I came to BMW PG to check on their cars because I wanted to replace my older X5. The BMW Associate, Eli Stafford was outstanding during this process. He took the time to show me the existing inventory, answered all my questions, and while I took a 2022 X3 for a drive, he got all the numbers I needed to make a decision. Outstanding service! We purchased an SUV from BMW Pleasant Grove yesterday and the experience was beyond phenomenal. We initially visited the PG store 2 weeks ago where we met Eli Hudson, one of the sales reps. He was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He walked us through a few different cars and gave us plenty of options. We didn't purchase on our initial visit, but Eli kept in touch continuing to ask questions and offer options. He even made cars from other dealerships available to us. We eventually settled on a vehicle and met Eli at the dealership at 10:44 Thursday morning. Eli had us out the door with our car by 11:25. Yes! That's less than an hour from start to finish. Eli made the car buying experience fun, easy and pleasant. We could not be happier. My wife was on her way to St. George in my 2014 BMW 750 Li when she received a notice on the vehicle display telling her to add 2 quarts of oil to the vehicle immediately. She was in Lehi when she called in a panic. I told her to drive to the BMW of Pleasant Grove dealership to see if there was someone still in the Service department willing to help her out. She arrived at 6:02PM on a Monday evening and she was greeted by two service technicians still at the dealership. Tyler was kind enough to check the oil for my wife and he determined she truly did need oil. He topped off the engine oil for my wife and got her on her way as quickly as possible. I am so grateful there are still those willing to provide excellent customer service in the world! Thank you so much BMW of Pleasant Grove for hiring awesome employees willing to go the extra mile for your customers!

I have really enjoyed working with BMW of Pleasant Grove. I first met Mauricio who helped me work out the details of my broken X1. Mauricio was very thoughtful in how he worked with me and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. I ended up looking to lease a new X3 and connected with Eli in sales. Once again, a great experience - Eli was a great listener and thought partner who worked to ensure that I got what I really needed. He served as an advocate in the Finance department and rallied his coworkers to help make the transition from one car to the next while I had a young child in tote. I am happy to travel from the Aves to PG to work with this excellent team.

I have owned a few BMW's and BMW of PG has definitely been the best place to buy and service my cars. The sales people are friendly, from the smiling faces that greet you, the sales peoples plentiful knowledge, to the terrific service I get for my service checkups. I walk in the door and and am greeted with a big and friendly smile by Sophia (who seems to never take a day off, she is always there, which is terrific) and always engages me in friendly conversation. The sales people were great, explained the options fully and in detail, even how they apply to me and what I am looking for. I feel like they are honest in every dealing we have had, and always make sure I get what's right for me and what fits me the best. I love it. The technicians are great about making sure my car is running 100% perfect each time and somehow very professionally and friendly-like (even though at times I can be a bit demanding). I love this place and hope I never have to goto another dealer, because this one is the bomb!

We have two BMW's and have spent a lot of money on them. BMW of PG always makes sure we are taken care of for any service or maintenance we may need for our cars. In my experience, Service manager, Daniel Taylor is a joy to work with and the service that is provided is what you should expect when buying a BMW. I trust them so much that I have even had cars shipped from out of state to Dan just to have his team work on the vehicle! Everything about this dealership is amazing....we have an X5M and a 3 series. Diana always makes sure we are taken care of and that our experience is the best. Even though it's the dealership, I want to be able to trust that they are telling me the truth about issues or that they are taking care of my car and not putting dings in it or scratching my rims, etc. I trust them 100%. I feel that BMWs are NOT inexpensive cars and these guys know that. They treat you and handle situations like a luxury car maker should. The customer service is amazing, from the sales team to the service team and everyone in between!!

It started back in 2008 when I purchased a used 2004 330i convertible which I still own. Since then a Certified Pre-Owned X5 and 535xi, then two brand new X5s. The entire experience is wonderful from the moment you walk in the door. Finding the right vehicle, test drives, learning about the features and the whole purchasing process. Outstanding.Then when it comes time for regular maintenance or to address any issue that arises, the service department is prompt, efficient and effective. Loaner cars are readily available and the service team does an excellent job offering solutions and managing expectations. Sometimes even going through hoops to satisfy unique requests. I'm hooked on BMWs and I will only get mine from Collin, Dustin, Diana and the rest of the BMW of Pleasant Grove team.Thanks guys.

You always hear story's of dealerships who overcharge and/or take advantage of their customers, so I was skeptical going here in the first place, but those fears held no merit. I can genuinely say I have never been treated so well, by any dealership, in my entire life. My vehicle had a service update which was performed in a timely manner, and they were kind enough to loan me a brand new X3 for use while it was being serviced. I also notified them of a noticable floating sensation felt in my vehicle under hard acceleration, which when looked into, they discovered some loose linkage bolts and an extremely out of spec alignment. They proceeded to torque everything down, perform an alignment, and do a once over on the car, before washing, vacuuming, and returning it to me. All of this was completed at no cost to me, which speaks volumes considering the vehicle was purchased from a 3rd party used. Danny, one of their service technicians, was a pleasure to work with, and due to this sole experience I can guarantee my next vehicle purchase will take place through them.

Purchased this vehicle and was told it had not been in an accident. I asked to see the Carfax, but was told they do not use Carfax on their used cars. The salesman stated they use Autocheck instead. Auto check showed a clean history. When trading it in a new BMW X5 35d, the Carfax report showed damage. As a result, we over paid and got less on trade than we would have for an undamaged vehicle. When contacting the salesman, he again stated they only use Autocheck on their used vehicles, which is false. The dealership refused to take any responsibility for misrepresenting the X5. Their last response was they looked forward to my future business.

I had a vehicle being worked on that I eventually traded in for a 2014 320i. I was given a loaner for several weeks while my 2000 528i was in the shop, which I appreciated. When it ended up the costs of fixing the older vehicle were prohibitive and I decided to upgrade to the newer car, they were very accomodating in reversing charges for work done on my trade-in. This showed me they were interested in a long-term relationship, not just a one and done transactions. Thanks to Evan, Dustin, and Diana for their help and service!

BMW of Pleasant Grove is a very mature dealership for being new. My wife and I had visited the dealership multiple times this past summer while deciding which vehicle we wanted. We met Parker Despain and worked with him over the next several months discussing vehicle options, colors, and financial terms. Ultimately we decided to take delivery of the new BMW at the factory in Munich. Parker went out of his way multiple times to make the process easier and more convenient for us, which resulted in him making several trips to Salt Lake City in order to help us. He was always courteous and I felt that we were getting great value for our purchase. The dealership is clean and well organized and we felt welcome and comfortable during every visit. We also worked with the service department to put on new wheels and tires and the service department was excellent to work with, clean, and respectful of our new BMW. Overall I have no reservations in recommending this dealership and its full complementary of services. We'll definitely return to this dealership for all future BMW purchases.

When my wife and I were expecting our fist child in 2007 we decided that we would like a larger vehicle than what we had. We shopped for a small SUV and were more impressed with BMW of Pleasant Grove than anywhere else we looked. We leased a 2007 X3 Si. We loved our X3 and so did our Daughter. Fast forward to summer of 2010. We were expecting Daughter number two. Our lease was ending soon and I thought: new baby, new BMW. It made sense to me anyway. My wife and I decided to look at all large SUV's that interested us. And so I started looking in the late summer. It was the same experience. No one treated us as good as Collin and Parker at BMW of Pleasant Grove. They know their product better than any of their competitors. They take the time to get to know you better than anyone else. During our X3 experience, when we would take the car in for service, Collin always greeted me by name and asked how everything was going. When we decided to purchase a new X5 Parker and Collin helped us order the one that we really wanted. It was great to work with these two, who are so passionate about the product that they sell. We couldn't be happier with our new X5, or the purchasing process at BMW of PG. I would recommend them to everyone looking for the Ultimate Driving Machine, with the Ultimate Purchasing Experience!

It has been 3 years since I have purchased my 7 series from Collin and every single time I go in to BMW he greets me by time and we shoot the breeze about the latest BMW's. He is a pleasure to work with and passionate about BMW- with that passion comes a tremendous knowledge of BMW and a passion to make your experience something special. My entire neighborhood now uses Collin for their BMW needs and they are just as thrilled. Now to Keith Curtis- if my BMW is ever in need of service, Keith is johnny on the spot! I noticed a knock in my shocks when i went over speed bumps so I called up Keith at the Pleasant Grove Dealership to set up an appointment to get the problem looked at. He scheduled my appointment for the next day and set me up with a loaner car, after a quick check in with my car I was on my way. Keith called me back a couple hours later to keep me posted on the progress of the inspection. Keith let me know what the problem was, what it was going to take to fix it, and how long it was going to take. Within a few more hours they had my car ready and set with a new sway bar to fix the problem. Chris did a beautiful job working on my car in such a timely manner, and all was finished by the end of the day. I picked my car up and they had it sitting up front washed up and cleaned out pretty as a new penny. Everything went so smoothly and they helped me not miss a beat in my busy schedule.

Collin Peay is a fantastic client advisor, who helps you get exactly the car you want, with the best deal possible. His customer service and follow-up are the best around. I always feel like he treats me fairly and with respect. Troy Young, as the GM, always checks in to make sure we are pleased with the service and outcome.As important as a new car is, the ongoing service is equally important. Craig Northup and Keith Curtis in the Service department are great to work with. They accommodate schedules the best they can, and make sure that everything from routine maintenance to other repairs are handled efficiently and effectively.Everyone at BMW of PG has a positive, "can-do" attitude that puts the client at ease, and keeps them coming back. I won't go anywhere else.

I bought my car from BMW of Pleasant Grove and mainly due to the friendly environment at BMW of PG as well as the great treatment in the past in getting my previous vehicle purchased and serviced there. Collin was the most splendid person to work with on the purchase of my new car and still to this day checks up on me and makes sure my car is working well and that I still love it. Not only that, but it seems ther service hasnt stopped. Anytime I go in, he always makes time to stop and say hi, check out the car and the new things about it. Really a terrific team there at BMW of Pleasant Grove.

Parker knows BMWs. He can speak to all aspects of new and used inventory, and will tailor your needs and visit accordingly. His experience with the service side of the business gives him an edge on other client advisors. Parker knows what I like and keeps me up to date on current inventory...just in case I'm looking to move on a vehicle. BMW of Pleasant Grove has the most professional and courteous staff in the business! Every time I go to the dealership I am always greeted, by name, with a smile by nearly all of the employees. Keith is absolutely the best service adviser in the business. Having owned numerous vehicles and being religious about taking them to the dealer for any service work, I have worked with many advisers, and can honestly say Keith is far and above the best! I never need to worry about anything when I take my vehicle in for service. Pardon the pun but the service department at BMW of Pleasant Grove runs like a well oiled machine! I am always greeted promptly, Keith gets the paperwork done quickly, I am always updated on progress throughout the day, repairs are performed with utmost care and attention to detail and my vehicle is meticulously washed by the time I get there to pick it up! Collin is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to provide answers to any questions I have and always in a timely manner. I know whatever question I have regarding my vehicle or options on new vehicles, if he doesn't know the answer (I have yet to encounter that!) he would go out of his way to find it out for me! I love the entire team and would highly recommend BMW of Pleasant Grove!

The dealership's repair and service department is very friendly and great at their work! Thomas is always there to help, answer questions. If you need service, he takes care of the request and make sure you have a loaner car if you need one.His manage is very nice too, he explains everything in detail and in a way that customers can understand, without getting technical and confusing.

When working with Keith I felt that my concerns about my vehicle were taken note of and handled. The work was performed on-time and everything was repaired with zero issues since. Everyone made me feel accommodated and welcome. I would recommend this facility to buy and especially service your vehicles. When pricing was discussed I felt it was fair because Keith explained the process in-depth and why certain thugs needed to be looked at, tested, and replaced if necessary. Many times my advisors before never explained what and why, but rather told me what I should do, no explanation, and that if I didn't more would break. I feel comfortable with Keith and look forward to dealing with him exclusively when I need repairs on my X5.

Collin Peay in the sales department was incredible to work with. I test drove 8 different vehicles over the course of several weeks before making my final decision. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Collin came in on his day off, drove 2 different cars down from the Murray store and met me at the Salt Lake overflow lot to look at the latest inventory. His follow-up was excellent and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone.Thomas, in the service department, has taken excellent care of me with my last 2 BMW's. He is always great to work with me and my hectic schedule. He gets me in and out quickly, and follows up without being asked. I had heard that the BMW service experience was always near the top when it came to service experiences at car dealerships. Keith has helped my service experience be nothing but the best. Every time I have needed something, he is always quick to respond and always willing to go out of the way to help my service experience be excellent. He is always on top of everything and I have never needed to call him to get an update on my car because he always calls me when he tells me is will. He is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to his job. Excellent service and I always recommend everyone I know go there to speak to Keith because I know he will get them taken care of.

Started looking for a BMW with current promotion credit. Talked to the client adviser and was assured I was getting a good price. Checked online and learned that I was going to pay $5k over what I should be paying. Learned that Utah BMW dealers will take you to the cleaners when buying a new car. Buy a BMW from out of state (like Colorado) it will save you thousands of dollars.

I recently purchased a 2004 X3 and had some hesitation in the transmission. I took the vehicle in and was very well treated. The repair required that the EGS Control be sent to BMW North America for programming and took 8 days to complete.When I dropped off my car, a courtesy car hadn't come back as anticipated and they got me a rental car for two days that was then replaced with a courtesy car.The transmission seems to be operating perfectly now.
