Looked at buying a certified used tundra from this dealership and Patrick England was handling the sale. Dealer was over 500 miles away so I asked Patrick if truck had any scratches/dents/other issues and he responded "truck is clean, no issues." I asked for pictures of the truck to confirm what he said. He sent over "some" photos. I thought the tundra was reasonably priced so I agree to pay for full asking price and pay the dealer fees. I then ask him to send me the pricing sheet for me to review. In addition to the dealer fees, he charged me $1316 in taxes and $2,142 for tags and title fees. I told him the $2142 tag and title fee was outrageous and that I paid $58 for tag and title on a brand new car I bought months ago. He responded that the $58 is for a new car and used car is different. Such BS! Back to the pictures, he sent me photos that show the front and driver side view of the truck and left out the rear and passenger side view. It turns out the truck had a baseball size dent on the rear body panel right above stoplight and the tailgate was all scratched up. The passenger side had numerous scratches about 2 feet long. He went out of his way to lie and con me to buy this truck. He is a crook and should not be trusted. After I called him out, he refused to return my calls and texts. Bev Smith dealer may be a nice dealer but they hired a crook in Patrick England.

I recently had my RAV4 repaired by Bev Smith Toyota. The work was completed ahead of schedule and you cannot tell if any repair work had been done. The car was returned fully cleaned, inside and out, which is a nice touch and very appreciated.

I went to Bev Smith Toyota at Fort Pierce today where I drove 1 hr each way. I went there with an Edmunds Price Promise print out, which was for a 2017 Toyota Camry LE. The price on the Edmunds Price Promise is $20,199. After a couple of hours, I and my wife sat down to finalize the deal. The manager did not honor the Edmunds Price Promise. Rather, they asked us to pay $25,000 for the car. It was a total waste of time. They claimed that the deal is for college students or military personal; yet, on the Edmunds Price Promise print out there was no such thing. I could not understand why they wanted to see me in the dealership if they were not going to honor the Edmunds Price Promise. What a shady dealership I can say...

From the time I arrived I was treated with curtesy. THE ASM conducted an inspection (walk around) and my vehicle was prep with plastic on the seat and moved to service. Tyler the ASM called the cutesy van and arranged for a ride home. At the end of the day Ted the cutesy van driver call me for a ride back to the dealer. When I arived at the dealer my vehicle has been service and completely detailed. It was a fantastic job I received many accolades from friends and neighbors regarding how nice the truck look

After sitting all day at the dealership letting them know from the beginning what payments i can afford ,they did credit check I signed tons of papers ,I drove my new car for a week and went back to pick up items they owed me came to find out that my payments were way higher then what i signed for, ended up leaving in my old car.ALERT!!! Customers HORRIBLE customer services.Very humiliating and embarrassing to family and friends.

I was in on a recall and the people they have working for them are theives. My CD case was stolen from inside my truck while in their possesion and they basically tell me too bad. Manager said he looked around but did not find anything. Total garbage. Never go for anything there. They do t care about any of your personal property, they just want your money amd dont care what their employees do to your stuff.

This has been a pretty crappy month for humanity in general, but sometimes a little kindness makes things seem ok. My good experience was a team effort - the service advisor gives off positive vibes, the receptionist let me borrow a pen, the nice parts guy wrangled me granola bar from the cashier, and the cashier was cool even though I didn't remember to mention in advance I had a coupon. My experience at your dealership made a bad day sort of good. (Can you please stock some healthy snacks in the vending machine?)

The staff were courteous and not pushy. Chris (the associate I worked with) helped out in trying to find the best option and worked to get a great finance offer. We looked at both used and new cars, and I purchased a new car because the incentives were better. This was the first time I bought a new car and the experience was easy. I have since brought my car to be serviced and Tyler is the person I recommend you set an appointment with.

Purchased Toyota Guard when I bought my 2014 Toyota LE. I went to dealership for Oil Change as light for service came on. I was told I did not need oil change too early but needed a tire rotation. I question paying for the service as I have Toyota Guard. The young man was polite and told me it wasn't cover but could speak with a mgr. I did not but read a large sign about Toyota Guard on glass window in front of one of Bev Smith offices. It stated tire rotations are covered. The term of Toyota Guard coverage may be over but would like a answer. Other wise a nice visit once again at Bev Smith Toyota. Thank YouLenny Smallacombe

I had warranty work done on April 4 they said it was the safety items to the shifter. I wasn't having any problem. Then today the April 21st it wouldn't shift out of Neutral had to have it towed to Bev Smith Toyota. They said the cableto the transmission was disconnected and needed to be replaced end it would cost us $450. To me it seems strange that it happened just 16 days after they were done.

I have used toyota vehicles throughout my life and currently have 2 toyotas that I do service at Bevsmith. As I took a maintenance plan with my RAV4 purchase I have to do my oil-service changes at Toyota- A real foolish decision I made.I came for a regular oil change on last Monday from work during lunch break and waited 2 hours to finish my oil change. Fine. The work was done and my car parked outside garage lot. It took 35 mins to pull my car from garage lot to me. The reason they told was that the guy who attended me was on lunch break. He needs to release my keys. What a xxxxxxxx !!. I had to wait that extra 35 mins as he was on lunch break.OK.I drove back to work and back home and on the way I noticed my signals not working. As you know it's so dangerous to drive in highways and heavy traffic without signals and lights. I went back to Bevsmith and told the problem. They behaved as if like I did something wrong and told they will take a look and nothing can happen to signals or lights with an oil change. I understand that. Anyways they took it inside and did something it started working. They had no explanation for what happened.I went home and next day morning driving to work, my vehicle engine lights, traction and 4 wd lights came on and car was engaging into 4 wheel drive, and transmission not smooth. Again for THIRD time I went back to Bevsmith and explained the problem. The service manager told nothing can go wrong with an oil change and if any repairs I will have to pay for it. OK.See, I came for an oil change and now I am having all the issues. They took it in and after an hour a lady came and told everything is fixed. I asked what was the issue and she told" ONE of the pipe/ hose WAS NOT CONNECTED ". She did not tell me anything else and told I can pick up my car. Gave me no paperwork. I even didn't see the manager.How IRRESPONSIBLE a service can go from a professional Toyota dealer!!!. They behaved as if like I did something purposefully. The guys could not figure out even after I took it back the second time. Very bad service and customer care. I never want to go back. You guys should understand that we pay for all the services, and we are not getting any free favors from you.

I limped into this dealership unannounced with a very serious leaking transmission cooling line. The service staff was upbeat and worked me in to get the problem resolved. I was even able to get an oil change and tire rotation done. Due to a parts backorder they supplied me with a courtesy rental car so I wouldn't be without a car for several days until the part arrived from the toyota distributor. I was really impressed with their great positive attitude and efforts in getting my 4Runner repaired so I could continue on my journey north to my home in Maine. Great experience! Keep up the great work!

I rate the service excellent. I have all service done here and have never had a problem.The free car wash is amazing. My car was fairly dirty inside and out. When they brought it back it looked new. I cant believe what a nice job they did and free. My experience was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Also, let me add; My low pressure tire light came on while I was in Stuart. I stopped by Bev Smith Kia and they took the car right in and checked all the tires, eventhough this is not where I bought the car. That's what I call good service.Thank you Bev Smith Kia.

We are beyond pleased with our service and Highlander from Bev Smith!! We have been to quite a few Toyota dealerships over the past several months and walked away extremely frustrated! A friend recommended we go to Bev Smith. My husband called and spoke to Ron Gajraj. Ron was fantastic and after getting off the phone with our wish list, he called back not long after and said he found a car for us! He said it was a 2015 in Tampa, but if we want it they will bring it to their dealership. Once we went to Bev Smith, we sat down and met with Mike Ranaldi. Mike was fantastic too! They all worked with us on meeting our needs! After the sale was finalized, Mike went through all the bells and whistles on the car so we knew how everything worked! We had a warning ABS light go off on a recent trip to KY. I tried to reset but it stayed on. I took my 2013 Tundra to Frankfort Toyota to see if it was fixable. After sitting for 4 hours I was told the ABS light was on and the right rear wheel speed sensor was bad. The replacement part was not in stock and it would be several days. After being assured no damage would occur we opted to bring it home for the fix. With two huge scratches added to drivers door that were unexplainable and not on the truck when I brought it in I was livid. Not even a touch up bottle of matching paint was offered. Stan took care of me and my truck in less than one hour and had the touch up paint in inventory. Everyone at Bev Smith tries to do the best possible service. They have proven that to me several times in the past 5 years and that is why I go there. Keep up the good work.

I came in to buy a new battery for my Sienna van. While they were installing it my wife and I were just strolling about the new car lot to kill time. We were approached by a wonderful gentleman, Mike Rinaldi who used no pressure or aggressive manner to introduce us to a new RAV4. What a great experience it was, from the time I got there and spoke to the gentleman who handled all the paperwork, his name is Fred Madorma, to the time I left I was and am a happy camper. We had a number of items repaired and everything appears to be fine. It was like a new car, clean and all. Our vehicle had to stay over night and we were given an automobile to return home to Sebastian. The repairs took longer than we expected but the wait was well worth it. We bought our Avalon from Bev Smith and have returned for all our repairs.

As a long time customer I must admit that things have greatly improved. My service was done within the estimated time, there was no "upsell" on muffler bearings, etc. I had one concern about an indicator light not working. The mechanic came in waiting area, brought me back to see that it was functioning. He was courteous and thorough. Someone came through the waiting area offering chips and snacks, etc. I certainly hope this is the new normal. Great job.

I have purchased several new cars over the years and have never had such a nice experience. It started with Joe our salesman, he had more knowledge of his product than anyone we have ever worked with. They make sure you know everything there is to know about your vehicle before you leave. Then they call several times to make sure you are happy or need any help. I forgot to mention we got an awesome deal on our 2015 Venza. We just had our first service free of charge and they even give you a $25 gas card when you bring it in the first time for service. This is the best dealership around! Our salesman has been there over 20 years. I have have never been back to a car dealer even a year later and the salesman still been there. That would explain his knowledge of his vehicles and that is important when they are helping you select the best vehicle for you. If you would like to be treated special then go to Bev Smith Toyota and buy a vehicle or get yours serviced. I am a store manager of a large supermarket and this is an example that I tell my people about great customer service.

Bev Smith Toyota has turned out to be one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. I buy 4 to 5 brand new cars a year ranging from Jaguar/Mercedes to Cadillac to Toyota.The sales department at Bev Smith is fantastic however, it's the service department that outshines even sales.I have had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Wahl who is the Service Director. Bill is an honest and straight shooter. If he doesn't know something, he isn't afraid of telling you so but he does eventually find out an answer.I think one of the best assets that Bev Smith Toyota has is Adam Hamill who is the Asst. Service Manager. I've known Adam for many years and he continues to get things right and doesn't waste time doing it. Adam treats his customers more like family than a person writing a check for services rendered. I am treated like a true VIP customer when I come to Bev Smith Toyota and quite frankly, in today's day and age, it's refreshing!

My first trip to Bev Smith Toyota they told me I needed a co signer. Few days later I got a follow up call from Scott the sales manager and he asked me if I could get a co signer. He said he still wanted to work with me to make me a car deal . well little did I know I had a family member that would help me with the car deal. We came in to the dealership in June and Scott the manager and his team worked very hard for us and we left in our new corolla. Thanks for their persistence and patience they made me walk out the dealership with a new car. We effortlessly chatted about what I wanted in my Tundra and David directed me to exactly what I wanted to surprise my husband with. This car dealership is very nasty and disrespectful. I made an appointment with Scott P. one of the Sales Manager's and I told him I was driving from West Palm Beach, and I have a Nissan Versa that I wanted to trade in. I explained to him my whole situation and when I got there I test drive a 2014 Camry and they handed me the key and said I was approve and they were coming up with the numbers. All of a sudden the Sales guy Josh came with the numbers and I told him they were too high. He said I could get a used 2013 Camry and I told him that's fine. All of a sudden I caught the other new Sales Manager talking about and I started to question him. He said due to the credit score that he got for me I can't get any car off the lot, unless I have a credit score of 750 and my credit score is 615. He said I need $6,000 down. But I explained to him that the advertisement said that I could over $2,000 for my car based on KBB Value and the Camry had $2,000 in rebates plus my car is worth 12, 015. This guy disrespect me big time and kick me out of the dealership and as for Scott P., he disappeared without a trace. Josh on the other hand was a great sales rep. but the Managers were disrespectful and full of xxxx!

Bev Smith Toyota is a wonderful dealership. The friendliest I have ever experienced. We had occasion to have our 2007 Toyota Sequoia serviced at the dealership and it is top notch. The service writers are top notch, they know their business. We also had occasion to purchase a new vehicle a 2014 Toyota Camry. I had the book value of my trade and thats what they gave me. very fair. The salesman William Toppin is the man to see if you are looking for a vehicle, he is not aggressive and knows the products he sells. He handles all of the details and instructs youon all of the features on the vehicle you purchase. You know how the sales guy has to see the next guy up the chain to verify the deal. well in my case it was Rick Quakenbush a very fair and easy to talk to sales manager.

I went to bev smith for the best experience after what i heard. I bought a truck expecting 21 mpg hwy and after a recent road trip wasnt even able to come close. i went to the dealership asking questions and was given the run around and to go check out a website. they said they serviced the truck and checked it out while fixing my driver seat and managed to do all this in less then an hour. Not very through in my opinion for a truck i just paid 35k for. Also after purchasing the vehicle the intial detailing job was horrible. i would have had them redo the job if i hadnt been waiting 5 hours for the whole process and they weren't rushing to close down for the night. Over all i would not recomend them to anyone.

I stopped by Toyota on a Sunday afternoon. Steve Gordon met me in the lot. I told him that I was just browsing, & considering purchasing a new Toyota. I have owed a Toyota that I purchased new in 2006. It has been a great car, and I just stopped by to look. Steve & I chatted and I told him when I was ready to purchase a new car, I would be back with my son-in-law. I liked his "low key" friendliness without being "pushy." I did go to another Toyota Dealership and met with another dealer representative. I told him that I was looking for a new Toyota LE to replace the eight year old car that I am currently driving. He immediately began showing me Toyota SEs and said they were much better than the LE with lots more great new upgrades, and much better buy for the money. He did not show me any Camry LEs, but said he could get me one. That salesperson was overly assertive.On November 27th I called Bev Smith Toyota to check if Steve Gordon was in. He was busy, but did call me back soon after my call. I made an appoint to me him an hour later. He came out to meet me with my daughter and son-in-law. He was friendly and accommodating. He showed us the Camry LE's he had at the dealership I did not want one with a sunroof, but he told me that he could get me exactly the one that I wanted and could have it in a couple of days. He did have the car the day after Thanksgiving and called me to let me know it had arrived and that it would be ready in a couple of hours. He was everything I would want in an efficient professional sales person. I would send any of my friends or family to Steve Gordon at Bev Smith if they were looking for a new. car.

It is Possible ... An Amazing Experience in Car-buying!! Our Salesman, John Tripp, is friendly, knowledgeable, caring ... He listened to our requests and fulfilled them personally. If he didn't know an answer to a question, (warranty on tires) he found out the answer for us. We had several extras installed, (tinted windows, trailer hitch, pinstriping) and John made all the necessary appointments to coincide with each other. My wife and I had decided it was time to get a new car. Normally, we dread the car shopping experience, I was expecting to get "pounced" on as soon as we pulled up and pressured into buying what they wanted to sell us versus selling us what we wanted to buy. To my surprise, Jeffery greeted us and asked "Are you guys here to see anyone today?" I humorously replied, "Nope, so I guess I'm here to see you." We got straight to business I told him our price range and informed him we would have a co-signer come by if we found something we really liked. My wife and I suddenly began enjoying shopping for our next car. Jeffery was very polite, accommodating, understanding, and he really made a personal connection with us. Needless to say, we found a car out of our price range and it was up to Rick to work his magic with the bank. I don't know what he said or how he did it but he managed to get the bank to come down over 40 percent on the original payment we were quoted. They were very busy that day but Rick still managed to sit down and talk with us, he was very personable and we immediately found common ground in labrador retrievers. Overall, our experience was very pleasant, if we had any questions we got straight answers and they even gave me a good chunk of change for my beat up ford pickup. We had nearly forgotten that we were shopping for a car and now we're the owners of 2010 Camry XLE and my wife couldn't be happier as she has wanted a Camry for 3 years now. Even when we showed up the following day for our co-signer to finish up some paperwork, we were remembered(and got to bang the gong). Rick came out before we left and wished us luck on our purchase and was enthusiastic about the car they got us driving.

My wife and I have bought 4 new vehicles in the past 2 years from Bev Smith. It is nice to finally find a dealership for life! All vehicle purchases were simple and stress free. Mario is a true asset to the business. Russ's sense of humor makes the process easier. The service and parts departments are always friendly and helpful. We have recommended Bev Smith to other Toyota owner family members that bought elsewhere and they have decided to only use Bev Smith. We have heard that years ago this was a bad place to go but many changes have been made and it is really a family. I recently traded in my 2011 Tundra for a new 2014 Tundra. They originally priced another vehicle instead of money for trade in which resulted in a final value of $2,000 less but gave me the original higher offer saying it was their mistake. After a week of extensive research across central, east, and southeast florida I came upon a Toyota Tacoma that had what I needed. It was at Bev Smith Toyota. A simple email sent and the next day I had a response. I then called to talk to John Tripp (sales) and went over info with him. He was able to answer questions I threw at him no hesitation and gave fulfilling answers. An appointment was made to further interact. I was 3 hrs away, when I got there John was ready for me, he pulled the Tacoma around and he proceeded to go through all kinds of info from tires to engine, capacities to gas mileage and so forth. He at this point seemed extremely knowledgeable about the product. We test drove and spoke further about inside options on the vehicle. I owned Toyotas in the past and he was able to point out options I didnt know existed or that were new to the model year. An hour in and no pressure of buying. When we got back we haggled over price until we both came to an agreement on a fair deal. A key was missing for the tailgate and knowing I was 3 hrs away he immediately contacted his lock smith who was there in 10 mins. He actually had to make a key that fit, did it fast, and made me a copy. Overall the experience was one of a kind for buying a car. Not only do I recommend Bev Smith, but I suggest you get the best when asking for John Tripp. Jeff Silano-Orlando area

Had a leased vehicle with 6 mo s left on it . I would have waited for its end. except russ told me they would cover the trade in difference lie number 1 (shame on me) Salesman number 2 told me the car he( originally sent me e mail quote) would have same equipment it didn't this vehicle because of leather seats turned out to be 2500 more with less equiptment---- interest rates rebates all I can say is buyer beware these people truly are bait and switch artist s and finaglers. I also bought extended warranty which I decided to cancel, a month went by and guess what a call to Toyota and warranty company tells me they were never notified I caould never recommend this dealership to anyone

Dealing with Steve was great.....can't say the same thing for Russ what a pompous jerk! Total arrogance and not trustworthy at all! We made the deal and when I brought my trade back to drop it off Russ tried to take my deal away! We agreed that I was keeping my custom rims on my trade and I put the stock wheels back on as agreed...or so I thought! Russ is not an asset to your company! I hope this makes it to his superiors and they take the appropriate action! I have never felt so mistreated!!!

I went to this dealership to buy one of the new 2014 Toyota Corolla S. My sales person was John Tripp and I was completely pleased with him from the moment we met until I took my new car home. He was very friendly and personable he was not pushy he was very knowledgeable about the cars he was willing and eager to please the customer and he stayed with me from the beginning to endorse the process. If you are looking to buy a Toyota do yourself a favor DO Not buy from Bev Smith Toyota!!!My wife and I went there to buy a 2011 Toyota Prius after going back and forth for 2 hours we were told they could not do the deal. Then the next day I get 3 calls from the sales manager asking if I bump up my down payment from 1K to 1.6K they could do a deal , I agreed as we are on our way to the dealership we get a call and was told that finance or someone had messed up and they could not do the deal. Two days later I get a call telling me they have worked it out and could do the deal. I told them that if they had they not played games they would have sold a car that day. The salesman was great it was the sales managers who lost the deal. My wife and I bought a VW CC Sport the next day with no issues. If you are looking for a VW go to Wallace VW In Stuart FL and see John in internet sales YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I have tried other dealerships and have always left feeling used abused and ripped off. This time completely blew my mind. I was referred to Bev Smith Toyota and the GM Pete..friend of a friend. By the time I went to the dealer ship, a salesman had been chosen for me and sales numbers already put together. There is a ton of paper work but my experience was painless. When I picked my car up and finished paperwork, Joe, Owen and James walked me through all of the details and not only made me feel comfortable but secure in every department. I was given business cards by all 3 men with their service being available for any help or question that might arise. With so much help and a BEAUTIMOUS new car, I feel blessed. Take my car in for regular maintenance as scheduled. Every time I take the car in I get a call at work that something else needs to be replaced, which is never the case. Last time I was told rotors were completely rusted and brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced at a cost of $710. When questioned, the service manager told me that they could just turn the rotors to reduce cost. I declined additional service once again. This time I took it to two other Toyota service departments and ask them to evaluate the brakes. Both told me that my rotors were fine and that my brake pads had plenty of service left on them. Needless to say I am not going back to Bev Smith for service in the future, tired of them trying to add additional service items that are not needed nor warranted. I have also talked to other people who have a Toyota and they state the same tactics with additional service being told needs to be done on their vehicle. So if you have service done at this dealership beware and be smart. Get a second opinion, glad that I did.

Trust. Salesman John Tripp was outstanding on his car knowledge. He answered every question correctly with back up on any technical question asked. He directed his answers and also questions to both of us, not just my husband. Most times the salesman only speak to the man if they are a couple...in my experience. He was training Josh who spoke to us as a familyman, not an emplyoee trying to sell a car. I would think that John owned the dealership.....his knowledge and expert answers were so strong. He did not push us. We actually visited that dealership twice before. Both times I was not spoken to. (I am the wife) John gave us his personal cell phone number should we have any questions in the future, or issues. Trust!! The man who did the financial talk and I am sorry I did not get his name...he was excellent. Had the Kelly Blue Book and did better for us. We took good care of our trade in car and he rewarded us for it. There was never any pressure. In the office for paperwork Debbie was efficient and also friendly. Eric Bennett....top of the line. Told us what we needed to know about the oil changes and how the car is covered at all Toyota dealers and authorized shops. Explained how to NOT miss an appointment. I loved ringing the bell when the sale was final and the great surprise from the new car manager! I am prepared to spread the word because before meeting John I did not trust or like car salesmen.

My 2008 Toyota Solara with only approximately 25,000 miles needed to be brought in because all the warning lights came on, the radio stopped working, the driver's lights turned off, basicly anything electrical stopped working. I was told to drive in the car, even though the owners manual said stop driving the car immediately. I brought the car in at 7:30am. I was told I would have a diagnosis in a hour. At 2:45pm (7.75 hours later)I was told the alternator needed to be replaced and it needed to be ordered. I got my car back 3 days later. Long story short, the same thing kept happening and it was brought back to Bev Smith 4 times for repairs. Twice the car needed to be towed because it wasn't operational. When it needed to be fixed for a 5th time they turned me away and told me to go to another dealership because they could not fix the car and had no idea what was wrong with it.. I brought it to Treasure Coast Toyota, in Stuart. Within a few hours they were able to pin point ONE of the problems. I am currently battling with Bev Smith to pay for my current service bill. I would never recommend the service department to anyone.

Got a Toyota Corolla S for the wife from here , Joe was real nice made the process easy., Didn't get blue book for trade in, but other than thought was good. Did have large selection of Corollas. I would,recommended it, we live in Vero and it was worth the drive. Plan on getting new Tundra here eventually.

After reading the past reviews, I am kind of surprised. I purchased a new FJ Cruiser in 2010 and had nothing less than a great experience. Within 1-1/2 years of owning the truck, my tires became low on tread - I had the lifetime tires/battery program. I went in, and I paid the tax and mounting, $100. I have had all of my maintenance done there, and again nothing less than wonderful work, and a cozy atmosphere. I would STILL recommend Bev Smith Toyota.

Scam artists, & Liars. Went to trade vehicle in I bought from them year ago, I had clean carfax until today they tell me they had accident in parking lot before I bought it & reported it on my car after they pulled my original one. Also took in my letter I received in mail to do a trade, they wouldn't stand behind their terms in letter. I asked for letter back, they lost in the hour I was there. I said I would wait until they found it, I was told I might be there all night, which I said I would wait in my car. They kept bringing other people's letters, which wasn't the same terms as my letter. They told me they would buy me a tank of gas to leave their property. I called cops & I am now not allowed to be on their property (trespass). The cops told me I should contact Toyota headquarters for copy of my letter & then contact a lawyer about that & carfax fraud. I'm telling everyone I know never to step foot on these rip offs property. They are jokes!!! I might even put something on my car about them!! Don't waste time cuz you will also get ripped off!!!

This dealership is nothing but the epitome of a what everyone hates about buying a new car. We played the typical back and forth numbers game while the closing salesman kept getting increasingly hyper and pushy, and then ended up calling me greedy. We had a very clean trade, which they wanted to "nit-pick" to knock down the trade-in value, and then proceeded to jerk us around until we got so fed up we walked out. We beat their best offer at Toyota of Vero Beach by $1,400 and did not have to suffer with a bunch of sleazy high pressure and very unprofessional sales people!

I called and asked the price of a front end alignment and was given a firm price. It was somewhat high. I brought the vehicle in and had the work done. When I got the bill it was $5.00 higher than the quote. It had a charge for Misc shop supplies or fluids. I questioned it because there is no fluid or parts involved in an alignment. I was told that it was an automatic charge added, by their computer, to every service invoice. I refused to pay it and got confronted by the Service Manager who, while agreeing with me that my argument was correct, told me that he could not remove it from the bill. But he would give me a credit for $5.00 against my next service. I told him not to bother because they would never see the vehicle again

I found a used toyota 4 runner 2011 on the internet site Cargurus - the vehicle was priced 24,900 on the site which tracks all dealers - I was linked to the actual seller who is Bev Smith toyota - I sent them an e-mail and they responded and sent me a discription and quote for $24,900 and I spoke to the internet sales people Vic and Fred and they confirmed the price - Two days later upon going to their internet site I found that the same vehicle was NOW $29,900 - or $5,000 more - I called the dealership and they said "oh its a pricing error and that happens sometime- Bait and Switch is what this is in my opinion --- Only a manager or managers could approve that price and post it on the internet - If this is the way they handle internet sales imagine when you walk in the door!!!!

They are liars they say onething and then do another, the salesperson said they sell 300 cars mthly and they don't need my business, the sales manager had an attitude he was not very pleasant, he lost a deal over $200.00 because he lied, he verbally said one price and the purchase agreement said another.They said there was no 2012 corollas when I decided to walk, they said the truck just came in. I went into Bev Smith Toyota to help look for a car for a friend....by the time all was said and done I was convinced to be a co-signer and write 3 checks in lieu of money down..these checks were for 3 different amounts but were dated for that day...the deal was that the first would be deposited in three days (done), a week later (done), and a week after that (problem). Being so close to Christmas, I knew there would be a problem with this last $1000 check. I asked them if they could hold the check for a few more days, because the money was not in the account, and they said they would hold it until the 28th of December...NOT!..it was deposited and put all my accounts in the negative just before Christmas!....Now I am left to fight with the bank and try to get this reversed...Not only were these people unprofessional, when I actually realized the car didn't have floor mats and mentioned it, it was too late...I drove off the lot with a 2011 Camry with no floor mats...ridiculous!! The moral to this story is.....be careful who you trust and what you let yourself get talked into...My excuse is I was trying to help a friend....what is theirs? I was lied to by the representatives of this dealership and you will be too......BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I have been shopping for a used vehicle and I visited many dealerships. Some still use the hidden fees; let make a deal, high pressure insulting tactics. Not Bev Smith. They were great, really nice facility, congenial, did everything to make the process easier and worked with you all the way. I would definitely recommend them, especially the used car section! Please dont ever go here! These people pulled my husbands credit report (who at the time had a score in the 800's) and what seemed to take about three hours, worked out a deal for us to take the car home. Five days later we get a call stating that they pulled the wrong credit report, they never pulled my husbands, and we would have to either come up with a larger down payment, pay a higher price or bring the car back. So, I decided to pull my husbands credit report to see who was checking his credit, and WHAT A SHOCKER, the original day we were there the first time THEY DID PULL HIS REPORT! They are such liars. All they wanted was more money. What they do is have you take the car home, and after you have fallen in love with it, they throw this in your face because they think most people will take the bait. Well I wasnt, I took the damn car back. And then when I get there, they have the nerve to tell me I could get a USED version of the car I wanted at the same payment they offered me for the new one...which made no sense to me. Which by the way would have meant I couldnt get the free tire and battery package which is a JOKE. Dont fall for it. You have to take your car there for the services, wait an entire day for something simple as an oil change, and then they spring on you that you have to do a ridiculous amount of services to up keep the car every 3000 miles. Save your money! If you need tires real bad go to walmart they are super cheap.

Service writer very unprofessional, could not answer simple questions.Next service sticker not put on car nor was the service indicator reset to the next service date with corresponding mileage. I had to bring this to service writer's attention who could really care less. He instructed the employee who drives the vehicles back to service to obtain the new sticker for my vehicle. Is is not the service writer's responsiblity to ensure that the customers vehicle has been service properly? My money is good but your service has much to be desired. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this agency and there will not be another purchase anytime in the future.I believe the only thing left for me to do is trade my Toyota in on a Ford where I will be treated with respect.I would not recommend Bev Smith to anyone who is interested in a new car or who has a Toyota that needs service where the customer should treated with respect and is not at this dealership.

Going to this dealership was one of the worst experiences of my life. I still get upset thinking about it. I wish I could remember who I worked with but from the reviews, it seems like everyone there is horrible. They LIED straight to my face over and over and over again. They refused to give me back my $1000 even though they did not get the car they promised me. I had to get my attorney involved. They even told us there was some form we had to come in and sign to get our money back. They couldn't fax it to us. We had to come in. We went in and one of the bosses took us in his office and berated and yelled at us for half an hour trying to get us to buy the car even though it was the wrong one. And then in the end, they said there was no form for us to sign!!!!!!! They are evil, apalling, dreadful (maybe) human beings. The epitome of sterotypical car salesmen. I hope no one gives them any money because they don't deserve it.

The sales person I worked with was Dave. He is smart and a good listener. He got me the car and the features I needed within my tight timeline and my budget. He seems to want to help the customer sincerely. If you do not trust a sales person, you may want to talk with him.I got free plane tickets to various destinations like Cancun, Hawaii, and New York, simply because I bought the car. This is a nice thing to have. The people who work at Bev Smith look happy and pleasant.There was no strong pressure to buy the car or a service plan.The dealer has an open space and good atmosphere, in case you care about these things. The rating for customer service is marked as N/A as I just bought the car and never had a chance to try the service department.

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. After negotiating back and forth on down payment and monthly payment, we gave them a check for the down payment and took pocession of the vehicle. Five days later, we were told that they did not have finacing and we needed either more of a down payment or a co-signer.After providing a co-signer, the monthly payments were almost $100/month higher than we had agreed on. Only after getting "loud" and threatening to not buy the vehicle did they honor the original deal.If you're going to buy a car here, check their internet price first, and be prepared to not have your phone calls returned.

We purchased a new Scion XA. One of the major factors in our decision was the Bev Smith "Free tires and batteries for life" promotion. This requires that all service be performed at the dealership. We reviewed the factory service requirements and decided this was a good deal. Only after we arrived for the 15,000 mile service did we discover that Bev Smith required much additional service, such as fuel injection cleaning (unnecessary at 15,000 miles), at an exhorbitant price. The factory required service is an oil change; the additional services by Bev Smith would have been more than $250 extra, or almost enough to buy our own tires.This was misleading at best, and fraudulent at worst, because none of this was explained to us when we made the decision to buy. They showed us one brochure which they say we should have received, but didn't. However, the expensive service is listed in yet another brochure which they do NOT give to customers unless requested -- and one has to know it exists to request it.We had a loud "discussion" about this situation just this morning. They offered nothing. I stormed out and will consider legal action -- not civil, but criminal malfeasance based on their deceptive practices.
