Love our new Land Rover.....worth the wait. The Salesman spent a lot of time with us to teach us all of the great features of the vehicle, and went out of his way to deliver to us and set up a follow up session with a representative to help us get the most use of all the new features we aren't used to.Mike even got Jerry in the service department to put on our ski rack at a minutes notice, as I was not able to install it my self. So happy with our new Land Rover.

We purchased a 2015 LR4 from Mike Ryan. Mike was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He kept us informed about the status of our car (which experienced a delay in shipping), and after the car was delivered, he spent close to an hour with us (on a Saturday) helping us get acclimated to all of the features on the car. We highly recommend Mike and the Hinsdale Land Rover dealership to anyone in the market for a Land Rover/Range Rover.

My family and I drove up to the Hinsdale Land Rover dealership hoping to look at, test drive, and maybe buy a certified pre-owned LR4 about a month ago. They happened to have three I was initially interested in. After test driving all three, it came down to two. Our dealer, Mike Ryan, helped us weigh the pros and cons between the two cars and gave us the time and space needed to make our decision once we had all the information. With the decision made, Mike helped us maximize our trade in and completed all the paperwork in a timely manner. We were in the dealership from 11:30-6:30 with our two boys (7 and 10). Although our kids are well behaved, they are kids all the same. Everyone at the dealership was kind, considerate, helpful, and welcoming. Mike even made us aware of future Land Rover annual events that sound fun for our family. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish and we love our LR4.

The purpose of this review is to share the exceptionally superior level of customer service I experienced at Land Rover Hinsdale, particularly by the dealerships Centre Manager, John LaRock.I am a new customer to Land Rover, buying my first Range Rover Evoque 2.5 years ago from Land Rover Hinsdale. I love the look of larger SUVs and the feeling of safety and security that comes with driving them. After owning my first model year Evoque for 2.5 years, I experienced 2 separate very unique issues that greatly impaired me being able to feel safe and secure in my vehicle.I had contacted a few lawyers and asked what my odds were of trying to argue the lemon law. Realistically, the lemon law is enforceable for only 1 year after you purchase a vehicle, so I was thinking that I would have an uphill battle dealing with Land Rover Hinsdale and be caught in an absolute nightmare trying to return, exchange, or ever just plead my case to the dealership. At the time, I was 4 months pregnant and dreaded the thought of having already existing health issues flare-up while trying to resolve this. One Saturday morning, my husband and I went in to talk to John LaRock, Centre Manager of Land Rover Hinsdale, and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised by his warm reception and genuine care and concern for what we had experienced. John had all my documentation ready, thoroughly reviewed all service orders before my arrival, and immediately delved into discussing the exact issues we experienced in greater detail than just what the service orders reflected. He wanted to have a complete understanding of the scenarios I experienced so he could speak to Land Rover Midwest on a very informed level pleading our case on our behalf.The issues I experienced were so unique that the dealership had not encountered them before and were in talks with the engineers from the Land Rover factory overseas. I was ready to just walk away from Land Rover all together, but meeting with John and hearing his genuine concern for us actually changed my mind. After speaking with him, I was comfortable enough with Land Rover the brand, but just was leery on a first a model year vehicle going forward.John had us test drive any pre-owned certified car we wanted all week, and he struck a deal with us that was too good to refuse. We ended up exchanging our 2012 Range Rover Evoque for a 2012 Range Rover Sport. John could have sold the car we ended up buying to another couple for much more than we purchased it at, but his desire to make this right with us overshadowed his desire to turn a profit for the dealership. I am happy to say that we have been driving the Range Rover Sport for 5 weeks now, and we absolutely love it!! Land Rover Hinsdale has made a loyal customer out of myself and my husband. We absolutely plan on continuing our relationship with them in the future and highly recommend Land Rover Hinsdale to anyone looking for a luxury SUV. The comfort and security of driving a SUV pales in comparison to the comfort and security of having a dealership show genuine concern for their customers. I did not have much time to possibly put this transaction together and Mike Ryan kept in contact with me throughout the day answering my questions and making it inviting to take the 4 hour drive later that Friday afternoon to see the car and hopefully come to a purchasing agreement the following day. Horrible experience with their service department. The coolant level light was on indicating it was low and the tire warning light was on. I have a 7am appointment on Monday, and scheduled the appointment 5 days earlier. Drop the car off Sunday night so it is there on time. Wait all day Monday with no call. I call them at 7pm and leave a message. Call at 9am Tuesday morning and am told the car has not been looked at yet and cannot give me any info when it will be. I say that I had a Monday, 7am appt. and I'm told that is for them to do paperwork, not to fix the car. She will have the service advisor call me back. I call again at 1pm to check on the status. After being placed on hold, the man comes back asking if I'm calling about alternate transportation. I said I'm calling about the status of my car. He says it will be a few days. I tell him I will be there in 20 minutes to pick up my car. I arrive at the dealership and ask for my key and car. Joe comes out acting like nothing is wrong. First he says he called me on Monday, then he didn't get any of my messages. He will offer me a loaner car. I said no-give me my car back. Then he says what if he can get my car serviced faster? I say to him why aren't you doing that now. I walked out with my car. Will never go back. Too bad for them. We were considering purchasing a 2015 Range Rover at the end of the year. Probably will buy one and not from Bill Jacobs. Not under any circumstance. Poor service. I wish I could give them zero stars. One is too many.

I am brand new to the Land Rover brand. I couldn't have been more pleased on how I was treated though out the buying process. I was treated with respect and walked though the entire buying process. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. It was very clean and offeres all the amentities that one would want when pitching a new vehicle. Truly we stopped by the dealership just to test drive and see the car; it's location was convenient from work, but certainly not close to home. Shortly after meeting Dan Gallovitch and experiencing his professionalism, outstanding knowledge of the vehicle and ease to work with, we firmly decided that this would be where we purchased the car from. Then we met John Gavin in financing and the experience couldn't have gotten better. This team was not only professional and knowledgeable, but they certainly knew how to get things done. My experience with both of them left me more than confident that I'd have the same quality interactions with this dealership for all future needs with this car and any other vehicles we purchased with them. We will, no doubt, be purchasing from them again.

I was purchasing a car for the first time. John Gavin and Mike Ryan made this experience as easy as possible for me. In about an hour and a half, I walked out with everything I wanted and more. They took care of everything for me from trading in my old car to the financing for my new car. They were informative and the customer service was wonderful. I was very satisfied with my experience at Bill Jacobs Land Rover. My husband and I went to trade in my car and get a new LR2. Not only do we feel that we received a fair trade in for my old car, but the price on the new car was the lowest we had seen at any other place. We were happy with the service we received as well. Everyone was very friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. We were there on a Friday so it was not crowded, we did not wait around very long, and our work with Phil was up front. Phil Stallone was very straight with us and we did not feel like there was any back and forth so we knew exactly what we were working with. One other thing I would like to note is how knowledgable Phil was regarding the vehicles. You can tell he is specialized in the Land Rover line so he was able to tell us the aspects of the cars and was also able to compare the cars we were looking at to the other models. Overall, we had a very good experience and would come here again.

A great staff, well informed and passionate about their product and company. From being greeted at the door until they handed over the keys and thank me for the business it was like being with a group of friends. Jeff spent time explaining featires of the truck, then off for a spirited test drive ( a real selling point with great acceleration and performance). By the time we got back, Jeff (used car manager) had already prepared an estimated trade-in value making the price discussion easy and quick. While the car was being prepped, Donnie went through warranty options and financing. From start to finish less than 3 hours with a great group of people. Even after looking at a wide variety of cars, I keep coming back to Land Rover, as much for the people as the vehicles.

This was by far one of the most pleasant car shopping experiences I have had. I had called a few days before, to inquire about a car I saw online, and to see if they had a vehicle in their inventory that matched my specific requirements. I was fortunate to speak with Rachel who very patiently listened to me, and gave me detailed information back without being pushy or overly questioning me for information. She eventually referred me to Mike Ryan who has been GREAT to deal with. After our initial conversation, Mike was courteous, helpful, and was able to answer every single question I threw his way. He knows his stuff! Mike is working diligently to help me find the right car that meets my requirements. My experience at this dealership was pleasant, professional and non-stressful. Seldom do I remember everyone's name, however their's is worth remembering and referencing for future use. Each of them were dynamic in the capacity they served which is why I rated them with 5's.Mike was a very personable and detailed salesperson making sure I had a grasp of mechanical and technical usage of the Sports model that I wanted. How privileged I was to have his assistance. Not knowing which car I preferred out of two I was courteously given the opportunity to test drive the Evoque and Sports without hesitancy.The Dealership and it's staff made car buying for me a joy. Bill Jacobs Land Rover in Hinsdale was a great experience. My husband & I weren't sure what to expect walking into a high end auto dealer since we were looking at a used VW Beetle. We called ahead to see if the vehicle was still being offered for sale, they said it was, so we headed there from Indiana to take a look. From the moment we pulled ino the dealership, we noticed they had the vehicle pulled up and ready for test driving. As we entered into the building to meet with our Salesman Jason, whom we had spoke to on the phone...it was llike we were old friends. Jason was extremely easy to talk to & trust me we had alot of questions. We felt he was very honest & upfront. We then headed out for a test drive and Jason was awesome! He made sure we had plenty of time driving the vehicle, taking it on smooth roads, rough roads and open roads. Jason never rushed us or pressured us. Needless to say, we purchased the VW Beetle (which I absolutely LOVE!). It was a pleasant experience from the beginning with Jason to the end with the Finance Mgr Donny J. The entire process went smoothly. Instead of feeling awkward buying a lower priced car from a dealership that deals with a lot of high end cars..we were treated the same as if we bought a brand new Range Rover. I would highly recommend this dealer, they have a huge variety of cars/SUVs. Everyone was very friendly, not uptight. That was very nice!

We live in Columbus, Ohio and were in the market for a new LandRover. We searched the Internet and found exactly what we were looking for at Bill Jacobs in Hinsdale. We met Dan G. over the phone and he was first-class from the first discussion. We also had a trade-in of an existing vehicle that he was willing to work with us on from a distance. The entire time of the sale was less than 5 days and we were picking up our new LandRover and driving home. I am an employee of a bank and thought that I would use my own bank for financing with an employee advantage. Their financing team was able to get me a better rate than my own bank could. Donie took care of all of our financing needs and made the entire process simple and easy to understand.I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Dan and Donie! Thank you!

Fantastic experience buying a retired service loaner. Knew that this was the car we wanted going into the dealership, but the service and pricing made the decision to buy from Hinsdale very easy. I had the most pleasant experience every at a dealership. It started with a call to kelly.She offered great customer service over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership Mike the salesperson was waiting for me. He immediately offered refreshment and made me comfortable. He answered all my questions and concerns about the 2011 CTS. The test drive went very well. It was raining and they dried the car off and brought it inside so that I could get a good look. I met and spoke to Donnie the Finance person. I told him what I was expecting to paid. He advise that he would do what he can to met my payment. For a finance person, he was very personable and pleasant and again I felt very comfortable. The other employees that I previous met also continued to make sure I was comfortable and offering refreshments. We spoke about things other than cars. Donnie inform me of my payment and apr which was unfortunately was over my buget.Donnie continued to work on a better apr. Just when I thought it was over and I would not be purchasing the car because the payment didn't fit into my budget. John, the manager, (John Wayne is how I saw him ) came to the resue and was able to offer me a payment that I could live with along with insurance. WOW!!I have never purchased a car and felt like I was part of their family team. When it was all over I felt like a really knew them all. It was the best experience ever! What a great dealership.

There are a few reasons I went with Bill Jacobs Land Rover, but the biggest is their reputation for great customer service and staff. Well, I was not disappointed!!! My sales person was Ed Farschi, and I couldn't be any happier with the job he did. He kept in constant communication with me throughout the process and along with his Finance Manager, I was able to get an excellent rate. Both of them worked hard to get me the best deal possible from start to finish. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I strongly recommend you contact Bill Jacobs Land Rover!!!Scott

Jeff was fantastic. We were looking at used Range Rover Sports to buy or a new Sport to lease and Jeff helped take us in the direction of buying new. We had been in contact with several other dealerships and had been to at least one other. Put simply, this dealership experience was just better than the rest. Jeff allowed us to take as much time as we needed looking at different options and we never felt rushed or pressured. Once we made our choice he was excellent about getting us through all the paperwork smoothly and explaining everything we needed to know about the workings of our new car. He also gave us tips on making the most of our service warranty. The whole dealership has a great relaxed luxury vibe, no slick or fast-paced wheeling and dealing here. I would definitely recommend Jeff and the dealership.

We came into the dealer and we were greeted immdiately. We had a very nice, helpful salesman, Jing. The choices we had exceded my expectations. There were several options in our price range (pre-owned). Dave Ross introduced himself to us after a short while. He was very personable, very helpful and sincerely wanted to help us get the right car.He was easy to negotiate with and made us feel taken care of. A few days after we made our purchase, we had a small problem with the car, and Dave took care of us again. He was great about calling us, answering questions. When I took the car into the service department, Tim was also very nice. And Dave came and gave me a hug, and he took care of everything.The overall experience was great. I recently presented to Land Rover Hinsdale in search of a Range Rover Sport. Jung was very attentive to my needs and quickly showed me the new 2013 GT version, which I immediately fell in love with. He was extremely informed when it came to the car and politely answered all of my "stupid" questions. He was superb throughout the process from test driving the car, and being informative, to promptly returning my phone calls when I had questions prior to my decision to buy. I quickly decided to purchase the vehicle and he made the process extremely easy and worked for me above and beyond to help me obtain my first Land Rover. The process, although cumbersome due to Bank issues, was made easy and less painful by the team at Land Rover Hinsdale. Everyone at the dealership was polite and attentive to my needs as I completed my purchase. I have absolutely no reservations in my decision to purchase my first Land Rover at Land Rover Hinsdale, and most assuredly not my last. Thank you everyone...

I was looking for a 2013 Range Rover Sport at 4 different dealerships. This dealership impressed me the most. I found the R/R I was interested online and asked for someone to contact me regarding this particular R/R. Rachelle emailed me a few hours after I had submitted my online request. Other dealerships took 2 days to reply to my online request! We were going back and forth about every thing I had a question about. The hours at this dealership are so convenient. When I stopped in, Jeff had the R/R I was interested in out front. We took the R/R for a test drive and fell in love with it. The staff is so friendly at this dealership. When I was ready to purchase, I talked to Donie regarding the financing process. Donie was excellent at going through every single page. The price on the R/R was fantastic! Rachelle had price-matched another dealership's price and Jeff went even lower on that price. I was so happy about the price I got on my trade-in. Their prices are the best in town! Overall, this dealership gets a 10/10 on their service.

The team at the Land Rover Hinsdale dealership really made the purchase of the pre-owned vehicle I recently bought an enjoyable one. I am in sales and service in a different industry, so I am super-sensitive to being treated well as the client. I drive a 2010 Range Rover Sport. I had normal maintenance done on the car and Linda arranged for a new LR4 for me to drive so I wouldn't be stranded. Her thinking of things like this is why I keep coming back. When the car had an issue 3 days after this service call, I brought it back to the dealership as an emergency and Linda took care of it all. She showed great care for me and for the safety of the vehicle. She also didn't charge me for the return trip. This kind of client service breeds loyalty---big loyalty. Thank you for the great service, and thank you for Linda. Oh yes, and I LOVE the car....this is my third one!

Dan was great to work with. I ordered a new vehicle and he worked with me on price and kept me informed of delivery the entire time. He made the sale very effortless for me. The day I picked up my new vehicle, he set up the car for me with my personalized setting and really went above when we had to wait do to some complex finance situations going on with other buyers. Overall, the initial experience has been good.

Bought a 2006 range rover sport, had a wonderful experience, the salesperson ( Dan), and the finance guy(Donnie) were so helpful and really worked hard to get us the car we wanted at the best price. This is the second range rover I have purchased from this dealership and I must say that my experience both times was exempliary. I highly recommend Dan and Donnie, they will make the car buying experience stress free and enjoyable.. If Dan is not available, wait for him, I guarantee he is worth the wait..A bad salesperson equals a bad car buying experience, but a good, knowledgeable and courtious salesperson equals a wonderful car buying experience.

I have purchased multiple automobiles both new and used from Jeff. He has always been very fair and even keeled, as I have to be one of the more difficult buyers. Trade-in values seem to always exceed Car Max and other local dealers. We are now at a point that even if I am not buying a Land Rover, I call him and he finds me what i'm looking for.

Purchased a 2011 Range Rover HSE. Second vehicle that I have purchased from Bill Jacobs. Great transaction! Called ahead and the vehicle was ready and waiting to be test driven. Liked the car and Daniel offered it at a very fair price. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to compare and contrast it to both the 2006 and 2003 Range Rover's that I owned previously. All of the paperwork got filled out quickly and I was soon on the road in my new Range Rover. I would hihgly reoommend the dealership and Daniel.

Have a 2008 LR2 from this dealer and have previously owned a LR3 and Discovery from them as well. so i have purchased 3 cars over the last 7 years from them, not the mention thousands of dollars a year or servicing and even add on like tow hitch systems, racks, etc. I would assume that this makes me a good and valuable customer. But not according to Bill Jacobs philosophy I guess. Every time I call for service they treat it like I am causing an inconvenience for them. If you happen to need a loaner, then forget it, you are downright a pain in the ass to them and they let you know it. They are very rude, are not accommodating at all and sure know how to push the upsell. With my LR3 HSE, I had to bring it in 6 times for a leaking windshield. 6 freaking times for 1 issue before they actually did it right. Which should have been a sign to me that their technicians are crap. But I, like a fool, put trust in them and continued working with them. This last time i had to take my car in, they couldnt give me a loaner so they gave me a real cheap rental car and the service took 7 days longer than they promised. This means that i had to drive around in the cheap rental for an extra week..the kicker was, that when I picked up my car and paid $2100 for the service, I turned it on and the air conditioning and rear wiper werent working anymore. Nothing was wrong with these two components when I brought it in. now it was broken. so I had to pull it back into the service center and leave it again (they already had it for 2 weeks). Of course they couldnt see it right away, so they sent me away with a loaner. Then they called me 3 hours later and said they fixed it and I needed to get the loaner back to them by 5:30 (which was 1.5 hours away) or they would start charging me $100 per day!! When I explained to them that I could not make it back again that day, they really harassed me and gave me a hard time. Of course they closed the next day and day after so they were pissed that they couldnt have their loaner back that day... how about I charge them $100 per day for the 7 extra days they took to fix my car the first time! Basically they are rude, the technicians are horrible, they are not accommodating, they have no customer service at all and they will cost you money! Do yourself a favor and do not work with them. I have worked with them now for 7 years and it has gotten worse and worse over the years. do not shop there. if you want decent service go somewhere else. Also, when I bought my last one, the sales person was actually complaining to me (during the test drive) that he was pissed that he got stuck with me cause another client was buying a more expensive car and the sales person that was senior to him took that deal to handle cause it was more commission. I started with the senior guy and when the other client walked in, he dumped me off onto the new guy AND the new guys was stupid enough to tell me that anc complain to me that he was not going to make as much money from me. Run away. if you are going to spend that much money on a car, you should be treated well. dont work with them.

Although I live closer to the Hinsdale dealership, I bought my car through Naperville because the salesperson in Hinsdale was so bad - uninformed, ill-trained, etc. They agreed to let me service it in Hinsdale and I have never been satisfied. Linda in particular is the worst service person i have ever dealt with in any industry. She never fails to tell me that her salary depends on the score she gets on her satisfaction surveys. She constantly harangues us about when we're going to pick up the car (um, we work too, we'll be there before you close!!). She talks to me as if I'm nothing but an inconvenience to her. When I've had to go in and wait in their service area, the salespeople use absolutely offensive language as if they don't know customers might be waiting. I'm not a prude, but in what circumstance is it okay to use the 'c' word in a business setting?I've spoken to the dealer's service manager as well as to the regional service manager. They both tell me they can't imagine what might be happening since this dealership has such high satisfaction ratings. Really? I don't care - I'm telling you about MY experience. It's no wonder the individual service is so bad with leadership that cares so little. In fact, their "courtesy" license plate holders read "Hindsdale" - misspelling the town's name - and they don't care enough to send them back and get holders with the dealer's name spelled right? Or maybe they just give those to their "special" customers.....In short, I have stopped taking my car there. Life is too short and my money is too valuable to me.

I am thrilled with my vehicle and I will say their Service Department is truly fantastic. I actually look forward to bringing my car in. How many people actually say they enjoy or dont mind bringing their car in for service? I can tell you I have never thought that about any other car I have ever owned.Anytime I call, I am made to feel like the most important customer of the day. You cant plan car issues, sometimes things happen but Linda fits you in and makes sure she takes care of your needs.In the end I was sold a great vehicle, but they didnt just shake my hand and bid me a good day. What they did was pass me along to an awesome service department to keep me a happy customer. It makes me look forward to my next Range Rover with Bill Jacobs.

Worst dealership and managment ever I bought a certified 2004 Range Rover from this dealership along with there extended warranty. The Range Rover came with a 1 year dealership warranty. The Range Rover over heated after about 6 months of owning the Range Rover, which I paid to have the Range Rover towed into the dealership, waited a week and they said it was fixed. Went and picked up the Range Rover and on my way home the Range Rover overheated again and they told me to drive the Range Rover back. In doing so the motor was damaged and the dealer said it was my fault and that I had to pay $19000 for a new motor cause my warranty wasn't going to cover the damage. The General Manager (Bob) along with there service manager (and everyone else at the dealership) were extremely rude and didn't care at all about taking care of me. They are now trying to sue me for storage of the Range Rover along with work performed and the extended warrenty (which I paid $4000) will not cover anything on the Range Rover. Worst ...? We traveled one hour to see the one car we wanted to possibly buy. The test drive was fine and it was time to talk about numbers. Or at least we thought. The test drive was at 6 pm.After the salesman tried several attempts to basically try and fool us, they would not negotiate on the price of the car at all. What was on the sticker, was what they were willing to sell it for.If I was going to Carmax that would be fine, and I would expect not to negotiate. But thats not the point. Let me give you some examples, of how they tried to trick us.When they brought out a contract of the price that we did not agree on, we were still trying to negotiate. When my husband walked away, the salesman, pretended to "switch" the paper and then told me to sign this, it was what my husband wanted.I didn't, and of course, my husband was upset with that. Prior,when he was doing preliminary numbers and our interest rate was 6.5%, he tried several times to show us those numbers with a 11% interest rates(it didn't say a percentage rate) but we caught him when we looked on the computer screen).Then when my husband walked away again, the salesman asked me how much we were putting down.I heard my husband not 1 minute before he walked away tell him no. We literally sat there for 3 hours, of which about 2 1/2 of those hours, were waiting for something or another by ourselves. We asked for $600 off there sticker price, that was it, and we walked out at 9 pm at night with no deal.That's fine.They can sell the car for whatever they want. We totally moved on.5 days later we get a call from the salesman at 3 pm.He says that "he doesn't know what happened that night, he doesn't know why the deal feel through. What are you looking for?" Really he doesn't know what happened? He was right there.So we state what we want again, which is $600 off the price of the car. He says he will see what he can do. At 4 pm he calls back...okay, we have a deal.We had a verbal agreement. Great. At 5 pm we call them to tell them we are going to pick up the car now. This is 1 hour later than the the verbal agreement. He says that someone is test driving the car. (Hello? We had a verbal agreement)> He said he would hold the car for us. Then he says he is going to check what's going on. He calls 10 minutes later and says they are signing the papers for the car.How can they go from test driving to signing papers in 10 minutes? In my experience with them it took at least an hour to even get any paperwork going. They are liars. I am not saying that all car salesmen are the stereotype, however, these guys ARE the stereotype.This guy lied, tried to cheat, trick, and in my opinion, tried to take advantage as me, as a woman,everytime my husband walked away.It was a horrible experience, and I would never recommend them, or ever spend my money there. Be very careful with these people.

I went in to this dealer to buy a 2006 range rover sport. Unfortunately i had to deal with the worst sales person I have ever met.This jerk of a sales person never showed me the car that I came to look at. Was offering a different vehicle even a new one when I specifically asked for this particular vehicle. It feels like he does not want me to buy the car that I asked for. Somebody should fire this guy, just lost a business because of him

took my vehicle in for a regular servicing apointment and now 3 months later my truck is still in the shop! Service manager speaks to me as if I am a dumb blond and I have to escalate my concerns in order to get proper service. I have had to take my truck back every two weeks due to a check engine light that would not go off, but when I call back each time, the servicing department treats me as though I am causing the problem. I was under the impression that Land Rover had highly trained mechanics! My time is very valuable and yet this problem will not go away. Each time they find something different and for a few days the problem appears to be fixed but then the light comes back on again. This issue is really concerning me and I just want them to fix the issue. However, my time and mileage cannot be replaced and they are not doing anything to compensate me for either.
