My sales rep, Andrew, was very helpful. He did his best to try and make the deal a great experience. From the beginning, I asked for a second key for the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I asked about the key 3 additional times before closing the deal, and was told each time that they would find it. I bought the car on a Friday and gave the dealership the entire weekend to get the car ready for pickup since there were a few things that needed to be done before I took the car home - an oil change, reset the oil change indicator light, detailing, and of course getting the additional key. When I picked the car up on Monday afternoon, I was upset to find that the indicator light was still showing I needed an oil change. The finance representative was also bringing me papers that he forgot to have me sign the Friday before. There was also no second key. I had to go back and forth with the manager to work out a deal that took 3 hours, in which I ended up paying for a portion of the key myself. When I did finally speak with the manager as requested he was talking down to me, and did not greet me at all. It gets better! The finance rep called me another week and a half later to sign more paperwork that was missed from the original day I bought the car three weeks before. Because of this, my previous loan for the car I traded in is still showing as due on my behalf. I will leave this for them to figure out, since the car has been on their lot since the day the deal was closed. I am enjoying my car so far, but the dealership does not live up to it's name as being "the best"!

I went here to have the many recalls fixed on my Chevy Cobalt. To say that the Service Dept. was rude would be an understatement. They were horrible to me and acted like I was a big pain in the butt to them. They were also very unorganized when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. It isn't my fault these recalls had to be fixed. I also asked them to fix a taillight that was out, they did that, but I also had them check a tire for me that had been going low, of course they said it needed to be replaced for $135, uh no! As soon as I picked up the car, I went to Delta World Tire in Metairie, and they patched the tire! Nice job Best Chevrolet Service for trying to get money out of me for a new tire that wasn't needed! I will never go here again for service or any other reason. I also had a card that I received in the mail about the recalls that said right on it I would get a free oil change/tire rotation for the inconvenience of having to get the recalls fixed. They tried to argue with me on that too, even when I showed them the card! Beware of Best Chevrolet Service Department!

Still use the "I have to check with the manager" style of business for every question. They waste your time, I was on hold forever while the phone person tried unsuccessfully to answer my questions. After 5 minutes on hold they had the car and then 5 minutes later they weren't sure they did. Then they said they need to check on the vehicle and would call back. I gave them two stars instead of one because at least they did call back to say they was sold. Good luck, be prepared to spend your day if you do business with these folks.

They sold "our car" as we were entire! I understand customers in person can take priority, but our saleswoman, specifically said, "once you call and say you are coming I will hold your car for you." Enroute farm Pascagoula, MS to Kenner, LA, she called when we were in Slidell, LA and said he manager had just sold it. Fine, if someone walks in with cash, I get it, but don't lie and say you will hold it if you can't!!! My husband was crushed and it nearly ruined Father's Day this year! The worst part: we had a preapproval and they had all the information, nothing was required but our signatures! Horrible experience!

I've got to tell you, I am not fond of buying vehicles or of dealerships in general, but Best may have changed my mind. I had the opportunity to buy a vehicle from them, and the task was almost effortless. I found the vehicle I wanted and everything went smoothly from there. Stay away from pre owned lot - Jamie and Karrissa will say anything to gain your business. I asked repeatedly that my used SUV be certified and was told sure no problem "I will do anything it takes to gain your business". Then after sale "well that was with original price". Jaime lies like a child - has no effort in his excuses; Karissa will do what she's told and has no personal feelings towards her customers. Stay away from this place or make dang sure you get all their promises in writing - Mr Benson should be ashamed of this place!!

Sales staff was completely Unprofessional. we put a kink in their price tag, they didn't like it. So we told them we liked our Camaro. We didn't have to have a new truck if the price wasn'tright. So they did what they had to do to get the price where we wanted it to be. The G.M andhis staff walked thru the showroom with an attitude though. The next few times we had to come in we never got so much as a Hi or what can I do for you. Never got acknowledged. I would never recommend this dealership. We bought our Camaro at Puyallup, I would go back there again.

My family has been on the road for a week, starting in MD. I noticed a large pool of oil under my 2010 Suburban as I was preparing to leave New Orleans for Houston. I headed for your dealership hoping that we could be seen for a diagnosis with no appointment (and hoping we wouldn't have to hang out until Monday for a repair). The service manager was able to have the truck looked at almost immediately; happily the problem was only a loose oil filter. We were only charged to add 2 quarts of oil and we were back on the road within 45 minutes. I want to thank the service department for helping us so quickly and turning what started as a very bad morning far from home, into a good service experience with your dealership. If I lived in the area you would have gained a loyal customer today.

I called Chris Klots a couple of weeks ago and from the minute he picked up the phone, he was very attentive to my needs and i could tell he wanted what was best for me! It was nice to meet a car sales guy who wasn't looking out for himself. He even called me after I bought my Tahoe to make sure I didn't have any questions and he helped me set up my first service appointment. He really worked with me to get my financing in order and he got me exactly what i wanted for my trade (The finance guy worked really hard also). I already told my friends and family to go to Best Chevrolet and now I'm telling everyone about Chris! If you don't want to be hassled and want a guy who actually cares about what you want, call Mr. Klots.

I read reviews of this and every other chevy dealer and I decided to write a review cause reviews are obviously from people who were probably half wrong or not so nice them selves. I shopped the other stores and Best was. The Best. Was up front and to the point. Haggled a little over price and trade and very quickly got the deal I wanted. Was in and out. Got a follow up call and my salesman did everything he was supposed to do! So don't believe everything you read. They are as good as they come! Highly recommended!

was interested in purchasing a chevy avalanche. was working on the deal for almost a week.countless calls and going in circles with the salesman and finance managers. also vehicle had some repairs needed that the dealer refused to do. than i get a call saying they sold it. and numerous times they tried to get me to buy something i did not want. why do i want to pay for something i dont want? poor service and poor business from the dealership.

I purchased a 2011 Corvette Convertible from them.The car itself is fine and the price I paid was fine.The problem is with their in-house Title Clerk and other admin type folks. In short they are incompetent and cannot follow even the simplest written instructions.The salesman is very personable and repeatedly apologized for his co-workers but the fact remains that it took them 3 full months to get my Title and paperwork straightened out due to their mistakes.I spent almost 1 week of my time and several hundred dollars unnecessarily because of these folks.I will not be a return customer.

The first time I called the dealorship I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Hosea who was friendly and took all of my information but never called back. The following day I spoke with Lynn and explained what happened. At the time I did not recall the first gentlemans name. Lynn took my information and called me back maybe 20 minutes later. Not only did he have the vehicle I was looking for but he was going to beat everyone's price by $2000.00!! Maybe an hour later Hosea returned my call with the same information. I chose to work with Lynn because even though he had no idea whether or not I was serious about buying a vehicle from him, he was serious enough about his job to take the time to research my wants and call me back promptly. Went in looking for the new silverado 1500 LT. HOwever, I ended up finding a 2010 silerao 1500 LTZ on the lot with 7500 miles on it for about the same price. Was able to talk em down alittle and got it for 31,180 after tax title and licence. Good dealing with them.

In today's world it, is unusual to deal with any sales person and walk away feeling good about the encounter. My dealing with Sheldon was a pleasant exception. From the first moment until my new Equinox was delivered, Sheldon was a true professional. Purchased one truck from them a year and a half ago. Were a bit hard to work on the price on that purchase, but eventually came to terms we could both live with. Recently took the car in for service (warranty work). The tech looked at the trunk and said they had to order parts, and it was best to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled an appointement for one week later (they said they only needed 2 days to get the parts). When I dropped the car off everything seemed fine. But later that day I call to see if the car is done, they say no and they need it another day. Next day they call my wife and as "whats wrong with the truck?". I immediately call them and try and find out what is going on, when I finally talk to someone, they say that they do not have any idea why the truck is there and have no parts for it. They actually blame me for not calling before my appointment to check that the parts were in. When I go to get the car (not finished, but they had it for 1 1/2 days), the service guy is very rude to me. Well that's enought for me with this dealership. I a just ordered a car from them two days before, so I go into talk with the GM to tell them that I am cancelling my order for my new car due to the lack of respect for the service department. He is rude also, saying that I can not cancel my order (this car that I ordered was NOT going to be built for 3months!). I tell him I am not argueing with him, and what to cancel my new car order and get my deposit refunded. He says no, all deposits are non-refundable. Fine I say, show me in writing where it I signed anything in writing where it said that, he says he can't but they are not refunding my deposit. I leave and stick my credit card on them, as i charged my deposit. After two months, they finally agreed to give my deposit back, only because my credit card refused to pay them. What crooks.

The first night that we went in we dealt with a salesman that was willing to help and work with us. It was late when we arrived but agreed that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. All the paperwork could not be finished that night. They asked if we could return the next morning. Due to work schedules, we agreed to come the next day, but it would not be until six in the evening. We arrived at 6 exactly. We were greeted by a different salesman than the one we dealt with the night before. He then tells us our paperwork is not complete that we need to come back the following day. I refused since the cosigner was coming to sign the papers from a distance. After about an hour, they brought us back to sign the papers, none of which we agreed to the night before. All kinds of extra stuff was added into the total, none of which had been gone over with us. Now 2 weeks later, they are calling with a problem with the contract. Rude messages have been left on our machine, completely unprofessional. I wish we would have been able to keep our original salesperson he seemed honest and helpful. Obviously, the second one was trying to get his cut in the deal for telling us hello. Everything seemed as though we were a problem because we wanted it done that night and and it was all very rushed. Not something you would expect from a company that wants people to buy their cars.
