I had an amazing car buying experience. I’ve been looking for a specific BMW and found it on with BMW of Cincinnati North. I worked with Tyler Farmer and he was great throughout the process. No surprises and a seamless process. Flew in from North Carolina, bought the car, and made the drive back home. Post sales support was great. They had a BMW genius named Andrew that walked me through the different capabilities and settings of the car. All around great experience.

I had another excellent experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. Arrived at 7:30 a.m. for my appointment, met with Tim the Service Advisor and he reviewed everything that was to be done to my X-5. Then checked out my loaner, nice 500 series vehicle. I received my video of from the service technician indicating all was great with my X-5. Service was completed with a car wash and off I went at lunchtime last Friday, great experience again, thank you so much!

The car was completely checked and maintained to original condition. The advisor was very informative and the results video was awesome. I would like to see in the future a printout of the actual reading values versus the range of good to bad. The video was great but does not give me any indication of how close is the car to require action.

This is the third BMW I have purchased. My first in 2001, then again in 2010. This time, I decided to check out BMW of Cincinnati North. Am I ever glad I did. I reached out for a quote via the internet and connected with Clay Moorhead. He was prompt in responding and following up without being pushy. I went in to meet him and he was going to connect me with another sales person but I asked to stay with him since we had quickly developed a rapport.I ordered a car that day and that's when Clay asked if I had ever considered taking delivery at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC. I had never heard of it before. Long story short, that's what Clay set up for me and it was the BEST car pickup experience in my life! OFF THE SCALE. I highly recommend it.Clay was super to work with and made sure I was satisfied with my entire experience. I would highly recommend BMW of Cincinnati North as a dealership AND Clay as a sales associate.

I needed plenty of time, many many visits and multiple test drives to be sure this was the car for me. Then came choosing the equipment, color and locating the vehicle that met my requirements. Jon Ogden was so patient, so helpfulnd and never pressured me at any time. Jon went the extra mile on many fronts including working with other associates (Chris Hundley) to find and bring in other customers cars so i could actually see multiple colors on my model in person side by side. Price was great, they put together a very attractive and aggressive deal. I was very impressed by the entire staff.

Excellent customer service from Clay Moorhead and Chris Hundley! immediately after I ordered my new 2016 BMW the factory had supply problems (Japanese nav units delayed - earthquake) and could not fulfill my order. I was pushed from the 2016 to 2017 model. Clay worked to secure me a very early 2017 production slot (I think my car was produced in the 1st week of the 2017 model run). I was completely satisfied by Clay & Chris's customer service. They kept me informed during the delay process and I had my new car as soon as possible. I love it and the improvements in the 2017 model make the extra wait worthwhile!I highly recommend BMW of Cincinnati.

I worked with Michael Naveh on purchasing a new BMW X5, this dealership is a class act by all parameters. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted warmly, and this continued ..... to the time we drove off the lot in a new vehicle . I am not often moved by service good enough to make me write a review but this dealership was so far and beyond any car buying experience I have had in 40 years that I felt compelled to write a review . If you go to this dealership I strongly suggest you seek Michael Naveh . I'm sure all the staff here is excellent but I personally work with Michael and he is by far a true class act. Unfortunately the ranking system will only allow you to give a maximum of five stars,Michael deserves 10 . He called me personally the day after we purchased our vehicle just to see how we were doing and if we made it home safely, we drove to Cincinnati from Maryland to purchase this vehicle. How many times has a salesman, a car salesman in particular, called you after the purchase to follow up.

The most pleasurable leasing/buying experience of all (driving for 48 years) Michael and others were caring and interested in me and my selection. I was treated with respect and my decision was based on their knowledge of the product and the assurance that I could trust them and the product. So I just had my first service experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. It was by far my best dealership experience. From their general manager, Robert making sure my visit was amazing, to the friendly interaction with my service writer, Kyle, all the way to Evan performing the first scheduled service on my new BMW, the experience was top notch. Kyle even gave me a gift card to get lunch at a local restaurant and their complimentary Starbucks and wifi allowed me to not fall behind on my work. I was also has the option of them giving me a loaner but for the prompt service they provided (considering I was 1.5 hours early for my appointment) I didn't feel the need for it. Overall amazing experience and 5 stars to the staff at BMW of Cincinnati, where they aren't there to nickel and dime you on your service needs.

I was referred to Aatir Barlas and this dealership by a friend and colleague of mine, also from Columbus, who had a great experience with this dealership. This was my first ///M Car order and only my second BMW, and Aatir Barlas and the team at BMW of Cincinnati North are to be commended for a great experience thus far. The entire experience has been low stress and very low-key, and I appreciated Aatir's no-pressure approach. He is a true enthusiast who really knows the brand and has a keen interest in the ///M cars. His extra training and knowledge in the M brand is phenomenal. From the very beginning, Aatir treated me with respect, even as an out of town customer. He afforded me several hours of his time and took me for several extensive test drives of several vehicles (including a new M3) right off the lot. He allowed me the time I needed to research and compare the vehicles before putting in my order for a new 2016 M4. While I consider myself a knowledgeable consumer, he expertly advised me along the way regarding key features and options to consider. He always allowed me the time I needed to arrive at a good decision and he made the process very relaxing and, dare I say, fun! He did not pressure me into things that I didn't need and was very non-biased. I also appreciated his honesty in price and negotiation; after a few e-mails and phone calls, he met me half-way and we arrived at a great deal. He also kept me informed diligently along the way as the car moved into production, shipping and delivery, and I enjoyed that he sent me screen shots of the car's progress from the online system-- this was a nice touch. He even sent me pics of the vehicle on the day it arrived. He worked hard to secure me the best incentives and lease terms from BMW and made certain that my order was delivered to my specifications. The delivery day was also fantastic; the car was nicely detailed and had a beautiful shine. Aatir gave me pretty much his entire afternoon to allow me to take pics of the car, sign paperwork, and admire the car in their beautiful delivery area which is aside from the main showroom and a very nice touch. He then took me on another personalized ride in the new vehicle to demonstrate some of the ///M features and made sure I had a good understanding of the car's capabilities, again providing helpful tips along the way.He has continued to follow-up beyond the purchase and has offered tremendous support and customer service. The level of attention to detail has been unmatched and was by far one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences thus far! I can't say enough about the impression that Aatir and in-turn this dealership has left with me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasurable and memorable car ordering and purchasing experience, and especially if you're looking for a true ///M car enthusiast like Aatir who can make your experience one of a kind! This is my first BMW. I was convinced to get one by two of my brothers who are loyal Beemer's. I needed a couple of small things done and Kyle took care of me and my used BMW as if I were buying the $125,000 model!He pointed out that there were two recalls that needed attention and they were at no cost which solved another minor electrical issue. Kyle represents Jake Sweeney BMW as if he were Jake! I feel very welcome and comfortable dealing with Kyle because he works things out to my needs and time constraints.

I had the best car buying experience at BMW of Cincinnati. Clay Moorhead was my sales advisor and reached out to me after I made an online request. Clay was outstanding and answered my flurry of questions before and after the sale. The deal was made remotely and was quick and easy. We came to a quick agreement for an exceptional deal on my new M4. I drove 600 miles each way and would do it all over again given the low pressure sale and great overall experience. Clay introduced me to my M-Advisor (Aatir) who went over all the cool features of the car, the general manager who was very accommodating and everyone in the service department who provided great break-in advice. Overall I'm pretty impressed.

My wife and I purchased a car through Brad a few years ago and have been in touch a few times since then for another car. I was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to purchase another BMW but through a private seller. While I knew this news would not be what Brad would want to hear (I would feel the exact same way if the roles were reversed!) I called to let Brad know about the possibly purchase. He spent about 30 minutes with me on the phone going over the particular vehicle I was about to buy based upon the VIN and the Carfax, etc. information that was available. We discussed the various extended warranty and maintenance plans that would be available to me as well as an open recall on this particular car. I was so impressed that Brad took that time with me. BMW of Cincinnati has cared for my wife's car for the years we have owned it and we will be taking my new (to me) BMW there for service as well. This dealership is not the closest nor most convenient for us, but we will ALWAYS go back and that relationship started with Brad Schultz. Thank you, Brad!

Chris Hundley did a great job in sales. We talked on the phone once, went in the next day to test-drive, and walked out the same day with a spanking new bmw. Not that we are impulsive buyers. Far from it. We knew exactly what we wanted, and though the store closed at 6, Chris and Angela stayed until 10 (Nick until 8 or so) to get the deal sealed to our satisfaction. After a bunch of behind the scenes research but no contact with BMW Cincinnati North, my wife and I walked into the dealership on a Monday early afternoon and were greeted by Ken Wills. We knew the cars they had on the lot but had never owned BMWs before and had been on one test drive. Over the course of 2 long days Ken worked with us, and between us we test drove 6 different cars about 8 total times - we were trying to figure out what we wanted. I was really torn between two vehicles and my wife was pretty open to a number of 4 and 6 cyl models.Ken is a very easygoing guy, knowledgeable but low key. Perfect for people like us, who are more used to taking charge. Ken really rolled with this situation well. In fact, I was ready for the new 340i xdrive that came onto the lot just that Monday morning well before Ken and the prepping staff were, and Ken took me bugging him on the second day (Tuesday) very well (I must've asked "Is it going to get done today?" 5 or 10 times!). Ken was way more patient with me than I deserved, that's for sure. Working with Nick Angelo in financing was also a breeze. Everyone in the dealership was kind and considerate and it was a fun experience. And the cars are just wonderful. I even had a brief discussion with Kyle in the service department about winter wheels and tires and storage. This brief interaction made me feel well prepared for and left me even anticipating future visits to the service department.Overall, an excellent car buying experience. Go see Ken.

What a great experience buying my third car there. Everyone is helpful particularly Jo Carter who makes sure your car is Perfect at pickup and is your advocate during the whole deal. They let my kid hang out despite their rennovation and tight space. David Lloyd their finance Manage is unbeatable for finding you the best deal and if you have any concern their General Manage Robert always is there to help you. They make car buying a good experience. They are not Pompous like the others folks who feel that you have to be at their level to earn the right to drive a BMW and I bought a 325 from the others and swore to never go back. Let me start by saying that I HATE the entire car buying experience. I hate being treated like a woman who knows nothing about cars, I hate the game playing and "good cop/bad cop" schtick with the price.... I hate it all. So when I stepped on the lot at Jake Sweeney BMW, my expectations were not very high to say the least. But from the moment Brad Schultz came and greeted me, I was immediately impressed. He put me at ease right away, and even better, he talked to me about the technical aspects of the car (engine specs, driving performance, etc.) rather than assuming I was just a girl who was looking for a "cute convertible." Needless to say, I drove away 24 hours later with the best 40th birthday present ever, and couldn't be happier with the whole process. I highly recommend Brad and the Jake Sweeney BMW team for anyone who is in the market for a new car!

I originally brought my 2007 328i in for service, which, by the way, the service people are equally as awesome and trustworthy, but while there I noticed the 2 door 428xi. My husband and I visited the dealership originally on Memorial Day and were met by Brad Schultz. He was not only very knowledgeable, but in addition patient. (It was our first visit to a BMW Dealership.) We also felt he was very courteous. We spent a great deal of time with him that day and then left undecided. After visiting at least 3 other dealerships (none of which were BMW) I looked at the Jake Sweeney inventory online and spotted a pretty light blue 328i xdrive that caught my eye. I mentioned to my husband that I might stop by and take a look while out and about for work. My husband called Brad and mentioned that we might be by the next day but to my surprise when I arrived that day Brad had the vehicle pulled up near the entrance looking all shiny and clean. He immediately greeted me by name and said "I think that's the one you came to see." I was shocked at how he could know which one I was looking at (as I didn't know my husband had called him). I test drove the car that day and then my husband and I came back the next day to purchase it. We had visited, as mentioned, a GMC and a Ford dealership and had, quite honestly, a bad experience. We are looking forward to enjoying the BMW - most definitely - but Brad Schultz was a big part of the experience for us and he was the reason we came back to BMW. Thanks Brad!

We had a very positive experience with Jake Sweeney BMW. We were looking for something very hard to find which was a young X5 with very low miles. We looked at several dealerships in the Columbus area and online without any luck, and were amazed to find four such vehicles in the Jake Sweeney lot. Rob Tobin was very helpful and knowledgeable as we test drove multiple vehicles and ultimately selected the one we wanted. What was even more impressive was that rather than sending us off the lot the same day, Rob insisted on letting the dealership put it through a final inspection and detailing and driving it to our home in Columbus later in the week. Rob brought with him a tech specialist who was able to give me a personal tutorial of my new car while sitting in my driveway. Overall a great customer service experience! We highly recommend Jake Sweeney BMW.

The dynamic stability malfunction warning light on my 2006 535i BMW came on. From website of Jake Sweeny BMW dealership in Cincinnati I printed a 1/2 off diagnostic light check coupon for $55.00(regular $110). I took that coupon to my local BMW. They honored the coupon charged me $55.00 for the diagnosis. They recommended replace the ARS valve which it will cost over $1500.00. I drove 100 mile on Saturday April 26, 2014 to Jake Sweeny BMW dealership in Cincinnati for second opinion. I gave them the 1/2 off diagnostic check coupon for $55.00 from their own website to the service advisor. I also showed Jake Sweeney service advisor the recommendation of the previous diagnose from my local BMW dealership. At the end, they charged me $184.72 because they said the coupon is only good for 0.8 hour. They billed me $184.72 for what the coupon called for $55.00. I called the service manager Mr Dave Godbey on Monday April 28, 2014. He said he will talk to his technician and call me back. I have called him several times and left him several massages. He has ignored my calls and massages.

Have never experienced a Gentleman who was so passionate about his product. He took the time and energy to explain every detail about the car. Not only explain but make sure I knew how to use it and what all the procedures and uses were. He was very relaxed and non aggressive. He took time to show us all the cars that were in the range we had established. I had quite a lot of much needed help going into J.S. BMW, being a 20 yr. old female you can imagine i'm terrible with these things. Hearing horror stories about dealers (especially high end ones) ripping off their customers, hiding fees until the very end, not giving a fair amount for a trade in, etc. With that in mind I called and a gentleman named Peter Cramer answered my call and set up an appointment for me with another gentleman named Brad Schultz. Brad was amazing and very knowledgeable in assisting me with getting me out of my horrible Scion FR-S lease and into a 2011 Infiniti M37x.. Wow. What a step up. Brad walked me through the entire car, button by button (and man, were there a lot of them!) and also pointed out a blemish in the paint and told me to bring it back when ever to have that spot repainted. I'm told i'll also be loaned a car for the duration of the time my car is in the paint shop! I thought that was very nice. I was then taken over for paper work with a man named Nick Angelo who is super sweet and made the paperwork go fast and easy, minus the hand cramp i had from all the required signatures! He also explained everything step by step and answered any questions i had. Overall my time at J.S. BMW was enjoyable and I'll be going there for my next car, if and when i get tired of the M37! Thanks to all the guys involved, you all definitely have my business for life!

Communication with Clay by emailing and occasional calling has been flawless and stress free. He has been very straight forward about the deals he could give me. He is the manager of internet sales and gave me the best price in the market. I have been researching and dealing with the dealers in Dayton and Cincinnati. I am a USAA member so I was eligible for extra incentives, but Clay's offer was the best. Other dealers 3rd or 4th best offers all fell below Clay's FIRST offer. Today, I purchased a 328i xDrive from Jake Sweeney BMW with the help of Clay and Jo (client advisor). Jo also has been so wonderful to let me know about my new BMW. She had a temporary medical condition to use her crutches, but she put all of her efforts to help me out. Nick (financial manager) also explained me about the optional warranties I can purchase throughly. If you want to buy a BMW at a good price without stress, I recommend you to contact Jo or Clay. I had such a great experience at Jake Sweeney BMW with Peter Cramer that I had to submit a review. I spoke with many dealerships and test drove cars in Columbus, but did not receive a level of service that made me feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. I found a car listed online that I was interested in. Greg Sewell was very prompt in calling me back to talk details about the car and he answered all the questions I had. I let him know I would be in town that weekend to come to the dealership and see the car in person. This place is truly customer oriented. With all the positive purchasing experience aside, Peter really went above and beyond to take care of his customers. When he learned that I hadn't had breakfast and was starving, not only did he took me back and offered me employee meal, he also brought me to a side room where no one can see me eating. It's that level of consideration and attention to detail that really set him apart. The negotiation process was challenging but Peter was very fair and candid with the process. I did not feel cheated, intimidated or taken advantage of. Even though I paid a little more than I would've hoped (not necessarily more than other dealers), the service quality and the pleasant purchasing experience are well worth that little extra cash spent.

We met another couple in the parking lot and he told us about how great Jake Sweeney's customer service is. They were only there to look at cars on the lot not to speak to anyone. So we made our way up to Jake Sweeney and met Shaun Sweeney who was great to work with. He was not pushy, he listened to what we had to say and bought a car. It was a simple as that. I had the car for 5 weeks when I had the unfortunate accident of getting a door ding. I called Shaun, he said bring it in and it was fixed within 40 minutes. This is the kind of service that I wish everyone would provide. I would not only by another car from them, I have referred a good friend to them.

I contacted the dealer online about a particular BWM and I received a phone call from Brad within a few hours of my email. He answered all my questions and concerns about purchasing a vehicle out of state. I gave Brad my information regarding where I wanted to be for montly payments and he did everything he could to get me to that payment. He was honest about my trade-in amount and worked through different payment options that would fit my needs. We were able to come to an agreement that same day. I drove from out of state two days later. The process was very effcient and everyone was friendly and easy to work with. All of the paper work was ready upon my arrival. I test drove the car and signed the paperwork all within a little over an hour. My overall experience was great and I would highly recommend working with Brad if looking for a used BMW.

I wasn't even planning on buying a BMW. In fact, was looking at a completely different car and dealer. My fiancee and I stopped on a whim, and Brad Schultz introduced himself to both of us. He was polite, easy to talk too, and was extremely genuine. We decided on a test drive and Brad went above and beyond for any sales person I've ever known. I never once felt like I was being "sold" a car, I felt like my fiancee and I were being invited into a family/friendship. The car was amazing, don't get me wrong, the quality of the BMW is also second to none. However, they sell BMW's all over the place. I have purchased many cars and this customer service experience was unlike any other. By the way we were treated, you would have thought we were long time friends. I felt that we were developing a relationship, which I can honestly say, I will never work with another car salesman again. Well, unless Brad finds a new job. I am so impressed with the entire dealer, I will be a BMW driver for life. I wouldn't only recommend him, I would say to make sure to talk to him before you actually purchase another vehicle.

My mother had always wanted a BMW convertible, and her 70th birthday was coming up so my dad and I wanted to surprise her with her dream car. We called in to Jake Sweeney BMW and talked to Brian and he was very friendly and courteous so we decided to come in and talk with him about what we were looking for. He had a good selection of 3 convertibles, but not the one we envisioned for mom. So Brian found us her dream 328 convertible and even brought it over to the house with a bow on it to make it a surprise. I was interested in possibly leasing a BMW & sent out some email inquiries. Jake Sweeney BMW salesman Clay Moorhead responded to me right away. We discussed the terms I needed (lease amount, mileage and lease terms, car features, etc.), and he invited me over for a test drive. When I drove the BMW 5-series, that was it - I had to have that car. At the time, Clay couldn't offer a deal that was right for me, but he didn't high-pressure me into accepting anything less than I wanted. He told me he'd keep working on it. A few weeks later Clay called me & said, "Get in here, girl, we have a 30-day lease special on the 5-Series - I can get you in your car!" I jumped at it! Finance Manager Darrin Roll was nothing like I expected, either. Darrin was warm, personable, not high pressure, and he gave me excellent terms, slightly better than even I had asked for. 3 years later when the lease expired, I went straight back to Clay to discuss purchasing a BMW. He offered me several fantastic deals, and, in the end, I decided to buy my beloved lease car. Clay and Darrin were able to secure incredible financing terms for me again. I can't rave enough about Clay Moorhead. He's unlike any "car salesman" I've ever known. Not only is he genuinely warm, he takes time to discuss your needs and desires in order to understand better what car and features will fit you best. Clay explains every detail about your potential vehicle, every detail about pricing and financing options, including pros and cons of each alternative. Jake Sweeney BMW has hired nothing less than gold with Clay Moorhead. I worked with an associate at the "BMW Store" for over six months before I went to Jake Sweeney with zero success. I went online to Jake Sweeney BMW to check out a 2009 128i that was available and was surprised to see a chat session. It was Clay Moorhead. I made an appointment for the next day. I left that day a proud owner of a beautiful 128i BMW. Clay is honest and sincere. He did not try to "up sell" me. He knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Buying a car is a stressful. Greg Sewell is a friendly and personable used-car sales rep. I had a good experience when I purchased my first car from him, and thoroughly enjoyed the car. The next time around, I was looking for something very specific, and couldn't find it locally. I called Greg, and asked him to consider having the dealership buy a car for me to inspect that I found in another city, and that I wished to have the right to refuse if I didn't like it. Greg made it happen, and brought the car to Jake Sweeney for me. I was amazed at that level of service, and purchased the car when it arrived. I really didn't think that kind of dedication to relationship building and customer service existed anymore, and consider myself lucky to have been able to work with Greg over the years. We were very impressed with Brad Schultz, our sales person at Jake Sweeney BMW and with the dealership in general. Brad went above and beyond to make sure that all of our questions were answered, followed up where needed and kept in contact with us. My husband made the first visit, took a test drive of a pre-owned Z5 with Brad and had a bunch of questions that Brad looked into. A day or so later, I was brought in to take a test drive of the same car, and Brad took all the time that I needed. He was the ideal sales person for me; not too heavy on overselling the car, taking the time that we needed, addressing all questions and then making sure that the car was perfect. He even drove it to our house after the tow assembly was added. He wanted it to be just right. We very much appreciated all of his attention to detail.This is our third BMW. The other two were bought at another Cincinnati BMW dealership. Brad and Jake Sweeney BMW gave us a much better experience than we have had in a long time at the other dealership. We highly recommend both Brad and Jake Sweeney. Even though we live on the other side of town, we plan to have all of our three BMWs serviced at Jake Sweeney; the customer service was that good. They all went above and beyond what we expected.

I have purchased or leased 10 BMWs from Jessica Mountcastle in the last 9 or 10 years. From the very first BMW I purchased from her, she has cared that I buy the car I wanted. She answers my questions and takes care of me before and after the sale. If there is an issue, she works directly with the service department to find out if the issue is covered by warranty and gets it fixed. Jessica is direct and honest. I have purchased 5 BMWs over the past 10 years from 3 different dealerships. When I make a new purchase, I have already researched the model and features. I am an engineer that oversees manufacturing globally for a large multinational company based in Cincinnati. I know what will be my next car several months before initiating a purchase. I can tell when one tire is low in pressure. I dont need a sensor. Yes. I am that guy. A car purchase is a calculated decision. it's my hobby. It's my vice. The only differentiating characteristics become customer service and value when it is time to buy. Clay Moorehead has been my salesperson since 2007. He seeks to understand what I want then works on flawless execution. Every time. I even measure his response time to an email which is less than 24 hours. I want to give him feedback for continuous improvement, so I look for very little things. Nobody outperforms them including price. I know from experience that my new 4 series next month will come with the fit, finish and features that make it a BMW. I know that Clay will hold the dealer experience to the same high standard of perfection. I consider myself BMW brand loyal even though I have a F150 and other cars in my household. Not every BMW vehicle has been perfect, but I could not ask more of the manufacturer or the dealer to adjust it perfect. Even if I move away from the area, I think the professionalism from my recent string of experiences will always bring me to Sweeney first for consideration. I consider Clay to be the best salesman I have met from any dealer. He knows me. He tolerates me. When was the last time you measured your car buying performance in response time to an email? Just sayin.

Peter Cramer was the best! I am from Louisville but he made my BMW 328i convertible purchase nearly effortless and accommodated me the same day I came up. took the car home with me and thoroughly enjoy the vehicle. I have purchased two new cars from Sweeney BMW in the past year and both times I had a great experience. Brian Williams was my sales person both times and he was great to work with and absolutely provided excellent customer service. Brian is not a high pressure sales guy and works with you at the pace you want to work. In addition, his after-sale attention is as solid as his pre-sale attention, which I can't say is true of most car sales people I have worked with in the past. Next time I'm in the market for another BMW, I'll be calling Brian Williams!

Not usually one that likes to go to car dealerships and shop for cars. I received Clay's name from a coworker, so I gave him a call and he was right on top of things for me. Clay is by far my favorite sales guy as of yet. As soon as I said no, he moved on to the next car and didn't push that car. That's why I liked about him. I had 2 other people with me and they both said that they've never seen a sales person like him. He definitely is not interested in selling a car just to sell it. He wants to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Definitely if you're looking for a BMW come to Jake Sweeney and ask for Clay Moorhead. He got me the best deal he could get me and I am LOVING my car. Every time I go in and he's not there, other sales people are more than happy to help. Also the maintenance area is great as well. Took the car in for an oil change and to have them look at a few things, they gave me a loaner and I had a phone call by the end of the day to tell me the status, the cost, whether it was really important that I fixed the things I had them check out. A+ in service not on by the service department, but by Clay and the manager of the dealership. My experience here has been the best yet. THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP if you're looking for a new car.

I traveled from Indianapolis to Cincinnati to test drive a CPO used BMW at Jake Sweeney. Not only did I find a great car, but also an exceptional sales and service staff. I have been searching for a 2009 535i for about a month. I have spent a tremendous amount of time on the internet looking at different dealers inventories. I have traveled out of state to view a couple of cars but I wasn't able to get comfortable with what I was being told and the experience as a whole. I then saw where Jake Sweeney BMW had what I was looking for so I decided to stop in and take a look. Greg Sewell greeted and me and within 3 hours I had a new car. Great experience, great price and most of all a great car. Greg was great to work with, he listened to my description of what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, stayed involved in my transaction until it was final and took time to go over the car's features when I picked it up. My husband and I recently purchased a previously owned 325xi and worked with Brad Schultz. We had a fantastic experience and appreciated all of Brad's sincere time and attention. During our first visit to Jake Sweeney's lot we arrived a few minutes before closing. Brad stayed late and took the time to answer all of our questions and even let us test drive the car. Now, that's great customer service! A couple days later we signed the dotted line, but before I pulled away Brad made sure I knew how to operate all of my high tech features and functions inside the car. He was very knowledgable and made sure the car fit me and my preferences since I am the primary driver. Choosing the car was a no brainier, but Brad really made the whole experience enjoyable. Jon Ogden met with me on his scheduled day off (Sunday) simply based on a friends referral. Once aware of the price range and type of vehicle I was looking for Jon was able to meet my expectations. Darrin made the paperwork easy to undersatnd and simple to complete. I am a bit surprised the previous occupant (this was a demo) music and personal preferences hadn't been wiped clean befor passing the car to me, but this was rectified by Jon immediately. Typical service from a dealer - out to make a buck at the expense of their customers.Went in for a warranty claim. Their equipment would not "communicate" with my car. They wanted me to pay for electrical diagnostics. Other independent BMW facilities have no problem. They wanted to charge me to time spent there, I refused and walked out. For good. In short, I was appaled but not surprised.

We purchased a 7 series BMW almost 2 years ago. When we first bought it our sales guy was great at getting back to us in a timely manner. We felt he "cared" and wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Eventually this service faded away. When we started having a few problems with our car and tried to reach Brad he stopped answering our calls and never returned our calls despite the messages we would leave on his work phone. We had no other choice, but to reach out to the BMW store in Cincinnati. Although we didn't purchase our vehicle from them they took much better care of us. We are a BMW family and one of the reasons we have been so long has been due to the great customer service that keeps us coming back. Jake Sweeney needs to reevaluate their customer service approach because it's not working. If your going to buy a BMW I suggest you buy it from a dealer who truly cares.

STAY AWAY from Jake Sweeney. I recently tried to have my 5 series BMW serviced at Jake Sweeney and was informed it would take several hours to complete. I asked for a a loaner car (the person on the phone stated if it is longer than 90 minutes you can get a loaner car) and the service person stated they do not give out loaner cars (even though I had them in the past) - he even tried to give me the number to Enterprise to call myself a car. I then asked for the sales manager and he came back and stated, well we do give out loaner cars if we have them available. So I then asked the service person if he had one available and he gave me the dear in the headlight look. What he then proceeded to say was that we don't give out loaner cars to individuals who did not purchase their own car - WHAT?? Is this guy serious?? (I purchase my cars through my company) This comment alone will ensure that I never purchase a car through Jake Sweeney again and I will be sure to let everyone I know to stay away as well. I then had to ask the sales manager , well do you have one available? and of course he stated we do not...even our new customers are told we cannot guarantee a BMW loaner car...what I can do for you is call Enterprise for you. I should have learned from my previous experience with them when they broke off one of my knobs inside the car and refused to fix it stating it is a BMW design flaw and it was probably cracked already when you brought it in!!So I promptly stated no thanks and left the dealership and called the BMW store. The BMW Store experience was night and day - everything you would expect from a BMW dealership. Please take my advice and stay away from Jake and try out the BMW Store for yourself.

BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. These guys are simply AMAZING. Whenever I have a problem, I call them up, and they tell me to bring it in the same day. I bring it in, they give me a loaner and usually the problem is fixed the same day. If not, it is ready by the next day. I have had service done at their facility 4 times now and every time I leave with a huge smile. Screw BMWStore (the other Cinci dealer)....they try to rip you off by charging for things that are still under warranty. You may want to see my post about my dealings with them. Jake Sweeney is #1 in my book!
