Easy to deal with - a real pleasure to buy from. Website was easy to navigate and they made buying a car stress-free. I have a dealership much much closer to my house that was unresponsive and unhelpful. I highly recommend Anthony Pilla and Brewster Subaru!

I visited Brewster Subaru as a first-time car buyer, with a pre-conceived notion of how salespeople at a car-dealership would treat a customer (i.e., I expected to be pressured into buying and to have to haggle over the price). Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the salesperson (Anthony Pilla) was very patient with me and did not make me feel at all pressured to buy. Over the course of 3 separate visits, I test-drove four different cars, eventually narrowing in on a 2017 Subaru Forester. When we discussed pricing, Anthony gave me the price and explained how they had come to that price, ultimately telling me that I could pay the down-payment then and still change my mind before the car arrived without any fear of losing my down-payment.Once the car arrived, I reviewed my purchase with Anthony, then discussed additional warranty options and signed the paperwork with Rich Johnson, who was also very patient and was happy to explain everything to me. I did not feel pressured into buying an additional warranty but Rich offered to explain the different options and answer any questions that I had.Overall, I had a great purchasing experience and would refer a friend to Brewster Subaru.

Honestly, I always hate car shopping, but this dealership made my shopping easy. Anthony Pilla was great to work with! He did not pressure me into making my decision. He explained all the options thoroughly which helped me to make my decision. Rich could not have been nicer. He made my financing experience easy. I have never received such detailed information on the car warranty. I highly recommend Brewster Subaru. I will definitely go back to purchase in the future.

As a parent who has just purchased my 3rd Subaru for my family, I can really appreciate the high level of integrity that is evident in every single aspect of purchasing a car at Brewster Subaru. The extremely pleasant, professional and friendly atmosphere at the dealership, and ease of completing your transaction is unlike any other dealership I have ever set foot in. I am a person who does my research before purchasing and their price was definitely the best around. Despite the fact that we live 5 minutes away from Colonial Subaru in Danbury, I will no longer give them my business. Additionally, for the past 3 1/2 years my son has chosen to take the 25 minute drive to Brewster Subaru to service his 2012 car as he tells me Laura in Service is the BEST! After my recent car buying experience at Brewster Subaru, I would not even consider going anywhere else to purchase my next car.

I had a perfect experience with Brewster Subaru and was very impressed. I purchased a used car and traded in an older used car. My Sales Consultant (Robyn Rey) was perfect. She and her management were honest, straightforward, pleasant and professional during the entire process from start to finish. We negotiated a very fair price by phone for the car for sale and they offered a very fair price for my trade in at the dealership. I had done my homework and knew the market and competitor pricing so I know that their pricing was fair and competitive. I worked directly with the General Manager (Nelson Demelo) on the trade in price, so there were no games at all. There was a lot of paperwork, especially since I am from CT, and the Sales Manager (Rich Johnson), was totally prepared with all the forms and made the process fast and easy for me. I will definitely consider Brewser Subaru for my next car purchase based on this excellent experience.

Look nowhere else. Just got my 4th Subaru, all but the first, at this dealership. Subarus are GREAT cars and sell themselves, and the Brewster Team that helps you get in them, and keeps them running like a top, are also GREAT. I really had a good experience buying from Ralph Nicolais at BREWSTER SUBARU. I placed an order on an Outback that was in transit and it came when he said it would. Ralph was very good about calling me and updating me as well. No high pressure sales, not even from the finance guy, Rich. He is very personable. I did purchase an extended warranty but felt he didn't try to "ram it down my throat". Initially I was really stressing over the thought of purchasing a new car- you know- the games salesmen play, but it didn't turn out that way. I did shop around at 3 other dealers and I have to say two things 1) Brewster Subaru is above board and 2) I GOT THE BEST PRICE!!!

This review is a bit late, as my wife and I bought our car in April. When looking to replace our beloved 2011 Outback, we visited this dealership and were impressed with the atmosphere. Ralph was new to the dealership and we were his first customers. He was friendly and easygoing. We dealt mainly with Nelson on many aspects of the transaction and he was eager to earn our business. He got us the car we wanted, at a very fair price. There were a couple of hiccups that Nelson smoothed out immediately. One month after buying the car, we received the steering column recall; Subaru arranged for the car to be transported to Brewster that day. Service arranged for us to have a loaner car for the duration of the recall process, even coming in on an off day to allow us to pick it up. The recall fix was completed quickly and we were back in our beautiful new car once again. I am very pleased to be a part of the Brewster Subaru family now and look forward to great service and ownership experiences as a result.

Yours was the first of three Subaru dealerships that I planned to visit but after meeting and discussing my needs with Anthony Pilla I knew that I need not go anywhere else. He was patient in repeating the terms of the lease and the obligations of the leasee as was Rich Johnson and Patrick. Each of the staff that I encountered were very personable and I felt no pressure at all to make a quick decision. This dealership is only eight to ten minutes from my home so it will be very convenient to return for servicing. I will recommend this dealership. I give them five stars but they deserve ten.

I'm so glad I found Brewster Suburu. I knew that I was interested in the Suburu Forester but was not comfortable with the first dealership I walked into. I won't mention any names but it's the most common named dealership in the area. Walking into that dealership was so fake and robotic and I knew that I didn't want to do business there. It was a completely different story when I walked into Brewster Suburu. They made me feel like a person and not a sales tally. Everyone that works there was so genuine and nice and within minutes I felt at home. They worked out a great deal for me on my Suburu Forester. Anthony Pilla and Rich Johnson were just the most awesome people to do business with and I will always remember how they made me feel throughout the purchasing process. I would recommend Brewster Suburu to anyone interested in a vehicle. You can tell how much they care and how they just want to make you happy. Brewster Subaru had the car I wanted and at a good price. I visited for a test drive and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable, but I didn't buy that day. I ended up looking at a couple different cars but wasn't happy so I went back again to Brewster Subaru to buy. I am glad I did! No pressure and a good attitude are what I look for in a dealer. They even had some body work done to the car which was a bonus. Overall I would go back when I need another car.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone is extremely friendly and you don't get that feeling of going to the dealer and getting bombarded. It has a homey feel to it. I was dealing with Robyn and she is the best sales employee by far. Friendly and so helpful. Nelson is running a great dealership. He bent over backwards to try and help me out as best he can, and he did an amazing job! I left there over joyed and so happy with the service I was provided with! My experience at Brewster Subaru was a dream. I dealt with Anthony, and Jen mostly. I however was introduced to/met all the staff. Anthony was very straight forward, honest, and most importantly he never pressured me. I have now bought 2 brand new Subaru's from Anthony and on the first I told him my research and testing led me to the Outback from Subaru, or the CR-V from Honda and on the day of the first sale he asked if I was sure and happy with my decision and asked if I wanted to test a CR-V again just incase. This is my fifth lease with this dealership. I have had an Impreza, Outback and 2 Foresters before just getting a beautiful 2016 Outback. I shop nowhere else. Working with Frank, my salesman, Rich & Nelson and Jenn made this a no-brainer. They listen and accommodate. Not only did they find the right car, Frank spent unlimited time explaining all the new features and helped me learn to be comfortable in my new ride. He set up my phone and all the bells and whistles for me rather than opening the scary manual! I ordered my car through Brewster Subaru and they were nothing but friendly and courteous every step of the way. Nelson and Michelle processed the order for me and Roy called me when the delivery was ready. Roy took his time and showed me the ins and outs of the newly delivered car before I signed any paperwork and really helped me feel comfortable before finalizing my purchase. Jenn in finance was great to work with. She showed me all the additional services I could get with my new car and was not pushy. She worked with me so I could take advantage of their extended warranty and I wouldn't have to break the bank on my monthly payments. Overall a very pleasant experience. I found my 2012 Forester Limited with 23K on it on Autotrader.com. Contacted the dealership via email on auto trader. Was contacted by Nelson D. first and after several minutes agreed on a price. From that point on Robin Rey took the reins and together we made the arrangements for me to take delivery. The color was not a preferred color but the price so much better than the white one I was comparing to that made the decision so much easier. I took Amtrak almost 4 hours (First time since I was a little boy) and Robin met me at the station nearby and we drove back to the dealership. After about 90 minutes I was on my way home - 190 miles away. The car performed flawlessly and I got 25.7 MPG on the way home and I wasn't just plugging along. Thank you all at Brewster.

I am a first time buyer of Subaru and walked in and out of several dealers because I was not comfortable buying my car from robotic, pushy salesman. What a relief when I visited Brewster Subaru. We came in to buy a car and left with the car and a group of new friends! This was the best experience that I can remember buying anything!Roy and Rich made sure that we were well taken care of and that we had any question answered.Jenn took us through the financial whirl easily and was very nice also.Nelson worked with us and really knows his people, and Anthony is a sweetheart.Roy and Rich really made your shop comfortable for us. Service while busy on the Saturday we were there was very attentive, we did not have an appointment.We had a Volvo XC90 that was over 100k miles and too much maintenace needed to trade it Inu. This will be our 7th family Subaru so feeling very good about this lease.

This was the most painless, efficient and enjoyable experience for not long purchasing a new car, but my first Subaru. Anthony was very welcoming and went above and beyond to get me a good price for the Legacy that I wanted. Anthony was no frills and straightforward, but honest which is what I value the most. Jenn was fantastic in handling the paperwork and ensuring that everything was completed accurately and efficiently. They work well together and Rich should be commended for running such a great team. Writing this on the second day of lease of a 2016 Forester, so not much experience with the vehicle except, so far so good. Due to the date of delivery being in the month following the agreement to lease, the final monthly payment was, in my opinion, substantially higher than the estimated amount, but a compromise was reach quickly, to my satisfaction. Since I had difficulty arranging for a ride to the showroom for delivery, my salesman, Ed, kindly picked me up. The Sales Manager, Rich, was also very friendly and helpful, and the Business Manager, Jenn, was efficient. Overall, the experience with Brewster Subaru was pleasant and I would recommend anyone interested in a Subaru to give them a look.

I was looking for a new Crosstrek and Michelle arranged exactly what I wanted. Pricing was straightforward, they didn't try to sell extras that I didn't want and didn't charge exorbitant $$ for "documentation fee"- I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone and e-mail. And I really like my new car- thank you guys!

I was looking for a new 2015 Subaru Impreza in a specific color and within a few weeks. My brother-in-law just purchased the same from this dealership. They did not have it in stock, but Michelle was able to track one down and reserve it for me. Michelle was very helpful throughout the process and kept my updated until the car arrived at the dealership. The closing was quick thanks to Jenn who explained in detail all the options and took care of all the paperwork including the insurance. I highly recommend this dealership.

The best car buying experience I have had. My sales person ( Frank ) was a pleasure to work with, knowledgable and courteous. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, and seemed happy. There was a no pressure attitude and you didn't feel like anything was being pushed on you. As a customer you are valued and not seen as a commission. I would recommend this dealer ship over other Subaru dealer ships in the area. This was my third Subaru purchase and first here, hands down a better experience. Thanks Brewster Subaru!!!!

We bought a 2016 Outback this week, Robyn was patient, and thoroughly informative in a relaxed and non-pushy manner. Her engaging and non-patronizing personality, and later Nelson's as well, made this experience for us easy . I have a feeling that future visits for service will be just the same.

As a first time Subaru owner, my salesperson Frank was great. He was not only knowledgeable, but took the time to answer all my questions during my numerous visits to the dealership and worked to get me the best overall pricing. I would recommend using this dealership if you are interested in purchasing a Subaru. Although not directly related to the dealership, my experience with "Starlink" has not been that great so far.

From reading reviews and talking to owners, I was fairly certain that a Subaru Forester would be my daughters first car. Roy and Nelson were our salespeople. I cant say enough about the way they treated us they went over the car in great deal; explaining all the features of the car, not only the snazzy things a person would like, but the important safety aspects of the car as well. They listened and answered all our questions; we never felt like they wanted to rush off to another prospective customer. To top it all off, there was no need to negotiate with them about the price, because they quoted us a great price immediately. Closing on the car was also handled efficiently for us. Jen had the insurance in place and all the contract documents ready to be signed on the day we picked up the car. There were no surprises or snags. Weve had the Forester for about a week now and are crazy about it! The ride is great, the car is roomy and has so much cargo capacity, the sunroof and the other extra features are fun, and the gas mileage is terrific. Anyone looking for an amazing car as well as a great dealership should go to Brewster Subaru.

I walked into Brewster Subaru curious about how Subaru would compare with the Toyota and Honda I've owned in recent years. Roy and Nelson were terrific - selling me on the features of the car with no overt pressure. I've had my Forester for 2+ weeks, and I love it! The ride is great, I love the sunroof and the other extra features, and the gas mileage is terrific. Best of all, there was no need to haggle, because the price was right and I got what I paid for - a great car!

Most cars Ive purchased in my 22 years of driving have been from dealers where Ive known someone who managed it and that way I eliminated the apprehension most people feel when walking into a dealer not know anything. Well, I found myself in a situation where I wanted to test drive a new WRX and I just don't know anyone at any of the local Subaru Dealers. I selected Brewster Subaru at first because I knew they had the car in the color that I wanted. So I emailed Michelle, their internet sales manager and she quickly gave me a very good price but informed me the car I wanted had already been sold.I still wanted to go look at the car so my wife and I agreed to come and test drive another color and see if we could order one once we decided. My experience that day went like this...Ive never been at this dealer, but It was fairly small, which is always a good thing in my mind. My wife and I walked into the showroom and Michelle was talking to a customer, so we walked outside to check the lot. While we were out there waiting, Michelles assistant came out and informed us the guy who put the deposit on the WRX in the color we wanted had cancelled his deposit so we could test drive that one. Great! So they let my wife and I just take the car which I loved because I honestly like tests rives where the salesperson does not come with you.After the test drive we all sat down and Michelle went over all the numbers and we put a deposit down. Very low pressure which I love and I'm not the type of person that needs any help making up my mind. My wife and I went home to discuss what we wanted to do and ended up calling back in a day to say we'll take it. All I had to do was email in a credit app and my ins card and we were all set to go. They handled the rest of the details and I showed up, signed the documents and took my freshly detailed car home. While I was there picking up the car Toto took me through a quick but thorough description of the cars numerous features and Michelle took me around and introduced me to various people at the dealership. Everyone was very nice.As I was about to leave, Michelle came out and gave me a Coke for the road as I had mentioned I was a Coke drinker. Just a little detail like that goes a long way with me. I would definitely buy another Subaru from Brewster Subaru. One of the best experiences Ive ever had buying a car.
