We went to only look and test drive a Nissan Rogue but after talking with our sales person, Josh Detro, and negotiating a deal we ended up purchasing the Rogue. We got a decent price for our trade in and some other incentives allowed us to finalize a deal. We didn't feel pressured but my wife had done A LOT of research prior to going so we felt well educated on price, competitors price, and trade in price. We had some laughs during the deal negotiations and all in all it was one of the better car buying experiences we have had. Not sure if we would have done as well if my wife hadn't done the research she did, but the numbers were not too far off either. Josh was very knowledgeable about the Rogue during the test drive and at the time of pick up.

Ryan Mroszczak's name is not easy to spell, so write it down because if you want a professional to explain the differences between trim levels and comparable models, he knows his stuff for real. Our salesman, Delso Ferreira, did a wonderful job of putting us at ease and putting together a deal for the purchase of our 2016 Pathfinder SV. He was able to answer all of our questions and then some! The follow-up to make sure we were happy, was prompt and appreciated. We have to take it back for undercoating and they even offered a loner car to accommodate our needs. Not many dealers do that! They were all about making our experience a good one.

I was looking at G37 and dealers notes were one owner no accidents. When I test drove the vehicle, you can easily tell the car had been in an accident and the whole back bumper was replaced. ran out of the dealership, can't be buying a car from a dealership like that. Also the sales manager at the Nissan dealership was very unprofessional.

My wife decided at 10:00 am on Friday that she wanted a new car. We started on line and landed on Abbas Johnson Nissans website. Quickly we got a response from Hannah and she directed us to visit the dealership. We drove to Greece and met with Ryan M. Our sales representative. Brought my 2014 Altima in for an oil change,talked to my former salesman and left with a 2016 Altima. When I leased my 2014, the oil changes were free. The dealership changed owners but the new service department continued to honor this. This was very nice and I am sorry to have this service discontinued.

Initially contacted them about a pre owned 2015 Pathfinder. Before I made it to the dealership the vehicle had been sold. Prior to me visiting the store Brandon the salesman whom I dealt with informed me that it had been sold but offered an alternative if I was still interested. Much appreciated as I didn't want to drive over there only and then find out the car was gone.Ultimately we did not purchase a vehicle. The colour combination didn't work for us. Brandon was gracious,respectful and helpful through the entire process. Great experience. I would go back there in a heartbeat if they had what we were looking for.

I was in the market for a new lease, my first lease ever, Bob Johnson's price was the best by far of every other Rochester dealer's offer, the deal did NOT change once i got there, they gave us the one we wanted (didn't try to push us to another one like Dorschel), my sales guy Delso was a straight shooter and gave me the price exactly as he had stated on the phone. He wasn't pushy and made the whole process very comfortable and upfront. We were in, signed and out with our new Altima in about an hour and a half. I would recommend this dealership (already have) to friends, family and clients, they treated me the way a customer SHOULD be treated, and for that they received my business!

First of all the dealership looks nice at first site and were eager to try to earn my business. After looking over a few vehicles, we starting talking price. The sales man only wanted to deal on what I wanted my payment to be and when I was not comfortable with the payment he proposed and said I would have to think it over and I asked to see in writing the costs of the vehicle along with the residual value at lease end, he got defense and enraged, started yelling at me about wasting his time and "what the xxxx did I come in for". He yelled so loud that staff and customers were coming out of their offices to see what was going on. When I yelled back at him to stop yelling at me, he told me to go back to the dealership I got my original lease from in not so nice language. I have now called the General Manager and Sales Manager and left messages as well as called back several times to report what a rude, nasty and arrogant xxx Ray Montalvo (The salesman) is. Apparently the managers care even less than the sales staff. I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership as I have been today. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did ever again!! Even if I was considering the deal, I'm not anymore!! DRIVE AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND AS FAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS POSSIBLE!!!!

My lease was coming due and I was invited by Delso Ferreira to come into the dealership to review my lease and possibly take advantage of a current Nissan promotion. Del was able to work an awesome deal for me in a better vehicle at a better price!!! On top of that, during the test drive the Rochester police were chasing a suspect and we found ourselves right in the middle of a high speed police pursuit. Del carefully maneuvered the car out of danger which cleared a path for the police to safely pass us and apprehend the suspect. Del is a hero to me - I'll never forget him or the awesome deal on my new Nissan. Thanks Del! ;-)

Nissan and this dealership have very poor customer service. I went to get my passenger side window fixed and was 1000 miles over the bumper to bumper. Whatever I paid the $290. Got in my car and drove away and the other window is now broken. They refused to help me. They even called Nissan and they refuse to help me. Well I will never do business with Nissan or Bob Johnson because they treat you like garbage. And I did all my oil changes with them was and always waited a minimum of two hours and that is with a appointment.

I went there just to look around at the Nissan's. I was met at the door by Ryan M and told him that just looking. Ryan was understanding and still even though I was only a looker at this point he dedicated his time to me. He went out of his way to bring me the vehicle I would have been interested in from a different, off site location. I told him I did not have enough time at this meeting to make up my mind. Ryan gave me space and I gained confidence that he was really working for me. Ultimately, he converted me from a "tire kicker" to a "purchaser" in the short time he had with me. I ended up buying from Ryan, without any pressure, not to mention the fair price I was able to get. I trade every 2 years and for sure when I am ready again, I will look into making my purchase from Bob Johnson Nissan and Ryan.

We went through the costo car program and Hanna contacted us right away for an appointment. Ryan Mroszczak was our sales guy. We were not planning to buy that day but he gave us a sweet deal and we signed that night. Hes a nice guy to deal with, easy going and not pushy which we liked. Bought brand new Altima (top of the line) Aug 2014; 14 months later I'm facing a $3,200 repair bill on electronics. Have called Nissan directly and Bob Johnson 3 days ago with no return phone calls. The electronics that needs to be replaced is the AV module. What does the AV module do - it's your radio, clock, hands free dialing, navigation, etc. Wouldn't you think it would last longer than 16 months??? And this AV module is something I paid lots of extra for when I bought the vehicle. Are you sure you want to buy a Nissan or deal with a dealership that doesn't care about you after they sold you a vehicle and have taken your $30,000, $40,000 plus dollars???? Or deal with a company/dealership that expects you to pay for these options at least twice, maybe more????

I had such a good experience when it came time for me to lease another car, When I first walked into Bob Johnson Nissan and asked for Angel who had sent me the e-mail asking me to stop in. Angel was very helpful because I didn't know if I wanted another Sentra or the Rogue. After talking to Angel I deciding to take a test drive in the Rogue to see how it felt and it drove great, nice and smooth. There were several colors to choose from and this Grayish Blue sounded really nice. After driving down to where the overflow cars are parked I decided that it was the car for rme, Angel is such a good salesman, he fought for me and got me the best deal ever. I had a wheel bearing that broke on my new Versa on Saturday. The part wasn't in stock but I received a courtesy vehicle to be able to get to work while my vehicle was being repaired that week. I was treated warmly and was explained all the things that the service department would do to repair my vehicle. I was surprised to see that the work was fully covered and there was no charge for the courtesy vehicle. It made quite a change in my impression of dealership service departments from former dealerships I used. Super job to Matt and his service department and also to Ryan, my sales representative at Bob Johnson Nissan.

I came in looking for a new used vehicle, I sat down with Ryan and he had listened to me about what I have been going through the last 3 months. We to a test drive in the vehicle I came to look at. I was dealt with just great respect and friendliness. We did up the the paperwork on that vehicle. I talked with Ryan about it being a problem getting financed. He told me there shouldn't be any problems, he told me he would call me as soon as he found out. Less than 2 hours later he calls me and congratulates me on being approved, he also told me it was a shorter term loan and that I'm going to be very happy. We set up a time to finalize the paperwork. I came in the next morning and to my surprise he told me I was getting a brand new Nissan rogue. Needless to say I was in complete shock. I also met with the finance manager Ray and he told me the great news. Not only a brand new vehicle but at a great interest rate. I cant thank both these gentlemen enough, they went above and beyond any expectations. They treated me with respect and had given me a great deal. They both told me I deserved it. All I can say that this was the best ever experience I ever had at any dealershipThank you Ryan and Ray with treating me with respect even though my credit was so so. I wasn't treated that way at all in the last 3 months of vehicle shopping. Thanks again Greg Daniels

i searched a hundred mile radius for a specific car that I wanted. I wanted a black chevy impala with leather heated seats, and bob Johnson Nissan was the only dealership that had it. so I drove the 50 miles there knowing which car I wanted, at a good price. I purchased the car no issues there, but I was promised an extra key for the car as they said they only had one and they always provide 2 keys with the cars they sell. I was told they would order the key from their chevy store and mail it out to me so I didn't have to drive back up there. I waited 2 weeks and nothing came in the mail. I called my salesman and he was not available on 3 different times over 5 day period, not a single call back. the next phone call I asked for the sales manager after waiting on hold for 10 minutes I get a voicemail and left a message about my issue, still no return phone call. I just called again because I had not gotten my registration in the mail either and the 45 day temporary expired, this time I was transferred to the title clerk. I spoke with her and she said she had it right there and would mail it right out. so I get the registration in the mail and I see the date that they processed it with the motor vehicle and to my surprise they did it 4 days after my purchase, so that means it was sitting right there at there dealership for over 40 days....what a way to do business. I am so fed up with this place I don't even care about the extra key, I will get one on my own. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone just for the service after the sale practices they have..........

Recently I purchased a used vehicle. The vehicle so far, is in good condition. My comments are about customer service after my purchase. After I got my vehicle home, the middle compartment in the front was filled with peanut crumbs, which were there when I test drove the vehicle. My salesman, Nick, said it would be all cleaned, if purchased. I wasn't upset when I discovered the crumbs, at the time, I simply cleaned it. I did call the saleman and leave a message asking him to call me because I had some feedback. Basically, I wanted to report the car was not cleaned to standard. I feel if I am making such a big purchase, who ever is responsible for cleaning should do a triple check. I didn't notice it until later when I was ready to store items in the compartment. Nick has not called me. I called again and left a message with the operator. She did say Nick was at work, but currently with a customer. No call back yet. He had sent me a letter thanking me for my purchase and that Bob Johnson's goal is customer satisfaction. I am NOT satisfied, especially when my calls are not returned. I am still a customer, but it seems once the papers are signed I am nobody. Customers purchasing cars pays everyone's salary. We deserve respect even after purchases. This customer satisfaction line is crap!

i own an 2013 altima pearl white and have had some issues with the clear coat peeling along with rust under the back up cameraand I was told that i could not get it fixed under warrenty that i had to wait for recall so i called nissan consumer affairs a joke thereand they too were unable to help i wish now i had kept my gm at least when i had an issues they were more then willing to keep the consumer happyNissan you suck and your cars suck and as far as your customer service you all need to take some classes on it including your new manager that has the personality of a mute!

We needed an SUV to tow our boat. I thought we were quite clear about our needs/wants. We were sold a 2011 Ford Escape. When we tried to take our boat out of the water, the front passenger side tire spun and smoked, but the boat had to stay in the water. They had sold us a 2WD vehicle. The next person we dealt with promised to make things right. If we could give him a week, he would produce a selection of equal-value vehicles for us to choose from. Well, he came up with one. By this time, we were so tired of Ideal Nissan's empty promises and unreturned phone calls that we took the 2009 Ford Escape. At least it was able to pull our boat out of the water. Now, we are dealing with more unreturned calls. They promised to make arrangements to have the crack in the windshield repaired, and to check into where the second key to the vehicle was. Those 2 issues have yet to be addressed/resolved.

I visited this dealership looking for a pre-owned, low mileage SUV. We found a vehicle & was being assisted by a salesman named Alex who fits the typical car salesmen image. He was not knowledgable about the vehicle & we caught him many times misrepresting the vehicle. Long story short we ran out of time & did not have our trade in with us that day on a Sunday. We set up an appointment for the following Wednesday but Alex later cancelled & asked us to come in on Saturday as he was not working that day. We showed up as planned on Saturday & Alex started to process our trade in information & never failed to mention they sold our vehicle earlier that morning. We did not receive any call & Alex communicated it was delivered this morning when in reality it was sitting outside in the dealership parking lot. He went on to say they have the same vehicle that was just received in which was not the case. My overall experience was horrible & I would not trust this dealership. I've shared my experience with others & they have stated they stay away from this dealership & go to Webster instead. My only advise - not to be trusted!

I PURCHASED I 2013 NISSAN SENTRA IN 02/01/13 BY 05/10/13 HAD IT IN THE SHOP THREE TIMES FOR A VIBRATION WHILE IDLE IN THE PASSENGER SIDE SEAT. AFTER FIRST SERVICE I PICKED UP THE CAR ONLY TO FIND OUT PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED CALLED THEM BACK AND I WAS TOLD THEY TURNED DOWN THE IDLE AND HOPED THAT IT WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. BROUGHT BACK A SECOND TIME SERVICE CALLED AND SAID CAR WAS READY BUT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY TOLD ME THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS BECAUSE MY CAR WAS TOO NEW!!! I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AGAIN AND LEFT OVER THE WEEKEND ONLY TO GET THE SAME ANSWER AS WE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM,BUT TOLD ME I SHOULD CALL NISSAN AND FILE A COMPLAINT AND IF THEY GET ENOUGH COMPLAINT MAYBE THEY WILL LOOK INTO THIS PROBLEM AND I CAN BRING MY CAR BACK AGAIN AND THEY CAN POSSIABLY FIX IT AT THAT TIME. SO NOW I WENT TO DAN SOSA THEIR SALES MANAGER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD TAKE THE CAR BACK AND I WOULD TAKE ANOTHER CAR BUT HE TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE THE CAR BACK BUT I WOULD HAVE TO ROLL OVER 5,000 TO THE NEW CAR B/S HE SAID THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH NISSAN BECAUSE THEY DON'T MAKE THE CARS THEY ONLY SELL. SO MY ADVISE IS IF LOOKING TO BUY A NISSAN DO NOT GO TO IDEAL NISSAN

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They lie and try to scam you out of your money. I stated my monthly payment amount and that it was for 5 years. He said he could do it and even took our down payment. It was too late and we couldn't do the deal till the next day. We had everything transferred and was signing the papers and they wrote up the deal for 84 months instead. Then they said the sales team " doesn't do terms" just payments. Then Juan tried to lie and say I didn't say that. My wife was there to verify it and I stated it over 10 different times. I would never in my life go back there. Went to Ralph Honda and it is how a dealership should be run.

Worst Dealership ever!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I called to inquire about a vehicle then went to the dealership only to be told my contact person was "too busy for me right then" I then waited for 35 minutes only to get handed off to a sales person who needed to "hurry up because he was leaving soon" I then went through an agonizing 90 minute minute process of waiting, answering personal questions and not getting any info or actually seeing, sitting in or driving a vehicle. I was then handed off to another sales person because "I took too long" and the salesperson had to go! I wanted to walk out but was then pounced on by sales management, who begged for a chance to do better...I really wanted the car so I finally agreed on a rough deal and gave a deposit, a deposit that 2 months later I have still not received!!! After agreeing on a deal I then heard nothing for days...no communication, no follow-up. I finally contacted the dealership cancelled the deal and bought a car someplace else. Since purchasing from another dealer I have called, emailed, talked to multiple managers and basically told its my fault they were not helpful or expedient. And I still have no idea where my $$ is!!! This dealer is unprofessional, rude and totally ghetto.

My experience at Ideal was very pleasant. We originally went in to buy a new car and the experience was so positive that we purchased two vehicles. Our salesman Ryan made sure that we were comfortable with the purchase and understood everything about the vehicles. He's the most knowledgeable salesman we've ever worked with and I would definitely come back as well as recommend others to this dealership.The free coffee and snacks were also a plus.

I was called buy Fred Johnson regarding a visit I make to the dealership a week ago. At that time I showed them a letter I received from Nissan regarding the opportunity to turn in my Nissan lease and receive the first payment free on a new Nissan lease. At the time Fred stated that there were not deals that I could get to keep my payment under $300/mo. He called me on Jan 16 and said that they could do a deal to keep me at $300 with a down payment between $150-1800. He said if I came in the next day he would get the deal for me. My wife and I went in to the dealership and he went through the numbers and I gave him a down payment of $1500. He showed me the car which was on the floor and we consummated the deal. He gave me a set of keys for the vehicle and they were taking the car of the floor to get it ready for a 5pm delivery the same day. Yesterday 1/17.I was there approximately 1 hour while he talked to him manager and we planned on picking up the car at 5. I receive a call about 1/2 hour later and he tells me they can't do the deal because I still owed 9 months on the lease, which I'm sure they knew because of the previous two visits I made to the dealership and they showed me on the computer where I put $1900 down on my last Nissan purchase from Ideal in 2010.I told them I will never buy another auto from them and I would not recommend them to any person I meet that wants to buy a Nissan.I'm extremely dissappointed in my experience and have never heard of this happening to anyone else. Remember they gave me the keys to the vehicle and I was to pick it up in 2 hours. I call this total incompetence. When I was called to and told the deal was off it was the salesperson that called me you would at the very least that his manager would have called because he is the one that approved the deal to began with. I had to ask to speak to him and I felt he was throwing his sales guy under the bus. I told him as far as I was concerned it was his fault not the salesperson.I would like this forwarded to the owner of the dealership for his review.I did lease my current Nissan from Ideal and they treated me well, but I will not do business with them again. Ideal Nissan doesn't honor their warranties. I purchased the extended warranty and when I took my car in to be serviced they wanted to charge me for a service that I had paid for 10 times over. When I sponke to Bryan Kelley the manager, he did honor the service warranty that I paid for through Ideal Nissan. I will never do business with this company ever again. This car company is run by crooks.

He answered my questions and made the experience painless and enjoyable. Ideal Nissan - 4000 Ridge Road West, Rochester NY, 14626. Worst experience at a dealership ever! We wanted a new Altima two door. Salesman Ron insisted to finance department we wanted blue tooth, we never asked for it nor wanted it, they charged an extra $4000.00 for something we will never use. Forced us to back date our signature on contract in March, 2012, car was not on lot when they called and said it was. Manager who runs two Nissan dealership apologized, but did nothing else. March 22, 2012 we picked up car after having a remote started installed by them, and had the car undercoated. Car was filthy outside from undercoating. They apparently could not wash it due to the undercoating. Salesman Ryan would not deal with us. Salesman that put the plates on the car told us we should not take it. They gave us a free doll up, told us to bring it in that Tuesday and they would clean it up. Needed to have an appointment, which they never made for us on Tuesday. Made an appointment for doll up and after two times cleaning it (the same day), they still could not get undercoating off the outside of the car. Not one feature on the car was explained to us by anyone. Manager and Finance manager insisted if we didn't like car we could return it. There are so many other issues we have had with them it is unreal. We have attempted to return the car to them, they refuse to give us a price on a car that has less than 3,000 miles on it. Nothing but headaches from this dealership. Now we are stuck with a car we do not want. Incompetence at its best.

Don't ever go there. The dealership is very unorganized and they lie about everything. It would be great to go to a dealer and they know about financing, the mileage on the car they are selling and other important detail pertaining to the sale of the car, they didn't. What a waste of time!!

previous staff was great new staff cares none to listen to customers worst experiences i have had with dealership have come recently since new staff. work was not done that i had paid for and when proven to management there was no action taken to remedy the fact my vehicle was did not receive the parts i was charged for when i looked to see what was done the part they told me was being replaced was not but i was charged for it technician still had it in his tool box but the charged me still and my car was running better still dont know what they did to it or what they charged me for but was definately charged for parts not installed and it took three return visits to get it fixed properly. stay away from these crooks!

They were great when shopping and buying a vehicle but they no way in hell want to help you when you drive off the lot and have things go wrong. In a few days after purchasing my vehicle I had to go in time and time again. Bill quoted me for work.I checked another shop and it was $200.00 less. I have the quote and the repair invoice from the less expensive repair shop. They tried to rip off their own customer.Now I'm faced once again after 3 months of owning this lemon with another repair. I bought a warranty but I bet they will tell me it's not covered.No one will pick up the phone and no one will return a call. What is wrong with this picture. When you walk in there are like 4 or 5 guys talking and sitting around service doing nothing!!!!!!HELLO....Pick up the phone!

This was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The salespeople were dismissive and rude and have absolutely no follow through or follow up. They say they will call and do all kinds of things and they never did!! They say they will call and don't, they say they will have things together when you get there and they don't. After 5 different trips there to get financing and paperwork set, they still didn't have things right. The salesman, Dennis, was who we finally were shuffled to despite being passed from 2 other salesmen who were apparently uninterested in helping us. Dennis said all kinds of things and never backed them up. Finally, when he said we could come pick the car up we got there and there was no car to be found. He tried to make excuses and apologize but then I was angry so i complained and said when we came back the car had better be ready for us to drive away. When we came back yet again the price was double what we agreed to and when I was outside Dennis told my fiance he didn't want to deal with another of my rants so keep me away from him! When i heard this I was even more angry at this awful place. We were stuck there for 3 hours trying to settle things up but I again got angry and complained to Dennis. He interupted me while I was talking and basically said he didn't want to hear anything I had to say and it was not his fault. Then he told me i was pissing him off!!!! Needless to say,I asked to talk to a manager. While I talked to Frank, who was just as rude and useless, Dennis sat across fromme giving me death glares with his arms crossed. The whole experience was ridiculous and terrible. Stay away and never go there!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this family of liars, cheaters, thiefs, and crooks. these people say what's needed to get u in the door and keep u there they r a family business that only complete in house deals successful and fairly I'm willing to bet anything that their few good reviews were from close ones associated with the business my intial visit I met with James Russo one of the owners nephew James promised me a definite answer that next day for best financing options on a used car that I specially told him I wanted james also suggested that I leave a deposit to show the bank how interested and serious I am about financing ok so I left the down payment the following day I received no call from james the next day after trying to reach him all day he returned my call with some bs about having some obstacles but things r looking good he needs til the next day and he will have some definites far as financing during this time the car internet priced was jacked up $1000 the next day their phones were busy all day I tried all numbers listed from morning til evening finally after getting thru to the body shop they gave me a #2273800 that's not even listed by now I just told the rep I would be n for my refund not even a hour later james calls me from his cell hey I heard u coming in for a refund ok I can tell u what I know thus far when u get here when I get there a lill after 5 the clerk tells me james is not there and she can't refund me after 5 pm as I'm leaving thru the glass I c james in one of the front offices as I enter back in james runs thru the showroom past the waiting room and his desk to the back I sat and waited and demanded respect and my refund dunka came over and ask can he help me after calming I made this same deal with dunka much higher financing than I expected but overall I thought I finally had some definites he told me to come in tomorrow and I'd b driving my car home not I got there and he said the car was being serviced and would b finished by that evening that didnt happen either later that evening dunka said the car ask was not done many problems they r finding in the services shop is what he said but tomorrow at 10 that didnt happen either the next day I wasphysically mentally and emotionally drained dunka said give me til tomorrow evening and if its not done imma get u in something so there's no inconvenience to u well as you know the next day I went in b4 5 and dunka told me the same story about the car not being ready I demanded a refund. NOTE: during one my many visits I heard one of the women sales clerks (the one who works across from dunka) bragging about how she has gotten a brand new car from there for less than $100 a month 2 funny if u go to ti this dealer u will b highly disappointed in a abusive manner

Avoid this dealer at all costs! They took a deposit for a vehicle and while I was waiting for financing to be approved, they SOLD THE CAR to another customer! They didn't even call me - in fact I called them to verify it was being held for me and I was told "Yes" even though it sold the day before. We went to the dealership so I could show the vehicle to my husband in the daylight and it was no where to be found! NO APOLOGY - SCAMMERS! They also removed the Internet pricing on the vehicle which indicates they sold the car at a higher price than stated originally. I would never recommend this dealer!
