To all of the great people at Bill Harris Auto Dealership, I want to give you my sincere thanks for helping me on Friday, April 29th, 2016 in making a big decision on getting my 2016 Chevy Cruze. Thanks to Scott, David, Jake, Tim, and everyone else who behind the scenes was involved with this process. Words just cannot express the joy I have in being able to drive and enjoy a new vehicle. This is the second time the Service Employees at Bill Harris Dealership have blown us away with the through service. Nothing but top notch from the minute you drop it off till pick up. Tim and Mechanic Dana went above and beyond for this customer! Will be getting more of our business in the future!

Over the years I've had many GM cars. A few years ago in our town we lost our Buick & Cadillac dealer, so I explored around our neighboring area to look for Buicks & Cadillacs. In nearby Ashland I found Bill Harris Auto Center who handled both cars. I must truthfully say I've been not only satisfied with the new 2014 Lacrosse but also amazed at the friendly interest shown me not only at purchase time but over a year later, I get e-mail reminders for complete service before and after, free car washes, special announcements, & even a Happy Birthday wish. Bill Harris is interested in my satisfaction--not just theirs!

I took my car in for a burnt out taillight and brake light. It had been out for a month. I also had a bent rim which I made them aware of. They made me wait for an hour and a half before charging me for a wheel balancing and trying to sell me tires. They did not fix my taillight and I had to take my car somewhere else for a simple light fix. They just kept trying to sell me tires when I had new ones and wouldn't fix the obvious problem. When I tried the file a complaint they were rude to me in regards to my concerns and tried to sell me tires again.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have been purchasing vehicles from the Bill Harris dealerships for many years and have always been treated with the utmost respect that a customer can receive, but this purchase was by far the best yet, great salesman, the complete sale from beginning to end went very quickly, which was amazing to me. I also enjoyed dealing with the finance sales manager he took the stress out of all that signing that one has to do during the finance part of purchasing a new vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership to any one who is looking for a new vehicle in the sense of no stress no hassle easy pain free purchasing.

I walked into the Bill Harris dealership with a purchase in mind and met with Gary Guemelata because I had purchased a vehicle from him before and liked the respect, honesty, and dedication to his customers.I was looking for a Dodge Ram 1500 4x4, didn't know if I wanted a club or crew cab, but knew it would be black or red, have a center console, with body color grille. After viewing some new vehicles on the lot, Gary, with the assistance of George Hitchcock got to work. They dug into the book, researched the computer system and came up with a Black, Ram 1500, 4x4, club cab that had most of the options I wanted. I took the information home and researched through the weekend. On Monday afternoon I stopped back at the dealership and talked to Gary, George and manager, Tony Hitchcock. Gary had researched and found the truck of my dreams, the Black, Ram 1500 Crew Cab Sport, with the sport hood, leather interior, and a 6'4" bed that I wanted. He felt after talking to me that I would want to get the Crew Cab and searched to find one in Dover. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of the sharpest truck in Ashland, Ohio. Tony, Gary, and George were a pleasure to work with. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is of upmost importance to them. We were looking for a vehicle that we could tow with our motor home using a tow bar. My husband checked the inventory online and saw the Jeep we purchased. We contacted the salesman that a friend/employer has dealt with and were pleased with the experience. We contacted Gary and we took the Jeep for a drive, then spoke to Tony and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. The finance part of the deal went well, everyone was very friendly and helped to make this a good experience.

We have had previous experiences at Bill Harris purchasing both new and used vehicles. Each time has been a positive experience and this one was no different. it is nice to be able to go to a dealership where you know that you can trust the saleman and be sure that you will get a fair deal.

Gene was very helpful in picking out the car I wanted. I said I wanted a car with all the bells and whistles and that is what he showed me. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the car I test drove and eventually bought. Manager Tony was also very helpful in giving me a good price for my trade-in and explaining his reasoning for the price. Also the girl who did the paper work (can't remember her name) was very good at explaining the documents I signed and the extended warrenty offers that were available. Great experience and good price for a new van.

My whole opinion has changed about the Bill Harris dealerships! An obvious change in management philosophy for the positive! All of the staff that we were involved with were courteous and helpful. I would have to say that this was the best vehicle purchasing experience that we have had. We were treated like we were their number one priority! Based on our experience, Bill Harris dealerships have already been recommended by us to others with the same outcome and opinion!

Had used this dealership service dept. for many years and have been very pleased. Was shopping for new vehicle and figured if service was as good as it is, then why not purchase a vehicle from them. The sales people were just as nice and personnal.

My family has dealt with this dealership since we moved here about 20 years ago. Every time is great. This was the first time ive bought a new vehicle from them and the work from the salesman was great. Although we had to get the vehicle from another dealership who was not cooperative, the hard work from our end was much appreciated.

The crew was friendly and personable the entire time I was at the dealership. Nate approached me while I was viewing the new Jeeps and introduced himself, while offering to answer questions. He maintained a professional and friendly composure the entire time. Nate instructed me on all the safety points prior to a test drive and answered questions during the test drive. I have to say that was the best new car buying experience I've ever had. The entire crew was friendly, everything was organized well from start to finish. I left there feeling like I was "taken care of", not "taken".

This was the first time I have ever purchased a new vehicle. The quality of the salesman was awesome. He took the time to thoroughly describe all of the features of the vehicle. We discussed all of my options and created a list of must-haves of the vehicle I wanted. Within the day, he was able to track down a vehicle with the specific color and package requested. He stayed within my requested budget for payments. When the car was ready for pick up, he took the time to showed me all of the features. Since I'm technology-challenged, he taught me how to set up the Syrius satellite radio, bluetooth and voice recognition features. All in all, David was superior. He was polite, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend Bill Harris Auto to anyone who prefers a car dealership with an unpressured atmosphere. Thank you!

We spent 2 solid weeks on-line and in-person trying to find a used minivan. After untold visits, test-drives and disappointments (outrageous prices, grinding brakes, engine lights on, low/bald tires and one still-tipsy salesguy!) we were quite pleased with our experience at Bill Harris. Gary Guemalata was professional, personable, well-versed in cars and very helpful. He took us out on different roads so we could see how the van performed on different road types and showed us all the features. We also met with many members of the Harris family and also spoke with their other experienced friendly, knowledgeable staff. We ended up buying the van and have driven 300 miles without problems. Thanks Gary and staff!

My mother bought a doge Journey in Florida, she lives there for 6 months out of the year. The dodge had some problems while still in Florida, and was eventualy fixed then she came home. She later needed service for her Journey, and visited Harris Auto Center. They took real good care of her, and even check for any recalls that may of been issued. Which they did find about passengerside door locks. She told Harris that they where replaced 6 months ago in Eustis. They told her that they probably put the same type back in, and it should be addresses. So they order the parts and did the recall in a timely manner. Most dealers wouldn't look that far since you didn't by it from them, but Harris did. Thats why when I saw this Dodge Truck on the lot that caught my eye I decided to deal on it. In my deal the truck had to be taken to an aftermarket rust proffer for rust, paint, fraric, and a sprayin bedliner. They did that even thou it took 3 days to complete the job. They brought back the truck and thats when er finnally finished the deal.

I LOVE the Bill Harris dealership and was not surprised when I stopped into the Chrysler dealership and got a warm welcome. Bob was great to do business with, all folks that work there are very friendly and always speak and make you feel like you are home. I have dealt with this dealership since 1995 I believe, always been treated right...They are a great bunch, treat women like humans...Love ya guys. Bonnie

Not high pressure from Aaron Harris, very good customer skills and vehicle knowledge, Aaron very friendly, made a difference. Price of vehicle was high, price for trade in seemed low. Believe in doing business locally-would like to see the dealer return that thought.

My car needed the radiator cap replaced. I have a very busy schedule and they worked around my schedule. My mother was with me, she does not get around very well. They allowed mom to stay in the car and came to us to do the replacement. They were very kind. Shirley Reeder

I have been doing business with the chevy dealership there for many years. Lost count how many vehicles in all I have bought there. My last is a HHR that is getting over 31 mph. I am saving over 185 a month on gasoline and expect to get better.I have had a problem or two along the way, disagreed with Bill many times. Walked away angry buy kept coming back. This purchase of my HHR was the best ever. Aaron Harris was the most professional sales person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Never lied or tried to push me into a sale. This kind of man is what America needs more of. My HHR is the best ride I have ever owned.Thank You all for being the way you are. Robert McQuillen

They scheduled the service appointment for me. They picked up my car and delievered it to my office parking lot. On the return the person took time to review what was done and why and what didn't need to be done and why. Before the appointment I received a call suggesting things I might want done on the car during the time it is in the shop.This is a great group to work with for buying or servicing a car. They have great internet support and stay in trouch vis emails and phone calls. After a service visit I always get a call asking if everything is ok and if I am happy with the service.
