I have never bought a car from a dealership. My ex-husband always bought our cars. And during the last thirty years of being single, I chose to buy from individuals. However, when searching the Internet for a convertible, BMW of Columbia listed a 2008 Toyota Camry Solara Convertible. Their representative responded to my e-mail with a return e-mail as well as a phone mail. His name, David Watson. He is, indeed, an impressive representative of this BMW Dealership. He immediately made me feel comfortable with the whole process. There was no pressure, whatsoever. I bought the car, I absolutely love the car, and plan to drive it for a few years. When the time comes to buy again, I would definitely return to this dealership.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we showed up at this dealership late on a Saturday afternoon and David Watson had the car we were wanting to see all cleaned up and sitting out front. David is very knowledgeable was very patient will all our questions and we felt no pressure. After we decided to buy the car David introduced us to Clayton who was also very helpful and got us a great deal on financing. Even though the dealership closed at 6pm both David and Clayton stayed to finish our sale and delayed their plans for Saturday evening. I felt bad that we kept them late but since we live over 100 miles away their helpfulness and positive attitudes made this the best car buying experience we ever had. I had been to several other dealers and would say I'd never go anywhere else for a BMW.

my wife and I recently had the good fortune to meet and work with Dennis Carter, when we dropped in to test drive a 2013 Tesla Model S. Although this vehicle was uncharted territory in our region, Dennis had taken it upon himself to become familiar with the Tesla so he could demonstrate its different points to us. In a nutshell, Dennis got us a great price on an amazing car! We could not be any happier! When it came time to sign the papers, we were in a bit of a rush, and Dennis worked with Scott Lapsley to make the transaction smooth and swift. If that wasn't enough, Dennis had us covered when we ran over a nail just a few days after we purchased our vehicle. He brought me a loaner at work, took our car back to the dealership, got the tire repaired and had the car washed. Totally above and beyond! Thank you Dennis! I recently purchased an X5 from Dennis Carter. Five stars is not enough to describe his help and thoughtfulness on this purchase. 10 stars would be a better description. I met with Dennis and told him what I was looking for and in a really short time he delivered exactly the vehicle I was looking for. At the Columbia dealership Josh was extremely helpful and helping us make our decision regarding which card to buy. We were going back-and-forth between two dealerships trying to decide on a car. We were very comfortable in the show room and everyone we met was very nice and helpful.I have never enjoyed buying a car but I have to save us time is our first and hopefully one of many exceptions to our general rule

I'm in Oklahoma City, but the entire transaction felt like I was right there with the dealership in Missouri. I love my 2014 BMW 328 xi, and the Estoril blue is absolutely beautiful. Best purchase experience we have ever had. Mike made everything smooth and easy. Look forward to dealing with him in the future. His service was above and beyond. He stayed 1.5 hour late to make sure everything was exact down to the last detail of matching up the license plate screws. Simply the most personable sales guy you could ask for! Worked out our trade ins and secured us two great deals on two super 2015 BMWs! The 428i Gran Coupe in lipstick red for my wife, and the Turbo X5 50i for traveling. Great cars sold by great people! Mike stayed after hours to ensure my wife knew her car features and has followed up after the sale to ensure satisfaction. He even had one of the cars detailed later for us since "He" wasn't 100% satisfied. Very knowledgeable, obviously friendly and has earned our repeat business. Thanks Mike! We recently purchased our third BMW from Mike Pattrin. Mike has listened to everything we ask for, and he definitely over delivers on his promise to make sure we get what we want. The last two purchases we knew we wanted an X5, and Mike got us exactly what we wanted. This time, we went in trusting Mike to help us find a car, though we were unsure exactly which one we wanted, other than knowing BMW is the brand we prefer. Mike helped us find the perfect car! Mike really has a way of listening and figuring out options we hadn't considered but work perfectly for us. Scott Lapsley is really good at finding the right fit with financing, and he does so in a nice way with a fun personality. I can't speak highly enough about Mike and Scott, and they definitely have earned lifetime customers in us!

As soon as MIke knew what we were looking for, he found what we wanted. We purchased a 2011 Chevy Suburban from Machen's BMW and got everything we wanted for our growing family. In less than 48 hrs, we were pulling off the lot in our new vehicle and heading to our daughter's first cheerleading competition 3 hrs away. Great start our weekend!

Mike Pattrin has been a long time friend and knows that I am not the easiest to work with, but he always seems to find what I am looking for and in a timely manner. I recently purchased a 2012 5 Series and from when I pulled into the parking to when I signed the paperwork took all of about an hour. Being a busy person, Mike knew that I needed to be in/out as soon as possible and he did such that by having his ducks in line before even pulling on the lot. With BMW's there are a ton of bells and whistles and Mike made sure I understood every detail, while sending me away with a freshly detailed vehicle along with a full tank of gas.

My husband and I walked into BMW for fun in March 2012, met Michael Pattrin and walked out with a lease agreement on our dream car!! Michael is more than a client advisor, we consider him a friend. He was never pushy or aggressive with us about a sale. He listened to what we wanted and found it for us! He has been helpful during our entire lease. We decided to purchase our car at the end of the lease because we fell in love with it. Michael helped us with that and got our car Certified Preowned, which saved us some money! You can't watch the evening news without catching 4 - 5 auto comercials promising their dealership is the only place to buy. You visit their lot and leave wishing there was a better way to buy a car. I'm thankful I found Joe Machens BMW, truly a no pressure buying experience. I contacted Joe Machens and was connected with Michael Pattrin. I had an idea of the features that I was looking for and about what I wanted to spend. After a quick discussion of the options that I couldn't live without, Michael went to work. He found the exact car that I was looking for and made the process quite simple. Scott Lapsley walked me through the paperwork and explained my questions regarding financing. I've put 20,000 miles on it and I still love my new car! Regardless of the name and reputation-TAKE A USED CAR to a mechanic before you sign. Machens is like any other dealership; don't care what they sell as long as they sell it. All that money sure has made them greedy!

David is the guy you want to work with when buying a car. NO GAMES! I appreciate that. Everyone was very friendly and kind as we had our 15 month old Grandson with us and everyone want to make sure he was comfortable. Scott was very easy to work with and helpful on the finance side. Drove 2.5 hours to buy this car from them. We will do it again.

I filled out a form to find out more about an auto on their website, specifically requesting evening contact. Internet sales manager can't read his leads,and calls people even though they have requested a specific time to be call. Not sure why they even have this "field" on their website if they aren't going to use it. I had customers at my desk in the daytime,to hear my cell to ring and find out the internet sales guy there can't read, or could care less what your request even was. Called him back, and made a wise crack, and hurt poor David Watson's feelings. He hung up on me, so I called back and asked for a Manager. Manager could care less is he sells a $30,000 car or not, if his poor internet sales manager gets his feelings hurt. Sorry to say, but it would be a good place to open up a car dealership
