Dealership was very clean and modern. Tony did a superb job at helping with the buying process.. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking to purchase . We were somewhat short on time and Tony was respectful of that. He worked hard to make the buying process not only go smoothly but rather quickly. He did a wonderful job at each part of the buying process. Tony also helped us with an accessory that we wanted to put on the vehicle. Late on a Saturday afternoon the service department and Tony worked together to put on the accessory and have it done before the paper work was finished. He went way out of his way to provide that extra touch of service. Great Dealership and superb service -- Way to go Tony!!!

It started off nicely until they ran a credit check on me after I told them not to. The sales guy lied to me, the finance dept was rude and the sales manager was completely rind and condescending when I tried to tell him why I wasn't going to get the truck. Stay far away.

I purchased a 2016 Ram truck from this dealership, everything was fine until I noticed after 4 to 5 thousand miles that the tires were wearing very quickly, and that the spray in bed liner that was starting to peel of in large chunks.I brought the truck in so they could look at it. They said they would take care of it and would get back to me when they had everything in place. Well that was a month and a half ago. I have made several more attempts to get this resolved, with no effect. I talked over the phone with one of the managers. That was a very strange call. He keep saying that they had no responsibility for the tires or the bed liner. Both came with the brand new truck. And that I had inspected the truck when I picked it up, so its my fault that this is happening. So now I have a truck that needs new tires at 8 thousand miles, a bed liner that is falling off the truck, and a dealer that will not return calls or E mails. This is the worst dealer I have been involved with, and that's really saying something. Do not buy anything from theses people. They they will not take care of simple issues like these, I cant imagine if there was a major problem.

Tony, the salesman, was very friendly and helpful. Greg, the other salesman I worked with, was also friendly and helpful. They both answered all my questions and made the slow process of buying a vehicle bearable. The only complaints I have are that the vehicle wasn't delivered the day it was said it would be (only a day late though) and the facility is hot when the sun is out. It looks nice but I would hate to work in there. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back again.

Great family dealership, honesty and integrity. I had been to three other dealerships in Denver before I decided to contact Boulder Chrysler/Ram. The moment the phone was answered Adair Personius treated us kindly and gave us a ball park on our trades and followed up when we arrived with fair pricing and no low balling....what a difference from the Ram dealer in Golden!!! We drove the Ram diesel, traded and closed on the truck and drove away in less than 3 hours. Ted in the finance department is another awesome person representing this dealership. I will send anyone looking for Chrysler/dodge/Ramto this dealership without hesitation. Thanks agin Adair!!!

Great salesman--Adair personius ---Ted in finance very helpful overall was very happy with all aspects of my experience !!! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. The facility was very nice. Had looked at longmount co. Dealership, was not impressed. Old and dirty!!!!

I had a great experience purchasing a new car here. They gave me a fair price on trade and fair price on the vehicle. On a new car that's completely digital, they walked through everything with me because they are familiar and I don't own any other new dodge's. They took me serious from day 1 even though I was an out of state buyer. Ask for Paul in sales!

Had my sprinter air conditioning fixed at Valley. This was a mistake. The mechanic told the service counter the aluminum hose connecting two components was damaged, and would cost 300 bucks to replace. When the service rep called me he told me the story. I went down and say freshly damaged aluminum compression nuts. I asked if they were that damaged before he took it off, how did he get it off. NO good answer was given.Now i have to spend more money then the first repair,BECAUSE of VALLEY'S incompetent reassemble of the air conditioning system. Got a run-around when i called. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY HAVE BAD MECHANICS. This is my opinion. Anyone can change oil and the wiper blades. It takes a real mechanic to do a real repair. Valley allowed an unqualified person work on my vehicle and now it will cost me a second time to get it fixed.

We purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. Salesman was nice. Service started out good, but things got a bit slow after we had decided on truck and payment plan. It took way too long to finish the deal and paperwork. They need to work on speeding things up and get customers out and on their way.

This is the first brand new car I've ever purchased, before I had only pur chased used. Paul made this an easy and exciting experience. He was professional, kind and didn't blow smoke about anything. He walked me through the entire process right down to showing me how the features of the car functioned. Meeting Paul and buying my car here were a great experience I'd recommend to anyone. Just remember once there to ask for paul because he really is looking out for the customer.

I traded in a 2009 Mercedes Benz ML350 with brand new Michelins and absolutely not one thing wrong with this vehicle. It was cherry. What I bought was a 2006 Lexus GX470 with two new Michelins and two nearly bald tires. First off, when I traded the Mercedes in, it had a full tank of premium. When I drove the Lexus off the lot, it was half full. I bought a really crappy extended warranty that only covers for used parts. I took my Lexus to Boulder Toyota and $5,900 later and two new Michelins, I can honestly say I will never step foot, nor recommend this shady dealership even to my worst enemy. I'm still fuming over this. The sales person was the nicest guy in the world, Anthony. When I spoke to the owner of Valley Dodge, he was extremely flippant about it. Basically, you're S. O. L. I love my car, but for a 58 year old female, I really got SCR.WED. I hope whoever bought my Mercedes is really enjoying it. It was a very nice car.

Just purchased a used car from them. Had to hagle after receiving a ridiculous offer for the trade in. They would come back with reductions ofb$40. Are you kidding? Then, they represented that the car had been serviced multiple times at the dealership but could!LD not provide proof. Car was listed on Auto trader as having 15,800 miles, but actually had a little over 20,000. They did not apologize forthe error or anything. Finally, aafter call the paper work was complete, and we were ready to leave, we realized that the gas tank was nearly empty. Again, no apologies, no attempt to fill up the tank. Just a quote (gas is like goal tsese days). Again, who are you kidding? I have bought a lot of cars, and this is the first time that a car is delivered to me with an empty talk of gas. Stay away from these guys !!!

In short, the staff is condescending; the sales manager Spencer is too busy to work with you; and the general manager Tyler is too focused on getting a sale to listen to the customer. This will not be a review of complaints but a suggestion for improvement. Had the general manager the presence of mind to understand that customer service was important, not just the dollar signs, Valley Dodge would have had a sale that day. Because of the total lack of understanding of customer and sales service, this company will never get a dime of my money, nor anyone else I know for that matter. Here are my suggestions for improvement for the Valley Dodge:1. When a new salesman is working with a customer, dont allow other salesmen to be rude to him in front of the customer for asking simple questions about sales protocol. If necessary, talk to him later about proper procedure, but be friendly in front of the customer. Dont belittle the salesman in front of the customer.2. When the salesman introduces to you, the sales manager, a customer on the way out for a test drive, say hello to the customer, acknowledge him, maybe even shake his hand. 3. When I (the customer) apologize that I have to leave instead of sitting down to fill out paperwork and I give you my information and offer, please get back with me on my offer. Please dont assume Im playing a game. Dont tell me you have to put me in the system and run something through the computer while I wait. Take my phone number and address, thank me for coming in, and let me know you will get back with me as soon as possible.4. When I give you the offer after youve made me wait, dont tell me you dont know where I live (right after I wrote my address on your paperwork) or tell me that it depends on the county, city, or any such thing. Look those things up, sales manager or your employee, as you would normally do and get back with me with rejection or acceptance.5. Dont make the customer call to get an answer (especially since the customer has been looking at other vehicles and is curious if he should make an offer on one of them), and certainly dont tell the customer that you, the sales manager, were too busy to call back. That is of no consequence to the customer, and makes them feel unimportant. Even if you were too busy, a better approach would be to make up a story if needed, Im sorry I didnt get back with you, Im trying to get you close to your number but I havent gotten there yet and I was hoping for a better response before calling. They best we can do seems to be Remember, if a customer really cares how busy you are, they can always help you with your busy problem by not giving you business.6. When the general manager calls the next day to try and broker a new deal, dont disregard the customer when they say they didnt feel welcome at your dealership, and wanted to inform you of it. Instead of implying the customer of lying, try saying something like: Im sorry to hear that, can you please tell me what happened? 7. The general manager should NOT argue and discredit everything the customer says, imply they are lying, say there are two sides to every story and refuse to listen to the customers side.8. The general manager should definitely not accuse the customer of making up the story because hes unhappy his completely unrealistic offer (12K asking, 10K out the door offered) wasnt accepted, and then spend nine minutes interrupting and ignoring the customer to ask if hes going to buy the truck or not. A better approach, even if the general manager thinks the customer is full of it, would be to respond: Im very sorry to hear that. We strive really hard to give everyone a positive experience. Ill be sure to look into this and see what was going on. Im the general manager of the store and Ill deal with you exclusively from now on if you prefer that. Would you still be interested in purchasing the vehicle? Id be happy to try and work with you on this but in case you werent aware, there are about $1000 in taxes in fees on this truck, so your out-the-door offer was pretty low, if you couldetc. You can tell everyone later in the break room about the crazy customer you had to deal with, but dont argue with the customer who said repeatedly he was still interested in the truck.Had had the general manager had the presence of mind to understand that the customers perception was important, not just the final price tag of the vehicle, Valley Dodge would have had a sale that day. However, because of the total lack of customer and sales service, this company will never get a dime of my money, nor anyone I know in the market for a vehicle, forever.

Sales guys literally wouldn't give us our keys back, but it was a good deal, so after looking around, came back and bought it a week later. Been in there 3 or 4 times for service, and they keep refusing to warranty what IS covered by the warranty, until you threaten to sue, then they "look into it" and budge. Paid an extra 3000 for a "bumper to bumper" won't do that again as a DIYer. This dealer is pushy, extremely rude, has horrible sales tactics, and lies regularly. AVOID LIKE YOUR EX GIRLFRIEND!

This dealership is awful. They use the old school tactics to intimidate and push you around like you are stupid and they are smart. I was very honest and straight forward and apparently they don't appreciate this quality in a human being. I would never recommend this dealership.

Honest, above board. Great pricing. No surprises. They have a great selection and every time I go in they will only show me what I want to see. Even if it isn't time to buy they have patience and show me respect. The service department is awesome too.
