My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator. Our salesperson, Sean, was extremely knowledgeable about this unique vehicle and all of its features. We had our hearts set on the pumpkin orange color and he found the vehicle in that special color! Each part of the sale went very smoothly. Bolles offered a fair price for our trade in. We appreciate the time Sean took with us. Scott, in the finance dept. was also very thorough and took the time to answer any questions we had. The general manager and owner both took the time to say hello and chat. We were given a Gladiator hat and a Jeep mug. Very courteous, friendly service.

We traveled one hour, from MA to Ellington CT, to go to this dealership again. We just purchased a 2016 Jeep Unlimited this week and LOVE it. We bought a 2014 Jeep 2 dr. 2 1/2 years ago, but even though we loved that car too, we needed 4 doors for our family. We went back there, even if it was a great distance, because of selection, and the team in Ellington is terrific. We experienced wonderful service both times, from selecting a car, until it was delivered. Our salesman Kyle Thibodeau is very knowledgable, polite, and goes out of his way to fill any requests you might have. (even came in on his day off) would highly recommend him to family and friends. We will certainly return there again when we trade this in, in years to come. Worth the trip, to get the service, great selection of cars, competitive prices and very fair when taking in a trade. Mr. Bolles even came over to meet us on delivery day. Our daughter purchased a jeep from them in 2014 as well and she also loves her car.

Best dealship I've found in 48 years of car ownership. My experience with them has only been 9 months but we are sold. Honest, professional curteous, accommodating, friendly, the list goes on. Great hours. I had good repair shops over the years, many so-so ones and of course, rip offs. I completely trust these guys. I've heard about their good service over the years, but have finally experienced it. We bought a preowned, certified 2013 Jeep Wrangler from them 9 months ago. Very pleasant experience. Had an issue with the jeep which was a transmission control module. They were fantastic with the repairs which did not cost us a dime. Provided a great, new jeep Cherokee while the repair was being done. We are now bringing our Chevy and Ford truck in for oil changes and general services. They let us know if it is out of their scope and should go to a Chevy or Ford dealer. Prices are competitive withe the quick change oil places and they give you one free with five. Even give you a ticket each time for a cloth car wash. By the way, no appointment necessary and service while you wait. Love the place so much I needed to remove their sticker and asked them for another so I could have it on the Jeep. In all my 46 years of car ownership I always took the dealership info off the cars. Not only will I continue to service our vehicles here, but when we look to buy another, their service will give an edge to the Jeep/Dodge products a leg up and I'm a Ford guy. The wife's a Chevy gal.

We were very picky people looking for a specific Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had been to several other dealerships and they were all the same - a lot of aggravation and wasted time - asking all sorts of information so they could sell a car - but nothing to actually help us to find what we wanted. Bolles was the exact opposite - very helpful and very accommodating. Our salerep(Bob) didn't waste our time trying to sell what he wanted to sell - once I took five minutes to explain what we wanted - he took me into his buyer to look on his computer for the exact one. We really wanted a freedom edition - and we were only open to a few colors. There were no freedom editions within hundreds of miles. Bolles took the time to try to find out if we would be able to wait and order a 2017 in the exact model we wanted. I was so impressed by how helpful they were we ended up just buying one they had in stock(not even a Freedom Edition OR on our color list - LOL). They gave us a very fair deal and even worked with us to turn in our lease - VERY early. They didnt try to rip us off or try and sales gimmicks (I already knew the exact dealer buyout price was 1000.00 less than our direct buy out and they quoted me the exact dealer buy out number and didnt try to pocket the extra 1000.00). We had them add a factory lift kit at the dealership - and the service department did a great job - I crawled under the Jeep to check for any little issue and could not find so much as a scratch on a bold head - they really took their time and took pride in the work. We could not be happier.We were actually burnt out from other dealers and were on the verge of just forgetting about buying one. I can honestly say it was the only time I remember actually enjoying buying a car from start to finish(well after we found Bolles that is). By the way - Bolles is almost an hour from our home and we passed up on four dealerships that were all much closer. They were that helpful and easy to buy from. I cannot recommend them enough.

Brought my Charger in for 2 recall notices and had them check on a air re-circulation issue and perform an oil change as well. They had given me a time estimate to perform the work and it was completed ahead of schedule. They found a sensor that needed to be replaced and when the part came in the parts department contacted me and set an appointment to get it replaced. Arrived early and the part was replaced correcting the issue. Great customer service and always very friendly and courteous.

Yesterday I stopped in, without an appointment, to get the oil changed in my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan. They immediately gave me an estimated wait time, and noted that it was time to have the tires rotated. The waiting area and restroom was clean and there is always a pot of coffee available. Every one was courteous and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time with a coupon for a free car wash, which I used on my way home.I have always been treated as a valued customer, and will continue to utilize their services.

just drove home in my new jeep renegade!! an awesome feel and drive. I would without question recommend Bolle's Motors for anyone shopping for a new or used car. Have purchased 11 cars from different dealers over the years but this experience far surpasses any I ever encountered. Kyle, my salesman was so great to deal with! From the moment you meet him you know you are dealing with an extremely knowledgeable and personable salesman. No "strong-arm" tactics or pressure. Just picked up my new Jeep Renegade Trailhawk! and the experience couldn't have been better. I had to special order the vehicle to get exactly what I want and Bolles made the process effortless. While shopping for the vehicle I tried a couple of other local dealers. One was just too busy to talk to me, never responded to any of my email inquiries. The other did respond to the email inquiry and set an appointment but when I walked in, I was told they just assign a name for the appointment, but when I get there I just get whoever is available. Ok, I thought and took my test drive, but the whole experience made me feel like they were doing me a favor. At Bolles, I was greeted right away. And the personal attention never stopped. They were as competitively priced as any the other guys and worked with me ti order exactly what I wanted. When I picked up my car the owner came out, shook my hand, and thanked me for my business. Who does that anymore? Bolles was the way to go. A great experience all around. And when you're spending that kind of money, this is how you should be treated.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bolles Motors and the quality of service we received in purchasing our vehicle there. First off I never felt watched or pressured as we looked around. Second we never felt second rate because we were looking for a used vehicle. In fact the GM who happened to be the one to approach us actually listened to what we needed and showed us the vehicle we ended up purchasing. The salesman we worked with was very knowledge and again we did not feel pressured into looking into vehicles outside of our budget. And finally, the day of pickup we felt like the only people in the dealership with the service we received even though it was rather busy. Honestly, this has been my best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. If you want a smaller dealership feel where you aren't a number or someone's next commission check I highly recommend you take the time to checkout Bolles Motors.

I bought a wrangler from them in 2010 and then brought it with me when I moved to Hawaii. After paying it off and trying to obtain the title twice from the finance company I still didn't receive the title. I went on deployment and it slipped my mind for years until recently as I'm trying to sell my wrangler. I called and the next day I spoke to Kathy who immediately helped me out, Fedexing all the necessary documents out to me. I did not expect this level of quick help and it has been a huge relief. Point is, with this dealership you will get great service before, during and, in my case, after!

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle and Dan at Bolles Motors on my recent Jeep purchase. What started as a search for a new Jeep lease turned into a used Jeep sale based on my needs, budget and options desired. At no point during the process did I feel pressured to making a decision and never got the clique line "what is going to take to get you to buy today". Kyle/Dan would search for solutions, present them and if they did not fit would let me walk away and they would go back to the drawing board. Their follow up, expertise and commitment set them apart from the other 5 dealerships that I tried to work with. Being in management I always preach to my team that "people buy from people that they like and trust" and after my experience with the entire team at Bolles, I am now practicing what I preach. I had my Jeep back twice after buying it. The first time was a steering alignment issue and problem with loose/defective brakes. The second time was a brake issue but on the other side. At first I was told I would have to wait a week. I brought this to the attention of my salesman who went right to the owner. They made easy work of getting me a loaner and getting my Jeep in the shop the next day, and the work was done the same day. This happened on both services, and they went the extra step and detailed it for me, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. A free trip to the wash may not sound like much but for me, it speaks volumes coming from a dealership and shows that they care about each individual customer, and truly appreciate their business. From the sales process to the getting kinks worked out, I've never had a more personable, pleasant experience at any other dealer.

I must admit that I have been out of the car buying business for some time. Drove the same Jeep for over ten years and didn't have the patience dealing with deceiptful dealerships. Bolles has restored my faith and has been very helpful from day one. The buying of my 2014 Wrangler unlimited was quick and enjoyable. Didn't have to go back and forth and made a quick and fair deal. Had a few minor issues with the vehicle after but nothing on Bolles motors part. Just the usual warrenly issues that Jeep replaced wtih new OEM parts. Bolles was great on the repairs. Good communication and even set up a rental at no cost both times I brought mine in for service. With service like this they will have a customer for life.

I brought my minivan in for an oil, filter and lube. I decided to use your quick service or whatever you call it. I was told when I dropped off the vehicle that it would take about an hour and it ended up taking 1.5 hours. When you first offered this service I tried it and it was very quick. I'm afraid now that too many people are using it that it's not going to be quick service any longer and I'll have to make appointments for service as I did previously. Multi point checkup - a few days after this service my car broke down because of a broken hose. I'm wondering how well the hoses are checked in your multi point checkup. Is it just a coincidence that my hose broke at this time or should this have been caught during the multi point checkup?

The service staff has always been very helpful, whether your car is in for a simple oil change or a major repair, they go out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. I had purchased a car at another area Chrysler dealer, only to find out once they had my money from the purchase, they couldn't be bothered on the service end. I purchased a "300" which did no come with a lot of features. I was in here to have a backup camera installed. The service dept was very helpful as was Mr. E. Bolles. That said I can not recommend the 300 to anyone as a "great" car, there are far to many annoying things about this automobile. I'll mention two, the Auto shift, it is very difficult to tell what gear you are in without looking. The bright chrome around the ducts, reflects in the side mirrors. As Chrysler's top of the line car the base model has next to nothing standard.

My 2010 Grand Caravan was rearended while stopped at stop light. Rear door and bumber were severely damaged. Since I originally purchased this car new from Bolles and have had all my service work done here I decided to take the car into Car Kare for repairs. They were excellent to work with and did a superb job at fixing the damage. They kept me informed of the progress of repairs and had it repaired before the estimated repair date. I couldn't tell where the damage was after they were finished. They also coordinated the rental and return of a rental vehicle while my car was being repaired.

Love the Express Service option. No appointment needed. Just had my 2011 Grand Cherokee serviced. Had the oil changed, new oil filter, tires rotated and free inspection. I was in and out in a half hour. We bought both of our 2 Jeeps from Bolles and have never been anyplace else for service and never will.

Sorry for the delay but I wanted to get some mileage on the unit before judging performance. With just over 400 miles since replacement, the whine during acceleration/deceleration is inaudible. BOLLES personnel were all courteous, professional and industryformative during the entire process;however, I feel that since the unit was deemed defective enough to require replacement BY CHRYSLER, they should reimburse me for the $140'00 in rental car expenses I incurred while the work was performed on 3 separate occasions before it was resolved. I should point out that BOLLES defrayed some of my cost with decreased fees thru Hertz, absorbing some of the rental fees themselves and eventually providing a "loaner" vehicle but I firmly believe the responsibility for my cost reverts to Chrysler as the manufacturer.

The last three times I brought my car in for service the interior was soiled by either the mechanic who did the repairs or the person who did the test drive. Grease stains on the leather seat, the door, the steering wheel is always dirty, and the last time even the mirror had finger prints. I was so expecting this I didn't complain. I just went inside, got some paper towels from the mens room. Did the best I could and then drove home to clean it before I then drove to work. I should have covered my seat or gone someplace else. If the nearest competitor wasn't such a crook I would go there. Prior to this it had always been good so I don't know what changed. My wife and daughter have not had this bad luck so maybe it is just me. I know take even the simple oil changes elsewhere. I will only go here if I really need repairs, Like I just did.

Update: 3/26, I am upgrading this review because, Bolles motors was able to buy the remote starter from another dealer, rushed delivery and schedule me in right away. Dropped it off today and they treated me VERY well. Will have the truck for a day but asked if they needed it longer if it was ok. They gave me a nice loner. I Have confidents they will do a good job. IT IS NICE TO HAVE A DEALER THAT WHATS TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT !!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: 3/10? purchase a new 2014 RAM in Oct. Paid extra for a factory remote starter to be installed by them within three weeks. They promised !! thats the ONLY reason I bought it then. They promised. Few days later discovered front seat was made incorrectly. They order a new one but I had to rent a car from them to get home. Three, four five weeks no follow-up from dealer on promises paid for starter. I called, they knew nothing about it. I called parts nothing. Month plus no word from dealer. Call customer care they know nothing. A NO time did the dealer ever contact me, or ever try. I called over and over nothing. I called another dealer and got a Part number called this dealer back and gave them the number, Now its been 7 months. Winter is almost over and here I am with an IOU and not even one phone call from them. I called dealer again today 3/17, owner called me back- twice he was disappointed to hear of this problem -says only one/two dealers on east coast have a remote start none will give it up for him to give to me. I will update this when resolved with better review

While shopping for a Dodge Grand Caravan for our family of 5 we found the Bolles experience to be the best one. We went to a competitor in East Hartford and their salesman and sales manager were full of one liners and stories and actually said after giving us a quote in writing; " you can take this to any showroom and they won't beat it". Well Bolles did, and when I went back to the competitor with Bolles offer they sounded dumbfounded and said "I don't know how they came up with those numbers?". They also said they would re run some numbers and still could not match or do better then Bolles for the same type car. Our salesman, Dan Magoon, while new at sales, was very friendly, patient (especially with our decision making skills) and honest. He was surrounded by a very experienced sales staff and we would go back to Dan again if we needed another vehicle. There was one point when we where there with two of our children (6+7 yoa) and the owner, Mr Bolles, could see that the kids were getting inpatient and rowdy. He told us he had an account at a small Italian restaurant across the street and offered to get us lunch on him so we could discuss a van we found and let the kids take a break. I felt this was above and beyond what most dealerships would do. We would recommend to our family and friends to check them out when looking for a new car.

They provided me with a loaner car without charge- much appreciated since I needed to go to work while they were working on my car and couldn't afford to pay for a rental and have my car fixed. I tried to make an appointment for a simple oil change and was told they have an express lane so appointments are not necessary. I showed up at 8am when they opened and I was "second in line". it was over 40 minutes before they got to my car. They then informed me of license plate lights being off and a fog lamp being bad. Over an hour later I was able to leave. And oh, I had a coupon for the oil change in my name and VIN # sent to me via chrysler care of Bolles. My bill was more than the coupon as I had a larger oil pan. Wouldn't they know that since they had my VIN # on the coupon and would have known the specs of the car before they sent it? it had no note on it about the price being for certain oil quantity only. I paid the extra rathe than arguing. I just wanted out. All I wanted was a quick oil change. With an appointment I felt I could best manage my time or leave the vehicle and return later. Express implied to me "quick" not just "no appointment". I have no idea who was before me and what they had done. I had to move several work meetings and reschedule the work day. I have since informed my family, all are Bolles customers, to forget the express lane and go elsewhere for an oil change. Warranty and scheduled work sure, keep with Bolles. But express lane? No go unless you have a lot of time to kill. I have a ford truck I take to the dealer down the road who offers true express oil change and still would take an appointment. I will start to take my chrysler and jeeps there as well.

I always take my Jeep there for oil changes and service. I have never been disappointed at this dealership. They take the time to talk to you in a language you understand. They make you feel welcomed and important even when it comes to just getting an oil change. A lucky find. I travel 35 minutes to get to this dealership for they are the best! There are closer dealerships I could use however I wouldn't trade the service for location.

I have been looking for an SUV for over 3 months now, and have had nothing but disappointing and aggravating experiences, until i went to Bolles and met Kyle Thibodeau. I can say that I have had every bad experience when it comes to looking for a car and dealing with horrible sales people. Bolles and Kyle were the EXACT opposite. It was a a super easy process and Kyle went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The sales process was simple and quick. Kyle has great personality and is very down to earth, super friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Everyone that worked was us was great, including Ken - the finance guy! Thank you to all of Bolles for making the buying process a great experience! I will absolutely go back to Bolles.

I took my Jeep in for it's scheduled oil change and I was there a total of 20 minutes max! Fast, efficient and friendly service from the girl who checked me in, to Dan, who came out at the finish to help me with my Bluetooth connection. I could easily have my oil changed within 3 miles of home but the extra trip to Ellington is worth it. Thanks and keep up the great work!

The process of buying a new car was made easy by Bolles. Knowledgeable salesman and superb customer service. I go to Bolles to get my oil changed each time and service is performed in a reasonable time. An inspection on certain key functions of my vehicle is performed and the results are handed to me so I may review them. I would certainly purchase another vehicle from them in the future and will continue to bring my vehicle for oil changes and whatever services I may need in the future.

I was going to be leaving on a trip and there was a recall on my truck that the parts were not a available in our area . Since I was going to be driving 1500 miles I expressed some concerns with the service department. The service department understood my concern and went well above what you would call normal service and did a search for the parts and found them and had them shipped overnight and completed the recall service on my truck the next day since I was going to be leaving the following day. I just returned from my trip and will be forever grateful for them for performing this service so I could travel with my mind at ease.

Bolles motors is a great place to do business with. I bought my truck there and there was no haggling about price. I went in with a price and the first price they gave me was exactly what I had in mind. Have always had my service done there and it has always been done to my satisfaction. They will always go to the fullest to make sure the customer is happy. When the are done with your service they provide you with a coupon to have your vehicle washed. This is a great courtesy.

My first experience with Bolles as a company was when my Hyundai needed body work after being rear-ended. Their affiliate body shop, Kar Kare, did a fantastic job on the repair, handling the rental via Bolles' on-site Enterprise rental desk, and dealing with the insurance company. Top notch professional service from start to finish. I traded that car in for a used vehicle at Bolles' Ellington store, and the process could not have been more pleasant. The trade in offer was explained in detail and the amount was what I expected. The new (used) vehicle was delivered with a full tank and in spotless condition. Again, the service was professional and top notch. My first service visit provided the same pleasant experience that, by this time, I have come to expect. I certainly recommend Bolles to anyone looking for service or to purchase a new or used vehicle.

The Kar Kare autobody shop (division of Bolles) was amazing to work with. They gave me one price in the beginning; I was worried how I would pay for any extra expense that might occur throughout the process. In the end, there was NO extra expense, the quote from the beginning is what I paid and the work that was done far exceeded my expectations. When I picked my car up it looked better than when I first bought it! I will never do body work on my car any where else.

They are honest, fair, and an awesome service department: the quality of service and the service departments employees, are the reason I just bought a car at Bolles. I bought my new car from this dealership a few days ago. Friendly environment and professional staff. The Sales person (Bob) knew what he was doing and wasn't pushy at all (unlike the guy at the other dealership I visited the same day). He has probably spent another 20-30 minutes with me just before I was ready to leave in my new car explaining all the car features. Ken (Finance) was very effecive in handling paperwork and presenting various warranty options. It was overall a very nice buying experience.

I took my Jeep Wrangler when my brake fluid was empty for the second time in a month. Dan spoke to me over the phone and discussed my concerns. He advised me that I could drop it off even if they were closed. (A huge plus for me since I could not get out of work early) The process was simple. I wrote down my information and what I wanted them to check out. (I also had a whistle and rattle I asked them to check) The very next morning I got a call and Dan went over everything they found. It was a bit expensive (all new brakes - front and back, new muffler and either a leak or a crack in my manifold). He was able to give me the best rates he could find and advised that he would call back as soon as he knew how much the manifold would be. (They needed to confirm crack or leak) He had my Jeep over the weekend and called me on Monday to let me know that the manifold was a leak and would be the lesser of the prices he quoted me. He said the Technician had worked over the weekend and I would be able to pick it up by noon. My Jeep feels like new again. I couldn't be happier with the speed of service and the step by step updates. I will continue to bring my Jeep to them for all services in the future.

My 2004 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4 needed some TLC and that is exactly what both it and I received. I called Bolles (who I have had do any and all of the work to my Jeep) and spoke to Dan in detail about my concerns. He had me bring in the Jeep to be checked out. (I was working that day so I had to drop it off - they have a overnight box where you can simply check off boxes and write a little summary of what you want them to check out) Dan called me first thing in the morning on Friday to go over his concerns. Even with a $2k repair bill they were able to provide me with discounts etc to make this a little easier to swallow. They are wonderful. I couldn't ask for a better Jeep dealer. I picked up my Jeep today and it feels like new. I'm a very happy customer!

My wife's family has been going to Bolles in Ellington for years. The always get a great deal from Brian Bolles and Barry from Sales. Every time I go in the to get my wife's Jeep or my Ram 1500 services Brian Bolles comes up to me and makes sure I am happy. As I am there in the morning I see him taking the tour of the facility checking with his employees and making sure everything is running properly. I bought my 2010 Ram 1500 3 months ago and they have fixed a couple cosmetic issues for me no questions asked. I have no reservations recommending Bolles to friends and family.

I have only purchased one new car from Bolles, the latest Jeep. However, they have serviced my Jeeps since we moved to CT in 1991. Their service and especially their response to service issues has always been outstanding. For many years I drove over 1,000 miles each week and was a very frequent visitor to their service department. On several occasions I had problems that required emergency response so that I could have use of my Jeep the next morning. They never failed me. I have bought many cars in my 70 years, in many places. I have always been disappointed with the service on my cars until I found Bolles. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They make it easy to do business with them and they won't let you down.

I have had multiple experiences recently with Bolles Motors. My wife was involved in an accident in October 2012 and the repairs were done there and the experience was excellent. My daughter recently purchased a vehicle from them and again the service was excellent. Two days ago my brake warning light came on and within two days they had the part and my Avenger was repaired. Each time I have gone to this dealership the owner has come and spoke with me to discuss how previous work or purchases.are doing. I would highly recommend Bolles for car purchases or repairs. The entire staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

I just purchased my second car from Bolles Motors in Ellington, CT and once again it was a terrific experience. The salesman and managers are all personable and top notch. The staff are all very welcoming. The selection of cars on the lot is tremendous, whether you are shopping for brand new or used. Over the years (whether I bought the car from them or not) I have had my car serviced at Bolles. The Service Department is great, they are always accommodating and reasonably priced as are the body shop and the parts department. I bought my first car from Bolles in 2003 and it was just as great of an experience. You can walk in to the showroom years later and they remember you. I have recommended Bolles to several people over the years and will continue to recommend them. I know I will be a returning customer once again in the future.

The service manager is not very welcoming or friendly - way too serious. The problem we had with the vehicle could have been solved by the service dept. checking the computer before we came all the way over to bring the vehicle in - because service was not necessary.The sales dept. is great and very accommodating and knowledgeable.

My husband & I have been doing business with the Bolles family for 30+ years, starting back when they used to have their Mobil gas station/gargage in Ellington where Kloter Farms is now located. We have purchased 3 Jeeps from them, have had body work done on several vehicles due to accidents, and have always gone to them for all of our vehicle repairs throughout our 30+ years. They entire staff has always been very pleasant, professional, friendly, and courteous. They have never failed to give us answers to any of our questions regarding repairs, etc. From Management to the service technicians, everyone has always given us top notch service, advice, and information. My husband & I have bought other vehicles from other dealers before Bolles and we have never been given the kind of care & attention that Bolles Motors has always given us. Had a pinon seal replaced in my 02 2500 was done right and fast. Down side is that it should have the yoke replaced ans wasnt told untill I went to pick it up. Now who knows how long the new seal will last, wish they would have called and asked me if I wanted a new one. Now its a gamble to see if the seal leaks or not. I asked why I didnt recieve a call and didnt receive an answer besides if it leaks bring it back heres what it will cost.

On Thursday 2-14-2013 I scheduled an oil change on line for Saturday 2-16-2013 and received an email stating that someone would call me back shortly for details. I did not receive any call. When I called back on Friday, I was told that no appointment is needed just to come in on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday morning I was told that several cars were ahead of me and I could wait or return later that day, which was not what I had planned for. I spoke with Ron he offered me to return on Monday after work. I stopped by Monday around 4:00 pm and had the oil change done. It should not take this much time and effort to get oil change done especially if the website offers an appointment. In the past I have received call back as promised and good service at a reasonable price. This is the first time I am not satisfied with the service I received at Bolles. Hans Keck

The young woman who was at the desk for the Express Lane service was very friendly and knowledgable. I was very pleased with the service and how quckly I was in and out. The only negative thing about my visit was this: I chose to sit in a chair in the show room and read while waiting as the waiting area was pretty full and noisy. One of the sales reps stated that I was interrupting the flow in the show room and that I had to move. I know this sounds a little petty but honestly I felt he was rude.

I was in the market for a larger vehicle with 4x4 to replace an older VW sedan and I had always heard good things about JEEP and the Bolles dealership. So, we went down on a busy Saturday to check them out. When we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly staff member and introduced to our salesman. The actual facilities (building, decor, etc...) are not as new or "shinny and nice" as many of the other dealerships I have gone to, but don't let that deter you! The staff's attitude/efforts throughout my purchasing process more than make up for it. After extensive test drives of several different models (New, Used, Wrangler, Liberty, Grand Cherokee) I eventually decided on a 2013 Grand Cherokee. The salesman was very patient and helpful during the entire process. Unlike what I had experienced at other dealerships, he was not pushing to just get a "deal done!" My salesman, his manager, and their finance team put together an EXTREMELY competitive price and GREAT finance package on a vehicle that hit on all of my want/needs. It actually made me enjoy the traditionally nerve wracking experience of buying a car! I would recommend this dealership to friends and family looking at JEEP in the future.

Picked up car after 5 day wait (Monday after noon to Friday afternoon). Not a problem seeing that a wrong part was shipped and it had to be re-ordered. Car worked great when picked up Friday night. (no heat issue, bad blendor switch).On Sunday and Monday no heat again. Car will be going back on Thursday. We will see how things play out with warrenty and deductable.

The service department is quick to respond, makes scheduling my car for service easy, and completed the work on the car quickly and accurately. I would recommend this service department and will be back for future maintenance and repairs.

We needed to get financing called left message that we were waiting to hear back from my credit union. When we got approved about an hour later I called back, they sold the 2003 Ford escape the nite before. They never asked for deposit. We won't go back and will be sure my family and friends don't either.

Employees and owner are unethical and unprofessional. Sold me a vehicle with damage and tried to cover it up. Owner and his employees give different answers for the same item.

Well, where can I begin? The new 2012 Chrysler minivan nearly sells itself with all its nice family-friendly features, great horsepower, nice smoothly shifting 6-speed transmission, convenient Nav/AM/FM/DVD/Uverse 3-screen entertainement systems, premium Michelen Tires, 110V AC power outlet, and of course the built-in emergency LED flashlight ... Yes, I guess that we could go on forever about this quality-built, well-designed "family mover". However, this paragraph is supposed to be about the sales-personel and services provided, and why I gave the above high ratings. Mr. John Anderson the lead salesperson, did spend a fair amount of time with us, patiently going through all the car's technological and safety-features, and without a lot of hastle, gave us a very good deal on our doughter's trade-in minivan, as part of a 3-way deal.(The Bolles Team, went far above the call in pulling together this triple transfer, delighting all of us in the process. I was even more surprised when I later learned that other dealers would not have provided the same deal or services.) Yes, my family and my daughter's family highly recommend Bolles Motors and their great staff, for everyone to consider for either a new car, or a used car. it was a good experience. The salesperson was friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I was looking for a late model used Dodge Grand Caravan with similar features to the 2002 Grand Caravan ES that I currently own. Pat came up with the 2011 Grand Caravan Crew that was on the lot that had most of the features that I wanted and some extras that made it attractive, like the back-up camera. The paperwork for the sale went well, the registration was taken care of and the vehicle was ready when promised.
