BMW makes things easy! They let me know that my car was ready for a check-up. I scheduled it online and asked for a loaner for the day. I arrived, they took my car and gave me the loaner. Two and a half hours later they called to say my car was ready to go. I drove back with the loaner at lunch, picked up my car ( no charge for most of it by the way) and all was good.

Went in for routine service, great service, was able to get a loaner car as well. Service took about 2 hours but car was washed and vacuumed upon pickup!! Have worked with BMW Nashville for several years, great people!!

I brought my car in for a scheduled service appointment. It was very busy and the technician that I had the appointment with was not at his desk so I waited for about 15 minutes until another employee was free and found him. Once found, the service was complete and good. My loaner was good and my car was ready in a short amount of time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my X5 diesel purchased from this dealer. They stand behind their product with repairs and service as expected during the warranty cycle, but I'm writing to note exceptional service after the end of the standard warranty. My check engine light came on approximately 12K miles post warranty, and the code indicated a fault in the air intake O2 sensor. I anticipated a costly repair, but the service team was able to extend the warranty on this part. Vehicle reliability, plus this kind of above-and-beyond service is why my wife and I drive BMWs. Great people, especially my Sales Advisor, Leah and my F&I Manager, Mike. They took good care of me, but despite being approved before I came to the dealership, and having an appraisal prior to my visit, I still spent about 4 hours at the dealership. My car was clean and ready for me, though it had some previously undisclosed minor damage to the bumpers for which they further discounted the sales price. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase.

This was my first time considering a lease. I was rushed through the process with a low ball trade-in price. I was not explained how a lease really works and I feel like I got taken. Customer service after the sale is terrible. My rep's mailbox is always full and he doesn't bother to respond even when I leave a message. I wrote a letter to the manager saying how disappointed I was in the whole process but my email was ignored. I will never purchase here again.

I am, as always, pleased with the service. Wish I were not spending so much each year to maintain the emissions system of my 2009 diesel X5. It is a wonderful car but $2000 a year for two years in a row to repair emissions problems is distressing. Scheduled ann oil change and they recommended we replace the front brakes. That was all fine. They missed, that we have a tail light lamp out. Our neighbor said he had noticed it several days earlier but had forgotten to let us know. We just checked and sure enough, a tail light lamo is out. No notice not he dash board BUT, we are disappointed that the dealership did not check these things. It means YET another trip across town to the BMW Dealer for service. Just unnecessary Should have been caught by the technician!!!

Years ago when I was able to upgrade to luxury automobiles, I found the buying experience a little less filled with dread and anxiety. Although, I had not yet owned a BMW, I expected the experience to be similar to Mercedes and Lexus. Well not the case I found with BMW of Nashville. Without going into all the details, suffice it to say the experience was terrible from beginning to end. Their complete lack of honesty, respect and integrity is appalling. All I ask of anyone I associate with, whether business or personal, is the expectation of mutual respect, courtesy, to do the right thing, and dont lie to my face. Do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that has integrity and appreciates your business!

Spoke with a representative this morning, Tara, about driving from Knoxville to Nashville to buy a 2011 Lexus Rx 350. I was told the vehicle was available. I proceeded to tell her I would be in Nashville at the dealership between 1 and 2 p.m. I arrived at 1, to be told they didn't know where the car was at the moment. To sit while it was "located". Was then told, someone was on a test drive in it. Waited longer, to be told they were buying it. Poor customer service to allow someone to drive over 3 hours and sell the car before they arrive. I am a very loyal customer when treated properly. I have a lot in Kentucky I have bought five cars from in the last six years, all cash deals. They didn't have anything currently that I wanted. With that being said, I will not be back the BMW of Nashville and yes I currently have a BMW convertible that is ready for an upgrade. Disrespectful.

Kenneth Swezea went above and beyond to compensate for any inconvenience of needing my car to stay an extra day due to difficulty programming a part for the car. He managed to get a loaner car for me and then arranged a driver to meet me the next day. I really appreciate all the effort.

The BMW representative I dealt with, Brad Cochran, was extremely rude and condescending when answering questions I had about my vehicle. At one point he laughed at a question I asked about my car, which made me feel like I couldn't ask anything else that I may be concerned about. He also tried to overcharge me TWICE for my service I was having done and was not going to fix it unless I caught it. I did not feel welcome and will not go back to the dealership if he is the one I will be dealing with.

I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here. If you're seeking a BMW, this is not the place to go. My problem started as soon as I reached a deal. They didn't have it on hand and the vehicle would need to be ordered and I was told it would take around 4 weeks. I call BMW of Nashville a month later and after unsuccessfully receiving any return calls, I visit their dealership only to be told the vehicle was not ordered.They told me some story about why it wasn't ordered and said they tried to call once and left a voicemail. I have no missed calls and no voicemails. When I asked why my numerous calls and voicemail's weren't returned, their response was that it was never received. This is tough to believe since I spoke to a receptionist who transferred my calls and I left several voicemail's. Also, their system was intelligent enough that they sent me an email after identifying I called and asked if all my questions were answered. How can their system not record any of the voicemail's yet notice my number and attach it to my email address.The GM wasn't there during my visit so I called back a few days later because I still wanted to have a conversation with him. After several unsuccessful attempts, I left a message with a receptionist (since they don't respond to voicemail's) and never received a returned call.I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This is beyond poor customer service.

Number 5 cylinder wasn't functioning properly, Was traveling to an event and time was limited for repairs. They did what they could in a timely fashion to correct the problem and reduced the cost due to not having the time to go further into the engine. They were very thorough in all that were doing and if given the time I know the repair would be be satisfactory. Thumbs up for the knowledge and efforts

My representative Kenneth was so professional and made sure that I was taken care of and that my car received the best service and care. I brought my car in for a minor repair that occurred while traveling to Nashville from Atlanta for a my company BBQ. There was a plate that was not bolted to the chassis and was causing a ruckus while driving. It happened to be covered under my extended warranty and Kenneth and his managers took care of it for me. Kenneth's personal attention to detail and awesome personality provided me with such an awesome experience! This is why I will never drive any other car but BMW's!!!

I have nothing more to say except service advisor Karen Gerow is wonderful. This is the only BMW dealer in Nashville so there aren't any options regarding scheduled service but even if there was another dealer I would go here because of Karen Gerow.The only thing done was an oil change.

I wanted a hardtop 4-seat convertible and had picked out 3 different makes of cars (BMW, Lexus, and Infinity) that seemed to have what I was looking for. I went to BMW of Nashville first to investigate their hardtop convertibles. The 428i was recommended, so I took it for a test drive. I loved it. It just happened that the color car I wanted had just came in that day and I decided it was the car for me. I had been to the BMW complex in Germany and was already very impressed with the brand, so was biased going into the selection process. The purchase experience was efficient and uncomplicated. I had my first training session on the car features today and will return for another session once I've used the car for a while.

I found a 328xi online, scheduled test drive and then realized it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Michael Ayers went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted, was ready at our scheduled appointment time, helpful and straight forward during the entire buying process. Very positive experience all the way around, and I love my new (to me!) BMW!

The folks at BMW of Nashville dealership are EXCELLENT ! I love my new X4 ! I've always felt pressured in the past when buying cars, but never with BMW of Nashville. I did go back to the dealership to have a small scratch fixed, and they gave me a loaner vehicle, it was ready in a day, and Sergio kept me informed of everything. Service Department was great but Sergio is the BEST ! I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I purchased a used 2015 428i from BMW of Nashville in 2015. It had some paint damage that was chipped down to the metal. The salesman said all I had to do was bring it back to the dealership and they would fix it. I have talked to the used car manager Greg King on a number of occasions and I have taken the car back several times. Each time Greg would tell a different LIE about the repair. Their slogan is "Customer satisfaction" it should be changed to " I will LIE". The car still need repair five months later.NEVER agree to mediation or arbitration because they work with the dealership to get repeat business.

There is not enough room for me to write how wonderful BMW of Nashville is! I am thrilled with the level of service I received. The staff is friendly, helpful, full of knowledge, and is there for the customer. I never once felt they were pushy or negative. I would love to give a shout out to Seven. He is awesome!

"That is a common complaint by BMW owners" This is the response I get to breaks squeaking, and noisy panoramic sun roof. Media screen coating scratches off very easy and flakes off (BMW will not cover it) $3000 repair, Lettering coming off push button ignition (BMW would not cover it)...2013 with 30k on it, I should not be having these issue should have bought a KIA....Jeff does his best probably hard when BMW does everything they can to keep from honoring warranty issues.

The setup for service at BMW of Nashville is by far the most convenient I have ever had to deal with. I wanted my daughter car serviced as a surprise to her while she was away on spring break. I called, actually texted Leslie Cothran hoping to get a same day appointment. Her almost immediate text response was not just yes, but absolutely. Karen Gerow got the car in and serviced while I waited. She was excellent outlining for me what was needed and the cost. That's service! Thanks folks.

My wife and I went to look for a used car came across a used Yukon online. We went to the dealership and looked at it. We were treated like we were buying one of the $100,000 dollar ones. Setup appointment from online search and when arrived the car was being test drove & sold! After driving down from Clarksville TN to Nashville TN, the sells person didn't even try to see if She could help find another vehicle, she said that she had another appointment scheduled with someone else and left us to walk around the lot, after I asked why set appointment for a vehicle if not planning to follow thru with it, She told me FIRST COME FIRST SERVED! I will never go back to BMW of Nashville or recommend anyone to as well DO NOT MAKE APPOINTMENT!!!

It is always difficult to part with money and we all have hesitance even though we know its great value. Tim Bell put us at ease, clearly articulated the value of the car and discussed several options. No salemanship, no hurry, just family. Due to this and a previous similar experience, this is the second car we have bought in 5 months. I would recommend Tim to anyone and will surely be back when our lease is up.Mike, "the closer" Mayo, put his professional seal on the deal and very courteously walked us through the financial paperwork. I was looking to purchase my first car and drove to Nashville from Kentucky to view a few models I was interested in. I met Sergio when I arrived and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about each model. This was the day after a snowstorm where every car in the lot was snowed under, and he uncovered each car I wanted to look at without hesitation or complaint. A few test drives later, I was buying a 5 series for a great price. Later that week Sergio drove up to Kentucky to meet me and drop off the car. I certainly recommend working with him.

I had been looking for a used Prius when I discovered a new entry online from BMW Nashville. The car was identified and priced as a III, but the pictures showed a Five. Seven Campbell was my sales agent, and we got along right from the start, having much in common. Seven, being a previous Toyota salesman, agreed with me in the higher trim level of this particular automobile. Once brought to the attention of management, they had realized they had made a mistake in pricing the car, but allowed me to buy it at the lower cost. Seven Campbell and some others I met at the dealership, treated me with respect and fairness, making the process easy and painless. Highly recommended. Now only if I could afford a BMW......

My wife's 335i experienced mechanical problems while she was in Nashville. We are from Memphis and normally deal with Roadshow BMW locally and I'd give them 6 out of 5 stars for every encounter we've ever had with them. Not so with BMW of Nashville. Starting with not recommending that she should bring the car in immediately when the warning light came on Saturday, they recommended that she wait until Wednesday when they would have a loaner car available. Unfortunately the same light came on Monday while she was on I-65 and then got worse seconds later and the car went into limp mode giving her just enough time to pull to the shoulder in rush hour traffic. It was close to closing time so the reaction at BMW of Nashville - not our problem. When we got the car to the dealership we met Kevin in the service department who was a nightmare to deal with. He couldn't get answers from the warranty company about whether this was a covered repair. Problem is I was on the phone with the warranty company and they were showing he hadn't been calling when he said he had. They gave me a claim number instantly. It got worse from there with a quote for the portion not covered by warranty that he gave me to the penny but three hours later when the car was ready it had grown by 70% and he said he forgot a few items and was just giving me an estimate during the earlier call. The kicker was when Kevin informed us that it's company policy to have the customer pay for the entire job until such time that the warranty company funds the claim number. This policy was confirmed by the service manager Wayne Jayco because they didn't know this particular warranty company and they could be left holding the bag. I didn't have much choice as my wife is stranded 200 miles from home so we agreed. Amazingly the warranty service they had never heard of faxed funds authorizations to them while my wife was waiting to check out. Unprofessional service! Unbelievable jerks to a mom and an 8 year old stranded 200 miles from home. Were it not for the fact that I've had exemplarly service from Roadshow in Memphis I would leave the experience completely jaded against BMW. As it stands, I wish I had directed the towing company to take it to Memphis. I highly recommend anyone considering a BMW purchase in Nashville to make sure they have someone outside the dealership that can service their car.

In less than 10 days of my car purchase, I ended up changing its battery, alternator etc. Even I required to jump start frequently and get it towed twice. And the most shocking was, behavior of my sales person Evan Pomin who made many false promises that I can contact him anytime for any issue but later took U-Turn and was highly disrespectful in hanging my phone and mentioning what I expected in a used car?

Nov. 2015. Made phone call to BMW, Jenny Dobson answered. I told her I was looking for BMW, White Hardtop. Barely Used, Perfect Condition. She had one. Drove from Springfield, Tn next day. Bought it that day. Love it. Love Jenny. She is honest and says exactly what she means. Made our purchase enjoyable. The car is my 25th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. I purchased my first BMW from Evan Pomin at BMW Nashville this past weekend. I went in to the dealership just to "look", with zero expectations of purchasing a car. As I was looking at the inventory, Evan approached to introduce himself, at which time I advised I wasn't in the market for a car, and that i was just looking and killing time. I have several friends that had purchased BMW's from BMW Nashville, however, i had never driven and had questions. While most sales folks are known to be pushy (especially if interest is shown), Evan was the opposite. He was laid back, down to earth, and an overall sincere guy with a ton of energy, and you could tell he had my best interest at hand. I cannot begin to explain the amount of time that i spent at the dealership trying to weigh my options (obvioulsy, at this point, i decided to purchase my first BMW!) on color, lease vs purchase, etc., and not once did i feel i was being rushed to make a decision. Evan simply shared his personal taste to assist, which helped make my decisions much easier. I'm a guy who loves cars and trades about every two years. I've dealt with many sales people and dealerships (good and bad), but have to say, out of all, the consumer experience i had with Evan and BMW of Nasvhille took the cake and was top notch! I would definetley recommend Evan Pomin and BMW Nashville to family and friends!

I purchased my car through James Yates with the help of Andi Smith. They both were awesome. The whole process was fast and convenient but I never felt rushed. The finance manager Constance Markou was very knowledgeable and had no issue making the adjustments that I needed. I definitely recommend this dealership.

I shopped for my vehicle on-line and got the pleasure of working with Andi Smith. She was very helpful in finding me the right car for what I was looking to pay for. When the vehicle I originally was interested in purchasing, but it was sold a day before, she was very good in emailing me a selection of other cars that was the same model and in my price range. She made my internet shopping experience very easy by sending me links to click on to see the cars. The staff is very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Tim Bell was my sales person and he was very patient, explained everything about the car and showed me how to work EVERY feature in the car before I drove off the lot. That was very helpful. Tim was even accessible after I purchased the car and had to call him with a quick question about the vehicle. Constance Markou was detailed when explaining the finance of the vehicle to me and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming when you enter the building and that really made by experience a great one.

I was looking to purchase a bmw for a while and I have been trying to get an appointment. I was finally able to find some time to test drive a Certified Pre owned car. I liked the car a lot but more importantly I liked the dealership and the service. No haggling. I liked the deal and price. I was not happy about the trade in value for my car and they accommodated my demands in a timely fashion. I really appreciate them trusting me with the car even before I signed any financial document. As soon as I expressed interest in closing they didnt let paperwork delay me from trying out the car for a few days ( I couldve still said no after having the car). I appreciate the passion in which Phil explained all the features and his belief in BMWs. Shout out to DJ as well for powering through the loan approvals. Very happy customer.Ani

bought a 2006 Cadillac 2 weeks ago at this dealer when I got home that night I found a loud thump when shifting into reverse. I emailed the used car manger Mr king about the issue he immediately told me he will take care of it., get him a estimate which I did. I emailed him the receipt after I fixed it and said he will cut me a check for the repairs. Which I assume he did not have to do. This tells me they stand behind what they sell. and I have a check on the way for my repairs., This had to be the best dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying cars

3 years ago I was introduced to Leah in response to me wanting to lease a car. I told her what I wanted and she got me into the perfect car. Throughout those years I have come in contact with alot of the employees and everyone is always polite and helpful.When my lease was nearing its end I decided to purchase my car. Leah reached out to me and offered to help through the transition. There were a couple minor things that I asked to get repaired or fixed. Leah said no problem and took care of everything. Came into this dealership simply looking to review the new BMW M4. Unfortunately the only one that they had, had already been sold. Seven Campbell was very patient with me, and answered my questions honestly and accurately. I looked at several vehicles to include the M4, M5 and M6. In the end, Seven and the finance manager were able to get me approved for and delivered a beautiful Blue BMW i8. Got the car I have wanted for some time, and this dealer and staff made it possible. Granted, good credit and appropriate income helped.

Tried to purchase this vehicle from Sam Swope BMW of Louisville however no luck. Found the vehicle I wanted online at BMW of Nashville and sent an internet request for information. David Bartol contacted me very quickly and we discussed the vehicle and my trade, 2011 Tahoe LTZ. Within a short time we arrived at the deal. I purchase/trade vehicles every couple years and this by far was the easiest and most pleasant experience I have ever had. David went far above what I expected to make sure that my every need was met and that every question was answered. We essentially completed the process via email and text within a matter of a couple hours and scheduled a time to meet the next day. The 2 hour drive was well worth the experience that I had with David and BMW of Nashville. The dealership was clean and all staff were very pleasant and willing to help. The award plaques on David's office wall are clearly there for a very good reason, he was the greatest. I will return to BMW of Nashville and would highly recommend David Bartol. Words cannot express how pleased I was with the entire process. I am so impressed that I will possibly return there for my service intervals just because of the customer service I received. David took the time to contact me the next day just to ensure I was pleased with my purchase and to let me know that I could contact him for anything else I needed. Awesome customer service! Highly recommend!

Made over a 2 hour drive for this purchase just because of the customer service I received over the phone and via text/email from David Bartol. He takes customer service to a whole new level and made this buying experience absolutely incredible. He certainly deserves the awards that are present in his office. David knows what it takes to make a customer feel special and he delivered on all aspects. Best buying experience ever. All staff were pleasant and helpful throughout my time at BMW of Nashville. Truly I am one satisfied customer! If customer service matters, David is the person for you. Cannot express my gratitude enough for David making this so easy and it was well worth the drive although I live much closer to other BMW dealerships. I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Commander from BMW of Nashville from David Bartol. I almost did not make my purchase because someone beat me to it. Once the deal dropped I drove from Memphis that evening to make the purchase. The car was great and they treated well. My wife and kids love the car. My children did not get to see it that night because I got in real late. I did a turn around trip and had to be at work the next day. Thank you guys for the great customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at the BMW dealership off Armory Drive. They are kind, courteous & knowledgeable. They are not pressuring and they make sure you have the BEST experience in purchasing a new/used car and leave with the car of your DREAMS!!! Each and every person from the sales person, finance manager, co-workers were all polite and interested if I was happy before I left the place. Hope I don't have to buy another car again, because I LOVE my car. But, if I do...you better believe I'll do it there! Thanks guys!

I have bought/leased so many cars from BMW of Nashville, and only John Bergeron, that I lost count a long time ago. I have always loved BMWs and in 2002, I got lucky to meet John. Been working with him for forever, consider him a friend and wouldn't even think of working with anyone else, no offense. John is always upbeat and he shoots straight. I'm a natural born negotiator and I've learned that I don't even need to anymore with John because he just drops to the best win-win deals BMW offers. He's got a hilarious personality and it's always a pleasure to hang out with him. If you are in the Market for the best rides in the world, call John Bergeron and make your buy/lease as easy as it gets! My wife just screamed her approval at me about John, which is not easy to get! It's not easy to find good people these days, in any business. That is why I so appreciate BMW of Nashville and, especially my brother from another mother, John Bergeron. I just leased/bought, probably, my 12-15th car from John B. I met John in 2002 and, ever since, he's been giving me the best deals in the country (I've checked!) and has even been a buddy. I honestly cannot say enough about the buying experience with John. If it was not an easy, enjoyable process, I would not have returned again and again! John gets that the fun part of getting new cars is leaving the dealership feeling like you've gotten the best deal possible, the respect you deserve and the feeling that you're welcome back anytime. I do not write recommendations unless I really feel strongly about exceptional service. John Bergeron, period. Call him and you will not be disappointed. Normally I would not give 5 stars across the board, however that is my fair assessment of BMW of Nashville with particular Kudos going out to David Bartol. My daughter just recently purchased her first BMW from David and couldn't ask for a better experience. I had purchased one about 6 years ago and when it came time to hunt for a car for my daughter I directed her straight to David. He took the time to speak with and yes (text) her an untold amount of times and made her first purchase awesome. He worked with her and found exactly what she wanted and his service went above and beyond what I had expected. It is the same experience that I have had across the board with BMW of Nashville / Sales/Finance/Service Dept. I give them my highest recommendation!!

Worst customer service experience ever! The salesperson made me feel very unworthy to own a Beamer and actually suggested maybe I buy a different make of a used car. I talked with him several times over the course of three days on the phone about a used car for sale. I throughly explained what I wanted and why. This was a third car for us and just because I had always wanted a Beamer. I wanted to pay cash. He never took notes or remembered. He asked the same questions over and over. He was very aloof throughout the process. When negotiating, I mentioned due to repairs needed on the car, the price was more than I wanted to spend. He said well let me sell you this other make less expensive car if you can't afford a Beamer. Instead of suggesting the older model Beamer he had for sale, he didn't think I was worthy and become very demeaning to me and my wife! So unless you are there to buy an expensive car and want to spend more than it's worth, don't go. Go somewhere where they appreciate you no matter how big the transaction.

After searching for a specific SUV, I contacted Leah Shinn and discussed an available certified pre-owned vehicle at BMW Nashville. She was very professional with superior knowledge about the vehicle and features. I never felt pressure despite the vehicle having a few minor aesthetic challenges I had with the car. These were promptly addressed and fixed prior to finalizing the deal. I also financed thru BMW and got a better rate than the current banks I use. I highly recommend working with Leah and hope that my service experience is as good as the sales experience.

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. My wife and I was in the negotiating process with the salesman. We was ready to take his offer, he just needed to make sure he could discount the car as much as he said he could. He came back and said that they had took another offer over the phone. Then they acted like it was normal.

This is the 7th BMW I have purchased and I would have to say this last buying experience was the best! The folks at BMW Nashville are very friendly, honest and strive to make you happy. I have dealt with them over the last 14 years. Just bought a 2015 X5 and love it! John Bergeron, Phillip Johnson and David Pierce all worked very hard to make my trade in and purchase of a new car smooth and completely the best. Karen in service has taken care of my cars since 2001 and I like having an individual service advisor assigned to me for any of my 3 BMW's. Great team and I would recommend to anyone!

I am submitting this review in reference to my most recent purchase of my new BMW X5. This is my fourth X5 purchase and this epereince is defintiely the best out of the four. It is not that the other 3 were bad, but this one speaks to the value of developing positive/trusting relationships with the Customer. After 4 BMW purchases and working each time with the same Sales team representatives, David Bartoll and John Bergeron and Financial Agent (DJ); they knew my expectations and addressed them upfront. The experience was pleasant, short, and I felt a win-win for all involved. I would also note that I always receive great service from my Service representative, Karen, as well. Wow! This thing lifts off like a rocket and is comparable to the S5 with the VDC add-on of the PPK (power performance kit). Cant wait to get past the break-in period and see what it can really do. John Bergeron and Keith Willock were excellent Sales Reps who made the process enjoyable, quick, and most of all....fun. Being able to customize with John on the Order Page and watch the whole process unfold from order initiation, fabrication, vessel tracker, VPC, and finally shippment to BMW of Nashville was a great experience. The whole process took just under 6 weeks! Looking forward to coming back to BMW of N for routine maintenance with my 4yr/50k.

I cannot say enough great things about David Bartoll and BMW of Nashville. David never applied any pressure and did everything possible to help me figure out the best vehicle and options for my new X5. He was extremely knowledgeable about all options and made sure I only purchased features I truly would value. When it came time to negotiate price, David made sure I got the best price I had seen listed anywhere and all ensured I was provided a;l available discounts. On top of it all, David arranged for my pick up at the Performance Delivery Center in South Carolina. My wife and I had an experience that we will not soon forget. There is not a single part of our experience that could have been better.

Ok this service department (Brad) is completely the worst!!They continually lie about repairs needed. Don't trust them. Told me need new ac part that it was going to go out and it was leaking. Went ac repair place they none of that was true. I took in for minor thing they said all valves need to be replaced $8000, went a independent bmw service place they said no didn't need to be done.When I questioned the repair service person got mad.

On or about the first week of May 2014, I called BMW of Nashville requesting to program my car key for comfort access, I spoke to gentleman by the name of Mike in service. He was very profession and courteous. He told me I do not require an appointment to program a key that I can come over anytime before 3:00pm when the service department is open for business. On or about the second week of May the 30,000 mile service light came on. I called BMW of Nashville to schedule a service requesting a loaner car for 5/29/14 dropping my car off and returning the next day to pick my car up and return the loaner car. A service representative by the name of Brandon ( sitting I the last but one booth occupied by the service representative) was assigned to assist me. On May 27th at 8:40am I receive a voice message from a lady at BMW reminding me of my scheduled appointment. On my appointment based visit (5/29/14, I was told by Brandon that there was no loaner vehicle available. I then request to have my key programmed, he told me that they could not have that done because I did not show up at 3:00pm as scheduled. I told him there was traffic and I knew the service dealership is open till later than 5:00pm. However, he indicated that my car could still be driven for another 1,000 miles. At that point I made another appointment for 7/1/14 after projecting the 1,000 miles. Today (5/31/14) at about 8:45am while around the dealership after been told that no appointment needed for key programming, I showed up for the keys to be programmed. On getting there, a new employee attended to me polite and courteous incited that he will get me help. The help by the name of Kevin who refused to give me his last name turned out to be very rude and arrogant. He told me and printed several sheets on my car service history, that my car needed a lot of recall work done/service is past due and he couldn't get to my car for the day. I indicated all I needed done was the key programmed and I was told by Mike that no appointment is needed for that function. He said Mike does not know what he was talking about. At that point, I requested for a manager. He laughed at me saying there is no manager on site. Without making a scene in front of other customers waiting, I requested for the print to be reviewed. He left the printout to his left to attend to a female customer next inline. I stepped aside to pick the print outs for review. I then received a call from a patient which made me retrieve into my car to take my call. A few minutes later he came to interrupt my call requesting for the print outs. I told him I am on the phone. He insisted that the printouts are BMW's property. At that point, I drove out of the covered service intake to conclude my call. After which I proceeded back to the service area and left the printouts on a counter with indication to him that I returned the printouts. I left after that.As a seasoned BMW owner since 1999, with purchase of several high performance BMW including the legendary M5. Over the years, I have patronized BMW owning more that 5 cars at one time. I have never been treated like this. Not to mention the number of my professional colleagues that I have introduced to BMW. I felt this low level of service should be reported. From this point onwards, I will prefer to take my car to other regional dealership even if I have to drive 400 miles return and stay overnight. I hope the service culture changes at this dealership.

Found the car I liked late Friday night (after midnight) online. I emailed the salesman, David Bartol and he responded immediately by email the next day. I responded and met him at the dealership the same day. I had a great test drive and drove off the lot in the car I selected in less than 2 hours top. Everyone was super nice and the Sales Manager was a godsend I truly believe. Whenever I need to I will always recommend this dealership. They were top of the line and so are their vehicles. Loved the experience and love my new car! Thank you, it didn't hurt a bit.

Very poor service. Took my car in after buying from another dealer, possibly their issue with wanting to fix my car. The car was under warranty. Took it in to them multiple times to have something fixed, they could not find what the issue was, showed them the issue and then they said, "that it is normal". That seems to be their go to answer if they can not fix anything. Had the issue fixed somewhere else. Their staff is rude, overcharged for things and did not contact me when i wanted i left multiple messages to get my money back. Service manager and shop foreman were sarcastic. Facilities are bare, bathroom is dirty and has to be the worst i've seen at a dealership. Will never go there again, and likely not buy another BMW ever again.

Have a 2008 750Li that was under CPO warranty and under extended maintenance plan. 2 months back I asked if the brakes were up for changing and was told they were not. Now only 2 months later both CPO and extended maintenance plans have expired and I found out that the brakes and rotors need to be changed. They simply didn't changed them 2 months ago to save BMW money. I looked at their report from 2 months back - the brakes were 0.1mm more than the BMW specifications, bull ... Too bad I didn't pay attention then because I didn't suspect them to be scammers like this. If you live in Nashville don't buy a BMW.

I check a used car over the phone at first the salesperson seem to be new car salesperson and didn't care that much and didn't return my call but after sending email A GENTLEMAN(Chris Calhoun)responded me and made me to drive 4 hours to go there to get the car and he did what he promised over the phone and I checked their prices and their TRUE PRICE it seems to be TRUE.

I have a 328i. On July, 1 the passenger side front blinker went out. On Monday July, 2, I took it to the dealership for inspection. After 3 and a half hours later I was told the part would have to be ordered and I could bring the car back tomorrow(July 3). On July 3 I returned to the dealership to have the headlight assembly replaced. Although I have a comprehensive warranty to cover everything I was told to pay a $100.00 deductible. Ok, done.On July 9,the drivers side blinker is out! Coincidence? Return to the dealership with my issue. Told that they have another headlight in stock. Coincidence? But will have to get approval for the claim from the warranty company before they can service. Car left at dealrship on Monday July 9. July 10, warranty company approves the claim for repair. Another $100.00 deductible and my car won't be ready until July 11. As of July 10, 1:00pm, I have had no updates on the progress even after calling I have no responses to my voicemails to the service department. I am very displeased with this service department. I am not eligible for a loaner vehicle because I did not purchase from BMW of Nashville and my pockets are not lined with gold.I am a nurse with patients that are highly dependent on my care. Three days without a vehicle does not set well with me.I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. I'm sure there are plenty of other certified BMW service providers in my area. If not, Alabama here I come. I've actually heard good things about Century in Huntsville.

No deal on car -- wouldn't even throw in the car mats for a BMW! Trade-in ridiculously low. New car failed it's first one-year emission test!! Took them 10 days to correct problem. Suspect it was a Canadian or some other car (not revealed) where emission standards differ. First and last BMW.

For six years BMW of Nashville has service on my vehicle. Everytime I took it in, I had to go through the upsell attempt. Now, after paying for an extended service contract, I have come to find out they NEVER updated the software on the vehicle. That, is plain criminal.In addition, despite having an extended service contract, they charged $168 "diagnostics fee".enough said.

I recently purchased a 2012 550i from Hugh Nemets and was pleasantly pleased with his overall professionalism. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never once did I feel the typical pressure to buy. When it came time to discuss the price, we did not mess around playing the run back and forth to a decision maker game. We all got together, came up with a price we both were comfortable with, and did the deal in less than ten minutes. Hugh efforts have definitely earned him a chance at any future business.

I really liked the Mini dealership, because I feel like you go in there knowing the cost of the car and there is not much negotiating needed. They work with you, but you have to know that since most Mini's only stay on the lot for about 30 days (and those that do are already discounted) so you can't negotiate thousands of dollars off a new car, and even the certified pre-owned cars. Maybe with the regular preowned ones. Chris was very helpful and nice the entire time and made me feel like I was getting good factual knowledge, even if he is a car salesman. He never pressured me into buying a new car when I was looking at the certified pre-owned ones, even though I eventually did get in a 2012 and fall in love. I went to buy a CPO car and had someone buy it minutes before I could, so I would recommend driving a couple but when you know exactly what you want and it's in your price range, DO NOT hesitate because it will get bought right out from under you. I went on a low traffic day (Wednesday night) and that still happened. Just know that the entire experience with buying a Mini at this dealership will be painless (if you have the money to start with) and if you work with Chris Calhoun, you will have nothing but positive things to say about your new purchase.

The best thing about BMW of Nashville is: Jeph Simmons(Service Mgr) and Hugh Newets (Sales): their service. Service at the purchase, and service when having your car cared for. I've been a customer with BMW/Nashville for nearly ten years, and I've bought cars new and had service done on those cars through the years, in warranty and after warranty. Hugh recently helped me with a purchase, and it was the best purchasing experience I have had, ever.

Everyone, at one point or another, has to purchase a vehicle. However, the option to purchase new or used is greatly related to the sales persons you are dealing with. I first went to CarMax to purchase a new car, but this time they weren as much help to me as I needed this time. Therefore, I went to Mini of Nashville and was greeted by Chris Calhoun. He is an amazing sales person and could not imagine not having him during this experience! Buying a car can be rather painful if pressured or done incorrectly. However, Chris was a true pleasure to close the deal with. Even today, he will answer my silly phone calls and help me with additional questions and concerns I have regarding care for my new mini. If ever you are in the market for a car, Chris is the guy to call. Top notch care and passion for the business. You Rock!

Was a little hesitant going to a BMW/Mini dealership, just felt like they would have some elitist attitude. Was not the case at all, my salesperson Chris Calhoun made me feel more then welcome. Chris is highly knowledgable about the Mini and a good guy to work with. Very little haggling over price never felt pressured and in the end I got a great car at a good price and got the money I was looking for in my trade in vehicle. Highly recommend Chris and Mini of Nashville.

Since there is no Mini-Cooper dealer in Huntsville, AL we had a choice of either going to Birmingham or Nashville. We chose the Nashville dealer because of the wider selection of models on hand. We were extremely pleased with our salsesperson, Chris Calhoun. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a "low pressure" sales person. (After all, the car sells itself). He listened very carefully to our desires, which included the addition of non-standard seat leather, an arm rest and seat warmer. All of the modifications were made in superb fashion. All in all a pleasant, informative and efficient experience.

Discovered the vehicle on line contacted dealer and negotiated price on email. Picked up the car and it was fairly painless. I would like to see a more expedited transaction process where the sales of additional services, insurance, and products was not a part of the transaction. That said these guys were good.

BMW of Nashville has terrible service if you have any questions or would like to get someone on the phone to talk about your service appointment, to get an update on your appointment, or to get your car fixed under warranty. On two different occasions, I went in and asked for something to be repaired on my car and was told, 'You probably ran over something so that's not covered under the maintenance package. ' or 'You did x so that means your maintenance package/warranty won't cover this.' Both points were made in instances where I know I did not run over something, BMW just didn't want to fix my car. When my car was at the dealer, I had to call four times just to get one status update. For hours, my calls were not returned. In order to get a service representative on the phone, you must call, leave a message, and wait for them to call you back. The only live person you can talk to in the process is an appointment scheduler. Overall, BMW of Nashville has poor service, doesn't treat it's customers like they care, and gives dealerships a bad name. I will not be taking my car back.

I am done with them for the last time! The straw that broke the camels back, was I ordered a part and thought it was high for the part, after some research I found that they were charging me almost double of what 3 other dealerships (not Internet wholesalers) charge in the region. That is just wrong! I called BMW USA and found that they make up there own prices, well they sure did that, because they aren't even close to anybody else. Second, I noticed on another review about a key, well same thing here we lost our key and I know the other was inside the car, but with VIN they could not order the right key. I ended going to Akin Beemer Works and they got the correct one first try. Third, I had a upper window molding cracking that was replaced, I picked up the car at night, the next day I noticed a scratch next to the weatherstripping from side to side.There are plenty of non dealer shops around now that will get my business and I'm sure that can do it better.

I have never had anything but exceptional service there, and feel they have made me a loyal customer by always doing what they promise in a timely and extremely friendly and professional manner. Bought a BMW Z4 and had GAP insurance on the loan. Traded in the BMW and request that I be reimbursed on GAP through BMW OFFICE OF NASHVILLE, TN. Submitted all forms, and three months later, no refund. The finance officers never returns calls or answer the phone in their office. Front desk personnel forward all calls to their office and still no answer. I have left messages to contact me and still no answer. Never do business with them again. All they want is to make money but after the sale they forget you. They put you to the curb.

I purchased a 335i from this dealer. I noticed some scratches on the rear bumper after driving home a four hour drive south of nashville,The sales man promised to fix the issue, four months later i'm still getting the run around, He claims he's wating for a phone call,from some one,that was in Dec 2009!!! Still no word yet. It's a total Blow OFF !!!

I have purchase cars since 1971 aand have been a BMW owner since the mid 90s. I have found that BMW of Nashville is one of the best Dealer Ship in Middle Tennessee. They have always been friendly with me and have always done me right on sales and the service of my BMW's. When people ask me when I am traveling were I purchase my car I tell them BMW of Nashvile, and I have had come to Nashvile and buy from them. Nancy Allen has been my contact person there for years and has always been ther for me. So yes I would recommend them over any othe dealer around.

Purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership with nothign but positive ratings. They are willing to do what was necessary for any question I had. They could not always get the solution I wanted, but one was always available in some form or another which was positive for both sides. The customer service has been nothing but excellent in every way. They are a busy dealership so be patient. The sales staff is knowledgeable for the most part.

I Have gone to this dealership several times for parts i needed and been handed the wrong part after giving them the full VIN and production date of my 325i. I woulden't have needed as many of these parts if thier "certified inspection" had actually disclosed all that was wrong with the used car my mother bought there. (Inspection light on, secondairy air pump code in DME, waterpump leaking from weep hole.) dealerships estimates for repair would have added another 2.5k to ht e asking price of the car. Doesn't look like such a great deal in retrospect.
