The latch broke again in bottom larger section of the console in Ram Big Horn so I couldn’t open it. I needed to start carrying meds with me in a cooler bag that I needed to put in console. I try not leaving out to avoid theft. They opened it so I could use it & ordered a new latch. That’s where the difference between dealerships came to light. Tony in service stated a $40 part may be available & Nicole in parts verified it. Other dealerships stated that I needed the entire console for over $600! Of course there were labor charges. I was kept informed of status while waiting & all were friendly & helpful. This is the 2nd time I’ve had the service department above board & honest. I can’t list all of the names but the entire service and parts department is wonderful. The savings now can go to vet bills for 12 yo dog & her cat that I rescued and my med bills for cancer. Who wouldn’t be grateful?

My opinion continues to go down with each visit. Charged $300 for 1 hour of service work. Labor only, parts were prepaid. Then they sit on the finished job for another 30 minutes before delivering the vehicle back. Staff did not clean up interior after their work. With the exception of warranty or recall work, I don't see myself going back to their service department. And if there are any Coronavirus protocols in place, I saw no evidence of them being posted or enforced.

Took my 2012 wrangler in because was making an awful noise. Dealt with Ross. Called me back and told me the status. An issue came up with unknown damage to flywheel. Ross took care of that for me as this repair would be costly. No surprises when I picked up my Jeep and works great.

From start to finish, working and purchasing a car from this dealership was amazing. Kirk Morrison and the manager, Gordon, were incredible, kind and easy to work with. They never made it uncomfortable and we never felt like we were dealing with the stereotypical car dealership that everyone's afraid of. Spent 3 hours before we walked out. Had a nice salesman who showed us two options that supposedly fell into our upfront told budget "guaranteed". When they came back from the new car manager the price he showed us on the MSRP tag and on his company computer inventory was increased $7-10k as a starting price. When I questioned the starting point, which was over the highest model car when we were looking at a base model, I was told that the MSRP meant nothing that they start higher under their "dealer package". They couldn't explain what that was or why their final sale price on the computer was $10k less. Through all the "negotiations" they didn't listen to what our needs were and just kept extending the loan time frame and not negotiating their price. I had to ask for the keys to our trade in back to leave. The new car manager was condescending and I felt bad for our nice guy salesman who stood there not knowing what to say and having no power to do anything. All the advertising of a free warranty forever that obviously you pay for upfront and I won't even go into the details of that offer.

Was so overwhelmed by all the options available when I came to look. Even after several days of considering I found I was confusing the options on one vehicle for those on another. Thought the vehicle I ultimately purchased had all options available but later realized that was not correct. Though I asked the sales rep at the time and he confirmed what I thought, after driving away I determined some things were not included that I thought. My mistake as much as his - I should have verified the information myself.

My husband and I went into the dealership ready to buy a new truck. We worked with Freddie and in the beginning, he was super friendly. When he brought us the price of the vehicle, we countered with an offer. Freddie went to the manager (I think) and came back. His whole demeanor changed and he very rudely packed up his paperwork and said no we can't do a deal. Then he pushed us out of the office and instead of walking us out or trying to work with us, he just walked to the key machine on the opposite side of the dealership and was visibly angry with us. We drove over an hour to this dealership just to be treated like crap. They just lost a potential lifetime customer who buys new trucks every couple of years for our business.

Last November I purchased a 2015 Ram 1500 Crew Cab Eco Diesel it is the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased at almost $50,000. I figured with spending this amount I would receive the service such a purchase would entail, well I was wrong! Shortly after purchase I noticed dents in my right front fender, these dents are from the inside out & are either a result of a stamping error in manufacturing or something inside the fender pushing out against it. I have asked the service department personnel including the manager about this and they're response has always been they don't have a body shop and will not cover any repair under warranty. They did recommend a shop to have it repaired at but at my expense! Why offer a "Life Time" warranty or use the term "After the sale we serve" if they have no intention or capability to do so. My wife and I are planning on purchasing a new Dodge Journey or Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace her 2011 Ford Escape but will not be buying it here. If when purchasing a new vehicle you also looking for a good service department or a dealership which stands behind what they advertise I suggest you look elsewhere as Boniface-Hiers Chrysler/Dodge/RAM/Jeep does not.

They did not pressure me, they worked as hard as he could to get me the price I was happy with, plus because I am handicapped and was have a scooter lift installed in my van, they took the van to Mobility Medical for me and then went back and brought it to my home after it was installed. 2013 Wrangler Unlimited (10th Anniversary Model) had problem with ABS system. Turned out to be a sensor. This fell under extended Lifetime Warranty (Maximum Care) and was handled immediately once i notified of problem. Got bill and was charged deductible. Paid deductible, although i thought was suppose to be slightly less, figured i would review agreement and follow up with Dealer if different then amount charged. Ended up forgetting about it, but received letter less then a week later notifying me that i overpaid and to please find check enclosed. I don't need to say another word.

Do not go to this dealership. They are liars who will waste your time. On Saturday, July 16, 2016, Anthony Wagner, Quality Assurance Director, suckered us in with an agreed-upon price he had written down on paper and confirmed with a handshake, then went back on his word, with some vague and shifty excuse that the internet price of the vehicle precluded his providing the price he had already offered. Worse yet, they then tried to show us a more expensive model. To add insult to injury, they repeatedly shook my husband's hand while thanking him for his military service. Tommy Taylor, Anthony Wagner, and the person who claimed to be the Used Car Manager should be ashamed of themselves! On Monday, July 18, 2016, I went to Space Coast Honda and purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda CRV-EXL. I received excellent attention from Drew Elmen, Dougie Finwall, and Johnny Harmon. In fact, after hearing our story, our next door neighbors went to Space Coast Honda the next day and purchased a new Honda CRV-EXL.

I have purchased at least 40 cars in my lifetime. Of all of the purchases to include three purchases from this dealer (this my fourth from this specific dealer location), this was the best experience I have ever had HANDS DOWN! My salesman David Hughes, was the most detailed, patient, helpful and pleasant salesman I have had to date! The store manager Gordon Cramer was both exceptionally helpful and seriously kind and friendly! Even though I was all over the place with what I wanted and was very unsure of what I wanted in the package, they simply walked me through all of my options and even when I was just about to end the experience without buying they were nothing but friendly and very patient and did not pressure me what so ever in what I wanted to buy. Ultimately I was able to make my decision but only because they went the extra mile for me in order to ensure I was both happy and satisfied with my purchase! Honestly, in all of my purchases over my life, I was never able to receive such amazing customer service. In fact, I just recently bought my wife a new car for Christmas from a different dealer (Ford) and I am STILL trying to get issues taken care of after they wrecked my wife's brand new car when she brought it in for an option instal. Which is still not installed correctly after 6 months and endless complaints! Boniface Hiers is hands down head and shoulders above any other dealer in the entire county! Their amazing service makes the other dealers look like rookies! I wouldn't buy another car unless from this dealership! Specifically the owner AJ Heirs, is always available to me for assistance and help! This was the best experience I have ever had.To make matters even better, when I finished my deal, my salesman David Hughes spend well over an hour going over every detail on my new truck. That has NEVER happened before in all of my purchases. David is the best salesman I have EVER had in ANY purchase I have made! He is an exceptional person that really cares about his customers. I am seriously impressed with every bit of the process! I simply cannot say enough good about David or Gordon! Job well done gentlemen!

The dealership in Melbourne didn't care that we had a problem. They would not even allow us to stop by to have the computer to check. When we called you Rob said "you come by and we will fit you in and get you back on the road." Your entire staff knows how to treat people. They made us feel cared for. Well it was an experience being there for 4 hours for software updates on my new jeep purchased alittle over 2 weeks ago. A sensor on the dash was coming on telling my left rear taillight was out. It was coming on constantly every time I put the brake on and then took my foot off. The first time I took it in they checked out the car and said they could not find anything wrong. The sensor stopped coming on for about a month and then started again approx. a week ago so I can in to have it looked at again. This time they did find a problem and said they needed to order a part and I am waiting for that to come in so I can go back to have it fixed. It seems though that whenever there is a problem they always need to order the part and I have to make a return visit. The check in rep Ross is always friendly and helpful.

We recently purchased a 2016 75th Anniversary Edition Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara from Boniface-Hiers Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Our sales person David Hughes was very professional and helpful. He was very knowledgeable of Jeep Wranglers and provided us with valuable information throughout the purchase process. David was low key and we never felt pressured or rushed at anytime. Mark Steve the Sales Manager reached out to us after our initial visit and put together the deal that brought us back to Boniface-Hiers to purchase our Jeep. The deal we agreed upon via email and phone was exactly what we received when we returned to finalize the purchase. The Finance manager Brian Bartalot got us a better rate on our purchase than what we had in hand. Brian was pleasant, efficient and most importantly had us out of his office quickly. I received an Instant Cash email from KBB-referring me to one of their partner dealers (Bonifac Hiers Dodge Chrysler Jeep) of $18,664 for my 2013 Ford Flex.I showed up and was promptly asked, "What were you looking to get for your Flex?" and I told them I had the KBB Instant Cash Offer of $18,664. They ignored the info and the Used Car Manager did an independent evaluation. After 25 minutes of waiting, the Used Car Consultant returned with an offer of $14,000. They had double deducted for vehicle mileage and given my vehicle a "Fair" condition evaluation. I told the Sales Consultant that this was a waste of time and walked out.2 days later I received a cash offer of $18,000 from another dealership.If Boniface Hiers CDJR is not going to honor (or come anywhere close to a program they are pushing with KBB Instant Cash Value), then they should not have wasted my time.I sent a follow up email to Debbie Terry the Inventory Manager saying that my visit was a waste of time and she did not ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAIL or APOLOGIZE that the offer was not anywhere close to what I was sent in the KBB Instant Cash Value offer.Steer clear of Boniface-Hiers CDJR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When leasing a vehicle, the oil changes are required to be done at the dealership. This is fine, except there are no appointments allowed for oil changes. Most folks do not have the luxury of blocking out 1-2 hours for an oil change, and it seems silly they should have to. An "express" lane should be just that...EXPRESS. I understand there are issues with staffing, and that you have no control over how many customers come in for service, but this is precisely why appointments would make sense. I dread using the service department, because I know that even something as simple as an oil change will take up a good portion of my day. Also, it would be helpful if lease customers were told at the time of sale that all 4 free oil changes had to be used within 2 years. (On a 3-yr lease, this rule makes zero sense.) We ended up forfeiting one of our free oil changes because we were never told by the salesperson that they expired after 2 years.

I have bought 9 vehicles here over a duration of 15 years. I could go to numerous dealers nearby but I choose travel the extra hour in exchange for the excellent service and celebrity treatment. Of course it helps to have the credit worthiness but with a call or text we order the vehicle, it materializes and I show up to pick it up and sign papers in less than an hour. No need to haggle , second guess info, or ask for better finance plans. Currently have 6- Ram 4x4 for business and a new plum crazy 6.4 hemi Challenger that drives and performs as billed if not better. Plan to continue my business here forever and as an added bonus it's a great excuse to visit the East Coast

He is so patient and listes to what you want and then finds it. The finance manager was so well organized and was super quick. Ed Hennessey and Brian took care of me and believe it or not, it was a pleasure working with both of them. The whole process was streamlined to a point of not hanging out at the dealership all day. Tommy the salesman was very helpful and professional. However, we had a situation in which he made a mistake and identified the engine size as a 2.4 instead of a 2.0. I did not recognize this until after i returned home after the purchase. The next day, the sales manager, Gordon, immediately addressed this situation in which Tommy owned up to his mistake and i was impressed by that. As a result, Gordon made an adjustment on the vehicle price. I feel that this is a dealership that i would do business with again in the future based on how they can take a problem and find a solution. Me and my husband have been looking for a suv since nov.2015 we have been to everyone in melbourne, palm bay, titusville, you name we have been there, we ended up at boniface in merritt island to look at the jeep cherokee, Freddie Espinsosa helped us, but when i didnt see the color or one i liked, Gordon Cramer stepped in and offered to find me one, and he surely did he made all the calls called me, i called him back and forth and finally he got me the one i wanted color everything. We were very pleased with our overall experience! We bought a used car from this dealership from Freddie. He was a great salesman who was honest and not pushy. He was very respectful and friendly. Once we left and drove the car for a little bit we noticed a few things wrong with the car. We called them and they asked us to come in right away so they could fix it. While they fixed it they dropped me and my kids off at the mall and picked us up when it was ready, so we did not have to sit around and wait. Craig was very friendly and Jim (the shop's foreman), went out of his way to squeeze us in and accommodate us! They fixed the problems right away and quickly without any problems or questions and no fees included! They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied customers!

Recently, I had the misfortune of embedding a piece of sheet metal in one of my tires late on a Saturday... I called Boniface Hiers service department and, although it was 30 minutes from closing, the manager agreed to have a look at it.... The tire was repaired and I was on my way within an hour... Without this assistance I would have been, at best, without my RAM 1500 truck for the weekend...

The time prior to this it took 3 hours to agree on a purchase price and process the paperwork what a nightmare. This time I was greeted professionally but very friendly from the moment I walked through the door. Erin Leporacci, Internet Sales Consultant greeted me when I first arrived. She is very friendly and personable. I want to commend Freddy Espinoza (salesman) for his dedication to detail, professionalism and friendliness. He even insisted on driving with me to return my rental car. In addition Gordon Cramer, the sales manager created a comfortable purchase experience. Agreeing on a purchase price was seamless and I couldnt believe we were done basically in an hour! Almost 4 decades working with Caterpillar Dealers respond to new demands, does cause me to have critical eye:Facility is showing its age. Parking, access and egress is 1960's. Needs attention. Just relocate some of the backlot cars??Waiting room is functional at best. Not comfortable, poor chairs, no coffee - visit other dealers.Not suggesting tear down old facility -- just refurnish, get organized & clean up.$50 added fee for synthetic oil for what I was sold would be FREE oil changes... Had the truck picked out, showed up and was met by Ed, we got right to business, I was using a trade as a down payment, the used car manager ( can't remember the name) low balled the trade ( his job), we worked out a deal, not the best for me but OK. Well anyway this guy told me the truck was going directly to auction and he was going to loose on this deal. Well the truck is online today for a considerable amount more than he told me. He did his job well, but he lied to my face. Good place if you are going to make a deal without a trade.

I bought a beautiful 2015 Dodge Durango Limited. I love it, but I had some minor factory issues (leather seat had a couple of small chips in it, and other small issues like that). I took it in and the manager, Gordon, gave me the VIP treatment. I expected to be treated like I was nit picking, but Gordon understood where I was coming from. I can't say enough good about this guy. He was simply amazing. He handed me off to Ross in the service department. Ross was very helpful and got me a nice rental car although I hadn't purchased any sort of additional warranty support. He ordered the parts and had my car back to me in a couple of days. Their handling of my issues ensured that I will be a customer for life.

This afternoon I received a phone call from the Boniface Hiers Service Director and he was all about performing service recovery. He addressed my experience in a very professional manner and offered a resolution that I exceeded my expectations. These guys take customer service seriously. The service director even followed-up with an email - that's a belts and suspenders solution to me.Look, based upon their response, I'm guessing that my experience was just an isolated incident.Talk about turning a negative customer experience into a positive one. In the end, the problem doesn't matter, it's how Boniface Hiers responds to it. They won me back.Give 'em a try, I bet you'll be pleased.

I've dealt with more new & used car salesmen then I can even begin to count. Something about most of them makes my spine cringe when they converge upon you like vultures the second you step foot on the lot. However, with Boniface Hiers, I had the absolute best (dare I say fun?!) experience I've ever had buying a car. It all began with Kyle. He was the most honest, kind, and accomodating person I've ever come across at a dealership. The first day we stopped by I was definitely not planning to buy. I'd made a list of cars to test drive before making my final decision, and Jeep was on that list. I made it clear to him up front that I was strictly there to browse/test drive, not purchase. Most salesmen would have instantly tried to pressure me into changing my mind or simply moved on to the next customer. Kyle, however, let me test drive several different models, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel as if I was wasting his time. When it came time to leave, the Manager (Mark) came out and thanked me for stopping by - I was completely taken aback because most managers aren't interested in even looking at you until the car has been chosen and negotiations have started. I did go on to many other area dealerships, but none compared to the jeep I'd driven the first day - and more importantly, I was never treated as well as I'd been at Boniface Hiers. Needless to say I wound up back where I started and even though they're a high volume dealership, they remembered me, the car I was interested in, and were absolutely fine with me repeating the test drive process. I wound up buying that day, and every single person I dealt with (from the manager to the finance guy & everyone in between) treated me with dignity, respect, and never once talked down to me (sadly that happens way more than it should since I'm a women). After some interesting back and forth, we met at a price I was comfortable with - however, the car I wanted with the options I needed wasn't on their lot. They took the time to call all dealerships within a 150 miles until they found my perfect car (meaning they had to take extra time to work out a trade with another dealership AND make the drive to get it! 4 days later I'm STILL amazed at how hard they worked to make me happy. Kyle honestly deserves his own paragraph full of praise - he was a total rock star, but then again, every single person I dealt with from management (Mark & Gordon) to financing (Ernie) to the business manager (Brian) - hope I got those titles right - went so far above and beyond anything I'd expected or experienced prior, that it all sort of seemed surreal. I love my new Jeep & I love that I've found a local dealership that I can put my trust in & recommend to friends. In case the guys at Boniface Hiers ever check this page out, thanks to ALL of you - I know I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but every single one of you were AMAZING. Thanks for making the whole process smooth, easy, and most of all, entertaining.

Purchasing a vehicle was a great experience. People were timely and professional and you received the service you would expect.The service department is a different story. Trying to get an appointment is a frustrating process. No on responds to your online requests for service. I have sent several emails in the past with absolutely no response. I recently called the service department and received a busy signal I was asked to leave a message and someone would get back to me as soon as possible. Just like the website, no one has contacted. They talk a good game, but cannot produce the service provided in other departments. This area is broke and there is really no sincerity when it comes to customer service. Get someone that really appreciates their job and wants to provide good service. I'm still waiting to get someone to respond to set up an appointment. BTW their express line service is slow and it is better to set an appointment. You'll get out of their quicker if you by pass the express line.

We came in to take a test drive of a Dodge Grand Caravan. Bobby took us for a test drive then we looked at there inventory not quite what we wanted. Bobby looked up other dealers inventory's to find us one equipped with what we wanted found one but when he called to confirm the transaction they had just sold it. He found one about the same we decided it would be great agreed to buy this one. The dealership had agreed to go pick it up the next day have the van cleaned up ready for us to pick up. They delivered on that minivan. We came to pick it up the minivan was out front ready to go. We really like our new Dodge Grand Caravan getting use to it. Check engine light activated on weekend-readout indicated #4 cylinder misfire. Took vehicle to dealer Monday AM. Was leaving Tuesday for shows in Wisconsin & California. Dealer responded to situation and repaired vehicle in 24 hours as opposed to 48 or 72 hrs. Made both shows ON TIME. Just returned home after this 20 day 7000+ miles trip and vehicle performed flawlessly

They fixed my primary electrical issue complaint, but I asked for the wipers to be replaced. Afterwards, they said they weren't replaced because they were fine. They weren't fine and streak. I had an issue with them in he rain the night before streaking in the dark with heavy rain. They didn't change them. I just took delivery the day before. I know when a wiper needs to be replaced I'll have to buy my own after just buying the vehicle.

Boniface/Heirs is always on top of any service that is due to our vehicles and sends us reminders of what is due and the service that is needed and/or required. We feel very confident with the service we receive. They are also do not pressure us into anything we do not want, they do tell us if they find a problem and show us exactly what the problem is and what it will take to fix it and the cost up front, if they run into another unforeseen problem they immediately tell us, so that it is not a surprise at the end of the service trip. We also like the way they handle selling new or used cars. They don't bombard you with 2 or more salesmen trying to sell you a vehicle, like some dealers are prone to doing now days. Thanks

Our Chrysler convertible would not turn over so we had AAA tow to Boniface at night, then got there by cab in the early morning at 6:30 am, and was greeted by Steve who opened early for us to sit and wait for the service dept. Watched the Orion launch from the parking lot since that was the reason we had come to town. Steve made us coffee. Later we got a ride to have breakfast when the courtesy van was available. Later we got excellent service on our car - new battery since under warranty and checked all the systems which were ok. This was the best experience meeting the kind and helpful people at Boniface. They are the best!!!!! We are from the Boston area and this was an experience to see what a great service department is like.

service was prompt, I did however watch the tech-from the drive & noticed 3 items that were NOT checked, the tire pressures & the Diff. fluid, door hinges could have been lubed. Also a VERRY GOOD idea is to NOT tighten-up the initial lug, as doing so can bend a wheel, the lugs should be "snugged' tight & then properly torqued with the vehicle on the ground. Even though this was a "free" LOF it would be still be appreciated to check ALL things.

I just wanted to say that my experience with the service department of Boniface-Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM was great. I would recommend the Boniface-Hiers dealership to anyone who needs his/her Dodge repaired. I had to have my tires on my 2013 Dodge Dart looked at on September 20, 2014 because I noticed that my left front tire had been losing air pressure. I needed to get the problem taken care and I was not sure if I could get my car looked at because I was unable to set up an appointment in advance. But, that was not a problem. The service department actually looked at my car first thing. The mechanic was able to show my the problem in less than five minutes after my car was brought into the service bay. I was lucky that I had taken my car in when I had because it turned out that my left front tire had a nail in it. I was then given a reasonable price for the repair. My front left tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience with Boniface-Hiers Chrysler Doge Jeep RAM. I am so glad that I have a great Dodge service department located less than six miles away from home...

I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 from Gator Dodge. To say that it was a bad experience would be a gross understatement. Though not the dealer's fault the truck turned out to be a lemon. Gator offered me no help and only what service they absolutely had to. I finally gave up on them and drove 40 miles to Boniface. So glad I did. They have a completely different culture there. From the first day I brought the lemon there until the day Chrysler finally replaced it they were there to help and make the process less painful. And always with a smile and a good word. Unlike my experience at gator where it seemed every time I was there that I heard at least one customer cursing them for one reason or another. I will make that 40 mile drive for this kind of service EVERY TIME.

My wife, Janie and I just moved to Merritt Island Florida on June 1st. We were looking to get back into a Jeep. We had owned a Jeep in the past and really enjoyed the vehicle. We were browsing the lot when a salesman, (David Hughes) asked if he could assist us. Mr. Hughes spent time with us out in the hot sun on a 95 degree day showing us any vehicle we desired to see and answered any questions we had. When we settled on a few Jeep Patriots, Mr. Hughes let us drive one and then we moved inside to start working on a trade for our 2012 Subaru Legacy. Mr. Hughes was very professional, polite and courteous throughout the entire process. Mr. Hughes worked with other staff in the dealership and other resources such as financial institutions to find us the best deal and payment on our new vehicle. We moved on to the next step and met Mr. Brian Bartalot, who helped us purchase an extended warranty package and fill out and sign the forms and paperwork required to close the purchase of the vehicle. Mr. Bartolot was very professional, kind and courteous during the entire process. This experience of buying a new vehicle was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle.

My sister & I stopped by this dealership when we were down in Cocoa Beach to bring our parents back to Minnesota. We were unfamiliar with the systems on the Chrysler Town & Country van and your employees were most helpful in showing us how to use the navigation system and also with how to fold down the seats in the way back. We were there on 2 separate occasions and both times your employees were kind and helpful & we very much appreciated it. I spent months researching full-size pickup trucks before deciding to purchase a Ram 1500 Laramie Limited 4X4. The money matters to me like most people. Thurman Smith took my wife and I on a test drive and demo'd the Ram for us. He never pressured us and fully answered questions. Over the next couple months, I visited 4 other Ram dealers and probably another 10-12 Toyota and Ford dealerships while testing over 30 vehicles. I kept remembering the Ram and that Boniface-Hiers as a team made us feel like our time and vehicle purchase were important to them. Bobby Keeler and Michelle Parker are true marvels!! I pinged back and forth online finding an exact model/trim, color and options. They worked and worked to find the right truck and they nailed it. They helped me consistently and made the purchase the simplest I have ever experienced. Great communications with two very patient professionals. Honestly, I really like Bobby Keeler and Michelle Parker. I felt confident from start to finish in them and Boniface-Hiers. That made all the difference. Additionally the price was better than expected. Not only did they help me maximize rebates and incentives, we had a trade-in and Boniface-Hiers presented a very fair offer right up front. That was a strike against two other local dealers. When it came time to complete the deal, Brian Bartalot walked me through the paperwork quickly but fully explaining each document and providing all key info. Once again, everything worked right on time, every time. I recommend this dealership for purchase without hesitation. We LOVE our truck! Go see them and let them know what you want.

7/1/13My 2006 Chrysler Sebring's windows stopped working on 6/28/13. We checked the owners manual and replaced the fuse it said for power windows. Seeing how my top would still function but the windows would not we feared it was in the box controller for the top so I took it to the dealer.Upon being told that it would be $115 for inspection and would be applied to any repairs if needed I agreed to let them look. 2 HOURS LATER the service guy comes out and tells me it'll be another $115 because they HAVEN'T FOUND THE PROBLEM. Now being as I researched this problem for Sebrings, I knew that it was very common and could not understand WHY they wouldn't know right off the bat what it was. A SHORT IN THE GROUND is all he said. When my husband got home from work and I told him what they said, he opened the hood looking for a short in the wiring.(Like they said to look for) He then went into the main fuse box and started pulling out fuses inspecting them. He found one that was out and we went and replaced it. $3.49+tax. IT FIXED THE WINDOWS!! We then went back to Boniface Hiers to talk to a manager and ask why if they did a "full-inspection" was this not found. We asked for a manager and after 30 minutes of waiting, the service guy came back and said "well we did check the fuses but it wasn't burnt then" THEN WHY ELSE DID MY WINDOWS NOT WORK AND WHY AS SOON AS WE REPLACED IT THEY WERE FIXED? They refused to offer any consulation for THEIR mistake and we never did get to see the manager.I FEEL LIKE I WAS DEFRAUDED FOR GOING IN THERE WITH MY 17YR OLD DAUGHTER AND TRUSTING THEM. Even when I asked to watch them, they told me there was "no way for a customer to see the work being done" on their own car. I feel bad for the two other women who were there alone whom I overheard employees come tell there was "several" problems with their cars and they need to keep them for a :"few hours" well at $115/hr, I hope the repair bill wasn't much more! I have no problem paying for a repair to be done, but when you don't even start with the simplist problem it could be, what am I paying for??? I feel that I was preyed upon because I was female and DO NOT RECCOMMEND BONIFACE HIERS TO ANYONE EVER!

I have 2 admit i was alittle untrusting with any dealer, ok alot. But a friend told me that she had the most amazing experience at Boniface Hiers so I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted 2 spend and I also knew that most dealerships could care less about my buget. So i shopped online in fear of meeting this person face 2 face. I found the van that i was interested in and made the feared call. I really wasn't expecting this very nice and very understand person on the other end of the phone. I told him what i had in mind and the type of payment we wanted. He was so AWESOME and called around till he got the best price. The payment was alittle higher than i wanted so he helped me browse more vans online 2 help meet the payment i had in mind. All this time i kept telling my self this is really 2 good 2 be true. This is far 2 easy there must be a catch something this was going far 2 easy. I mean he really cared that i have 7 mouths 2 feed. So we found the van i thought would be perfect for my family. He told me 2 let him continue 2 work on the bank part and he would let me know when he was able 2 work some magic. And magic he worked because not only did he get our payment lower than what we had asked 4 he made the whole experience so easy. I was in such shock that i kept waiting 4 some thing 2 go wrong. I just knew that at any minute he would take the keys back and tell me he couldn't help me. But I was never more wrong. He took care of every thing over the phone. When we arrived at the dealership the van was parked out front and ready 4 us 2 inspect and test drive. He walked us through everything and kept reasurring me everything was done if we were happy with the van all we had 2 do is sign. He really was a GREAT help. Very friendly very understanding and made our experience soooooo painless. I took a sigh of relief when we drove our new van off the lot because it really hit me then that Mr. Keeler took all of the stress out of buying a car and i will refer any one who is looking 4 a new car his way. I can honestly say any future buisness will be at Boniface Hiers of Merritt Island. Thank you so much Mr. Keeler 4 making our experience so AWESOME!!!!

I repeatedly called and worked with Bobby for an out of town sale. He and Boniface-Heirs consistently had the best price on a new Town and Country we wanted. Bobby was always receptive and courteous on the phone, and somehow always answered. Even if he was busy, he would call me back, but was courteous and always on the other end of the phone when I wanted him. Delaership overall was good with working with us on small issues that came up (like not receiving the TV remotes) by overnighting them to us.

My last review was removed from the site - we will see how long this one last? My epxerience with this dealership specifically Craig Hiers was terrible. They did not want to do any warrantied repairs on my new jeep. I took it to Greenway in Orlando and they did all diagnositic and repairs - NO CHARGE. Go to Greenway it's worth the drive.

I rate this deal an A++ because i had just came from a bad experience with another dealer ship and when i got to this one i didn't have the people jumping down my back. Brian introduced himself and waited until we asked for question. When we told him what we were looking for he pointed us directly to the vehicles and i decided to take the car for a test drive and he didn't even go with us. The paper work went through smoothly and was one of the last ones there and they were there along with us without any attitude. I couldn't ask for a person Sales Consultant.

I just bought a Jeep Wrangler from Mr. Walter Smith and I had a wonderful experience! I was extremely worried that we wouldn't be able to make a deal because my trade-in was less than a year old and I felt like I would be too upside-down in order to make anything work. Walter was never pushy or rude and really let me call the shots. I'm an experienced car buyer (and picky about my salesmen) and he really trailored himself to me and my husbands needs. He had a very calm demeanor which seemed to also calm my nerves as well. His confidence in his dealership made us feel very reassured that we were making the right decision. The floor manager Frank was super flexible and kind to us. He made the deal perfect for us and my husband and I were very happy in the end!! He also took the time to come over and get to know us a little more personally. I can tell that he is a great manager because he listened to what Walter was relaying to him and he backed his salesmans' agreement. This also shows a lot about the dealership because it proves that the management and sales personnel are working together towards a common goal. I have been in dealerships before when you can just feel the tension between the employees and management and you basically can't wait to leave. This certainly isn't the case with Boniface Hiers in Merritt Island! Our finance officer Mike was also wonderful. We were concerned with our credit scores but he was also confident that he could keep his word on his deal no matter what...and that is exactly what he did. I have also dealt with Craig Hiers on the service side. He is very helpful as well and very patient with customers and their complaints. I always enjoy coming in to talk to him about my concerns about my new Jeep because I know that he won't judge me and he's very kind no matter who he's talking to. As soon as I bought my Jeep I immediately wanted to start adding things to it, so I made another stop at parts and got to meet Mike. Mike is another wonderful employee! We looked through the Jeep books for different options for the 100 different things I was thinking of and he found me all the prices I wanted. I never felt like I was bothering him or taking up his time. He was excited to look for different parts just like I was! Everyone that I talked to was very calm and helpful and I know that this was probably one of the biggest factors that helped me. Most dealership salesmen are pushy, eager to make a deal, and the financial side usually never ends up sticking to what you agreed to. This is not the case with Boniface Hiers. They kept their word throughout the entire process and never pushed us to buy a vehicle from them. We really felt like they had our best interests in mind. I would obviously highly recommend this dealership, and my salesman Walter, to anyone interested in buying a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler vehicle. Mr. A.J. Hiers really knows how to pick good employees!!! More often customers send letters to the owners because they're not satisfied or had a bad experienced, this letter is the exception. I want to personally thank Frank Liquori most of all for putting in the endless effort getting me financed. I was up against the gun of having to turn my Ford lease in, and Ford couldn't get me qualified to get another truck. Even though I never missed a payment and was never late, because of my credit score drop in the interim due to a divorce they just couldn't get the deal done. From the time I gave Frank the information he needed it took almost 6 days to get me qualified, which I was getting disgusted because I know you can get an answer in just hours or less. Frank kept on them for answers why they wouldn't do it never giving up not to mention my countless disgusted phone calls to him. In all this Frank never once raised his voice or shouted back at me, he kept his cool and Professionalism In my opinion this was a deal that couldn't get done. I will say he is the most tenacious person I have met for the position he is in. But his street savvy attitude and tenacious personality got me done. He held the truck I wanted for the whole time period never given up. I own a Construction Company with many employees so I know how hard it is to find people like this guy, all I can say is you have a real winner behind that counter. Your whole team from the first call to Mike Furru right down to my salesman, was first class. Our trade-in vehicle was in the service bay and we were facing a ~$1500 service charge which the dealership waived while giving an allowance well above the KBB target for the trade-in. A pleasurable experience on the negotiation which ended in a fair price and great financing.

I worked with Mike Simpson, their Internet manager. All through the process Mike was helpful without being pushy or condescending because I was a woman. I felt like he and the team were fair with both my trade-in value and the vehicle price. I also appreciated that he did not try to get me to buy the vehicle the first day I looked at it. I've had that happen with other dealerships that would indicate that the deal would "expire" or the car would be gone, etc. I work in a web job so I do extensive Internet research. I wanted time to check many things about the model, including recalls and reviews. Mike gave me the time to feel comfortable about the choice I was making. I would feel confident steering friends to him in the future.

Mike was very helpful and courteous. My family really enjoys working with him & coming to him for help when looking for vehicles. This was a very low-pressure sale. Mike Simpson was very knowledgeable; I'd bought several vehicles from him in the past when he worked at other dealerships. I have a Dodge dealership closer to my home but we chose to work with Boniface because Mike Simpson was there. Brandon in finance was excellent as well. Excellent experience all around, I highly recommend them.

Mike did a great job in making the whole experience quick and easy. He was very helpful, had the car washed, cleaned and ready before we arrived. (I called to setup appt). I will recommend him to friends and family. Dealership includes a very good warranty with many of the used vehicles they sell.Dealership refused to provide a 2nd key to car when asked, this should not happen with buying a almost new car.
