Excellent service. Car ready to view when we arrived with sign on door "reserved for...". Nice touch. Worked to find an acceptable price. Chevy girl all my life. Two years ago chose mustang over Camaro due to discounts. Loved the Mustang. This year expected to do the same, but Checy had better discounts. Spent more than planned. Pulte Chevorlet convinced me to get back to me roots. My daughter has a 2014 Camaro & was doing most of the negotiations. Sales staff was stellar!!! Did I mention stellar??? Thorough education of nuances the car. I have a great deal of respect for the professional staff at Pulte. They seemed to care about my needs as a consumer. They entertained my husband while I purchased the car. Efficiency & time well spent in purchacing this car. Thank you

I chose to get my new tires at BP Chevrolet due in part to my past experiences with them, and the convenience it provided in the process. I did not have to sit in a waiting room, wasting valuable time in my day. They gave me a loaner vehicle (the Trax that I had requested) where I could drive myself on to work then back after work with the job finished. I truly appreciate their cheerful attitudes and A1 Customer Service. It's worth it to feel confidence in their dealership and service department. All of my questions were answered completely and to my satisfaction.

Our buying experience was exceptional at Bob Pulte Chevrolet and ended up making us want to buy from them. Every contact we made was wonderful; especially our salesman, Zach Chandler; general manager, service manager, finance manager and Bob Pulte and his son Dan were all welcoming, courteous and helpful. But the bottom line was being able to seal the deal on a late model Corvette which they did...so I guess the advertising jingle they have used is right, "You'll love the Pulte price!" It's very easy to recommend visiting them for your next car purchase.

We had previously purchased a Traverse from Skeeter and we very happy so we returned because of him. He was not in that day so Zack was more than happy to assist us. Skeeter called the next day and he took over, sharing the sale with Zack. The only negative comment is that there is no water fountain in the facility. When I wanted to take an aspirin, Skeeter offered to buy me a bottle of water.

My recent buying experience at Bob Pulte Chevrolet was terrific! Once I located the vehicle I had interest in on-line I contacted the dealership to answer any questions. Branden was very professional, straight-forward and helpful. Once I made the decision to buy, Bob Pulte Chevrolet coordinated a driver to pick me up form the Dayton airport. Once at the dealership all made you feel like family. The vehicle was sitting out and prepped. Amanda made the financing and administrative paperwork a breeze. While I was somewhat anxious to make a significant purchase via the internet, there were no "surprises" and I was in and out and driving back home within a couple hours.All in all, this was a very pleasant purchasing experience and I would certainly recommend Bob Pulte Chevrolet to anyone making a vehicle purchase.

I received a letter from Chevrolet stating my truck wires in the rear-door-wire harness may fatigue and break causing the airbag readiness light/SIR light to illuminate. As this had already happened, I contacted above dealer for diagnosis and repair. They completed both efficiently and politely. I was very happy with the service.

I arrived with a traction control problem on my information panel. I met with DeWayne and addressed to him my concerns. He got right on it while I waited in the show room for a diagnosis. In less than 30 minutes, he came back to let me know what my options were. He even spoke to GM on my behalf to figure out the best resolution. I couldn't be happier. After 3 years of owning our Chevy Traverse, I am still pleased with the experience I have with Bob Pulte. Their service department is certainly their hallmark, and DeWayne works hard to get the job done right and at a reasonable price.

Warm, friendly staff all around, the best I've been to. Service department (especially Randy and DeWayne, in my experience) are incredibly accommodating and efficient; Other places I've been, I felt marginalized or that they were doing my a favor by accepting my business. Not here - Pulte Chevrolet is very professional and personable, performs timely thorough work, and I never feel pressured for "extras", nor do I feel I have to wait an unreasonable length. Dick Brooks sold me my 2013 Equinox, and I couldn't be happier, it was the smoothest new car transaction I've yet had.

I recently had my 2006 Hummer repaired at Pulte. I worked with Randy the Service Manager who was filling in for Jim Couch who was on vacation. I had a Premium Powertrain Warrenty I purchased from NAC Elite. There was some serious issues like ball joints and transfer case issues. All of this was handled by Randy who worked with NAC Representative who came to Pulte, inspected the damage and ultimately approved the repairs. I was very happy with the repairs and the Service and also would highly recommend NAC Poweretrain protection for peace of mind. I thank Randy and all the guys at Pulte Chevrolet, you were great.

My experience in purchasing a used 2013 Chevy Silverado from Bob Pulte Chevrolet was exceptional. Cory Hamilton, sales associate, was a pleasure to work with both during and after thepurchase. I discussed the Silverado with Cory by phone and drove 250 miles to purchase the Silverado. Everything he told me about the Silverado was true and accurate. After arriving homewith the Silverado, I discovered the owner manual missing. I called Cory and he had an ownermanual delivered to me. I consider Bob Pulte Chevrolet a dealership I would recommend.

Skeeter was very knowledgeable and patient. He asked me to define the vehicle that I was looking for and then within minutes he showed me the car I described. He took my wife and I for a ride to confirm our decision and then we discussed price without any pressure and arrived at a mutually agreeable number ( the Pulte price). I don't believe that purchasing a car could be any more pleasant than what we experienced with Skeeter!

I have gone to Bob Pulte Chevrolet service department since I purchased my cobalt there in 2005. My family and I have purchased three cars from the dealership. We are normally very satisfied with the employees and work of Bob Pulte Chevrolet and have been for years. However, I am very disappointed with the customer service I have recently received. I received a recall notice regarding my cobalt's ignition switch. I ordered the parts as soon as I received the recall notice. It has been over a month since the parts were ordered, and I am continuing to get several notices from Bob Pulte Chevrolet themselves about the importance of having the recalled parts repaired. I also researched deeper into the recall and found a variety of information on what was called the "deadly ignition switch defect" which also included details on the many fatal car accidents as a result of this defect. Naturally, I was more than anxious to have these parts repaired. I understand that it can take an ample amount of time to obtain parts but just to be sure that the parts were indeed ordered and in the process of being taken care of, I called the service department to check on the status of the parts. I spoke with Mr. Couch who was very short with me. When I politely asked if he knew of a relative time frame of when the parts would be in, he replied, "I have no idea." And that was all he said. I expressed my clear concern that it had been over a month since the parts were ordered, and there was no empathy, no reassurance that the parts were on their way, no emotion or kindness/caring attitude or any feel of customer satisfaction from Mr. Couch whatsoever. I hung up the phone feeling like I was not taken care of and unsure if the service department was efficient enough to take care of what seemed to me to be a very significant issue. I felt like my call was unimportant, and that I was a nuisance to Mr. Couch. The ironic part of it all, is that while I was on hold for the service department, an advertisement was being played that sounded like Mr. Couch himself giving praise and glory to Bob Pulte Chevrolet and the wonderful customer service it provides. When he actually answered the phone and talked to me, it was a COMPLETELY different attitude and severe change/lack of friendliness from the advertisement I was just listening to. If Mr. Couch was having a busy/bad day or was currently with another customer, I understand. However I expect the same friendly/kind customer service on the phone that I receive in person. Mr. Couch did not meet the standard that Bob Pulte advertises.

Everyone was professional and friendly; as funny as that may sound, it was actually a nice experience stopping into the dealership . I have two other Chevrolet dealerships miles closer to my house but I don't mind the extra drive to Pulte Chevrolet.

Overall good, friendly service. This was my first time at Pulte for service and I got a favorable first impression. I was pleasantly surprised by the free loaner, but my wife would have appreciated that I knew about the loaner earlier which would have saved her a little driving. The check in was fast, and the costs were under what they estimated. The service took a little extra time due to the seat belt recall, which was finished a couple hours after the estimated time (3 pm), but by the promised time (5 pm). The only area of improvement from this experience would be to call me to update me with status of vehicle. I had to call to find out what was going on and it was near the end of the day. If possible, I would be just as happy with a text with a status update.

Unfortunately, my brand new 2014 Chevy Cruze that I purchased at the end of February was part of the recall and had to have the axle replaced. I took it to Bob Pulte to be checked and was informed that my new baby had to have the axle replaced so I was not able to drive the car due to safety concerns. During the 7 weeks that it was waiting for the part to come in I spoke with Randy Hurst on several occasions to try to find out when I might be getting my car back and he was always very patient with me and tried to be as helpful as possible. I let him know that I really like my Cruze and could not wait to get it back!!! I was thrilled when Randy called to tell me that they received the parts in, without notice, and even more thrilled to pick up the car and finally get to drive it again. Thanks for all your help and most importantly your patience!!!

I visited Bob Pulte Chevrolet after scoping out an '08 Mazda CX-7 on their website. I was greeted immediately after arriving, and was checking out the car within 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly but not pushy at all- a rarity among salesmen, in my experience! Skeeter Shaw helped me check out the Mazda and answered all of my questions with much-appreciated honestly and good advice. He was a true pleasure to work with! I took the car for a test drive and, after inspecting it to my satisfaction, decided to put an offer down on the spot. Skeeter was wonderful about covering different finance options for me; when I mentioned that I wasn't sure I could put a ton of money down that day, he offered to check out the option of putting $0 down. That turned out to work out wonderfully for me- I got a great financing package that included a warranty that we were able to custom-build based on my budget. I was thrilled! I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the service we received when purchasing our new-to-us Ford Flex from Skeeter Shaw at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. There is honestly not one aspect of the experience that I would have changed. To start, Skeeter was extremely likeable - which is refreshing in a car salesman. He was the perfect combination of interested and knowledgable while being forthright and honest. There was no pressure or bs - he was laid back but still engaged. Skeeter was professional, but funny, and extremely pleasant to work with. We have bought more cars than I care to count over the years and never once have we had this type of experience with a salesman. I also wanted to share our impression from a dealership standpoint. This was probably the cleanest dealership we have ever been to. We had both our 3 year old and 19 year old goddaughter with us. All said and done we were at the dealership for about 3 and half hours. The kids were both comfortable the entire time. There was a perfect child size table and chairs set, an easel and crayons and tvs and vending machines that kept both of them quite happy. When the kids were with us during the process Skeeter addressed them personally, remembering details we had shared during our earlier conversations.The sales manager we worked with, Biff, was also just completely enjoyable. He made what can be a painful process quite simple and stressfree. With everything from loan details to warranty information there was no pressure, no bs, just truthful information. When he was expressing an opinion he presented it as just that, a personal opinion, but also provided great logical information as well. And the super cool interactive technology we used to sign the "papers" made the tedious part of the process a little bit fun actually. A couple additional things that may seem small but truly made a big impression: When Skeeter heard me mention to my husband that my cell phone battery was running low he offered to get a charger and charge it - he had a variety of chargers available. Also when we test drove the car the gas tank was very close to empty. My husband and I joked to ourselves about how they were getting a deal because we had recently filled up the tank in the car we were trading in. We went to leave the parking lot and I was looking to head toward the gas station when I realized there was now half a tank of gas. In all the instances we have purchased a new car this has never been done for us. Again, something small but it really went long way to impress us.This dealership is a good 45 minute drive for us, we stumbled upon it when looking at cars online. Despite the distance I can say with confidence that this will now be our family dealership and Skeetar Shaw will absolutely be our personal car salesman. It was worth every cent of gas money and every mile of the drive. Highly, highly recommend.

I called thursday afternoon ,got in on friday at330 to get my breaks checked and was able to get my repair done too. The service guy was very nice, helpful, honest and got it done in timely manner. I have been a Bob Pulte customer for a long time. I have bought 3 cars from this agency after extensive shopping each time due to their professionalism, pricing, and service. The Service Department is exceptional. Something that is so important is that not only do they do good work in a timely fashion, they are trustworthy. Today, few people have the knowledge and equipment to do more than the most basic maintenance and repair work on these modern vehicles. A customer is then highly dependent upon the integrity, honesty, and skills of their service provider. The Pulte agency really scores high here. Never, have they tried to stick me with unnecessary service or repairs. If fact, several times I brought a truck or car to them believing that I had a major problem only to learn that my problem was minor. The Service mangers and shop foreman, are very good listeners and advisors. While my most recent visits were for service work, I also think highly of their sales staff, particularly Skeeter Shaw. I will continue to be a Pulte customer. And, I also make my favorable opinions known to my family and friends.

We have been dealing with Bob Pulte Chevrolet now for approximately three years and the experience has been so satisfying. I have told people I come in contact with in Hamilton, OH, along with some of the employees at Bob Pulte Chevrolet that they should be used as the training ground for all GM dealers. Their interaction with customers is the best I have ever seen in my 40 years of purchasing or leasing vehicles. All employees, whether in sales or service, use the same personal skills when dealing with anyone. This type of friendliness and interaction with customers comes from the top of the organization with Bob Pulte himself, and I have never even met this gentleman.

I never imagined I'd purchase a Toyota from a Chevrolet dealership, but I'm glad I took the chance. I had the pleasure of working with Skeeter Shaw and Biff Arnold. Both men were courteous, professional, and made the buying process an absolute pleasure. No pressure whatsoever! The thing that really blew me away was that the vehicle only came with one key, so Skeeter took the time to call a local Toyota dealership and found out what a replacement "Smart Key" would cost, then cut a check for that amount. I was impressed that they took ownership of that situation without me even asking for it. I can't think of another dealer that would go that far to please a customer. After experiencing an ignition problem with my 2011 HHR, GM took care of the towing bill and I had my car towed to Bob Pulte on a Friday morning. I checked that afternoon to check on it, but they had not yet been able to take a look at it. I spoke with Jim Couch and he was very friendly and apologetic that they had not gotten to it yet, but explained that the severe cold and snow that we had just had, was resulting in them being overloaded with work. Again, very friendly and apologetic. I called back Saturday and spoke with Randy Hurst. They were currently working on it and he said they would have it done by 1 o'clock and that he would call when it was finished. He called at 1 o'clock stating it was complete and ready to pick up and that he would be there until 3, but that sales would be in until 5. I picked the car up within the hour. Sales personnel directed me to the service area where Randy immediately took care of me, explaining that GM was taking care of the bill due to a recall on that problem for the HHR. Randy was very friendly and got me on my way. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the repair and how smooth the whole process was. Thank you!

I have had my car serviced at Pulte's several times and it has always been a pleasant experience. They seem to appreciate your business and always offer options of waiting there while the sevice is being completed , or they take me where I need to go to get errands accoplished while my car is being taken care of. I bought my car from another dealer because , when I bought it , didn't live in this area . But my next car will be purchased here because of the excellent service they provide. Also I brought my Dad in and we talked to Jim Kleiser about purchasing a truck. My Dad is 89 and I've often found that sales people tend not to talk to the "older" person or parent as much as to the younger person. Branden Young made my experience very pleasant by very quickly allowing me to test drive the car and then answering my questions and getting pricing together. He was able to let me know what they would give me for my trade and I was able to do it all in just a few minutes of a couple of my lunch hours. The process was all very expedient, but thorough. Message on our car dash indicated that rear park assist camera needed service. Also, car was due for routine service, Dwayne pointed out that all that service would be covered by warranty. He took the time to explain everything and also answered all my questions thoroughly. I happened to need a rear window wiper blade and he took care of that and it was paid for by the Paulte Rewards Program. I also talked to Mike in parts. He ordered a bumper reflector and sold me some touch up paint. Nearly all of that was cover by the Paulte Rewards Program. As it turned out, a part was needed for the car and Brittany quickly offered us a loaner car. Our car was ready by 10 the next morning, and when I picked up my car the reflector ordered had arrived too. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. No one could ask for a better service experience. I've been a customer at Pulte's for many years and this typical of what I can expect every time I trade or service my cars.

Our experience at Bob Pulte Chevrolet was exceptional. The used cars that we were shown were of far better quality than what we were shown at other dealerships. Skeeter Shaw was very honest with us regarding the cars that he showed us and steered us toward what we were looking for, not what he wanted to sell us. The entire team seemed to operate as a large family. They made the time that I spent purchasing this car, as well as one other used car and a new car (all day long) very comfortable. I believe that, for the price, I have gotten a good quality car in the Honda Accord, as well as in the 2006 Malibu and the 2014 Camaro. I will definitely refer others to this dealership and I will definitely return for any other vehicle needs that I have.

I took my 2009 Silverado in for basic oil change, I also had a check engine light on for a failed fuel evaporation sensor. They were able to fix the faulty sensor and change my oil with in a reasonable time and also made me aware that my brakes were going to need service soon and Dewayne was able to give me a price quote in detail for having my brakes fixed. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience and thats why I chose to have my vehicle serviced at Bob Pulte.

I thank Jim and Pulte Chevrolet techs for repairing the A/C on my Silverado. It did take a couple of trys but I know A/C problems can be tricky. Truck was repaired quicker than I thought it would be. Good job Guys. Thanks Steve

This service dept. is the reason I buy my cars at Pulte. They are helpful, concerned and extremely helpful. They always do a great job. They always give all of the options and carefully explain what needs to be done and give accurate estimates of time and cost. They never "over sell" what needs to be done and always put safety first.

Mr. Couch was extremely rude on the phone when I first called to make an appointment. He asked if my oil change light was on and how many miles were on my car. After HE decided that I was indeed due for an oil change he went ahead and scheduled me. Funny, I knew I was due and that is why I called to schedule. Don't know why he had to grill me about it. After scheduling my oil change, he called back to say I could not have that slot because it was already taken. I am not sure why he offered me that time slot if it was already taken. The oil change was fast and when I left I noticed that my "Check Engine" light was on. So I went back to Bob Pulte and Mr. Couch said, "Are you sure it wasn't on before your oil change?" No, it wasn't. I may be a girl but I do know how to tell if lights are on my dashboard. They had forgotten to connect the O2 sensor. They quickly fixed the problem and I was on my way. The experience was fine. I just hate having to deal with Mr. Couch.

Had some warranty work that was needed on my 2012 Malibu and the part had to be ordered, I was called within a few days and told the part was in then they scheduled me a few days later and they offered me a loaner car as they said it would take all day to be fixed which I didn't need but the Malibu was fixed ahead of time and it was a no hassle experience.DeWayne is a great service guy, always friendly and willing to work with you on what needs fixing etc. We bought 2 new cars within about 11 months from Bob Pulte our first time buying from them and will buy again, great service and sales guy was good and an over all good buying experience and now follow up.

Since we purchased the vehicle (about 3 months ago), we had never used the seat belt in the back seat. Last week someone was in the back seat and the seat belt did not work. We call the service department and was told to bring it in the following morning that it would take about an hour to fix. We took it in at the specified time and was taken in right away. It only took the service department about 10 minutes to determine that the rear seat belt retractor locked up not allowing seat belt to move. They found it necessary to replace retractor assembly and that it needed to be ordered and they would call us when it came in. On the second day after our visit they called us and was given another time to have the vehicle fixed. We took it in and we were on our way in about an hour.

We arrived and were greeted with smiles and told when we would be cared for. Each item to be checked on my vehicle was reviewed thoroughly and the pricing and care was explained in detail. All work was completely quickly and we were added to a rewards program with out having to request it. I was having problems with my transmission. I took my car to the dealer where I bought it and they told me there was nothing wrong. A short time later I still felt that there was a problem so I took it to Pulte. They agreed that there was a problem and they fixed it. And, I have to say that I love the fact that they have you drive with them (which the dealer that I bought the car at didn't do) so that you are both on the same page and understand the problem. I dealt with Jim and Rick and both were very friendly and helpful.

Contacted Jim Couch when dash signal indicated the hood latch was open (checked it and it was latched) and Jim said bring it in and they would check it out. Within a few minutes the problem was determined and a part was ordered. Within a few days the part was in and I returned for replacement, which was completed within a few minutes. I was looking for a specific car, and they had it in stock and online. I live 3 hours away from the dealer and in a different state. I called, threw them an offer pending a test drive, and they said come get the car! So I did. It was cleaned up and had a full tank of gas waiting for me when I got there. I took it for a drive, its drove well and I was on the road in under an hour. Jim, the sales person I was dealing with, was friendly, down to earth, direct, but not rude and just a joy to work with. I would buy another car from them in an instant!

I loved the pictures from the internet of the vehicle and once i saw it in person i was sold without a test drive. Dick Brooks was a very nice salesman. i gave the overall rating a 3 because even though the transaction and process was smooth, I was told the repairs that would be needed for my vehicle seats would be done within the week of purchase but actually had to wait a couple of weeks. i also was a little unhappy with the amount of time it took for me to receive my title to the vehicle, which was the day AFTER the days expired.

I dont think anyone will believe the 5s I had checked. We have bought many cars, but this had to be the easiest and friendliest time we ever had. I worked with Brittany Holbrook via the web/email to schedule an appointment. Brittany was quick to respond and able to set an appointment that worked with my schedule. Upon arrival to the dealership, I met with Randy Hurst to review the scheduled maintenance. My husband I stopped in after work to drop our car off for routine service and the service department was closing. Jim took the time to take all of our information (not just our keys) and wasn't in a hurry to rush us out. He kept asking us if there was anything else we needed done to the car and actually there were other issues we were having. He then made two phone calls on our behalf. He had our car pulled in to the bay to start on first thing in the morning. He further checked to see if any of the issues we were having were under warranty (which 2 were) and saved us the cost of replacement. While our car was being serviced Jim called us about a problem with our front brakes and that was addressed. Jim is very easy to work with, very professional, doesn't pressure and he made what can be a real hassle, a very good experience.In addition, we feel the price we pay for services are reasonable and the reward program is great.

We visted Bob Pulte Chevrolet on Monday 03/04/2013. We had to have a problem checked out and resolved for our 20112 Silverado 2500 HD. This was covered under our warranty, But we recieved outstanding customer service. As well we were furnished with a vehicle for the duration of time that our truck was being serviced. This is a work vehicle and to our suprise, our truck was completely back to working order in a matter of a few hours. We found Skeeter to be friendly, responsive to our needs and honest in his dealings with us. He went out of his way to help us. Biff was excellent at getting us financing and explaining everything to do with it to us. I was extremely pleased with my experience with the Pulte Service Term. Jim Couch was very helpful,answered all of my questions and all of my needs were met.I was a little disapointed that the Trans cooler line which had to be replaced was not covered by the 100,000 mile Drive-Train wararanty that comes with the purchase of a brand new Suburban. It seems that GM gives this warranty but can find a reason why this is not covered by the warranty itself. I feel like when you purchase a $50,000 vehicle and only have 59,000 miles on the vehicle that it in fact should not have this type of a problem already and most of all for me the consumer,the trans cooler is in fact part of the drive-train.

I found that the customer service was the best that I ever had from a GM dealership. I did not waste a 40+ mile trip. I had my car in because of a safety recall. I was scheduled in at my convenience and my appointment was kept right on time. Mr. Hurst was friendly and professional when I arrived, as was Mr. Couch when I was finished. I am not sure who actually serviced my car, but I feel confident that it was done correctly. There was no charge to me because it was a safety recall and no one made any attempt to charge me for anything other than what I was there for.

I had a service engine light than came on Wednesday 1/9/2013..I contacted Onstar for a diagnostic check.Then then connected me with Bob Pulte service dept...It just happened to be before regular business hours, but they took my call. I explained my problem and an appointment was set up for the next morning at 9:00 AM on 1/10/2013..I arrived approximately 30 minutes early..The service staff took me in and took my information and directed me to a comfortable waiting area. Before my scheduled appointment time my vehicle was repaired and I was back on the road..I am really impressed by the professional treatment I received. I have and will continue to recommend this dealer ship to family and friends...

I had a great experience with the service team. I dropped off my truck for some service work and an oil change while I was on vacation. They called me to discuss what they found, what they needed to do, and the cost for all the work. They completed the work in the time they estimated and called again to let me know it was ready. I returned to pick it up when my vacation was over, and paying and picking up was quick and painless. I will always return for my service work in the future.

The whole crew at Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon, Ohio are committed to customer satisfaction, but it is really the service department that sets this dealership apart from all others. Service representative, Jim Couch and the rest of the men and women of the service department go beyond what would normally be expected. While one would expect common performance grades for normally scheduled service, it is the unexpected mechanical problem where these folks really shine. Twice when our Impala developed potential problems, Jim Couch took our vehicle in immediately and within an hour we knew what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it. The repairs were made promptly, and we were back on the road again with little disruption in our daily routines. But beyond that it was the commitment to total customer satisfaction, and the promise to do whatever it takes to make it right that is so reassuring. Without a doubt, when it comes to purchasing our next car, it will be a Pulte car, not so much because it is GM or a Chevrolet, but because of the efficiency, commitment, quality of the people in Pulte's service department.

this is my 3rd new vehicle from pulte chev this year and hope to be able to keep my new vehicle purchases local as i usually get a new truck every 6 mths or so and a new car for the wife as needed,i used to buy all my vehicles from busch chev in wilmington but pulte chev stepped up to the plate again and gave me the most for my trade which is all that matters since i'm a GM employee,i also like the service i get there as well,i have a large family and they all come to me to get an authorization # for their car and truck needs as well--dick was very helpful showing me all the new bluetooth and radio controls etc.sincerely ---- james kelly

I felt that Mr. Brooks was extremely pushy and did not listen to what we were saying. When we would tell him things he would let it go through one ear and go ahead and do what he wanted anyways. His pushy sales techniques were enough to make me want to go to another dealership. People don't get it, I am more in likely to buy a vehicle from you if you treat me like a person and not a commission. I was extremely disappointed in Dick Brooks. Did I buy a vehicle? Yes, and only because that was our intentions from the beginning. It was a done deal before we even walked in, but it was certainly not because of Dick. Was he nice? Yes, but not for the reason's he should of been. It was forced and was easily seen through. I have bought vehicles before from this dealership and never experienced the feeling that I was a bonus right before Christmas. This is the reason why salesman and dealerships are given a bad name.

Of the four or so dealerships we went to Pulte was the best experience. Even though I was buying a used car it was not like talking to a used car salesman. My wife and I were able to look at the cars online before we went the dealer. We got a great car for less then we thought we would have to pay. We never felt pressure to buy a car we didn't want or upgrade when we didnt need to. The car itself was in extremly good condition they replaced several parts including new wheels before we bought it. The only complaint I would have is the car was very low on gass when we drove it off the lot. Overall when I need another car I will deffinitly consider Pulte first.

Very good experience- starting before I went to the Bob Pulte dealership- shopping online. There were two vehicles- models and styles -that I was interested in- and Bob Pulte and the other dealerships were not the only one showing such vehicles in my price range- but they were the only ones that had a free car fax offered online for the vehicles they were selling. I knew when I left the house I was going to buy one of those vehicles and what I was going to pay-and to be honest both places were pleasant experiences, it was mainly the vehicle at Bob Pulte was more what I wanted- actually- more than I wanted but for the price I was willing to pay.Skeeter Shaw, the salesman- did not really seem like a "salesman"- he was more a guy who knew a lot about the vehicle, and immediately answered one of my concerns I had read on the car fax just in our conversation- because he had dealt with the previous owner who was the second owner and picked the vehicle up with unusually low mileage. The explanation of this being a truck used to haul sound systems on weekends expained the under 1000k during the first year-and-a-half.When I made my offer- Skeeter took it to his boss, Bob Jordan, who came back with what I thought was a very fair counter offer and we shook hands on the deal. While Skeeter was getting paperwork togewther I did have another talk with Bob Jordan that was very informative.I hope the Pulte dealership appreciates these two fine employees- I would go back or refer people in a heartbeat!

My family has been in twice recently for oil changes on our vehicles. We had heard from our daughter that the Service Department at Pulte was great and they were not always trying to push you into more services as other local dealers do. We were very pleased that we were able to go in, get our oil changes and not be pressured to have other services done on our vehicles. Everyone was courteous and they checked for any recalls. There was a new recall for our pick-up that we were unaware of and they took care of that. I also like the fact that you can make a specific appointment and get in on time. We will most certainly continue to use the Pulte Service Deepartment.

I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, This was by far the easiest most pleasant experience We have ever had in a car dealership. Fist off the car we wanted was similarly priced at 4 different dealerships and only Pulte would meet the price I was willing to pay! They even did that over the phone so I would know coming in what the price was. Now our salesperson "Amanda Sheets" was outstanding! Used car sales people are now and always have been one of the lowest forms of human existence. Not Amanda! The longer we were there the less I could believe she has actually been doing this for years. She in NO WAY resembles and car sales person I have ever met, She was friendly and funny and not once did she try to deceive us.The next car we buy will be from Bob Pulte Chevrolet and Amanda will sell it to us. It is worth the 1 hour drive to be treated this well.

The overall experience at Bob Pulte was a pleasant experience, employees were nice. The vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I really like the new showroom/waiting room. This definitely gives the dealership a High-Line Feel. The dealership is very clean. The bathroom floors were so clean that they looked wet (but they weren't). I have two recommendations both of which are very minor. I would recommend installing a Honk-a-Door on the Service Drive door, or putting a sign up stating "please wait for the door to be opened". I felt like an idiot sitting in front of the door, i didn't know if i was supposed to get out and go in or wait for the door to open. Also, I would recommend having a pot of hot coffee on a warmer in the waiting room, rather than a Coffee Pump Pot that the coffee gets cold in over time. Other than those small details, it was a fantastic experience.

Twice in the past several weeks I have been a customer at Bob Pulte Chevrolet. The first time as a new car buyer. Skeeter Shaw sales the salesperson. I was entirely satisfied. with the entire process and would give my Shaw high marks for his professionalism. The prupose of my second visit was to have a diesel Siverado 3500 truck serviced due to a defective NOX sensor. Through this process, Mr. DeWayne France handled my case. He too was professional. I was quickly given appointments, things moved along efficiently, and as far as I can tell, the problem was fixed. Both Mr. Shaw and Mr. France were good ambassadors for the dealership.

Skeeter went above and beyond to find the perfect car for our family. I wasnt in the market for a new car but was contacted after having my car serviced about a trade-in. Working with Skeeter made it easy, simple and a pleasant experience. We talked through several options of what we needed, what we wanted and what was out in the market. One of the best things about working with Skeeter is that he was never pushy, respected our need to communicate via email rather than constantly being on the phone with him. It was as easy as saying, "this is what I need, this is what I want, let me know via email when you find something and then we will talk." Simple, easy, straight-forward!

We are repeat customers. Charles (Skeeter) Shaw represents his agency well. Professional, doesn't cast the image of being a slick manipulative salesman. Satisfied with the terms we worked out. He is very knowledgable and intelligent. Will return to him for future cars. We also respect the dealership. Have had very good results with the service dept. Once took a Chev. 2500 4WD truck in for repair certain that the transfer case was ruined. Expected a several thousand dollar repair.Instead of fixing something that wasn't broke, mechanics found an inexpensive electical component failure and only charged for that. Since vehicles are now so complicated and a customer is somewhat at the mercy of the mechanic, it is good to know you can trust your dealership

This was my second time bringing my Chevy Equinox into Bob Pulte for service and both experiences have exceeded my expectations! I am a loyal chevy auto owner, in fact, 4 of the 5 vehicles I have owned have been chevy vehicles. I have always been very satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship with which they are built. This repair happened to be because of a design flaw in the equinox but, with JC's help, we discovered it was going to be repaired at no cost to us under a special policy that GM recently released. JC got us right in, confirmed that the repair would be covered and had the car back to us completely repaired in just one day! In our experience, GM always stands behind their products and JC's commitment to the highest level of customer service reaffirmed for us that we have made the right choice in purchasing GM vehicles--he made the service experience painless, even pleasant! I will definitely return to Bob Pulte!!

I typically make my husband deal with any car issues because in the past other places have made me feel belittled because I am a woman and they talk down to me. After coming to Bob Pulte I am no longer uneasy about this and will now start doing this task myself. They listened to my issues, took a drive with me to see if we could replicate the issues, called when they figured out the issues and never once made me feel belittled.

Jack was absolutely amazing! From start to finish he listened to all my needs. Dear Bob Pulte, Originaly I spoke with Brandon Young about the 2011 Chevy Silverado I bought. He was not working when I got to the dealership so I inquired about the truck with Jack Landis. He was very friendly, informative and low pressure which made my purchase very pleasant. The price on the truck was a little higher than I budgeted for but competitive with other dealerships I visited. The truck was a 10 out of 10, it had the options/color I wanted and with the perks that the Pulte Dealership gave me I couldnt have done better. I received a hassle free experience while buying our new vehicle. The sales representative was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our questions with honest answers. I did not feel like they were trying to be deceiving. They returned all my calls promptly. They did not hound me, or call everyday and gave me the space I needed to make decisions. My air conditioning stopped working which prompted my appointment for service at Bob Pulte. I explained to DeWayne that I was concerned about it happening so soon to a 2010. I wanted to know if it was a known issue and hoped that it would be looked at in an honest way. DeWayne assured me that they would pay close attention to it. He called several hours later to let me know that the A/C had no fluid and that they had refilled it and added dye to see if there were any leaks. He mentioned that they could not find any. He told me that they did not charge me and to monitor it until it blows warm air again. This will help them find the potential leak. I mentioned that it may be a few months as we are entering into cooler weather. I believe I was treated fairly and appreciate not being overcharged. I read a few forums where the same circumstance happened to other people and they were charged hundreds of dollars over several attempts to repair their A/C system on their Traverse. I have no problem paying to have something repaired, but I expect it to be taken care of. Thank you for your honesty and you can be sure that I will return!

Preparing for a trip to Florida and needed an oil change and noticed noise in front right wheel of my Avalanche. Took it to Pulte Chev. We took a short test drive and it was decided to check the front wheel bearing. Within two hours my Avalanche was ready to go with a new hub assembly and oil change. Between warranty and Preferred Customer points - entire service was free. Pulte Chev service is a great dealership and a pleasure to work with - whether buying a car (I have bought my last two there) to thefollowup servicing of my vehicles. They are one of very few honest dealers left.

I am writing this review to try to express how very satisfied I am with the service at Bob Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon Ohio, I am 55 years old and have never had such a positive experience with car service, Jim Couch was very helpful discovered that my car had a recall and the parts were ordered and the service was performed FAST !! also my car is a 1999 Caviler,when doing the the recall service one of the starter terminals that was rusted broke off and a new starter was put on free of charge !!! also I was given a car to use while mine was being fixed. Wen I called for oil change/tire rotation, they worked me in within the hour. I also complained of some brake noise. They had to turn the rotors I guess, and loaned me a new Cruze for the afternoon at no charge.Brakes are wonderful now.Great. Service, and great attitude from Jim Couch.

The service at Bob Pulte was stellar! I have a new Chevy Volt and it represents a return to purchasing an American made car after 30 years of only owning Japanese or German made automobiles. Not only is the Chevy Volt an amazing vehicle that makes me proud to be an American, the service I got at Bob Pulte was nothing less than perfect. They are quick to respond, bent over backwards to help me, gave me a rental vehicle while my Volt waited for a part, called repeatedly to update me on the status and progress of the repair and made the entire experience pleasant and painless. In hindsight, I should have purchased the car their since I suspect the sales team is equally courteous, professional and easy to work with.

Service trailer brake light came on and when I called the dealer they were prompt and had me in the next day. They replaced two parts that had to be ordered but only had my truck two days. Had oil changed while truck was in shop. Thirty-nine dollars is not a true (special).that is pricey even if it wasn't a special. Other than high price the the work was done in a timely manner,everyone was courteous, kind and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I showed up unannounced around 9 AM on Tuesday morning Aug.7, 2012 asking for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Without an appointment, Dewayne was able to work me in and get me back on the road within an hour. I appreciate the responsive service, the clean presentation of the Service & Sales areas and the location, which is halfway between my Sales Office in the Cincinnati area and my Plant location in Xenia.I will call ahead for my next appointment. Went in for 75,000 maintenance and road feel issues. They listened carefully, took me on test drive, figured out the problems and fixed them and performed the required servicxes at a very reasonable cost and on time. Honestly I know nothing about cars and my car had a lot of work that needed to be done. JP explained everything that needed to be done and then asked another guy (sorry can't remember his name) to take a ride with me because I had explained there was a few noices. That trip was less than 5mins and the guy said "yep, we got it and we'll fix it up." Car work aside I'm a superivsor for another company in customer service and these guys (and one girl for the car rental) did a fantastic job.

This was my first visit to Pulte Chevrolet service. I just moved into the area and I wanted to take my vehicle to a reputable place for servicing. The car is for my son and he will be going out of state for college and I wanted to ensure his car was safe for the trip.Jim Couch and his team not only addressed the "leak" that was my major concern but also found several other issues that they fixed. I appreciated the diligence of the staff and found everyone we delt with very professional. Nobody wants to spend additional money on their cars, but critical maintenence is necessary.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Bob Pulte service center. I walked in with a car I bought elsewhere that still needed recall work done it. They happily made me a next day appointment with an estimated work time of about an hour. I arrived the next day was seated in very comfy leather chairs. My wait time was only about a half an hour!! THANKS!!!

The service department of this dealership is by far the best part. They are always friendly and nice. The rest of the dealership needs work. I came in to get my acadia that had been worked on. I work late and was told (my fault for not checking first) that it closed at 8pm. I came on Friday and got there close to closing time. When I pulled into the dealership I saw an open spot next to my acadia. Ashley and her little high-school friends were there getting ready to leave. Her friend was blocking the drive area for me to part next to my acadia. I waited and she wouldn't move, so I had to go around her, drive all the way down the aisle and turn around to come back and park by my car. She gave me a very nasty look when I tried to go around her like I was bothering her. Her other friend, I think works at the dealership, went inside right before me and didn't hold the door open for me. I was given dirty looks by all the girls, except for Ashley. I went to the window to get my keys and they were pretty nice. When I was coming back out to switch the cars out, the finance manager was trying to lock up. I told him that I just had to move stuff over and I would hurry. He seemed very aggrevated and told me that they are closing. Seriously? I hurried as fast as I could to get my stuff moved over. It was a very frustrating experience. We didn't have the best experience buying the acadia from there, and the sales person, skeeter, has never called us to thank us or follow-up. In fact, my husband said the last time he was in there he said hi to skeeter and he blew him off. We won't buy another vehicle from that dealership. Dwayne in the service department is excellent!!

I own two late model Chevrolets and Pulte is my dealership of record for both. I was in the service department on May 29th. My vehicle was due for the regular maintenance and tire rotation. And I was very concerned that my 3 year old SUV was having some serious AC problem. Jim and Randy assured me they would check it out and report to me as I waited in the lounge area with a fresh cup of coffee. Jim soon joined me in the lounge and said I was all ready to go. The AC problem was a minor adjustment and the complete service and tire rotation had already been completed. So, for a very minimal fee, I was once again on the road with complete peace of mind.There are other GM dealers much closer to my home, but I choose to drive 16 miles one way in order to enjoy the competent service, the friendly environment, and the professional attitude of the entire staff at Pulte Chevrolet. "The road is never too far between friends."

They advertise that they will beat any competitor's price by $600, but when I went to buy a vehicle, the offer they gave me was about $500 MORE than the advertised price at Jake Sweeney. The sales manager kept saying I had to "read the fine print" in the Sweeney ad, but THERE WAS NO FINE PRINT. I told them to show me the "fine print" and they couldn't do it. I had been to Sweeney earlier in the day and recieved a firm quote from them based on their ad. Pulte clearly had no intention of honoring their "will beat competitors by $600" promise and completely wasted my entire afternoon.

After being turned away by another dealer when experiencing an oil consumption problem, General Motors, suggested I try Pulte Chevrolet. Jim Couch investigated the problem and brokered the resolution to the issue. This experience has renewed my faith that there are reputable car dealerships. I will buy from Pulte when I'm in the market for transportation in the future.

The service and communication were excellent. I new what was happening every step of the way and was treated very nice by all that worked there. The communication between Jim and the technition made it easey for him to diagnoise the problem correctly. I have never had a bad experience here or not no what was going on. I had my Cadillac in for warranty work as well as brake service. DeWayne explained all work & estimate, and as always the work was done on time & at the price quoted. Pulte Chevrolet is the most professional & honest dealership , and that is why I take all my vehicles regardless of model to them. I know DeWayne and everyone else will treat me right. I do tell neighbors & friends about Pulte's super service.

Randy and his team went above and beyond expectations on my last visit. I asked Randy for assistance in getting a aftermarket exhaust for my 2012 Camaro ss. Randy went and searched one out for a truly great price. He got me the exhaust and gave me a more than fair price for installation. His team excelled when we had fitment issues that were related to the exhaust manufacturer. Rick the shop foreman spent a lot of time trying to correct the issue. He was truly dedicated to making the system fit properly and to ensure I would be happy with it. This team is the best of the best in my opinion. I will only trust my car to Bob Pulte Chevrolet for all future work. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I really like the personal attention given to whatever problems I have. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They are also sensitive to one's inconvenience and try to resolve issues in an efficient and expedient way without sacrificing quality and satisfaction. I truly like the way I am treated at Pulte, so much so that it is worth the half hour drive no matter what my auto service needs are. I recommend Pulte all the time.

I throughly enjoyed my experience with the purchase of my new 2011 Tahoe LTZ. I am from West Virginia and found the sale on autotrader.com. Since the day I contacted the dealership I worked with Mr. Brooks on the sale. This was a unique sale for me. My father passed away leaving me his 2011 Chevy Silverado. The truck wasn't very condusive for my family so I had it for sale on autotrader. After several failed attempts at someone purchasing the truck I seen the ad at Bob Putle for the Tahoe that required a trade in. After speaking with Mr. Brooks, the price he was willing to offer me wasn't very close to what I was asking for it in the open market. So we agreed on a price and as soon as I was to receive the title I was going to drive and pick up my Tahoe. Well, this is when the trouble started with the finance company (where my father financed his Silverado). Long story short, it took me almost a month to receive the title from Ally Finanical whom I am very displeased with, but Mr. Brooks was very helpful and understanding. He kept in constant contact with me and never pushed or try to pursade me in anyway to come get the Tahoe before I could. His accommodations for me where above and beyond what I expected. So the day I finally receievd my title, I drove to Ohio and picked up my long awaited Tahoe with no hassle, no price change and no surprises. Mr. Brooks was honest and very friendly and the Tahoe looked and was emmaculate!! He even called me on the way home and asked how I like it, to which I was VERY please and in somewhat dismay that this was MY vehicle. The level of customer service was far beyond what I was used to at other dealerships I have dealt with. The price and service I received is something I will never forget and for that I thank you very very much.

I buy all my Chevrolets from the dealerships in Lebanon Ohio starting in 1965. The last new vehicle I bought was in 2010 it was a 2011 Equinox from Jim Kleiser. He was good to work with and answered all my questions. They do all my service work on my vehicles. Dewayne France keeps me updated on any maintenace items that should be done,if I have some questions he will take the time to talk to me about them. I took my 2000 Impala in, the airbag light came on and would not go out. They checked it out and I still had a question, so Dewayne had the service tehnician come out Andy Nelson that checked the airbag system he took the time to tell me everything I needed to know about the airbag system and he corrected the problem. Randy Hurst has always been very helpful over the years, it might be a question about a part for my 1965 Chevrolet or a service question about the other vehicles and always has the time to talk to me. Bob and Dan Pulte always takes the time to stop and talk to me, also Jim Couch has helped me in the past, told me that I had a small leak in my fuel filter on my 2000 Impala and he had it replaced,if there is a problem he will let you know. This is a great place to do business.

DeWayne knew what the problem was with my car right away just from me describing the problem. He was honest and fair with me and I greatly appreciated that. The team got two new tires on my car within a day and gave me a nice rental to drive! When I called about my windshield, DeWayne told me about the company that is used and gave me their number so I could go to them directly which I thought was just awesome. I have been telling everyone about the great experience I had at Bob Pulte Chevrolet!

Everything about my experience was great, except someone got into my car with oil on their feet. To clean this off the rubber mat wasn't so bad, but getting it off the carpet on the side wall was another matter. This spoiled what would have been a perfect experience.I would recommend the dealership, but with the warning to ask for paper mats.

We brought our 2009 commercial truck for a check engine light on. The code rear loose gas cap, but that did not resolve the problem. During the second visit they fully check out other causes (Code P0442) and found vacuum leaks after smoke testing. They replaced the vent hose from filler neck to fuel tank - replaced - retested to verify fix. All is well and good now and gas mileage has improved slightly.Instiglass is very satisfied.

I feel like i got ripped off, Mr. Brooks was very pushy and sold me a lemon. I bought a cobalt from him and within 20 days it was broken down, they tried to charge me $400 more than jeff wyler to fix it and i have never done business with jeff wyler. The owners son was an arrogant jerk. I will never do business with pulte again and also will be posting all over social media sites about my terrible experience.

I have been doing business with the Chevy dealership in Lebanon for over 36 years. That goes back before Bob Pulte took over the dealership. I have developed a real great working relation with Bob Pulte and most of his employees. This most recent purchase I marked a good price, only because new cars today are always more than we really want to pay. So I guess it was really a great price. Bob has maintained his slogan: You'll love the Pulte price with truth. I now own three victory red Chevy products. All of which I purchased from Bob Pulte. Yes I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I also use Bobs service department as well and they are great to deal with.
