I was going to Walmart for dog food, thought I would just drive in & check around see what they had.My Jeep Compass lease was up soon, so I wanted to start looking around, Unhappy with my previous Dealership. What a great team to work with My Salesman was Mike Huntington what a nice guy & very understanding to my needs & what I was looking for. So I traded in for a new Jeep Cherokee 2016. I love it, & couldn't be happier, Made my husband jealous so 2 day's later He changed his pick up in for a 2016 Silverado, he loves it also. & we also went through Mike. This was my first purchase through Berlin City, Justin Stacey was our salesman. When I called and told him of my situation, he promised he would do everything for me and low and behold he did exactly that. I had a lot of tough questions and he answered all of them thoroughly and without hesitation. He was extremely helpful pointing me in the right direction and I will be enjoying my new SUV being delivered to my front door tomorrow! Justin made this purchase fun and easy! From the start, my sales associate, Andrew Moser was very helpful and knowledgable! I was going from an 06 Trailblaer to a 2015 Chevy Cruz with lots of new options I did not understand. Andy was very patient and explained everything. It also helped that he has a great personality! Took it easy at Berlin City. Only problem is the truck delivered is NOT inspected for my DOB. Accordingly I will have to pay $40-$50 to have it inspected. Maybe Berlin City could mail me an inspection sticker for October.

They really do make everything easy at Berlin City Chevrolet. Starting with the purchase of a vehicle was a great experience. Getting parts was just as easy, the parts manager dropped them off at my front door . He has been very informative & helpful with my accessories. Service Department is like no other that I have delta with. The whole crew at the Chevy garage go above & beyond. Very pleasant to speak with, I actually bring my Ford Mustang to them to be service. My wife even feels like they treat her respectful. I recommend The Chevy to people who own other brand vehicles.

I had a set of four snow tires installed. I asked that they mark the summer tires that were coming off with Left and Right so they could be put back on the correct sides in the spring. They did not mark them. Other than that it went well. Took an hour and a half.

I was told that it would be about 1 hour. 20-25 minutes later was advised service was completed. Very happy with service, clean garage and truck was clean after service.

I assisted my Uncle with his purchase of a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. After driving 2.5 hours from our home to visit Shearer Chevrolet in Burlington, Vermont the day prior, we left Shearer's with an insulting trade-in offer, and the impression that they had more important customers to tend to than us. This dealership was impossible to deal with; even more disappointing was that the current truck my uncle was driving was purchased at Shearer's just thirteen months prior! The next day, we contacted Berlin City Chevrolet giving them a description of the vehicle we were in the market for. Within an hour, Salesman Sam Shariff returned my call notifying me of an almost exact matching vehicle that he had access to. I sent photo's of the trade-in's, and within an hour Sam had contacted me with a trade-in appraisal that was very fair and acceptable. Sam was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle; even facilitating a bedliner installation and working to find a creditor to approve a loan for my uncle. I am sure that more members of the Martin family will be contacting Berlin City Chevrolet to purchase a new vehicle. I would personally recommend Sam Shariff and Berlin City Chevrolet, even dealing over the phone was an excellent experience!

At my last service visit I was told one tire had a slash in it. That tire was replaced, the recommendation was for replacing two tires. I was not shown the tire that was "slashed" and because this news surprised me I didn't ask to see it. I should have been shown the tire.

The service has always been good just a little glitch last time about contacting me. HOWEVERI dislike this vehicle and was ready for my old vehicle within 1 week. Saying that it only had a few features that I would not have on this vehicle compared to my GMC Yukon is an understatement. I would have returned this vehicle at the end of week 1-- unfortunately stuck in a lease with it. I think the gentleman who sold it to me needs to know the differences better -- my other was 8 yo and had more features than this brand new one.Also I did not know that tires were not covered and I had a sidewall gash and had to pay full price-- this is a vehicle on its first 5000 miles

Shopped around for a lease deal on a Silverado, Went to Berlin City to stay local. Dealt with Salesman Sam Sherif who was very nice to deal with. He made the whole process exciting,from a tour of my new truck to the demo ride. He went to bat for me to get the most out of my trade and get a great deal on my truck lease. No need to drive downstate and look at dealerships, he made sure his price was better. Got introduced to service dept which makes you feel like part of their family. Then even to get my Insurance put on my truck, he called them to get it going. So after my week of talking to different dealerships and salesman I am glad I stayed with a local Dealer to make my new purchase. The service at the dealership was excellent, exceeded our expectations. Was expecting to drive the truck home and read the manuals. But Dave, our sales person, took the time to explain all the functions of our truck and even interfaced our smart phone with the trucks radio. He probably spent an hour showing all the controls and how the my link system worked. The Colorado truck was pre ordered from pictures with many options and before we even pulled into the lot we spoted our truck. Out of hundreds of vehicles, our truck stood out. What a great job chevrolet did building our truck. Out of the thousands of Colorado's being built this year, our truck has to be one of their best built trucks.

Staff was friendly / professional, however the service took too long. I had an appointment for 1pm. I got there 15 mins early. Appointment was for a State inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I left at 2:30pm. 90 minutes is too long to wait for this type of service, especially since I was not a walk in.

Working with Sam Shazad at Berlin City Chevrolet was a very positive experience. I told Sam what I was looking for, and he showed me exactly what I wanted. He did not attempt to upsell any additional features that I was not interested in. Sam was always very prompt in communicating, and was easy to work with. In general the entire sale was expedited fairly well. Only 6 hours elapsed between finalizing negotiations and delivery of the new vehicle to my front door (and I live 150+ miles away!) A+ service. I considered Berlin City Chevrolet as one of several potential dealerships while shopping for a new truck. Sam Sharif immediately responded to my inquiry. I was very pleased with the service that Sam offered. I told Sam what I was looking for and he showed me exactly that, not a higher priced model with extra options that I did not want or need. All of our negotiations took place during business hours while I was juggling multiple projects at work. Thus, I found it more effective to limit communications to emails and text messages. Sam respected this as my preferred method of communication, and did not bother me with annoyingly persistent phone calls and voicemails, although he was right on the spot with a return email if I had a question. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. I did reach out to others to match what Berlin City had offered me, but no one else could rival the service or the value. Well done.

I was shopping for a replcement for my wife's car, and we knew what we wanted, but finding it with the right price looked difficult. Sam Sharif followed up on an earlier inquiry we had made on an Equinox, and worked with us to build a great deal. I had a very pleasant customer experience with Tyler Reed. Being 8 am and he had just come in and was waiting for Brandon Santone to give him some passwords to get into the system. He was very patient as Brandon was assisting another customer. He didn't appear frustrated at all and admitted that he was new and was still getting familiar with his job as well as waiting on some passwords. Once into the system he processed my recall quickly and efficiently. When I picked up my car I was greeted by Tyler and Brandon outside the garage doors. I thank them both for their service and told Tyler if that job didn't workout he should try banking. Brandon quickly chimed in, no way customer friendly employees are hard to find he wasn't going anywhere. I found that comment a solid team reaffirmation that when we get the right employee Berlin City Chevrolet does work to keep them. This is heartwarming to a customer service provider for the last 28 years in banking. Tyler and Brandon are keepers. Job well done, I know it wasn't about the big job that brought in money but the experience was great. Proves that in the incentive world these 2 are in meeting my needs and I was important.

Walked in and needed state inspection and maintenance. Service advisor Marc Pouliot listened and quickly got my vehicle in for related issues. When work was completed, technician Shawn along with Marc, explained that an additional issue should be addressed in the future and what might happen if not taken care of. They were thinking of preventative which would save me money in the long run. I really appreciate that. Would never take my GMC anywhere but BERLIN CITY GM SUPER STORE.

Scott Knapp was very patient and great to work with on getting me into a new truck. Both Nicole Hill and Andrew Moser were wonderful to work with and I would absolutely recommend doing business with them! They were both very personable and accommodating during the entire process. As a first time buyer I had to stick to a certain price and vehicle, and Andy Moser bent over backwards to find that vehicle that suited my needs. He worked with me over the phone even during the week sense I'm a second shift worker he was even calling me on his own time just to help me find a vehicle. When he found my truck it had to get delivered to the dealership and Andy went back there off the clock to send me picture of my truck that I was going to be purchasing, also the financing department worked hard to find a bank that would loan me the money as a first time buyer with good credit just not enough credit. Need I say more about Berlin City and its employees, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new or used vehicle or as a first time buyer.

I gave this dealership and excellent rating because I did my entire deal in less than 1 day and completely remotely. I worked with David and the price for my trade was exceptional and the price for the used vehicle I purchased was outstanding. I researched this car, Buick Encore, across the nation and was able to get a 2014 used with 2600 miles on it for under $25,000 and it was a 4 wheel drive, leather package!! Unbelievable. Then if that wasn't exciting enough, I got the deal going at 9:00 am and a driver had my new car on the 8 1/2 hour road trip by 1:00 pm!! Right to my house by 9:30 pm. Then, they also gave me a temporary tag good for 20 days so no needing to get a cab to the DMV!! I saved at least $4000 no exaggeration.

From our first interaction until we drove our new GMC truck off of the lot, everyone involved in the transaction was informative, personable and interested in making our experience a positive one. After having an unfortunate miscommunication with another salesman I decided to give Andy Moser a call at Berlin City Chevrolet. I am very pleased with the level of professionalism and outstanding customer service from Andy and the other Berlin City Chevrolet employees that I had contact with. I originally called Andy about a Kia sedan, I thought it was a car that I would be satisfied with as an upgrade from the 2000 coupe I have been driving for five years. Andy immediately sensed that I was settling for something practical as opposed to something that I was in love with. I was then asked what I wanted out of a vehicle and from that moment on the Kia was completely out of my mind as Andy walked me through other options that would fall within my payment range. I had no idea I would be able to afford a 4x4 SUV, something that I would love, and is safe for my daughter and I. I was not "looking" for a new car but while looking at another dealership I liked the looks and commodities of the Chevy Traverse. I was not impressed with the price or lack of good customer service though. My husband found the information for Berlin City in NH and we gave them a call. I was nervous as we live in NY and had always purchased our vehicles locally. Andy was very informed, attentive and found a way to work out a deal that benefitted both sides. From start to finish he was great with following up and answering questions- even on his day off! The delivery of the vehicle was very convenient the only aspect I would like to see enhanced is getting a little more of a tutorial with car features. However, since then, I have called Andy and sure enough, he walks me through it. I will certainly be looking to Andy and the team at Berlin City again!

Berlin City Chevrolet turned something that I was absolutely dreading after the last two dealerships I had been to into something I was finally excited about. I found that other places were rude, pushy and unwelcoming. I walked into Berlin City Chevrolet without calling ahead or making an appointment and I was instantly greeted by a salesman named Andrew Caouette. Andrew turned buying a new vehicle into something exciting. He was relatable, humerus and gave me a great deal right off. Not only was Andrew fantastic but the whole staff was very welcoming and looked like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs, none of them hesitated to come over and introduce themselves or stop and talk. Because of Andrew and the staff at Berlin City Chevrolet who went above and beyond for me I will never go anywhere else for my future vehicles.

If you work with Berlin City, avoid Andrew Caouette at all costs! He repeatedly told me that the price given was the final out-the-door cost with no hidden fees, then at the last minute added around a $1,000 for additional items that are not mandatory. When I confronted him about these hidden charges, he was downright confrontational and anything but professional.When I drove to the dealership to buy the vehicle, I found significant damage that I was not told about. Andrew played dumb and pretended like he didn't know it was there.He also guaranteed me an agreed price for my trade-in, which he did not honor at time of sale.Everyone else at Berlin City was great to work with, except Andrew Caouette.

Andrew was professional and friendly and really seemed to have my best interests in mind. He was accessible. I felt that he was open and honest about the product he was selling. I had questions about the car regarding scratches and such. Andrew took the time to take an up close video of the car and emailed that for me to see. I have never had a salesman to that for me before. Usually they are trying to hide something. I also enjoyed the ease of delivery of the vehicle. Andrew was not pushy, but made sure that all of my needs were being met throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to business with Berlin City in the future. The price of the vehicle was the best I had seen. I had done my homework and actually looked for nearly two months for this vehicle before finally finding it at BC.

Andy was awesome to deal with...not your typical car salesman. We did not get the typical back and forth harassment of sales team, sales managers, finance managers and general managers that you get everywhere else. Andy was up front and gave no bull or false impressions. The numbers were real and he worked awesome deals. Please forward this to your manager bobby as well as chad crane for review. I'm emailing you all today to let it be known that I had the worst experience at Berlin city GM and I will do everything in my power to let others know of my experience. Your ads say that you can help anyone with bad credit. Well in my case that's false advertising as I don't have the greatest credit and I have pretty much been rejected to purchase a vehicle with Scott knap at the Gorham NH Berlin city location. I first contacted Scott about a week ago with interest in purchasing a vehicle and possibly trading my current vehicle in as well. I have terrible service at my home so I asked if it would be possible to keep in touch via email. He said that was not a problem. It took Scott no time at all to email me a copy of a credit application to see what he was working with. It then took over a day for him to get back to me after I called and sent emails in question of the status of my credit app. He asked if I could get a co signer. I didn't have a co signer to put on the app so he then said we could try without one. It then was another couple days before I finally got in touch with Scott and he replied that he had not yet submitted a deal to see if I could get approved. I had picked out a vehicle and Scott said that it was not a good vehicle for me to try for as it was too expensive. So I then picked out another vehicle and he again said it wouldn't work as this one had too many miles. I then picked out a third vehicle for him to try on and he said he submit and try and get back to me. Scott did not once return my calls ever since the day he ran my credit and saw it wasn't the greatest. That looks very bad for Berlin city. I then called him for the 4th time that day and Scott replied that wells Fargo was willing to play ball but only with some money down. Oh and this is after scott told me he submitted the offer on a different car then i asked him too. I asked him to suit on a silver impala and he submitted on a brown impala because he thought it would be a better car for me. Rediculous. I told him I could put 500 down at the most. He then said he'd get back to me. Again he didn't contact me I had to contact him the very next day. He said we could get it done with 1000 down and I could get in to the car. I then talked to my boss and sold him a tv of mine to get the 1000 dollars I needed for down payment. Very excited I called Scott back and told him I got ahol of the cash he says ok I'll call you back there was a lot of people in the showroom..again I was not top priority to Scott because of my credit. Not hearing from Scott for several hours I call him back and he then tells me I can't get in to the car because my truck for trade In is not worth enough. He lied to me and jerked me around for a week to just be told I couldn't get the vehicle. I then called the manager bobby. He did not give his last name. Bobby told me he would do some digging and call me back. He DID call me back..very surprised. He said that because I owed 8200 on my truck they had to find a vehicle that had good book value. He kept saying it was nearly impossible and it would be like "finding a needle in a haystack". He then said he'd look for a car and call me early morning the next day. I never received a call back from bobby and I called him and left a message. Bobby then called me back in the afternoon and told me if I wanted to go elsewhere it would be in my best interest as again it was like finding a needle in a haystack and if he "happens" to stumble upon that vehicle that's impossible to find he would call me. Let it be known that no one should be treated this way because if a credit score. I will be contacting the better business bereau and file a complaint. I also will be contacting the local Berlin nh newspaper to publish my experience in the paper so that others know of my experience. I also want to warn people with bad credit should stay away from Berlin city and save themselves the embarrassment an hassle. Scott I have a copy of this email and if I do not hear from chad then I know you havnt sent this to him. I will come and deliver in person on my way to the paper. Thank you for the worst experience in my life and it's ashame you did it to someone who doesn't take crap like this from anyone. Everyone will know what happened at Berlin city!

Just purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Berlin City. My sales person was John Given. I live in New York and knew exactly what I wanted as far as the vehicle was concerned. Tried to do business in New York locally but the sales people just didn't listen to what I was saying. John Given made the trip from VT worthwhile with as promised "deep" savings. Negotiating the deal w/ Jon was very cordial, not a whole lot of pressure and plenty of understanding and listening - he was the consummate professional. Selling over 100 vehicles/month allows Berlin City to pass along savings - for real. The price offered for my trade was acceptable as well. Selection was incredible. I had a very specific model and option package in mind and Berlin City had one of the exact matches in stock...and another one on the way due in a few days. Save time, save money, receive great customer service.... hopefully great product(I am a new GM owner - never owned one before, but hopeful)I WOULD buy from John and Berlin City again.

Though I drive a Ford, I broke down 400 miles from home and took my truck into the Chevy service dept. Jeremy greeted me immediately, told me that servicing my truck would be no problem and took it right in. He knew I was far from home and wanted to get me back on the road ASAP. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. My only problem was that I had an extended warranty with a company that was not honoring its agreement. Most dealers would have told me that the warranty didn't cover the service and charged my credit card. Jeremy read the agreement and spent the better part of 2 days fighting with the warranty company on my behalf. He loaned me a car so that I would not be stranded. I can't imagine another service department or another service manager going to the lengths that Jeremy did to accomodate me. He is a true professional in every sense of the word and he has a commitment to quality customer service that is backed with integrity. I know all dealers promise to be on your side but Jeremy walks the walk. What could have been a disastrous trip turned into a great experience (not because I broke down) but because my faith in the American commitment to quality is restored. Jeremy went above and beyond my highest expectations. He dealt with the warranty company for me. I never had to be involved and I have no doubt that had Jeremy not been the professional that he is, I would have ended up paying that bill. This is actually my second experience with Berlin City. Both times the service was professional and friendly. I would be comfortable giving them all of my business in the future.

It was a long drive but well worth it. Most dealerships almost make you want to run out the door, not this place. They are all extremly friendly and even welcomed my dog into the showroom. Dont hesitate to go there, and ask for Tim Chapman, and thanks also to Chad Gnirk.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and answered all of our . They worked with us to get us the price we wanted and we drove away happy and are enjoying our Chevy Cruz. We traveled one hour and forty five minutes to this dealership from where we live and it was a good choice.

I was satisfied with the up front approch that I like in buying any Item.Buying a truck is a large purchase,I was put at ease in dealing with all the sales team. For buying a new truck, its like everywhere else, you have to barter. They are very friendly and are willing to work with you. Tim Chapman was very honest with me and worked with me very well to get a vehicle that would meet my allowed monthly payments. One other thing if you need service speak to Jeremy Demers at the service department. He is very good at his job

We were very pleased with the service that we recieved at the berlin city gm car dealership. John and Chad met us at the door when we arrived and had everything ready for us to try out this new Equinox,just as we had discused on the phone during the week. We tryed it, we liked it and Caroline in the office had all our paper work ready so we signed everthing and were on our way!!John also explained everything to us about our new vehicle very well. I called at 7 am in the morning to report a bad wheel bearing and Jeramiry took good care of my problem. He gave me a loaner and fix my truck asap, and I was back on the road the next day.The whole experiance was trouble free and is one of the major reasons I trade at Berlin City chevy since 1999. thanks, Doug

This is the second Malibu that I purchased from Berlin City, the first one was in an accident. The dealership was great to deal with, the salesperson Bob Arnold let me use the car until everything was finalled with my insurance, which took almost 2 weeks.I'm retired and I told them what I could efford, they came up with a payment that I was comfortable with, I didn't have to haggle with Bob, not even once.I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else,they care about you and goes out of their way to help you.

I recently was shopping for a new GMC Sierra. I shopped with four dealerships but Berlin City clearly had more to offer me. They have a service department that has never let me down in the 10 years I have purchased from them. This most recent buying experience was by far the best experience I have had. I went to this dealer looking to purchase a new truck. The sales department was very pleasent and HONEST to work with. Something that I don't usually see from a dealership. I approached them with my desired payment amount and within 15 minutes I was test driving a truck they said I was able to get into for that payment. From there on everything fell into place. Financing was simple, and I even got the inspection done the same day. Definately a go to place for honest and friendly service.
