reason I purchased from your dealer is because time was an issue. Trust me if I wasn't pressured I would have gone to an Infiniti dealer that would respect me as a customer. I was in an accident which caused my vehicle to be totaled. Not getting what I expected from the insurance, my insurance more than doubled, I probably would have just leased a new one instead. Then I go to your local dealer and get no respect. Then to top it off, you send me an email after I bought it telling me the car dropped $1000. That makes me feel like a huge sucker. Very unhappy.

I came in to Bennett Infinity looking at a Subaru Legacy on the lot and ended up purchasing it: however besides Les Boty being extremely helpful and courteous I felt extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received. For starters, I was at the dealership from 9:30 AM to nearly 2PM; that is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE for purchasing a car even with checking my credit. I have never been at a dealership for more then 2-3 hours and on a Saturday when things were quiet make it even more deplorable. Secondly, the dealership damaged my trade-in vehicle and destroyed my license plate because they could not properly remove it prior to my signing the title to the dealership. I did not even receive an apology for damaging my old car before it was theirs. The finance manager just kind of joked about it and refused to waive the fee for the title transfer after unnecessarily damaging my property which required a new license plate because of it. If it was not for Les Boty going above and beyond what was necessary to ensure my satisfaction, I would have given both the customer service & the overall experience 1's and not 3's. Needless to say, I will never purchase another car from this dealership and if I do choose to purchase an Infiniti in the future I will be taking my business elsewhere so I can be treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect.

Bennett Infiniti is by far the best auto service group that I have ever dealt with. This includes Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. Mark and Rick go out of their ways to ensure good service and not any more than I need. They are honest and informative. Their personal interest has been extremely rare in my experience. The quality of work has been excellent, not that my Infiniti has needed much.

I traded in my QX56 for a 2014 QX60The reason I was back a Bennett was due to the sService Department. I purchased my 2008 Qx56 and have had only serviced at Bennett where Rick and Mark always treat you like you are their only customer. After 204000+ miles the vehicle is in great shape but it is time to get a new one. I looked at several different models but decided to return to Bennett due in part to the Service Department. The Sales staff were very courteous and considerate in helping me find the right vehicle. I test drove the QX70 and the QX60 with Jonathon prior to Friday who was also very nice. Both were great and I decided on the 60 based on the roomy interior. Brandon and Mo took me through the purchasing process quickly and painlessly. After 100 miles everything is great and I will continue to have my new QX60 serviced at Bennett.Thanks to all at Bennett. Great Job!

I had purchased a new JX. I was not fully informed about my vehicle, performance and the CVT transmission. After having it for a day and questioning performance I was informed that I had the transmission selector switch in The wrong position. I tried different positions and still felt something was wrong. After contacting again as well as Inifiniti I was told that should have been informed of the performance of the CVT and how it differs from a traditional transmission. Had I been advised I could have easily chosen a different vehicle. I had asked for my salesman and no one knew who he was. He was no longer there... I tried to work it out and was offered no Help or assistance and basically told that's the way it is.. (This is Not the way a customer should be handled.).

Nancee Witzel was my sales consultant. She absolutely did a great job in the buying and customer service process. I found her very accommodating and no pressure tactics you usually find in car sales. Just purchased my 3rd Infiniti from Bennet. I will be buying my 4th and 5th for sure. I wish their personnel in the sales department was as consistent as their service department, but I guess this is normal to the industry. I have a friend in their service dept. but keep loosing friends in the sales dept. No big deal
