I was shopping around for a new WRX utilizing the internet. My "free" time is valuable and did not want to waste that free time haggling with dealers. I knew what I was willling to pay and what I wanted for my trade. I was straightforward and honest with Ryan of my expectations from the getgo. He returned my calls in a timely manor and simplified the entire buying process immensely. I've now purchased 5 new Subaru's since 2002 and this was the cleanest consumer to dealer transaction I've ever had. I would recommend Alexander Subaru and Ryan highly to anyone looking for a new Subaru!

I bought a new Chevy Tracker from Blaise Alexander in 2003. Was WONDERFULLY satisfied. Now just purchased a new Subaru Forester from Ryan at Blaise. I couldnt be more pleased with the time and helpful information that Ron Ivey gave to me and my wife as we were trying to decide both the model and the year of the vehicle we wanted to buy. After driving a 2002 Chevy for 14 years, the change from it, to what we ended up buying, a 2016 Subaru Forester, was pretty dramatic and we needed all the help we could get when making this decision. We still have lots to learn about this new, wonderful, car, but with Rons help up to this point, and also with his helpful explanation of the options available to us, some of which we purchased, I know we bought the vehicle that is best for us.

Graham was our salesperson who greeted us and showed us around the car lot. He was extremely knowledgeable of the new 2017 car I was interested in. As we test drove the vehicle, he was helpful to explain changes from my 2014 Forester. I knew after the test drive that another Forester was in my immediate future. My car was ready on the appointed day, all the paperwork went smoothly and then came the real challenge: explaining all the electronics on the dashboard. Graham was so patient with me a senior citizen, and I assured him I'd be back in several weeks, before a long planned trip, to review more features.

I just purchased a new Subaru Forester (love it!!!) from Jim Redos and I would highly recommend him to be your salesman when looking for a new car. He was a pleasure to work with and I feel I received a very fair price for the vehicle. Searched for a new car and found a model I liked. Since it was my first new car I was determined to get the color I liked best. Sales staff was helpful and located the car I wanted. Only waited 1 week for it to arrive. The day of the transaction with financing included only took an hour and a half! The fastest time in and out of a dealership that I've encountered. Had a wonderful experience Ron my salesman was so helpful and informative. I wanted a manual transmission Forster which are hard to find. My family and I had a wonderful experience shopping for a nice reliable pre-owned vehicle. The sales staff went above and beyond finding us the perfect fit for our family. The kids even had a great time - between the play area and the popcorn machine, we had a tough time trying to get them to leave. I had the best experience ever buying a car here. I called their salesman, Jim Redos, about buying a car and gave him a price range. By the time I drove down, he had a few vehicles picked out for me to look at. If I didn't like it, we went on to the next vehicle. I was never pressured to buy anything, he was always honest, and worked hard on getting me what I wanted for a great price. This was the most non-stressful, laid back, vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. When it came time to finance, Dave made sure I had a great interest rate too! My wife and I began looking for a used Subaru to replace our 2002 Outback. After searching around on line, my wife found several vehicles she was interested in at Alexander Subaru, and we stopped in following a doctor's appointment for my bum foot. Firstly, our salesman Graham Webster, met us at the door with a friendly greeting and offered his help with making me comfortable, seeing my cast. Once the preliminaries were done, he brought the car we were interested in to the front door to shorten the distance I had to travel because of my foot. A short test drive and my wife found her car. From there, it was standard stuff. I had a pre-approval from a large bank, but the dealership found me a better interest rate, and eased us through the paperwork process in a reasonable amount of time with no undue pressure or silliness. The price was fair and the whole process was actually pleasant. Graham and I found that we shared several family connections, with his father and my brother graduating high school together. I have nothing but praise for Graham in particular and the dealership as a whole! I went to Blaise Alexander Subaru shopping for a new car recently after I totalled my 2002 Nissan. I was a little apprehensive as it would be my first new and nice vehicle at that. After finding the Crosstrek and deciding it would be a perfect fit. Jim Redos explained the build of the Crosstrek, the way the all wheel drive operated and I was very comfortable with the entire idea. They did not have the exact model I wanted but surely they found it, in red, of course. Throughout the entire process everyone was extremely helpful even all the way to the signing of the papers. I had a million questions that never went unanswered. I would highly recommend Blaise Alexander Subaru and Jim Redos as a salesman. By the way, the 2016 Crossrek is amazing too!

A few weeks ago my wife and I decided it was time to start looking for a newer vehicle. We weren't having any problems but our vehicle had 85,000 miles on it. Did some checking on line to see what vehicles might fit our needs and budget. With the intention of just looking we stopped at a couple dealerships and drove a few vehicles. Of course we knew that we would end up at Alexander Subaru. The main reason being Dave Kelley. We have dealt with Dave for our last 3 vehicles. At Alexander's we told Dave that we weren't in a hurry but we're just looking. Dave introduced us to Ron Ivy. Ron asked us just what we were looking for in a vehicle and price wise. He was very helpful and showed us numerous vehicles. We checked a few possibilities then Ron showed us a Ford Fusion. Turns out that it fit our needs and budget and was low mileage also. We were impressed with the friendliness, knowledge base, and ease with which we were able to find our new Subaru Outback. Troy Love did a wonderful job of explaining the features unique to Subaru and allowed us time to digest this information without pressure. My husband Paul and I just purchased our 7th Subaru. We have purchased 5 Subaru's from, Tim Laird, and we would not purchase a vehicle from anyone else. We were interested in buying a Subaru.What sold us purchasing at Blaise Alexander Subaru it being a family own dealership.Within a week with dealing with sales person James Redos telling him what options we wanted and color we purchased a Subaru.Our over all experience with them could't have't been better.

Mark Moser was excellent! He went over all the ins and outs of the decisions we needed to make such as used vs new, warranties, options and all without any pressure what so ever. There is a dealer much closer to us but Blaise Alexander Subarus reputation enticed us to make the trip to Williamsport and we are so glad we did! Just can't beat a Subaru...we kept out 1997 outback and it is still running strong!

After putting a down payment on an Outback on Nov 30th with my local dealership (Donaldson Subaru of Sayville, NY), I was told that the wait period would be anywhere from 4-8 weeks Following up intermittently over that period of time, it appeared that NO Outbacks were being received by this dealership (i.e. "in transit" according to inventory records) At the end of the 8 week period, January 30th, I was told to expect the vehicle some time in mid to late February Since we had a family function to attend in mid Pennsylvania last week, my nephew who lives in the area took it upon himself to visit the Blaise Alexander Subaru dealership. The salesman, R.I., said that although they didn't have the model we wanted in stock (Outback Limited in carbide gray), he would be able to acquire one from a neighboring dealership After finalizing the necessary paperwork and establishing a price, I gave the salesman my credit card to hold as a sign of my intent to purchase the car A few days later they had it in Montoursville and it was available for immediate pickup Arriving last Saturday, I acquired the vehicle with a minimum of effort and time The salesman was extremely gracious and explained the working of the car to us before we drove back to the family party As opposed to my local dealership, Blaise Alexander made me feel extremely comfortable The salesman and the business manager answered all our questions openly and honestly Although this dealership is more than 200 miles from my house, I will definitely consider purchasing my next Subaru there

The car buying experience at this dealership was very superior. The salesman, Dan, found a car for me when all of the other dealerships told me I would have to order a car and wait 12 weeks for delivery. He went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommended.

I just purchased a 2015 Subaru Legacy and I have to say that I LOVE IT!! I went to Montoursville being scared out of my mind and not knowing what to expect. After I got there I was greeted by the General Manager himself, and yes, even management works weekends. I told him what I was looking for and instead of pushing me onto something I knew nothing about, I was educated on the safety of each car and made suggestions on what would be best for me. After a while, I went inside for a minute to get out of the rain and yep it happened, I fell in love with one of cars on the showroom floor. Thinking that it was way out of my league, but I went for it anyways. Dave worked the numbers and I had an approval in about 10 minutes, not breathing the whole time mind you but not only did he get an approval, he stayed within my budget amount!! While I was waiting I could get fresh popcorn, coffee, watch the game on the big screen tv with totally comfortable furniture, just like at home. After I was approved, a wonderful beautiful salesperson went over every inch of my new car with me, showing where and how everything worked. She really knew her stuff, very professional and impressive. My hat goes off to her, I believe her name is Angela, what a gem! The whole experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I could go on and on but I'll leave it at that.

Everything from the minute we pulled in the lot to the minute we left was excellent! Ron did an awesome job getting us exactly what we were looking for. Everyone we encountered at this dealership was very friendly and genuine. I love my new car but the service at Blaise will certainly bring me back every time! Thank you for everything!

I received an alert from cars.com late on a Saturday and come Monday morning I was in email contact with Daniel Brown about the car I was interested in. He told me in the email the car was damaged in the Hail storm we had a few weeks ago and I told him to take a few pictures of the car for me because I wanted to see it before driving 2 hours to their car lot. By the time Dan went out to take the pictures the car had sold already. It was a very good deal and I was ready to buy it but like I said i wanted to see pictures first because of the travel distance. If I only lived closer that car would have been mine... :)

Made a deal on a new forester. They matched a really good deal from another dealership. Told me they would find our car in a few days. I didn't hear anything, so I called the salesman D.W. He never got back to me. I then called the Manager charlie, who put me on the phone with the salesman. The salesman explained they are in the process of locating one. 2 weeks went by and I didn't hear a word. Usually car salesman call you to update you on the process. The funny thing is that I got a birthday card from Blaise GMC, and a courtesy call from Blaise Nissan where I bought my last two vehicles, but still no word from the subaru salesman. After the salesman from where I bought my other car called the subaru dealership, I finally (2 weeks) got an update that they were still looking. After another 2.5 weeks, I didn't hear a thing so I called the sales manager. He told me I need to talk to the salesman and he would have him call me. I didn't get a call back, so I went to a different dealership and bought the forester that day. I did finally get a call the following week from blaise subaru saying they have a forester in for me to take a look at. I was committed to buying from the Blaise subaru because I had such good experiences at the GMC and Nissan Dealerships. I get my other vehicles serviced at the Dodge and Chevrolet dealerships, and get really great service. I really didn't expect to get such poor service from the Subaru dealership. I really that the salesman jerked me around for a month. Unfortunately you don't always get to pick the salesman, but this guy was incompetent in my book.

It was the worst experience of my life. I went in for routine servicing and it took them 2 hours to complete and they charged me of $200. When I went out to my car, there were several dents on my rear bumper and dents on my car doors on the driver's side. After confronting them, they were so rude to me. They claimed they didn't know what it was from even though they knew they did it. He yelled at me and was so rude and cruel. He told me to call Mr. Alexander himself. After speaking this his very pleasant secretary, she told me he would call me back. He never called back. They have no hearts, they do not care about people. All they want is your money! And they don't even do a good job. I felt verbally assaulted by the men and I am just a 24 year old girl who wanted her brand new car services right. They should be ashamed of their service. I will never return there!

We have been looking for a bigger vehicle to accommodate our family. We were referred to Blaise Alexander by a family member. We looked online and made a phone call to see what they had for us. When we went down and they had a van waiting for us to look at. We loved it right away. Everyone we dealt with were so helpful and very nice. The atmosphere there was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly. They went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. I highly recommend dealing with Blaise Alexander Subaru. When it is time for our next vehicle purchase we will be going back there.

Tim Laird ordered the exact car I wanted and promptly told me when it arrived. The price was better than I expected and the transaction was flawless. Tim is very knowledgable about Subaru and you can tell he takes pride in his job. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership, especially if you don't want to have a hassle. It was more than a pleasant buying experience. Highly recommended!

We purchased a 2008 Outback in what had to be the easiest car-buying experience ever. I expected it to take awhile, possibly a few months, to find the right car and the right deal. But all the stars lined up, and the dealer did everything possible to help us out. We worked with Jabe and other staff who took the time to let us drive several cars and didn't ever make us feel rushed. They worked with our budget and preferences. By comparison, another dealership gave us the cold shoulder because we were on a budget and they "didn't keep cars that old on the lot." They gave us the hustle out the door when they closed 2 hours earlier than Alexander Subaru on a Saturday. The negative experience elsewhere made it that much easier to seal the deal with Alexander Subaru. We got a great deal because the car had been on the lot for six months and they wanted to get us into the "Subaru family" as future repeat customers. Jabe stayed late to answer all our questions and even made sure to inflate the tires and replace the trunk tray that was missing before we took the car home. All in all, we highly recommend this dealership.

We are very happy with our Forester. Rides great. Handles amazingly. Took it on our first long road trip. Packed enough to load two mules and could easily see through the rear view mirror out the back window. Was able to get to everything, even with a bike rack on the back during the trip.
