Thinking that the commercials, for the cars and the dealership, were the usual hype, my wife and were pleasantly surprised by our experience at BMW of Cape Cod. From the receptionist, Bela Rua, who has multitasking down to a science, to Ben Whitney, our client advisor, to Richard Harrington, the financial "guy " everyone did their best to make this transaction as smooth and trouble-free as possible. We are enjoying our vehicle, a 2017 X1 a great deal. There are bells and whistles we will probably never use but it's nice to know that they are there. We haven't needed any service so far but I'm sure, when we do, the experience will be as exceptional as the leasing process. We will not hesitate for an instant to recommend the BMW brand and BMW of Cape Cod to anyone who inquires.

Dealing with Tim Muldoon (our Client Advisor) and Ethan Harrington (our BMW Product Genius) was a pleasure. Both of these members of the team at BMW of Cape Cod were very professional, personable and attentive to the needs of the customer. Tim took ample time (three hours) to demonstrate different vehicles and was very thorough in answering all questions. He was very prompt in answering all phone calls and email messages. He never pressured us in any way. Ethan took more than two hours to demonstrate the features and software of our new X5. His explanations were clear and complete. All of the staff that we dealt with at this dealership were very courteous and welcoming. We are very pleased with our new X5 and would recommend BMW of Cape Cod to anyone.

Once I finally decided it was time to trade in my car, I shopped BMWs online a bit to see what was out there. I found a car I liked and contacted the dealership to see if it was still available. I was referred to Tim Muldoon, who promptly responded to my initial inquiry. I was admittedly a bit concerned that as I had decided to buy a CPO this time, the service and attention would be somewhat less since I was not purchasing new. This thought turned out to be completely unfounded. Tim made sure that the car I was interested in was available and met my needs before I made a relatively long trip to come see the car. I bought the vehicle after being offered a fair price on my trade-in. As I was an out of state buyer, there were a few additional steps to the purchase process, but Tim took care of everything and made me aware of what was going on at every point along the way. When the car was ready for delivery, it was beautifully detailed and looked as good as new. Kyle took me through some of the features that were not available in my previous 3 series and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He even was able to upload the music I had stored in my other car and transfer it to the new one. Bottom line- everyone at BMW of Cape Cod was great. I am very pleased with my car as well as with the service and attention to detail that was provided. It was worth the trip for me, and frankly, even though the distance from my home was significant, I will absolutely consider purchasing another vehicle from here when the time comes.

This was not my BMW buying experience, but it was certainly the best. Why? Ben and the entire team at BMW of Cape Code was direct, honest, and open. No haggle did not mean not a good deal - in fact, I got an exceptional deal, and all with one of the smoothest buying experiences I have had. I actually ended up driving over 2 hours to go to this dealership, vs. several closer options, based on the interaction and straight deal value they offered. This will be my first option for my next BMW (and we are a 2 Beemer family already).

After having company vehicles for a long time this was my first car purchase since I was 18, in other words a big deal! Once I decided on a BMW I knew I would be buying it at Cape Cod BMW and from Tim Muldoon. From the first time I walked into the dealership Tim was great at helping me decide which model would fit my needs and what options would be most beneficial to me. I never felt the old school sales pressure from Tim or the dealership. Tim made me feel like a priority and spent as much time with me as I needed answering questions, test driving vehicles and even entertaining my young family. Richard was fantastic at helping me with the financial decisions and explaining all of the available programs. And finally Ethan was amazing at explaining all of the features of the car to me before I drove home ensuring I felt comfortable with my new car and how to use it with all of its capabilities. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I encourage anyone who is in the market for a BMW to buy one at Caoe Cod BMW!!!

I had been searching for a new car for almost a year until I finally decided to head into BMW of Cape Cod. It was my first stop of the day and I figured "why not" - BMW was my first choice, but I was ready to be easily disappointed and move on. Luckily, that was NOT my experience. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and set up with Ben, who went over my needs/wants, sent me out for a nice test drive, and eventually, set me up with my new BMW! I was so pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. But especially Ben. Since driving away that day, he has followed up several times to make sure I got everything that I need. I would highly recommend this dealer to a friend and I am happy to say that I am a proud BMW customer!

I recently got a almost new 328D. I called up BMW of Cape Cod just looking for prices. I live almost 5 hours away in Maine so actually driving down there and buying one was probably out of the question. My call was received by Tim Muldoon and after talking for about 5 minutes i decided to buy the car. Their prices were by far the best and even better they drove the car up to me!!! The whole process was extremely easy and we finalized everything before even seeing the car. The car the i got had just 4K miles on it and it was in perfect condition. I recently took a 100 miles drive and had a 52 mile per gallon average!! I will certainly buy another BMW in the future. Thanks for all the help and great customer service.

I found my BMW X6 online and knew it was the vehicle I wanted. The color (inside and out) along with all the options on the SUV, is exactly what I was looking for. I live in Michigan and admit was a little hesitant about purchasing the car without visiting BMW Cape Cod dealership in person. James Carbonell, Client Advisor answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. James was very thorough and extremely responsive, as I like to have my questions answered in a timely manner, especially when Im about to make a large purchase. The bottom line price was unbelievable and didnt have to worry about negotiating or playing games to get the price I wanted. James and his finance team made the paperwork seamless. When I inquired about having the SUV shipped to Michigan, James put me in touch with Nick (General Manager) who was just as pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Nick informed me that his father owned several dealerships in the MA area, and it was always his fathers intent to please the customer. I must say I couldnt agree more. Nick made it possible for my beautiful SUV to be shipped to Michigan at a reasonable price, which would have cost me more to fly to MA and drive it back. I havent drove the vehicle yet as Im still currently driving my BMW 5-series sedan until the lease is up June; but I cant wait to drive the car which will no doubt turn heads. I hope James is still employed with Cape Cod in three years, when it will be time to purchase or lease my 5th BMW. I will no doubt refer anyone looking for a BMW to purchase from Cape Cod no matter where they live in the US!

I just got my 1st BMW from Premier BMW on Cape Cod and I love it. Anthony Laham was and is still our sales advisor & contact. I say he still is, because he has been available and very responsive from my 1st inquiry, throughout the decision process and even after the purchase anytime I have a question. He took the time to plan for me to test drive cars for different models & years, explain the differences,options & improvements between them, explained every program, comparing leases, purchase and financing options for different car models, new vs certified pre-owned, and was never pushy in the process. I went with a 328i xDrive and I love it! Their service has also been great. They give you a courtesy car if you cannot wait for the vehicle so you have no down time. Everyone is very pleasant and I am extremely satisfied.

I didn't like the way I was treated at other BMW dealers I drove 100 miles to premier they're service was outstanding so much so I'm going back to buy another x5 for my son this weekend. It was a really custom tailored service, made me feel very important. Could not have nicer things to say!

I'm sharing my experience so others can benefit from it. If I tell you we weren't a bit apprehensive walking in, it'd be a lie. This was by far the most fun we've had buying a new vehicle. Tim Muldoon was our sales rep. He's passionate about BMW and very knowledgeable, with lots of fun facts and eager to test drive any model or all of them. We test drove several before we fell in love with the X4. Once you buy one of these amazing vehicles, you are faced with the dilemma of having the largest array of fun features at your finger tips except you don't have a clue until you meet Kyle Dailey (aka Genius) Kyle knows every inch of these vehicles and he's a lot of fun to talk to. A great coach with a natural ability to share his knowledge. And yes, you can go back to him anytime. for making the experience so special, fun and painless.

Terrible overpriced service. Paid $972 for rear brakes and they didnt even reset the service indicator. $620 to replace a battery and now there are electrical issues with the car. Plus the usual oil/grease stains inside the car every time it gets serviced.

Anthony Laham is a terrific salesperson. Ask for him if you go this nice new facility. He arranged to prep a used X3 at short notice, explained everything clearly, was very well informed on the details of the vehicle we were looking at, did not pressure us to buy but told us he was more interested in helping us discover what vehicle would suit us. We did not buy a car at this dealership because we found another that was right for us at another dealership. Still, when we told him that we would not be buying, he congratulated us on finding the car we needed. We will recommend Anthony to our friends.

After recent experiences with BMW of Cape Cod, I am deleting my original review, and writing another. While my initial experience with BMW of Cape Cod's sales department was less than satisfactory, subsequent dealings have exceeded expectations. My husband and I have been working with Nick, the dealership manager, and he has been honest, upfront, and, dare I say it, fun to work with. Dealing with Nick has been the polar opposite of our initial experience with a sales associate and the sales manager, and as such, I'd recommend working with him, if possible, over someone else. Nick has made this the best car purchasing experience we've had to date. We've enjoyed working with him so much, we are now beginning to iron out our next vehicle purchase with him for spring of next year. Our experiences in the service department have never been anything but positive, and I'd recommend them without hesitation. Our service advisor, Rebecca, and the service manager, Derek, always go beyond what would be expected, make sure the vehicle's issues are addressed accurately, and timely, and also make the time to get to know us as people. In the end, I'm happy we gave BMW of Cape Cod a second chance, because working with Nick, Rebecca, and Derek has been wonderful, and I can see us staying happy, satisfied customers for years to come.

Great experience buying a used BMW.I worked with Tom Potts, who I called out of the blue regarding a used wagon that I saw on both Cars.com and the BMW of Cape Cod site. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, excellent with clarity and frequency of communication. He went above and beyond by taking the car to Roundel Motor Werks in Sandwich (who I also very highly recommend) for an independent inspection. The car only needed an alignment, which Tom saw to. Tom also arranged for the registration and notified and dealt with my insurance agent.Rich in financing helped the paperwork end of the deal get done smoothly. He also worked hard to find a variety of extended warranty options for me to consider.Kyle, the BMW "genius," spent time showing me how all the tech worked, and made sure that I knew he was available for follow-up questions down the road.Between Tom, Rich, and Kyle, I had a remarkably smooth, seamless transaction from my initial call to driving the car off the lot, all without setting foot in the dealership until pickup time. This level of personal, caring service is particularly refreshing as I was not buying one of their new high $$ vehicles (when buying a used BMW at the RI Warwick dealer a few years back, I was treated as a third class citizen. Hence, even though they had a certified wagon I was interested in this time around, I didn't consider shopping there). Tom, Rich,and Kyle were an efficient, friendly, and professional team. Very highly recommend working with them and BMW of Cape Cod. Definitely worth my trip down from the Boston area.

My husband and I traveled far to this dealer just after a hefty snow storm to pounce on a great deal we saw on line. Upon arrival, everyone we encountered, especially Anthony Laham, was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured in our decision making. We placed a deposit for the car that night! We live in East Greenwich, RI. To avoid us having to make another three hour round trip to collect the car, Premier BMW delivered our new car to one of their sister dealers in RI at their suggestion and expense. We would not hesitate to buy from them again!

I went in to get my car diagnosed and get my driver door handle installed. Diagnosis was fine. Wheel speed sensor bad. They could not install handle. Expansion tank leak. Tipical for tank. Never go there for anything. Brought it to body shop and they installed handle.

I experienced all of the typical cheap sales gimmicks being used on me, mysterious 'surcharges' being presented to me after negotiations, and so forth. after I repeatedly refused their attempts to pawn off on me, 2 wheel drive vehicles they wanted to dump off their lot, they began to look for the vehicle i wanted. of course they 'coud not find one anywhere', and if they did, i was told it would take weeks to get with all sorts of extra fees attached for their efforts. My salesman, Joshua Walbert, was friendly enough, but he came off as inexperienced, unempowered, and not very polished. after 6 days of my salesman being out of contact with me-an eternity when it comes to sales-i looked elsewhere. after finding the vehicle through another dealership (the other dealership found one in less than 3 hours and offered delivery in 4-5 days) , i called my salesman at BMW Cape Cod to inform him that the deal was off and i wanted my deposit back.Of course the salesman was helpless at this point. So he then 'sicked' Sales Manager Richard Harrington on me, who told me that the deposit was non-refundable and that i would not be getting it back. After I then explained to him that the Mass. AG's office "thinks otherwise", he then he began to yell at me over the phone, at which point I hung up on him and promptly contacted my attorney. Needless to say, i secured my deposit immediately from these lowlife dirtbags and I moved on. I could go on and on about how sleezy these creeps are at BMW Cape Cod, but I think people get the idea.

Big thumbs down for this dealership. What initially appeared to be a pleasant dealership soon turned into a very bad experience. Salesman was never available, tried to sell me a vehicle which was more expensive than what I needed or wanted, and was not always professional . When we tried to make a deal, the salesman seemed offended that I would even suggest numbers different than his. Their pricing which was originally stated as being 1% over invoice turned into 2% over invoice and their "invoice" was higher than what the actual invoice price was. The trade was low-balled with many excuses as to how many repairs and replacements my vehicle required. After days of trying to negotiate and trying to reach the salesman I decided enough was enough. The salesman kept saying the vehicle may not even be available. Through research I knew the vehicle was available and ended up purchasing the vehicle I wanted at another BMW dealership who returned phone calls and made themselves available. It is a shame that customers are treated so poorly when we are the ones purchasing the vehicles. The residents of the Cape need and deserve a better BMW dealership.

This dealership is a joke! The first time we went we where there for about 4 hours, the salesman didn't know anything about the car and instread of saying that he made up information as he went. I researched myself with my i-phone while on the test drive. The general manager was aweful putting my wife in a bad mood after he told her that they may have put to much money on the trade and might need to make an adjustment. After we had already agreed on numbers! Everytime we went in our salesman was busy and we had to wait. When i wanted to put a deposit down on the car to hold it until THEY had time to iron out the details of the deal, they said they didnt take deposits to hold cars. They told me they did non-refundable partial deposits (they might want to review the MA Consumer protection laws). They do this premier pricing (2.5% over invoice) its there policy not to negotiate any more, what works selling Jeeps doesn't work selling BMW's. Then i find out the car we are trying to buy has already been reported sold to BMW as a loaner vehicle, starting the warranty. We where going to lease so it wasnt a big deal. Had this dealership not been the only dealer with the exact car we wanted we would have purchased elsewhere. L

I was completely mislead by Jay Horton. I dealt with him for well over a month about ordering a new car. Within a few weeks he gave me two completely different quotes for the exact same car. The same promotion was going on during this time frame. Once I questioned why the two different quotes. He ignored my attempts to contact him. Terrible service. I will never buy a car through this dealership and make sure I tell everyone I know in the area not to either!

Visited Viti Volvo to purchase a new 2012 XC90 Volvo. I had spent several days on line getting pricing information and had also talked to other Volvo dealers. When I arrived at the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for a trade in allowance for my 2004 XC90 Volvo. Over the two hours that we were there we went over the features that I wanted. They located the exact car including the color. While this was going on they road tested my trade in and then we went over the deal. They gave me a great price and apologized for a low trade in value that turned out to be in the range that I was willing to accept. The paper work was filled out and the deal finalized all of this in two hours. None of that back and forth having to talk to the manger as he got involved as soon as we were ready and made the deal.My wife is a Real Estate Broker and has a customer that shopped all over for a new Volvo. In the end they wound up at Viti and got a better deal than they had found at any of the other dealers that they had visited.Bottom line save time and go to Viti or go there in the end you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Talbot's service was excellent. My family and I went for a vacation in Cape Cod and we accidentally hit the post of gas station. It was quite bad, as our rear windshield was completely shattered. We were told by BMW road assistance to go to his dealership. I didn't know how to approach anyone when we reached there. The first person I saw and talked to happened to be Brian, the General Manager. He directed us to the right people that could help us and they all turned out to be excellent. He even drove us to the nearest Wendy's for lunch because we didn't eat yet and it was not safe to cross the street on foot.After our car was done being repaired, he even called us to make sure we were fine and that we would be able to safely travel back to Canada.Mr. Talbot is a valuable asset for BMW.
