I wanted to take a minute to shout out Bonnie! We got there after taking to Bonnie via phone and the car was ready for us to test drive.This was the most smooth and easy experiences buying a car. They worked with us and helped me get the car of my dreams. Thank you all so much!

I found a vehicle I liked on Cars.com and sent in an availability request. I received a swift reply notifying me the vehicle was still there, and set up an appointment. The set up was on Wednesday for an appointment on Saturday, since I needed to drive about 3 hours to get to the dealership. Saturday morning I received a call from the dealership and we confirmed the time. That entire process was very efficient and professional, however, once I got to the dealership everything went downhill quickly. I arrive to the dealership about 20 minutes early for my appointment, but a sales associate assures me it isn't a problem and he will have the key right out. He opens up the vehicle, and it is absolutely filthy. Just trash and debris throughout the interior. Considering the appointment had been made days in advance, and confirmed an hour prior to my arrival, I would have expected the car to be clean. I'm not talking dirt or mud, there were candy and food wrappers, empty water bottles and even a broken knife. When I asked if the vehicle had just arrived or something to justify its abysmal state, and the associate just said "I don't know". The biggest problem with the interior, was a huge lump of melted plastic on the storage hatch in the rear of the vehicle. To be clear, not part of the hatch melted, but something melted onto the hatch. All of this had of course been omitted from the photos, as well as a series of scratches all along the passenger side of the vehicle. It just seemed as though zero effort was made for the sale once the appointment process had been completed. I ended up checking out another dealership and purchasing there. Definitely do not recommend this dealer.
