This place is excellent! We had a HUGE problem with another local Ford dealer, not Bergstrom owned, and Ford Bergstrom in Neenah stepped up to help us out in any way they could. Specifically Mark (service manager) and Rick in sales. Both excellent, professional, and great to work with! I cannot say enough good things about how things were handled from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I bought a Ford Focus from this dealership in January. It shortly had a transmission issue and needs a part replaced under warranty. I have been waiting for months for the part to come in. That may be outside of the dealership's control, however, they have been very poor in the follow through. Not once have they contacted me to give me updates. I have called a few times and have gotten passed around to different people without anyone seeming to take ownership. And I walk away with an answer each time of "it will be a few more weeks". Very disappointed in the service!

Their Personnel are excellent, JJ was fantastic, he went out of his way to make us "Senior Citizens" at ease, comfortable, and certainly answered all our questions, including some we didn't even have to ask! This was our first experience with Bergstrom, although other members of our family have purchase several vehicles from them, and if we live long enough, we will go back for another vehicle!

The environment was very welcoming and non-intimidating. I felt very comfortable without feeling pressured. John Cayo stayed after hours on a Saturday to get another test drive in and he also stayed late with me on the day I got the car to go through the paper work and then sat in the car with me to show me how to use everything. He was also very friendly and informative. I felt free to ask questions and appreciated the staff staying late.

Oil Change took about an hour and 15 minutes. A bit longer than normal, but also had another individual drive in right ahead of me and he was getting an OC as well. The number pad was loose and I asked them to look at it, when I questioned the Tech said he had not looked at it himself, when he did the unit came off into his hand. He will order part. Obliviously the individual who looked at it did not see what was wrong.

Everyone is very professional and friendly and it goes without saying that customer service is number one to the entire Bergstrom team. Chad even went out of his way to feed my Monster Energy addiction by going to Festival and buying me one of my favorite drinks out of his own pocket. Chad is not only my sales guy for life, but a good friend of mine. He took the time to get to truly know me over the last 3 years and I will always come to him with my business. Great job. I love my new F150 FX4 Eco Boost. Not to mention the trade value was right where I needed to be and the deal on the new one was awesome to fit my budget. Chad had the truck outside and fully spotless awaiting my arrival to pick it up. We took pictures together with the old and new truck side by side. This was a great experience. We went through a rough stretch where I transitioned from a career job making over $100k/yr to a new job which begins some $30k less as a base. During a three month period between those jobs the 'new and improved' method to judge human beings on credit was implemented and my credit score was diminished some 60 points. Despite that, and thanks to Ford Credit, we were able to purchase the car we actually found on the Internet and wanted. Brook was an awesome person to deal with and he should receive commendation. We will refer anyone who is in the market to him. Everyone we worked with was very nice and understanding. My loyalties have always been with Ford, and now they include your dealership. We had purchased 4 other vehicles there in the past between my wife and me - when times were better that included new cars in 2001 and 2003. Every Bergstrom employee was comforting, professional and treated their customer as a person. I honestly have not been to another dealership like this one. That is why my wife and I have purchased both of our vehicles from this establishment. Tyler Besaw (salesman) really made us feel comfortable over a year ago with this Bergstrom, and we will not go anywhere else. We may possibly try the GMC Bergstrom in Green Bay, as that is where Tyler transfered. However the team at Bergstrom Ford Lincoln of the Fox Valley is by far the BEST Bergstrom that I have ever been too. And I have been to many. Even though I was there for service, the salesmen that I talked to were down to earth, professional, and didn't give you that "salesman" persona most Bergstrom dealerships give you. Truly a WONDERFUL facility.

Called because my truck was running terribly. The Service Writer said they could fit me in the following day BUT quickly called me back to say I could be fit in same day. Worked out well as I could get the truck there during my lunch break. One of your Sales staff (JJ) saw me in the waiting area, chatted and indicated that if I needed to get back to work, etc. he'd make sure I was taken care of. Truck was repaired for it's rough-running and indication made of possible upcoming repairs.Overall good experience.

Greeted by name as I walked in. Shuttle service to get me to work on time and back to Neenah. Really enjoyed Mr. Roou on the way home. John caught a mistake on the bill and corrected it - in my favor. Car washed, warm and waiting in the garage out of the snow. Doesn't get much better. I told all my friends on Facebook. Have been in with tires 3x in the past 4 weeks. The time it takes is a pain, the extra 20 miles from work (I live in Green Bay) annoying, but so worth it for the service I get.

This is was my first time at Bergstrom after being disappointed by the other dealership in town. I was talking with a service technician within 30 seconds of my arrival. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked about a car wash in the area upon completion of my oil change and my technician promptly offered one. Waiting area is excellent. Wait time was short, my truck was being serviced within a very short time after my arrival.

I bought four Lincoln Navigators 2005 ,2007,2010, and 2013 and a brand new 2005 thunder bird. this is the first time that I found out by reading the brochure for this car that I was to get free oil changes and tire rotation. No body ever told me this at V&H or here I had to ask about it . This has cost me about $1000.00 dollars a year extra.

Cant say enough on how they make a person feel, doing and saying what ever it takes to turn all the bad things around to positive things. Both Steve and John are exceptional customer service agents. I like Nicole as well - efficienct and friendly. Most recently on this visit Steve ensured that my truck repairs were covered under warrenty service done earlier. I completely trust Bergstrom service and that trust will lead within a year or two of my buying yet another truck from the Bergstrom family (Toyota 4 Runner bought new in 2001 that is still running very well and looks new and my 2003 Ford F150 bought 1 year old from Bergstrom certified used cars which also still looks new). I have been saving for a new Ford F150 for about eight years and look forward to buying it at the Neenah Ford dealership. I don't hardly ever fill these surveys out, but I could not be more pleased with the customer provided by Steve, John, and Nicole.

We had a bad battery in our Ford Taurus that was only a year old. We brought our car in and it was replaced within a 1/2 hour - vs the 2 hours it would have taken the mechanic to run the battery test! And no charge to us at all! That's great customer service! Thank you!

J.J., our Salesman, did a good job discussing with us our vehicle needs for our daughter. Wasn't pushy, but was friendly, cordial and if he didn't have the answer immediately - he got the answer and got back to us quickly. I know this purchase wasn't very large, so there's probably not much commission in it - but we were treated like we were his best customer. I don't come across that often in the business world. Everything went very well, the only thing I didn't agree with was the promotion for a Cabelas gift card. I made an offer and eventually bought a Jeep from your business, but the salesmen came back with a price for 300 more if I wanted the gift card. So I was just wondering if I was actually supposed to pay for the 300 dollar gift card or if it should have been put in with the purchase since I spent enough.

The last time I had my truck in for service, I incorrectly filled out a negative survey because I was unhappy about what was done. Steve in service and the asst. general manager both called me the next morning to make it right. Steve explained to me in detail the steps that were taken and why. I was satisfied with the response and the reasoning. The problem happened again this week and they were able to fix it because of the steps they took the first time.

Steve is one of the reasons I still bring my car to Bergstrom's even though my warranty is done. I feel he is very trustworthy and know that if he recommends something be done to my vehicle, it is something that needs/should be done. I recently bought a new Ford from Bergstrom and I am glad I went there. Justin, our salesman was great. He was very honest and straight forward. Other dealers would keep bargaining and I was getting very frustrated with them. I told him what I wanted to spend and he met me with his best price. I Knew he was working for me to get the vehicle that I wanted. The Other dealer I was also talking to kept telling me this was the best they could do and kept lying to me about the best price they could do. Justin didnt feel a salesman when i bougtht the car, He felt like a friend helping another friend get the best available car for the best available price. He is a great asset to you dealership

Overall, I had a good experience at this dealership. Everyone I interacted with there was very friendly, and all communications (whether by phone or email) were prompt. However, I felt that I had to watch their numbers closely because a couple of times there were errors. They were always quite willing to correct these mistakes when I pointed them out, but I would have appreciated it they had payed more attention to keeping the numbers consistent in the first place.
