I had to buy a new car all of a sudden when mine got totaled, and it was not something I was looking forward to at first. We had already stopped by another dealership and got the stereotypical pushy used car salesman, but once we got to Bommarito St Peters, we could tell Chris was different. We showed up very close to the end of the night, and he still let us test drive a vehicle. When we talked with him we felt like he really did care about us finding a car that we felt was right, and was not pushy at all. We came back the next day to drive a few more that we found on their site since we liked the service we received, and once we found one we liked Chris worked with us to make sure that our requests were fulfilled before buying the vehicle. He made us feel comfortable asking questions, and was even quick to answer any texts we sent while we debated things at home, great guy.

No pressure, great price and friendly staff. Not sure it could get any easier. My husband and I went to look at cars with no intention of buying that day, although we new we would make a purchase within the next 30 days, and ended up driving home with a new car that day. Monte was easy to work with, Mark (AKA Mr Finance) was very pleasant and easy to work with also. It really couldn't have been any more enjoyable. This is our second car purchase from Bommarito and we'll be back for more.

The car arrived as ordered and early. I wouldn't buy a Cadillac without contacting Keith Howell at Bommarito.

Previously I purchased a new VW Passat TDI right next door at the VW dealership, financing and paperwork are done at this Cadillac store. The whole experience was easy and Andy and Trent were great. So great that I came back now that VW is buying my car back through the settlement. I needed an upgrade to bigger and their pre-owned lot had a large selection. Eventually I settled on a Certified Used Mazda CX-9. Andy had moved to another Bommarito store and this time I worked with Monte and Trent, for the second time, and again the experience was great. Monte was a no BS sales guy and Trent seems to be one of the most competent finance guys in the business. Even with my poor credit he was able to get me a decent rate and made the process very painless. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Have even had a friend purchase from here after my recommendation.

Everything about this car buying experience was comfortable and actually fun. We worked with Randy and would highly recommend him to help you with your next car buying adventure. He was very helpful but not pushy. We actually left without purchasing so we could talk it over. When we realized we really did want it we called to say we would be in the next morning. He had the car ready and the process was quite timely. The dealership felt the tires needed changing and had done that, too! Mark was friendly and helpful on the finance end. We were in and out and still had time for a trip to see fall leaves. Perfect day!

I was in need of replacing my 2002 Suburban with 230K miles. I had spotted an orange Subaru in the lot while driving down Hwy 70 and swung by to take a look. Chris Dittmeyer noticed me on the lot and walked over. He gave his card and told me the price and then left me alone. Perfect. The car's specifics were on the web. A week or so later I came back. The 2013 Subaru XB Crosstrek was still on the lot. After about 2 hours, I drove away with my orange car. Very smooth experience.

This Monday I went into Bommarito Cadillac St. Peters to purchase a pre- owned vehicle. I was nicely greeted by Mr.Mike O'Connor who offered his assistance. As a young adult and not as knowledgeable about the best fit for me he didn't hesitate on given me a nice selection to choose from. He was very nice, not pushy about gaining the sale, and even took pride into making sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Chris provided me with answers to all of my questions quickly, was very transparent with all of the vehicles we looked at, knowledgeable, a friendly personality, and not once tried to make the sale or over pressure me into buying. During the test drive myself and Chris noticed a few things that needed to be corrected on the SUV. As promised and only 2 days after I already have an appointment to get the items fixed...The building and parking lot area was very clean and the rest of the staff seemed very positive and friendly. Mark Pappert was my other contact at Bommarito who assisted me with the financial side of things and was professional and knowledgeable with helping me get the best deal I could. This was our first Bommorito experience and it was excellent. Our salesman, Monte, worked so hard to get us us into the right vehicle at a price. Monte never gave us the hard sell. Being nervous about my first "big" adult purchase, I was looking for a certain type of car within a limited price range. I initially went with my father to look at a car I saw on Autotrader, but when I arrived we learned it had been sold just hours earlier. Mike O'Connor worked with me and my budget, and was sincerely trying to find the perfect car for me. Low and behold, he found not only something I was looking for and in my budget, but a car that was in great shape and WAY less mileage than I thought I could get on a used car on my budget. He was incredibly patient and helpful and I am so grateful I was able to work with him on such a "scary" thing as a first car purchase. Both Mike and Mark Landers gave me a great deal on my trade-in (WAY more than it was probably worth!) to get my dream car into my price range. First of all, the car that I purchased was head and shoulders above what you could buy at other dealers that some might think are more fancy. The car included a warranty along with key replacement and dent repair. But the key for me was that they put on new tires and serviced the brakes before they put it on sale. That shows that they want you to have a "drive away" car. Chris was very responsive and easy to work with, even as I test drove multiple options. I will definitely buy my next used car from Chris and Bommarito Cadillac-St Peters!

Mark Pappert did a wonderful job with the finances - explained everything thoroughly and made it easy to understand. After a few weeks of browsing Autotrader, going to dealerships in my area to test drive cars, and dealing with less than kosher sales personnel, I found the exact used car I wanted at Bommarito---633 miles away from my home in Georgia. Despite the distance I called them up and spoke with Mark Eversgerd. He test drove the car for me that day and gave his honest opinion. After a few phones calls back and forth I decided to take the risk and fly up to MO to possibly purchase the car for myself (also--this was my first car purchase and he was so awesome explaining how the whole process works). Mark picked me up from the airport, and took me to the dealership where I was able to test drive and see the car first hand. It was 100% as Mark had described. Mark was honest, trustworthy, and and non-pushy. He even sat with my in the waiting room while all the finishing touches were being put on my car. Decided to investigate some special offers being made by GM Corporate on the CTS. I Was actually hoping my wife, who hates SUV's , would relent once she saw the new XT5. We drove one and alas, she did not like it and I can't buy something she won't drive. We moved on to the CTS and worked with Joe Mudd, who was more than just helpful. He went above and beyond the call in assisting us. We also had a cordial conversation with Director of Sales Dennis McGrath and I appreciated his candor (and his love of the CTS as a Driver's Car). When I learned of the new Cadillac CT6, I called Bommarito to see when one would be in just to look at it. Bommarito (Roger Adams) called me when one was there. I drove from my residents 90 miles away and the car was there for my viewing and testing. I didn't want that particular one, so they advised another would be on the way. It took over three weeks but again I immediately received notification the CT6 was there for my viewing. A lot of care was taken to keep me notified even though I do not reside close. I purchased the CT6 and was given top dollar for my 2013 XTS. Transferring OnStar and other incentives was done by Bommarito personnel. Any inability to operate any options on the CT6 was met with a professional to assist me. I felt appreciated but most of all respected.

I had been to several dealerships and online shopping for cars when I ran across Bommarito St. Peters. They had a nice variety of new and used vehicles but this one had my name written all over it. I sent a request for more information from the website and received a call the next day from one of their salesman Demetri Karagiannis. He set up a appointment to meet so I could test drive the 2010 Jaguar Fx and it was love at first site but there was one problem "My Credit". Demetri was so helpful he went above and beyond to make sure I would be leaving off the lot in my new car. Unfortunately I didn't get my car that day but Demetri and Trent in the finance dept didn't give up on me. My birthday was a few days away and he was determined to help me. He called the morning of my birthday and had me come back to the lot but this time I took my fiance to find he had the car cleaned up with a big red bow on it (Deal Breaker)!! I walked in the doors after submitting a request for contact without letting Chris know I was coming. He was quick to clear his plate to help me with the Ford F150 I was interested in, and at no point in time did he divert his attention to other issues. Chris picked up on my cues of what I was interested in knowing and discussing instead of wasting my time in a lot of "pitches" I've been through before. In fact, I ironically picked the extended warranty plan that I did because noone was attempting to push me into it, and it made sense based on what I decided to learn about it. Instead, we talked about the details that were important, he helped the process along as he worked with me so I wouldn't have to wait on the backside for items like detailing the car, and got the finance guy to work once we were close to agreement so most of the usual wait after your decision was gone.Even after Chris had the deal, he continued to pay attention to my son and I so our short wait was not maddening. He exhibited a level of professionalism and friendliness that earned a great review. I wouldn't hesitate to put a friend in touch with Chris!Worthy of note is Mark's willingness to help, and Trent's speed in getting the impossible done with financing. All told, I spent about 3.5 hours from the time I walked in the door with interest to driving out in my truck. The trade in and purchase price was fair based on my own research. Having spent a little extra on the warranty (which I've not done in the past), I'm confident any issues that may come up will be dealt with in a similar professionalism and commitment to customer service.

He was Super sweet and Thoughtful, considering every aspect of my life when helping me pick the perfect car for me~ For I was expecting my first child to arrive in just a few months. I had been a former Elco customer- purchased the Cadillac suv from them 3 years ago. I accepted the trade in value and sticker tag on the new car- after finding that they do not negotiate on anything. Said I would be back in 3 years. 3 years came and i came to upgrade my suv. I did my homework on pricing. They gave me the trade in value of the lowest amount for my car- and told me that the current car I was interested in buying- was an exceptional deal. And of course- would not negotiate on any numbers. I would also like to insert- that the staff there have always been nice and professional- so this review is more about my disappointment in the way "things work" at ELCO, that are probably out of the hands and control of the staff. I looked around. And that's when I found the exact same car at bommarito's- except, it was $3,000 less in sticker price, AND had 8,000 LESS miles. So that immediately refuted the Elco car being a good deal. Furthermore - when I got up there- I was given $1500 more for my trade in. The vehicle was still under factory warranty- had a clean carfax report. They also told me while it was under warranty- I am able to get certain service complimentary AND given a Cadillac to drive while my car is being serviced. Now for the staff- I've never met a better group collectively- of respectful, professional and attentive staff. I had my son there with me. Mark eversgard was the person that handled most of the transaction. He was extremely helpful in every way. He seemed to enjoy his job and be helpful not for the profit of it but simply because he enjoys what he does. He answered all my questions, coordinated getting any missing accessories my car did not have (even threw in 6 AAA batteries for my remote), set me up with having an associate (Josh), who give me a tutorial of my car, and this was all the next day after the deal was already complete. There was a lot of attention to details Mark even sat in my car in what felt like 80+ degree heat- with a paper clip - to push in a small pin that was needed to remove headrests (I had 4 custom seat covers that i was taking with me from my old car, and it requires removing the head rests). This process was tedious and probably took over 10 mins, sweating, and patience. He never lost his and was smiles and jokes the entire time. That was the situation that prompted my desire to write this review. Thank you to everyone at Bommarito. I will be a repeat customer because of their customer service, attention to details, and competitive pricing. I also like the receptionist very much because she is a fellow dachshund dog owner.

The sales rep, Monte Hall, was very friendly and accommodating. He kept in contact with me until the deal was closed. The preowned sales manager, Mark Landers, provided a fair trade-in allowance and price on the used car. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family. My husband and I have purchased 3 Cadillacs over the last 15 years. We have found the salesmen and service at Bommarito- St. Peter's last location to be the best in the St. Louis / St. Charles area. The latest vehicle we purchased was pre-owned/certified. When we test drove the car, it was in excellent condition -like new. At other dealers we found the pre-owned cars to be not as clean, and with many flaws (scratches, scuffs, torn leather seats). We were serious about purchasing a car quickly, and at BommaritoBommarito, they treated us with great customer service going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

I just bought my first car, a Mazda CX-5, Chris was extremely helpful throughout the entire process; from emailing the week before, finding all of the cars that I wanted to test drive (in the freezing cold), patiently going through the paperwork and giving me all of the necessary information, to getting me a great deal. Overall, he provided an excellent experience for a process that might not be as pleasurable with other "pushy salespeople". Trent, the finance person, was also very helpful and was able to answer any question that I had with the education to make me feel secure with his answers. Overall, everyone that I was working with made the experience (even though it was extremely long) a pleasurable one. I will definitely recommend both the dealer and the salesperson.

Overall everyone I encountered was friendly. I went into the Mazda dealership looking for a car I saw online without knowing that all the used cars were at the Cadillac dealer. The Mazda salesman walked me over to the Cadillac and made sure to get a used salesman for me. (He could of jut pointed me that way.) Once I talked with Chris Ditmeyer about the car I saw online, he happily pulled it up for me to see. I was able to take it for a test ride. All of my questions were answered. I was not 100% ready to purchase that day and Chris was fine with that. I was not pushed to make a decision that day. I kept thinking about the car. I returned to the dealership about a month later. Chris remembered and was happy to assist! I walked out of there a couple hours later with a new car!

I bought a used car that was still under warranty, received a fair price for my trade, and my Salesperson Chris D. was very pleasant and accomodating. I felt like they shot me straight and was pleased with the deal we made. My only issue was the length of time it took to finalize the transaction. I had to wait for the financial manager for 30 minutes but he was able to beat my credit union's rate so it was a positive.

My wife and I are starting a family and decided we needed to get an SUV. We went into the dealership and worked with Joe Mudd and Dennis McGrath. What amazing guys. They were upfront and honest about the cost of the vehicle we wanted. We bought a new Escalade ESV and traded in an F-150 Platinum, on which they gave a very fair price. After the sale Joe followed up several times to check in on us, showed us how to use everything, and overall just went above and beyond after the sale to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and am just so impressed with the operation these guys run.

I went to look at a car, not really sure if I waa able to purchase the car at that time or needed to wait. The sales person Evko Yakimov was able to assist in providing the type of car I was interested in buying (Tijuan 2016) and the color. The car had just been delivered to the dealership. The car was too new to drive, the wheels still had the paper on the tires. I was able to test drive the car three days later as well as leave with the car. Evko has given me several courtesy calls to express his general concern about the overall car care.

I only wish that when I purchased my car I would have been a little more patient with the technology and not so frustrated with the personnel who worked with me. I sent a very negative review to the management, and I wish that I had an "undo" button on my computer.After receiving a call from the sales manager, who suggested setting up an appointment with Stan Buchanan, which I did, and receiving some training on the car and it's systems.What a pleasure that turned out to be.Stan and a salesperson named Steve, sat for several hours teaching myself and my wife on how things work on the "computer on wheels" and the radio too..Now, I really regret venting my frustrations in my first survey. I apologize to the people and dealership for my misplaced anger.I have in the past dealt with the Bommarito family of dealerships when I bought my 1998 Olds LSS in Ellisville.They treated me great and the service was great too.I will be very happy to deal with the Bommarito service department in the future.The 2013 XTS I bought is a really nice and smart car. I'm sure we'll be happy with it as we learn about it.

My experience was the tale of two salesman. I was interested in a VW passat wagon that was listed on the website. Initially, I called to speak with a sales associate and a man by the name of Joe Bierman picked up. I explained my interest in the vehicle and asked him some questions about it. I would caution working with this individual! He threw every line in the book at me, had a very condescending attitude and didn't seem to consider that an out of state buyer calling in about a vehicle is a potential client. I was treated w/a rude and dismissive attitude. He never left his desk and assured me that the vehicle is in great condition, never once considering that I have owned VW/Audi cars for some time, never once asking me anything about myself or the reason for my interest in this very specific vehicle... Never once connecting the dots to make a possible sale and treating a voice on the phone as a potential customer. I have worked at a car dealership before and in the 5 minutes I spoke with him, he proved that he fits the car salesman stereotype to a T! I would warn anyone that goes to this dealership to make sure they do not work with Joe Bierman.Joe was even quoting a higher price for the vehicle than was listed on their website! At this point, I knew I would not be working with him, but I thought I'd discuss making an offer to see what he would say. He immediately shot down my very fair offer and said there is no way that they would sell the vehicle for that price. $ 500 below their listing price, $1,000 below HIS quoted price. I responded by saying, "you're not even going to talk to your sales manager?" and his reply was "No. I know he won't do it. We're losing money on the deal as it is already...I'll sell the car at this price in a heartbeat...yada yada yada." He even stated that the vehicle was on their lot for 100 days! So much for selling in a heartbeat! Wagons aren't that big here in the states but do have a core following.Frustrated, I hung up. But hadn't given up. I then went to bommarito's website and submitted an offer online for $1,000 less than the listed price. The next day I was called by a man named Stan Buchanon. Working with Stan was quite possibly the best experience I've ever had a car dealership! I asked for details about the vehicle, he asked me what I wanted to know and I told him. He asked me if there is a reason for my interest in this vehicle, if I saw any others on the website that might also interest me.. I explained my affection for Audi VW wagons, we had a good conversation and a couple of laughs. Stan talked to me and treated me like a person and a potential client, rather than a waste of his time b/c I wasn't physically there to get pressured into buying a car.He took the car on a test drive for me, took photos of everything I asked and more, paid attention to the things i asked him to while driving.. sent them to my email and called me back. We discussed my offer and he said he would take it to his sales manager like a salesman should do.He called me back an hour or so later and to my surprise was able to get me a price lower than my offer! Neither of us had seen this before, but Stan and his sales manager wanted to end my search and earn my business! I told him I'd think about it and call him back, I was a little apprehensive about buying the vehicle sight unseen so I called him back and explained. He told me I could put a down a deposit and we agreed that if the vehicle was not in the condition that it was described, I could get my deposit refunded. If it was as described and I simply backed out, it would not be refunded as they were holding the car for me for 3 weeks to book my flight.Stan picked me up at the airport. There were no surprises and everything was as I hoped! I bought the car w/out a hitch and am thrilled to be it's new owner! He got me in and out so I could start the 10 hour drive home. Thanks Stan! Ask for Stan Buchanon if you go.

Our experience at this dealer was overall pretty good. We had done our homework to prevent sitting there for hours. Jay Grosman was our salesman. He was a true professional and would recommend him to anyone. We received a little than lower trade-in value on our car, but I think this was due to their prices to replace things are sky high. Jay went the extra mile for us and the vehicle we wanted. Our bad experience was with the finance center. Apparently we owed about 100.00 dollars more on the old car, we had no idea, NO one contacted us. After waiting about a week for the title and such to come in, we decided to call and question where our paperwork was. It took another whole week between someone getting back to us and NOT, we had to hound the finance department to figure this out on our own. If I had to recommend anyone to Jay I would, the finance department stay away from, they need to learn a few things about communication and customer service. GREAT JOB JAY GROSMAN

We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle at this dealership. We inquired about a vehicle we saw on the Internet and Brian Simms had it pulled up and ready to test drive for us the next day(other dealerships we visited couldn't even find the car we wanted to look at!). He wasn't pushy even after we told him we were gonna check out a couple more dealerships. We ended up coming back the next day as we loved the car and the service we received there was much better than any other places we visited. We had to wait about a while for the finance guy to crunch numbers and then had to wait about an hour and a half to pick up the car but it was well worth the wait. They are top notch and offer quality service. We would definitely recommend.

Matt the salesman I worked with was very friendly. However, the Sales Manager was awful!!! Very low offer on our trade-in (we got $4000 higher with another dealership at time of the initial offer). The dealer discount was offered during the initial conversation, then withdrawn? They didn't even offer what was shown on the Internet. The Sales Manager had zero customer service skills and what was unfortunate was that the did not back up what his salesperson discussed with us. As a result, the salesperson spent 2 hours working with us only to have us walk out of the door without purchasing a vehicle, The best part was that the sales person, nor anyone else called us to offer anything else or give us any other options. The next day, we worked with another dealer and purchased a vehicle same day! Big difference in those dealerships that are commission based vs. customer focused based!!

*** After my previous encounter, the General Manager contacted me to apologize for the actions of the sales person. He told me that he would honor the original agreement and take my car in trade. He put me in contact with Brian Mueller, Sales Manager for pre-owned cars. The next day, Brian and I signed the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. I appreciate that the dealership recognized the issue and did everything they could to remedy the situation. I am happy with my car and satisfied with the deal.I found a 2007 Pontiac Vibe on the AutoTrader website. I called Bommarito and spoke to Kevin Field. We agreed on a time for a test drive. After the drive, I told Kevin I needed to arrange financing with my bank.The following day I spoke with Kevin and informed him I could get a loan for $8500.00 to buy the Vibe and I would trade my current car. I told Kevin that my car had been in an accident and had significant damage. Kevin agreed to the price and I gave Kevin a credit card number for a deposit to hold the car. When I arrived at Bommarito St Peters, Kevin had paperwork ready and we began the process. After about twenty minutes, Kevin informed me that the price of the car had changed. He told me to come up with another $150.00. I had a cashier's check for $8500.00 from my bank based on Kevin's quoted price for the car. I told Kevin that I didn't have any additional money. Kevin said "his boss" would not accept the deal he had made with me and there was nothing he could do. I ended up leaving without the car.I don't appreciate the bait and switch performed by Kevin. Obviously this is a standard practice of Bommarito since Kevin's boss was aware of the situation. When Kevin quoted the price for the car, the deal was made. When he increased the price at the last minute, that was dishonest.The actions of Kevin Field and Bommarito simply reinforce the negative stereotypes of car dealers; fake, fast-talking and fraudulent. I will continue my frustrating search for an honest dealership.

Came in to check out a used Honda S2000. Test drove it, wanted to talk pricing with Blake and he turned sour. "WHY DON'T YOU WANT TO PAY THIS PRICE?!? IT'S MORE THAN FAIR!" He yelled. I was shocked at how unprofessional he was acting. I responded that he was being pushy and walked out of the dealership. Never will I return again, guy was a complete jerk and the definition of a pushy saleman.Blake Keys is his name. Do not buy a vehicle from this guy.

I am completely satisfied with this dealer in the work done on my 2005 Cadillac STS. I have been bringing the car in exclusively to Bommarito for maintenance and offer a huge THANK YOU to the service dept. The past two times there I have asked for specific work done and, after checking the car over, have been told TWICE that it wasn't time to do the work! In this economy a lot of dealerships would have done the work w/o hesitation just to create revenue, but they are more interested in total customer satisfaction. The honesty and integrity that has been shown to me by Bommarito service has earned them a customer for life, for both sales and service.

First I want to say everyone I dealt with at Bommarito was very friendly and helpful. I had shopped different Bommarito locations looking at cars found this to be consistent with your staff. My only disappointment was after picking up the car I left the dealership there was a lot of traffic and that's when I realized I had an empty gas tank. I sat in traffic for a half hour hoping I would make it to a gas station. Also there was a small dent on the driver side door that Joe said would be fixed and it wasn't.

The experience was very positive. It took awhile to finally get into the finance managers office but Jay did the best he could...even got lunch for our kiddos. He was very appreciative & thanked us many times. The value for the trade in was lower than I hoped and I was told they needed to put new tires on my vehicle so they deducted $800, which seems out of whack, as I put new tires on that vehicle for around $400.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Jeep Commander from Bommarito St. Peters. I worked with both Brian Sims and Bryan Mueller. I had shopped for over a month and meet many sales people along the way. This dealership has been chronically difficult to contact and obtain timely service. Calls placed to the dealership have been allowed to ring 30-50 times, then are disconnected. A simple part replacement on my vehicle took approximately 4 weeks to complete, and only after repeated calls to expedite the process. To this day, the original problem with my vehicle still has not been repaired satisfactorily. This seems to be a problem across the entire Bommarito chain; I've had similar experiences with both the Volkswagen and Cadillac dealerships.

I hate buying cars-Tom made me very comfortable,answered all my questions and didn't pressure or hound me for a sale.He also treated me with interest while helping me.I was at another cadillac dealer and they treated my husband and me as if we were kids,wasting their time, as if we were not really serious about buying a car.We left very disgusted and almost bought another brand of car instead.I will definitely recommend Bommarito to our friends.

I am a proud first time owner of a used 2008 Cadillac STS that I found online. Being that is was certified pre-owned I had a piece of mind that the mechanical and physical condition of the car met the rigor of the Cadillac 117 point inspection. This was also my first time buying a car sight unseen. When I contacted Bommarito Kevin did a fantastic job selling me the vehicle. I would like to note that their financing options were superb and more than met my expectations. They crushed the rates of all my local banks. The piece that has jaded me the most is my expectation of being a Cadillac owner. I originally planned on purchasing a BMW 3 series; I wanted to be pampered a bit. Well after driving my STS for one week I began to notice things I had not during my walk around when I bought the car. I had to fly in to take ownership so they had me buying a car to get from that point. I now have noticed poor oversight from Bommarito during their inspection process, particularly on the driver seat. It seams to have excessive wear, more than I would expect when a car has 29,000 miles and met the certified pre-owned specs. I have also had various other issues, water in the trunk lid, a speaker that needed looked at, and my service departure lane indicator light has continued to come on. I am not impressed nor understand how thorough of a job the technicians did when certifying my vehicle. I have taken it to one dealership here locally, and may I warn you, do not expect to have a BMW experience when owning a Cadillac. Your service is the same as if you owned a Chevy. Sure does not make sense considering the car had a MSRP of over $68K. Also, all the dealer gave me back was could not verify customer request and one recall item Bommarito missed in the certification inspections. I was told that they try to find everything because it is an incentive to the dealer for reimbursement from GM. As you can see I am a bit more bitter at the car reliability, local dealer, and experience than at Bommarito, but when I contacted my sales rep Kevin for seat records that the local dealer asked for since they thought I tore up the seat, he said he would get back to me. Well I guess I will be waiting for a while because no calls me back, I am stuck with all the follow-up. Let's hope I can get my seat fixed and that the reliability is much better than this going forward. My STS has been in the shop 2 times in 1200 miles. I guess I should have learned after owning 7 previous GM vehicles. Plus this site needs to have a "Maybe" option for would you recommend this dealership, I am still on the fence.

I walked in and Roger was the first person to ask if I needed any help. Roger is a great guy. He really knows and loves his Cadillacs. He realy listens to his customers to see what they really want. He doesn't remind me of a car sales man because he doesn't push and I really appreciated that. I will be 60 in June and this is my first Cadillac. My dad always drove Cadillacs but I never thought I could afford one. I did my homework and found out I could afford one. When I told him I was there to only look that day, he was not pushy but asked if he could at least point out some features of the automobile. I liked that. The car ways supposed to be detailed before I picked it up. It was not. And yesterday while cleaning the car, I found the passenger floor carpet soaked with water. I vacumed out about 5 cups of water. I am not very happy about that. It makes me wonder what the detail people did.

I went into the dealership to look at the CTS and SRX. I drove both, liked both and ended up purchasing the SRX 2011. I have only owned for a couple days so don't have feedback on reliability but dealership was nice, clean and accomodating. Sales rep was helpful, knowledgeable. Overall good experience and would recommend to others.

This is the best dealership we worked with while shopping for a vehicle, and that is a good part of why we bought our car there.Sales is very low key. They gave us their best deal on a trade-in and on vehicle price from the get-go, no running back and forth with the salesman spending hours in the back office pretending to negotiate with his boss while actually eating donuts and drinking coffee. We had an appointment at another dealership to keep, and the salesman didn't stonewall us, or offer us more on our trade to keep us from going there.We returned after a poor experience down the road at another dealership and purchased the vehicle. Their business manager was very helpful and knowledgeable,and readily grasped our strange income set-up. We enjoyed the Starbucks coffee machine while they readied the vehicle (including filling up the tank!).The very best thing about dealing with them was the price! The vehicle was exactly as it was represented to be, and the price was below Blue Book and Nada Values, so there was really nothing to negotiate for. It was a great, low-pressure sales experience, and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

After some negotiating we felt we got a reasonable amount for our CTS trade-in. We were very happy with the way the physical trade-in was handled and especially with the 0% financing we received.

Both Tom and Jake were patient, answered multiple questions, multiple test drives, did not excessively push the sale, took a lot of time with us. My husband and I had a difficult situation with the purchase of our Cadillac SRX. We purchased it on Jan 31, 2010 and the next day, it would not start! With everyone out for 2 days for the holiday, we did not hear from anyone from the dealership (since we only had e-mail addresses and the dealership number). We did finally find in the manual a number with Cadillac to obtain service. Although we did not need the car over the weekend, it was very stressful and frustrating to have just purchased a vehicle for over $25K and not be able to drive it. Cadillac came out on Monday and got it started and although it took me an entire additional day at the dealership, we were able to get a resolution with the vehicle. Eveyone was very nice and worked hard to see that we not only regained faith in the vehicle but also in the dealership, since our initial experinece was so poor. I do, however, feel that for the amount of time we spent in the purchase process, the stress of not knowing what was going on with our car for 2 days and the additional day spent at the dealership, to get everything squared away, we should have been offered some additional compensation/perks. Services which could be provided at little cost to the dealership would go a long way in showing a commitment to our product purchase. (Free Oil changes/car wash/wiper blales/etc)Thank you for listening and your concern. Ronda

We choose to return because of the friendliness of employees, excellence of workmanship, and their respect for the needs of the customer. Exceptionally helpful and understanding. On this visit we had one vehicle scheduled for service combined with intent for new car purchase. Service vehicle, as always, was done right and completed on schedule. the new car purchase was, again as always, a pleasant experience. We specifically waited to meet with Mr. McIntyre because he had visited with him months before when we were contemplating a new vehicle and he gave us a great deal of his time answering our questions.

From the beginning Jay Grossman treated us extremely well. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and relaxed. We never felt "pushed" toward anything. It was easy to talk to Jay about our situation, which was quite thorny; financially speaking. He spoke with us about what we wanted in a vehicle and never tried to talk us into somthing else. I was impressed with that! In the past I have dealt with other dealerships where they really don't care about you or what you want. I firmly believe that before you shop for a vehicle, you first shop for a dealership. Bommarito in St. Peter's MO will treat you well. Jay Grossman is a first-rate professional who sincerely cares about helping regular people like us. He and his team and his dealership are highly recommended. Five stars!

I walked in, Kevin was right there, told him what I wanted, he had the car upfront within minutes. I test drove it, I liked it and wanted it. We filled out paperwork, he sent me to Jim Foley, I got a good rate, filled out paperwork and BOOM it was done. Within 50 - 60 minutes I was done and drove off the lot in my car - Lexus ES350. LOVE IT! The guys were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Would recommend any friend to do business here!!!

Ken was very responsive to our questions and needs. Matt (not sure if this name is correct) the Sales Manager was reasonable during negotiations and we feel we paid a fair price for our used Cadillac. Jim in finance was also very friendly and did not try to throw in a bunch of bogus fees and charges at which I was frankly surprised because most dealers I've dealt with always try to squeeze every dime out of you with this fee and that fee. Overall it was one of the better vehicle buying experiences I've had and I would definately buy from this dealership again in the future.

Roger was very knowlegable and patient with us through the sales process. We had vistited several other dealerships and felt pressured but that was not our experince with Roger. we had bought vehicles from Bommarito in the past and love the service team. Kieth is the best because of the great service we received from Kieth and the service team and Roger's knowlege this was a no brainer for us. Bommariot has good quality people and that sets them apart from the rest.
