After deciding we needed to replace an older car my wife and I looked st several models, but decided we liked our previous Mazda 6 and had no issues after 120,000 miles that we would purchase another one. My wife contacted several Mazda dealers. Nate responded promptly and didn't pressure us to buy, but had the best deal. Bommarito's extended warranty and free oil changes for a year are an added bonus. When we went to pick up the car, there was no pressure to buy a higher end model. Nate and Adam are great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. It truly was buying made easy. I will return for our next car.

This was my first time buying a car. I was wary going in, but did my research and knew what to expect. All of the things I was told to watch out for at bad dealerships were not a concern at all here - everyone was professional and there was no sign of cliche car dealerships. I had been to the dealership once before to test drive the cars I was interested in. Nate Mulloy was the salesman that helped me and was very good at explaining the differences in trims. I returned the next week and specifically asked for him to talk about purchasing. He was in the process of helping another couple, but took every opportunity to update me on how much longer it would be until he could get to me. When we did start discussing purchasing, he was not pushy or "salesy" at all. He worked with me to get what I wanted. Even though they didn't have the exact trim/options I wanted (I'm very picky) Nate found ways to get me what I wanted - which actually ended up being cheaper.Nate was personable, customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and made the process easy and efficient. I also worked with Adam Schmidt on financing. He was just as professional and helpful as the rest of the team. He didn't a fantastic job at explaining my options with the goal of me understanding the differences rather than trying to lead me to what was lucrative for them. I have a solid understanding of finance, so I was very equipped going into this. I can say with certainty that they presented me with multiple fair options. I am happy with the financing I got through them. That's hard to say towards a company I now owe money to, but no less true.I am glad I found a high quality dealership and will certainly continue doing business with them.

I initially inquired about the vehicle I wanted through Mazda's website. Nick contacted me and provided me with all the information I needed. I live over four hours away and we were able to work out most of the details before I arrived to complete the purchase. Adam took care of the financing and most of the paperwork. Time after time ,when I go in for service which I scheduled over the phone with a live person ,they don't even have me on the books. My most recent trip in, they denied me a warranty repair on my door handle which broke inside the door. They say its a non mechanical issue that is not covered under my 100,000 mile extended warranty. Then they come back and say we won't know if its covered until we take your car apart. Really? A door handle is connected to linkage inside the door .That is mechanical. You have to take the door completely apart to get to it. I purchased the car and the extended warranty here. no more

In our search for a used vehicle, we drove 120 miles in order to see the type of car we wanted. We were not disappointed. The attention and service we received from the sales staff was very good. We were shown any model we asked to see, drove them, and were allowed to decide on our purchase without pressure. The only thing we were a bit disappointed with was the amount of time we had to wait to do the paperwork. We waited over an hour to be seen. With a 2 hour drive home ahead of us, we were wishing we could move along a bit quicker.

The service was fine, however, the color I wanted was not available. Must have been a popular color.Also, couldn't find one at other dealers in the entire area. We took a silver one and that turned outvery well. Salesman was very good at his job. I think a "O" percent or 1 % would help you allsell more cars.

I would not recommend doing business with Bommarito Mazda in St. Peters, MO. I tell you of my experience and you can decide for yourself.The Short of it: My wife went in for a basic conventional oil change in her 2006 Mazda 3 and was charged for the oil change with an additional charge of about $15 for an oil additive. She was never asked if she wanted it nor told that they had applied the additive and charge when they were pressuring her to sign off on a litany of additional work. When I got home and saw that a conventional oil change cost her nearly $55 I had to stare at the receipt for about 5 minutes before I realized that there was an entry for MOA and that it was an additional charge for a Motor Oil Additive. I called and asked a service rep (I believe it was Terry) if the MOA was non-optional to which he replied that it was an extra option that the customer could refuse if they wanted. When I asked him how a customer would refuse it when theyre not told upfront that its being done he replied. I dont know, we just put it in. I asked for his manager and was sent to a voice mail for what I believe was the service manager; I asked that he call me to discuss the situation. Im still waiting for a call.The bigger issue: Its not the $15 or the fact that the oil additive is arguably duplicative because all Valvoline Conventional Oils already have these additives in them. Its the fact that my Wife was taken advantage of by a disreputable service staff at Bommarito. Normally a very confident and independent woman she feels uncomfortable because she routinely gets the hard sell to do add on work and feels that she has been taken advantage of in the past. (she has been) Getting her to take a car into get service, even minor service like an oil change will be nearly impossible going forward. Thanks to this final abusive behavior something as simple as routine maintenance on her car is simply something she no longer is willing to deal with herself. (I know that she is not alone) It begs the question, how many wives, elderly or unsuspecting vehicle owners are ripped off by Bommarito? Whats the recourse? I can go up there, throw a fit, call he manager write this review, probably get a refund of the $15 maybe a fee oil change but my wife wont trust a mechanic to do honest work and I cant blame her, time and time again shes been taken advantage of. Whats to be done: Not much we can do really. We like Mazda and will likely be purchasing a new CX5 within the year. What we will do, is make sure that Bommarito Mazda in St. Peters doesnt receive any of our future business. So that purchase will go to Lou Fuse Mazda in Creve Coeur. Bommarito probably wont care about the loss of the single sale but thats what we can control. If you know someone who has been taken advantage of by any service center Bommarito of St. Peters or not, I would just advise you to steer clear of this establishment. If its not too far out of your way take your business to Lou Fusz so that maybe with multiple lost sales they might pay closer attention to how their service center is treating customers or running their business.Thats the experience, you may think it an overreaction to a $15 charge but maybe if you or someone you know has been subject to fraud or abuse at the hands of a mechanic or service center you will understand that its not the $15 but rather the dishonesty and lingering fear abusive behaviors to yourself, friends or loved ones. I didn't want to buy a new car, but my husband insisted I needed a new one. So I told the salesman to hold on because I was going to test drive the CX5 and I wasn't going to go easy on it, so my hubby and Nick buckled up. Surprisingly there was no screaming, crying or hanging on to the ("please Lord save me" handle) and most of all NO up chucking. And Nick did great also as he told me all the great things about this pretty amazing SUV.Still being stubborn about not wanting to buy a new car, my husband and I went to speak with the finance Manager. We let Adam know right away that we had no money down, a trade in that we still owed about 12,000 left on the payoff, and we wanted our payments to be at a certain price. I was sure we would be going home in our old car. However, God had other plans for us because Adam came back with everything we had asked for plus a Mazda key chain that wasn't part of the dealing, so we walked out with our new CX5. I believe Mazda has an awesome team of people working at the St. Peters location and I will be recommending anyone who may be looking for a new vehicle, to check these guys out first. PS. I looked at every car lot on N Service road and Veterans Memorial for about two months before finding a SUV and a Dealership that made me feel at home and trust worthy. Thank you, Nick & Adam, you men know your stuff.

As positive as this will sound, it will seem that I've gotta be related to these guys, but not the case. This is an honest, unbiased, skeptic-from-the-get-go, very recent experience that blew me away. For the record, I'm a lifetime Ford / Toyota / Honda owner, and would never have considered Mazda had my husband not suggested it. From start to finish, I've been so pleased with Bommarito St. Peters Mazda. I met salesperson Nate Mulloy on a random weekday when I broadened my search to Mazdas for a crossover SUV. He was uber-accessible, friendly, knowledgeable, respectful - I felt like a valued customer even before making my interest known. Through several visits, he educated me and my husband thoroughly on the Mazda CX-3 and CX-5. And then on a day when Nate mentioned something about needing to be in the delivery room, becoming a dad for the first time :), another salesperson, Mark Prewitt, stepped in seamlessly and further sold me on the car based on his own experience (and as well nudged me to the CX-5 as worth considering for my situation). The 24-hour test drive was greatly appreciated as well. These cars stand on their own from online ratings not only from customers but also from Hughes, JD Powers, Kelley - all of them. Andrew in financing was also thorough and patient in explaining the various options we were considering from a cost perspective. In short, we were sold on the following: respect, no-pressure, knowledge, enthusiasm, and standout product. (And as the icing on the cake, when I brought my CX-5 back in a few days later to have a few of the options installed, Glen and the Service team were par professionals as well. If you're considering a Mazda, Bommarito St. Peters will be your last and only stop needed. Thanks everyone, and looking forward to many more years as a happy Mazda customer!

I went into Mazda to purchase a new vehicle after mine had been totaled in a hit and run. I was very unenthusiastic approaching the experience given the circumstances. Nick was great and very patient working with us to get me in something that I really wanted and at a great price. I would almost shake the persons hand who totaled my old car at this point they did me a huge favor, I am so in love with my new Mazda3 touring! We were probably the last group of people to finalize our purchase that night and we were there late and none of the staff loss their enthusiasm or willingness to help even though it was time for them to go home. I called the dealer one afternoon asking if they had any MX-5's in stock. They didn't but the salesman I spoke to, Will Less, said he would call me when they did. As promised, a couple weeks later I got a call back from him telling me they just got two in stock.The next day I purchased one of them. I appreciated Will's help and patience as I took the time to decide which vehicle to purchase.The finance manager also helped make the whole experience go smooth. This was my first Mazda purchase and if I decide to purchase another one it will be at this dealer.

Just bought my first Mazda ever (2016 Mazda 6) from Bommarito Mazda and I owe it all to Nick Lane. While my wife and I were considering another car besides the Mazda, when we stopped in to simply test-drive the car, Nick let us take all the time we needed as well as answering any questions we had. He was full of energy and enthusiasm that made me WANT to buy the car on the spot. There were no pressuring sales tactics, he simply let the car do the talking. Once we decided on the Mazda 6 and headed to Bommarito, I was glad to see Nick come out of the showroom and greet us by name in the parking lot. What a GREAT guy!!!We also met and worked with Adam in financing and he was also friendly and down-to-earth while getting the paperwork ready. Nick Lane was a personable and helpful salesman. He made himself available without being bothersome or pushy. He listened to understand what it was I was really wanting to purchase then worked with me to try to find something that was doable. Adam Schmidt in the finance office wasn't your typical numbers and money guy- he was personable and up front, and worked with me to make the best possible deal. Again, he too was not pushy or bothersome when it came to extended packages. He presented options and answered my questions, pointing out how I might best benefit from each package relative to my budget. First class experience with new car sales. The service staff is very professional and helpful as well. I took my car in for my environmental treatment and they made sure to take care of me with loner car after typical hours. They make themselves accessible during the service experience and communicate well.

As most people, I went to different dealerships looking for a vehicle. Going to the other dealerships helped me realize the positives at Bommarito Mazda in St. Peters. The dealership was warm and welcoming. One of the biggest positives was not being bombarded by a pushy sales person as soon as I stepped outside of my car in the lot. I actually felt that the salesman listened to me and what I thought my needs/wants were. I was interested in the CX -5 and knew some of the features I wanted in the vehicle. Nate found a demo that fit my needs. Other dealerships put me in some demo that didn't have features I wanted. How do you test them like that? The test drive was the best I can remember ever having in my car buying lifetime. EVERY feature was explained and demonstrated during the test drive. All different aspects of the vehicle were discussed and questions thoroughly answered. Nate went out of his way to work out as many options and details he could to get me into the vehicle of my choice.The only snag was picking up the vehicle. I was told that it was at the storage lot and would be brought to the dealership Monday morning (I purchased my vehicle too late on Saturday evening). Apparently that vehicle had been sold to someone else. The dealership found another vehicle that had to be driven to St. Peters. That should have been explained to me prior. I received the text that my vehicle was there around 1pm. I was never told of the change until I got to the dealership and was told I had to sign new papers. There should have been a lot more transparency in the situation. I felt a little blind sided and mislead when I arrived.The overall experience of the dealership was extremely positive and recommended.

I contacted the dealer regarding a specific car (Mazda5) and visited the lot late Saturday evening. Mark Prewitt was the nicest, most helpful car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was informative, listened to my needs and concerns, and even suggested I drive the car until Monday evening to make sure it would be a great fit for us. In the end, we were able to purchase a great vehicle at a very reasonable price. No pressure. No bait and switch. No bashing of other dealerships or makes of vehicles. Just an honest, pleasant, buying experience from beginning to end. We will definitely come back to Mark for our future vehicle needs!

I HATE buying cars and I can't emphasis HATE enough ;O) I feel like a bleeding fish in a shark pool anytime I shop for a new car. I've had so many bad experiences in the past that it's worse than going to the dentist for me.... Well not any longer.....I went into Bommarito Mazda wanting only to test drive a new Mazda 3 hatchback. When I stepped out of my car there were no sharks circling to chomp at my business. My husband and I walked into the dealership floor only to be suprised that again no one was pushing to help me. Don't get me wrong, once I asked to do a test drive, I was not ignored. I was asked a few simple questions, like any must haves on the car, any color preference. They had a color I wanted to see, so we picked that one. Went out on the test drive. There were no questions about how much do I want to pay or anything it was all about the cars performance. Best test drive I've ever had. I actually learned about the cars features. I think that right there sold me and I knew this was the car I wanted. Back at the dealership, I had to ask about financing. There was no PRESSURE AT ALL.... I LOVED IT.... I made the decision to buy because I loved the car and all the safety features not because I felt pressure from the sales person. All that was left was the financing. I had warned Nate that I didn't like finance guys. They are to pushy trying to sell you what you don't need. I told them that I wanted the .9% financing and well ADAM SCHMIDT made it happen and he didn't try to sell me anything extra. He explained only what I was interested in. We were in and out of there so fast I still can't believe it..... I never felt I was being held hostage. The keys to my old car never left the salesman's desk and if they did he told me exactly where he was going with them..... I could have walked away anytime I wanted. Thank you NATE and ADMA for a car buying experience of a lifetime. When I'm ready or any of my family members are ready we will be back to see you again...... So folks if you want any of the makes that Bommarito carries go see NATE AND ADAM... you won't regret it......

Trent Galloway was extremely knowledgeable about the warranty products and even found a way to lower the monthly payments I originally financed the car with through my bank. See these guys. This is my third car I've purchsed from the St Peters Bommarito dealership. They have been very professional with each experience. I called Bommarito Mazda while I was actually at another dealer. After over an hour of not being able to get an actual price for a vehicle I wanted to buy, I called Bommarito and got Nate. After less than five minutes on the phone, Nate had the details on the vehicle I wanted to purchase and the price I was willing to pay. Nate committed to the vehicle and price, and 45 minutes later (including the travel time to get from one dealer to Bommarito), the deal was done!In addition to Nate, the reason I called initially was that on a different day we had walked the Bomaritto lot and been assisted by Brett. Unless its for a good pair of shoes I HATE shopping, I especially hate car shopping because car dealers are usually really pushy. I was looking to trade in my Chevy for a Mazda. I had bought my first Mazda from Bommarito in 2006 so I decided to return. Brian made the car buying process quick and painless. I felt like we chatted a bit, switched keys, and I got to drive home in a sweet new CX-5. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. A no nonsense, no pressure situation, as it should be. Not to mention Adam, the finance guy who I felt worked to get me the best deal on my car, was also amazing. We went in to purchase our first new car together on 12/30/2014 and it was by far the best experience we could of had. We pulled up and were given am opportunity to get out of our car and get our bearings, we were then greeted by a very nice individual who asked if we were working with anyone and if we were looking at new or used. We answered the questions and he walked us in where we met Mark, we told him what we were looking for and he seemed to be genuinely sincere in wanting to help us find a car that we would be happy with. Mark understood we were on a budget an wanted to be within a price range, during our entire experience he made sure we were comfortable with what we were talking about and didn't pressure us or make us feel like a commission. If Scott would have talked to me the way I heard him talking to her he would have been picking himself up off the floor. Mark was so helpful. He helped me to make a confident decision on the make and model of the car I purchased. He was very informative about the car and all of its abilities. He never once made me feel pressured to buy the car. We spent about 3 hours together test driving different models and he was patient and helpful, and friendly that entire time. Mark was the reason I purchased the car that day. Financing was helpful and quick, and when I asked questions he would take the time to explain things to me. They have been helpful in my service needs as well, and I know if I need anything I can call in for a quick answer. I will be sending anyone who talks to me to this dealership!

I received nothing but top quality care at this dealership, and this is my best car buying experience yet. Tim Butler was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he made sure that I got everything that I wanted/needed in a car including a great price. Kiwi was also super nice and friendly and they all stayed late until I was in a car I wanted and with the right financing. Zero percent is the way to go. I don't remember the finance gentleman's name, but he was also extremely nice and great at all of the paperwork he had to handle. Handshakes and smiles, clean and comfortable building, large inventory of cars, and a wonderful service package. We originally planned to visit three dealerships on Friday, June 24. Bommarito Mazda had the car we wanted to drive. It met our needs based on appearance and comfortability. The salesperson, Doug Hawk, was courteous and attentive. He did not rush us or exert any pressure as we contemplated whether or not to purchase an automobile from Bommarito. He also made sure that we had the opportunity to view several Mazada 3 autos on the property and offered to find us the color we wanted so that it could be shipped to the dealer's property.We also regarded our experience with the finance person in the office (I believe that his first name was Trent) as very comfortable and organized. he was pleasant to work with and did not pressure us into anything we did not want to do. Todd Hale did a tremendous job working with me as I just showed up on Saturday asking for him after I received a brochure and his card two weeks before. I should have called, but my daughter unexpectedly showed up and had time to test drive the car. Sales person was very helpful and low pressure as I looked at different trim options, colors and stles. Made sure I found a vehicle that meet my needs. Price was easily and painlessly negotiated - no "tricks". Purchased an extended warranty due to some past repair bills I have had on some Ford vehicles after 4 year (3 yr warranty expired) - brake and rotors, fuel pumps, clutches ... I am a very conservative driver... no problems with toyota, etc. after 6 years. Like the cargo space when the third row is folded down and styling of the CX9 .. not so much the gas mileage... about 16-17 city so far.

Bommarito and Mark Prewitt made the search for and purchase of my new car simple, easy, and affordable. I was not pressured to buy just. When a manual was not available on the lot, Mark didn't try to pressure me into settling for the perfectly lovely automatic that was on the lot. Instead, he listened to my wants and wishes and worked hard to get me into THE car I would be happy with even though it was at a different dealer. The first time I came to this dealer, the salesperson told me very little about the car before I took it for a test drive. This was in great contrast to other sales reps at other places who thoroughly went over all sorts of features and specs the car had to offer.The length of this buying process was over 3 hours, which felt terribly long. Granted, a portion of that time was based on my decision making process, however, the sales rep met with other customers and left me waiting to continue the deal. Once everything was agreed on, it was still another hour+ to go through paperwork, and I didn't even finance through the dealer's bank. I was told up front that this dealer would match any price quote I brought in writing, however, I still had to haggle things into the price, despite them being included in another dealer's price. The lowest price I found was NOT honored.

I visited the dealership and Adam Bader assisted me. He was very friendly, knowledgable, and treated me with respect. The next day after buying the car, a warning light went on in my dash, and I called the dealer's service department, and even though they did not have any appointments available for a few days, they fit me in when I was able to arrive, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly.I have driven my Mazda 3 for just under a week and thoroughly enjoy it. If you are looking for a good deal on a car, then I would recommend visiting Bommarito Mazda and ask for Adam.

This is the second Mazda that I have purchased from Bommarito and both experiences have been top notch. The sales staff is accomodating and informative without being pushy. While I know that profitability is a focus for them (as it should be) I believe they are upfront and honest and will work with the customer to find a point in which both sides are happy with the deal.The staff is terrific and the dealership nice, neat and comfortable. If my car needs meet what Bommarito is sell, then I would certainly buy a third car from them when the time comes.

I was planning to buy Mazda CX 9 and when I went in there the first time in Apr 2010, I agreed to buy the car for $33548. I opted to go for the finance option - 0% for 60 months. The guy at the finance turned down my request because I was not a US citizen or a permanent resident. After over a month I managed to get approval for upto $30000 from my bank. So when I went back the second time and told them that I would pay full cash. I made a deal for $33450. The sales guy then said even if I pay full according to the company rule they will have to run my credit again since it was more than 30 days since they ran my credit... I found that a little odd but since I wanted to buy that car I was ok with it.. he then proposed an offer saying they will try to beat the price offered by my bank if I go with their finance company... odd again since only month ago they turned down my finance request. Since they are going to run my credit anyways I said I'll consider that offer. The guy at the finance then went on to call their finance company and told me they are ready to offer the same price. I said I will just stick with my bank... and after some more bargaining he said he will try to get a slightly better deal... at this point I was sick and tired of their means of doing business... they were simply getting more greedy... I asked them to just give me the VIN and I will come back with the check from my bank. The finance guy just started shouting saying he is not ready to do business with me and will not give the VIN! I felt I was just discriminated by this dealer because of my nationality.

He made sure that we were comfortable while we waited with the coffee and water.
