Took the pickup in to get an alignment. They did an excellent job. Very professional and personal which is hard to find in a quality shop. I highly recommend Brookwood Auto Group's service center. Bruce was a pleasure to work with.

Super helpful, honest, and friendly staff! My partner and I have had our fair share of bad luck with cars, but Brookwood made the whole experience feel like a breath of fresh air. We felt like both the sales side and service center had our best interests in mind, and they made sure everything in our vehicle was in excellent condition before we signed. Now we are the proud new owners of a Honda Odyssey :) Roger and Alec are personable and helpful salesmen, Heather is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and Michael is caring and full of integrity. My in laws' parked car was hit during their vacation here and had to leave a few days after. I brought the car by Brookwood for a quick inspection to make sure they could drive home. They were so great and explained the issues they found. And there was the cutest little thank you gift inside the car when I got in to leave! Brookwood sells cars, but they also have a full service center. And they are honest people that I totally trust to be straight with me. Very rare in the car industry.

Kind, salt of the earth folks here. Between Michael, Heather and Alec we were able to cosign my daughters car. I also had the benefit of using the service department on many of my family vehicle's. I would highly recommend them on all of your sales/service needs. Thank you Team Brookwood!

My grandson and I didn’t have much time to dilly dally (we drove 4 hours) and Andy and Heather were very efficient and fast to get us going, approved and out of there. We even got a cup of coffee for the road and a really nice car cleaning kit. Thanks again for making car buying a pleasant affair.
