Dealership was great. Everyone is very nice and helpful. It’s my 3rd car I bought there. The salesman George is the best. Can’t say enough good things about the guy. He always goes out of his way to make sure everything goes perfect!!! He is EXCELLENT at his job. He get 5 stars alone himself.

First of all let me start by saying that BMW of Ramsey, specifically Andrew, was the BEST dealership experience Ive had in a VERY long time. I walked in and almost immediately was greeted by Andrew, who by the way, already had a client he seemed to be wrapping up with. He did not allow the fact that he was busy stop him from acknowledging me. As I walked around, others approached me in a way that wasn't aggressive but more so in a helpful way (which is rare for ANY dealership). Because he (Andrew) was the first to approach me, I figured I would deal with him. He was VERY knowledgeable, knew everything about all the cars on the lot. Unfortunately, the car I was looking for was not available on their lot. Not to be deterred, Andrew went above and beyond to find the car. 2 months later, I received a call from Andrew stating that not only did he find my DREAM car, he was able to have it ready for me in a day or 2. The fact that he remembered me after 2 months says a lot to his dedication to every customer. I would definitely recommend visiting Andrew at BMW of Ramsey! You won't regret it!

I had a great experience with Ted recently. Very Courteous, knowledgeable & friendly. Had me in and out of my courtesy vehicle very quickly when picking up and dropping off. No fuss no mess. My car went in on Monday and was ready by Tuesday. Very good service and I will be reaching out to Ted again to schedule my next service

My experience at Ramsey BMW was exceptional because of Andrew. He made my first major purchase hassle-free and always guided me in the right direction, something I haven’t experienced when visiting other dealerships. Andrew really prides himself on making long lasting relationships with his customers and it is greatly appreciated.
