Hands down the best experience we could have asked for. After 10 years in my old car it was finally time to start looking for something newer. We moved here from Florida and quickly realized that we needed a AWD car for the winter. After hours of searching and reading reviews we decided Brighton Ford was our best bet. AUSTIN WAS AMAZING!!! We were in and out in a little over an hour and Austin was extremely communicative throughout. If you value your time and appreciate being treated with respect, give Austin and the entire Brighton Ford team a call. Other dealerships need to take notes.

I was in a car accident last summer up north approximately 250 miles from my home & there was substantial damage to my 2016 Escape. After dealing with police & insurance company over the accident my car was finally towed to Brighton Ford. I had to have it towed as close to my home as possible due to insurance reasons and expensive tow bills. Brighton Ford was still an hour from my house & I wasn't too happy since if I had questions on the work I would have to drive there . Well after two weeks they had my car completed and the work was outstanding. Almost a year has past and I noticed my rear door the side the accident was on never locked, never noticed it since I never use that door and the door hinge dropped. I called and explained the situation to them and Jerry the body shop manager was very nice & helpful. He told me they would do whatever it took to make it right. I explained to him that i needed my car to get to & from work & asked if he had a loaner while the work was being done. He said he did not but could send someone to my job at the time I needed , do the work, and have the car returned to me before my shift was over. To be honest I didn't think that would happen! At 9am the gentlemen showed up took my car, repaired both doors and had it back to me by 2pm. ALL IN THE SAME DAY!! I highly recommend Brighton Ford and when I'm ready for a new car or truck I will definitely be visiting their showroom! Great job to all who helped make this horrible accident turn into a positive outcome.

I didn’t have an appointment and showed up unannounced for an oil change. They were professional, didn’t shame me for not having an appointment except to say that they will get it done ASAP - even though their bay was full. 40 minutes later was was on the road!! Excellent customer service. Should be the gold standard for Ford dealerships.

Dee the service check in lady as absolutely amazing as well as the lady in the service department check out!!! They took such good care of me and much much quicker than estimated. I am always happy to come in to Brighton Ford for service and have had Dee check me in previously and she was as nice this time as last! Very level attitude and doesn’t seem to falter on giving customers a great experience. The check out service lady I believe her name is Julie was as pleasant to encounter as check in!! They are the reason I will be back hands down no questions asked!!

It has been years since I have returned to Brighton Ford after what felt like non transparent sales. After a couple quick and successful oil changes, I would say this is their best service. Any other service beyond this, literally makes e feel sick and as though I have been taken advantage of by the company. I would not recommend any service procedures done here. I took my car in for an oil change, the works package. Was told things look great. Within 3 months, I began having trouble. First the breaks which I understand. The cost outrageous and pricey. Their reason is they can't get the other brand, the ones they advertise for less with their coupons. I think there is a term for this, Bait and Switch. Still returned thinking this was fluke, nope second return only 2 weeks after brakes were done, And another problem with the car. Guessing I am unlucky and coincidence. This time the water pump, with price tag of $2300. No thank you Brighton Ford!

My dealer Zack was awesome have sent friends to him already. I bought two trucks from him in two weeks. There service department is horrible would not send a enemy to them. I would not let them fix my daughters power wheel. Told me there was no oil in my truck made them show me it was full what idiots. Told me I might need a motor took to another dealer and it was a sensor.

Brought in a commercial vehicle at 3 PM on Monday for scheduled service and some minor repairs. Dealership called me at 12:30 the next afternoon telling me that the technician had just took it back. Dean left me a message at that time telling me he would call me back at four and let me know. I called at 4:30 and and could not come in contact with anyone from the service department including the manager. Finally got a call back at five, saying that they had just taken aback for oil change and that it would not be available until tomorrow. On Monday when I drop the truck off I had expressed that this was a commercial vehicle and I needed to take it back to work on Wednesday so I needed it done by Tuesday evening. Mind you when I went in at 5:30 to get my truck after I had told them to put the old oil back in so I could use the truck there were 8 people sitting around that worked there. So this dealership had my truck for 27 hours and did not even get the oil changed. Worst service experience ever, I will never use this dealership ever again. This was also my first use of them.

I went in to get the "Works" oil change done. On my way home I used my wiper fluid and after 3 uses it was out. I checked my fluids when I got home and wiper fluid was out and oil was a quart low. Contact dealership twice to talk to manager and my phone call was never returned.Who ever gets there work done there make sure you check afterwards.

Found a vehicle listed online, which piqued my interest. Contacted dealership, and my call was handled by Troy Hill, in the used car dept. Drove out to inspect vehicle, and decided it was the one for me. Haggled about price a bit, and got it in my comfort zone. Excellent payout for the trade-in of my current vehicle. Came back the next day to pick up the 'new', used car. Excellent service from Troy Hill. All my questions were answered promptly in a professional manner, no tricky sales tactics, the entire experience was very pleasant. Would definitely return for any future vehicle purchases.

I bought my new Escape from Brighton ford and I have to say I am impressed with the new young lady that started. I wasn't sure where to post but I have called and thanked her several times and I hope she stays around. Aly DuBois was my sales woman. I can't say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond for me. I was looking at the escapes wasnt 100% on buying a new vehicle. She approached me and was friendly and sweet as can be. I did ask her how long she had been working at the dealership and she smiled and had told me two months. She offered to go on a test drive and I learned so much about the Escape I had to have it. If she didn't know the answer she looked it up and if she couldn't find it she went and asked her manager. I think his name was Erik. She went above and beyond to help me. I'm set in my stubborn ways and Aly and Erik got me the perfect escape. They know what in talking about. Give this wonderful young lady a chance. She might be new but she's been awesome to work with. I trust her, she does her best to make everything perfect. My kids went with me and they have told their friends about her. With her being new she doesn't have clients built up over the years but I cannot stress enough how helpful she was. If your looking for a new vehicle go see Aly DuBois.

My experience with Brighton Ford proved to me that some companies still care about their customers. Their motto for some time has been "customers for life" and I truly believe that to be true. I bought a 2010 Taurus from Mike Tabacchi about a month ago. Upon taking it home I noticed shaking when driving on the expressway. I brought the car to the service department and spoke with Cody who took the time to assure that the car was being taken care of on time and under warranty. Not all cars are perfect when you drive them home. But Brighton Ford service do their very best to fix any problem that might arise. Short story it was a part on the rear wheel and the tires that were making the car shake both replaced by Brighton Ford for free. Todd Spitler, the owner of the Dealership went above and beyond to help out a customer to make the vehicle right. I will always go back to buy my cars from Mike Tabacchi and Brighton Ford. All salesman here are great but I have delt with Mike 5 times now and he is in my opinion the best. See him and you will NOT be dissapointed.

My 2015 Mustang gt broke down on the highway 4.5 weeks ago. I had it towed to Brighton Ford. 3weeks and several complaints to Ford motor company. My car got looked at. While I complained service tech Dean said if I want happy take my car else where. I explained that I was frustrated that almost 3weeks had pay and my car had not been looked at. He said if I had an appointment it would have. I replied I didn't plan on my 2015 mustang breakingdown. They end up finding a faulty clutch. He donkey carrots me around to the next week and then Friday just like the previous weeks. I finely get my car... I get in and immediately know something feels wrong. They say nope its good. I drive home and 3rd grinds I pull over and call Dean. He said let me check the schedule and I'll call you back and see when I can fit you in. He schedules me for an appointment 10 days later. He asked me to come in early so they can get my car right in. I drop my car off the day before my appointment first in line. The next day at 1:30 I get a call Dean says our guy is going to get to your car hopefully tomorrow. I topped the 2nd for my appointment on the 3rd. They might get to it on the fourth. I'm currently waiting on the service manager Troy. Who was very professional and polite unlike Dean. Who shows no concern for customers. He not rude verbally. He just doesn't care. Now, I wait for my turn to be assisted. I guess my appointment wasn't really important. Well either will my business. I have 5sons. I will not be purchasing or leasing their cars from my city dealership Brighton Ford. It's a shame I will have to travel elsewhere to be taken care of. Unresolved 11/03/2015

Purchased both my 2010 & 2012 Focus from Brighton Ford and have been a customer even before that. Always took my cars in for regular oil changes and repairs there. Since they have changed the way they do service it's been a poor experience ever since. I have been to Brighton Ford at least a handful of times in the past month for repairs and whenever I leave there is another issue with my car. I finally couldn't take it anymore and called the service manager who was of absolutely NO help. When I tried to be honest and explain my poor experience, he only made excuses and was demeaning the entire time. He didn't take care of me whatsoever. Very disappointed with this dealership/service/professionalism (or lack there of) the list goes on and on...interesting to see the other negative feedback as well. Needless to say...I will NOT be back to Brighton Ford. I also will NEVER recommend them to anyone else.

Poor service , poor people skills! Rex is a shady individual.got no satisfaction,no return call ,did get a lot of double talk.Service done on Focus was recall work, too bad Ford Motor Company has this place out there to represent their vehicles.He said he was the service manager.If you are a woman ,you will be shown zero respect . I have purchased three cars in five years, still will buy Ford, but not from Brighton. Anyone else have a problem I encourage a phone call to Ford customer service, these people need to be put on notice.

I purchased a 72mon/125k mile extended warranty for a used vehicle in 2011. My signed contract says the warranty expires in 9/2017 or 125k miles, which ever comes first. I took my vehicle in for service on 01/23/2014. It had 115K miles, so was within the terms of the warranty. However, Brighton Ford says my warranty expired in August 2014 and it doesn't matter what my signed contract says. They say their records are correct and they won't honor the extended warranty.

I purchased a 72mon/125k mile extended warranty for a used vehicle in 09/2011. They're awfully nice and accommodating until they get you to sign. Once you've signed they're much less than helpful. Bought a used vehicle, the salesman assured me they had the best mechanics check out their used vehicles before they put them on the lot. The vehicle I purchased had a couple problems i noticed off the bat that they promised to fix for me. Days after buying the car I took it back to them for the work they promised to fix (clunking sound in tire, rear park assist maintenance needed, steering wheel was shaky), they had it for two weeks! Never called me for an update, the salesman nor the manager would ever call me back. Got my vehicle back two weeks later, nothing was fixed but they put new tires on it for me....OK? That wasn't even an issue, oh and I filled the vehicle up with gas on my way to drop it off to them I gave it to them and received it back with about quarter tank hmmm...took it to another dealership because I purchased the Ford extended warranty plan. They came up with over $5,000 in repairs, I've only had this vehicle three months at this point. Not only that but extended warranty wouldn't even cover my rear transfer case leaking because they spoke with the manager at Brighton Ford who told them this was a pre-existing issue....THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT TO ME! And they still won't return my calls at Brighton Ford...shady shady company with shady people working their...specifically Manager George Haas...Horrible service, horrible management...once they get your signature you become just another number to them

I took my Ford Freestar minivan to this Dealership for a weird thumping noise coming from the engine. Over and over they told me they didn't hear the noise when I left it for them to test drive. Frustrated, I took my van to a small mechanic shop and within 5 minutes he had printed out a Ford Service Bulletin about the issue and told me to take it to a dealer to have the computer reset.... Needless to say, I was pretty upset. Thinking the dealer would be polite about the situation, instead the service advisor snatched the paper from me and said, "this may not even work". I braced myself and asked how much would it cost. $35. I was totally shocked. For all of the times I had brought my van in, left it, put up with the noise for months, it came down to a $35 solution that they didn't want to do for some reason. It made me wonder if by letting it go long enough, my $35 issue would have snowballed into a $3500 problem. I practically yelled at them to reset the computer as they just stood there in a stand-off with me. I haven't heard the thumping sound since. I still own my 2007 van. I've had a bumpy few years since then with other issues too and being overpriced. Brighton Ford took almost 2 weeks to tell me that Ford didn't make the plastic harness for the sliding doors anymore since the van was discontinued a few years ago; however, they told me they found the part up in Wisconsin for $800. Not being naive, I know that parts are made for 10 years for all Ford vehicles, even discontinued ones, I called a few more dealers who were able to find the part needed over the phone for $220 and could have the part there the same day. I often wonder if Brighton Ford lacks the service technicians or mechanics to perform the work and stall customers so they can arrange to contract the work out. I ended up with great service and a better price to repair the door and my transmission at another dealership. After everything I've gone through with the service department at Brighton Ford, I wasn't about to trust my transmission with them. I do let them change the oil and do some repairs but I'm very apprehensive, understandably, when they suggest further maintenance or repairs. Beware and get another opinion.

Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware which is the stupid mistake I made. The salesman looked me right in the eye and said that they went over each used car "with a fine tooth comb" and "fixed what needed to be fixed". Many items need repair: Air conditioner, an oil leak in front, and something leaking in back, the message center doesn't work, and the rear window wiper doesn't work properly. When I told the salesman about these problems he just said it's a good thing I bought a warranty. When I asked him about repairing what needed to be repaired he told me that I had bought a used car, not a Ford Certified Used Car. One of the biggest lies was when I questioned the gas mileage with a V8 engine, I was told that I would get "20mpg". Wrong, not even close. The only person at Brighton Ford who seems to care is a customer service rep. Surprisingly the owner seems to condone this type of salesmanship since despite 3 e-mails to him I have yet to hear from him. If anyone is even THINKING about buying from Brighton Ford, don't walk away, RUN!!!!!

Very shady service department! Here's the story. In the fall, I took my car to Brighton Ford to have my summer tires replaced with snow tires for the upcoming winter. They did the job, I payed them, and everything was fine and dandy. Fast forward to the following spring, and it was time to put the summer tires back on again. Instead of going to Brighton Ford, this time I went to my local Discount Tire. Upon removing the summer tires from their storage wrappers, it was discovered that whoever had taken them off the car last had completely stripped the inside edge of the tire, leaving the metal mesh exposed. It was then explained to me by the Discount Tire employee that if I were to use the botched summer tires, the metal would rust over time eventually leading to a blowout. So, not only did Brighton Ford destroy a set of perfectly good tires causing me to have to spend a fortune on new ones, but they neglected to tell me about the incident, and instead left me to find out myself the next time I decided to change my tires. I'm glad I didn't go back to Brighton Ford to have the summer tires put back on because they probably would have told me they were fine, taken my money, and left me to discover it for myself some time down the road when my tires shred out from under me. Unbelievable.

This dealership does not care about you or the vehicle you're going to purchase. I recently got a 2013 Ford Fusion, upon receiving the vehicle there was a kink in the headliner, my salesman told me it was suppose to be there! I took it to service shortly after to get this fixed and they denied fixing it! They blamed the issue on me, even after my salesman confirmed it was there when I purchased the vehicle! Then a sun glass compartment came loose, so I took it to service. AGAIN they told me they will not fix it! WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A WARRANTY!? They put two screws into it, yes into my brand new car. Now the sun glass holder has a 1/2" gap holding it in place. I have spoke with both the service and sales manager and neither seem to care about the issues on my vehicle or are willing to do anything about it. I will never go back to this dealership, and I hope this review gives some insight to the kind of services they provide.

As I was shopping cars a dealership agreed to bring a Honda CVR to my house for viewing. Just at that moment I received a phone call From Brighton Ford that the car of my choice, namely, a Nissan Rogue in white color was available and I should see it before making my decision to purchase any other car. Few minutes later a Honda CVR was brought to me at home but I had reservations about the color and the price! Then I talked to the Used Car Manager at Brighton Ford and he agreed to deliver it to me the same day.He agreed to my asking price, for the first time car buying credit, financing, and gave me instantly the asking price for my trade in. When everything fell into place like price , color, financeing, trade in value of my car and even the salesmanship , like cordiality etc. I could not resist and in less than 8 hours the car was home delivered to me.This was the most extraordinary experience in cay buying I or anyone else can have because I bought the car over the phone without physically seeing it ,touching it or even test driving it.I did not even visit the dealership. The credit application was run online and the car was delivered to me at my home!

I purchased a 2007 Ford Expedition from Brighton Ford in 2011, When I purchased the vehicle I also purchased an extended service contract, the contract stated that I had coverage until 2017 or 100,000 miles. The salesman explain this service contract to me had me sign the document the dealership also sign the document. Now after 2 years I was told that there was a typo on the document and that my service contract had expired. I cannot believe that it took 2 years for someone at the dealership to find the typo, I'm sure this document was reviewed several times after the sale and no one found the typo? For all this time I thought I was covered for repairs. I wonder if I found a typo on a sales document after 2 years if the dealership would do anything or just say you should of brought it to our attention sooner. Up until this point I had no problem with the dealership, the people that work there are great, My vehicle was always taken care of with no problems. I just think that they should of stood behind the contract. It was their mistake.

Took car in for repair, service gave car back saying could not find anything wrong. Car started doing the same thing a week later, called service department and they were rude and completely clueless. I took the car to Bob Maxey who were so pleasant and professional. Car was fixed in a day. Brighton said they needed to keep it overnight to diagnose....what a joke.

I purchased the 2014 Explorer, XLT, in September, just proir to our annual trek to Florida, for the Winter. I traded my 2009 Edge, (with only about 30,000 miles), because I wanted something just a little bigger. (The Edge was a Limited). I wanted to get the Explorer here, because of the superior service, sales, that my wife had last year, when she got her 2013 Escape - Limited. I am a Ford retiree, and I THOUGHT I knew how to read the broucher, and spec out the car I wanted, (I should have let the salesman, do it). After receiving the car, which I love, i realized there were some things standard with the Limited, that I was missing. (I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN, AND AM STILL NOT TO OLD TO LEARN!). We drove the brand new Explorer to Florida, in late September, 'got 22 mpg, overall, on the trip, and are getting 20 to 21 mpg around town. The car has almost 20, 000 on it now. I'm very pleased with my purchase, Also thanks to Russ Jenkins, for putting up with me, and doing hoops to get me what I had asked for, in a very short period of time. THANKS,BRIGHTON FORD!

From buying my vehicle in 2005 to date I have only one complaint that was rectified. I had animals making a nest in the air cleaner and the technicians missed it completely but I was given a free oil change for my next visit. Otherwise all your people are very courteous and helpful.

i louis kennedi was looking for a new truck[fordf150] went to three dealers near canton, and wayne and the dealer wanted to sale what thay had on the lot not what i wanted went to brighton ford to see Eric Wilkinson talked to him and looked at a few trucks went back to his office i told him what i would like he looked it up nothing was on the computer he saidgive him a few days to see what he could come up with he called me in two days and see if it was the truck i wanted it was every thing i asked for now two months later I Love my truck if i here anyone looking for a car or truck i tell them to go see Eric at brighton fords thanks again Eric

In the last month our family has purchased three cars from three different dealers in three different cities (three different manufacturers). Chris Boring and Brighton Ford out performed them all. I bought a very nice slightly used Mustang. It seemed a little much to drive down, see the car, make a deal and drive home. They offered to deliver the car to Kalamazoo. W finished our discussions over the phone and they sent the car with an experienced man to do the paperwork at our home. For my son we were looking at a Focus and a Dodge Dart. I was working with Chris again and he offerred a car below the price of the local dealer and was responsive to every inquiry and every email.

I worked with Chris Boring of the Internet Sales, and purchased a 2012 Ford Raptor "My Dream Truck," all through phone calls, emails, and pictures. I'm not one much for writing reviews but I really want to thank the Folks there at Brighton Ford. I had an uncomfortable experience about 7 years ago and was hesitant to go back but was in the market for a new vehicle for the Family and Dad works at Ford and we're a Ford Family and Matt Renko was reccomended through a friend and I could not have been more pleased. We went in without expectations and 3 hours later drove off the lot with a 2013 Flex. Matt was superb to work with and there was no pressure in the process at all and it was the best experience I had had purchasing a new vehicle untill a couple of weeks ago. During the purchase of the Flex, I had joked about trading in my Kia Forte for a New Mustang. Matt remembered this comment, found a 2012 demo that he thought would be a perfect fit and actually called my Wife and asked if I was serious and that he would like to show me the car. 24 hours later, I traded my Kia in for a new Mustang. Matt was relentless in finding the best financing available and just worked wonders and because it was a Mustang, that is now my best car buying experience. Couldn't have asked for better and I just wanted to say thank you by writing him a quick reccmonedation from an old crust ARMY SFC.

Only reason I go to this dealer is Nick Riashi...who my wife and I have bought at least 5 cars from. He listens, doesn't oversell, and acts in your best interest... It's not about the dealership, it's about the people...and Nick is great

I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude the used car salesman was. I told him I saw a much lower price for a particular vehicle on Cars.com and he basically called me a liar. I told him I could show him that exact vehicle on my iPhone then he snapped back at me that we could go inside and "check it out". He said his dealership would never offer that low of a price on their used Mercury Mariner. There was a $5K difference from the online price to the sticker price. I feel that I must apologize for interrupting this man's day. I will not be purchasing a vehicle at this dealership any time soon.
