Vehicle was taken to the Quicklane for a battery light and service, alternator was replaced and maintenance service was performed in a timely manner. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They suggested some maintenance issues that need to be taken care of in the future- very pleased with the service at this dealership, I will return.

I had the most pleasant car buying experience with Bill Brant, both Cory and Chuck were extremely helpful and patient. I liked the fact that they were not pushy and explained everything in detail. The only downside was the facilities, it looks rundown and old, It would be great to have it remodeled and add some customer lounges while waiting.

I have one complaint, My rear window does not work properly. The end result was of course...thats not covered under your extended warranty that you purchased. I feel there should have been something they could have done, I will take my truck to Rio Vista Ford next time. I am 98% sure they will take care of it. Vehicle broke down. Had it towed to you over the weekend. I came in on Monday. It was warranty work. Originally I thought it might take 1-2 weeks. I was told shouldn't be more than a week. It was 9 total days. It's only been a couple of days since I received my vehicle back but everything appears to be running well again. So far so good. I had my oil changed at quick lanes and I was having some work done else where after so I asked them not to touch my breaks or tires, and also not to fill my windshield washer fluid since I'm living out of state and need the lower freezing temp one. The servicing I've experienced has been outstanding. I'm always pleased with the helpful attitude displayed by Rocky Osborn and, primarily for that reason, I continue to return. Also kudo's to Juan, (the Service Technician who took care of my Navigator on my last trip). He had concerns, after completing the work, about the rear hatch not properly closing. He brought this to my attention prior to me driving the car away. I checked it out and, sure enough, it was not closing automatically as it was supposed to. I eased his mind by assuring him that I was positive it would be OK. (as it turned out....after returning home and the "computer" had reset itself....the back hatch returned to normal operation.) BOTTOMLINE: It took it upon himself to advise me and NOT LETTING ME LEAVE thinking all was well. Please advise Juan that I sincerely appreciate his follow through. I count this in the "SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE" category.Jackson

Brought car in for normal service and warranty work - the warranty work was declined by the dealer but normal service work was fine. I was a disappointed that the wheel alignment was preformed by Big O instead of the dealership, as promised, but it drives fine. Work was quick and they are trustworthy.

I located this dealership on line as they had a CPO vechile that I was interested in. For the most part I had a very good experience. I must say though that Numan was AWESOME - he was very attentive over the phone, empathic, and helpful - he went the extra mile for me whenever I needed him too.I purchased a 2014 CPO Expedition - Kodiak Brown. I live in AZ and the vehicle was in CA so I had to completly rely on my sales person to convince me the car was it excellent condition. For the most part I was not surprised by anything when I received the car - it is very clean.There were a couple of hiccups, paperwork had to be revised and overnighted again, and then I had to go in to get a 90 temp plate as the title had not been sent to the MVD by the time I got the car.But overall if you are going to buy a vehicle unseen and be happy with your purchase I would recommend contacting Bill Brandt Dealership - ask for Numan!

My work vehicle borke down on the way home after a long day and commute, I had it towed to a local mechanic and lined up a temporary replacement vehicle until the next week when I thought the vehicle would be repaired.The next day the mechanic called to let me know that the engine had cracked two cylinder walls and the motor would cost over 4,000 to replace (for parts and labor).Instead of the repair I chose to visit the closest branded car dealership, Bill Brandt Ford, and found a 2013 Ford Fusion that I could afford that also got better mileage than the vehicle that broke down.From the salesman to the finance manager, and the rest of the staff at the dealership, I was shown respect, courtesy, gratitude, and saw they whole team work hard ensuring I got the best deal possible and closed the loan that day so I could keep working without missing any time.Best of all, after the sale I didn't end the relationship there!The staff called and emailed me several times over the next few weeks to make sure I was doing well, answered every question I had, and even reminded me to make a service appointment for an oil change (I told them how many miles a week I averaged commuting and they were correct in guessing that I was close to 5000 miles 3 1/2 weeks in!)So when my family's babysitter needed a new vehicle, we sent her to Bill Brandt Ford and she was treated to the same fantastic service when she bought her used car.Andrew T. What a surprisingly negative environment! Couldn't believe how sitting in the waiting room of the oil change department was such a heavy and anger-filled experience for my little girl and I. Two male staff members were arguing with each other, both with domineering voices, as my daughter and I quietly played with legos trying to uncomfortably ignore it. We just wanted to get the heck out of there. Definitely, NOT what I had expected from this local hometown company. An unfortunate experience for such a simple service. Now I hesitate ever going back.

I had, quite possibly, the best Service Advisor in the world. Edward was smart, funny, I'd go so far to say he's downright charming. A gentleman in the truest sense of the word. My car has never run better, and my A/C has never been colder. Easily the best coffee and the comfiest chairs I've ever seen.

Unfortunately, my car in is always in the shop. Dave in the service department has excellent customer service skills and always keeps me informed and Art drops me off and picks me up safely and on time. Feels like I have friends there helping me which helps with the stress of my car.

It can be uncomfortable for a woman to go to a garage or service area & we're not always treated with respect but Bill Brandt's Quick Lane is so warm & everybody so kind that it is a complete joy. Also, the convenience of a shuttle was so professional & the driver was wonderful. Bringing my cars there is always a guaranteed good experience.

Eddy, in the service office, was very attentive & helpful... He arranged transport for me and the service & brake work was completed in approximately 3 or 4 hours... I will continue to use Bill Brandt Ford in the future......

I have purchased vehicles from this dealership and from the same personnel since 1990. The service in 1990 vs 2014 is identical. The customer comes first. Buying the vehicle was easy and quick, with all people involved in the transaction, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything happened as it was stated, there was no lost time on our part. Mike was also very thorough in explaining the electronics and technology package to me and asked me to come back after I have had a little time to get familiar with things and he can show me even more cool features!

We thought our experience was a pleasant departure from the typical car shopping senario. When we arrived at the lot, we were " just looking", but were not made to feel that we were wasting the salesman's time. We were allowed to look around, check prices, questions were answered, a test drive was taken, we liked the car, we purchased the car. Kind of like the way it should always happen!
