I dropped my car off for an oil change and service and expected it to be done by the afternoon and it was done in about an hour and a half. I was having the oil changed, fluids checked and tires rotated. I work down the street from the dealership and really needed to have them keep my car until the end of the day. They made sure I was there last pick up before the end of their day so that I could stay at work. That was a big help. Janet Marcotte

All I went in for was an oil change and tire rotation, but they said my tires did not need to be rotated on the work order they are checked off good(I know they forgot to rotate them or even look at them. They needed to be rotated badly). I went back for my next oil change and tire rotation I made sure they didn't forget to rotate them this time, but they said my tires were already junk. They said they will not do anything to help me because the tires have NEVER been rotated. I bought the car from these guys used, so if they have an even half decent mechanic he would of rotated the tires on the pre inspection because they have never been rotated in 14,000 miles. Now at 24,000 miles I have to buy new tires. Then they tried to sell me tires for $200 more than the guys at American Tires across the street for the EXACT same tires. I will never return I suggest you do the same. Too bad there is not a zero star, one is too many.

As always Kevin Roy performs. Kevin gives a good estimate of both time and money. April in parts does a fantastic job making certain the parts are on hand. Megan, Rebecca and Sandra in the office are always friendly and fun to talk with. Penny the van driver is friendly and prompt. I only wish I could afford to spend more time in the sales department ;)

We were on vacation visiting family when we started having shifting problems and a rear noise in our 2005 GMC Yukon Denali. I called and they were able to get It right in and diagnose it. They helped us out with a rental car and had it all fixed the very next day. Everyone was very curtious and great to deal with.

I took my GMC last year to Borjon Auto and had a terrible experience. Since then they have replaced the head of the service department and now my last visit was exceptional. They were extremely courteous and answered all my questions. Didn't try to have me do service items that were not really necessary and kept me informed of the process along the way. I will most certainly take my vehicle back to them now with the new personnel in place. They are back to the small town helpful attitude they were known for in year past.

We looked at the GMC terrain on a Saturdayat Borjon and went home to think about it. On Sunday we returned and our salesperson had the day off. We had called him and he immediately came down to help us. The entire staff worked very well together; it was a great experience!

The staff at Borjon Auto is amazing and provided excellent service. Never, at anytime were they pushy trying to upsale anything. Our sales person searched far and beyond to help us find the vehicle we wanted. My wife and I, and the staff had a mix-up on on a vehicle and the staff went out of their way to help us find what we wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends.

Had a clamp on the seat upholstery come loose after a recall repair. I took it in and they had it fixed in about an hour. When they noticed that I needed new tires the gentleman in service let me know about a rebate program that was currently running and also let me know that they priced matched. After checking with another tire dealer I was back at Borjon. The other tire dealer was more than your price was. But even after going ahead and using Borjon the serviceman came out and let me know that Borjon was able to save me another $60. I couldnt be happier with your service and making the customer happy.

Called on a Sunday about a truck that was online. Talked to the Internet sales reps and they got the ball rolling on the truck with in a few minutes. Monday morning they gave me a call back from the Dealership and gave me a price and all the details on the truck. Once that part was complete we then discussed me driving out there to test drive the truck and making sure all of my needs were going to be met (I live almost 2hrs away from the Dealership) they insured us that since we talked to them first they will have the truck ready and waiting for us. Truck was in great condition and we took the deal. Customer service was great and they kept their word and; did not try to sell the truck out from under us or raise the price/other surprises.

This purchase of my Acadia from Borjon was one of the most efficient and pleasant experiences that I have had purchasing cars from other agencies. The entire auto center could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I purchased the car from Dan and Cooper who were not only professional and thoroughly helpful with explanations and feeling comfortable with my purchase. I had my Grandson along who is 5 yrs old. Dan and Cooper were so nice to him and made him feel he was really helping with the purchase. Buying the car was nice and easy like always but repairs and such were a nightmare I sent my wife in once before they changed owners from golden hills and they treated her like she was dirt and knew nothing was very sad about the situation then another problem arose now with the new name borjon with the hopes of better customer service. Ha man was I wrong she took it in under warranty and should have offered her a rental. After walking a good ways down the street home she asked me what to do about getting home and then to work the next day. I then got frustrated picked her up and called them asking why they weren't giving us a rental option not even asking their answer was, "oh I didn't think you guys needed one" I just don't get it and hoped to have more faith well rancho grande you have got my business now.
