Bought a used Mini Copper S (Manual 2011) from them and was perfect, I negotiated price over the phone then went in and test drove and paid, they were great. The used car was in perfect like new condition. I LOVE MY CAR !!! They were very sensitive, and answered to all of my questions. I will definitely use them again.

I called this dealer more than 20 times asking them about more than 50 cars they list it in Cars.com and none of the cars have listed here are available when i ask them about any of the cars they told me this car sold and that car sold and they tried to sale me or tell me about other cars , i don't trust this dealer at all and I'm sure 100% all there best cars with the great price in cars.com they sold it long time ago but they just like to play games and waste customers time i don't trust this dealer and I dont recomend anyone to go there and waste your time If I'm able to give them 0 rate i will do !!!

The epitome of a used car dealer. They have cars listed online that they don't have in stock, when asked why these cars are still listed the guy named FRANCO with black hair told me "to bring people in." Rude sales people, they are indifferent. These people are sitting around waiting for a SUCKER. You could tell most of the cars on the lot had been in a previous accident. This place is so sketchy i would never buy a car here and if you do, you deserve whatever problems come to you

If you're looking to buy a car, take your time, don't be pressured by the salesmans tactics. I visited, didn't like it, did keep the poor reviews in mind and walked out. I have the money to spend so I have the power, NOT them.

Purchased car from here, worst decision ever. At first everyone was so nice to you it was not till AFTER I purchased the car and had a few issues to complain about everyone decided to just be rude. Nobody ever returns your call, they promised me to resolve an issue I had with my car and it's been nearly 2months and I have yet to hear back from them. i've come to the point where I give up on asking them, arguing back and fourth with them just is not worth it. everyone always has an attitude as if they are being forced to work there. The owner is just plain rude. It just so happens that everytime I show up to the shop there is always someone coming in to complain. I've seen numerous argument between customers and staff. It's ridiculous. I can keep going about problems i've encountered with them but I rather not. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again.

Greetings car buyers, I read the other reviews about this dealership, and read some not so good reviews. However, I decided to give it a try and that's where I went wrong. I read the recent review below about one of their salesman telling a customer to "chill" which I couldn't believe. When contacting the location with questions, I spoke to a gentleman who wouldn't allow me to finish my sentence due to me reaching the wrong department. Upon visiting the location, the area wasn't the "best" and it seems the company is located in some weird garage which added more to my skepticism. When entering the shady business, you've would've expected to be greeted at the door which didn't happen. All the workers were just sitting down having a casual conversation, and when I entered they seemed bewildered that someone would come in needing assistance. I explained to them I saw a car online (explained the make and model of the car). At this point you thought someone would've hopped up and showed me around but they asked who I spoke to and stated the agent was unavailable and would be with me shortly. Honestly, I've been in hospitality for 4years and when I enter a place of business I expect a certain service and they fell short. I don't expect to be pampered, however I do expect to receive "SERVICE" which didn't happen. If your thinking of visiting this location PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND GAS. - Best of luck in your car buying endeavors.

Found this dealer online. The dealer was very rude while speaking to us. He told my husband to "chill". When we asked him to be more respectful, he responded by saying "I wear shorts to work. That's who I am". While discussing the price, another worker came into the office saying that some one else is looking at the car and he wanted to know if it was sold. This made us feel rushed. The dealer fee was over $800. They are not willing to make any repairs. In response to a broken light, he said "you are buying a used car". It was a horrible experience. After our 3 hour wait, I expected better customer service and at least a little respect.

This was by far one of the best buying experiences that I have had for purchasing a vehicle. I went in not hopeful considering my last experience . I got in there are was able to be straightforward regarding what I was willing to pay for a truck and how much I wanted for my trade in and they were able to accommodate me easily. They respected my wants and needs to find me the truck I was wanting without playing any games. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who has done their homework.!

I visited this dealer. The service was incredible. They understood I did not want to negotiate and gave me online the best quote from any other dealer. Within 2 hours, I did the paperwork, got the financing, traded in my car and left happily driving. Not stress, no negotiations, and lowest price. Excellent online service and never pushy. This is one of the best auto buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, accommodating, helpful and felt they really wanted to take care of me. I hate pushy sales people and especially car salesmen or women. Did everything over the phone and only went in for paperwork and delivery that took less than one hour. Just do all your homework before you purchase a car and transaction will be so much easier.

I personally had the best car buying experience I have ever had at Best Price Dealer. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the vehicles and worked hard for my business. If they didn't know an answer to my question they said they'd find out...and they did! The General Sales Manager worked out a great deal for me and gave me a fair price on my trade. Even the finance director was great at slowly explaining everything to me and making the paper process seamless. The day after I bought by Outback I took it back in to have a smudge removed from the rear seats. They cleaned it up and re-detailed the car. While I was waiting , my sales person went over some interesting new things and shortcuts she learned about the navigation system. These people earned my business and I'll be a loyal customer because of it.

Best Price Dealer provided stellar service! The entire process was friendly, fast, and even fun. They didn't insult my intelligence with the usual dealer tricks and games that autonation and the toyota dealerships tried to pull. I've bought 10 cars (both new and used) from dealers in my life, and by far this was the best experience I've had. No high pressure, straightforward pricing and a good value on my trade. They treated me like a friend, and they have made one in the process as I refer people to her now. Even the finance director (I paid cash) wasn't pushy. I purchased my 2012 Corolla in April. My customer service experience was excellent.The staff is professional, polite, and helpful through the entire selection, test drive and purchase experience. The finance department negotiated a good interest rate for my car loan, better than I could obtain on my own. My old car was out of service, They arranged for a staff member to provide me transportation to the dealership at no cost to me. Now that's what I call customer service. I recommend this dealership to all, as I have done so to my coworkers interested in purchasing a new Toyota.. Believe me you will be a satisfied customer.

They are world class when it comes to product knowledge and customer service. They take the time to find out the wants of their customers and caters to their needs..
