Rigged repairs. Caused major leak. Did not do tire checks. Gaugust not working anymore. No concern from management. Screws missingTook my car in for an oil change and drove away with a major major leak. Found out later that screws were missing from my transmission pan which caused a large puddle of fluid underneath my car. Noone knows where or how 8 screws are missing. No tire check as well. No resolution, just $800 in repairs now. I'm very very hurt, out of warranty, and dont have the money. Now my car will just be sitting and ill have to ask for rides. This was rigged to extort money from me. I found the technicians to be very dishonest, you just don't lose 8 screws!! Called and left a review, did not receive a return phone call nor an apology. You just don't take your car in a place in perfect condition, drive away and in the same hour have a major leak like this. I also replaced a front tire at this BMW of little rock location and now my fuel mogul gauge doesn't work anymore. When I purchased the tire, they attempted to charge me a higher price than what was quoted and listed. This was a nightmare experience and I'm at loss as to how to get it resolved.

I loved our experience with purchasing my 528i. We have had minimal issues with the service center until today. I took my vehicle in for a 70k service. They indicated the 5 series had a recall on the thermostat, which they replaced. Four days later, my check engine light comes on. I take it to the dealer the same day (impromptu) and the technician, Dusty(?), tell me the gas cap was "kinda" loose. Ok. Fine. The next day, the check engine light comes on, again. My husband made an appointment for 9:15a, today. it is now 2p and my car is still not being worked on. The service receptionist indicated there was only one tech on staff, today; that they don't normally take "check engine" appointments on Saturdays, and the tech has no idea how long it will take to even figure out the problem, as he is currently downloading the necessary software to be able to read the code. This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm not sure exactly why my husband and I had to call several hours after our appointment to get a status update. How disappointing to find out they had not even started work on the car. I would have preferred a courtesy call to reschedule to appointment. Unfortunately, this is the only BMW dealership within four hours from where we live. Therefore, I have no choice but to allow my car to be held at the dealership until the "tech" can figure out the issue. Oh. And they have no loaner cars until Thursdays. What is most frustrating is that they continuously try to make it seem as if it is the customer's fault. It's not my fault the appointment should not have been made on a Saturday. It's not my fault the tech did not download the necessary software prior to my appointment. It's not my fault they were not forward-thinking enough to know that a call, giving a status update after 4 (!!!) hours of the car just sitting there-may have precluded me from writing this review. I am an attorney and I understand the concept of clients having abnormally high expectations. However, as an attorney, I understand that customer service goes a very long way with making a tough situation a little easier for the client. Consumers, beware.

Over the years we have bought many cars and always dreaded the experience. Always hassling with finance managers and going back forth over price. This was the easiest buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was super friendly . We walked in test drove the car we were interested in, they told us what they could do for my trade and we were done.

We were dissatisfied with the customer service we received from BMW of Little Rock. Long story short, we called them on a Tuesday for an appointment on Saturday. There was no centralized appointment system, unlike other dealerships in TN and VA that we've experienced. Our two main concerns were (a) how long the service would take given the brake light was coming on, and (b) if a loaner car would be available; and we expressed these concerns to the person over the phone. (Side note: We've always been issued a loaner car at other dealerships.) The person who booked our appointment said that Troy, our service technician, would call us regarding the loaner car. We patiently waited for a phone call, but Troy never called. Finally we called Troy the day before our appointment to inquire about the loaner, only to be told that they were all signed out. We also discovered that Troy had no information on our brake light issue; he thought we were coming in for basic maintenance. Troy was unwilling to work with us on the loaner issue. End of story - we cancelled our appointment; it just wasn't worth it. We've owned our car since 2009, and we've never received this type of incompetent customer service. Good luck if you plan on conducting business with BMW of Little Rock. Their only saving grace was that the receptionist and sales manager were nice to work with; but we continue to question the hospitality of the service center staff.

We purchased our slightly used X3 in 2007, and our experience was so good, my sister actually purchased one of their "dealer/loaner" cars, a 3 series 2007 sedan, at the same time. BMW is tough to beat-a car that is mechanically superior to almost every car on the market, stylish, full of features-too many good things to list them all. The service department is simply the best I have ever dealt with. We have been going there for 7 years now, and the employee turnover is minimal-every one that I see (give or take 1 or 2) has been there since our first visit. Employees that STAY is a mark of a business that is well-run. Now, one big drawback-but this is not unique to this dealership. When you purchase a BMW, it comes with a fantastic bumper to bumper warranty that includes yearly oil changes for I believe 5 years/50000 miles. The good news about this is that as long as your car is under warranty you are golden-in GREAT shape. Northpoint BMW will set you up an appointment that works for YOU, and 99% of the time will provide you a loaner (usually a brand new. current year BMW 3 series sedan) which is so very tempting to PURCHASE-this is marketing at its finest-and will fix your vehicle. The Bad News-once you are out of warranty, unless another car hit you so their insurance paid, is that fixing a BMW is not cheap; it is actually PAINFUL unless of course you are wealthy. The service department will do its very best to help a customer; they will apply any specials/discounts that they have going on, and typically will honor coupons from other BMW dealerships, even if it is out of state. To summarize, when a customer buys a car North Point BMW/Volvo, the customer relationship is not over, it has only just begun.

I was on my way to a 50th high school reunion when my water pump starting leaking. I called Troy at North Point BMW, explained to him that I was in 70 miles away and needed service. He quoted me a price and saved a spot for me in the service lineup for the next morning. When I arrived he had paperwork ready and took the car in immediately. Troy kept in touch with me that day about the progress of the car. Thanks to the quick service from Troy and others at the dealership I was able to make it to the reunion dinner.

I have a 1997 BMW 540I. The blower on the heater started doing some strange things and then just quit working all together. I put off taking it to BMW for a few weeks thinking "boy this may be expensive" When I got to the service dept. and told Dylan what my car was doing he told me it was probably a resistor on the blower motor, and it would probably be later in the day before they could check it out. He called me around 1:30 and told me it was a resistor and that the parts and labor would be about $400. and they could have it ready .by 4:00 p.m. They had the part in stock, fixed my car the same day, and cost far less that I had feared. The next day a salesman calling on our store told me his Toyoto Highlander's blower motor had quit on him and it cost him $675.00. The Toyota had to have the motor replaced, but it still made me feel good that I got out cheaper. P.S. They also washed and vacumed out my car. Did a better job than local car wash. Okay I was impressed.

Ron and Chris Franke both were jus great. I went to jus test drive the car but they were so great that I jus end up buying the car. Ron was really great over the process as I was one of those online customer he told me his best price he can sell the car for and send me every detail about that car before I went there to test drive the car ( as I have went to test drive many other cars other dealership and they never told me more detail like what they will sell their car for and jus made me drive to their dealership and sometime some of them didn't even had that car I want to drive it.) The cars was detail n ready to go for me and my wife. She saw the car n jus said buy it ..... Bought a used 745LI. Discovered later that it had been wrecked and all 4 wheels were bent so bad that the tire company I normally deal with could not balance the tires. Over 2 pounds of weights on wheels that dealer put on tires so that bent wheels were not noticable. They would not replace the wheels but they did after several tries get 3 of them bent back within factory specs (according to them.) The 4th wheel will hold air but is unsafe to use except as a spare for getting to the nearnest service station.I had problems with the electronics and it was in the shop a number of times and each time I took it in they damaged something else. They have now disconnected the blue tooth, the unit that notifies BMW of problems (like on star), and the navigation system, the alarm was also discnnected. They actually gave the car back to me on one service call with the motor to the steering wheel burned out (they did it when they replaced the battery which I believe they ruined on a prevoius repair.) I also took the car in because the right rear wheel bearing burned out and the mechanic showed me that the axle assembly had been purchased at a wrecking yard and they wouldn't fix it under my extended warranty. I threatened to turn them in to the AG for selling me a wrecked car and not letting me know and they decided they would go ahead and fix it. They had the car in the shop for many many weeks over a couple of years time and nothing was ever fixed right the first time. They did do good on oil changes and thats about it.Will not ever buy another BMW.

I inquired by website about my interest in a 5Series. Ron called me the next morning and I scheduled a routine maintenance check on my 3Series and an appointment with him to discuss my options for the following day. I drove away a very happy girl in my new 5Series. Ron,Gary,and Andrew made my experience a very pleasant visit to this dealership. I can't imagine ever driving another car other than a BMW, or doing business with any other dealership. This is my third purchase from this dealership and they definitely know their stuff.

BMW of Little Rock was extremely helpful when we first arrived to look at new cars. Our sales representative, Rob Rutherford took us on a test drive that was very informative. He showed us how to link our phones and use many of the available options. We decided to special order a car and Rob was most helpful in helping us pick out the options we wanted. Rob kept us informed during the wait on the car to be built and shipped and even helped us as a few last minute options. All of the staff at this dealership have been wonderful to work with. They informed us of all of the warranty options and have us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. The final paperwork and financing was handle quickly and painlessly. I was expecting to spend a day at the dealer ship haggling over the purchase of my new car. I was there for 45 minutes, signed a contract and they beat their competitors by $3000. One of the easiest and least traumatic car purchases I have made!! Corey walked me through the entire purchase and stayed in touch with me updating me on my vehicle since we had to order it. It also arrived 2 weeks early. What can I say, I guess it was meant to be. Kudos on this dealerships service and knowledge how to please a customer. I was very impressed with the helpful service I got from Randy Mason as we ultimately placed an order for the perfect vehicle for me. My wife and Iwent to BMW of Little Rock wanting to test drive a new 3 series, we drove the new 2012 328i with the new 4 cylinder and we really liked the power and handling of the 3 series. Our salesman Robert asked us to drive a 5 series that had the 6 cylinder in it. He asked me witch one I would like to drive and I told him that if I had my choice it would be the black on black one. He let us drive a 2012 535i, and oh my gosh, he did not even ride with us and we wanted the car. We feel in love with it from the first time we sat in the car. If you want one of the most reliable vehicles on the road, then a BMW is the car for you. And I can guarantee you, that right after you drive one, you will understand why it is called "The Ultimate Driving Machine". You will love it and you will especially love the service that you will receive from BMW of Little Rock. See Robert Rutherford and he will give you the best deal possible. Attempted to schedule service. Telephone call went to voice mail. Left message. Call never returned. Sent email via dealership website, leaving both my telephone number and email address. Email never acknowledged. Not the kind of dealership that I would want to purchase a car from.

Worst place to ever by a used vehicle. I came in expecting to buy a 03 Eclipse with 111,*** miles for $6,500 after all expensies. I ended up signing the paper for 10,900 due to being rushed because it was an hour past closing. Stupid on my part for not reading it fully through, however, it was very selfish and minipulative of them.

Very nice to work with. The BMW I bought was my first brand new car ever and I love it. They were very helpful in explaining all the details and accessories on the car and they really do treat you like family.

This BMW service department is by far the worst I have ever used. I have used many in diffent cities and they are more interested in doing good work and giving good service. If you buy a car for here the sales persons are nice. You had just better get you service in Memphis or Fayetteville.

This salesman worked very hard with me to get me the deal I wanted and very diligently worked within my budget. I spoke to him several times a day over the course of a week, asking all kinds of questions about leasing vs. buying, interest rates, trading-in, everything you can think of. I told him what I wanted, with regards to model, options, pricing, trade-in, etc. and never once had to remind him what that was. I also told him I was visiting various dealerships to look at vehicles; he had no problem whatsoever with that. He was very polite. He was extremely patient and was happy to answer every one of my questions. He NEVER once tried to pressure sell. In fact, the first time I met him, I explained that I wasn't interested in purchasing at that time. Even so, he stayed 2 hours late to answer questions for me that day and never once asked me to make even a preliminary decision. I think he really did want me to be satisfied with whatever vehicle I ended up with. This is the first time I have ever left a dealership that I DIDN'T catch the salesman or sales manager in at least one exageration, half truth, or outright lie. Even the finance guy was nice. He told me straight up what was a "waste of money" and what I really needed to consider, such as the road hazard on the tires and rims. This guy saved me a good amount of money. I came away from my experience with this dealership feeling I had just dealt with genuinely nice people; salesman, sales manager, and finance. You can't beat that.

The purchasing experience couldn't have been better. From the sales person to the sales manager and the finance manager they were all dedicated to meeting my needs. I traded in a BMW (purchased at a different dealer) on this new BMW so I previous experience with this dealer's service. Absolutely no problems, good service and good rates (including parts). I will definately trade with them again when it comes time for a new car.
