2 years ago I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2019 Kia Soul from this dealership and today on 9/11/21 I was able to trade that car in for a 2022 Kia Soul. The salesman Rolando was excellent. Ge was patient, detail-oriented, compassionate and well rounded to a young man. I like that he didn't try to mislead me and clearly understood my needs on what I was doing. This young man get an A+ for the service that he provided. Since they gave me a call about my car, I decided to take another chance to drive 2.5 hours to hear their offer. I can't even tell you how happy Boniface Kia, Rolando and finance guy Matthew made me feel. Thank you guys because you still deserve a 5⭐ rating. Judy was the sales woman who helped me and I must say that she was exceptional Very friendly, polite and was sincere in what she was doing. Although she was fairly new at the time that she was introduced to me I must say her attention was on me at all times. I mentioned to her what I wanted and looking for and my price range and she got it done for me. That was service if you ask me. Someone who understands you and not just try to sell you something that they think you should get. Thanks so much Judy ❤️

As always my experience at Boniface-Hers Kia was great! Lots of customers ahead of me but the able techs worked quickly and efficiently to get me out as quickly as possible. Always polite, professional persons on staff to help us. Definitely our only car dealership we have been going to since 1996. God bless all of them! I recently traded in my 2008 Kia Optima that had been a great car I bought from Karl Jansons and he sold me the perfect car for my needs, a 2012 Kia Forte. As always, Karl handled everything professionally and with his personal touch. He has become a personal friend of my wife and myself and we think of him as “family!”

Everything was fine from front to back. I needed a set of brakes and a bulb for fog lights. Brakes were fine, I expected to pay at the dealership for brakes. $40 for a single bulb I thought was excessive. Don't know that I would have service done again. I got chased down by Sandy to get out of the car I own and get into a new one. I work for a rental company and if I have someone that I was trying to get to purchase a car from me after having him spend $400 on brakes for a car you would have sold and added that it had new brakes..... I would have thrown the bulb on the car. And now that you sent this to me, I have a lower opinion of your dealership.

We bought a new Kia Sorrento, BTW, beat RAV4 hands down, got it home and found minor body damage. Immediately contacted the salesman Butch and Finance Manager Maria and they never flinched and responded that they included the General Manager, and they would get us a new vehicle. They did too, with some extra upgrades for our troubles. Butch is a straight up good man and Maria is cut from the same cloth. Highly reccomend these people!

I'm not certain if there's a maximum limit on this review, but I'm going to be pushing it to the limit, I'm sure. I cannot speak highly enough of this car dealership, the sales staff, management, or finance team! I suppose people don't normally appreciate a car salesman when they go to make a purchase of a vehicle. Salesmen and women for the most part come off as high pressure and degrading. I know this from my own personal experience. Unless you go in to the dealership with a 750 credit score and a full bank account, they look at you like a wounded animal, and try to take you for your worth. This past weekend, I was given a whole new outlook on that. A lot of times you'll see reviews that come from either pissed off customers who had a terrible experience because of their terrible outlooks, or you'll hear reviews that seem manufactured as though family and friends wrote the reports. I assure you...any positive reviews from this dealership were WELL warranted. Allow me to explain why.Last Sunday, after spending nearly every dime in my pocket moving into a new apartment (while planning on rebuilding my savings and purchasing a new car after Christmas), I was driving to pick up my children, and my transmission blew up on my car. I had to work the next day (an hour drive away) and I was stuck, with no money to pay for repairs, and no way to get to work. I took Monday off and decided to try to make a miracle happen.I remember seeing a friend of mine on Facebook who had recently purchased a vehicle, and was incredibly happy with her sales experience, so I figured I'd take a shot in the dark. I contacted Michael Durkin (who works for Infiniti of Melbourne - but also sells at the other Boniface Hiers Dealerships). Knowing my financial situation and my substandard credit score in the mid 500s, Michael forwarded me an application for approval and immediately began trying to work out a deal.For hours he tried to locate a vehicle for me, work out financing, and try to stay within my financial budget. This was incredibly difficult when all I had for a down payment was a broken down vehicle and high hopes. But he worked his butt off for it.And THIS is where his character as a salesman showed face. As hard as he tried, he was unable to get me into a vehicle at Boniface Hiers Mazda or Infiniti of Melbourne. None of the financial institutions were willing to get me into a vehicle that wasn't brand new, because they stood the risk of losing value in an older car. However, Michael handed me off (essentially losing my commission) to a salesman at Boniface Hiers Kia, Eddie Otero, knowing that he would be able to get me into a brand new Kia Forte while keeping me within the payment range that I wanted.I was shocked and VERY skeptical at the thought that they were trying to put me into a brand new car, when I was looking at purchasing a 3-4 year old vehicle at the NEWEST to no avail. But I went to the dealership and met Eddie Otero, who was ALSO amazing. Eddie was a genuine, polite and respectful guy...who immediately took to my daughter and referred to her as "Princess" and for the rest of the night, made sure that EVERYONE referred to her as Princess (which made the experience a delight for her - as she was 6 years old and probably didn't want to be there while I filled out paperwork). Eddie worked with me, discussed my finances, helped me get the proper documents for the loan processing, and got me in and out of the dealership, including my test drive and finance paperwork, in a matter of 2 hours.Before I knew it, I went from having NO means of transportation, no money in my pocket, and a broken down 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage with no air conditioning or power steering - to driving off the lot in a beautifully shining, White 2017 Kia Forte with 10 miles on the odometer. I have a BRAND NEW CAR. AND IT HAS AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! And I can ACTUALLY afford it!I say all of this to express my gratitude, and also to encourage anyone that may think that they can't get financed. The people at this dealership jumped through hoops all day for me, stayed in constant contact, worked their butts off, and even handed off their own commission to help me out. So from the bottom of my heart, I'd like to thank them as well. I WILL be sending all my friends and family their way when they are ready to get a new car!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!

***Note: This review is for Boniface-Hiers MAZDA, NOT KIA. For some reason the system is erroneously linking me to the Kia dealership***.Had a caliper coming loose after a full brake job a several weeks ago. Turns out that a pin or bolt was loose/missing from the OEM part, and the dealership got a replacement hardware kit from the supplier to effect repairs. Although the issue was the fault of the supplier, the dealership took good care of me even though it was not a Mazda part. No charges.On a side note, the Service Writer (Wesley) was awesome despite being swamped, overworked, and having little help back there. The dealership really needs to ensure that they always have two (2) people back there to handle the load on busy weekdays. I did mention this to the general manager.And I really miss Yves since he moved over to Kia. Get him back!

Robert, the service manager always goes above and beyond anything to do with service. Yves is the same way. I have never, in the 5 years I've been involved with them, have ever had a bad experience or had to revisit them over the same issue. I had just started out for a weekend away, when my ac went out. I took my car in the next morning hoping for a simple fix. After several tests a few things came up and you needed to keep my car. Ben, my service advisor explained everything in detail to me. He did everything he could to get me out the door so it might be possible to continue my trip. I was given a very nice loaner car at no cost to me. He even made sure the gas tank was full. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my car as my battery was about to go and my tires need to be replaced soon. Being a single female, I want to know my car is reliable. Even though this was an unexpected expense, I was so lucky all of this did not happen on the road. Thank you Ben for all your help. Great job.

Had a blown engine. Aside from the cost of replacing an engine nearly giving me a heart attack, the work was done quickly and, so far, everything is running fine. We especially liked the fact that the salesman, Butch Strokes approached my wife and began discussing what she wanted as she was waiting for me on the opposite side of the dealership from all the other sales people. Sales people at other dealerships always seem to want to talk to me, even though I explain it is she who is looking to purchase. Butch and the sales manager treated us nicely and fairly. I submitted an application for financing and I spoke with an internet sales rep named Brie. She wanted my pay-stubs and info via email. I wasted my whole sat waiting for a response from this agent I called twice and 2 hrs apart and this agent had another employee tell me she will get back to me 20 mins before they close I waited all day my only day off to finally call and talk with Brie to tell me she will submit my info Monday. It was terrible customer service and a complete waste of my whole day!!! I decided to take my business elsewhere!!!!!!

Great service & wonderful personnel; however, the maintenance schedule given to us when we purchased the vehicle is not complete. Some of the scheduled services (every 5000 miles) aren't listed on the form, and when we showed up for what we assumed would be a basic oil change we wound up paying several hundred dollars that we hadn't planned for. A real budget wrecker. A new, complete, accurate maintenance schedule would really be appreciated.

Let me start off by saying, if you have any doubts about coming to this dealership: let them all go. There was not a single unfriendly person on the lot. These people definitely seem to have your best interest at heart, and that's hard to find in this world of sharks. Mahmoud would not let me leave until I was happy. He made me feel extremely comfortable during my test-drive(hadn't driven a stick in years, and was definitely nervous), and let me take my time to get comfortable in the car I thought I was going to purchase. His service was above and beyond what was expected. He could've just given me the car that was in the ad, and not cared how I felt about it, but instead he gave me the best deal he could find while still staying around my piddly little budget He also gave me a check-up call the next few days to make sure all was well. This dealership definitely is all about their quality of service given to customers, not quantity of cars sold per day and that's awesome. Thank you Boniface for making my first new car experience a painless and easy one. And Mahmoud thank you for all the help, kindness, and the patience you provided with our transaction that day. My wife and I were top heavy into a vehicle from a different dealership that we felt was not the car for us and after just two years we wanted out. Having dealt with Boniface Hiers twice in the past we were more than happy to purchase a vehicle through them once again. To top it all off Sandi then sat with us in the car for almost an hour showing us every single feature that particular model offered. If I could give 0 stars I would. The service department is run by liars. They scratched up my paint said they would fix it and 3 weeks later are now denying the repair. I documented everything. 7-2-16 Left message about damage7-3-16 Left message about damage7-5-16 no call backs , went to Boniface talked to Tiger and Rob. Rob told me to go to Imperial Body Masters. To get an estimate and timeline for repairs, they would take care of me. 7-5-16 Went to Imperial Body Masters. Bob told me "the car needs to be polished and may need to have the hood and trunk painted". That I would need "to get in touch with Boniface to schedule the repairs and work out a rental."7-12-16 Called Imperial to check on status. Bob said " need to call Kia to schedule"7-12-16 Called Boniface Kia , Tiger (service rep) refered me to Robert "he has taken case" Tiger took my number said Robert would call me.7-13-16 No Call back, Called Boniface Kia was told " Robert not IN" I left message with front desk7-14-16 No Call back, Called Left Message on Voice mail7-15-16 No Call back . Call Boniface Kia was told Rob is on lot , I (Tiger)will page him , Rob did not pick up and call went to Voice Mail.7-18 No Call back. Left Message on Voice Mail7-19 No Call Back. Left Message with Front Desk7-20-16 No Call Back. Called, Rob answered " body shop informed that they told you it was not Boiniface Kias fault, and they will not pay for the repairs." (I was never told that). 7-20-16 Called General Manager (Ron) told him of details. Made appointment to come by next day at 12:30pm7-21-16 Meet with Rob, Ron and Bob form Imperial. Rob and Ron denied any damages. Ron then said" We will make up the difference for repairs on future work" . Then Ron clarified that he meant they would repair the work for a reduced rate. I informed him that made little sense as its a brand new car and I did only want the paint fixed. He then back tracked and said they would pay for nothing. Rob admitted he was wrong about the body shop telling me Boniface was not responsible. Rob admitted he was wrong for not returning any of my messages. Ron then made it a BIG issue that I had told him that Boniface Kia detailed my car in the phone conversation that I had with him the previous day. Ron was adamant that I said they detailed the car (over 3x told me I said it). I informed him that Boniface Kia records all of its phone conversations ( they make an announcement the call is recorded when you call them). Let's all go listen to the call ( I had caught him in bold face lie). I was then yelled at to get off the lot. I informed them Just go call the Police. 7-21-16 Left Message for Owner AJ Hiers to call me back

I went into Boniface on Thursday July 14th not expecting to but a brand new car but after meeting with my sales rep Sandi the experience took me a whole new level of customer service! Ron W. and the entire Boniface-Hires team worked very hard with me to put me in a new Kia Soul, at a price and financing arrangement I was comfortable with. I was originally intending to buy a late-model pre-owned vehicle from one of the other dealers in my area, but when the Soul's financial package was presented to me, I realized that this was an offer I couldn't afford -not- to accept. Today I went to Boniface just to test drive and take a look at some options of new cars. My sales person Sandi Matkowski was absolutely FABULOUS!! She immediately put me at ease with this whole process of purchasing a new car. It has been 9 years since my last car purchase and j couldn't have asked for a sweeter person! Sandi' s knowledge of the inventory in'stock and evey option available for each model was unbelievable! Through each step of purchasing this car Sandi was so helpful and r ally put my mind at ease. We test drove 2 vehicles, and I chose the Forte model which I felt had the best rating and options that suited my needs. There was no pressure whatsoever from Sandi or any of the others that I had interacted with there today. A very pleasant experience. We went shopping for a new car July 2nd not knowing what we would get. It just had to fit the family and meet our budget. Out first stop was bonaiface hiers kia in Melbourne. Now I hate car shopping because sales people are usually the worst and next to lawyers. Jessica was the first to approach us as we got out of our car. I was thinking here we go! To may surprise she didn't hard sell at all. She listened to use and showed us 2 cars. For the first time I have experienced a sales person took us around the entire car pointing out the features, construction and comparisons between models. After that we drove the car and really liked it. But since this was the first stop we hit 4 more dealers. None of them gave us the same amount of attention plus they pushed to sign a deal. For that we went back to kia after a long day and bought the sorento for Jessica. It was the best car buying experience I have had. I suggest you see them if you are in the market. For only 22 years old Jessica knew her product and treated us like family.

I worked with Yves Fernandez and he went over the services with me and the cost. He put me at ease right away that I could trust him. He was very pleasant to deal with. Ishowed up at 7:30 for service-oil change etc without an appointment. Tiger was able to get me in AND out by nine. I need to get on the road by nine thirty to take my granddaughter back home to Atlanta. And I didn't want to drive that distance knowing I was overdue for my oil change.

My Wife and i recently went to Boniface Hiers Kia in Melbourne, Fl to look at the Used Kia Soul's that they had on hand. We were met by Sandi Matkowski who was so friendly and proceeded to take us on a shopping experience we have never seen or experienced before. She asked us some questions about what we liked and proceeded to find us 3 different vehicles. We were stuck on one but she made sure we were confident in the one we chose. Upon completion of sale she made sure my wife and I were fully comfortable with the operation of everything in car and setting up my wife with phone using the blue tooth and various other things on car. Went back next day and she was right there to greet us and help us with some information we did not fully understand. We would highly recommend this dealership and the Sales and Leasing Consultant Sandi Matkowski. Also if she is not available Mike Brown who helped finish up things was a great deal of help and was assuring that he would be there to help us. Looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from here next spring.

Anthony "Tiger" was the employee that helped me in services for my KIA Sorento. He was very detailed with the process and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time and knew what was going on. Even after my a bit of panic figuring that I was going to dish out a lot of money for my repairs and going to need to pay for a rental in the meantime, I was considering bringing my vehicle to another repair shop out of convenience, but Tiger stayed patient with me and helped meet my price goals while covering another vehicle for me to use in the meantime, still making sure I was getting quality work. I didn't feel rushed or undermined because I was a woman (which it can be intimidating being a woman talking vehicle repairs). As long as I'm a KIA owner I'll be back if services are needed in the future.

In March, I needed a new car, so my son and daughter brought me to the first car lot we checked in our search, Boniface Hiers in Melbourne. A very friendly and helpful agent, David Craig, introduced himself to my children, grandchildren, and me. I requested information about the least expensive cars on the lot, and the first one he showed me, a 2010 Kia Forte, I liked the most (probably because of its black cherry color). After a test drive and with the confirmation of my grandchildren, I purchased the car. I could not have completed the transaction without the excellent help of David Craig and Chase Caudle; their professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated. I am also very thankful that both gentlemen bargained with my daughter about prices! Thank you! I love my new car!

We had a terrible experience with another dealer not to long ago and felt information from the other dealer was very much mis-leading. Saying this, we were not looking forward in dealing with another dealer while our trust with anyone became non existing. After 4 years of owning my Forte, it had it's first very minor repair (a pulley). The customer service rep was very polite and quickly scheduled my car to be evaluated. They diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, ordered the part, and repaired it in no time flat with no cost to me, as they honor their warranty - unlike some other car dealerships. This was the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, especially dealing with a car. Highly recommend Boniface Hiers dealership!

I had a very positive experience with the dealership.The service staff was very professional & I didn't have to wait long. The only negative was the cleaning of the dash by the detail crew. I have a dash mat plus a solar figure which sets upon the mat. This was left disassembled plus the mat was crumpled up on the dash. No thought as to putting it back where it belonged. This is a small detail but wanted to mention it as I am sure u want your customers input in their experiences at the dealership. Thanks for a great job.

The hardest part of the day was letting go of my Kia Forte 5..I really loved that car, and the one I had before that one, too. But the best part of the day was driving home in my new Optima! I came back to Boniface-Hiers because I was so impressed with Sandy during my previous purchase. And, she has only gotten better! She very calmly presented options, and let me decide which one to go with. As other customers have stated, Sandy spent a lot of time being sure I understood all of the new features of my new car. She was just great! I was also impressed with Jerome's respect for the buyer, his honesty and willingness to take time to explain all of the financial details. Sebastian was very thorough with preparing all the paperwork, even though we went late into the evening. A good experience all around...

Upon entering the Kia Dealership on Apolo Blvd.in Melbourne I was greeted by my now salesman Ron Wilcox. I found him to be very professional and a virtual "Rocket Scientist" of knowledge on the vehicle I went there to see, the Kia Soul. I found the dealership itself a comfortable environment. I loved the big comfy couches in the showroom.I asked Ron if I could see the cutest Soul they had. He directed me to the Soul Special Edition. I loved the Carribean Blue color. The vehicle was very smooth and quiet for an CUV. Ron explained the larger tires and why this four cylinder ran so well for being a small vehicle. While we were negotiating a price I was introduced to Mike a Manager and Gerome a general sales manager. Ron told me I would see very few of this color special Editions on the road. I was happy to hear that!I decided to purchase this fine vehicle. I was then walked over to the service department and introduced to Tiger. (Gee, I thought I was the Tiger!)When I left the dealership I drove to Walmart to purchase seat covers. I was looking for zebra colored seat covers and wha la....there they were. They also had the matching steering wheel cover. I decided to make this vehicle strictly my own. I also purchased a Rhinestone license plate frame and my brothers Alumni University of Maryland frame and "M" plate. The "Bling" made it our own.I thank everyone at the dealership for making my car buying experience a pleasant one, especially salesman Ron WWilcox. Might I suggest a raise for him. Thank you.

As we all know buying a new car can be a painful process ..well let me tell you something I visited Kia this week with no intentions of buying a car just going to get information and getting a feel of things I dealt with Sandi and Mike and I can honestly say they were absolutely amazing... wonderful customer service ...They made me feel super comfortable from the time I came into the dealer until we drove off the lot with a brand new car...I wasnt pressured into buying anything on the other hand they're more than willing to work with you and make sure that you're comfortable with your monthly payments... I could go on and on but I'd be here a while... bottom line If your looking for a great dealer with great customer service go see Sandi she's awesome!!!!!

I visited Boniface Heirs Kia to purchase a Kia Soul for my 76 year old mom. My mission was to replace the tired, old car she'd been driving for more than 18 years with a spiffy little car she'd enjoy. Sandy was referred to me by a good friend but, despite the outstanding recommendation, I was expecting the high-pressure sell which seems typical of so many car salespeople. Well, Sandy proved to be exactly the opposite! She put me at ease immediately with her insightful and protective attitude toward Mom. She was very knowledgeable and very savvy about the needs of an older driver and about Kia vehicles in general. I found her approach not only pleasant but positively refreshing! Once the deal was done, Sandy spent almost at least 45 minutes sitting in the car with my mom explaining every single detail of the car's features and mechanisms. Within an hour, Mom was zipping around in her new little Kia Soul like she was born to drive it. I was very impressed with Sandy's honesty and patience with Mom and would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and actually comfortable car buying experience. Mom is overjoyed and I am absolutely delighted! Thank you, Sandy!

Went in for an oil change on my sisters car. Before they changed the oil they noticed that in order to maintain the warranty on the vehicle it required synthetic oil. I tried to make an appointment for a recall and a warranty issue that I was having with my car at the dealership I purchased the car at. That would be Fuccillo KIA of Merritt Island. I was told they would NOT give me an appointment no matter what. I was told also that it may take a few times coming back to resolve the problems. I was told it was like going to a doctor, that they have to look at things and evaluate them (Sweetie-that is what the service tech called me) Then I called Bonaface Heirs KIA and I was told I COULD have an appointment. When would I like to come in. NO PROBLEM. I made an appointment and asked how long it would be. I was told a couple of hours. Imagine my surprise when after only a little more than an hour that Kevin the service tech came up and said it was done. I was also offered a light wash and vacumn as part of the service, something NOT offered at the other KIA dealership. I will be back for sure.

the problem i have is the sales went well but they draw you in with the lifetime warranty. the only way you can keep it is you have to spend $100 to $300 dollars every time you drive in for a oil change. the people are great when you dont mind giving your hard earn money but the minute you question why does it cost so much every time you come in for a oil change they get offensive. i will say i didnt probably handle it in a great way but i was tired of getting screwed every time. i think what got me fired up was that the lady in front of me got the same spill and then i come up and come to find out all i needed was a oil change but they tried to sell me some break greasing or get the $300 list of things needed at 30000 mile with my car only having 28000. but they made me fill if i dont get it my lifetime warranty will be voided. so i guess the thing to remember is like my dad told me there are no free lunches someone has to pay and it will be you every time you go in for a oil change.

After applying online, I received a phone call the next day from Annie. During that friendly conversation I confirmed my info. A little while later she called back to ask me when I could come in to pick out my car. Upon pulling onto the lot, Eddie O. approached me with a big smile and a hand shake. We looked at a few cars then went on a test drive. Upon returning to the lot, we went over the numbers. Eddie handed the info to Mike B., the manager, who got me into a comfortable payment. Chase was very efficient in getting the necessary paperwork together then explaining while getting my signatures. Before I knew it, we were driving off in our new car and loving it!!! At NO time did we experience ANY negative vibes or feel pressured. This was the most comfortable shopping experience that we've ever had. So much so that I brought my parents in for the same experience two days later. We've been telling EVERYONE we know.

Jim Monaghan was extremely knowledgable about the Kia brand as he was on the forte we test drove. He very clearly and patiently explained all the features in the car as well as the warranties included. He wasn't pushy on the price and in result came to a fair agreement in a short time. I came to the service department with an intermittent problem with the steering on my Sorento. Jim Elmore and Kevin (mechanic) work with me to solve the problem and found a faulty rack and pinion. They expedited the fix and had my car ready the next day. Had they not taken the time and effort to solve an intermittent problem, I believe that a serious situation could have occurred with my steering. Thank you Jim and Kevin.

I can't say enough good things about my buying experience. I went in on a Sunday, made it clear up front that I was just looking, and I was introduced to the lovely Sandi. After a couple test drives I fell in love with a 2011 Kia Sportage. As much as I wanted to take the car home that day, I knew I needed to do some research and really take my time with such a big decision. Sandi sent me a text the next day asking me if I had any questions or if there was anything she could do to help me. The fact that she used the word help really stood out to me. I was honest and told her I wasn't sure about the price, and she was able to work with a manager, Ron, as well as the Internet sales dept to bring it to a price that made me comfortable with committing to the purchase. I wasn't able to pick it up until after I got off of work the wed after I had 1st test driven it, and when I got to the dealership I found my car was immaculately detailed, the gas tank was full, and there were a few extras added to my car that Sandi went above and beyond to get for me. Kevin, the finance manager had a very relaxed and pleasant attitude, and he made me feel at ease during what could be the most stressful part of a car purchase. After the paperwork was finished Sandi took the time to go over all of the features of the car once again, and even gave me a really cute and girly Kia keychain! Haha! She also made sure I was set up for my 1st service appt prior to me leaving the lot that night. And to top off the great experience Sandi followed up with me at the end of the day on Thursday just to see how my ride was on my way to work that morning. :) Again, I really can't say enough about my great experience. I'm grateful for everyone's pleasant attitudes that made my buying process go so smoothly.

Very different service experience. Greeted immediately, asked to take a seat for a few minutes, then after discussing service needs was shown waiting area. Played 4 games of solitaire on my tablet (won all 4). Was told it would take 1 3/4 hours to do the service but was done in 1 1/2 hour or 15 minutes early. In addition to recall issue, tires were topped off which turned off warning light inside, fluids were checked, and car was washed and vacuumed. It was warranty visit so no charge on anything.

The reason we gave a five star rating is the customer service we received. I explained to our salesman what I was looking for and he made sure we got what we wanted. He was very honest and up front, he knew everything about the vehicle we asked. My husband hates the process of buying a new car because he has no patiences to sit and wait. Got approved online, soon after got a phone call from Sandy(sales rep). Gave me the best customer service and didn't haggle with me. I was buying this car as a surprise for my wife for Christmas. On Xmas eve, Sandy delivered the vehicle to my how with a giant bow on it and we were able to successfully surprise my wife! Took our 7 year old Kia Sorento with less than 45,000 miles in because the battery and charge light were flashing. They replaced the battery and returned the car to us. On the way home (right at closing time) the lights started flashing again. The next morning the car wouldn't start. Took the car back to Kia and this time they diagnosed an "intermittent alternator failure" and quoted over $700 to fix it. I questioned if the battery they replaced was actually bad the they assured me it was. Still I looked through my recent car receipts and found they had replaced the battery replaced less than 6 months ago. They agreed to refund the price I paid for the battery, but it would take several weeks.We decided to take the car elsewhere because the quote was so high. When we picked up the car they offered us a lower priced "after market" alternator. We said we'd think about it. Meanwhile, the other place had just popped the hood open and showed us on of the valve gasket covers was leaking oil all over the alternator. This other service department was up front and told us this may be covered by "warranty forever" so we took the car back to Kia.We had to gather all our service records because they change computer systems and had none of the original records. They after a few days waiting they denied our request due to gaps in the oil changes over 6 months (we don't dispute this, we put less than 7,000 miles on the car in a year so sometimes we did have gaps). We should have listened to our gut and taken the car back to the other service station, but we were talked into staying at Kia because they offered beat the other shops price. If this had been the end of the story, I would have been mostly satisfied. However, 3 months later our brand new alternator started to whine! Having lost all trust in the Kia service department, we took our car to the other service station and found the valve gasket was leaking! I believe either the Kia service department did not do the repair at all or did not do the repair properly. Either way, I do not trust this service department at all. We had the repair done a second time at the other shop. I requested a refund of the inadequate repair work done at Kia and they denied me because "I had already received a discount."

Kevin was outstanding. He reviewed all of my service coupons received via mail/email and maximized my savings. I was there for a product recall notice I received in the mail and my 12500 mile service. One way was to recommend a service item that was normally done at 15000 miles so I could use a coupon that would expire before my next service was needed. He was very thorough explaining what was needed now. He also found another product recall item that was not critical. I had not received any notice about that one but it was completed without charge. My car was washed and vacuumed too. I really like my KIA Soul and the good service makes this dealership stand out. Kevin is the best service adviser I have encountered in the Melbourne area. I always ask for him when I call to make a service appointment. Keep up the good work.

We began our relationship with Boniface Hiers four years ago when we were looking for a previously owned recent model SUV capable of pulling our small camper. We found out way to this dealership from a radio ad playing while we were on our way to Orlando. We turned around and came back home to Melbourne because of the life-time power train warranty provided. I have never associated with an auto dealer like this. It's a completely different experience than any other I had in my 68 years of buying many cars. My wife and I went there to purchase a new car to replace her 2011 (xxx) Honda Civic. Michael was a new salesman, but he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. He knew exactly what we wanted. We ended up leasing a new 2015 Kia Soul! in August 2015, which my wife has been driving. It's the " Mac daddy" model and has every feature known to man. We added the service and lease protection policies. She absolutely LOVES it. The air conditioner is terrific and she loves that the radio stays on until the door is opened. We can't say enough kind words about this amazing car and dealership. DO NOT go anywhere else!!

My automobile broke down in Melbourne and I took it to this dealership. The Service employees were friendly and helpful. They let me know in a timely manner what was wrong with my vehicle. When I returned the next day to have it towed from the facility as I did not think my car was worth the cost of the repairs, the Service employee suggested that I speak with the sales staff to see if I could obtain another vehicle. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful both the Service and Sales staff were. It was truly a GREAT experience.

Ron said have seat but first let me take you for test drive to how the car rides to if you like the car. I purchased my second kia soul, first from here. I was referred and my friend was promised a referral fee, took several months and numerous phone calls, felt they were not sincere. The day I bought my new car, my old one was being serviced. They said when we bought it back for service they would issue a credit, that never happened. We are talking about a small amount of money, small price for customer satisfaction, referrals etc. They just wanted the sale, and said things we would want to hear to get it. I would not buy another car from them

I explained my situation and wanted to know if they could help me. She asked me to fill out the online application and got back to me within an hour and told me that they thought they could help me. I drove up to Melbourne (I live in Port St. Lucie). Unfortunately my husband could not go with me as he was working. I was nervous going by myself but as soon as I got there Theresa put me at ease. She introduced me to my sales person, Sandy Matkowski, who is so wonderful. She and the finance director, Jerome, worked so hard to help me out! They were able to get me into a vehicle that I love! A complaint that I feel needs to be addressed is communication between the service department and customers. This past Monday I called and tried to speak to Tiger, left a message on HIS voicemail. NEVER received a call back about the quick question I had. I completely understand that the service department gets busy but it only takes 5 minutes to respect your customers needs. I had to call back again the next day and still did not get the answer I was looking for until the day I brought in my vehicle in for the service,and dropped off my vehicle early. I was told by Jim it would take all day. Please take the time to call your customers, thats all we ask of you. Other than that have had actual wonderful service done to our vehicles.

Jerome and Terry were very helpful for the entire leasing process. They went beyond what we expected for the vehicle we actually came in for, and gave us a much better deal then we thought. The only downfall is when we went in for service for our new van and it was done we never received a call to let us know it was finished. she was the one who initiated the call, to only find out the service gentleman gave the key to our salesman and still yet again was never called and then key was passed off to the manager with still no call to us. This unfortunately was the 2nd time I was kind of let down by your service department. We had some work done to our previous vehicle and when we were to bring back the rental my wife had to call him to find out what to do with it. We at that time then had to rush to get it down there to return or our insurance would have charged us and for it and it would not have been taken care of. We were very lucky we got there on time from Viera. The reason I am mentioning these 2 incidents is because it all happened within 2 weeks of each other. We believe communication beginning to end with the customer is key to 100% satisfaction.

I purchased my 2011 Toyota Sienna from Boniface Hiers back in 2013, and have taken my vehicle regularly for oil changes and maintenance ever since. Always great customer service, love having my car washed and even vacuumed along with the oil change. Only complaint is the wait: often an oil change takes minimum 2 hours, or up to 3. Be prepared to either get a ride to lunch or run errands.

I have had many cars and most have been great - but this dealer's service department far surpasses all service departments that I have worked with. They are highly organized and efficient. I had a part that was recalled - I did not buy my car from them and don't live in the town of Melbourne, but my parents do so I took my car there. Wow am I glad I did - they took care of the part - noticed I had an additional recall and took immediate care of it - not to mention "Kevin" went far beyond expectation by following up and making sure I was happy with the service. He was easy to understand, took the time to explain clearly what I needed, and made sure that the repair was done in a timely manner - also this is the cleanest my car has ever been. The sticker price & information on the left rear passenger window stated the car was a 2016. After I signed everything & the car had been detailed & delivered as we were leaving, I saw on bill of sale & all other document papers, this is a 2015. I did not even try/attempt to haggle down the price or anything, for a 2016 for my daughter, I was satisfied(other dealer prices for year & model was about the same).I don't know where my $4500.00 deposit went to,for I don't see where it was used to benefit us in our purchase of this vehicle. Now I'm just seeing the "Lifetime Warranty" is not real. I will still have to pay out of pocket for "miscellaneous" parts & service should I require drive train service repairs. This "Warranty" is the main reason I drove so far, by-passing other dealerships,like Deland Kia, to come to your dealership. I wanted a good & dependable car for my daughter, I just forgot the "tricks of the trade" in my desire to keep her motivated in life, I Trusted you. You all know majority of the people as I did do not read all of these papers you have us to sign. It's on me, & I gave it to The Lord.

Very hot day,came out of store, my KIA would not start. Went back into store called the dealer, received help from Kevin Thomson at Boniface Heirs on the phone . The instructions worked, and the hot car started. I drove to the S. Apollo building and thanked Kevin in person. I recenty took my 2014 Ford Focus to be serviced at Boniface Hiers Kia because the dealership I leased my car from does not have friendly staff. Visit started off very good. Salesman (Jordan Dill)) was very attentive and helpful. But, after we agreed to the deal the service sort of fell apart. There were long waits with no explanation. after an hour of waiting I had to go seek out the salesman to find out what was going on. We ended up having to come back the next day to finalize the paperwork because the financing department was understaffed.

Bought a 2015 KIA Soul and 2 months after closing the deal received a call that they had another $500 rebate to apply and gave me a check. If they had not notified me, I would never have known about it. Also, after my wife was in an accident with our previous 2014 Soul that was a total loss, I received a Visa Debit Card for $50 just to show us they cared. It was at this time we meet Jim Monaghan, his demeanor was comfortable, relaxed and friendly and in minutes he had me at easy, when I asked him questions he was straight forward and I was impressed with his eagerness to find us what we were looking for, Jim know your inventor at your other stores. Purchasing a car is not generally a pleasant undertaking, but I must say, your staff made the experience pleasant. Leaving me to believe that your service will also be as rewarding as a consumer. Other members of your staff have shown us exemplary service. and they are Bobby , Joe Keller, Sheldon, and of course Mary in you Mazda parts manager. not happy by the failure of the motor, but when I got to dealer that became a lot better when I got with service writer "Tiger" he was outstanding got the paperwork started got me transportation and keep me up to date as the repair was being done. Best deal going on an oil change that I have found. $24.95 and they washed and dryed my vehicle. And they even gave the inside a good vacuum. I was in and out, in under an hour with a no appointment. Kevin my service advisor was super friendly. this is the only place I bring my vehicles to. Jim Monoghan my salesman is always happy to say hello to me when I come in aswell. I bought our 2011 Kia Sedona about a year and half ago. Amazing dealership. I have never experienced such honesty and a relaxing no pressure environment with a sales team before, and here it is. I have taken our minivan to the service department many times for routine maintenance and the service department is fantastic. They always try to find out if they can get your issue covered under any possible warrantee before finally charging you for the repair. The service department has gone above and beyond any expectations I ever had, to resolve an issue with my vehicle that was caused by a tire shop, and Boniface Hiers even sent there own driver to pick up the correct size tire to replace the improperly installed tire from the tire shop that installed it incorrectly in the first place. "Tiger" in the service department is awesome! He loves his job, and it shows. The technicians are equally skilled to find and track down very small, interesting problems, even when they were caused by another shop. At this point, I am just going to take my vehicle to Boniface Hiers Kia nomatter what it needs, even when it's just tires. Previous to meeting "Tiger" in the service department, I used to do business with "Milton" which was equally as excellent. I continually recommend Boniface Hiers to my friends and family, as I feel this type of behavior and service should be rewarded in this world we live in.

I have never heard of a brand new car right off the lot, having a 1 year battery waranty. Mine lasted a year and a half. When I went to ask for a replacement -I was informed it was $135.00.Not acceptable. Not at the price I paid for my Optima. When I bought my Avlon I was given free oil changes fas long as I owned by car. I was told by Kevin I have 3 free oil changes left then they will go to $26.00. Just thought I would let you know that I would like to have free oil changes for the life of this car.

I originally had gone to North Brevard Kia but was unable to get a proper value for my trade in, but Boniface Hiers Kia was spot on in their negotiating, and an hour and a half after I drove up, I was out the door driving away in my 2015 Kia Soul. The day I went into the Kia dealership I was actually just going to order parts. But this day ended up being a little bit better. I walked into the service department and just wanted to ask about my "Warranty Forever" plan, and order parts. Mr. Kevin explained the plan, as well as offered the "Black Friday" special that was going on that day (something I had no idea about). I agreed it was a good idea to get it done. So I was also able to talk with Steve about ordering parts, his knowledge with the cars made it quick and painless. And then while waiting it was a pleasure to speak with the wonderful Ms. Alyssa about her Kia Soul and other topics. This bunch was a great deal of fun to work with. I have a 2005 Kia Sorento EX with 133,000 miles. I have never had a problem with the car until it started leaking a little oil at the valve cover gasket. Tiger had the car checked and sure enough it was the gasket. They found a couple more things that needed attention and set the repair up. Due to my work schedule I had to have the car back in 2 days or I was going to have a problem Tiger promised it would be done even if they had to stay late. Tiger came through with flying colors. The car was ready on time as promised and everything appears to have been taken care of. Thanks Tiger, you were great - a man of your word.

We purchased a 2014 Kia Sedona last month and brought it it to have some rain guards installed on the windows. While generally we would have marked everything "excellent", because that is the kind of service we get every time we come here, we couldn't do that this time. This particular visit there was a lot of confusion and miscommuincation between the service, parts and warranty departments. We had scheduled an appointment, a couple of weeks ago and the service couldn't be done due to the weather and Tiger was nice enough to offer us to bring it in any day and he would walk us in without an appointment, which we did this week. While it is frustrating to expect one thing and get another we do appreciate the fact that customer satisfaction won out in the end. Tiger and the gentleman at the parts desk (apologies for not remembering his name) handled our problem in a satisfactory manner. Hopefully this incident will serve as a reminder that each department needs to have an understanding of the other's role and responsibilty so the only thing the customer is aware of is that great service is being provided. Thank you to to Tiger and the Parts manager for making what started out as an awful "customer service" incident to one that was fair and pleasant.

Bought a new Kia Forte 5 in February 2014. Owned 2 previous Hyundai's and chose Kia for many reasons: styling, features, fuel economy, power (173hp really helps) and warranty. They did not have the color we wanted and a sunroof, so they found one in Orlando and brought it in. Loved it and bought it. Purchasing process went very well, few hiccups with the title, but minor problems that were solved. Justin, the salesperson, was very nice and not pushy. Been back twice for oil changes, went well. Got car washed and it looks like new, good detail work on wheels (I hate cleaning wheels). WiFi in waiting room along with free coffee. Very good customer service.

However not content to test just one car, I had Sandi, the sales person, show me multible cars that I was interested in. Finally decided on the car I had emailed about. The finance people worked with me to come up with a figure we could both live with and I bought the car. Seth the finance guru was helpful in completing the paperwork. The sales team was completely honest (NO JOKE) about everything, and what every dollar represented on the contract. The service department is equally as honest and fair, especially "Milton" who is extremely accommodating, and you can tell he loves cars as well, and will explain any question you have. Today my wife and I called into the Melbourne Branch Kia dealership. I bought my mazda a little over three months ago and I am still trying to get the second flip key they promised me at signing. I have gone to the dealer a total of 10 times for the same issues. Not once has the dealership accepted responsibility for any of the problems I have had nor have they called me back to update me on anything. I would highly recommend NEVER PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I dont expect them to ever resolve the issue nor do I expect to have any future problems resolved. At the dealership there was another mazda customer having to fight with the dealership in order to get what she was promised. I cant say anything good about this dealership. Worst customer service I have ever seen, my wife took our 2011 Mazda CX-7 in for an OIL CHANGE 2 weeks ago and they damaged the door. They peeled the clear coat off the door and refuse to repair it. The service rep Yves Fernandez tells her there were bubbles in the clear coat and when washed it was peeled off, really it was there for an oil change. After 2 weeks my wife calls them back and Yves Fernandez tells her too bad nothing they can do, yesterday they leave a message saying it would cost $300 and would split the cost. Split the cost, come on it was there for an OIL CHANGE and YOU damaged the door and you want me to pay for half the damage. Don't take your car there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The second week of July 2014 I leased a 2014 Kia from Boniface-Hiers Kia. Salesman met us, explained everything nicely in an educated but no pressure way. He was Justin Drake. Test drove the car; got a price that was acceptable through the sales managers, including Frankie? and Sonny?. Got the car in; got two accessories needed for the deal. This did take a few days but kept me in the loop. Went in to finalize, pay, have access. added, sign the final papers. Everybody thanked me. Especially helpful were Justin and Mike (Hollings??) the pencil man, the finance expert. He actually helped me. Left the dealership. The end.

I had just purchased a new Kia Rio two weeks ago and being so new it just had 200 miles on it when I wanted to make an hour and fifteen min. trip up to Port Orange to see my daughter for her birthday and of course show he my new car My salesman had told me that I would save money on gas if I purchased this car. The sticker stated that I would get 37miles per gallon on the highway which would be great if true but I have never found that cars did what the sticker stated they did on gas millage and Rio was not broken in yet and had no cruise control. Sandi went out of her way to accommodate me. She gave me a loaner to use until my car arrived from another dealership, when it arrived the windows were not tinted so she gave me another loaner while they tinted them at no charge to me. This dealership is the best one I have ever been to.

Stopping in this dealership to check out their used cars was a huge mistake. They would not talk to me bout the total price of car always going back to payments. Would not tell me what interest rate was being used in calculating payments even after asking that question point blank at least five times. Very shady and obviously trying to snow me. This was without a doubt one of the Worst car shopping experiences of my life. No creditability. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this dealership!!!

I didn't expect to purchase a new vehicle because my 2011 TSX still has 5 months until term. I've done business with Acura for YEARS and truly loved my car. I had to make adjustments on the way I was used to living and wanted a lower monthly payment. I knew it had to be something really worth while to me for me to give up the Acura. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle for our growing family and decided to check out Boniface Hires after hearing commercials on the radio. After a week of picking out SUV's, testing driving, and deciding what we could afford we finally traded in my 10 year old car for a Rav4! Sandy, our saleswoman, helped us along the way and was great! Although we did have a hiccup in the financial process with the dealership giving us the wrong registration for a different vehicle and had to go back and resign papers we are very happy with our experience and our new family vehicle! We would recommend this dealership to family and friends!

My Daughter and her husband decided to purchase a car. This would be a challenge considering the monthly payment, they could afford, would not be as robust based on todays average price of vechicles. After looking at several vechicles at different dealerships, and speaking to sales personel at each business entity, They felt that Sandi was making a real effort to find the right vechicle at a price they could afford. I accompanied my Daughter, to ensure that the goal was to find a vechicle at a reasonable rate. From past experiences, I was prepared to verbly jab, dodge, give a right hook then a quick left knock out punch in order to stay ahead of the bate and switch, and high pressure sales that dealerships were known to indulge in to close a sale. I was pleasantly surprised to find Sandi's attitude to be professional, business like and yet friendly, and genuinely interested in finding the right vechicle for my Daughter.All of the personel at this dealership were quite friendly and made our visit welcomed and comfortable, given that they were busy and wouldn't benefit financially from this deal, not always so at other dealerships. When we (Jenny's parents) are in the market for a vechicle we will make every effort to find Sandi. We feel very comfortable reccommending her to friends or acquaintances.

Came to research and ended with the car the I wanted. EXCELLENT service from all staff, especially Dave he sales person. Waiting period was quick and the staff were always greeting and making my family feel comfortable. I was undecided about buying but, a thank you for considering them and willing to help by their Internet staff (Heather) was the spark for me to visit and buy; other dealers didn't cared. The car is excellent and has more features than my 1999 Cadillac Deville. I will definitely recommend this dealership, and, will insist on my friends to first go to them before any other dealer. I bought a 2013 Kia Forte and really love the car. I was disappointed that the MSRP sticker was not posted on the window, but we love the car. I had my wife call the service department and get a price on a synthetic oil change. She was quoted 38.00. She brought in the car and left with a bill of 71.00. Very unethical. I have stopped going to the dealership because of that. I just refinanced my car and my wife and I have called over 6 times to cancel the gap insurance on the car. We got no response. I finally called today to talk with the finance manager and had to leave a message. I asked for his email but no one knew it. The receptionist said to email to her and Mike would get back to me and she would forward it to him. Again no response. In the email, I stated that the email will serve as my request to cancel the gap insurance as of today and I wanted them to issue me a refund check. I am very disappointed. I tried to email the Kia General Manager but he is no longer there, although his email is still posted.

I referred my sister to this place to buy a car and was told that I'd get a "bird dog" referral check from the dealership. I was told this check would be processed and mailed the next week, and this was in January... After being thrown through hoops week after week, it is not March, and I still haven't received a check. At this point I'm convinced it won't come... All I'm trying to say is, by trying to help these people do business, they did atrocious business in return. It's true what they say, if it walks and quacks like a duck...it's just another SLEEZY car dealership.

Had the most incredible pleasant experience shopping for a car; not kidding. After several days of shopping, it would be an understatement to say I was weary of sales pitches of why I needed something I was sure I didn't. Also , never once did Sandi act as if I was asking for the moon.In her calm reassuring manner; she simply said " I'll do everything I can to work magic," and she did.This lady deserves an award. Our needs were no easy to meet, but she came through and exceeded what we thought we would be able to purchase.Mort, in insurance: was informative and secured insurance coverage that exceeded my past coverage for less. I loved saving money that is oh so hard to come by presently.Bobby, in finance followed suit by not offering or pushing things I either didn't need , nor could afford.The manager in this store also took the time to engage my son in conversation. Came to lease. Salesman didn't mention the national lease offer they had on the cx5 than gave us a price that was nearly double the offer. When i brought up the ad he said he didn't know about it. We looked at it together than the next offer they made to me he taxed the entire car as part of the down payment even though it was a lease. In addition he also added some strange fees other than dealer fees mentioning interest which once again doesn't exist in a lease. In summary he pointlessly argued with me, I left and got a great deal at Mike Erdman Nissan on a new Rogue along with a great experience.

First time we met Rick Dillon (our salesman) he insulted my husbands career. We returned 2 days later to purchase a new CX-5. We had spent the previous 2 days researching lease verses purchase. We called the salesman (Rick Dillon) and made an appt. with him to come in to buy the CX-5 we test drove . As soon as we walked into dealership on our 2nd visit Rick Dillon accused us of going onto the internet. We had made calls to dealership to get money factor for leasing and wanted the internet price. He then became argumentative and defensive. He began shouting at my wife in the middle of the showroom floor when she asked him why he was so evasive. We left the dealership shell shocked that anyone least of all a salesman would treat a customer in such a manner. We wanted to buy our 4th Mazda (3rd bought from Boniface) there that day but we ended up driving over to Orlando to Sport Mazda where we bought the same car (CX-5 fully loaded Grand Touring model) for less and a very pleasant salesman too! The Sales Manager gave us the $200 Cargo Cover after he heard how badly we were treated at Boniface. This would have been our 3rd Mazda bought from Boniface but obviously they couldn't care less about repeat customers so they have lost our business now and in the future (we LOVE Mazda). Sure they still services us but that salesman lost his commission and the dealership lost our good recommendation. We sent an email describing our bad experience to the dealership and have never heard from them. We live in a small town, word travels fast. Our neighbor knows the owner, AJ Hiers (Dolfie) and called his house to tell him about our experience...still nothing from Boniface. We looked at BMW, Audi, Cadillac, Volvo's and selected Mazda. Every other dealership were went to was professional and polite except Boniface Mazda. It was worth the drive to Orlando.

Called this dealership to turn in a KIA lease that was ending. Had some charges (over mileage, etc.) that the sales person said the dealership would take care of if we bought a new car. Once we sat down with the numbers, the 2,500 in what they said many times that they were going to pay was actually added to the financing. When questioned, the sales person said we are going to pay that for us..(they will cut the check with our money). Not only misrepresentation, I just question how many people may have had that happen to them and didn't catch it. Needless to say, once that was exposed, the deal couldn't be made and what we were told originally about the terms we needed was not even close to what was offered. The process to get to this point took 4 hours with the last 45 minutes waiting for a finance manager who once we were called into his office, told us they couldn't do the deal. Not upset about that as much as the old school back and forth negotiating that really makes you wonder if the car salesperson has any idea that you may actually be fairly educated and a business leader. Very insulting. Buying a car should never be like this and we will never recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a KIA or Mazda.

I was recommended to Boniface by a friend, and couldn't have been more pleased. My wife and I are expecting our first child and want to uprade our vehicle. My wife needed a new car. I get my RX-8 serviced at Boniface Hiers. I know the service guys there - really great guys. We went to test drive a Mazda, but wound up finding a 2012 Honda CR-V with 1,000 miles on the used lot. Someone traded it in after 6 weeks because they didn't think the seats were comfortable.We worked with Jim and the crew there. They gave us a really good price, good trade value on our 2001 Honda CR-V. They also installed an OEM roof rack on the new car as part of the deal (we need to haul our surfboards over to the beach). We couldn't be happier with the car and the process of getting it. I highly recommend them to anyone. Very honest and up front - easy to negotiate with.

My daughter and I came to the dealership on Labor Day looking at a possible car for her. We were greeted by Chris Thompson who asked what type of car we were looking for, at that time we were shown a 2013 Kia Rio which fit what she was looking for in style and gas economy. On the lot there was not an automatic with the options and color she was interested in but did like the car in general enough to see if one could be delivered in a day or two. We went home to get my husband and see if the numbers could be worked out to purchase a car. The numbers were not working out and we were prepared to leave with a broken hearted daughter. Everyone was very nice throughout the whole process nobody made to feel bad it just might be too much car for her to purchase at this time. For that model (Kia Rio) she was not going to be able to get the color and options she wanted and my husband was not willing to add additional money towards a higher payment.When it seemed the purchase was not going to procede further Eric Burns said that there was a car that we could get with the numbers coming closer to her target amount. He told us about the 2013 Kia Forte. While he went to crunch numbers on his end we went outside to look at the car. My daugher loved this model a lot and it had many more options than the previous car and was the color she wanted inside and out and she could take it home that night.My husband and I decided that since this was a much nicer car that we would be willing to add to her payment where we were not willing in the other model. Our daughter did not know about this conversation. We were will to go up 30.00 in the montly payment. Eric then called us back in to tell us what they came up with. He said if we were willing to come up 27.oo dollars we could choose either car the Rio or the Forte. We would not have done it for the Rio but were more than willing to do that with the Forte. Our daughter could not believe what just happened and was getting a much better car that she loved when ten minutes earlier she knew the deal was a no go.Everyone in the dealer ship was wonderful from start to finish especially chris and Eric. They had the car sparking and the tank full of gas all the options explained and set up ready to use.Our daughter left the dealership on cloud nine and we felt good about the decision to go with the better car.I would definetly recommend Boniface-Heirs to anyone who was in the market for a car. This was actually the second car we had purchased from the dealership.

Having contacted BonifaceHiers via the internet along with several other dealerships, we were impressed with interest in our requirements and on visting the dealship the friendliness of not just the Sales Consultant but everyone we spoke to.Having recently moved from England, Steven Allen was superb in explaining not only what Kia could offer us in terms of our choosen vehicle (Sorento) but also how the buying process - servicing - dealership commitment and after sales service would operate.Steven Allen arranged for my Wife and myself to test a Sorento for 24hrs to ensure this vehicle was suitable for our needs - We have have a Daughter and 2 grandchildren that we needed to ensure would fit the car The choosen vehicle is the Sorento with a third row of seats, which is perfect for our needs.We arranged to purchase the 2013 Sorento, Steven even connected our phones to the in-car "Blue Tooth" system........This may be common in the US but not in England, we appreciated the service we were given throughout this buying experience. From the minute I parked at the dealership to look around until the minute I drove off the lot with my brand new Kia, my entire experience at Boniface-Hiers Kia was exceptional, and I all of that to the great team that helped me, especially Steven Allen. For me, they have the best mechanics and service representative in the area. Every time I call for an appointment, they always find a time for me to take in my car. Service is fast and they always tell you what is wrong with the car and how much is going to cost before they work/repair it. They have an air-conditioned waiting room with a TV and vending machines. Their facilities are very clean to include the service area. I will definitely recommend them to all Mazda/Kia owners.

My wife and I had already been to another dealer our of area that promoted great deals but couldn't deliver. We decided on the brand however (Kia) and went to Boniface Heirs. Jim Monaghan was someone we talked to years earlier but never purchased from at the time so we looked him up. He wasn't there at that immediate time but Matt talked to us until Jim arrived. Matt did a fine job to help us and Jim did a great job too. We didn't buy a car we bought 2 cars! I had an opportunity to trade the 5.7 Hemi in for 1 fine 2010 Sportage and my wife got a 2012 Sol.Mike Helms (must be from the circus because he did back flips to get financing for us)did a great deal of work to make this happen for us. Was sincere about purchasing a new Mazda. Immediately caught on to this dealer's price manipulation. They add an addendum to the MSRP for "Extra Options":Nitrogen Filled Tires (worthless), Scotchguarded Seats ($1 dollar can at Walmart), Teflon Coating (no such thing, teflon won't bond to paint unless baked at high temperatures)so you really get a $3 paint sealant. Total cost for the "options" 3 thousand dollars added to the MSRP. Don't even bother trying to negotiate of the manufacturer MSRP, just go to another Mazda dealer and be happppppy you did!!!!

Went shopping for a new vehicle and was narrowed to a Mazda3 or Speed3. Worked with a very nice salesman, but the rest of the staff was worthless. The biggest peave is MSRP price manipulation. Boniface puts Nitrogen in tires, sprays a can of Scotchguard on the seats, and applies $3 paint sealant on every car and wants $3000 extra. Do yourself a favor and just go to Vero or Orlando. Don't waste your time unless you are just taking a test drive. I love my new Mazda that I didn't buy there though!!

I live in Ocala and make the long drive to Melbourne just to buy here. I have bought 2 vehicles (A truck for me and a car for my son) and each time it has been a terrific experience. I have zero complaints. The prices have been exceptional...worth the trip. Service has been great and the customer service will have me coming back for my next vehicle in a couple years. I was shopping for a new Kia. I needed a car with better gas milage. Several of my friends have bought from here in the past and said that they wont go anywhere else. They told me to ask for a sales Manager that is no longer there. I met Mr. Personality (Mattix) instead. WOW what a mistake that was. Maybe it was how I was dressed, not sure, but seemed like he couldn't have been bothered by me. He left me several times to see about other people. Thats not Good business!! I guess he thought I couldn't afford the car, not sure. I was highly disappointed with my visit, mostly since my friends bragged about how they were treated. I went to Orlando Kia instead where I was greeted warmly and bought a Kia Optima Hybrid. Boniface Hiers needs to take a STRONG look at whos running thier dealership.

Fantastic experience!! We had heard some bad reviews about Boniface-Hiers but decided to take a look anyway, and we are glad we did!! We already knew what we wanted in a vehicle and the price we wanted to pay when we went in, and Kyle Ashley and his manager (who by the way was TERRIFIC also) worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted. They also gave us a more than fair offer on our trade in, and even shared their lunch with us. Then we went to finance and worked with Bob Digiacomo on ironing out the details. He got us a payment amount for less than we expected for a shorter term!! Thanks for making our car buying experience a great one!!! Keep up the good work, and Bob, you earned your cookie!! With ouut spending a lot of time, I'll say I was ran around the block, had keys to a car I was looking at and had it sold and the "General manager". Out right lied to me. I spent about an hour on line contacting other dealers, ended up driveing 2 hours was treated like a real person, purchased 2 cars and saved over $1,000 on each!! Think I will ever go back here? Only for an oil change.

Wasted two hours of our time before admitting they would no budge on price. They had MSRP of car inflated by $3,000 and tried to justify it!Then while discussing price another sales person came an took keys, 30 minutes later they said, "The car is sold". Hows that for disrespect! The GM then WAS PROUD to tell a story about a lady customer that they did this to here 4 ! times.Dose this tell you aabout this dealer? Think I would buy from then?

I stopped into research KIA Forte coupes as I had been looking at Honda Civics initially. I researched online but I still had to sit in one to get the feel of the car. I talked to Mike Honaker about what I was looking for etc. He gave me many details about the car and was quite knowledgeable about all of their inventory. During the test drive he showed me what the car could do, then I took the wheel - Honda was out of the picture! The didn't have exacatly what I wanted (gray w sunroof)so he searched other dealerships (as did I online) but there weren't any in FL. He was able to find a silver one at the price we agreed on and I picked it up 2 days later. I love the car (although I bought it thinking my daughter will end up with it!). Mike has been helpful after the sale too (I've had a few dumb questions about the car, a lot of gadgets to keep track of - but that's part of the fun).If you're looking for a car, stop in to see Mike before buying. I think you'll be surprised. He listened and didn't pressure me into a car I did not want.

I had been a client of the service department here for sometime. I went in for an oil change and decided to take a look at the 2011 Kia Optimas. I has no intention of purchasing a vehicle, I just wanted to take a look at them. Mike Honaker, was the sale person that approched me and he gave me some information about the car. After talking with me about the vehicle, he went and found one that had everything. There was no pressure (secretly I was already considering trading in my Mazda, but he did not know that.) We went for a test drive and aI told him that if they could get the price where I wanted it, I would buy the car. Needless to say, I left with a brand new Optima.

My wife and my daughter visited many dealerships looking for a car in the Kia Forte Koup class of vehicles. At the time they (and I) did not know about the Forte, and were unknowledgeable of Kia as a manufacturer. Although their experiences with the 4-5 dealers were not horrible, they were far from positive. A few days following I went out with them to re-visit the same dealerships and test drive the cars my daughter had selected. We had narrowed the list down to 2, but we were not happy with the pricing, the warranty or the experience. After almost giving up, we decided to check one more dealership just to see what they had. That was the best decision we had made all week. After visiting and discussing cars with Randy Hennis at Boniface Heir Kia, and dragging my daughter out of the Forte Koup, we went home and did some homework. By the way Randys attitude and demeanor made us feel very comfortable. He did not pressure us and answered every question we had. There were no smoke and mirrors with Randy. If he did not know the answer, he made a note, and got back to us with the correct answer. After going back to meet with Randy, we sat down and openly compared notes, figures, and option. Randy was great during the entire experience, and our calculations were never off by more than a few dollars. Needless to say my daughter fell in love with the forte Koup, and she hasnt stop smiling. Randy made us feel like family, and that he truly cared about helping us.

After extensive internet searching, I found the prices quoted by this dealer for new KIA Souls were the most legitimately competetive. After sending in an online inquiry, I was promptly contacted by salesperson Karl Jansons who was eager to answer any questions. After asking several questions to make sure that I wasn't going to get some bait and switch, I scheduled an appointment with Karl to view the car (I later found out he had come in on his day off for the appointment). Karl worked hard to get me the best rate he could and to make sure I received any available incentives and rebates, after which we made a fair deal. I was pleasantly surprised by Karl's no-pressure sales approach and he never tried to push me into anything other than the Soul I came to see. After agreeing to a deal with karl I was transitioned to the finance person Michael Tinerella. As I had heard horror stories about high pressure finance people forcing unwanted add-ons onto the contract, I went into this phase very guarded. To my relief Michael was very straightforward and helpful. I walked into the process with an approval in hand for financing and Michael was able to get me a better rate with no hidden costs. He did explain the benefits of several of their warranty and coverage products, but he never tried to push me into anything I didn't want. Overall, I am very happy with my entire experience at this dealer and feel that I got a good deal on a qualty car.

When I went to buy my daughters car I found Joel Rhodes to be a very well educated salesperson at Boniface Heirs. He was able to answer all my questions about the car that I was hoping to buy. He was able to find a car that would suit her needs as a teenage driver. I found him very personable and easy to communicate with.

I wasn't sure what to expect after hearing horror stories about sleazy used car salesmen, and knowing my credit wasn't perfect. Once I got there I met Randy Hennis, he was the epitome of what you want in a salesman. He listened first to what I wanted and then helped me to find the perfect car to fit both my wants and price range. The entire team at Boniface Hiers bent over backwards to find me the perfect car, I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car.

Do not go here!! They are horrible. I hear they are under investigation for fraud etc.I tried to get my car serviced under warranty and they took one look under the hood and said, "oh you have an after-market cold air intake. We can't even touch this car. There is nothing we can do." I later learned they told the initial owner the same thing which is why that owner traded in the car.I took the car to the next closest Mazda and was treated exceptionally well and they didn't even mention the after-market intake as a possible problem. I hope that Boniface-Hiers closes down or gets a whole new staff, an honest one!

On 9/22/2002 we purchased a new Kia Sedona van from Boniface-Hiers. On 5/8/03 we purchased their "Full Circle" 10 year extended warrantee explicitly covering corrosion of upper body metal and undercarriage from date of manufacture. (details and photos at http://closewaters.com/kia/ )I phoned them with a rust claim, was told they needed to inspect it and takes photos (despite the warrantee stating that no inspections are required), visited the shop 3 times, had the rust inspected by their body repair subcontractor on-site, phoned them, and wrote them a letter on July 14 including a copy of the preliminary estimate from my body shop for $1836.55 for a minimal repair. They never once responded until I called Neil Huhta, the general manager over 4 Boniface-Hiers dealerships. Neil immediately said my claim was not valid because I had failed to report the rust quickly enough, though no such requirement exists in my warrantee contract.The dealership, Boniface-Hiers Kia in Melbourne, still refuses to honor the extended warrantee they sold us. After Scott Rodes and Randy Hennis made numerous excuses in contradiction of the written warrantee contract I had, Scott and Neil now want to refund what I paid for the warrantee instead of honoring the contract. Of course this is unacceptable as there is no provision in that contract for such a refund.We filed a complaint of fraud with the State of Florida and I'll take it to court if they don't honor their contract.They fail to honor warrantees. They lie. They delay. They fail to respond.

as a woman was hesitant in buy a car buy myself but after talking with the salesman Pete mattix on the phone he made it seem easy. when i came in to pick up the car it was cleaned and waxed as promised and even had a full tank of gas. The initial experience was pretty good from Frank G. However, two days after purchasing, Frank called and said they got me a better rate. After getting there, of course Frank was not there, so Sean said that was a mistake and mischarged me for the gap insurance. Of course I signed without looking. They changed the bank, increased the rate and they added a $100 finance charge. After reviewing the two documents I called back to talk with Sean, the so called Sales Manager. What an ass. He treated me with disrespect and laid down a buch of bull. When I asked to talk with his supervisor, he said he's the man, was arrogant, and rude when he said I would have to talke with the owner Mr. Hiers. Like I will even be able too, but I will try. Lesson learned READ EVERYTHING and don't trust SEAN M. DONNELLY!

This is the most dishonest dealership I have dealt with in 35 years of buying cars. After waiting for them to complete our paperwork for 2.5 hours, they told me at the very last minute that I would have to finance with them at a 2% higher rate than I had an approved loan for or I would have to pay an additional $1000. I had told them over the phone, and again when we signed the sales contract that we had our own financing. No one mentioned the finance requirement until 5 minutes before we were ready to leave with the car we had selected. This is a classic case of contract fraud (A false statement of a material matter which is willfully made with an intent to deceive) that I plan to report. I have never been more angry or upset with a sales person in my life and I will strongly recommend to everyone I talk to that they avoid this dealership.
