The entire experience in purchasing my new 2016 Countryman was great! My sales person Catherine was very knowledgeable about Mini's and helped make the experience so smooth!The experience was great from selection through financing! The after sale service is another huge reason I chose Mini of Dallas!!! A friend has both a Mini and BMW from Mini/BMW of Dallas and the service he receives is what sold me!I totally recommend Mini of Dallas to everyone on their next Mini purchase! I traded in my 2004 Mini Cooper for a larger car to fit my needs! With Mini being so versatile I was able to remodel my home almost exclusively using my 2004 as my truck!Mini's are amazing vehicles!!!My experience would have to be 5 out of 5!Thanks Justin A.

Third time I've had to take my Z4 in for repairs - have literally spent thousands of dollars. Never a problem for the shuttle to take me home before this visit. Today they said I live 9 miles outside the radius they will take you home. 9 miles. If you live in Carrollton TX and need to take your car in to BMW of Dallas, be prepared to sit and wait of spend 50 bucks round-trip on an Uber.

If you bought a full service warranty when you bought you car then do NOT bring it to the Dallas BMW for service. This is the second time I have taken my car in with a firm appointment and days later still have no status from the dealer. It appears that the warranty cars go to the bottom of the priority list. The service rep does not call back, the main service routes you to your service rep and so goes the loop. This place is TERRIBLE!

I purchased a 2014 M235 from BMW of Dallas. From start to finish the process was smooth and the folks at the dealership made the experience easy. I drove down from many hours away and my car and paperwork were both prepared and ready to go. The buying process took about 90 minutes. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle and after a couple days noticed a small area of the passenger's seat was separating along the seam. I called the dealership and they were committed to getting this fixed. I found that level of customer service to be something not often experienced at car dealerships. I would recommend this dealer when purchasing a new or used BMW.

It was a great experience low pressure in a relaxed environment. The buying process never gets 5 stars from me just because buying a car sucks, but the salesman went above and beyond helping me get the car home and the rest of the staff i interacted with were friendly and courtious. Time will tell if the car is a good one ( as its preowned) but it was in good shape and inspected before purchase.

This dealership is always great, I have used them since 2003 when I purchased my first BMW. This visit was just for general service (oil change, cabin filters, etc) but as always I received great treatment. The dealership has great employees who are always friendly and great to deal with. I waited for the service to be completed and was told it would take around 2 hours to complete and it was finished in a little less than 2 hours. Since I live out of town, I was glad I did not need to wait more than 2 hours but they would have provided a vehicle if I had wanted one to do something in the area. They have a great waiting area that has coffee and other snacks. When I have needed service/repairs on my previous X5's it has alway be a good experience. Beth does a great job as my service advisor and Joe Eckert is great on the sales side.

This dealership has great service reps who work hard juggling sometimes unexpected computer system updates (like on this particular visit), customer expectations, and service techs. They go so far as to teach their techs how to use new technology processes like photos and texting/emailing customers their car parts to help facilitate communication back and forth and decisions on service choices. The dealership is convenient, stocked well and does try to manage expectations of customers' status on their vehicles. I brought my hotspot and just used the time to do email and catch up on business. It worked well to wait, even though my wait time ended up being twice as long as promised. It's important to realize things happen that are unexpected and to go with the flow works better for everyone.

My car's engine coolant tank got leaking. I drove the car right away to the dealer. They nicely served me. After checking the car carefully, they found the hose connecting the coolant tank was broken. They nicely explained the problem to me and drove me back to the work place since I had to leave the car for the repair. My car got fast fixed, and I got my car back before I finished my working day. Great service!

Cory, William and Mike helped me swiftly and got all the paperwork ready and sent out to me overnight once the price was decided upon. My daughter's vehicle had a problem in the air conditioning system which caused the refrigerant to slowly leak to the point where the air coming out of the vents was no longer cool. We took her car to two other shops which were unable to locate the source of the leak. They added Freon which would again slowly leak. BMW of Dallas was finally able to locate the source of the leak near the compressor which was difficult to find. The Assistant Service Manager, Vernon, quoted me the price to repair this problem and suggested some additional maintenance that needed to be performed. He was also willing to apply some discounts to reduce to cost of repairs. BMW of Dallas did an excellent job on the repairs and maintenance and I was very pleased that Vernon was willing to work with me to help save some money.

I came in for standard service on my 2015 BMW 435i on a busy morning. I opened the door to my service advisor's office (Vincent Hudson) and was greeting by name immediately. This tells me that he is both cognizant and caring. I have dealt with other service advisors from other brands and "None" of them could remember my name when dealing with them for years. I am so glad that you guys know and understand that you keep customers coming back by simply acknowledging that were not just a number. Building personal relationships with customers is key to lasting relationships.

I am so happy with BMW of Dallas and especially Joe Yetzer, my salesman. He is wonderful and as long as he is around. I will keep buying BMWs. However, the actual buying part took 4 1/2 hours and I had walked into the dealership with a check on my hand. There is no reason to treat a very loyal customer with such lazy disregard. My daughter graduated on Friday 06/03/16, and she turned 18 on 06/04/16. I initially arrived at MINI of Dallas on Wednesday 06/01 shortly after 4 p.m. Upon entering the dealership I was immediately greeted both by the secretary and Catherine Adams (affectionately known as "Cat"). I let Catherine know that I was in the market for a pre-owned 2015 British Racing Green MINI that I had seen online. She invited me into her office so that she could verify if it was still in inventory and to find it's location. She informed me that it was still in inventory and that it was a certified vehicle as well. Shortly thereafter we both found out that it was being used as a loaner for someone servicing their MINI. I noticed a beautiful Electric Blue MINI that immediately caught my eye, and Catherine promptly procured the keys and offered to take the vehicle on a test drive. I informed her that I had driven one before, and as it was a brand new vehicle that was intended for my daughter that I was going to deliver 6 1/2 hours away the very next day that it wouldn't be necessary to test drive it since I would have plenty time to familiarize myself with it en route to my daughter's graduation. She said that was fine, and commented on how she had never sold a car without having it test driven. I added that "There's a first time for everything.", and I asked her how much the Electric Blue MINI was. She said that with the current incentives that I could get a brand new 2016 MINI for under what they were asking for the pre-owned 2015 MINI and it also would have a full 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty instead of the remaining factory warranty of the 2015 MINI. I said "Excellent! I'll take it!!!". From that moment forward I had the most streamlined, pleasant, non-pressured sales experience that I've even known and I used sell cars for a living for 3 years. Catherine had me fill out an application, and by this time the banks were currently closed we coordinated to meet the following morning at 9:30 a.m. When I arrived the following morning she had already had my daughter's MINI gassed up and fully detailed. I visited with her for a moment and then she brought a member from their stellar financial department who had me in and out with my daughter's brand new car in a matter of about an hour. They even paid for themselves and included windshield protection as well as some other premium services at no cost to me which was actually great and a complete surprise to me. Upon deliver Catherine took the time to walk me through all the features of my daughter new car, helped me set up a really neat strobe feature where the ring of the center information console as well as the door handle, dome light, and footwells cycled through every color of the rainbow which was also very welcome and neat. My daughter and everyone who saw it loved this!!! I accepted delivery, and MINI of Dallas even had two porters follow me to my home so that I could drop off my personal vehicle and then load and drive my daughter's car to her graduation. I made it just in time to watch my daughter walk across the stage, and I presented her brand new 2016 MINI with a big red bow on the hood in front of her entire graduating class. My daughter's complete surprise, and elation was a complete success because of Mini of Dallas and my sales consultant Catherine Adams. Not only was Catherine was exceptional in all things MINI and she has a vast knowledge in accessories, modification, detailing, graphics, and MINI aficionado events and communities. All in all my experience was superb and I can not highly recommend MINI of Dallas, Catherine Adams, or their magnificent financial staff enough or more highly for that matter. If you're in the market for a MINI you owe it to yourself to call MINI of Dallas, and be sure that you ask to speak with Catherine Adams. You won't regret it!!!

I brought my Mini Cooper hardtop to Mini of Dallas for an oil change, tire replacement, alignment, and repair for broken rear brake lights. Since my car is a little over 4 years old, it is no longer under warranty and the cost to replace the brake lights was quoted for >$900, which I wasn't prepared for on top of the other services that I had budgeted for. After talking to me, my service manager spoke to his manager and offered to replace the brake lights for 5% of the cost. I have been with Lexus and VW and neither company have ever offered such discounts. Previously, Mini of Dallas replaced my car battery free of charge even though my car had been out of warranty for several months. This is a great dealership and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a Mini (I also bought my Cooper hardtop, brand new here).

Kevin Choi did a good job explaining the car. I was mainly looking at technology and he was very informed. I do not buy a car that often, but compared to the Ford dealer down the road, it was a much more pleasant experience here. I still do not know how good a deal the insurance was, I know they have room to negotiate, but not having the background, I just listened to my gut. They were busy and the process took slightly longer than I expected, but it was not the cloak and dagger I often feel at other dealerships. If you like to haggle for the last cent in saving, this is not the place. If you want a good deal without haggling, try this place.

My experience with BMW of Dallas was indeed the best experience I've had. Upon walking in I was extremely nervous and no one seem to be interested in me. After walking around for 10 minutes without being greeted, a salesman name Robert Grishma approached me after finishing up with another customer. I explained to that I had been to several places looking to purchase a vehicle however they were giving me a hard time with an approval. Robert promised me that I would be leaving with a car later that evening. Guess what, about 2 hours later I was driving home in my BMW X6. Robert Grishma went over and beyond to help me get financed and approved. I will recommend this business to anyone just because of his customer service. As a result, my plan is to continue to refer folks to BMW of Dallas and invest in their vehicles. My experience was beyond a blessing :)

I found my car online through an internet search and stopped by the dealership to see it in person. Although the salesman that I'd originally visited with a month prior, Kevin Choi, was with a customer, JJ Fleeger volunteered to assist me. JJ gave an excellent test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about my 5-series, pointing out things that I would've never even thought to ask. As the purchase process progressed, JJ was very helpful and responsive with communication and my deal was finalized very quickly. They offered me a fair trade-in price on my Honda Accord and I accepted. When I came in to pickup my car, both Kevin and JJ made sure that everything went smoothly. In fact, all of the managers including John Bosco, John Gwinnup and Mike Wallace were extremely nice and helpful. I had to bring my car in for window tinting and another maintenance question, and even the Service Manager Jesse Salinas, was very helpful. I have had nothing but a positive experience at BMW of Dallas, and plan to be a BMW customer for many years to come!

I have to say that Kat Adams is a gal that knows her Mini's ie; engine mechanisms, horsepower, differences in the body, inside car electronics, etc.Kat was informative and might I add personable and communicates with ease. My wife and I were in the market for a used, yet certified Mini Cooper for our 16 year old. Living near Oklahoma City, we were unable to locate a local one suitable to our liking. After an exhaustive online search, we located one at BMW Mini of Dallas. Some friends of ours had a previous experience buying from this dealership using Malcolm Hodge. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Malcolm at the door. Malcolm is a superb salesman who provided the top-notch level of service we were told about. He took us for a test drive and thoroughly explained all the features of the car, as well as, all the advantages of buying certified. he also gave us a folder that included the results of the dealer certified inspection, and a Carfax report. We decided to purchase the car and Malcolm made the arrangements for us to promptly visit with the finance department while he had the car detailed. After everything was complete, Malcolm once again answered all of our questions and even paired our cell phone to the Mini's Bluetooth so that we could use during our trip back to Oklahoma City. Malcolm made our trip to Dallas worthwhile. When we're back in the market for another BMW, our first action will be to call Malcolm and find out when he is available for us to come purchase.

For the love of God do not go here. If I could have lower than 1 star, I would. My car has been there for 18 days and they still can't tell me when I will get it back, and did not provide me a loaner. They had my car in their shop bc it would not start. I bought the car brand new and it has had continuous problems. I picked the car up after being "fixed" and I had it back for 4 days before it broke down AGAIN. They told me it would be another $1,113 to fix it again. I told them they are not fixing the problem, this is not the problem. They would not listen. I had to have corporate tell them to diagnose the car further. SURPRISE, they found the real problem. They were going to continue charging me to go around the real problem because they wouldn't listen. Now the car has been there for 18 days and they seriously cannot tell me when I will get the car back. No one communicates or gives two licks about their customers. They don't know how to fix their own vehicles, are terrible at communication, and do not care about you. They DO NOT care about you. My friend who sits by me at work was THIS CLOSE to buying there before I told her my experience and she went across the street and bought a Lexus. She has raving reviews and has not been treated like this.OF COURSE you will love them if you are buying a new car. DUH. The only good reviews are on the sales side? Sounds about right for a car salesman...Go across the street and get a Lexus. Do not go here. DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it the rest of your life, I promise.

I was also told that a replacement key is $150 when in fact it is $425. I would like this issue resolved. I do not feel secure knowing that I only have one key and if lost I would be stuck. I chose to drive five hours to get my car because the dealers selection, and pricing, was superior to anyone in my state. The salesperson was very responsive to dealing by e-mail and the car was ready and the deal already agreed upon before walking into the dealer. After a short test drive it was just a matter of signing papers. My main issue was the number of "add on" plans that are available and not mentioned until your sitting in front of the finance rep with your car waiting in the parking lot. Had I had an opportunity to fully think about some of these options beforehand I would have probably made some different decisions.

Love my new vehicle. The salesman wasn't clear on several things, but worked hard to find out, get things fixed and to my standards so I give him a 5 for that. I believe he is new but has great potential.Integrity concerns about what I was told about my potential trade in, stating it was in a wreck when it was not. I've had it appraised by two different companies before I took it to BMW of Dallas and as well as after and I own the carfax and there isn't any report of a wreck and I'm the 2nd owner. I was able to sell it privately at a great rate.

The whole experience was very professional and clean. It all started with a fantastic test drive day. I had dropped by to see the models and didn't have a specific car in mind. The head of the sales team Lee Carter did a fantastic job. He quickly got through 'Why' I was looking for the MINI and gave me a really good 'feel' for what the car offers. Beyond that it was all as expected from a high end dealership. Facilities, communication, appearance was all excelled. Some of my requirements weren't in the stock cars. So I ended up placing a custom order. The process was explained well and I also had continuous follow up from Jonathan on the progress. The car was expected to take 6 to 8 weeks. It ended up needing 9 weeks. Even with the delay, i am still glad I chose this dealership. Would certainly recommend these folks to anyone.

I would like to share my experience with your guys. I am a customer in Seattle Washington, which is thousands of miles away from BMW of Dallas.About 2 months ago, I was looking for a used BMW M6 online. I found out that they have a pretty good M6 in their inventory. So I asked for a quote, and a salesman (Jay Purdy) reply me within very short of time. After I had been communicate with him, I decided to buy this car in distance because he was passionate and made me have a good experience of purchasing the car. So far, everything was good. After waiting for 3 weeks, the car finally arrivals. Then, I realize the car does not have the second key, which makes me wonder why a car worth 80,000 only has one key. So I called Jay, and he told me that they (dealer) are ordering a new key for me and it will be shipped when they have it. After waiting for 2-3 weeks, the nightmare starts. I called Jays number and no one answers, and no email replies as well. Finally, after I called sales number on their website and talk to someone, and this guy told me that Jay Purdy is no longer with them. So I asked him what about the issue that Jay left over? He said he would contact the sales manager and let me know whats going on. And you know what, that was end of the story. I tried to call the manager for so many times and left so many voice messages. And finally, sales manager Denial told me that he could do nothing with it, and let me talk to another sales manager John Bosco. After million of phone calls, John picked phone once and told me once they receive my documentation, they would go ahead order my key. After I send my documentations to him, I thought someone was going to help me out with it and unbelievably that was BS as well. John Bosco never picks up my phone call again.The entire thing is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I can not image how would the people like them become the leader of the sales team and how would the salesmen going to be with their supervision. I feel like they are taking advantage of I am being far away and treated me with so much disrespect by ignoring me. A couple of hundred dollars key isnt a big thing compare to the $80,000 car. But it clearly defines who these people are, they would do anything to get your money with no moral and manner. In short, what I am trying to say is if you just want to buy a car from them and 100% sure that you will never interact with these people. Then, go for it, they will treat you as their God. However, if you may need to somehow interact with them after they get your money, RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. They will never care about you.PLEASE THINK CLEARLY BEFORE YOU GO THERE.I hope my review would help.

Just purchased a "like new" 2007 Lexus SC430 from salesman Gary Aggas at this dealership. Gary worked with me on getting the vehicle at the right price and also getting this vehicle over to the local Lexus dealership for them to inspect it before I purchased. This deal was just flawless. Paperwork was overnighted to me and a Notary delivered it to my house for my signatures and check. Received the vehicle after shipping it from Dallas to Macon, Ga and everything checked out ok. I recently was involved in a car accident which left my previous new car totaled. I live in MS but found the car I wanted (2015 Subaru STI) at BMW of Dallas so I reached out to start talking numbers. Gary Aggas contacted me and I could not be more happy with my experience with him. My situation was unique in the sense that there were alot of moving parts involved from me from securing my financing through my bank and getting my other vehicle paid off. Gary was very attentive to what I needed fought to get me a great price on the vehicle I wanted and stayed in constant communication with me the entire time. I drove from MS to Dallas on December 24th and BMW of Dallas really came through for me. I had my check sent overnight from the bank to the dealership and when it arrived I was done in about 30mins. This was easily the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The facility was fantastic and so was everyone I cam into contact with while there. This is our second car to buy from Joe Eckert and we live all the way out in McKinney. The first one he bent over backward to get exactly what we wanted and he has done it again. Not only the ordering process, but also the closing made simple and taking all the time that we wanted to explain how everything works. The clincher for us was when we heard that Cody Mashburn was back on the service drive (don't know why he is not service manager again) because we had had a very poor service experience just a few months earlier when my wife 2007 X-5 had some repairs done poorly and I told the writer about it but he seemed very unamused that I was not happy.

I did a lot of investigation on line before I actually went to the dealership and BMW of Dallas had great inventory and they were the only BMW dealership that listed their discounts and sales on line. This saved a lot of negotiating as I knew what to expect before entering the dealership. Also had several loaners that were for sale and had great prices. Walked in and actually spoke to Jay in used cars and ended up buying a loaner and a new X5. Salesman was willing to spend a lot of time with us and helped us look at a lot of alternatives. Ultimately helped me get a vehicle from another dealership in the area. Low pressure overall and one of the few times I have actually enjoyed buying a new car.

Purchased a 2015 M5 from them remotely, and they shipped the car to me. There were some challenges in the transaction that were not their fault, but they made good on the deal. I love my 2015 Mini!! It's really fun & it gets really great gas mileage. Also, you have to put premium gas in the tank, it doesn't run good on regular gas. It recommends using premium gas. I have to drive thru downtown Dallas in the mornings & afternoons so saving money & gas helps. There is about 11-13 gallons of gasoline, so the costs isn't that high (it's like $25-$30 depending on gas prices). I get about more than 320 miles. The customer service is really reliable. Sales representatives are very friendly & courteous. They helped me thru the ordering/making of my mini & tracking the shipment of it. The buying was really fast except I forgot to lift the limit on my card so that took awhile(my fault) because of it was during Thanksgiving holiday. There are multiple ways to create or afterwards change to the car. I love that I can do different options of customizing of interior & exterior. There is also nice different kinds shaders for the back windows!

We traded in our 2011 mini for a newer one. Zack Marlar, our sales man was great. He showed us every manual transmission car he had and ran all the numbers, just so that we could get the best deal. The BMW of Dallas on Lemmon provided me with the best car buying experience I've ever had. I literally have never written a review but felt compelled to after this purchase. Landen Thomason and his manager made sure I got exactly what I wanted and at the best price possible. I could tell they genuinely cared and I have been shopping for a car for over month so it took a special team to finally sell me. I wasn't really interested in a BMW until Landen walked me through how great of a car it is and after experiencing it for myself now, it really is amazing. I was very impressed by the professional approach of Jared, who helped me in the whole process. At first we could not find the vehicle that was mentioned to me on the phone by someone else. Honestly, I had not planned on purchasing a BMW. I have driven Mercedes for years. I had called the dealership to inquire about a 4 series (just to see what they would cost) and was put in touch with Chris Jurgens. He was so great. NO PRESSURE. He let me make all of the decisions and only gave me the facts... no sales fluff. He said NO when he needed to and YES when he needed to. Was always up front and honest. Found the car I was looking for in a white BMW X5. Curtis Wiley worked very hard to make the transaction easy. It took two passes to get the vehicle in top shape, but I chalk that more up to the fact that Curtis had eye surgery and was not there to specifically oversee it. They took my feedback in and made it right. Curtis worked very patiently with my wife demonstrating the features. The final paper work process of potentially buying additional coverages went much faster after the person presenting the material finally came to acceptance that I did not want to be up sold. I have no doubt this is a quality dealership and look forward to having a solid partnership at this location.

I just picked up a CPO 2012 X5, thanks to Joe Eaves the overall purchase experience was flawless and extremely enjoyable. Joe was very responsive (responding to my emails at 11pm) which helped me close the deal within 24hours, what I signed for is exactly what was agreed upon. We all know that a scheduled car service appt. is worst than a visit to the emergency room at the peak of flu season... "going no where fast"/"hurry up and wait". However, I was really pleased with the hospitality shown to me while I went through the "auto service- triage" on a Saturday and a Monday. Their efforts did not go unnoticed. In such a stressful situation, it mattered . By the way, I was quickly put into a rental and was updated throughout t he week. Loved it. Thanks and I appreciate how the staff and the "home away from home" facility made things less chaotic.

They even lowered the price a bit, and threw in Scratch repair and new set of tires (at dealer cost). Had the car a week and the M3 drives so well. The car just wants to go! Great car buying experience at BMW of Dallas thanks to the excellence and professionalism of Chris Jurgens. When I was looking to buy a new BMW I went online and Chris promptly got back to me. It was smooth sailing from the first second. We met and I ordered my 2015 228i xDrive. Chris went through all the options, explaining everything in the right amount of detail for me. He entered my order, gave me the expected delivery date, and regularly kept me informed of my car's progress from the manufacturing in Germany, shipping to the Georgia port, and its journey from there to Dallas. It arrived exactly when expected. This is about my eighth or ninth BMW. I've only had one other make car since I bought my first BMW. Since moving to Dallas 30 years ago I have bought and serviced my BMWs from John Roberts, and then and now from BMW of Dallas. The pleasant and professional experience I had with BMW of Dallas thanks to Chris Jurgens means I will continue to buy and service my BMWs from them.

I have been all over in search of either a 228i or M235i. I wanted to customer order one, but after realizing it would take probably three months to get it. Usually, going to any dealership is daunting for most. This was my first lease, and I absolutely loved my 328i Coupe. Bimmer fan for life. I simply can't believe how easy they negotiated with me. And the fact that I have one of the rarest cars in the US right now well below MSRP and with a great rate. Better though is the fact that my Saleswoman was extremely personable, informative, and let me truly test drive the car without acting like those jerk guys at Classic BMW or the "luxury" Park Place. This car purrs like a little kitty.. meowwwA car like the M235i sells itself, but Elsa truly knew about the features/options and how to use them. Even after the sale, she has made an effort to help me figure out the features (even on my 328i Coupe I barely knew how to use a lot of them!) No salesperson at a dealership has ever really explained this kind of stuff or been so dedicated. Additionally, everyone there was friendly... this was BEFORE I bought the car... all made an effort to get me with my requested Sales Lady Elsa even before I really got down to the nitty gritty with the numbers. Very friendly staff...Sure, they try to add on extra sales protection plans at the end (what business doesn't?) of which you can decline... and YEAH I would have preferred to get SOMETHING for NOTHING...but I seriously have a car that will last me ten years, and it's 0-100 in about 7 seconds. I'm just overly satisfied with this staff, especially Elsa Nunez, and the dealership in general. It's as nice as Classic BMW (without the bad service guys and pushy staff) and the staff is like BMW of Arlington (although that location seems old.) Take from this review what you will, but also remember that the guy below me lost a great car over $400.

Found a 2007 BMW 328i on line listed at BMW of Dallas. Jay and Gary in sales went the extra mile to make the experience outstanding. I was coming from 5 states away and needed more info and pictures before committing on the long trip to Dallas. Jay went out of his way to test drive the car for me and take more than a dozen close-up pictures for me within 1/2 hour of our phone conversation. These guys negotiated the deal with the manager in less than 20 minutes and even covered my one-way airfare so I could pick up the car the next day. They picked me up at the airport and gave me several bottles of water for the 14 hr drive back home. Everyone was very nice at the dealership. I would go there again to by another used or someday a new BMW. Worth the time and distance to deal with these guys again.

My first interaction with BMW of Dallas was an inventory search through their online website. A particular vehicle caught my eye and I sent a message stating I wanted to test drive the vehicle. Within 45 minutes to an hour, a BMW of Dallas representative, Joe Eaves, called following-up on my inquiry. We set-up a test drive for the following morning. While trying to prepare for my test drive (i.e. pulling the vehicle from the inventory garage), he discovered that the vehicle had been sold a couple hours prior to my inquiry. Joe called to notify me of the developments, and told me he would pull other vehicles matching my search criteria. When I arrived the next morning, Joe was at the front door welcoming with a warm smile. He was very apologetic that the vehicle I was originally interested was sold. Based on my search criteria, he enlighten me of a vehicle that was brought in the following day that had yet to be listed on their online inventory. The vehicle was perfect! I did a test drive and was so impressed, I started the paper work as soon as I got back. Joe walked me through the entire process and was there before and after I went through financing. Joe was a constant professional and he comes with my highest recommendation! I will certainly reach out to him on my next purchase and would send my friends and family his way if they were in the market for a new or used BMW. Thanks again Joe Eaves!

He let my deal walk over a small $400.00 discount. Now he may not have really been able to discount the car, I'm not upset about that, we would've paid the $400 had it been explained properly with a good relationship established. I am upset about his terrible demeanor, rude, condescending, apathetic tone. He hung up in my ear when I was kindly explaining that he had provided us with bad customer service. Unfortunately he is involved with most sales there, so make that U turn now, before you get burned! I mean really??? At a new BMW dealership??? With a Sales Manager no less??? BEWARE this kind of behavior doesn't just happen on a bad day. If the Sales Manager is rude the dealership must have an Ego.

ASK FOR SHAUN MASSIAH... I was wary of buying an older car, not because I worried about doing repairs on a 9 year old 645, but because "how would I know what I might be in for?" So I wanted to buy from a dealer instead of a lot. I hoped a dealer would give the car a once over, and be reasonable in preparing the car for sale. BMW of Dallas did that. Of course, I didn't trust them, and took the car to an independent shop for a three hour, $200 top to bottom review, complete with pictures and video. After the independent review, I have a car that will need repairs in time, but nothing now, and is largely considered in excellent condition. I've been around car people enough to know not to trust them outright, make them earn you trust. Shaun Massiah did just that. Apparently, he is one of the best salesmen of BMW's in North America. I can highly recommend him. I will likely buy my next car from him, used or new.

I took my car into be serviced because the air conditioning wasn't working. I was able to call in the morning for an appointment that day and the car was fixed by the end of the same day. The cost of the repairs are very high but the quality is also high.

Did a lot of online shopping in the Dallas area for a 2011/2012 X5 with the features we wanted, a reasonable price, and some remaining warranty. BMW of Dallas had a large selection and had one that fit our needs. The salesman was very helpful and open during our purchase process. We did have to wait a while to get the vehicle back from the detail and gas fill process, but that may just be a matter of having a busy day, as there was a crowd there.

Found my "dream vehicle" on cars.com 7 hours away at BMW of Dallas. Salesman (Joe) was very helpful in answering any questions I had. Went in to dealership and the vehicle checked out with what was listed on cars.com. Test drive her around and within a little over an hour we were on our way home back to Louisiana! Was already approved before I went in so I didn't have much else to do except agree. The guys all seemed friendly and nice. I would recommend BMW of Dallas!

MINI states they are a different dealership but in a good way!! Yes... I agree that MINI is different in a good way!!! I set an all-time record UNDER 3 HOURS - NOT ALL DAY! An hour of it was me talking and laughing it up with my sales guy, Wade. I wasn't just a number on paper or juicy sale to fatten the MINI wallet. The laughs and conversations were solid - not fake. I enjoyed every minute... YES! I know it's hard to believe... BUT TRUE!!! Thanks Wade and the mini crew for an experience I will not forget. I will come back for my next MINI - well, in the future... I just got a new one LOL!! Just one more note. I did try a MINI dealership prior to going to MINI of Dallas but they were stuck on themselves and more concerned about their PLAQUES and REWARDS instead of listening to what I wanted and what I was looking for. A very good experience buying a new Mini from Mini of Dallas. I live a hundred miles from Dallas so communication was important. The sales adviser, Wade Cowser, walked me completely through the process; from the initial question and answer session to the short time later when he had my new car delivered to my home. This was all done by email and phone. I think this was only possible because of his superior knowledge of his products, his ability to interact with the people in the service and finance departments and his competent and unassuming manor. I recently acquired a 2011 X5 from BMW of Dallas, TX. It's the first BMW vehicle I have ever owned. I was greeted by a fairly new salesman named Landon. We spent about 2 hours ago together on a Saturday viewing and test driving a couple of vehicles. He was very honest and asked for help for answers he didn't know. The entire experience from the test drive, purchase and vehicle follow-up was impeccable or better yet was service excellence. I would return to BMW of Dallas because of the valued experience for any future purchase. I have owned cars and trucks as daily drivers all my life but I have never had so much fun with this X5 and it's smooth drive, comfortable luxurious feel and powerhouse V6 twin-turbo engine. I would challenge any man who hasn't owned one to try it. My wife has a range rover and I am now convinced this vehicle not only outperforms her V8 but the stereo system sounds better than her Rover with Harmen Cardin and my Porsche 911 Bose system. Thank you BMW from a buyer who has test driven many BMW's but never has purchased one until now. Thank you!

I have to say my recent purchase from MINI of Dallas was, by far, the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. My new 2014 JCW Coupe is my third MINI, and the second one purchased through MINI of Dallas. I only thought my previous experience with them was fantastic, this time that one was blown out of the water. I had been considering moving back into a Hardtop with the introduction of the new third gen 2014 model. Upon my first visit to the showroom, even before they Hardtop had shown up, I met and had a very lengthy conversation with Zack (Marler) a MA at MoD. He was very personable and our conversation was not at all a sales pitch. We talked about a lot of things other than MINI. I would visit the showroom every opportunity I could over the next couple of months in anticipation of the new Hardtops arrival. If Zack was in and available, he would greet me as if I were a friend, and not as a potential client. Throughout our many conversations he absorbed what I was interested in and ultimately helped me to decide that the new Hardtop was not the best choice for me. It was totally my decision, but I believe he picked up on my cues. Zack, along with a very lengthy conversation with Sales Manager Lee Carter, put me into my Dream MINI, a JCW Coupe. This MINI is amazing!!! I only thought I had a huge smile on my face after getting out of my previous Coupe S after each and every drive. I so want this review to convey how great of an experience I had this go round. I have chosen to stay in a MINI as long as I physically can. It is truly an awesome vehicle. MINI is an amazing company, and the people they choose to represent them go above and beyond to help make you happy. MINI is not a car, it is a culture. If you ever get to experience a MINI hosted event, (MTTS 1012 and MINIs on the Mac, for me), you will come away with such a great feeling, and be so pleased to have taken part. To start, the man I dealt with in buying my new 435i, Chris Jurgens, was just OUTSTANDING to deal with. He helped my through the process of custom ordering my car from start to finish. Giving me very good advice the whole way through. Chris explained to me that it would take about 5 to 6 weeks for my car to make it from Germany and that he would keep me informed of it's progress. Everything he said was true and right on target. He even put up with my emails asking about the car signed "Anxiously Awaiting" when he had nothing new to tell me. He is an Outstanding Salesman who made my buying experience very easy. I wish I could use Chris on all my other purchases too!!! The facility was beautiful and very, very clean and well maintained. The rest of the staff I dealt with were very professional and very easy to get along with. As for the car, what can I say. It's a BMW!!! It's Awesome. The first weekend I had it, since I picked the car up on a Friday, I put 300 miles on it and got sunburned in the process!!! In closing, let me say, in my opinion, the Dealership, the staff, and especially Chris Jurgen are truly a 5-Star group!!!

This is one of the 2 dealerships in the DFW Metroplex that takes pride in wasting your time and not really giving a crap about negotiating properly with you. There cars are clearly overpriced compared to other BMW Stores in this market. Michael Hall is someone you shouldn't waste your time withand his Sales Manager, Harvey Owen Ford is someone who acts like he couldn't care much less. Steer clear because their Salesmen will constantly hit you in the face with Sticker Pricing until you are blue in the face. I tried them back in 2008 when I was last in the market for a car for the wife and apparently, not a xxxx thing has changed. STEER CLEAR OF A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE PEOPLE!Autobahn BMW and BMW of Arlington are two of the best experiences I've had thus far. They come highly recommended.

I am looking for a new BMW and decided to go to this dealership for no specific reason. I took the test drive of a fully loaded BMW X3 xdrive 3i with M Sport Package on April 8 2014 and decided to buy at once but due to some prior commitments could not do so on the same day and decided to buy on the next day. I had an appointment setup with Mr. Jay Purdy (Sales Department) on April 9 2014 at 11:30 am and I was there at 11:25 am. I would say he is a very nice person and helped me throughout the buying process. I got my car around 2:00 2:30 pm and I was really excited. Now comes the real disappointment when it comes to their SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I have been asked to come for some additional paint coatings on my car just after a week as I had bought few additional warranties from the dealership. No one from the service department even bother to come and tell me that what is going in my car or even when it is done. It was done around 4:00 pm as I could see the car from the waiting lounge but nobody informed me until 4:45 pm when I went and asked that what is going on. I have wait additional 15 min after that also. Now after 2 weeks I have some paint issue in my car and tried calling the SERVICE DEPARTMENT to talk to someone but it only ends up in the voice mails or reception who can just take the appointment. He/She doesnt even bother to direct you to the right person or help you, even they will talk to you like you had not bought the car from them but they had gifted it to you. If possible then I will return it and buy from some other dealer which has better after service, but unfortunately it is not possible.

I had heard many stories about that dealership so when I was ready to purchase my wife's 335i I decided to go to the dealership in Dallas. Bought a absolutely looks brand new but used BMW X5.Vehicle was actually at Plano Audi where we were treated very poorly.Called Dallas BMW about the car and they had it immediately shipped to them.When we went to look it over again,we had no intention of driving it home that day.Shaun Massiah was extremely everything....courteous,professional and knowledgeable.We drove it off in about 2 hours.I would highly recommend this dealership and Shaun to all.Great environment,people,vehicles and price.

I decided within 24hrs that it was the car I wanted. I don't like nor do I have the time to sit around. I worked mainly with Joe Yetzer and Doug Groves. Buyer be aware! If you have not shopped around for the extended warranty, you will be surprised! Since extended warranty is honored by any BMW dealer, you should at least do a few inquiry before heading to the most expensive one in town.I have learned my lesson. The sales person Ronald Drayovitch showed many additional items for consideration. To make his sales, he exaggerated the cost of maintenance. For example, he told us the oil change costs 250 dollars and the brake costs 2200 dollars and assured us better to go for the extended maintenance if the budget does not allow us to buy any other items.So, please bring your smart phone next time to this dealer and fact-check with anything the sales person said.When we got home, we found out the extended maintenance usually costs 1000 dollars less. And when we consider adding a little more will also add the warranty etc, this is what he replied in verbatim:SORRY ZAK BUT NO.THOSE ITEMS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE AT POINT OF SALE ON THAT DAY.THEIR CONTRACT WAS COMPLETED THAT DAY AND SUBMITTED TO MINI THAT SAME DAY.All capital. And RUDE.So please be aware of the dealership and the sales person. You may want to find financing and warranty somewhere else, that saves you not only money but also grace.

I just bought a BMW, they only dealer close to me is BMW dallas, I have try to call them already over 5 times, and have not heard back from anybody. In less than a day I have spend over 2 hours on hold waiting to speak with a service advisor. They customer service people is incompetent and apparently they don't know how to transfer the calls from one department to another. A friend of mine recommend me to Autobahn BMW in forth worth they are 40 Freaking miles away from me but at least they were able to set me up with an appointment in less than 5 minutes and explain me the error message on my car. At this point I prefer to drive all the way to Fort Worth and make sure my car is taken care properly.

I always drove ML MB but wanted something a little more sports car-like in terms of handling and performance. Ryan Chong introduced to me an 2013 X5 xDrive35i. I fell in love with the car. For the price of used Porsche Cayenne, I brought a killer SAV! Ryan was a joy to work with. He is very knowlegable and very patient. I asked him a million and half question and was happy with all of his answers. After I had purchased the car, he took the time to explain all the fine points of the car and even offered to helped me set-up my iPhone. Most dealers can't get you out the door fast enough. The personnel at the dealership were all very friendly and helpful as well. I had a excellent experience at the dealership and would recommend them. jwg

This was my first visit, Zafar was not friendly and almost rude. He told me this was my first visit but failed to explain how it worked. I had recently purchased a 328I conv and the car's system said it was time for service. I also was having a problem with the gas cap getting stuck and the top had recently had an issue. He didn't bother to explain how the service dept worked before asking my if I bought the car that way. I asked if the shuttle could take me home he said give them 15 and 45 min later I went and signed myself up. Front end alignment couldnt be done because of the tires - it just passed inspection so why does it need new tires.

I had one of the worst customer experiences Ive ever had at BMW of Dallas.I scheduled an appointment for 4:15PM, noting what services I wanted performed. When I got there and had my car looked over briefly, my service advisor said the mechanics were leaving in an hour and probably couldnt fix my car. I asked why I wasnt notified of this possibility, and my advisor said, Well, I was gonna call you but I thought maybe itd be a quick fix. She kept repeating that they could try to fix it, but Id have to wait, and there was no guarantee they could fix it that day. Even though I had so Ill come back later three times, she kept insisting that this was an option, even though it was unlikely. It was extremely frustrating. I finally got to leave, wasting an hour and a half driving out there and back, only to have to reschedule my appointment.I emailed my advisor and the dealership complaining about the experience. I didnt hear a response for three days. Very frustrated (again), I called the manager. He was very nice and said theyd come pick up my car next week so I wouldnt have to drive out to them.On the scheduled day of pickup, after forty minutes of waiting for them to come, I called them. And after waiting on the phone for several minutes, they said theyd be there within the hour, that there was a miscommunication.At that point I almost wanted to tell them not to come, which I should have done. During my service the manager was very good and explained the repairs (though labor costs seemed even higher than expected for a dealership, and an hour and a half to install a Z4 battery seemed excessive). However, when I came to pick up my car, I looked over everything and realized they forgot to install the floor liners like they said they would. I waited around for nearly half an hour to have that done. My service advisor, who had called me to come pick up my car, was walking through the lobby, and I had to stop him to introduce myself, instead of vice versa. (At other dealerships I was used to having someone tell my service advisor that I was there, and then having him come up to me and introduce himself.)Apparently, the wrong parts came with my floor liners (which I bought from them), so the manager working on my floor mats stuck Velcro to my carpet to keep the floor liners in place. He said hed order a new set of floor mats for me, and that I could come pick them up. Its been a week, and I havent heard from them, nor do I expect to.My service advisor called a few days later telling me they'd be sending me a survey soon, and practically begged for a good rating, saying that the survey was his report card. I mentioned that they were supposed to order new floor liners for me, which of course he hadn't heard about. He didn't stop to make sure that that would get done, but instead to continue to ask to give him a good rating.I will definitely be taking my car to be repaired elsewhere in the future.

i have a 2006 6series bmw along with a 2005 7series, and i have to say this will probably be the last time i buy a bmw due to the horrible service departments note that i've tried 2 different dealers, they offer loan cars however they make it seem like they are doing you a huge favor of giving you one, the loan car staff well most of them atleast are very unprofessional and especially the part where they talk to each other in spanish and you know they are talkin about you!!!!!. the service advisors are hard to get a hold of when you call %99 of the time you will get voicemail and you're call will not be returned till hours later, that's if they call you back the same day. i spent more than $10,000 easily on repairs alone with bmw of dallas so you think they will take care of you and do the job right unfortunately that's not the case, i was thinking about ordering the new 650i sedan and a m6 and i highly doubt i'm gonna do that anymore, i think i'll just go back to mercedes superb customer service and you actually feel welcome there!!!!

Very disappointed in the service. Continuously refused to fix problems on my BMW; initial battery problem was denied a warranty fix because "You do not drive the car enough" although I had 30,000 miles in 36 months. Only after a few visits showing them how many miles I was driving did they authorize the repair after problem continued. Later they denied fixing a problem on my car because "BMW has gotten very strict with interiors&quote

I go to this dealership for my services since it is closer to my work. The first time I went it was for a brake squealing. I dropped it off on Friday and Picked up Monday, they provided a BMW Loaner for me. However, when I got my car back, the iPod I had left in the center console was gone?! And there was squeaking I asked the service adviser immediately and he said he would talk to the technician and talk to the manager. After a couple days with reply and called back, he said there was nothing they could do. It guess it was my fault for keeping valuables in my car unsecured. Just yesterday, my car had a red low tire warning meaning I had a flat in the tire, I went to the dealer ship right away at 8am and was there for 30 minutes trying to find someone to help but no one would, from the valet to service adviser. One of the advisers suggested that I book an appointment (the earliest time was in 1.5 weeks). I went to Classic BMW in Plano and they took care of me right away, no waiting at all. Classic gave me a free loaner (a Corolla since no BMW was available because of short notice) and apologized profusely, I took the car in at 11am, had the car ready at 5pm for me and even vacuumed and washed my car!

The Service done to my car was great. I took my mini cooper to Moritz 3 times and they could not fix my car. I took my car to Mini of Dallas and they found the problem and fixed it. However, The advisor was horrible. The advisor Chris Dickerson never returned my phone calls. I was very disapointed when they found my oil pan leaking, and Chris never told me. When i read the paper work it said " client declined oil pan gasket replacement". The service was horrible. I do not recommend Chris Dickerson as your adivisor.
