If you want a truly exceptional customer experience you must shop at BMW of Minnetonka for your next vehicle!!! I had the pleasure of working with Heather Purrington to purchase my fourth BMW from this outstanding dealership and once again Heather exceeded all my expectations!! It was an incredible experience - to test drive in the morning and a few hours later, drive out with a fantastic car!! The folks out in Minnetonka took good care of us and made us feel welcome. Josh handled us with care tending to our needs. He took time prior to any sale to show us dealership! Cool well kept place. Hunter in care care did just that and made it easy for me! Thanks again love the car too!

Just got a new custom ordered X3. Was about 26 days between when I made the first call to when it was delivered to my house. Worked with Sonny and Alicia and they were great! I did everything via phone, text, email, and on-line; I never left my house through the entire process. The process was extremely easy. The team is great; no pressure like other dealerships. Everyone, including the Genius’ that help explain things are very professional and polite! Just a great experience. This is my first BMW; I wish I had bought one sooner😄. Definitely recommend it to others.

Updated 8/24/2021. Sales manager compensated for lost time. Updated. Looking to buy a x5 from the dealership made appointment for morning with Sales agent Shaz. Got to dealership and was told the vehicle was sold. Would of been nice if availability was check before driving to location 1 hour there and then back to work. What a waste of time and gas. Think I go with either another dealership or sales agent. ____________________________________________________________________ Worked with Jon Bliss on finding my new car. He was very helpful and patient with me in trying several cars out. I ended up going with the 5 series over the 340i as the sports seats just didn't work out for me like my last 335i. Sales manager was able to get everything going with financing with BMW. Been servicing my last car here for several years and was happy with the level of car with the purchase of my new vesicle. Only recommendation I would have is that the website could be more user friendly by allow you compare cars / models side by side.

Bobby was great to work with and answered all the questions I had. This was an out of state purchase, and he went above and beyond sending me detailed pictures and videos of the car. He was able to have their mechanics put the car up on a lift and send me pictures of the underside as well. Lea in finance was also a pleasure to work with, and helped me get through the purchase very quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated that she was not pushy and didn't use any 'scare tactics' when discussing warranty and maintenance options. All around, a great experience!
