First met Robert B. who was a great help in the service dept. Knew GT-Rs and was willing to help out to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Jorge was one of the GT-R mechanics and was incredibly helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of the car and understanding the health and performance of the vehicle. However, I tried returning to the dealership and it became difficult to contact Robert and otherwise find an appointment time when Jorge or another GT-R mechanic could work on my car--it seemed as though 1-2 days a week were all that was available, which simply doesn't work. Ultimately took the car to RS Auto Specialties who did great with the vehicle for the remainder of the time I owned it.

I want to complain about the terrible customer service I am receiving from this dealer. I purchased a brand new car, up to that point the service was very good, but just one week later the the driver sit came apart on the seam. I spoke with customer service, I sent them everything they asked, and so far he has not gave me any solution. Now they are not responding my calls or returning the messages I left on the voice mail. Now I am trying to reach the dealership manager to get an answer, let see how it goes.

Don't buy a NISSAN unless you can have your vehicle serviced any place other than Bill Seidle's Nissan.Also NISSAN doesn't offer car loaner service, WOW even HONDA provides you a loaner or transportation services. The negligence and incompetence is off the charts. Simple right ? took my car in for service 8/29/2016 7:00am. Returned to pick it up, neither the Service Mgr or Mechanic or Front desk could locate the car key. YES THEY LOST THE CAR KEY. I had to leave and pick up my spare key from home. Two hours later had to leave without the car. NEXT day 8/30/2016 7;00am spare key provided could not be programed because they had FRIED the computer system and complete car had to be reprogrammed. Awaiting new car part with new keys to reprogram the car. Meanwhile my time lost and no transportation is just well too bad.

After extensive research over a period of 2 months we narrowed our choice of New Car to 3 different models. Honda CRV Nissan Rogue and Subaru Crosstrek, all with the same options. My wife daughter and I tried all models and decided on the Rogue. We went to another ( Nissan dealer in Miami) before Bill Seidle. To make a very long story short. The first dealer gave us the runaround, increased an already agreed upon price and low balled the trade in by $1500.00. I told them up front I would walk if they pulled that crap. They did and I walked. I Called Raymond at Bill Seidle, asked if he had the car? Would he honor the price? Give me a fair trade? He said yes to all 3. We drove there and within 1 1/2 hours drove home in the new Rogue. His saleswomen "Elli" treated us with respect. Not once did they try to give us the runaround. 2 weeks later my son (23 years old) was going to get his oil changed at "the other dealer down south" . I told him he should try the service at Bill Seidle. He did and when he came home that afternoon said. " Man, what a difference. I will never go back to the other place". Thanks . I don't know who he dealt with. I am guessing that this dealership has a business model that respects and values their customers. I have lived in Miami for 42 years and this was one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with.

Braulio gave us a great deal but the bad experience surrounding the deal overshadows that. We waited 4 hours for the car to be washed/detailed. Car was given to us by someone other than our sales guy, who was no where to be found.. and the car was given to us dirty inside and out, smelling like coffee. They just sprayed stuff on the wheels to make it look "clean".. no instructions on the car.. nothing. Just.. "here are your keys". Was so tired of waiting with 2 little kids, just wanted to get home. Inspected car when I got home.. discovered a HOLE on the steering wheel. An entire week has gone by and I'm still waiting for the service department to give me the status on this part to cover the hole. Still not happy with this incomplete NEW car. Wish I can give it back and go home with nothing.

I had to returned vehicle same day of purchased to dealer.... I had a really bad and dangerous experience with the car and sales representative Claudio Suarez very disappointed... Radiator hose was dettached from the vehicles engine and I was stopped in the middle of the highway and had call the tow truck company to take the car back to the dealer. I really think this was planned by the sales person and the people from the dealer because the first car I choose to buy they had to changed it for the one I purchased, it was knock and the sales person told me I was wasting his time on changing the vehicle for another one told me to bring it the next day to the Service Department for it to be fixed.... How come I'm going to take a brand new car with problems and take it back for it to be fixed is he insane???....I already purchased another vehicle I'm very pleased and satisfied with my purchase at Braman Honda. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from Bill Seidle's Nissan.

I ordered a spare part on Saturday and was told it was getting there on a Tuesday. Wednesday called again and was assured the part would arrive Friday. Come Saturday left my car at 10:00 am and was called at 11:30 to please pick up the car because the part was not there. No explanation, no taking responsibility. The could not have cared less. As soon as I walked inside, Luis J. Gonzalez greeted me and offered his assistance. He showed me the car and we test drove! Luis was patient and provided excellent customer support. He was also very knowledgeable about the cars. Fernando I. Lopez helped me in understanding the financial aspect of financing the car and processed my paperwork moments after I test drove the car. He was very efficient and gave me a great deal. He also mentioned the graduate program but since my credit score was in great condition, we went ahead and financed using my credit. This was the best decision to start building my credit, so the financial advising was very helpful! Thank you to all the friendly staff at Nissan!

I went in on Sunday afternoon to negotiate the price on a used Altima, after several hours of negotiating on a car that had several body damages ( fist size dents on the bumper) we came to a final price that I was content with but like any good consumer I wanted to sleep on it. On that same day ( Sunday) I called before they closed and I said to them that I was going to take the deal. When speaking to the salesperson I offered to take in the check as a deposit and he said " it's not necessarily just come in tomorrow. Indeed the next day Monday, I went to finalize the deal and is brought to my attention that the Pre owned Manager ( Ramon B. Then) has the car in "body shop" fixing the dents, so he said if I wanted the car I needed to come up with $1000 more, even though the final price did not include any repairs on their part. Well, it's obvious to me that Ramon B. Then realized that the previous price was not a price where he could rip me off therefore, decided to use this excuse to cut the deal off and keep the car the rip off someone with less experience. I will not stop here, I will escalate this matter to the highest level possible to show my dissatisfaction with this specific dealership and manager in particular.

Vehicle purchased 7/20/2013, had to go back for numerous things:1. Dealership forgot to add taxes2. Forgot to provide antenna for truck3 8/23/2013 car starts jerking - waiting for response as of 8/25/2013.Overall, this is my second car purchased from this dealership and I have never had any issues with the Rogue I purchased. However, my experience with the second purchase of a 2013 Pathfinder has been a little frustrating at best. From my personal experience I can say that Bill Seidles Nissan is the best dealer to get any vehicle from. From the moment I contact the dealer I was treated like family. I was given the best customer service from Edwin, Gabriel and Andres it was like I had known them for years. Edwin made sure to find the vehicle to fit my needs and then made sure to get me to the best finance guy out there. Andres made sure I got to a pricing range I was comfortable with and never once left me with a doubt in my mind I was given the best of everything. Gabriel, ensured the whole process was smooth and the overall I got the best experience. I recommend anyone who is even thinking of purchasing a vehicle to come see them and I will assure you, you will leave with a vehicle and happy about the whole experience.

I made a payment of my last car lease and they "forgot" to send it to Nissan Finance and three months later I was reported to the Credit Bureau and may account was placed with VITAL RECOVERY SERVICES for collection. I feel so frustrated and I'm very disappointed, the customer services is really BAD. I've sent my monthly payments to Nissan on time and now I am in troubles because of them.So please keep away of this Dealer, I won't do more business with them.BTW : I had to go to their offices, they don't answer the phone.

My husband and I felt extremely fortunate to have met Mr. Omar Casanueva, whmo we both consider as the best car sales representative ever! He was very friendly from the moment we entered, did not act "pushy" as many other salesmen tend to do. He was ready to answer any questions we had, gave us suggestions but let us decide. I was greeted by Luis Gonzalez, one of the salesmen at Bill Seidle Nissan. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the Nissan Maxima. Although I am a previous Maxima owner, I knew exactly what I wanted. He showed me the new features of the car, explained the mechanics of certain functions and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. He was beyond helpful. Although they did not have the car in the color that I wanted, he was able to get it for me the next day and my purchase was final. Everything went well at this dealership for me. The provided excellent service, with a professional attitude.

Dropped almost 30K cash on a vehicle. When it was time to deliver the vehicle the salesman did not have both keys. Of course he didn't tell me this until he had my money and the car was paid in full.To make a long story short, it was a mission to get a second key for the vehicle.I have purchased many vehicles in other parts of Florida and never had a bad experience, these car folks down here in Miami need to learn to be transparent and they will sell many more cars.These folks are not service oriented at all. If they are going to owe you something, GET IT IN WRITING!!!

First word that comes to mind is amazing. I have a 2011 Armada with only 325 miles my entire ac system got contaminated and damaged my ac as you can imagine I was really upset at this happening to a brand new car. I have owned Mercedes and Lexus all my life the attention and personal interest the Bill and Ariel took upon my issues was like I said at the start amazing. Even though I was very frustrated they made me feel as like they like to say a part of the family. A million thanks to the billseidle service team bill and Ariel thanks a million you have earned a customer for life...

Bought our car in May and took it in for an oil change in June, (I drive a lot for work). When I left there was a rattling noise coming from the air conditioner. I called and told them that I would need to bring it back in for this to be fixed but would be out of town until May. I could live with the noise till then, it sounded like a leaf in the air conditioning. I brought it back on August 22 for another oil change and to have them fix the noise. They would not even look at it without charging me!! I was told I need to pay them, fix it myself or pay someone else. The guy had a horrible demeanor and I will never go there for service again and will tell everyone I know not to go there for a car or service. Very disappointing. If they want to help and fix this problem I would be flat to edit my rating, until then this is it.
