I would more than likely use someone else due to the amount of labor charges of 1074.76 while parts were only 267.13. Also I think it is unreal that you charge 30.00 for shop charges. I work in retail and we done charge our customers a charge to check out at the register. I have purchased several cars and trucks over the past 40 years from this dealership.

I had probably the best buying experience of my vehicle buying/ownership. Wayne, my sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in making my decision on which truck to buy. He was also very knowledgeable of the Ford truck product.

The Works including oil change and tire rotation was fine. Richard in Service asked if I wanted a wash job. I did. They washed my car and it shined again like new.

I could not have asked for better service, from everyone I came in contact with, at Big Country Ford in Brownwood. My salesman was Jodie Miller, he was great, very pleasant and helpful, but no high pressure to try to get me to buy. He was very patient, gave me plenty of time and showed me a good variety of vehicles to choose from. I am very pleased with the deal I got, I love my "new to me" car. It is a 2013 Ford Fusion. five star because it's the best Ford dealership in the central Texas area , best service around . The all around staff is friendly and courteous , fast and effieciant .ive never been to another dealership were they treat you like family . The service department they great you very friendly and kind , and they know their job well . Wouldn't go anywhere else and I highly recommend it .

When I was in a terrible wreck, that totalled my car, I was in great need of a similar vehicle. I had found my Expedition for an amazing price and so to find another for the same price was going to be challenging. I needed the insurance money to cover the cost of another Expedition. Due to my family size, a large car was greatly needed. Thomas Scull found me one right away and had me in a car just a few days after the accident at a price comparable to my other Expedition. I am currently shopping for a used car, and was encouraged to shop here when they have on their website "We will beat any deal in Texas on your next new or pre owned vehicle!". Well needless to say I found the car I wanted at their dealership and tried to get them to match the price from another dealership. They said they couldn't do it, even though the only difference in the cars was 3,000 miles (their car had 31,000 and the other dealership was 34,000). I am very disappointed in their service. And would not recommend working with them as they don't seem to be interested in working with the customers.
