Everyone from the person answering my emergency call, to the guys in service, to the general manager were very nice, helpful and accommodating! I've gone here for the past 2yrs and won't go to any other dealership because of the level of professionalism here! They have amenities too if you need to work on your laptop!!

I had a real problem with my X5 BMW showing warning signs of engine overheating. The advisor was very professional, was able to accommodate my service request in a timely manner. They had to keep the car for a few days however, I was informed every step of the way and I was provided with a courtesy vehicle so that I did not have to feel stranded without my vehicle. My overall experience was great, my vehicle felt and looked like a car by the time they were through with their services. I would truly recommend this service department to everyone.!!!! excellent service, wonderful experience!

Purchased a CPO 2011 328i xDrive with 29k on the engine from Ian. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful through the whole experience. I would buy a BMW again from Ian, personally. I received water without asking, was offered coffee and pizza, and felt like I was having an informal conversation about cars with him rather than being sold a car. He made me feel confident about my purchase and included some auxiliary "stuff" (second key fob, for example) that the last dealership I purchased from refused to include.

Unfortunately, this company prides itself on horrendous follow through. After paying off a car early, I was owed a refund on GAP insurance which was sold by the dealership. After months of requesting it, I never heard anything. In fact, my emails were blatantly ignored. The GM responded when I reached out, but was quite rude. I then reached out to the Gallery Group which is the umbrella Corp under which this dealership sits. Although I finally received my refund, I was promised a call back which I never received and the management overseeing this dealership from Gallery Group is non responsive. It seems that the parent company has fomented a culture at this dealership that puts customers last and that is quite unfortunate.

We could not have been happier with our experience. Mario was a pleasure to work with. I loved that never badgered us with calls and emails. He responded promptly and checked in with us at an appropriate frequency. We really appreciated his candor and forthrightness and the way he treated us. We also were very impressed with Alex, the BMW Genius. He was patient and thorough. This was easily the best car-buying experience we've ever had, and we will absolutely send all of our friends to Mario.

I purchased my car from norwell gallery and always serviced my car there. There was a mix up when I booked this service. I showed up in Norwell and once they figured it out, told me that I was out of luck and needed to rebook. I called Norwood, explained situation and they told me that I could bring it in and they would have loaner for me. The experience in Norwood was completely different than what I was used to from Norwell. Friendly, efficient and well organized - I will be coming to Norwood for now on!

I entered the dealership "considering" a certified use car. I was able to drive many cars before my purchase with no pressure to quickly select one. Everyone at Norwood BMW Gallery treated me with professionalism and consideration. RJ Raposa (Client Advisor) and Steve Stein (General Manager and "Chief of Negotiations) were exemplary. It was an excellent BMW dealership customer experience. I ended up feeling like I was purchasing a car from people I could trust and actually wouldn't mind having as friends. My final purchase was a new 435 exactly the way I wanted it (color, options, price, etc.). The decision from used to new (at considerably more money) was all mine and I never felt any uncomfortable pressure from anyone in the dealership. Make no mistake, the people I worked with are in the business to sell cars but they seem to understand how to make that process comfortable and "civilized". The delivery of the car and the instruction I received from the BMW "Genius" have actually put me in a position that I know how to operate all the options. This purchase was a 5 star experience for me

This review is for the service department only since I did not buy my car there. Very smooth process, helpful and accommodating staff and they walked me through all of the components of my warranty and even pulled up info about my BMW. Nice waiting area lounge with free bagels, coffee, juice etc. Very nice parts/store with all sorts of neat BMW gadgets. I can honestly say it was a pleasurable experience and I came away from it feeling good. I would definitely recommend the dealership and I would return here for service and possibly sales down the road.

Everything was very well coordinated. Immediately greeted upon arrival at the service area. At that point the keys were handed over & initial paperwork was complete in a couple of minutes. At the meeting with the service advisor, all service to be performed on the vehicle was discussed & explained in detail with time allotted to ask any questions. Upon leaving the service advisor's desk area, the loaner car was ready & waiting for the trip home with little to no down time. Very well organized operation.

I love the service here. It's improved tremendously in the past 7 years I have been a customer. My car is a little lower than most but the shop forman Lewis (sorry didn't catch last name) personally greeted me and explained how they were going to do the oil change on the alignment rack to not damage my car on a lift. The Al Sousa my service advisor and the entire staff worked quickly and informed me every 30 mins about eta. I couldn't be a more happy customer!

I live out of state and this is my first time purchase a car from Massachusetts. I was skeptical at first, but RJ made me feel comfortable from the beginning and throughout the sales process. All of our transactions were handled over the phone and by mails. I never met him and don't know what he looks like, but he came across as very sincere and his words are very honorable. He answered and returned my phone calls very promptly. If there's any problems or concerns, then he would go out of his ways to have it resolved. I would definitely recommend him for your next car if you are in the market even if he works at another dealer.

The service was above and beyond my expectations...just came in for the state inspection... and it looks like the guys possibly put some electrical grease and screwed in one of my rear bulbs properly, its working now! they topped off the fluids in the car, and cleaned it!! on top of this there were free bagels and coffee... so my wife and I didn't have to run out to Dunkin Donuts immediately after. Don't get me wrong, these are all "little" things that don't cost that much; however, they go a LONG way with your customers! Keep up the good work.

I have always owned and driven high performance cars but looking now for a car between a "sports car" and a 4 door sedan. A 2 door coupe with luxury and performance. Looked at other makes and my experience; Mercedes (presumptuous), Lexus (arrogant), and Audi (no selection). Never owned a BMW. I entered BMW gallery and asked for their brightest young sales person and was introduced to RJ Raposa (I have no idea what RJ is for). This young man is bright, understands his product, is engaging, "LISTENS", and while he follows the rules his BMW training has provided (all the typical sales probes and trial closes) I never felt pressured. Even when introduced to his General Manager Phillip Poinsatte the experience was professional, friendly and comfortable. I drove 2 cars that completely impressed me but were not exactly what I was looking for. Again, no pressure. I have left RJ with the requirements that I am looking for when I purchase another car. I left BMW Gallery knowing that the next car I purchase (as soon as RJ finds it, and I can wait) will 1 be a BMW, 2 be purchased from BMW Gallery in Norwood, and 3 be purchased from RJ Raposa. If you are looking for this type of luxury performance car and don't at least stop and spend an hour at BMW Gallery you are limiting your opportunity to find what you want. You can ask for RJ unless I am in the dealership.

BMW Gallery of Norwood saved the day by helping out with an expansion tank leak that had been diagnosed within days after the warranty. The service manager, service adviser, and parts manager all contributed in this effort and made the experience a very pleasurable one. The team made sure the end result was a happy customer. I was kept informed and everything was repaired as promised.I don't have any suggestions for improvement for the dealership or the repair work. However, I do question BMW engineering and am doubtful I'll purchase another. The fact that a short in the comfort access door handle caused computer warnings for the drivetrain, steering, restraint system, and others is ridiculous. This is not only an issue from expense standpoint, costing more time and money to find the issue, but also from a reliability standpoint. I thought I was unable to drive the vehicle and had to have it towed based on the warming. That was completely missed leading. I could've driven it forever without comfort access on one door handle. I was highly impressed with the engineering of my 2003 540 sport. I don't feel the same about my 2011 550 M sport.

I called at 3pm on a Friday and was told they could fit me in at 4pm. WOW!!! Great service! Dan Drinkwater took me right in and explained the repair process and kept me up to date on the length of time for the repair. He reviewed my warranty coverage as well and made a great suggestion with regard to filling my tires with nitrogen to prevent the TPM from reacting with the change of temperatures. This is "THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT"!!

If it were not for RJ I would have been now driving around in an Audi Q5. I had a deposit on the Q5 because I could not find the BMW that I wanted. RJ spent a week searching for the "right" one and found me the car I now am driving and love! There was a snag in getting the vehicle to the dealership that had nothing to do with RJ and he hung in there like a true professional making sure to keep me informed of what was happening and even came to pick me up on his day off - I live 90 minutes from the dealership and he had to pick me up at 7am. When I arrived, the 2011 BMW 5 series that I was there to look at had ben sold the previous day. Somewhat disappointed, I was immediately referred to Manny, one of the senior sales persons. Manny took me "under his wing" and showed me their entire used BMW inventory that would suit my needs. I found a 2012 528i with low mileage and certified; just what I was looking for. I was able to work out a suitable price and value for my trade-in. The car was ready at the time I was scheduled to pick it up with all minor issues that I requested resolved . Manny turned what could have been a negative experience into one that was entirely satisfactory. He even came in on his day off to make sure that I was satisfied with everything when I arrived to pick up the car. He also was very informative and instructive regarding the nuances of the car. He took the time to make sure that I was knowledgeable enough to drive out of their dealership with confidence. I've only had the car for 5 days, but so far, I absolutely love it. Thanks, Manny.

I live on the Cape, but heard about a great salesperson up at the Norwood BMW when I was at a BBQ over the 4th of July weekend. My friend gave me his card and I called the guy for an appointment. I came to the BMW Gallery of Norwood thinking about trading in my 2006 Z4 for a BMW I could drive all year round. I loved my Z4, but had to put it in my husband's garage every winter for about 4 months because it was not a winter car. My salesman was Jeff Stanford and he was fantastic. He asked a lot of questions about what kind of car I wanted and he found me the perfect one. He was very knowledgable and wanted to make sure I could drive the car home that day, which I did. My husband was with me and he has been very sick and Jeff couldn't have been more kind and thoughtful in making sure my husband was doing ok. I work during the week and would of had a hard time bringing the new car back to have the extras done that we wanted done and Jeff arranged it so that I could come in on a Saturday and get everything done. I love my new 335 IX and Jeff made everything easy. He has called me several times since buying the car to make sure I was satisfied and loving my new car. The leased 2014 BMW 535 I - win # WBA5B3C5XED533365 -02/28/2014 , end up to be a lemon car-did not pass emission test , at the dealer service facility , with 420 miles on it . Now this car is listed a used car , with 232 miles on it .Usually , the car odometer goes up , and not down . What that means _ the dealer was changing ( roll back ) the car milage ??? it is an fair practice procedure BMW gallery is doing ???? also they were forcing us to get a new BMW , with less features , but for the same price paid for the first leased BMW - $ 1, 800 .00- difference between the first and second car , and also not allowing us to get an lease agreement . Now , we are paying the lease for the old car , and having and much cheaper car , whit a lot of undisclosed safety issues !!!! Nice job BMW Gallery !!!! The worst of the worst experience I had on my life. We own 2 Audi A 8L . Nissan cars , but never ever had such bad experience !!! The WORST OF THE WORST !!!!!!!

We went to Dealer Rater to find a high rated sales person at BMW Gallery in Norwood, MA. We found Jay Garant,contacted him and he informed me that he had been promoted and is no longer handling direct selling. After explaining to Jay that my wife (and I) do not enjoy the car buying experience he reassured me that he would have someone equally as professional contact me and that he would be in the back ground to ensure a low pressure buying experience. I found Jay to be very professional and pleasant to deal with and would recommend him. Soon after the call with Jay I received a call from Mario Carosi. Mario also reassured me that this would be a low pressure, pleasant experience. I set up an appointment with Mario for the next day and we meet with him. We are purchasing a new car for my wife and she wanted the new BMW 4 series convertible. Mario took us to look at one in their storage area and he walked us through all the features etc. That car was too high end for our needs so we discussed ordering one. He offered to let us drive a Coupe they had on the lot as it was very close to the one my wife would be ordering and we agreed. Mario brought the car to the front door and my wife sat in the drivers seat and I in the passenger seat. Mario then began to describe the features and while that process was going on a man walking by the front of the car turned and spit on the ground right on front of my wife and I and just kept walking. I asked Mario who that was and he told me it was Tom Murphy, their new car manager. We both said that was disgusting and went on the review of the 4 series. We test drove it and loved it. We returned and configured the car and Mario then took it to Tom Murphy who put a price on our trade that was $2,000.00 under KBB and informed Mario that he will not discount the 4 series convertible period due to this model being brand new. I told Mario had we known that we would have to pay full MSRP we never would have wasted his time. I apologized and he said that he would try to revisit the discount off MSRP the next day. As promised Mario called me the next morning and said that Tom Murphy decided to offer us an $800.00 discount but that's it, no more on the trade-in either.I thanked Mario for his time, great service and handling of our deal but that we would not over pay for a car under any circumstances, we just don't need a BMW that bad. We bought a new 2014 Audi the next day and had an excellent experience.If you are looking to purchase a BMW I would highly recommend Mario Carosi and Jay Garant but just ask if the BMW that you are looking to buy would be discounted before going to far.

I was recently looking for a used car, I was really trying to decide between a new Jeep or a Used BMW 330, Which I really likedI went into BMW of Norwood on three separate occasions, and unfortunately my experience lacked much to be desired.On all Three occasions I was greeted by a very nice young woman at their counter as you first walk in, But after that, I was on my own, not once did any salesman approach me or ask me if I needed assistance.I probably walked around for 2o mins each time, upstairs in their used car department and outside looking at the used cars on the lot.I was so insulted that I finally left, each time without a single person even saying Hello,Maybe I wasn't dressed to their specifications, or maybe they assumed I had no money, I have no idea.I am a professional, I own my own business, I dress accordingly.I did end up buying the new Jeep, and I'm very happy,If this is how BMW treats its customers, or if this is the image they wish to portray, Thank You,I want no part of it.as a side note, I called BMW of North America and told them of my experience, and they told me that each dealership is owned separately and they have no control over how they treat their customers.I can ssure you, that will be the last time I go there.

I was there to buy my first bmw I thought buying a luxury car would have been a great experience! The salesman was not friendly and was walking around like he was at the gym. Roger would talk to me about his watch and his vacation and not about the bmw i was buying I didn't feel like i was buying a car never mind a luxury car. Other then price i would not recommend this dealer to anyone I would have paid 1000 to 2000 more for a luxury buying experience.

I give this dealer a COMPLETELY SATISFIED rating !!! I would say that if you are looking for a straight - forward and fast and friendly service BMW GALLERY OF NORWOOD is your dealer. After shopping at numerous dealers in the area , I felt right at home when I walked in. I set up an internet appointment with ANNA and she then introduced me to Renzo Otero , Rob Piccerno and Phil Driscoll. The rest , as they say is History. No less than 20 minutes after my Test drive I had agreed to numbers on a 2014 BMW X5. What was so important to me was the UNtypical process. There was zero of the " Let me go talk to my manager , back and fourth business". Simple and Straight Foreward would best describe Renzos' style.I knew what vehicle I wanted, He had it incoming,we agreed on a price and I will be driving it home when it arrives. Doesn't get any easier than that. If You are looking for a BMW and want a no hassle/pain free experience ask for RENZO OTERO - He , along with The BMW Norwood process is the reason I bought the vehicle. I had a terrible service experience on my 2011 550 with BMW Gallery Norwood last month (they fixed none of the specific items that I asked them to address). I have called, emailed, done a live web chat, etc. , but no one has ever called me back or followed up. I keep getting email survey requests from BMW Gallery asking how I liked my service, blah blah and I fill them out with candor, but nothing happens. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is and am ready to shift to another dealer. I have always wanted a BMW and love my 2011 550 xDrive (the first BMW I have owned), but the service experience has been terrible compared to my experiences with the other luxury brands I have owned (Cadillac, Lexus and Acura).

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI purchase my 3 series from my uncle who had purchased the vehicle new and had all service performed at BMW Gallery of Norwood. I called the dealership to ask for a code to program bluetooth that should have been provided at delivery. After 6 calls to service (during business hours) I was not successful in speaking to anyone. I then explained the problem to the receptionist who again transferred me to voicemail. When I tried to call back the receptionist wouldn't even speak and immediately transferred me to service voicemail. I left a message that was not returned. Two days later, after speaking with BMW Customer Relations I e-mailed the service manager. My e-mail went unanswered. I ended up having to tear my trunk apart in order to get the code they easily could have provided.POOR WORKMANSHIPA recall on the tail lights was performed on my 3 series at BMW Gallery of Norwood. The recall consisted of adding an additional ground wire to prevent arcing and burning of electrical connectors. The ground wire was added but the bulb carrier and electrical connectors were already so badly degraded by the defect that some of the pins are melted to 1/3 of their original size. This was ignored by the dealership, as were the dashboard warning lights that remained on after the recall was performed. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIEDAt this point I wouldn't let them touch my car even if they would return my calls.

Tookmy car in to get a new water pump, they quoted me one price and said labor was 4 hours, took them only 2 hours to replace but would not come down on labor. Also charge me 135 to look at car when computer told them the issue, they said they would remove this charge but when I went to pay, the charge was still there and they told me they could not remove it, so they are LIARS!! Oil change was quoted as 147.50, but they don't tell you they charge an additional 31 bucks for "environmental disposal", which should be in the quoted price!!!! They are absolutely the biggest scam artists and liars and people need to not use BMW gallery. I want to sue them in court for being liars and scammers. Stay away for this place at all costs!!!!

I have been a customer of BMW Gallery in Norwood for years, for their outstanding service department, and for the pleasure of buying cars from Adrian Pirvu in the sales department. Adrian is the lowest pressure, most helpful, most informative, and most accommodating car sales person I have ever worked with. I originally went in about a 12-18 months ago to look at the new 3-series that was redesigned in 2012, and Adrian showed me around the cars and was happy to answer all of my questions as best as he could. I was unsure about the 3-series, because it was longer than I would like. I kept visiting and asking questions though, and Adrian was always happy to help me out. Then the X1 came out, and I was fascinated. Adrian knows that I tend to find out everything possible about a car that I'm interested in, and as he puts it "I sell the car myself". He helped me schedule test drives on all the trims I was interested in, check out trims in inventory so I could experience the options and features in person, and he introduced me to Rob, one of the sales managers, who is also always nice to work with. I had made up my mind: I would get an X1. I also made up my mind about options, and reviewed them thoroughly with Adrian. Adrian and Rob reviewed all of my feature selections to make sure the car had everything I wanted. Adrian ordered the car and kept me informed at every step, and patiently answered all my requests for updates. When the car came, Adrian made time for me to come see it late at night, and I took delivery, well after he was supposed to go home. That, is outstanding service. As for price, Adrian got me a very good deal on the X1. I'm really happy with the price I paid for such a fantastic car, all after such an outstanding car buying experience.

I looked at their online inventory and found the car I wanted to look at so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to test drive the car. Arrived right at the scheduled time only to find no assistance from any of the employees there. Some were busy, some seem to be chatting around but they all walked past me and just looked at me without asking if I needed anything. 15 minutes past and I finally walked up to a car salesmen telling them I had an appointment. He told me to wait in the front and someone will get to me. 10 minutes later...same salesmen finally decided to see what I needed help with. I also overheard one of the salesmen tell a lady that if she doesn't have an appointment, she should probably come back another time after scheduling. Nice one guys, you just lost a sale there. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got to test drive the car. I pointed some things out about the car that doesn't seem right and the salesmen just disagreed, "No, I don't know what are you talking about". Then we started to negotiate the price. When asked for me to put in an offer I offered 4k less than the sticker price, which is a good starting point to start negotiating. They just laughed at my face. I also knew more about the car than the salesmen! I corrected him on a few things and he just mumbled under his breath. The salesmen talked to the manager and ended up giving me some change off only. That is like giving away a penny to a homeless person...why even bother. After some going back and forth, he brought out the Sales Manager (who was very nice) to talk to me. Ultimately, we could not agree on a price and I walked away so back to the search.

I just recently purchased a previously used BMW 128I convertible and it was a very relaxed and pleasant experience from start to finish. Jay Garrant is not your typical car salesman. He is friendly,helpful, and informative. I started out knowing very little about the x3 and left knowing I couldn't live without one. I have owned the car for a little over three months and I couldn't be happier. For many years Kim Lexner is helping me to service my car. She is extremely friendly person and very knowledgable at the same time.During my last visit she helped to identify a problem that my car (2011 X3) had for quite some time. She facilitated repair and quickly found me a loaner car. I received my car back next day and am enjoying driving since. There is a reason I'm driving 10 miles from Chestnut Hill to BMW Gallery in Norwood for service, having another BMW shop in walking distance from my work place in Boston.I highly recommend Gallery and if you are lucky to have Kim as your adviser, then, I'm sure, that you will never look for any other place to service your BMW.

Needed 1 tire changed. Was told it would be 1.5 hours to wait. Ended up waiting two hours, despite the fact we had an appointment. This is entirely too long to have waited. I don't expect the speediness of a pit crew, but please, I think for one tire 2 hours is a bit much. The excuse is "we're busy." Guess what, I'm busy too. Next time and next vehicle will be purchased and serviced elsewhere.

Its always an exceptional, no-hassle experience at this dealership. I question why I even considered going anywhere else. This is the 3rd car that I purchased from them having purchased 2 pre-owned cars in the past (from Alex Archer) and a new 2013 5 Series yesterday (from Ken Brien). I was offered a deal on a 2013 5 series at another dealer earlier in the week only to be told at the last minute that they don't actually have it and I would have to wait for the car which I thought I would be getting right away. I called Alex to see if they had a similar car and he had Ken Brien call me right back. We selected a car from their inventory in 5 min over the phone and agreed on price for a car that actually has more options - in a preferred color - for the same price as the other dealer. One hour later - after coming in for a test drive - I signed papers and took the car home later that afternoon (prepped, tank full, registered, delivered/ programmed and inspected). Save yourself time and trouble and try this dealer if you want an honest, friendly, no-hassle experience and an exceptional price. Ken Brien is the man to see if you are looking for a new BMW. And having had my other cars serviced there over the past few years I will offer the same recommendation for their exceptional service department.

Shopped around at several dealers for a new BMW, knew exactly what I wanted for options and price point. Norwood got my business because of the sales associate I interacted with, Jay Garant. I've been buying cars for 20 years, and I've never had a better experience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, genuine and transparent. These are qualities you just don't find in car salesmen these days. Jay quickly assessed my needs, test drove a car with me, and configured a built to order car per my specs. Agreeing on a price was also straightforward, and accomplished by email and phone with minimal hassle. Norwood didn't have the absolute best price in the area, but was very close. Another dealer I won't name tried to undercut them at the last moment, but dealing with their salesman was much less pleasant and felt constantly like a hostile negotiation. With Jay, the process felt clean and friendly, with both sides understanding each other's constraints. That professional style has value for me, and earned my business.If you're in the market for a new BMW, I would highly recommend Jay and Norwood BMW for your next purchase or lease. I have no affiliation with them, and am actually a loyal Audi driver. This prejudice made Jay's job with me even harder, and the fact that I closed the deal with him speaks to his professionalism and interpersonal skill.

I bought my car at this dealership in 2006 and always dealt with Stan or assigned service advisor. 6 years later I still deal with Stan. He is always approachable, sincere, honest and professional. When my car was in warranty and out of warranty Stan always makes sure his customers are satisfied. Stan will take your car for a ride if necessary to ensure he understood the problem. BMW Sudbury is closer to where I live but management at Gallery is far better than Sudbury. People like Stan makes BMW proud in a way that wants you to continue to buy BMW from Gallery Norwood.

Went to this dealer for an inspection sticker, should be simple enough right? while waiting I received a phone call advising me that I do not have a front license plate therefore I would fail the inspection. I advised her that the front plate is in the trunk. I did not have the time to install it because the vehicle was just purchased. She then told me that they can not install the plate because it does not have a front bracket. A 2011 5 series does not have a front plate bracket? So bmw manufactured this vehicle with a rear bracket but left out a front one. I think not.. This was a pitty way to extract $65.00 from me. this is what I was told would cost for a new bracket and installation of the bracket. She then told me that i could install it myself. At this point i went outside and noticed that the vehicle does have a front bracket.. wow this amazing. I took the screwdriver that came with the vehicle and installed it in about 2 minutes. She then tells me that they did not notice that the bracket was there. hmmm. At this time I paid for the sticker, went outside and took possession of my vehicle. I noticed that there was bird droppings on the hood and paperwork throne in the front seat. they never bothered to put the paperwork in the envelope and back in the glovebox where they found it. And no courtesy wash or vacuum, last time I was at a BMW dealership and a Nissan , I received a courtesy wash and drove away with no bird droppings. I left this dealership felling like I drive a Hyundai with two hundred thousand miles. I will not be visiting this dealership in the future. Dishonesty does not bode well with me.. I will take my business elsewhere . I guess courtesy does not exist here. O yea the greater was nice .

Every aspect of the dealership was superlative. Working with Joe Shuman, Manny Menasha and Eric Brennan made the sale a wonderful experience. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The showroom is spotless and every attempt is made to insure that the customer is comfortable. When we picked the car up Joe Shuman spent over two hours going over every detail of the car. There is no reason to shop anywhere else!!

Adrian has been my go to guy for BMWs, whether I am looking for used or new. He is patient, relaxed, and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars. He answers all of my questions and consistently goes above and beyond for me, whether it's finding out some detail or finding the right car for me to test drive or taking the time to scour inventory.The BMW Norwood Gallery is not close by to my home. They are 30-45 minutes from me, and are not the closest dealership, but my experiences there have always been so positive that they are my first choice for checking out which BMW I want to get next.Whenever I hear a friend say he/she is interested in BMWs, I recommend that they see Adrian. I know I'll be buying BMWs from Adrian for a long time.

This dealership, for most of this transaction, has demonstrated a pattern of behavior that in my opinion is at best indicative of incompetence and at worst unethical. I live in Kentucky this dealer is located in Boston. I purchased the car and had it shipped to my address after discussing the condition of the car with the dealer via phone. The dealer stated that the car had gone their certified program, but was not a certified car because of its age (7 years old). I set up multiple conference calls with my bank in order to ensure everything was in order with the payment of the car. The following week my bank contacted me to ask if I still needed the auto loan, I arranged the previous week. Turns out the paperwork was not submitted from the dealer. It took several calls to resolve the issue. Shipping of the car did not go much better, with many excuses. The dealer told me the paperwork, to register the car, would be sent with the car. The car arrived with no paperwork and only one key. The car was also damaged during shipping.When the car arrived on the truck the battery was so weak, that it almost did not start the car, to drive it off the trailer. After being on the charger over night the battery was no better. The dealer did pay to have the battery replaced.The dealer could not figure out how to register the car in Kentucky. It took me calling the motor vehicle department to find out the details and then putting the dealer in contact with a representative from the motor vehicle department. Inspection of the car clearly showed that the car had many issues that you would expect a ertified programto have resolved. The brakes had new pads, but the rotors were all worn to the manufactures specified limit for wear. The use of a scanner to read the chassis fault codes through the OBD2 port, revealed 30+ faults. The probabilities are that, many of these faults were generated by the prolonged under voltage condition presented by the weak battery, and cleared. The heating and A/C system in the car did not work. The problem was resolved after finding wires unplugged in the back of the A/C control panel. I contacted the dealer about the car having only one key and they were uninterested in helping me obtain additional keys. So a key cost me $173.00 at my local dealer.The dealer stated that he car had a small ding in the right quarter panel that would be removed before the car shipped. The ding was still there when the car arrived. I asked the dealer about this and was told me the ding was collocated with a brace and could not be removed by paintless dent repair. The Dent Doctor in Louisville easily removed the ding and told me the brace made the removal, less difficult, than if there were no brace. The dealer did reimburse me for this expense.I submitted an estimate to repair the shipping damage. The dealer assured me the damage would be covered, but after stalling and delaying for 49 days the dealer, told me personally incur the expense of having the car repaired before he seeks reimbursement. This is still an open matter.This was the worst experiences I have had conducting business with a dealership. This process should have taken no more than about two weeks to conclude, given the added complexity of shipping the car, but instead is approaching the 3 month mark and still there is an open matter. I have been dealing mostly with the Used Car Manager, but have also been in contact with the General Manager, neither of which is able to or willing to resolve this final issue of repairing the shipping damage.

I'd been in the market for a 528i and was interested in a CPO car that BMW Gallery had in stock. I walked in unannounced and was greeted very promptly and introduced to Naeel, who was just great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient and we spent a couple of hours test driving and negotiating. At no time did I sense any game playing or anything less than sincere interest in getting a deal done. Naeel was as pleasant a guy to negotiate with as I can recall. I felt I got a very good deal, as I'd spent a couple of months doing research and talking to other BMW owners. When I went to pick up the car, Naeel had addressed some paint chips I'd noted on the car and had these repaired. He also thoroughly explained the car systems and has since then called me to make sure I was happy and everything was as it should be. I am really pleased with the experience here.

In general my dealings with this dealership over the past six years have been good with the exception of this last time. These are the issues regarding my last visit:1.Representative was in a rush and didnt take down all information related to the appointment.2.The car was brought in at 11:00am with the expectation that it would be done the same day. I make a call at 3:00PM to find out that the car hasnt been looked at and as it turned out the car was not looked at till the next day. 3.I made it clear to the representative that if the car was going to be kept overnight I would need to know before 5:00PM in order to make arrangements to get home. I was called after 5:30pm and notified that the car would be kept overnight. She indicates that she has no one there available to give me a ride home. I hang up on the representative and call back and ask to speak to a manager.4.The manager promises to send a car to pick me up. I wait two hours and NO CAR. I call back and no record of a car being sent. Another manager offers to pick me up himself and I tell him Id rather take the long cab ride home.5.I call the dealer the next morning and the representative is asking me questions that I answered during our initial meeting. The car had actually not been looked at yet.6.I pick up the car after at 4pm and while on the highway heading home my check engine light comes on and the car starts shaking. I call the representative back very upset and she puts me through to her manager who offers to have the car diagnosed for free. I decline the offer. 7.I get home and check under the hood and there are parts that were loose and never clamped in and one piece that couldnt be clamped in because the clamp was broken.8.I know this happened at the dealer because I had been looked under the hood a few days before since I had just gotten an oil leak fixed.At this point I cant say that they caused the check engine light issue but kind of strange that it wasnt picked up during their diagnosis and that it came up right after leaving their facility. It turned out to be a spark plug and an ignition coil that needed replacing.

We had a very positive experience when buying the car. Tom Rivers, although he clearly wanted to sell the car, he very gently informed me of all the benefits and attributes of the car. I felt no pressure but rather thought the car sold itself. I had driven Volvo's for over 25 years and was very brand loyal. I, in turn, hope and anticipate a long relationship with my BMW and the dealership. I could foresee recommending other family members to Tom Rivers and the dealership.

I first came to BMW when I still in college and from my first lease to my most recent purchase today (7 years later), Peter Fard has always been my adviser and I would not have it any other way. Not only is he good at his job, he is great. No matter who you are or what you are looking for, Peter always goes above and beyond to get you what you want. I have never left BMW Norwood disappointed in the slightest. It is BMW Norwood's customer service that has fueled my continuous return and they have a lifelong customer because of it.

Working with Tom was pleasant. When I first walked into the dealership it was like I wasn't even there. No one bothered to ask if I needed assistance. Then I saw Tom who was on a day off, took the time to answer my questions. It took about 3 weeks to agree on the numbers for the vehicle. I feel like the sales manager was being a little tight. Overall Tom is a good guy

I recently had my car serviced at BMW of Norwood. When I called to make an appointment for my car I was notified that my usual service person had left BMW. So I was given another contact, this contact person was horrible. They had insisted that I wait for my car while it was being fixed because per their system the work was going to take less than 2 hours. Ive gone to this dealer for 5 years and I had never had to wait. Ive always had a loaner. I was so frustrated that I was going to go to H. Chambers. I called my sales person at BMW Norwood to ask if their service level had changed. He kindly said no and directed me to Teresa Mullen. Teresa was great. She made the appointment for me and had a loaner ready and I was in and out. She understood the value of other peoples time. After a complete check up my car was there overnight, waiting for a part that was needed; so much for that 2 hour service.I would recommend Teresa to anyone.

Had my e93 M3 Convertible in a number of times for a very troubling issue with the passenger seat belt. I had 2 different service advisors manage the service on the car to have it come back with the same issue, or comments around it behaving "the way it should". I knew that this wasn' true, and needed someone who would take ownership of the issue, work in conjunction with the garage foreman, and get my car working properly and safely.Teresa looked up the history, saw the issues that had transpired, and vowed to make it right. She worked closely with the shop foreman, communicated progress and setbacks, and made sure that we were workign towards a common goal. The shop ended up having to consult with the BMW AG tech team, and was finally able to solve the issue. Teresa made the experience very aniexty free, showed a true sense of committment, and had a friendly and professional way about her and always stayed positive. It was truly a pleasure to work with her, and I wouldn't see anyone else at this point. This is my 3rd M3 from the Gallery, and I have always had a good experience with the Sales and Service staff.

I am seriously questioning the integrity of the positive reviews written about Teresa Mullen. In late January I had a seriously inappropriate interaction with Teresa. At the time I told her I was going to contact her Manager and the owner if necessary. After a "cooling off period", and a talk with another employee, I was under the impression Teresa was on her way out and that management was well aware of her sarcastic and hostile attitude. Considering this is not actually the case, I will be writing a very detailed letter about my experience.On a more positive note, the sales staff, technicians and all other employees I have dealt with in the last 10 years of being a loyal customer have been top notch. I will continue to be a customer, however I will avoid Teresa Mullen completely.

Excellent service, my appointment was made at the last minute due to a flat tire caused by a road hazard I was able to get in very quickly and she was able to arrange for a loaner on short notice. The tire was replaced under my hazard insuance policy. At the same time a number of mionor service issues were dealt with.

Today is my last time that I will visit this dealership. I have a BMW 325 and X5 Diesel. When you make an appointment for scheduled maintenance, they tell you it will be 2 hours and less and you can wait. It seems that they do not want to pay for the loaner. Once you are in, you can wait and wait. The appointment is setup so that you get a loaner only when you pay. When you make an appointment, customer service will say that service appointment does not need it a loaner and you can wait. It is in poor taste. My 325 has 96000 miles and I do have to pay for every service. Guess what - I always get the loaner.My X5 has 30000 miles and I usually have a very hard time with this car getting serviced. I am very disappointed. The agents are generally unfriendly.And by the way I am right now waiting in the dealership.

The customer service for this Gallery is atrocious. The poor service started with the giggling girl on the phone when I made the appointment, this gave me a bad feeling but that's only one employee right? I had never been to this location before and when I entered the building, unsure of where to go, I stopped at the info desk where the gentleman behind the counter was having a loud, personal phone conversation and couldn't be bothered to help. As I move on still unsure of where to go, I am passed by numerous employees who make it a point to NOT offer a smile or give any direction. At this point even a simple Hello would have been welcomed. I finally find someone who dismissively tells me to drive my car in to the "shoot" where someone will then tell me what to do. The man in the shoot asks for the key, still without a hello, and tells me to "wait inside and someone will sit me down to talk to me". When I'm sat down, I am so appalled by the attitude of the CSR that I ask for the keys and leave. I have never been treated so poorly by so many employees in one place before. It's too bad that BMW is such a large company because a smaller dealer would never survive with customer service like this!

I normally wouldn't have driven all the way to Norwood (from Rowley) to buy a car, but I knew exactly what I wanted (a certified pre-owned 335xi with Sport and Nav), and what I wanted to pay (less than $32k). Gallery was the only place in a 100 mile radius that had a car matching this description! I called to ask if the car, which I found on their website, was still in stock, and it was. I then scheduled a test drive for as fast as I could get to the dealer. I underestimated what traffic was like south of the Pike on a Friday night, and got to the dealership 10 minutes before they closed! But Tom was more than happy to stay late to test drive and discuss financing and my trade in value. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in, I got the exact interest rate for financing I wanted, let alone a great price for the car I was buying. Because I had gotten there late, I assumed I would have been politely kicked out because it was closing time, and asked to return the next day, and I would have completely understood. But that didn't happen. They (Tom and Paul) stayed with me to get everything in place, so that all I had to do the next day was come back with the down payment. I felt a little guilty but they insisted. But everyone was fantastic, I never felt pressured. The next day when I came in, it was really as easy as giving my downpayment, having Tom explain the details of the car's nav and interface more thoroughly, and I was set. I was very happy with my experience and so pleased with my car.

Since It's my first experience with buying a brand new car, I was not offered to agree on the car condition of delivery, They had me paid the deposit a week before delivery, and to sing the contract before even look at the car.

I brought my 2008 328xi in for service on October 22. The service light was on. The diagnostic system revealed a need for a brake fluid change, a multi-point check and new rear brakes. The first two items were estimated to cost about $400 and the latter about $750. I inquired about the seemingly high cost for the brakes. The response wwas that included pads and rotors. If I had not asked several other questions I would not have found out that the system read that brakes were needed in 4,000 miles and that the rotors may not be necessary. I said hold off on the brakes, call me and I'll decide based on the facts. After leaving, I called my local mechanic who, not surprisingly quoted $450 for the brakes using OEM parts. I was then called by the dealer and was told that the car didnt require new rotors but the pads were going to be $450. I declined because of the huge difference. Note that the BMW labor rate is about $130, slightly less than what many doctors earn. When I returned to pay the bill I was enraged. Why? Hidden at the bottom of the five page invoice was a $25.00 fee for disposal (1 liter of brake fluid). This fee had not been divulged to me during the intake process. BTW, that process is handled in a very deliberate way; all of the potential needs and costs are discussed in great detail. Why was the $25.00 fee not divulged? Hmmmm. I asked the cashier about this. I didnt get a cogent answer. I paid and then returned to the service advisor. She explained that the BMW Gallery had to dispose of the chemicals and there was a cost. There was an inference of ecological ramifications (no doubt meant to instill guilt and facilitate my concession). I noted that this was not divulged in advance when I signed the order. The response was that with inclusion of this fee, the total bill was within the range specified when I signed off on the form. I maintained my composure when I pointed out that the fee was known by them in advance and that the nondisclosure practice was deceitful and tantamount to fraud. The advisor arranged to have the money credited back to my AMEX card. When I got home I noted that the valve cover on my front left tire was missing. Apparently, when the $150 vehicle inspection was performed the technician did not replace the valve cover. My understanding is that the tire pressure monitoring system in the car does not function without a proper valve cover installed. So, I spent $150 to have a safety and operation check and was sent home with a vehicle that was made unsafe by the dealer. As an aside, I have been a long term customer. I leased three cars ($125,000 of sticker) from this dealer in 2008 (this 328 and two X3's). I bought a 1996 740il ($75,000) and a 1989 325 ($25,000.)I sent the dealer a message through their website and received no response. I guess I'll have to drive back there to get my valve cover...doesnt seem right, does it? I told them that I would be posting here and that I will be contacting BMW North America this week. The practice of charging such a fee is egregious and inexcusable. They are obviously thinking that the people who shop there are immune to a mere $25.00 add on to save the planet. I wonder if I should continue using BMW Gallery of Norwood for my service needs.

After telling me she could easily service my vehicle, it was an emergency situation and making me come all the way down to the dealership...This was the service rep's (Teresa's) response to me telling her I had spoken with her not more than an hour ago....."honey, you must be confused and misunderstanding something that was said". I reckon I'm just another confused and incompetent female in the world. Shhh...don't tell the bank that employs me to manage one of their $20 billion portfolios...they are under the impression that I am competent and can count past 100, and capable of understanding complete sentences such as "sure no problem, you can come in now, we can handle that right away". I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and have always been impressed with the professionalism and customer service that I have enjoyed. I will continue to patronize this business, I will just request another rep in the future.

With regard to the ratings I've given, it was without hesitation to say that my experience on 9/14/11 left nothing to be desired; in other words, it couldn't have been better. My request for service was on very short notice, however the way I was treated all-around made it seem like Jason and Steve had weeks to prepare for my visit. I had a problem with my check engine lite on my m3.the service manger Charlie Antonio and the service writer Matt baker walked me thru the procedure that was needed to remove the check engine lite.every step of the way was explained to me.Charlie called me personally several times to make sure I fully understood was going to happen to fix my car.to make a long story short Charlie,Matt and the team of technicians promised and delivered what they promised.once I had driven 100 miles I was able to get an inspection sticker just as I was assured by the great team at the BMW gallows service dept.I would just like to say thank you very much,what a awesome team of employees.

They found me the EXACT car I was looking for with low mileage, all of the options (and then some) that I wanted, and a terrific warranty program. Tom was nothing short of fantastic to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. Ironically, I bought my first BMW back in 2001 from this dealership. I am thrilled to be working with them again after recently relocating to this area. And specifically working with Tom - I'm sure the entire sales team is fantastic to work with - but Tom really went above and beyond - even allowing me to keep the car (2004 BMW X3) for an additional weekend as I had a road trip to the white mountains planned. My only recommendation - and it's not to the dealership - is BMW has stopped making this car - the ONLY car I can or will drive - in a manual transmission for the 2011 model. This is a huge bummer -- BMWs are just not the same if they are automatic -- for the true driving enthusiast, we much prefer manual transmission.

Over 10 years of great experiences with BMW Gallery Norwood. I didn't buy my car from them initially because I moved from out of town but they never treated me like a second class citizen as they did at Herb Chamber who is 3 miles from my house. It's never a good time to buy a car. I needed to trade in my old BMW and it was a rainy day. I walked into the dealership and I was greeted by a salesperson with a smile. Thinking to myself here we go again a sales-guy is looking at me as a fish to catch . I was so wrong ! He gave me a tour of the building showing me that we don't need to be outside looking at cars on a rainy day. The gallery had 40 certified pre owned BMW upstairs in there showroom to view and all of there new cars in the basement as well. I sat down with Adrian and he was the first salesperson to ask me about my needs what is importanted to me ad my family about my next car. I was taking by the question Adrian was asking me and made me feel that this salesperson really cares about me and not just selling another car. I drove away in my new 550xi and the car is amazing .. The Service Department is great, especially Dan MacDonld whom I request. He is very informative, explains the detail, is responsive via e-mail and phone. He takes the time to deal with you and listen. He has gone the extra mile where he did not have to but did to be sure I was pleased with the service. Pat the greeter is helpfull and the waiting area is great too.Sale Department: My last purchase of a Certified Pre-owned has been a hassel. The Certification missed many problems with the car causing me to have to bring it back multiple times and it took up to weeks at a time to repair. Very fustrating to me for a car new to me and Certified. During the sales process I felt like it was all about moving the car and getting a commission. When I picked the car up the salesman told me "you already have a BMW so you know how to work eveything anyway, right" and left me to deal with another client. The thing is the car has an i-drive which my first BMW did not so I soon learned the i-drive does not come with a munual so you have to figure it out on your own (and the 2007 version is not user friendly), yet I was lead to believe it did come with a manual. I was never even told how to connect the i-pod correctly yet specifically asked. After the sale to me I was told, after multiple inquires to the salesman, that one does not exist. I actually had to make a special trip to the dealer to get the standard manual since the did not put on in my Certified car. This all again comes back to Dan who made sure all the missed problems during the Certification process were resolved at no cost to me. It was a big hassle but he made me feel like a valued customer.

Today was my first time in this dealership. I had always gone to Herb Chambers but lately was less than thrilled with their customer care. The whole place is amazing buy I had the pleasure of working with Menelaos Mitoulis. He made this such a worry free and pleasurable experience. They do an awesome job welcoming their customers. Everyone there is very courteous from the person who checks the car before driving it to the mechanic to the cashier. I have never gone there and not come out overwhelmingly satisfied with the service they provide. I love this dealership, particularly the service department. Kim Lexner is outstanding. She is uber-efficient, smart, personable and accomodating. My car is always taken when scheduled, and delivered when expected. Work on the car seems OK, and mostly done well. Pat is the most pleasant of personaltities to greet. Charlie runs a great operation. However, the service department is very expensive, comparatively speaking. But for Kim, I would have stopped using the service department when my warranty expired, but she makes the experience so easy and pleasant, I keep going back.

The Service Team (Charlie Antiniou, Dan MacDonald, Stan Sockol and the Master Techs) at BMW Gallery-Norwood are really attuned to customers needs. Every time I bring my cars in to be serviced the work is completed in a timely fashion. There are loaners available but I have never utilized this great addition to their Service Department. If you need BMW parts you can get them the very next day as Ed Reyonolds Manager and Steve Richard Assistant Parts Manager can over night items from the BMW warehouses in the area.

Having owned my beloved Z3 for 13 years (sold to me by the legendary Johnny "Pie" Mackenzie of the Bruins), I cannot say enough about the excellent service and care my Z3 has had over the years. Any concerns I have had are always addressed immediately by Dan Macdonald and I wouldn't trust anyone else's capable hands but Frank Costello's. I am hoping to keep my Z a very long time- it will be a classic as was my 1977 Toyota Celica (Still running and looking good, I hear). Frank has gone above & beyond the standard always- (he recently found a nail in one of my tires and plugged it) and I didn't even know it was there.I went to check out the Z3's a long time ago at the Comm. Ave. dealership of Herb Chambers and the salespeople there totally ignored me. I guess I didn't look prosperous enough to own a Z3- their loss.

To relay all the good experiences I have had with this dealership would be unfeasible, but I can say that the service has been overall extraordinary, and if you understand and accept that no business is perfect, but along gradations of excellence and effort, this particular group gets it correct 99 percent of the time, youre going to get along well at this dealership. The person at the dealership I look for when walking through the door, because he has consistently been helpful to me in the extreme is Mr. Dan MacDonald in services. Dan will steer you where you need to be inside of the dealership. Based on my positive business experiences, I highly recommend Dan and this dealership as a whole and my suggestion is that if youre considering leasing and/or purchase, you ask Dan for the dealership tour and introductions right up front. I bought a certified pre-owned 2006 530xi from this dealership in 2008. The first time it needed service, I paid $88 to get a light bulb changed and sat in the waiting area for 3 1/2 hours. The car now has 60,000 miles. Recently, the iDrive screen completely died. When I called to make a service appointment, I was told I couldn't get a loaner car for 2 weeks. I made a bit of a stink and they finally agreed to rent a car for me. I brought the car in, and later in the day they called to tell me that the iDrive computer needed to be replaced, a $1400 repair that was not covered by the warranty, because it was "not essential to the operation of the car." The certified pre-owned warranty excludes "accessories," which they were claiming included the iDrive. However, besides controlling the phone, the radio, and the navigation, which I suppose you could call "accessories," it is also the only way to check the oil, because some brilliant engineer designed this car without a dipstick. I finally got a hold of the service manager the following day and made my argument that the repair should be covered. He called BMW and they actually agreed to split the cost and make the repair at no cost to me. Great news! Well...the next day I am informed I need a new battery, at a cost of $440. Not covered of course. Three hours later, they call again, and tell me now the headlamp seems to be out. Another $180...because it is an hour and a half of labor to replace it, since the entire bumper must be removed to do so. Another example of brilliant engineering. At 5PM on the third day of this ordeal the car is finally finished. I go in the next day to pick it up, and when I do, they tell me that they never installed the new iDrive computer because they were "pretty sure it was the battery." They made that decision without consulting me, and in fact didn't even tell me so until I went in to pick up the car. And of course we know why...because they didn't want to pay for it. A half hour into my trip home (I live 40-45 minutes away from the dealership) the screen died. So they tell me to bring the car back the next day, At this point, I have spent 4 days in a row dealing with this issue, and already traveled back and forth to the dealership twice. I had to twist their arms to give me the convenience of another car to drive, I had to argue with them about the particulars of the warranty, and now I have to go back, because they tried to cut a corner. I asked the service advisor what they could do for me, ie send someone to get the car, or take some money off my bill to compensate me for my wasted time, and I was told they "didn't have the manpower" to do that and would do nothing for me. I left a message for the service manager and he never even returned my phone call. I still don't have the car...by the time I get it back it will have been EIGHT DAYS. I paid a premium for a "luxury" car and a premium for a "certified pre-owned" car and absolutely nothing about this experience has been luxurious. Other luxury car manufacturers send a technician to your door to deliver a loaner and take your car for repair; BMW makes you schlep your car to them and beg them to give you a crappy rental that stinks of smoke...because they obviously feel their time is more valuable than yours. Do not buy a car from these people, because once they have your money they treat you like just another sucker. Well, there are plenty of other places I can get treated like dirt for a lot less money. I will never buy a BMW again.

Hi,I bought a certified pre-owned BWM at the BMW Gallery, Norwood MA, in October 2010. I traded in my old car (Ford Focus 2007).After a few months, I got a call from the BMW Gallery, and I was told that the title document of my old car was missing. I had kept the title document in the glove-box of my old car.So, I went to the Gallery, gave them the original lien-release document of my old car and told them that the loan on my old car was completely cleared, and that the lien has been released from the bank. They agreed, and told me that they will apply for a duplicate title for my old car.I received a mail from the NY DMV 3 weeks back week. I am very shocked and dis-heartened to see that my signature has been forged thrice in the application forms sent to NY DMV to obtain the duplicate title of my old car. This is not what I expected. My signature has been forged on three forms - NY DMV application for duplicate title, BMW Norwood letter-head, and on MA RMV Assignment for Duplicate Certificate of Title form. I have heard the Gallery does very good, transparent and professional business with the customers. Now, I am worried about identity theft and fraudulent impersonation. My wife was called to ask our consent to apply on our behalf, but, we never expected forgery. The application form has been rejected by NY DMV. There is a note in the mail which says that the NY dealer's facility number is missing. I dealt with these three people - Ed Oteri, Ken Dale and Alex Archer.I have mailed these people twice, and they have not cared to contact me about this yet. This is really very bad customer service. Dan MacDonald and the rest of the service staff at BMW Gallery of Norwood are the reason I drive all the way to Norwood (from just outside of Boston) to get my car serviced. I've been through three BMWs (a 323 wagon, a Z4, and a 328 hardtop convertible), and Dan has taken the best care to have my cars serviced as best as possible. He's always been friendly and honest and straightforward with the service repairs. When Dan has been busy or unavailable, I've had the opportunity to work with Kim Lexner, Kate Santa Maria, and Matt Baker, who all have been just as wonderful. The service staff at BMW Gallery of Norwood take the time to explain what repairs involve, options, costs, with honesty and detail. There's also another gentleman in the service department whose name I cannot remember, but he also gave me the same kind and straightforward service. Every time I got my car serviced, my car came out looking new after being vacuumed and washed. At one visit, a service advisor let me take a look at my car on the lift before choosing to proceed with a repair. Truly, other service departments have a lot to live up to to match my experiences at the BMW Norwood Gallery.

Horrible experience, 1st car they had me in a bidding war with a customer 50' away after the other sales person swipped the keys as my salesman went to move a car in the way before my test drive. No problem they had the exact same car with fewer miles that was taken 30 min prior to another dealer. Inquired about it, Matt called Norwell and car was still available. Agreed to a deal, 500 deposit and paperwork complete. Sales team called Norwell to tell them car is now SOLD and they need to have the car delivered Back To Norwood for delivery. The afternoon I was to pick it up Matt called to inform me that it was also sold. Yes after I had spent 5+hours and had a sales agreement signed by them...He specifically told me the deposit would guarentee it. You think that after a breach of contract at the very least you would hear from the Manager of the sales dept with a explanation!!??? They did have another with 10,000 fewer miles but wanted another 3,000+. You think they would TRY to make their mistake right but really only seem to be concerned with the $$$. And now almlost two weeks later they still have not sent my deposit back after they said it would be in the mail...Yes I just called and was transfered to a voicemail...

I purchased a 535xi CPO online in December after locating the car on BMWUSA.com. I couldnt locate one on the west coast, but found two that met my requirements on the east coast. My first choice was out of Chicago, but didn't have a fold down rear seat, so I ended up purchasing from Norwood BMW. It was a pleasure to deal with the Chicago dealership, I wish I could say the same for Norwood. Below are the highlights of my experience with this purchase:My initial request for a quote was met by an email response from Aaron, who didnt respond to a subsequent follow up email. This led me to a phone call with sales, and working with a sales rep named Chris Stadolnik (Sales).Chris answered a few a few questions I had about the car, and I agreed to purchase it. He e-mailed me the credit app & deposit authorization forms. I filled them out and emailed him back. He told me he would turn them over to financing and let me know the status shortly. I didnt hear back from him that day nor the next. After sending an email & leaving a voicemail, I called the operator to be told that he had taken the day off. I explained to the operator that I was trying to determine where I was in the process of purchasing the car, and was transferred to financing, This put me in contact with Ken Dale (Finance Manager) . He told me that I was approved, but that he had customers and would call me back. I didnt realize I wasnt a customer and he didnt call me back. When the day was about over, I called to complain and was put in touch with Alex Archer (General Sales Manager). After explaining to Alex that I was trying to purchase a car, but running into difficulties in finding someone who would sell it to me, he told me he would take care of the problem, and shortly afterwards received an email and follow up call from Ken.Ken went through the paperwork and requested insurance documents from me. I also agreed to purchase an add-on to be included. The docs had to be signed locally, so he told me he would Fedex them to my local dealership that day, so I could sign them on the next. The docs didnt go out that day, but they did eventually get mailed. Finding out the status of the docs was difficult. Ken was very slow to respond to e-mail questions. I sent queries into the status of the docs, and when he finally did respond, it took a couple of e-mails to get a tracking number that was readable. Finally after receiving a tracking number, I confirmed the Fedex had been delivered from the tracking number, went to my local BMW dealer, and found they didnt have any package afterall. When looking closer at the details from Fedex, the tracking number showed delivered, but it was delivered in Norwood, not San Diego. Ken had sent the wrong tracking number; the package didnt go out as planned. Ken sent me a revised tracking number showing the next day delivery expected.Since getting the purchase agreement to arrive in San Diego took a couple of days, the car was still listed for sale online, even though I had agreed to purchase the car and given a deposit authorization. With the docs due to arrive the morning of purchase, I noticed that the price had been reduced $625.00 from my agreed purchase price. I requested the docs be modified to reflect the new lower price, and of course didnt receive a response. It was very difficult to ever get a response from this dealership. I emailed the Phil Driscoll (General Manager), and Alex Archer before finally receiving a response. The dealership refused to change the price, so apparently I was to pay a premium over anyone else who would be interested in purchasing the car. Normally this would have ended the transaction without purchase, but BMW was having an extended warranty promotion that ended in 4 days, and I didnt have a backup choice from another dealer, so I decided that it wasnt a deal breaker. I did decide that I would instead give a thorough review of my experience with this dealership, which you are reading now.On my second trip to my local dealership to sign the docs, the docs were at least there. I was told by Ken, that the BMW extended warranty promotion would be explicitly detailed in the sales contract, but it wasnt mentioned in the docs at all. Thankfully the San Diego dealership was able to get it added to the contract so I signed the docs. To continue emphasizing the lack of response to emails, since I agreed to purchase an add-on, and needed to have the car shipped cross country, I needed to confirm when this add-on work would be completed and that the car would be available to be shipped so I could arrange shipping from a third-party transit company. I queried Chris & Ken via email but never received a response. I spoke with Alex Archer on the phone, who told me he would call me back within 5 minutes to confirm, but Im still waiting for that return call. Finally frustrated again, I contacted Phil, who was able to let me know the work was done and the car would be available for shipping once they received the signed purchase agreement back from the San Diego dealership. In fairness, I should say that Phil was the one person I dealt with at Norwood who handled himself professionally and gave a positive impression of the dealership. I purchased the car, arranged shipping and was told by Ken that one key would be given to the carrier, and I would receive a fedex. I never received a fedex, and two days before the car was scheduled to be delivered, sent an email to Ken, Chris & Alex. I never received a courtesy response from anyone to let me know that they gave all the keys to the carrier.The car was shipped, and arrived yesterday. The dealership didnt include the navigation dvds, so I dont currently have an operational navigation system. Ive sent an email requesting the dvds be shipped to me, but have not received a response so far. Ive contacted BMWUSA to see if this can be resolved with my local dealership, as I dont have a lot of confidence that I can get this resolved based on my experience with Norwood.Additional update as i've had the car for two days, the car was advertised to have Sirius satellite radio, with one year of subscription included. I tried out the satellite radio today, and was prompted with an ESN number and a toll free telephone number. I called Sirius and was told that the ESN was for the original owner and that there wasn't a prepaid year on the car. After about 30 minutes on the phone, Sirius agreed to give me a year free of use, but that was a concession on the part of Sirius, and had nothing to do with Norwood BMW. As far as Sirius could tell, there wasn't a prepaid year of service on the car. 1/14/11 - the navigation dvd issue has been resolved.

I initially had some problems with my car service at this BMW but I was asked to work with Katherine Ellis in the service dept. Her service and commitment to making sure the customer (me) was happy was second to none. She did an excellent job following up on my issues and making sure everything turned out just as I expected. Katherine turned in a difficult and disappointing situation into a positive one.My faith in this dealership and the excellent service I know they can provide has been restored thanks to the excellent work of Katherine. We bought a certified pre-owned BMW 328i on Oct 1. It has been 10 days now. We have experienced many problems already. Within 24 hours of purchase, I observed "Service Engine Soon" warning indicator on the speedometer, and the left tail bulb was burnt. They said the on-board computer of the car had some wrong data. These were fixed free of cost. A new bulb was installed and the on-board computer's data was reset. Then, after 2 days, the same left tail bulb got burnt again. This is very disappointing. I think the car has problems with the electrical system or voltage distribution. I am not able to understand how and why BMW certifies a car with defective electical system and wrong data on the on-board computer. And, for every trip to the dealer, I need to drive around 30 miles (for no mistake of mine). It is very sad to have experienced these problems within just 10 days after purchase. The past 10 days have definitely not been peaceful. My wife and I are totally unhappy with the overall experience.Apart from these problems in the car, the rest of the things are good at this dealer. We got a nice finance APR rate and a good affordable monthly installment amount. The customer service is very good. The time-to-repond and the friendliness is amazing.

Having purchased a few cars in the past 64 years, I must say that this was the best experience ever in purchasing a car. Great group of guys. Naeel handled the test drive and the negotiations and I never sensed that I was being pushed or pressured. When he explained why he could not accept my original offer, I felt comfortable increasing it by $1500. I hope that my experience with the service department is as memorable. Try to avoid doing business with their satellite in Norwell as my dealings with them were quite the opposite. They were more into game playing than selling cars.

recently i had my wife's white 740i at ahe collision center for a minor repair which was handled satisfactory however her window were tinted by a sub contractor by mistake' the tint job although a mix up i agreed to tint remaining windows, but at some point during the tinting process the pael that houses the controls for the driver side seat was broken and after bringing this to the collision center's manager's attn. he tried to tell me that it was already broken, which was a lie, he very adamently denied it was broken there which made me very mad and as far as he was concerned i had to deal with the tinting co. myself even though the car was left in their hands. I went to the bmw gallery exspressed my feelings to the lady that checks in the cars for service, she put me in in touch with a gentle whose name was stan and from there this was handled in the manner that should have been done at the collision center, the car was fixed at no charge as it should have been, it just sucked that i was put through that, i must say that i will continue to use the gallery for all my mechanical repairs but will noy go back to the collision center for any body repairs as long as the gentleman that treated me like crap is there, i think that if not for stan in the service dept stepping in an taking charge as he did i would never have went back, i don't want to think that i was treated as i was because because i am black, even though i am black my money is still GREEN, i want close this by saying thank you so very much to the lady at the gallery that checks in the car for service and stan for taking care of the problem, look forward to seeing you guys soon for the repairs that we spoke of

I bought my 2002 M3 (51,000 miles) at BMW of Norwood three weeks prior to my first service visit. I had noticed that the rear differential was leaking fluid so I brought it in for evaluation. The diagnosis was a leaking pinion seal that was in need of replacement. This repair was estimated to cost $850. I inquired to the sales team about them covering it since I had just bought the car. They simply stated "We will take care of it." No negotiating or games were played, despite the car not being covered by any warranty. I was and remain very impressed with my experience there and they have exceeded my expectations in every way to date. I intend to use BMW of Norwood for my service going forward, despite the fact that they are located about 25 miles further away than my nearest BMW dealer. Many thanks guys!

My husband and I worked with Craig and found a great car for us to purchase. He was very pleasant in dealing with us and was always available to answer our many questions. The financing was a smooth process and super easy. I am contrasting Craig's salemanship with a BMW sales person I am currently dealing with in a BMW dealership in Long Island (since BMW Gallery didn't have the specific car we were looking for) and it is a night and day experience. Admittedly, I was not super excited about going though the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. The first few dealerships that we visited fell short of our expectations; and, we didn't feel that we were getting good value for our trade. However, my husband did some research on his own and met Tom Michalopoulos at the Norwood Gallery. Our experience there was far superior to what we'd previously encountered. The cars that we test drove were in good condition, were actually in our price range and they were willing to give us a fair amount for our trade in. Tom spent a tremendous of time with us to help find a car that we are BOTH comfortable and excited about. We are now first time BMW owners.

I had considered looking at a BWM as my new car purchase. I had done my homework as to the model of car & $'s I was willing to spend. Never having driven a BMW I wanted to be sure that it was the type of vehicle I would be happy with. On arriving at the dealership, a salesman was not immediately available. After a minute or two, Harris came to my assistance. I explained my concerns regarding the "ride" considering that I was not accustomed to a performance vehicle. Harris could not have been more accommodating. We did a road test, highway, residential, side streets. Gave me great instruction & guidance regarding the car. Returning to the dealership, we went through the process of negotiation. Agreed on a number and sealed the deal. Could not have been easier. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30am & I was in the bay at 1:15pm with plates on the car & getting instruction from Harris as to the operation of the vehicle. I appreciated the fact that BMW Gallery and Harris did not give me the "hard sales" routine. They treated me with respect and provided a fair price without going back and forth 20 times. The dealership was an important factor in buying from Gallery. the car sells itself and being an informed customer I had a good idea what the market was for this car. Gallery and Harris were able to price the car fairly which prompted me to buy the car, even though I had not planned to buy until August.

I visited the BMW Gallery in Norwood last week to look at Pre-Owned BMWs. I was greeted by friendly Sales people and the Sales manager. My salesman, Harris, was very helpful in having me test drive a car - and eventually finding the perfect car for me. My husband made an offer - and it wasn't long before I owned my first BMW.I am impressed with the free service and extended warranty offered by BMW. I have always been afraid of the expenses- then to find out that all service is free up to 60,000 miles was a great surprise.I am expecting my first purchase of a BMW won't be my last.

I recently purchased a 2006 BMW 750Li from Gallery BMW and found the experience to be exceptional. Craig exceeded all expectations in every area. He spent a lot of time with me as I decided on which model to buy as well as which stereo to put in it. He went way out of his way to find a car for me that had in it what I wanted. He sent someone to Princeton NJ to get the car and have it back in a day so that I could benefit from the promotion BMW was offering in March. After he picked me up from the dealership where I dropped off my old car he spent another significant amount of time explaining every little thing about how my car works. I purchased a BMW 135 in December with the help of Harris. He assisted in getting me in this car for the right monthly payment. I found out about 2 weeks later that I was expecting and unfortunately the car I had chosen was not going to be suitable for a child and all of the "gear" that goes with one. I explained my situation to Harris and he was able to get me in a used X5 for a lower monthly payment. Like most people, I enjoy the concept of purchasing a new car but despise the process of it all. I just purchased a new 335i convertible and could not be more happy. My client advisor, DAVID CAMIRAND, was exceptional to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I had been working with him for well over a year and he never once was impatient or lost any interest in trying to keep me satisfied. How many sales advisors can you say that about? He was very knowledgeable about the product and never pushy. As a consumer, I like to take my time car buying so that I can feel confident that I am getting the best deal available. David was always available but allowed me to proceed at my own pace without making me feel pressured. I HATE, LOATHE and DETEST the process of shopping for and purchasing a car.....I decided it was time to "take the plunge", put on my armor and set out to purchase a CPO BMW X3. Prepared for the usual unpleasantness of the process, I was so pleasantly surprised by this dealership.....from the moment I stepped into the showroom, I was greeted by a very professional receptionist who introduced me to Tom.....and instantly, there was an ease and comfort with him. He is professional, friendly attentive but not overbearing, knowledgable and easy to work with. I was referred to this dealership by someone who has been working with them since the late 80's, and who raved about the sales and service. Being a skeptic, I questioned her enthusiasm about a car dealership! Truly, now I can understand why. I have had an affiliation now for a few weeks, with both sales and service and they are VERY impressive.....!!! So, I am a convert and a VERY HAPPY BMW owner! I usually don't write reviews of this sort, but I felt compelled to after my experience with BMW Norwood and Steve Martin (yes, that is his name). During the entire sales experience, Steve was incredibly professional, honest, and humble. It seemed like he had all the time for me, answering any question I threw his way. There were many things that Steve did right, but I just want to touch upon one example that demonstrates the type of person Steve is. After picking up my new car, I asked Steve if I could exchange the floor mats for a different color. Steve said "no problem" and he would handle the exchange with the parts department. By the time I could return to Norwood, the mats weren't exactly "new" anymore, and the parts department declined to accept my floor mats. Without hesitation, Steve offered to buy me new floor mats and followed through with it. Thanks, Steve!Never pushy and always amicable, Steve allowed me to feel confident about making a big purchase. My selection of BMW Gallery of Norwood was the result of an internet search for a pre-owned BMW 330xi, which I located at this dealership 2 hours from my home. While Steve is not the original sales person that I spoke with, he quickly became my sales person of choice based on his personality, thoroughness, and overall knowledge of the vehicle. Having had less than favorable dealership experiences in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by how accomodating everyone was, especially Steve. No pressure, and upmost courtesy. The day of my return to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, I was extremely late due to bad weather and highway backups caused by post-Thanksgiving traffic. I had a Honda that was totaled and needed a replacement car quickly. Having owned an Audi and a Lexus, I wanted a BMW (since my kids are staring to graduate from college) and so visited BMW Gallery first before stopping at other dealerships on the AutoMile. Steve Martin was very attentive and knowledgeable but never overbearing like many car sales associates. There was a great 2-year old X5 on the lot which was a great replacement for my Honda SUV. Each time upon entering the showroom, I was greeted in a friendly and professional mannner...not overdone nor underdone...just right. That really sums up my overall feeling about the dealership and my sales person. I shopped other brands and one other BMW dealership. I choose this dealership to buy from because they didn't come across too stuffy or arrogant. I came very close to buying a Lexus, but I felt like an old man surrounded by lots of even older salesmen at the Lexus dealership, which made the Lexus feel even more of an old man's car than it already is! This BMW dealership seemed more vibrant.I did my pricing homework so it was a very straightfoward pricing negotiation. We met each other pretty much halfway on price. Since BMW still maintains a brand premium, and their sales haven't slid quite as much as other brands, the discounting is not great, but there's definitely room to negotiate a decent/fair price. I liked the fact we didn't get into an ugly haggling over a few hundred dollars. Conversely, I had a particularly unpleasant price negotiation at Lexus of Watertown, in Watertown, MA.I really have a strongly positive opinion of my BMW sales person, Muhammed. This guy really knows and loves BMW's, and it shows. I was glad to give him my personal business. On the day I picked up my car, the process was complicated a bit because I had forgotten to call my insurance agent earlier in the day to notify them I was transfering coverage. As a result, new license plates were not ready. Muhammed handled it quickly and efficiently, and I left without much delay with my new plates in my perfectly prep'd and detailed BMW. I would highly recommend BMW Gallery of Norwood, and be sure to ask for Muhammed.

I went to the dealership with the intention of purchasing a 335xi within the week.We dealt with an employee who seemed very friendly but clearly had no authority to make a deal.He quoted us a price, then tried to back out of the quote the next day. He was supposed to get back to us but never did.BMW lost a sale, and I would not return to this dealership.There are many other cars out there equal to or better than the BMW, I'll just move along to a dealership that cares.

I called to set up a service appointment for my '95 325i. The first time I selected the extension for service and got the appointment center, they transfered me to service and I reached someone's voicemail. I called back in 15 minutes, selected the extension for service again, got the appointment center, asked to make an appointment for service, was given attitude "oh, you want service". I was transfered about 5 times before I finally got someone in the service department, gave her all my information, finally told her my model car and was told "oh, we don't service 95s" I asked if she was serious and she told me that they don't service 95s or older. The Gallery just lost a potential sale when its time for me to purchase a new BMW.

I just purchased my second BMW from the BMW Gallery of Norwood. Overall, I am very pleased with this dealership. The pricing is reasonable; however, I'm also fond of their service department. Although they have made a few minor mistakes, my service Advisor, Kim, handled them with the utmost professionalism. Having had horrible experiences with Chambers, taking the trip to Norwood is well worth the savings of mental anguish. Moreover, for those servicing an older BMW, the labor rate in Norwood is a fraction of that in the immediate Boston area.

Mr. Collins, The previous cellular phone conversation with David was very simple!I informed David that I had (6) copies of similar 2004 BMW 645CI's with same miles priced at $54,000. David replied," O.K." I then informed David that I viewed one of the six vehicles at Trans Atlantic Motors located in Hyannis, MA. I also told him that I discussed this with them in person and they gave me a price of $52,000. I stated, "you may confirm this!" David's next response was, " Want to buy my car for $52,000 ?" I was able to arrange same day service for a routine maintenance service. It take a few times of phone tag to actually connect with a service agent. Instead of having you hold for the next available operator, the receptionist, just drops you into an agent's voicemail. The agent did call back quickly, but as with anyone's voicemail, you don't feel like you are going to be taken care of at the start.There is a large waiting area with vending, a TV and desks, which makes waiting easier. Overall, the service was good.

Brought my M3 in for a routine inspection II and an inner fender skirt that was rubbing on the tire when the wheel was turned to lock. I could get over them charging $30 plus for each spark plug (!at#at! they are under $5 at the local auto parts store) which worked out to be a $700 plus dollar tune up. I chalked that up to the "well, it's a BMW, you gotta pay for it" factor and llimped out to look at the car.The tech's fix for a rubbing inner fender skirt was to just put a self tapping sheet metal screw through the fender!! Instead of taking it apart and replacing the clips, like I asked, he just drilled into virgin sheet metal, leaving bare metal exposed. Not a good recipe for longevity given the salt used in these northeaster winters. I complained to the service manager, and he seemed to think it was a properly done repair. I don't think a vocational school dropout would have done such shoddy work. I then received a "well, you bought it used, what do you care" comment. I have also have had similarly rude experiences with their sales staff. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this dealership. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW. Make the drive to BMW of Peabody or Foreign Motors West. Even though this dealership is next door to my work, I would rather drive an hour out of my way than deal with these buffoons.

This is the second new Bmw I have purchased here. I have been bringing in my trade in here for the last 4 years and Wayne Emanuello has taken very good care of my car, work was always completed and was always done on time. I just bought a Z4 roadster.I was given an excellent price for my Z3 trade and given a good discount off the new car. John worked very hard to get my business and he was very knowlegable about the car and its features. He also made the buying process a little more enjoyable and I really did my homework on the prices of a new Z4's and can honestly say I got the best price and I already know the service will be 1st class. The delivery was a breeze and John took the time to show me how to work the new features the Z4 had and explained the break in period. The paperwork was all correct and there were no hidden costs or surprises. From this and past experiance I would recommend the Bmw Gallery Norwood a great place to buy a car.

I had two very negative experiences with Gallery and would suggest to stay away from them as far as possible. On the first visit I had them install a Dinan S2 upgrade on my 4.6is and whilest the car was on their premise my stereo system (value for equipment >6000$) was stolen, actually it was professionaly removed by an inside person (no break-in signs and all components neatly removed without cutting cables). On the next visit I wanted them to verify a problem on my 4.6is which had already been diagnosed by 2 other dealers but due to this being a Dinan car BMW NA would not let them work on the car, all I've heard is the car is running normal and they have no interest in working on it. On the subsequent BMW satisfaction call I did not give them all 5s and Charly Antonio called (well left voicemail) to tell me that I shoule never visit the dealership to get my car serviced. I will now takes this further and get a lawyer involved but thought I'd just share in case somebody is thinking about visiting this "fine" dealership

Found a CPO car on the BMW website and contacted them to get more information. Took several phone calls to Anthony, the sales guy, who was sometimes responsive and sometimes not. Was told several things that ended up not being true, such as that the rear airbags were in fact enabled (they were not, my local dealer had to enable them for me) and that the car was never repainted or been in an accident (it had been repainted - and poorly - more on this later).<br><br>A guy from m5board.com agreed to go and check the car out and did so, and sent me several high quality digital pictures and quite an extensive report. Based on those, I called and we agreed on a sales price and I then made plans and flew up to Norwood from NC to pick the car up. Gallery was nice enough to send a very friendly fellow named Mike in a new 2004 530i to the Providence airport to pick me up.<br><br>Got there and they had just had a huge snowstorm a few days before, so while the car was clean, the situation was not very conducive to a detailed inspection of the exterior (hence my missing the repaint). I checked out the interior and everything that I could possibly check out and we did the paperwork and I was on my way.<br><br>Nav system hung several times on the trip from MA to NC. Found that the disc they gave me was cracked. No manual was included for the nav system so I had to spend 30-45 minutes trying to get the thing to work (it's integrated w/the radio, so everything shut down, and I was not about to drive 800 miles without sound).<br><br>Found several problems with the car over the next couple of weeks, and when I went to hand wash it the first time, found that the clear coat was chipping off. Couldn't take it in until after Xmas because I needed the car for ferrying family around. Took it in to Leith and they fixed everything possible, except some things that Gallery should have caught during the CPO inspection but didn't. They arranged for Gallery to pay me back for those items if I paid Leith to fix them. <br><br>Got the car back, called Gallery to alert them to the clear coat chipping and poor repaint (may have been done by the old owner) and chipping clear coat and the fact that I hadn't seen it til after I got home and washed off all the New England road grime, and they basically told me that since the car had been on the road for the better part of a month and that I had "sufficient time to inspect" the car when I picked it up, that they were not responsible. This is partially true, but a dealer that just sold me a $56,000 car could probably pick up a $200 re-paint bill for a front fascia, don't you think? I don't care if the car was on the road for a month or a year, the clear coat does not chip like this unless it was poorly painted to begin with, and that is very clear from looking closely at the car. Live and learn! <br><br>I was happy with the price I paid. The service was not particularly friendly, especially during the paperwork signing. The person who delivered the car knew less about it than I did (and I didn't know nearly as much as I should have). The cracked nav disc and poor repaint job are thorns in my side. I didn't bother to even mention the nav disc or missing manual to them, nor the airbags not being enabled, and they still should have offered to repaint the lower bumper for me. I would probably not buy there again.

We arrived at the dealer on a Saturday morning to look at the 745LI. Jim greeted us warmly, and was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. After a 40 minute test drive, we settled on a price, got financing lower than credit unions, and took delivery the next day. The delivery process took about an hour - explaining all the features. We now have 12,000 miles on it. There have been some electrical/recall problems, but the service department has done an outstanding job in accommodating our needs. The loaner car program is fantastic, and I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone.

When shopping for my M3 I went here first. Don't remember salespersons name but the first thing I told him was no BS and no games. I was ready to buy but would walk out at the first sign of games being played. Well let me tell you, I've been treated with more respect from Ford dealers. I never expeted to be treated so poorly and with such contempt from a BMW dealer. When I walked out the door (like I said I would) the salesman chased me asking for a credit card to hold the M3 we were talking about. I had to stop and show him that I had a company check in hand and had he only treated me the way I asked to be treated I would have bought the car right then and there. FYI he was trying to get me to pay 5K over sticker, not by telling me what he was doing but by playing with monthly finiance payments and/or lease payments. <br><br>I went to BMW Peabody the next day and bought the car at a slight discount off sticker. BMW Peabody NEVER charges over sticker (even for a Z8 when other dealers were getting almost 2X sticker for them). <br><br>Sad thing for BMW Gallery was that I place a high value on my relationship with my dealer. If they had treated me with respect and offered a "fair" deal I wouldn't even have shopped their price. <br><br>So now I'm very happy driving 60 miles to see my friends in Peabody.

ok this is a three part story, the happy, the angry and the funny.<br><br>keepin mind my car only has 3200 miles on it in its 2 month life<br><br>part 1: friday night i was coming home from a comedy show in boston, i had been driving for about a half hour, and was on teh exit ramp and suddenly the gas peddle didnt do anythign, so i kicked it into neutral, and noticed that the EML light, traction controll lights and hand brake light was on, and that the car was rough idleing betwen 1k and 1.5k. i decided the restart teh car whiel moving and when i did this everything went back to normal.<br><br>so i called the bmw dealership and set up an apointment to get it checked out, went in today, got looked at and they called me. the error code read for a Mass airflow sensor fault so they are going to replace it, but htey dont ahve part in so it is being over nieghted to get fixed tomorrrow.<br>So that the happy part of this story, no rpoblem no worries. <br><br>part 2: i also wanted them to replace my aux input adapteor that i had boughten beacuse all it was doing was giving back massive amounts of feed back, i told him i woudl take it out since i had put i in nd figured they woudl not cover the labor on it, so i did and droped the car of as i already mentioned<br><br>so in this phoen cal he says that they put it back in for me and it was having the problem(DUH!) bu tthat i have an aftermakret sub and amp, and at this point i know what he is about to say so i cut him off and tell him that i pu tthe aux input in first and it was still have this problem , and he is kind of shocked cus now he has no defense for trying to maybe pin this on me. so he sasy they will replace it but they need my receipt, so i tell them i will drop it off to them tnoight after i get out of work.<br><br>So thats the angry part , they tried to get me but i beat them.<br><br>part 3: so at the end of my phoen call her says somethign liek " i notcied you got thoes fiber optiocs around teh headlights" so i am liek (internally)"oh great he is goign to try and pin somehting on me beacuse of this" and i am liek "yea i do i love them" his repsone is" yea they are realy nice" and then goes on to ask me where i got them an all sorts of crap about them liek i think he totaly wants them.<br><br>thats the funny part:we actually have a bmw service manager wanting to do mods !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <br><br><br>DAY 2: the mass airflow sensor has been fixed, but they tried to give me tons more crap about the aux input and my after market stero, bu ti agian shot him down and got him to agree to order me a new one.<br><br>NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN<br><br>

Let me start by saying that family members had purchsed their BMW's from this salesperson - a few in the last couple of years. Anyhow, I went to purchase and was only given the run around. I seemed to be just a thorn in the side of the salesperson. Every five minutes he would leave and help someone else. Essentially I sold myself the vehicle, because I needed a new car quickly and negotiated the price (not much but below book value). My next vehicle will not be purchased through this particular salesperson!<br><br>I had planned to pay cash for the vehicle but was fought every step of the way by the Finance Department. I couldn't seem to get out the door without discussing finance options, etc. I finally told the guy that he could tell me anything but I was not financing - i even told him I was leaving. At that point the finance guy had to go discuss it with the sales person. If paying cash, don't let them talk you into discussing your options with the Finance Dept - it's not worth it! Overall, an afternoon of knowing what I wanted to buy took me over 6 hours to buy! Ugh!<br><br>Never mind picking up the car - basically, they threw me the keys! Bought it in April 2003 so service hasn't been required yet.<br><br>
