A abnormal way of purchasing a vehicle, made like I was working with them in person! I bought a Audi from this dealer this past summer from Maine. They assisted me with the steps from buying all the way to transporting the car across the Unites States. The two salesman Kris and Serjio did a excellent job keeping in contact and responding to my requests. I am very satisfied with the honesty and professionalism this dealer has! Bought a very clean 2013 Silverado from Lee. I had communicated with Lee for about a week and he was gracious enough to send photos of the engine compartment and under carriage to me as I was coming from 3 hours away. We were asked to look at Blade Chevrolet vis Costco. My first visit with Jacob went well with an understanding that upon my return with my wife there would be 3 Silverado pickups to look at. When I returned Jacob only had one on the property to review so I asked for another salesperson. Josh did an excellent job being sure I understood all phases of my my purchase but failed to say there was a $150.00 fee on top of tax and license when finalizing our agreement.I would recommend Josh to anyone who is interested in buying from Blade.

I have purchased three pickups from Blade over the years. On each occasion I was fortunate to deal with experienced sales personnel. I met with Joseph on two occasions. Once looking at the inventory and the next time to try to work out a price and find the truck I wanted. At the outset of my looking I told Joe I did not like high pressure and would like a price that was fair. Joseph exceeded my expectations on working with me. Unlike a lot of sales people he listened. I have been in sales for over 40 years and appreciate someone who listens. Joseph answered all my questions and concerns for the purchase of my vehicle. Joseph worked with Juan Ibarra to find the truck I wanted and worked for half a day to get it located. Going the extra distance is important to me in dealing with people. That is one of reasons I gave the sales team of Joseph and Juan and exceeds expectation rating. All concerns were addressed and solved to my great satisfaction. This is the reason that I will continue to purchase vehicles and use Blade for service.

i was pricing 6 different rigs at the same time. This is our 2nd purchase from Blade Chevrolet in Mount Vernon, WA. Our first purchase was a 2015 Chev Silverado. They made the buying experience as quick and painless as possible. Their Finance person knows what he is doing to the "T". The 2015 was just totaled in an accident, so I was replacing it with a 2016 Silverado. Due to the great buying experience, we actually ended up purchasing two vehicles on the same date instead of the one I originally came in for. My daughter took me to the dealership to purchase the new 2016 Silverado, and she ended up trading in her Chev Cruze for an Equinox. Again painless process.

Dotan Bershon is the salesman that helped my wife and I and he was excellent. Dotan was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out which new car would suit our needs. We were looking for a car that we would be able to tow behind our motorhome with 4 wheels down but would also have all the features we wanted in a car for everyday transportation throughout the rest of the year, and we found all of that in the 2016 Chevy Sonic LT. Dotan spent hours with us, was very knowledgeable, and was not the pushy type of car salesman we expected, instead he was very easy going, like a friend, and made us feel very comfortable which is why we ultimately purchased the Sonic from Blade Chevrolet. Another thing we appreciated is that Blade Chevy offers a free, full drive train warranty as long as we own the vehicle, which no other dealer offered. We will definately to do business with them again in the future.

My wife and I were just beginning the process of looking to replace our 2007 Dodge Ram. Blade Chevrolet was suggested to us by a friend who has traded with Blade for a long time. When we visited Blade we met Konan Kohut. He found us a pre-owned 2015 Dodge 2500 that met all of our requirements. Konan gave us no pressure service and was a great help. I really appreciate the no haggle pricing at Blade. The sticker price was their best offer. This is a much better way of buying and selling vehicles. The whole experience was pleasurable.

I am late inputting in this review, however, Blade Chevrolet is one of the Top dealers in the Seattle area and let me tell you why! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD and it is everything and more then what I expected. Joe was an awesome salesperson that was attentive to me needs in the search for the right vehicle. I love this truck I enjoyed working with Joe - Salesman, Eric - Finance and Juan - sales manager so much, that I came back and bought another vehicle in December for my daughter. It was a 2008 mini with 64000 miles. One month after buying the vehicle the motor self-destroyed when the camshaft chain broke. The repairs bill was to be 12,000 dollars; this was well above the amount I paid for the car. My daughter had the car in California while she was attending school; I was at a loss on what to do, especially when the dealer in California said I had no drive train warranty? So, I called warrant forever and they told me they would not cover the loss that Blade would be responsibility since; I only had the car for a month. Now what? So, I then drove to Blade Chevrolet and spoke with Juan and Joe they immediately said let us make some phone calls not to worry that we would get this taken care of. They sent me to the service department where I met Tom the Service Department manager, who then took charge of the situation. He guided the repairs and interfaced with the dealership in California, removed all of my stress. Ending result, motor replaced, rental car for my daughter and many phone conversations where he updated me regularly on the status of the vehicle and answered many of my questions. I am a customer for life. Thank you all for standing behind your product and services. Drive to Blade and see for yourself!

I am from Maryland and purchased a 2016 Cadillac through USAA. While searching for a vehicle within the specifications I wanted, the car Blade had listed had just been sold but Konan Kohut reached out to me right away and told me they were in the process of obtaining a similar vehicle. This one also wasn't quite what I wanted and he called me back within a couple of hours to tell me they found what I was looking for and was willing to sell it to me for the same price as the original one. Konan was very helpful in assisting me with the transport process and the registration of the vehicle. While there were a few unexpected glitches along the way which were outside of their control, he stuck with me until the car was finally delivered to my home and Blade was honorable regarding the things they could not take care of in their shop. In the military we call that "going above and beyond the call of duty". In today's climate too many companies will take the money and run, leaving you on your own to figure it out. I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a car anywhere in the US. Thank's Blade for your service.

I am from Alaska and bought a 2016 3500 pickup on my way home from snow-birding in AZ. Blade expedited getting my box coated and putting on my accessories. They didn't charge me to take some accessories off my old truck and helped me take the camper off the old truck and put in on the new one. The camper exchange had problems. My jacks wouldn't go high enough to put it on the new truck. They had 3 of their employees and 2 fork lifts at my disposal to get the camper on and had to send someone to the local lumber yard to get materials to shim up the box. The sides on the new truck were higher than my old one and the camper wouldn't fit.. They didn't charge for the labor or materials. It was greatly appreciated. There was no way I could have done it myself. When I got home, I noticed they forgot to put an electrical outlet on as part of the camper package. Also,I had paid Blade for license and registration as part of the deal. When I tried to get temporary plates here in Alaska, I had to pay the fees over again to get them. It just took 1 phone call to Juan to get the two matters resolved. I took the truck to a local Chevy Dealer to get the electrical outlet in and Blade paid for it. A few days after the phone call a refund check showed up in the mail for the license plates. Their service was the best I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. BTW I am 62 and have bought quite a few vehicles over the years.

I was a little nervous to go "shopping" for a car as I hate the haggling and feeling pressured to buy it for a certain price. The moment I got there it was a great experience! Dotan came out and greated us with a very friendly attitude and told us about the vehicle. we took it on a test drive and after about 15 mins with him he felt like a family friend that was just helping us make a good purchase. I was going to be trading in my vehicle and he made sure I got a great deal on it so that I could get the new truck for what I wanted to pay. I never felt pressured or that I had to haggle to get the price I wanted. After I left the lot I felt that we were treated fair and like a friend instead of just a sale. Josh was very low pressure and very professional. Found the truck I wanted online. Went and looked just before closing on a Friday night. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the picture, and was exactly as described online. I was given all the time I wanted and wasn't rushed at all, even though they were very busy. Joseph was very helpful and wasn't pressuring at all. I found Blade Chevrolet online thru Cargurus.com. Blade had a very nice used Mustang for sale with low miles. After inquiring about the car on Cargurus, I was contacted by Kevin Sampson. He was very nice, professional, informative and best of all, he didn't haggle or hassle for a deal (huge plus). Communication was excellent; he replied to emails, voicemails and messages within a bussiness day, though usually in a few minutes. I flew in to Bellingham, Wa and stayed the night at a hotel there. Blade came through and picked me up from the hotel free of charge (just awesome). Kent was my driver, he was very nice and made the trip to the dealership quickly. When I arrived at Blade, I was met by Kevin, reviewed the car and started on the paperwork. We had already started the financial process online days before, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time there but I was in and out in 45 minutes. All in all, I would recommend Blade to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle there. One additional thing, they offer a lifetime powertrain warrenty, this made the deal that much more enticing. I came in with my husband to buy a car. We knew what we wanted we just needed to test drive to be sure it was the SUV for us. When I pulled in there was zero available parking, so I drove straight to where the car we were looking at was parked. After we opened the car up to check it out no one came out to bother us. I was actually nice to not be stocked by a salesman. When I was ready (13 mins later) I called the dealership and asked if he had keys. Off on our test drive, the car spoke for herself and we drove her home. The next car we buy will be from Blade again because they showed me and my husband they are there to sell cars but they truly care. I have never seen a laid back dealership. Blade is it.

I hate buying cars for one reason---pushy "sharks" that circle you with fast talk and slick hand shakes and bring you into that enclosed office space where you can smell their breath thirsty for your blood money! Okay a bit dramatic but that is how I have felt in the past. ---NOT ANY MORE! My husband stopped by Blade after much thought for months about car buying. Joseph was our dealer and he was a JOY; NO PRESSURE; I mean NONE! He was so delightful; and put us at ease immediately with his peaceful desire to find what we wanted! Guess what---within minutes he found the car we loved---in 2 hrs we were driving away! I generally dread going to car dealerships, I feel that they are a neccessary evil to purchasing a new vehicle. My experience with Blade Chevy was surprisingly pleasant, Konan Kohut was the salesman working with me, he let the vehicle sell itself, which it did, he was available to answer all of my questions. He helped me to feel comfortable with the new technology. On the way home, I got a warning light for my tire pressure system, I took the truck back and Chris DeRosa, checked it immediately to determine if there was a bad sensor, which there wasnt, just one tire slightly low, back on the road in no time. I have lived in this area for 60 years and have alway heard very good things about Blade Chevrolet and now I see why. In 2009, I purchased a vehicle from a competing chevy dealership and swore I would never go back. I am very happy with my new truck and my Blade Chevy experience.

Two Saturday's ago, my wife and I went to buy our first car as a married couple. Things started off good. We test drove the car we wanted and arrived with our own financing at 1.99%. The dealer convinced us to wait to see if they could beat our financing. 7 1/2 hours later we finally left with signed paper work in hand and a loaner car, since our car was at another dealership, at a 1.99% rate. I had asked the sales person if the car we bought could be sold to someone else, and he said, "No," because the GM system shows this car as being sold. Monday evening we got a phone call from our sales rep with some bad news. The other dealership had sold our car to someone else. His solution was for us to pay $4,000.00 more for the same car with a sunroof, or a car of a different color, which we specifically did not want, and had told them this several times during the buying process. At this point we told them, "No. We want the car we bought." We also offered to pay less for the grey car. Our dealer said this would not work for them because they would lose profit. Tuesday they called us to report that they were trying to get the car with the sunroof but didn't know if they could. We didn't hear from them on Wednesday or Thursday. We received a call on Friday saying that they had the car, so we drove back up to Blade to re-sign the paper work. We did end up with the car we wanted, with the sunroof, for the price we paid in the beginning. We agreed that they would install the leather seats and have the car delivered to us the following Saturday. While at the dealership we heard their story about how hard it was to get the car, even though we had found several cars in the area at other dealerships. While waiting for the leather installation we received no updates. We finally called Blade on Friday afternoon at 12:30pm and spoke with our sales rep. He said that the car was done and it looked amazing. He said that he had contacted a driver and the car would come on Saturday, or even Friday night! That evening we made four phone calls to the dealership with no reply. My wife left a voicemail. Finally we spoke to a different sales rep and he said that our sales rep was with another customer and would be for an hour to an hour and a half. He said that he'd let our sales rep know we were contacting him. When the car finally arrived, the driver was not friendly at all. In fact he seemed really annoyed when I asked him a bunch of questions about the car. He told me to read the manuel to find out. Most new cars you buy come with a full tank of gas and we had just under a half tank. Maybe Blade doesn't offer this type of service. We made sure the loaner car was full of gas before the driver came. The driver also said that they lost our 2nd key to the car and we had to called the dealership to get a status on the key. It's been three days and we have not heard from the dealership. We feel very disappointed about the lack of customer service. For us, buying a new car was a big deal. But to the dealer, it seems that our business was not important at all. At the very least, they should have done a better job keeping us informed of the status of the car, and its arrival. And, offering a different car for more money was really uncomfortable and scary. We were shocked at this because Blade has a long history and good reviews online. What was supposed to be a fun and exciting purchase turned into a nightmare. In the end we did end up with a car that we paid for, and so we were not financially taken advantage of. However, the dealership failed to treat us like valued customers, and we still have not received our 2nd set of keys.

That was perfect since I needed to be in Sedro Woolley by 2. At 1:55 I had to ask the service desk when my car would be finished. She informed me that my car was in the wash bay. It would be done in 5 minutes. Then a gentleman piped up and said an oil change is normally 1:15-1:30. I said, that's not what I was told. Then the lady proceeded to say it took longer because they had to "run out" and get my wiper blades that I requested. Had they informed me that it would cost $60 for my wiper blades and that it was going to be another 15min to "run out" and get the wipers, I would have kindly said, "don't worry about it".Their communication to their customers needs a little help.

I greatly appreciated Kevin for helping me. My car was having a minor issue so I thought and it ended being an unsafe vehicle to drive. I needed a new car and fast. I always knew what I wanted my next car to be so off I went in search of one that was in my price range and I did. My 2012 Terrain who I affectionately named Boy Blue online at Blade, I called was transferred to Kevin and he went above and beyond to help me with me car.I literally was needed a car fast after driving a rental for a week and having my previous car unsafe. I live about 3 hours away and I can honestly say I have never had such an easy experience with a dealership. I even stopped at a dealership in Everett who had the same car. It was also a good deal less mileage but $2000 more. I couldn't afford that and they refused to beat Blade's price. EVEN after they gave me paperwork that read JUST TO BEAT BLADE on the top of one of the sheets. To say the least the other dealership couldn't beat Blade and I got a new car that day. Unfortunately the bank was closed and they couldn't receive the check so the next week that had a driver come pick me up all (ok maybe 2.5hours). And he was a very delightful gentleman who was pleasure to meet.All in all I recommend this dealership, I had to even drive up for an oil change and they gave me gas to get home. I greatly appreciate the men who helped me and the other dealership whose attitude had changed immensely after they realized I wasn't I wasn't a ditz and had done my homework on how to buy a car. I will definitely be going there with my next car with Kevin, the first time.

When i got my car back i noticed that there was a noise that i had not heard before. After further investigation i found a bolt had not been tightened down. Had to take the car back the next day. They did take care of it in a timely manner plus gave me an oil change voucher. I also received a 5% discount the next time i came in to have work done.

I had been casually shopping for a commuter car, when I saw a nice 2014 Mustang on Blade's lot. I don't like the high pressure sales approach that many dealers employ. Casting apprehension aside, I stopped to see the car. The salesmen at Blade gave me plenty of "space". I must admit, dealing with Blade was one of the best car buying transactions that I have expericenced. There was no pressure. I needed a couple of days to convince myself that this was the car for me. No problem. They were understanding and very helpful.I will certainly consider buying another vehicle from Blade when the time comes.I recommend them highly.

We of course ended up buying a 2015 Chevy Silverado. The dealership is honest and friendly and gave us the time and space we needed to make a choice. What drew me to Blade was knowing it was a amity oriented dealership. They're closed on Sunday's but we were able to go and view the vehicles. Drove through to see inventory and was helped by Steve who took my information and never called with truck information. Returned a week later, was helped by Dotan. Found a truck we liked, we passed on deal due to not able to come to terms. We had to continually call back since no one could take the time to call us. We did go to another dealership and came to great terms, proceeded with process, Blade sent our truck to Oregon since they found out it was for us. Thanks to Blade we now have an additional 500 miles on a brand new truck. This is a spiteful dealership who was so upset because they did not want to work with us they ruined our truck.

I have had to change my appointment for both cars for safety recalls and just service several times. I understand the difficulty it causes and have explained this to the Service Manager, Chris Bailey, and he has been more than wonderful working with my issues trying to get my cars into scheduled appointments. Just purchased a used 2009 Chevy pickup from Blade. I greatly appreciate their low pressure approach to used car sales. I dealt with both Joe Lotze and Lee Hornbeck. They were happy to show me the vehicle, let me test drive it and discuss the vehicles specifics and even gave me a copy of the CarFax before I asked for it. At no time did they push me for the sale or try to get me to move up to a more expensive or newer vehicle. I purchased an new travel trailer from their RV center a year ago and had the same experience there. So I'm left with the impression that it a general dealership approach and not just the individual salesmen.

It's disappointing that we have the ability to take our vehicles to any dealership for service such as oil changes, but only the dealership we purchased our vehicles from will honor a loaner car. It will definitely affect whether or not I bring either one of my vehicles to Blade. I don't have hours in the day to sit in the waiting area for my vehicle to be serviced. We went to Blade to see an advertised truck. We told them we were considering changing from a 2013 motorhome, 1999 pickup, and 2007 car, to a 2011 Silverado pickup, a new car, and a new RV trailer. We hoped recovering investment from these three would cover the three new vehicles. Eric Adams was just the right guy to show us the truck because he had one similar and could tell us many details that we needed to know. He said they had just received a 2015 Subaru Forester (used but with only 200 miles on it). The RV side of Blade had the trailer we had selected from considerable study of several makes and models. So our shopping list was complete. All the sales guys worked together to get us the best combined deal even though it was a bit short of our goal of an even trade. Delivery was as agreed, and all went smoothly except for one set of keys that somehow got lost. Things happen. We were pleased with the outcome and expect to enjoy our new toys for many years. All the people we worked with were courteous and we would certainly recommend this dealer to others.

My wife and I have just purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado High Country from Blade Chevrolet. This is the 5th vehicle we have bought from them. From the first time we went to this dealership (many years ago) until present day, we've always been treated like we are part of a family and not just a customer there pressured to make a purchase . The staff from the sales department to the service department are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We've always found from the onset they want to make everyone that arrives, feel welcomed. First of all we were drawn to Blade Chevrolet because they are able to get their work done in six days per week rather than seven. I think this honors both God and their employees. As an old guy, I've learned the value of the word 'enough'. In this case 6 days is enough to get the job done very well and still leave time for other things. My experience on their car lot was that they were there to help but gave me space to look around and check out their inventory. Josh showed me several cars and pointed to an unusually clean, low mileage car we finally bought. He knew it's history, very informative. Throughout the negotiating process they were pleasant and not at all pushy. Overall I would say that it comfortable and pleasant experience.

Bought a car, to be delivered and they screwed up everything from delivery to paying taxes on my car. I was stuck with paying a $3000 tax fee when I registered because they dropped the ball. I even called them and they said everything is good. It seemed like after they got my money they didn't care about the details. Everything up to the point of sale they were awesome. After it was not so awesome and actually quite frustrating and expensive on my part.

Zane and then Steve were wonderful; so was their "IT Wizard". I bought a used car with very low mileage and was very pleased. I did find one issue after I had left and I am waiting to find out the best solution. I am also trying to program my radio and can't figure out how to get rid of the stations that the former owner set. Overall, I am VERY pleased and quite happy. I am amazed at how great of a team Blade has. 13 years ago they sold me a great 2001 cavalier that was a great car for me. It was really hard to give it up when It came time to replace it. After three long days of research on the internet, getting overwhelmed with all the other used cars out there I went to Blade. I should have started there first, my last car from them was so great. When I finally made it, all my questions were answered. Kevin took the time to help me find a car that was right for me and in a price range I could afford and live with. He stayed over an hour late to finish paperwork, and since I just came from work my old car was full of cardboard I was taking to be recycled. He even recycled the cardboard for me there so I didn't have to make another stop on my way home. Way above and beyond. The next day when I stopped back by to drop off a second key for the cavalier I had traded in, I was helped by Juan who informed me, Alex was able to get a lower interest rate for me. These guys are the best team I've worked with even better than the first time I bought a car from them.I love my new car it's perfect for me. Thanks guys your awesome.

This is my second trip to Blade Chevrolet, Roy Mureno helped me both times. A couple of months back I bought a Monte Carlo from Roy, I decided I really wanted a truck, went back and talked with Roy, he was very helpful and understanding, his first priority was to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. There I met Their Salesman Roy Mureno and found him to not only be very helpful but very informative about the vehicle I was interested in.I did buy this truck and a few days later I discovered that I couldn't program the stereo. Went into blade to look at a car we had seen for sale online at there website. Got there instantly greeted us and went for a test drive. Got back with full intentions to buy the car. When we sat down he asked for our information. Walked away to talk to financial clerked came back with a price. Had printed out the exact same car that was down in renton at Good Chevrolet that was almost $3000 cheaper.He the left us again not saying anything. Came back with print outs telling us how his price was still better. Which was out of our price range. He pretty much said well that's the price! So we left drove to the park next to the Skagit ten feet down the road. Called Good Chevrolet ask what they would sell theirs for. Which was with tax $2,100 cheaper and the sales tax there was a percent higher. Drove down to Good Chevrolet that day and got the car for $2,000 cheaper then blade offered. Plus the car in Renton was better taken car of when we looked in side for the first time. On top of the fact that Renton car only had 17 miles on the car compared to the 101 at blade.

My transmission on my 2009 Chevy Malibu was acting up. I brought it in to your dealership to be looked at and found out that it was going to need a very expensive repair due to the warranty expiring only three weeks prior. Jason, my service adviser, went out of his was to get 90% of this repair covered by GM even after the warranty had expired. This kind of service saved me thousands of dollars and has renewed my faith not only in GM but your service department, that they stand behind their product and service to the customer. Had been to multiple dealers wanting to trade my jeep. They would only offer what fair condition was for it. My jeep was in mint condition but the other dealers just told me that all trade ins are considered fair condition and would only offer me 4500 but Kelly blue book was 7500. So then I went to blade because they had the car I wanted. Lee was awesome I told him what I wanted for my jeep and he got it done none of the back and forth stuff. When we got to the financing part we hit a snag because most banks were closed. But they were awesome they let me demo the car a couple of days till the banks were open and got me a great rate. Normally I hate the car buying process foothills Toyota for example insulted me on my trade in value then when I told them no thanks on getting hosed they told me that I obviously did not want to buy a car and wasn't serious enough. But I guess foothills was right because three days later blade Chevy hooked me up with a much nicer car at a better price. The great thing also was after I bought the car I found some things missing such as the extra smart key, sunshade and manuals, when I asked they were able to round them up from the previous owner which saved me big. I had been in the market for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Lt for several months. Getting me to visit a dealer/showroom was not something I had any desire to do. Past history. After making the rounds in Bellingham and finding nothing of interest, I emailed Blade Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon to see if they could help. Lee Hornbeck immediately replied with exactly the vehicle I was looking for. Even the right color.! Even better was the price. Wow. The wife and I stopped in a couple days later and were graciously shown the truck, given a test drive and had the details of purchasing explained. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Everything was right. So, we did purchase the truck and drove it home. Our visit with the Finance Manager (Eric Lootens) was very positive experience. We had hoped to take a small loan to finance a part of the purchase, and was pleasantly surprised that a very low interest loan was available. So we kept our money in our investments, paid a small down payment, and are currently making monthly payments. This is keeping our investments paying. And, we have this nice new truck. After purchase, (I believe his name was Kevin, sorry) Kevin showed us all the 'bells & whistles'. Boy, was I in need of some instructions. He walked us through the transmission shifting, the radio (even programming a couple stations), the 'OnStar' (made the initial call with us), and was understanding with our sense of being overwhelmed. The truck was washed, vacuumed and filled with fuel for us before we left. Thank you to everyone at Blade Chevrolet. I love the truck. Greg I am heading back on Monday for the first (free) oil change.

I was in the market for a new or lightly used truck. I had looked around at several other dealerships, but hadn't really seen any quality used vehicles I was interested in. I found one on the online inventory on their website that looked promising. After setting up a time to come look at the truck, I walked on to the lot for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to not be bombarded by a salesman upon walking through the door. Instead I was greeted by a simple "Hello, is their someone I can help you find?" So far off to a good start. After finding and meeting Roy, I couldn't be more happy to have a salesman with such a pleasant demeanor and easy-going attitude. The truck I was looking at basically sold itself. It was 6 years old and only had 15,000 miles on it. When I asked Roy about the shape of this vehicle versus the rest of their stock, he told me that the one I was looking at in particular was in very nice shape, but they only deal in quality used vehicles procured from larger, reliable sources, as oppose to auctions and wholesalers. Throughout the whole experience, I never once felt pressure to buy or make a move before I felt I was ready. Roy just seemed happy to show me the truck whether I ended up buying or not. Once I decided to buy, the financing process was very simple. I was informed by Roy that Blade Chevrolet has been in business for 5 generations now. Because of that, they have long-standing relationships with most major lending institutions, and were able to get me a competitive rate on a used vehicle loan. On top of all that, they gave me a great price that was more than fair for the truck I bought. Upon leaving, it was clear that there is a strong family atmosphere among the employees that I really appreciated as well. I will certainly be recommending Roy and the rest of Blade Chevrolet to future friends and family. Quality vehicles, competitive prices, and hassle free staff.

After an accident on Thanksgiving day that left us without a vehicle, we began searching for a replacement. I knew that we wanted a 2500 Chevy 4x4 truck with a diesel motor. After a few weeks of searching on the internet and almost buying plane tickets to purchase far from home, we became frustrated with the local inventory. My wife called Lee at Blade Chevrolet, and asked what they had. Lee told her about a 2002 2500 Chevy 4x4 with the Duramax motor that they had just taken in on trade. His description of the truck was extremely accurate. We drove up that night to have a look. My jaw hit the floor. As described, the truck was beautiful. It has only 43k miles. We took it on a test drive and it was really tight (like a new truck). Everything under the hood checked out as well. We signed a few pieces of paper and drove off. It was a really easy deal. After three weeks of searching, I felt like I knew the market for these trucks, and this by far was best value on the market.

This is our 2nd purchase from Blade Chevy. We found them in a search for a used chevy HHR panel after being ran around by another dealer. The vehicle was everything they said it was and the transaction went off like clock work. We decided to look at getting a Cadillac and Roy sent us a Christmas Card so we went online and found the exact car we were looking for. We called Roy and he told us all about the car and we decided to put a deposit down on it over the phone. The car once again was everything he said it was and the deal went off like clock work again. On-line search on Blade Chevrolet and Roy Mureno led me to Blade for a "turn-key" trade in of our mini-motorhome and a vehicle for a 2011 Chevy Suburban and Jayco travel trailer. We received excellent service from Roy and Nick Haussler, his RV sales counterpart. Roy even drove a separate vehicle back to the Bellingham area on our maiden voyage from the dealership with trailer in tow and helped us get it parked at our storage facility. Roy was also instrumental in getting the Suburban's brake and traction control warnings diagnosed and repaired. He followed up several days later to insure everything was in good working order.

My 18 yo son came in to purchase a 1992 Ford F250, the truck was in the shop which was fine they were fixing a leak. But they could not sell the truck since it was in service, ok, no problem. My son had no credit and was trying to establish credit, but, they wouldn't approve his loan, ok, no problem. They said the truck won't be out until Tuesday and my son and I won't be back in town until Friday again. We asked them to hold it until we could get back in town and get the loan, 1 week, 3 days after they finished it to hold it for us. Plus, we will give them $500 down to hold it. Nope, won't do it. Really?? 18 year old buying his 1st truck, from the Chevy dealer and they won't hold a $6000 truck for 3 days with $500 down?? Nope. Not only did they loose me as a customer forever, but, also an 18 year old first time buyer over 3 days and a $6000 truck.

We traveled from Lake Stevens (probably 45 minutes) because the dealership had been recommended by two couples we trust. We were told to ask for Juan, so we made an appointment. Beforehand we investigated their stock of used vehicles and saw a couple we thought might work. Specifically, we needed to purchase a tow vehicle for an old trailer we just bought. The fact that Blade also sells RV's was helpful, and Juan's previous experience on that lot was especially good. The most important reason why I gave such high ratings, however has to do with the way we were treated. We were looking to make a "swap" trade and so the profit could not have been all that great. Yet, we received absolutely superior customer - the same as someone buying a $100,000 RV would have received. We know because one of the people who recommended Juan did just that. That's impressive. I have purchased from several dealerships in three different states, and this is by far the best experience we had in purchasing an auto.

This review is more of a warning for others if they plan on visiting Blade Chevrolet. I purchased a car from Scott Sides at his previous dealership at a very high interest rate,when I asked about how long I would need a high interest car loan he told me to contact him in a few months and we could do a Re-Fi and not to worry.I bought the car and contact him and was told in order to Re-Fi the car I would need to put down 6K! When I called him to question why this was and told him I feel a little taken advantage of he told me word for word "Stop bothering me" and literally hung up on me. I NEVER raised my voice to him or was pushy in any way. I was prepared to trade in the car and purchase another car form him but apparently that was not an option either.Very sad that he would choose to lose a customer in his early 30's with over a 140K per year income!! My wife and I are currently looking for a BMW 745 as well as a replacement for our 2007 Escalade....Just think about how much in sales that is!!

Our experience with Blade Chevrolet was fantastic! Bjorn was our salesman. He did an awesome job in getting us a 2003 50th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette. He had most of the paperwork ready when we arrived. We were there only a couple of hours instead of what you usually spend getting a car. He was friendly and didn't pressure us at all. We asked to look at a vehicle, the sales person never gave his name. We took a test drive. After our test drive we went into the office where another sales gentleman (not the guy who was helping us) overtook the conversation and began advising us that the vehicle we were looking at was already sold. He said he wasn't pressuring us, but that they already had an offer, so if we wanted it we would have to make an offer right then. We were interested, so we made an offer to the sales rep we were working with, and without missing a beat or allowing us to work with the gentleman who started helping us, the "other" sales guy said no, the other customer offered them $xxxxx and a trade in worth value.Well Blade Chevrolet all I can say is I hope that it sold, because you lost a for sure sale and a customer. But have no worry we went to Roy Robinson in Marysville, and received excellent service, a great deal that included the same vehicle we tried to purchase from you at a better deal.

We were happy with thee service we got when we bought our Equinox. Kevin was welcoming when we arrived & listened to what we wanted. He found several to choose from. Our car was ready when they told us it would be. Kevin meet us & waked us thru the OnStar, blue tooth, serious radio & hooking up my phone. I bought a 2013 Camaro from Blade. I was a bit reluctant to go there, as it was quite far from my home, however after frustrating experience with some local dealers, experience with Blade was like night and day. My sales guy Kevin was courteous, pretty laid back and made the whole buying process butter-smooth. Not only Blade had the car in configuration I wanted, they were able to get me a credit line I thought I would not qualify (good credit score, but not enough money borrowed yet). No b-s add-ons to inflate the price, no slimy tactics - just two adults negotiating the deal. Would definitely recommend.

I was very skeptical about buying a new car, but Gene Garcia made the whole process very pleasant. He went out of his way to find the turbo car I wanted and the year and color. I would definitely recommend Gene to anyone who wants a genuine honest sales person. He never pressured me, but rather guided me to make choices I am very pleased with. I love my new Sonic!I have brought my Sonic in for oil and servicing, and both times Jay was so very patient in the service department. I have never owned a new car and am still exploring all its bells and whistles. Jay answered all my questions and provided me with excellent service at a very reasonable rate. Just purchased a 2013 2500 Duramax. Started out looking for a new 2012. The sales team went out of there way to find me a truck and when one wasn't assesoried like I wanted in state they found one out of state.. Later I decided on a special order on a new 2013and was able to take advantage of some cash incentives and rebates that were available.. Steve and Jonh helped me work through the purchase and the selection of the options. A purchase like this is one that I will have for some years making it very important the package and options that are selected are correct. The sales crew was able to show me examples and options that would meet my needs. I am very pleased with my truck.. Arrived just as ordered.. The sales department was working to get me the best price.. as new incentivies became available or were about to expire, I was keep in the loop and was able to gain an additional 2000 cash rebate on the final days of the purchase.. Very happy! I traded in a chevy 1500 that was also purchased with Blade Chevrolet back in 2004.. also with my same salesman Steve.. My repeat business should speak volumes of my confidence. Which has to be earned. Low pressure, fiendly, knowledgable, honest.

Our Father in Law purchased this 2007 Tahoe for us and since day 1 it had some slipping issues but my wife being the one they delivered the vehicle to didn't realize it, but once i got into the rig i noticed problems immediately. They kindly took it in and worked on it, returning it with more problems with the transmission. After further assessment they decided it needed a new transmission. We've owned it for two weeks and have driven this Tahoe for 3 days. Its been in their shop the rest of the time. They've taken full responsibility fixing it until it came down to replacing the bad transmission they sold us. They want us to pay 3100 to replace it which is outrageous. This is not our responsibility to fix or pay for this. They knowingly sold us this vehicle with transmission problems and withheld that information. They have violated laws under the Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices (UDAP). They just don't seem to get the fact that they are the ones responsible for this and have to pay for the repairs. Come to find out, after the fact. Our friends bought a Tahoe from them and experienced the exact same problem. Bad transmission and Blade Chevrolet telling them they have to pay for it. Chris Bailey the service manager informed me that they have the best technicians and mechanics this side of the Rockies, well.....why couldn't they see that this was a bad transmission?

The repairs were rather expensive but the truck drives like it did when it was new again. If there were a cheaper option to get it repaired I would have gone with them. Since I'm new to the area I used the dealer. The staff was very courteous and the work was preformed in a timely manner.

My wife and I had been looking for a Chevy HHR and had visited other dealers who wanted to sell "service plans" for that transmission problem I really didn't notice while it shifted into second gear. Gene Garcia made both Liz and I feel at home during our test drive, inspection of vehilce, pointed out features and told us a little about himself. We Purchased the HHR before the end of last year and just now realized this survey was in our inbox four months later and today still believe this was a great purchase. We often drive North on I-5 and see the Blade sign and in thought wish Gene a great day. I live about two and a half plus hours away so with my recent purchase I was trying to look a little closer to home but after a number of bad experiences I contacted Bjorn since he sold me our last car and he went above and beyond to be sure myself and my wife were happy not only did he find me the car I wanted but he delivered it to my house now that's what I call service. First of all, and most important, there was no high pressure sale atmosphere going on here. Roy listened to us when we told him what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Then he took us to see the vehicles meeting that criteria. He answered our questions...no question was treated as an unworthy one. We were both impressed with his knowledge. Once we settled on a potential choice, we went for a test drive. We were able to see how everything worked. Then we talked some more. We needed to take the measurements of the vehicle, plus we needed to visit the canopy dealer to see what the overall height would be. So we came back the next day...Roy had called us that morning with mirror information. We decided to purchase the vehicle. Long story short, organized sequence of paperwork and purchase complete. Roy brought the vehicle around after it had been through finishing details, then we all got in the truck to review procedures and set up phone services, etc. Roy said we could call him with any questions that we might have. This is the first time we have come home after making a major purchase that we had no qualms about whether or not we had made the right choice.

We bought a used car from Blade Chevy and had a great experience. Roy Mureno met us on a Sunday (the dealership was closed) and let us test drive a car we found on-line. After a little chit-chat about a Corvette 427 he had on the lot we signed a loaner agreement and drove away with the car (not the Corvette sadly) - no pressure or stress. 2 days later Roy delivered the formal paperwork to us in Seattle and the deal was done. After losing my job in Illinois on Nov 2, 2011 i found myself unemployed and unable to find work in Illinois. Finally in August of 2012 my daughter suggested I move back to Washington as the job market seemed somewhat better. Like 24 million other americans, I found myself unemployed, broke and nearly homeless. Needless to say in that year I lost everything and my financial status plummeted severely, so with no other options, I filed for bankruptcy in Dec 2012. I had no vehicle from Nov 2012 until Bjorn contacted me. Bjor was upfront, honest and worked hard to get me a car I could live with, and financing I could afford. Even then, the prospect of me gettin a vehicle seemed bleek at best. Bjorn tried everything and finally said he couldn't help me. With that I went to another Dealer and was "approved" fo a vehicle. the day I bought this other vehicle Bjorn called and said he got me approved......I had to tell him I had purchased the other vehicle. 6 days later, the dealer I purchased from called and said they were unable to get me financed, and I had to return the car. GOD was looking out for me and this was meant to be. I immediately called Bjorn back, he had an approved loan that I could afford, and today I was deleivered a much nicer vehicle, and I could not be more pleased. Bjorn worked it and worked, never gave up on me and came through like a true pro. If you are in a bankruptcy, have been unemployed but now working, call Bjorn at Blade Chevrolet in Mt. Vernon. They will treat you right. Stay away from those sleazy S Tacoma Way dealers particularly if they sell KIA (HINT) you will be glad for your decision. Thanks Bjorn!

I came to Blade looking for a medium pickup truck. Unfortunately, the truck was out for repairs.I was given a few choices and reluctantly settled for the Toyota. Venza.My heart was really into the P/u truck. Upon return on Monday, I was told that I was not able to return the Toyota for the Titan or some other economy truck, my needs were really the truck.At any rate, Bjorn was a very pleasant salesman.

I purchased a vehicle from Blade Chevrolet because they went over above other dealerships. I contact them by e-mail and told them where I wanted to be out the door with my trade and everthing. Their first numbers came back below the number I gave them. I live over a 100 miles from the dealership the saleman offered to meet me half way with the vehicle. Then went a step further he said he would pay for my fuel to coma and see the vehicle and if I didn't like it he would pay for my fuel to return home. They had their stuff togather when I got to the lot the truck was ready for a test drive. When I return they had the paper work ready. The finance manger was great he got me a lower rate dropping my payment. So if your looking for a vehicle don't count these guys out. From start to finish I was on the lot under an hour no bull just straight up lets get you what you want. Very nice job guys thanks.

I was looking for a vehicle and came acroos their add at AutoTrader.com. I sent an e-mail let them know I was interested in a vehicle on their web page. Gave them a price I would like to stay under. Unlike other dealer their first offer came under where I wanted to be out the door. I live over a hour and a half away from their dealership. The saleman told me he would pay for my fuel to come and look at the vehicle and if I didn't like it he would pay for my fuel to go back home. They also offered to meet me half way with the vehicle. When I got to the lot Lee the saleman I was dealing with had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive. The finance guys was on his game. He got me a lower rate and got my payment down below what my credit union offered. Over all dealing with Blade Chevrolet was by far the best car buying experience I've had in a long time. No game playing. I was at the dealership under an hour from start to finish. I would recommend you check them out they will work with you to make a good deal and go the extra mile too.

In 2002 I was looking for a new Tahoe. After being lied to by another dealer I walked into Blade Chevrolet and bought a new Tahoe that day. Since then I have purchsed two more Tahoes and just bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado all from the same salesman, Erik Adams. I did my homework by checking with volume dealers in several states. I got the price I wanted and the price for my trade-in that I requested. A few hours later I drove off the lot in my new truck. It was painless and actually an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Erik Adams or Steve Hagan if you are looking for a new vehicle.

First of all, it was a very sentimental experience for me personally. My mom bought her car there then when her Multiple Sclerosis got worse, she had to give me the car. Two,years later, she died of cancer. I knew I had to trade the car to meet my work need, but I couldn't let go of this car for 2 years so it was nice to go back to the same salesman Erik Adams. He was the same salesman that my brother in law bought his truck from. He listened to My brother in law's specific criteria, then searched for it and found it and informed my brother in law he found what he wanted. My brother in law went back to the dealer to see the truck and was pleased with it and bought it. So I explained my needs to Erik Adams and he listened well and showed me the first car and that's the perfect car! And he was sincere and professional. Alex Blade was also sincere and professional. He did the paperwork nicely. No hassles. they showed me respect. Overall, it was a good experience!

Just walk into the dealership and you'll know what I mean when I tell you these guys not only enjoy helping customers, but they also like each other, work as a team and have fun too. Good stuff!Fleet manager Zane Morrison listened to my concern about needing a vehicle that would be easy on my back on longer roadtrips. Zane lined up a Chevy Tahoe demo for a weekend trip I had to Seattle. The Tahoe was excellent on this trip in everyway. Best of all my back felt great when I got to Seattle and after I drove it back too. Now the best part, Zane found the Tahoe model we wanted (in one day), at the right price in the color we wanted.When my wife Beth and I picked up the Tahoe at the dealership Zane had everything ready to go. Although Zane was working with another customer when we arrived (we were late), Zane had his coworker Kevin Sampson give an awesome familiarization with the Tahoe. To finish it off Eric Looten handled our purchase/finance/warranty paperwork with ease and efficiency. Like all the folks I witnessed working at Blades, it was neat to see and hear how much Eric loved his job and the people he works with.This is not your typical car dealership. The people at Blade care and it shows. They are professionals. I've bought more than one vehicle from Blade so I know many of their staff have 20+ years with the company. This doesn't happen unless the company is doing the right things for it's customers and employees.

We really appreciated Steve's low pressure approach. He understood our need to learn more, discuss, learn more, discuss, and in the end, we went with Steve, not because the price was the lowest (which it wasn't, but only by a small margin), but because we really appreciated his help. After we bought the car, it turned out that we had all been confused on whether the car had cruise control or not. That had been a deal-breaker for us, but called Steve about a week after when we discovered the lack of cruise control, and he went out of his way to help us with getting it installed by a third party at dealer cost. We really appreciated that.

Lee at Blade Chevrolet made our most recent vehicle purchase a snap. We purchased a vehicle at another dealership on Saturday night only to have the vehicle damaged while getting detailed. Lee was courteous and understanding of our situation when I contacted him on Sunday morning (before normal business hours even). They honored the trade in offer from the other dealership. The vehicle from Blade had half the miles was the current model year and only a few hundred dollars more than the vehicle we had purchased on Saturday. The entire transaction took place from the comfort of my home 2.5 hours away from Blade Chevrolet. Lee arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to our home and our trade in driven away. Purchasing a vehicle in my pajamas was a welcome change from most vehicle purchases.

The first time that we met Juan Ibarra it started to rain and he didn't even go inside to get his coat. We really didn't find anything in our price range that day so we left our contact info with him when we left. A few days later I got and email from Juan, there was no pressure at all he just wanted to make sure we were taken care of when we were at Blade. Other places are still calling me and sending me tons of email that I had to mark as "SPAM" so I stopped seeing them. So about a week later, my wife and I found a car that we were interested in on-line and we went back to see the car and Juan. I flew from Montana to buy my new Chevy Van from Blade. Even with the airfare and the drive home I saved money. They picked me up at the airport and put a full tank of gas in the Van. Lee was very kind and talked me out of a sports car because I have a bad left leg and he thought it would be very uncomforble for me to drive. He showed me a sedan with automatic shifting. They had the car in stock I was looking for and were close to what I wanted to get in cash on the trade. After a little negotiation we came to an agreement on the amount of cash to go along with the deal, contingent on him seeing my car to verify its condition. Lee came in on a Sunday in order to meet with me on my schedule. I was a little worried at first as its 114 miles from my house and was wondering if when I got there I was going to be told, "well, your car is not really worth that much". I was very pleasantly surprised when I got there that Lee met me at my car, looked down one side, then the other, and replied, "ok, lets go drive our car and make sure you will be happy with it". I was very happy with the new (er used) car and we went in to do the paperwork. I felt almost like I was visiting with a friend rather than making a car deal. Things went very well and I will definatly be checking Blade first when I need another vehicle.

Recently purchased a Ford Fusion(used) from Juan Ibarra st Blade Chevrolet. Juan was very helpful and knew about all the used cars. He did not try to pressure us into buying a new car, like so many other dealerships. With our financial situation we did not hope for the best, but the whole team at Blade Chevrolet came thru for us. Not only did we purchase the ford fusion but we feel in love with the 2013 Silverado and Juan again worked his magic and got us into that truck with no down and for less monthly payment than we were making on the truck we traded in. I placed a deposit with Juan and flew 2000miles to check out the vehicle; when I arrived the vehicle was perfect as described and ready to go! I won't start off telling untruths, we almost did not buy from this dealership, but the car we looked at was in stellar condition and was just what we were looking for, so to "walk away" after a bad "first impression" did not seem to be a viable option. When we first visited, we called ahead and drove over 75 miles to reach the dealership where we were to meet with Lee. When we arrived, Lee was finalizing a sale and we were greeted by Roy M. and asked if we needed help. When Roy found out that we were working with Lee, he thanked us for coming in and left us to wait. When Lee arrived to us, he was short and seemed almost "put out" regarding the sale as we were waiting on a check for a totaled car later that week and would not be finalizing the sale that day, however we made this clear prior to even leaving for the dealership. After speaking with Lee for less than 20 minutes, he stated that he had other clients that had just arrived and allowed us to take the car for a 1/2 mile test drive down a back road at a slow speed and brought us back to the dealership and almost left a trail of flames behind him as he left us standing there, with many questions still left to ask so that he could get to the waiting clients that came in after us. When we left, we were more than frustrated, but we stopped Roy and asked if he could work with us when and if we returned. Roy, very professionally apologized for the actions of his co worker, gave us his card and advised us that he would love to help us, however we should call the General Manager, John and let him know what happened and that we were requesting the change in salesmen. I called on Sunday and John was out. I called on Monday and John was out. I called on Tuesday and John was in and listened to what happened, advised us that he was sorry and that was out of character for Lee and he would speak with him, we could certainly work with Roy and gave us Roy's cell phone number. We called Roy and let him know that we would be in Wednesday or Thursday to put a deposit on the car. One issue we had with John was that when we went to look at the car we were told it would be one price, then John quoted me $500 less on the phone, which I believed was due to our issue. When I called my fiance to tell him the price had dropped, my fiance told me that it was now $360 less online as well, so it was only a $140 difference and a little disappointing. One of the issues we had the first day with the car was that there was no spare tire. We mentioned this to Lee and he said we were "SOL". We were a little stunned, Roy, however stated that he would be placing a spare in the car. On Wednesday evening, we drove out after the dealership closed and took a look at the car without any salesmen to bombard us and then Thursday we kept in close contact with Roy until we could finally receive the insurance check and make it in. When we arrived, Roy handed us the keys and said, "Have fun" (Regarding the test drive) and "we'll see you in a bit." He was so nice and friendly. He was funny and sarcastic and was very laid back and just over all fun. When we finally made it out of the dealership it was well after 9:00 pm, an hour after close and we forgot about the tire and Roy forgot about the tire and since we lived so far, we bought one and called about Blade repaying the cost of the spare. We talked with Ron and then John and within 10 days a check for the full price of the spare was in the mail and to us. Then today, we received a calendar with an 8X10 glossy photo of my fiance and his new car and the purchase date and stickers for birthdays and to do items and a thank you letter and a business card and it was just such a welcome addition to the complete sell. Would I recommend this dealership.... Absolutely. We have bought 3 cars within 6 weeks of each other all from different dealerships and this one did not have the haggling, the nagging and the over all uncomfortable ending that the other two did. Roy was amazing, John and Ron stood by everything they said they would and the additional staff was very friendly and amazing. We only had the one issue with the one salesman and that was rectified without retaliation and we were not made to feel uncomfortable or like our business was unwanted. This was the best car buying experience ever. Thanks Roy!!

I was on line looking at used cars and connected with Doug, what an awesome person and his willingness to go above and beyond the scope of his job to ensure that the cars I looked at were the best for me was indescribable. He is the reason I chose to go to Blade Chevrolet. Sharon met me at the door and escorted me in to see Doug, since he does not do sales he turned me back over to Sharon. She also was wonderful and answered all of my questions, braved test ride with me- I chose the first car I drove because Doug had done such a great job of picking the right one to fit my physical needs, there was no need to waste time doing more than one!!- my experience was great and I am very enthusiastic about telling friends and family to go on line and connect to Doug!!Between Doug and Sharon they treated me well and took very good care of me- they are wonderful.

WOW!!! That sums up my buying experience in 1word.It started as an inquiry on a vehicle they had listed. I dealt with a sales associate who took my info on our trade over email. After going back and forth a bit I all of a sudden did not here back. This is where my experience changed from good to unbelievable. I called the dealership and Jonathan answered. I asked for the sales associate I had been dealing with and he informed me that he has moved on from the company. Jonathan then took it from there and didn't even need me to repeat any info. After a little more back and forth we struck a deal. This is where it goes from unbelievable to out of this world. After letting Jonathan know that it would be at least a week before I could make it up to the dealership he asked if he could drive the 8 hour round trip to where I live and deliver the vehicle and pick up our trade in. He is still driving back to the dealership right now and just want him to know the I will tell EVERYONE I know to check out Blade Chevy and Jonathan before they buy!Just another footnote...I bought this vehicle sight unseen and the took our trade sight unseen. I never thought I would ever say this but I thoroughly enjoyed this vehicle buying experience.Props to you Blade Chevy on hiring Jonathan!.

2 and 1/4 hours to do an oil change. An hour and a half in i went to reception area and told them to forget the wash as i needed to leave. 10 minutes later service man came out and asked it I wanted them to forget about the safety inspection. I said yes thats fine. That right there leads me to believe they hadn't even started the oil change. Either they need faster mechanics or a better system for booking oil changes.Very disappoointed in Blade Chevrolet. This is not the first time I have had problems, but the first time I have heard of Dealer Rater.

I got a very fair trade in and a 'no pressure' experience in purchasing a new car with Roy as my salesperson. Roy gave just enough information and did not overload. It was better for me to go back a second day for additional info on how to operate the communication system and radio. Doug Williams assisted on the tech side and was wonderful also. A great team effortby everyone involved in determining trade in value and helping me find the right car. I'm very happy with how my new Equinox drives and look forward to the great gas mileage. We purchased a used Chev Traverse from Kevin Sampson. I found the car through a cars.com search and it had the features I wanted. I contacted the dealership through email and got a call from Kevin. After talking with him, we purchased the car sight unseen based on the description. We live in Sequim were not able to go pick it up right away and Kevin arranged to have it delivered to us and pick up our trade in. I found a very clean, low mileage 23yr old Mazda 626 at Blade. I live in MN, so I needed Dirk to be my eyes and ears for the car as I would not be able to see or drive it before buying it. It is, on a good day, risky buying a used car online. But Dirk took videos of the car and spoke with me at length about the car. He helped arrange my shipping (though I went with a different carrier - but he did see to it the car had pictures taken before it was loaded) and I got my car today. The car is exactly as he described it, and it run and looks like a brand new 23yr old Mazda.Thanks for a pleasant out of state purchase, Dirk. And if this is how he treats people 18oo miles away, I would think in-person would be quite pleasant too.

My buying experience was actually fun. I had a good time. I wanted free floormats and all I had to do was run out to the showroom and yell "I want free floormats", it was fun. I bought a Silverado 2500HD Duramax and they filled it with fuel. Not cheap. They sold me the truck for way less than it was worth. They got me a very low interest rate. Finance was awesome. Very informative and friendly. Overall I would shop here for my next vehicle as well. Thanks for the great buying experience.

I called in the morning to enquire about the availability of a vehicle I had found on their website. Roy was very courtious and answering my questions about availability and warranty. My husband and I had just had quite the day looking for a used Honda Civic for me to drive to work each day. We had been to Bill Pierre Chevrolet (watch out!) and had a horrendous experience. We saw an '04 Civic online at Blade that looked pretty nice, and was definitely priced right. From the moment I called and talked with Erik Adams, I just had a good feeling. He was patient, kind and definitely seemed to care about my call. We showed up about a half an hour later at the dealership and Erik had just given the car a bath and pulled it around for us! (He even called me to let me know in case we showed up and didn't see the car right away). Erik was professional, patient, easy to talk with, experienced, and completely non-pushy. He was really straight up with us about everything. He told us that Mr. Blade doesn't want to sell cars that aren't safe, so the minor issues we were concerned about were put into our contract that they would look at them and fix them. The check engine light was on (something he mentioned to us from the start) and he even put into the contract that if the engine repair (after being looked at) was too pricey, the deal with the car would not go through. I feel that we got a really fair deal with their "Internet pricing," which was more than $2000 less than the original price, and also below retail. There were no papers with numbers and: X____________ "sign here, sign here, I thought you were serious about buying a car!" (etc...) Our transaction was smooth, and I never got the impression that they were desperate for us to buy the car, just that we were satisfied. That would win my business every time. They listened to us, did not even mention financing after I said we wanted to pay cash. The man who did the paperwork woth us (wish I could remember his name!) was extremely nice as well. When I remembered that my parents' neighbor, Zane Morrison worked there, I also knew we were in good hands. We've known their family for about 8 years, and have nothing but the best to say about them. All-around, I think Blade Chevrolet is an excellent dealership, and I would be more than happy to buy a car from them again! I will be recommending Blade to all my friends! No high-pressure garbage there, just people that want to get you into a car you love and a price you're comfortable with. Thank you Blade!

Unbelievable service from this Dealership. Special thanks to Roy, Doug and Dave who took care of us without resorting to the high pressure sales we have received in the past. We were looking to trade my 2001 Convertible Corvette in for a 2008 model of the same. Roy was very fair in the price negotiations for my trade in and the 2008 we wanted to purchase. We did go back and forth a few times with the total price, but the experience was painless and we ended up with a price that worked for both sides.My Wife and I live in Covington so the drive was about an hour and a half to get to Blade(not many convertible vettes out there for sale). Did not listen to the issue or problem. Ignored past service record and intent of visit. Did not address original issue and had the same problem when we had been told the issue had been solved and did not exist when we came to find out the Service Manager did not pass along any of the information relative to the problem. The issue was demonstrated to still be happening the moment we picked up the vehicle so we had to leave it another day so a one day visit became a five day visit. In the end we wasted our time, effort, and when we mentioned our displeasure our concern over the poor service and follow up was met irrevenrance and disavowed with no concern. Blade Chevrolet plainly did not care.

I found the car I was looking for using the dealership's online tools which were very descriptive with a ton of pictures and information about the vehicles listed. I was not from the area, so I was able to negotiate with the dealership via email and phone calls and seal the deal. I flew into the Seattle airport to purchase the vehicle and the dealership met me there with the car so I didn't have to drive up to Mount Vernon and then back down towards Portland, Oregon, saving me several hours worth of back-tracking. There was a small hiccup on the pricing document when I arrived at the airport which the salesman took care of without blinking an eye, making everything right. My salesman, Dirk, was great to work with and I would highly recommend him and Blade Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a car. They were professional, up front, and obviously valued customer service much more than other dealerships I had worked with in the past. Dirk even found a second key to my vehicle 5 weeks after the sale and mailed it to me. A lot of folks wouldnt have gone through that effort. Hats off to Dirk and the Blade Chevrolet crew, thank you for making my buying experience through you a great one!

Roy was very helpful, informative and quickly responded to all of our questions regarding a specific vehicle we were interested in purchasing. When we arrived at the dealership from Yakima, Roy was available and the vehicle was ready for our inspection.We gave a lower rating for our overall experience due to the fact that it took the Used Car Manager way too long to arrive at the final negotiated price on our new vehicle, as well as a trade-in price for our old vehicle. (We were at the dealership for almost three hours.)The Finance Manager was extremely quick and efficient, as it took less that five minutes to complete our purchase.

They only gave us 1 key, no owners manual and didn't fill up the fuel tank. They claimed to work well with Military, which we are, but their customer service is horrible. They tried to sell us a bunch of extras and were rude when we didn't agree to it. Do yourself a favor and go to another car lot. Don't waste your time with this one. They have a serious lack in professionalism. *update: the dealer did respond to this review and got us a key and owners manual. They were very quick to respond and fix the mistake.

I just completed a Bankruptcy and Both Tal and Michele were extremely helpful and polite. It's not very often you run into people that are in it to help and encourage when it seems your chips are down. The program they are running there is wonderful and will help me get back on top much faster than I expected and that put a big smile on my face. Though I had a great car before Michele pointed me out to an even better car a 2010 Dodge Charger SLX. All I have is OMG!! I love my car. Tal was great at explaining how the program worked and made sure I fully understood my part and what I needed to do. I thank Blade Chevrolet for having these two on staff I'm sure they will be helping many people for years to come in these hard times. We could not be happier with our second purchase from Roy at Blade. We purchased a trailblazer from Roy in 2010, and when I emailed him about our next purchased Roy remembered us, which surprised us! I've purchased many cars from many dealers over they years and my experience with Blade Chevrolet ranks amongst the very best. The dealership has a small town, customer service oriented atmosphere. The entire transaction was a no pressure experience and Juan Ibarra was an absolute joy to work with. I'll admit it, I'm usually quite standoffish when it comes to vehicle transactions but I didn't feel the need to have to "defend" myself this time around. I think its fair to say that both parties feel like they got a square deal and that's the way a good vehicle transaction should be. I can't recommend Juan highly enough. If you need a car, he's the man to see. He'll bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of. Whilst he always has the best interests of Blade Chevrolet at heart, he also geniuinely cares about taking care of you, the customer, as well.We'll definitely be back when the time comes for our next vehicle.Thanks Juan!!!

My experience is with regard to Northwest Credit Center. My Tax Advisor informed me in late December that the IRS was going to levy my pension and social security for $3000 a month - maybe more for back taxes. This would have financially "crippled" me to the point I could not exist. A tax attorney in Seattle advised me the ONLY recourse I had was to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. I lost one automobile and another was/is in serious jeopardy of being taken away. I was devastated. After receiving a letter from Northwest Credit Center an immediately phone call was made and I talked with Michelle who set up a appointment for me to meet with Tal Pierce on Sunday, February 5th.Tal explained how I could get another vehicle and I immediately knew there was light at the end of the tunnel. I was "saved." In fact, much to my surprise I was able to "drive away" with a 2010 Nissan Sedan, low mileage, excellent condition and for a VERY reasonable price. This would never happened if NCC had not sent me that letter. What a relief to have met such wonderful, caring professional people. Tal, Bjorn and Michelle were Angels sent to me by "Faith in The Lord." I will be forever grateful to these people for everything they did for me in a time of desperate need. AND, more importantly, these folks did NOT have to do this. I firmly believe all was done out of caring for someone (ME) who was about to be in desperate trouble. Not any more. Look - anybody can write anything, especially on an anonymous posting on a recommendation website. I am a business owner, as such most of us whether we know it or not are always measuring our business to others. Blade does it right, period. In the 5 stages of a sales cycle, (intro/prequalify, Rapport, demo, Close, follow up), Blade took me from 1 to 5 in a 1/2 day. And they have been terrific about the most important stage which is follow up. In truth, I didn't even test drive a 2011 Cadillac CTS-Performance Trim Level because I didn't feel I had to. People are not stupid, they can tell when something isnt right even if they have trouble expressing it. I created a spreadsheet that listed a number of qualifications for purchase, including trade of my MB C320 (I loved that car). I used Autotrader.com primarily but nor exclusively and shopped when I had time. Several qualified candidates made the final 4, Blade in Mt. Vernon Washington was not the top. What made the deal was Roy Mureno. I have been a sales manager, a regional manager and salesman. I appreciate someone who can read the customer. Roy is great. In truth, cars are everywhere what matters is the people. The Chevy Bowtie is lucky to have Roy and for that matter Blade, he wouldnt work there if there were structural problems with the organization. After several days of test-driving new cars at various dealerships, we reached the conclusion that a late model used Subaru Outback would meet our company's needs for an extra business car. We were pleasantly surprised to find two in outstanding condition at Blade Chevrolet's used lot. Roy handed us the keys and let us test drive both cars. We had already done our homework on Bluebook values before the visit. We picked the one with the lowest mileage and reached a fair price agreement quickly. The best measure of satisfaction is whether a customer would refer someone to your business or product. Not only would I recommend Blade to others but I would specifically call out the amazing experience that had with Bjorne. Because of him I would strongly consider buying from him even regardless of what the inventory was and if I only wanted to purchase new. Bjorne did EVERYTHING that he said he would do, his assessment of what was being presented was accurate and right on the money. He was honest and the paperwork was completed within 7-10 minutes. He even drove the car to me and took my trade back with him. He was referred to me and I have already given his name to others... What a great buying experience thanks to Bjorne!! :)

If I could rate this dealership and these two gentlemen higher than a 5 ... I would. I am 54 years old and have easily purchased at least 15 cars during my life. Buying my new to me 2010 HHR was the most pleasant and easiest transaction I've ever had ... including the times I purchased cars from dealerships for whom my father worked!I have had a bad two years in which my credit suffered. Tal was able to get me an outstanding loan at a more than fair price on a great car. All it took was a phone call to Tal and about 15 minutes of my time. 1/2 hour later he was able to call back, tell me I was approved and that I'd be getting a call from Bjorn who find me the perfect car and deliver it to my doorstep.As promised, Bjorn called me talked to me about what I wanted and told me that his job and his expectation of himself is to exceed his customers' expectations. He did so. The very next day he called with the perfect vehicle with even more bells and whistles than I had hoped for, lower miles, newer car and just gorgeous! Then he drove it down to me on his day off at a time that was convenient for me. If and when the time comes to buy another car, I'll be calling Tal and Bjorn. This is the only way to buy a car. Outstanding customer service, attention to detail and just nice guys. I don't care how far or how long you look, you won't find a better way to do business!

Great hastle free experience. Blade was the first dealer out of about 6 to respond with an actual price. I was a distance away and had limited time. I expected to pay a little more for my new truck in order not to have to deal with alot of b.s. but in the end it turned out to be cheaper. Staff was nice and stayed after hours for me and made it a quick smooth process. They even had my truck bed sprayed with only 24 hours notice. I would recomend everyone to purchase there and to atleast get a quote from Blade. It'll be the best decision you've made on a new auto purchase.

I received a phone call from a guy I never heard of but carefully listened to him, His name was Bjorn! I had been in the market for a used Ford F150, but was having a difficult time due to my most recent bankruptcy.Bjorn is one of those guys you will never forget, he made me feel like I was a priority! Getting me into a New or used truck was his mission, no matter what (he even offered to drive it down to me)!I took a Friday off from work me and a fellow Marine buddy took the long trek to Mt Vernon, WA. Once there I was informed that Bjorn was home ill but they were going to take care of me just like Bjorn had promised. The truck was in even better than condition than I expected and I was out of there driving south with a gigantic smile from one of the best/helpful dealers I have ever met. My wife and I would like to share our experience with our sales person Bjorn at your dealership. We knew going tinto this purchase it would be a challenge to find what we wanted for the payment we could afford. Bjorn gave us plenty of time and we felt no pressure to buy anything at any time and he took time to call a few days later to see if we had bought a vehicle, thats when we knew this would be the dealership that would get our business. We did call around to our local dealers and they told us what vehicles we could get into and none of the units would suite our family. as they did not want to discount anything. Bjorn also did a great job no a expectional job at finding us 2010 Chevy Traverse with 33k miles still under warrenty, My wife and I did our homework that night on the Traverse and we could not find a reason not to buy it, the next morning we called into the dealership and closed on the Traverse, we would also like to mention that we live in Tri Cities, Wa. and Bjorn had Shelby deliver the Traverse the same day. Tal also did a good job by getting the numbers to work for us as well regarding financing, he kept it simple and didnt push any extra warrentys or anything we didnt need. The customer service at Blade Chevrolet was awesome, even working with multiple sales representatives, their concern was getting us the truck we wanted - Chevy Silverado, 3/4 ton, long bed, extended cab with monthly payments we could afford. We live an hour and 45mins away. They were willing to work with us after hours. We took the truck home that night. It was the quickest negotiation for a car we ever had - an hour and 45 mins. We love our truck!

From the first sentence via the chat window through autotrader Zane was funny, polite, and enthusiastic. He gave me his personal cell phone number so I could keep in touch, as we live 300 miles away and couldn't get to the dealership right away. The price was low, the car in mint condition, and the finance person didn't push unnecessary coverage. Outstanding dealership and experience, and I love my "new" 2007 Mazda Miata MX-5.

Best car buying experience I've have ever had. Salesmen Juan & Tom were polite, friendly and did not waste my time. The vehicle is amazing and the price I paid was very fair. They also were very fair on my trade in. They did not pressure me or waste my time. The purchase process went quickly and I have no complaints. I drove 50 miles to Mount Vernon to buy from them after having a horrible experience at the local Chevy dealer in Shoreline. I cannot recommend Blade enough!

Before this week, I would have said Customer Service no longer exists in the world of retail and repair. Blade Chevrolet changed everything on Monday. Tom Hummel fit me into his service schedule. Chris at the desk was incredibly accomodating to my family as my daughter was screaming while I attempted to check in my van for oil change and possible repair. When my ride failed to show up (daughter still screaming), Jo took us home in the courtesy car. Chris outfitted my two children with coloring books to look at on the way (only then did daughter stop the wailing). In all of that, I had given Chris the wrong key, so Jo came BACK to pick up my key! I have honestly not seen service like that since I was small and on a farm, where we all worked together to a common end. I was no money-maker for them that day, with just an oil change and an estimate for future repair. But they treated me like a million dollar customer. I really don't know how to thank them enough other than to write this review.

After searching the internet and contacting many dealerships via email or phone for a Chevy Silverado, ext. cab, longbox, Blade Chevrolet's sales team responded quickest to my inquiries. I was impressed that whenever I called, they all helped me regardless of who I talked to initially with my questions. That's what I call true customer service and teamwork. It was obvious that the most important goal was to find us the truck we wanted. They worked with us to get the monthly payments we could live with. Honestly, it was the quickest, most hassle-free car sale my husband and I have experienced. We traveled an hour and 45 mins from our home, and left with the truck and hour and 15 mins later. 6 months aqo we responded to a flier to re-establish our credit after losing our business and home then filed bankruptsy, when we went in and talked to Tal he was like our best friend. We did NOT expect to drive away from there in a 2009 vehicle but we did. Tal said to make the payment on time for at least the next 6 months come back in and he would try to get us into a pickup which was more what we needed. Sure enough we did just that and he got us into the pickup that day. Tal is a sweatheat!!! WE LOVE YOU TAL, WAYNE & SUSAN TINGLEY

I went to purchase a vehicle I noticed online at Blade Cheverolet. When I got there I was told by the man who had helped me, that vehicle wasn't available due to some mechanical failure. Tal Pierce instead brought me out a dirty, very stinky of cigarettes SUV that was a nice vehicle, but had very, very high mileage.Tal Pierce talked the talk, was very nice, acted like he was my friend and talked very highly of this suv even though the mileage was high the original owner had purchased it brand new from Blade's and had all the tune-up information so I gave it some thought and put some money down on this suv. I went in one night to bring the suv to my mechanic for a diagnostic test. When I arrived at Blade's James Knutzen was on duty, he didn't smile, he didn't offer me coffee, he didnt ask how I was or anything. I asked him for the keys and told him why I was taking the suv, his response was not a kind one, but it was sarcastic. He told me that if my mechanic does anything to the vehicle or brakes something that I will be responsible. He then turned and walked away. He didn't even wish me a good night. He was and is the most arrogant man I have ever dealt with. I was promised a DEEP CLEANING. Didn't get it. The service department put an ozinator or something inside to get the smoke smell out. It didn't do it's job. I was PROMISED a piece that was broken would be ordered and fixed within the week. The part was never ordered by Tal Pierce or James Knutzen. I had to call and call and call several times and was given the run around by Tal Pierce. He always had an excuse as to why the part hadn't been ordered.And he never returned my phone calls either. Finally after having the suv for over a month, and not having the part fixed I called the parts department and spoke to a very nice girl who took all my information about my suv and within 3 days the part had not only been ordered but was at Blade's waiting to be put in.I will NEVER do business again with Blade Cheverolet as long as those 2 men are employed there. I have told everybody who would listen about how I was treated and how the suv was never cleaned. They, along with my entire family will never go back to Blade's.

This letter is to let everyone concerned know how pleased we are with the excellent service and support we recently received when purchasing our 2002 GMC Sierra on January 20th. We responded to an internet ad and received a prompt e-mail from Doug Williams, Internet Manager, followed by an e-mail and phone call from sales consultant Juan Ibarra. We responded by traveling to the dealership that same day, where Doug introduced us to Juan. This was a significant purchase for us, and over the next three days Juan spent hours with us discussing the merits of the vehicles we were interested in and which would work best for us. Everything from allowing us to test drive the vehicles, discussing trade-in values, and reaching an agreement on the final purchase was handled in a very professional and friendly manner. Juan did a superb job supporting us through this transaction from start to finish. We can state positively that no pressure was applied at any time during this transaction. Juans phone call a couple of days after our purchase to see how things were going with the completed transaction was very much appreciated.We also commend Dan Jubie for his support in determining the value of our trade-in, including the pros and cons of doing a trade-in. Bring in Bob Hawkins in the finance office, and Blade Chevrolet assembled an excellent consulting team to work directly with us. We appreciated the 2010 Impala that served as an overnight loaner car while the dealership did some final prep work on the Sierra and prepared our trade-in to sell. Returning the next day, we found we had left the title of the trade-in and other documents at home. This presented no problem from the standpoint of the consulting team. They allowed us to take the Sierra home that day and return the next day with the paperwork. Their response was very much appreciated and reflected a great start on our new relationship.At least one mark of an excellent dealership is how they handle issues between their potential clients and follow up with their new clients. We did have an unusual issue arise during the transaction. Working with the above mentioned team, the issue was discussed and various options were explored. The result was Blade Chevrolet acquiring a new and very satisfied customer. In closing, we are very pleased with the service and support received from the consulting team at Blade Chevrolet and will not hesitate to provide a 5-star reference to anyone who asks, or if we encounter someone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

This was the best experience that I have had buying a vehicle. It was great to come into the Tal's office and get the deal done so quickly. I think I was in the dealership for about 2 hours. That included test driving vehicles. I needed to drive my current car back to Seattle and asked if they could deliver my new car to me. They were more than happy to do that. GREAT customer service. I will definitely buy another car or truck from Blade Chevrolet.

I went to Blade on Christmas eve day, and was promptly greeted by Roy, who knew I was on my way from our phone conversation from the day before. The Trailblazer SS was exactly what they said it was from the youtube clip they emailed me the day before. I was surprised by their low pressure sales and friendly staff. I had some horrible experiences at other dealerships, but Blade was a breath of fresh air. Blade was able to think outside of the box to make our deal work. They have really surprised my husband and I with their hard work and dedication to supply items that were missing from the truck. I would recommend Blade to anyone!

Blade Chevrolet was great to work with! Wed found the vehicle we wanted in our local area, but couldnt get it purchased because of all the games the local dealership was playing. A quick internet search showed Blade had a similar vehicle (but better equipped). Roy emailed the information and we discussed the price and trade value over the phone. The price of the new vehicle was excellent (better than the local dealer), and he got us what we wanted for the trade. We made the 260 mile trip to Mt Vernon, and wrapped up the deal. Roy and Doug were fun to work with and gave us honest answers to our questions. They worked hard to get us the car we wanted at an excellent price. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat .

Way to high priced, bait and switch tactics I was looking a a 98 chev 4x4 and the salesman quoted me 19,900 so I test drove it and when I said I'd take it we went inside and he said I was mistaken it's 25,900<br>I said you just lost a customer and went and bought a 2001 F-150 SC 4x4 from Doyle Guffies Rallye Auto for 20,000 <br>I'll never do Business at Blades again.
