If you are looking for a car that hasn't been gone over since picking it up from auction, this is it. I get it, a used car is a used car. I purchased a car from this lot expecting to put another 1500 into it, bring it up to reasonable shape for another 5 years. 8 months in I am right about at 1700. No fault of the lot, again a used car is a used car, just don't expect tip top running order off the bat front this lot. Don't visit the shop, many wrecked vehicles in the lot parking lot but I do not think that mine wasnt in the same category but was definitely in an accident. Again, used car, no gripe to the lot I could see it Looking set the car- I did buy it. Staff isn't very responsive, and will try typical sales antics, but show respect.

We went to several dealers and was turned down or told what car we qualified to purchase. Big Joes got me into the car I wanted with a reasonable down payment. The process was simple and easy had me in and out in an hour. I got my Acadia and I am excited. Please stop by Big joes they will work with you and any credit and they are honest people!!!

I was turned down by many dealers and told what car I qualified for to purchase. I wanted a truck and Big Joes got me into the one I wanted in less than a hour. Good experience with good people. Stop by and see Tom he will get you driving!!!!!

I am the person that wrote the previous review and I want to say everybody has bad days. We went back to this dealership and they couldn't be more accommodating and helpful. We got the issue resolved right away and would not hesitate to not only go back and buy another car but to recommend them to everybody we know! They truly do care about there customers and stand behind their vehicles. :)

We recently purchased a car from this dealership for my daughter. First I would like to say that the car was old and we understand completely the risks in buying an older car. With that being said we were assured the car was in good shape and well taken care of. Within 3 months of owning the car, we took the vehicle to a mechanic for a brake repair. When the car was put on the lift anyone could see that the frame was rusted out. The mechanic told us any reputable dealer would fix the repair and it shouldn't be an issue. We went back to the dealer and first said how much we liked them. (Yes they can put on the charm when needed to make a sale ) To make a long story short we were told it was not their problem, even though the person we were speaking to was the same name on the title when we signed it. We were told to speak to the owner. I asked for them to call him and was told he was at an auction and unavailable. Then was told all cars rust even new ones. We showed pictures of the rust that went completely through the frame of the car. Was told that that wasn't a big deal and it is fine. would pass inspection just fine. The mechanic who does state inspections told us the car would not pass. Now who would you believe? So not only were we lied to put also had car keys thrown at us as we were leaving. If I did not step back the keys would have hit me. This dealership preys on people who need help getting a car. Everyone is Approved is their way of getting you in. I understand that desperation when you need a car and have no where to turn. But you also should be treated with respect and not expect to have things thrown at you. They turn on the charm take your picture with you new car when you are relieved and feel like they actually care. But in the long run when you are faced with a dangerous car that could potentially harm you or others it is not worth the charm. There are other dealers out there that will treat you with the respect you deserve. Please take the time and look. Don't trust these people. They do not stand behind their vehicles. They love your money but could care less about you and your safety.

I can't say enough about the staff at Big Joe's. My credit is not good and these guys did whatever it took to get me in the car I wanted. They even have insurance there so it was one stop shopping. The atmosphere was as if I was with family and friends. I recommend it here for good credit, bad credit, anyone and everyone. My overall experience was excellent!!!!

Everyone at Big Joes auto was very nice, and they mad it possible for me to get a car they did everything they could especially tom. I had a 1996 Pontiac Grand am, now i have a blue 2006 Nissan Maxima and I loooooovvvvveeeee it. I recommend Big Joes Auto to everyone if your looking for a new vehicle.
