I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Brotherton. You never know exactly how good of a deal you got, but I think I did reasonably well. One thing that stuck in my mind during the negotiation was that the salesman told me they were a business that stood by their cars, something I took at the time as an eager salesman trying to close a deal. Unfortunately on the way home, I discovered that the clutch was slipping badly in 4th and 5th gear. I was sweating as I drove back to the dealership, because replacing the clutch on a Subaru is a relatively expensive task. Much to my relief, Brotherton took care of the problem on their own dime, something I'm sure a shadier dealer would have told me was my problem to fix. I'm taking a point off for customer service because I always had to call them for updates on the repairs despite them saying they would call, but otherwise I was very happy with the results. Brotherton had more integrity than I was expecting from a car dealer, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First let me say I wanted to give one star, but that actual sales process wasn't horrible it was what happened after I was out the door.I bought a 2012 CTS-V from Brotherton back in March. The car came with the extended CPO warranty. When I bought the car the supercharger was making the notorious "can of marbles" rattling sound. Very well documented and super easy fix that cadillac is aware of and will do at no cost. I was aware of the details so it didn't concern me and I bought the car anyway scheduling an appointment to bring it back in to have the supercharger replaced before I ever left the dealership. Two days later I brought the car back and the service tech who looked at my car said nope everything sounds fine... I was a little shocked because I knew it wasn't, lucky for me I work right across the street from another Cadillac Dealership just 15 minutes up 405. I took it in there the next day, low and behold the tech didn't even have to inspect my car he could tell by the noise it made pulling up that it needed a new supercharger. They ordered one for me and had it on a week later.This is the part that really angers me, while it was in for the supercharger the other dealership pointed out to me that it didn't have the correct tires on it to be a CPO car. (tires MUST meet OEM specifications) the speed rating on tires that came with the car are one rating to low. I tried/ struggled to get ahold of MK at brotherton for 2 months, he finally responded when I started to get very irritated, he acknowledged that the tires are incorrect but then told me I would have to buy 2 of the tires and they would provide the other 2. I am confused as to why I would pay to right their wrong. Unfortunately even after printing out all of the CPO paperwork that says the car must have the right tires on it and presenting it to MK in person, he accused me of just trying to get new tires out of them (even though the current ones have about 80% left). he also told me that speed rating doesn't matter because the ones on there are rated for 149MPH and thats as fast as I need to go. (OEM speed rating is to 186MPH).I have escalated the case to cadillac corporate and the regional CPO person (sorry don't know his title). I am confident that they will end up being forced to put tires on my car but the amount of time being wasted irritates me. You advertised something as a CPO, meaning it should meet all CPO specifications, this one does not, I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they didn't realize it either, however after I made them aware of it they still refuse to do anything. To me it feels like a scam or fraud (advertising something as something its not)This review isn't meant to do anything other then to make people aware of what they are buying before they leave the dealership, unfortunately this dealership isn't honest enough to fix there mistakes if you find any.

From start to finish, probably the best experience possible. The sales people were helpful and patient while I looked at multiple cars on the lot. I did a test drive with my salesperson who made the drive fun, it was like driving around with a buddy. He suggested, without me having to ask, that I take the car for a few hours to show my wife. Very down to earth, yet professional people that also made the buying process as fast as I could possibly have asked for. I got a great deal and it hardly seemed like I was there an hour.

All in all it was how an auto purchase should be. I got a beautiful Yukon at a competitive price. First off Dan S was friendly and respectful of my time. The vehicle I was looking for had been sold but with a little searching Dan found a really similar option on the lot that I had not considered. When I returned the next day to test drive and more seriously talk out the details Dan was again great and considerate of my time and my questions. I presented a challenge as my credit is not good but my income is. M.K. And Stefanie S worked their magic and got all the numbers to work considering my credit and finances. I returned later after work, to take delivery of the vehicle with my wife and once again Stafanie and Graham (Dan was off by then) were both extremely nice and happy to help. What I appreciate most was the team work and assistance from the whole team without ever feeling like I was dealing with some cut throught, commission sales structure. I am a commission sales associate in a different industry and I am sensitive to the sales persons commisions but the customer has to come first no matter what or who is available to help. I saw really good team work and a possitive crew working together to take care of a client. So for all of this I say thank you for making it easy and a positive buying experience.

I received an email that it was time to service my 2014 Regal GS which I began leasing in June. The convenience of receiving the email was the first part of great service since it is difficult for me to return calls as I often listen to voice mail after hours and businesses are closed when I'm able to return the call. Debs was the first to reach out to me as well via email to schedule my service for the Shield protection and is wonderful to work with. Chris who worked with me in scheduling my oil change, service for the suspension warning light that had also come on was wonderful. All in all, service was great and I would highly recommend Brotherton Cadillac to all.

Ryan received an email regarding inventory Saturday evening after close of business. I received a prompt reply with specific answers to my questions around 10 AM the following Sunday morning. Ryan explained special offers and opportunities that I was unaware of that were in my best interest. These opportunities he offered prompted me to come in to the dealership to get serious about a new car purchase. They valued my trade-in fairly and with a sound explanation that I found credible and reasonable. Once we established a fair trade in value for my car we negotiated a purchase loan for the new car. Twice Ryan came to me unsolicited and made me aware of two ways he could offer me an additional $1,000 off the new car purchase. I have never been treated so professionally in an auto transaction. I walked away impressed with Ryan and the Brotherton dealerships professionalism with an awesome new car!

I took my ATS in for standard warranty service and waited for the service to be completed.The car was thoroughly inspected with all service performed and all fluids topped off. The car was washed and cleaned before I picked up the car. The service consultant Chris Ringhofer spent the time with me to discuss the service to be performed and also some service details on another Cadillac. Chris did a great job. I came in for an oil change and a few other small cosmetic issues with the car. The vehicle had some interior trim squeaks and rattles. The dealer kept the car and identified the sources of the problem and rectified pretty quickly. washed my car and handed it back to me in perfect shape. During the time I was provided with a nicely equipped and clean loaner car. the staff were freindly, knowledgeable and receptive.

I just bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from Brotherton. The buying experience was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about the whole process. Got to meet Brad Brotherton, great guy! He sat down and talked to my family, making sure they were comfortable, especially my 6 yr old. Haven't seen that at any other dealerships. While there, I worked with Ryan, MK and Roberta. All positive, no pressure. Ryan really did a bunch of running around for me, with numbers and such. Not one gripe or loss of smile. They have a positive, relaxed vibe throughout their team, which I appreciated. No pressure or tenseness from anyone. I will always go to Brotherton first when looking for a vehicle from now on!

Thanks for treating my 90 year old father-in-law with respect on his recent service visit. Upon learning that the part for his car was not available and that the car would need to be left for a few days you provided him with a shiny 2014 Red Cadillac. Way to go guys for loaning a 90 yr old a new car, you could have just called him a cab so he could get home. So short story long--I was researching new and used cars for a good 10 months easily. I ultimately narrowed down my search to a couple of different cars and models. Since Cadillac CTS was one of them I dug deeper into this car. I had looked at one at a different dealer up in the Shoreline area and that sparked the more serious interest. I found that Brotherton had 3 CTS's that I wanted to see in person so I sent and internet inquiry. Ryan Anderson responded very quickly. We set up a day for me to visit which was just this past Saturday (17th). Ryan was ready to show me the luxury and beauty of this Cadillac model. We did the customary test drive with one of the cars and I fell in love with it........anybody would! With Ryan sitting in the passenger seat we discussed in detail, for a good 30 minutes, all the features and he answered all my questions and then some. It was the most non-invasive experience with a car dealer EVER. Ryan was a complete professional, put no pressure on me what so ever and just plain projected a totally relaxed demeanor. He quickly gained my trust and made it so easy to make the decision to buy from him and Brotherton. I would highly recommend Ryan and the Brotherton dealership to any body looking for a new or used car. He has the "stuff" that makes the buying experience way, way easy. So I have been researching and looking at cars online and in person for close to 10 months. I narrowed my choices down (finally) to a couple of different vehicles and Cadillac won! I purchased a darn near new CTS from a young gentleman named Ryan Anderson at Brotherton Cadillac in Renton. Let me tell you a little bit of my experience. First, Ryan was totally cool. He was very "laid back" meaning he didn't push me into anything, didn't pressure me in the least and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with Ryan and the rest of the Brotherton team. When I first arrived at Brotherton Ryan grabbed the "keys" to the three cars I was interested in and we were off to the races. I test drove one of the three and absolutely loved it. Ryan and I sat in the car for close to 30 minutes discussing this and that. He answered all my questions in great detail. I did not leave Brotherton wondering about anything. When the deal was done Ryan had had the car detailed for me and a FULL tank of gas! Does that happen anymore in this world of ours? It did at Brotherton with Ryan Anderson. Again, I am 150% satisfied with my complete experience and I would recommend Ryan and Brotherton to everyone looking for a new or used car. One more shout out for Stefanie in Finance, this young lady rocks as well. Made the "painful" part of purchasing a car totally painless! Between Ryan and Stefanie I will buying all my future vehicles at Brotherton. GO CADILLIAC and Ryan!

I purchased a Lincoln MKZ from your dealership with Ryan Anderson as my salesman. I just wanted to send you a note telling you what excellent customer service I received. Ryan did amazing with his correspondence over email and online information. I have been looking for the right vehicle for 6 months and have done all of my research online. No other salesperson was as quick to respond with all the information I asked for. Ryan understands the internet buyer and I truly appreciate his help. I planned the trip from Spokane to Renton in 2 days to buy my car over my weekend. If Ryan was not as intuitive, I would not have been able to arrange my trip as fast and may not have been able to make it over to buy the car. Ryan also went the extra mile to make sure the car was held for me and not sold before I got there. The sale was basically made online and Ryan made that happen. Great experience buying a new car! Graham was friendly, informative and could easily answer all my questions on the Cadillac ATS. I wanted to point out some of the things I found so wonderful. They have a cutious friendly laid back staff that was both reassuring and i felt confident that if i had an issue it would be resolved quickly. I had been searching for the right vehicle for several months and was elated when I finally found one at Brotherton. I made an online inquiry and received prompt reply from Ryan Anderson. I explained our must haves for the vehicle and we began our negotiations on the price. I explained my budgeting needs and Ryan explained Brothertons rationale for the quoted price. My price reduction request was driven by one additional requirement that was absent on the vehicle that would cost a $1,000 from the Toyota dealer. This was a deal breaker. Ryan was quick to respond that if Brotherton were able to purchase the item and install it at no additional cost, would we have a deal. He, had to seek additional management and owner approval since this would result in a loss for Brotherton. Needless, to say, Ryan won the approval and we were able to close the deal. If you want to know what putting the customer first and going the extra mile is all about, this is it. Nice job Ryan and Brotherton for making us happy customers!

Thank you Brotherton Cadillac and mostly "Ryan Anderson" for taking such good care of me. I was on a trip to Seattle from Spokane when I unfortunately had car troubles on my trip over. Since I knew Ryan Anderson personally I called him in despair, since it was a weekend and I was not sure how to get my car fixed or even replaced if necessary. One call and Ryan Anderson said " I will take care of you". Well we both decided a GMC Terrain would be a nice upgrade and would accommodate my very large dog kennel. This is the safest car I think I have ever had! I love the Crystal Red color and all the new features, XM radio,backup camera, blue tooth. My dog Charlie is a happy too!

I found this car via the Internet. I contacted the dealer via the link and within a very short time Ryan Anderson contacted me. Since I was 300 miles away Ryan gave me a very detailed and accurate description of the Cadillac I was purchasing and we basically cut the deal over the phone and email. Several days later I flew to Seattle to pick up the car. Their driver was waiting for me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. The car was detailed and ready to go AND better than described! Finally a salesman as picky as I am..... It was a seamless transaction that took very little time to sign a few papers and be on my way. Their finance person is very efficient and very attractive too!. If I lived closer than 6 hours away I would probably have them do all my service.

I purchased a 2013 Yukon Denali XL from the internet sales manager, Ryan Anderson. We conducted all of the finance application and approval processes through e-mails, instant messaging and texts. Ryan was professional, courteous and most of all, not pushy. I went to several other dealers in the past couple months and without fail, found the salesmen to be pushy, almost to the degree of being abusive. Ryan at Brotherton was amazing and has earned my future business. Another honorable mention is Brandee Miller, finance manager at Brotherton. Brandee spent some time finding me an amazing rate and even ran different loan scenarios to find the best fit for my financing needs. When I arrived, Brandee had my paperwork waiting and had my loan docs completed within a few minutes. She even was pleasant to my three kids that were leaving fingerprints on her office window :)

This was a great car buying experience. Very web friendly with a great Internet Sales Manager in Ryan Anderson. We visited the local dealers in our area during the car search and determined the make and model. Unfortunately, the local dealers didnt have the model with the options we wished to include in our vehicle purchase. So I went to cars.com to search for the make, model and options that we wanted. I located two dealerships equal distance apart. I sent both a price request during non-business hours and Ryan responded before the dealership opened, both dealers responded. Ryan just presented a better offer and was more knowledgeable with the product and the different incentives offered and he never pressured. We agreed upon a price through e-mail and a short telephone conversation without ever stepping foot in the dealership. We provided a small deposit to hold this extremely popular vehicle and made an appointment to pick up the vehicle the same day. I would like to comment that this happened all in one day. We drove to Brotherton and then had a very pleasant experience within the showroom and Ryan provided excellent instruction and demonstration of all the new electronic gadgets. All the sales staff were extremely helpful during this transaction.

My wife and I purchased a gently used GMC Terrain SLT 2 with very low miles on it. The car is in impeccable condition and is completed certified. We are very pleased with the condition and quality of the vehicle and received all of the features we were looking for. I contacted Brotherton after seeing an ad on Autotrader.com. The vehicle was marked as "just reduced", which caught our attention. After speaking with Ryan Anderson, the internet manager, I came in to test drive a couple of vehicles. Ryan was very friendly upon first impression and very informative. I was expecting to get the typical pushy salesperson tactics from the get go, but to my pleasant surprise, Ryan was very professional and accommodated all of my needs. We were able to work out a very reasonable deal on the car. The overall sale only took a couple of hours and we did not have to play any sort of back-and-forth negotiating game. I was very pleased with our customer service from each of the employees we encountered and would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan Anderson to anyone in search of a new/used vehicle.

Writing an endorsement for the good folks at Brotherton Cadillac in Renton, Ryan, Brandee, and Mr. Bruce, I can think of only pluses. They were positive, and respectful, and really knew their stuff. The Murano I bought was advertised on cars.com for a price below what the market was advertising, and that eliminated the need for delays, return trips, and haggling. So good, that I felt like I needed to buy it before someone else got the deal. Even then, they gave me a nice courtesy discount without the angst. I had great financing with me, but they beat it with a five-year, 1.99 percent deal and a low-pressure, efficient considerate way of getting it done. I hope this is a sign that buying a used car doesn't have to be worse than a root canal. I'll be glad to refer friends without reservation, and I'll give the referral fee to my friends if they buy, just because it's so nice to find a sales team like this that aren't playing games.

It just so happen our rental GPS took us to the best place to buy a Cadillac and the Best person to help us. Just completed purchasing a 2012 Escalade from Ryan Anderson at Brotherton Cadillac. From the moment I sent out a request, Ryan contacted me immediately both via e-mail and by phone. He located one that contained all of the features I wanted and we negotiated a price that worked with my budget. We were able to complete the majority of paperwork via e-mail so that when I showed up to pick up the car and sign the sales documents, I spent a minimum amount of time in the showroom. Ryan took great pride in how the car looked, both inside and outside when I arrived to pick it up. Saw a 2008 Chevy Avalance on line over thr Holidays - wrote a response to the ad and Ryan answered it straightaway, Hoiday and all. With all the choices out there to purchase a new vehicle it really comes down to the little things that make the difference. I was fortunate to find that difference at Brotherton Cadillac in the form of Ryan Anderson. I had the pleasure of negotiating my new SRX with Ryan and he hands down got me the best deal out there. I just bought a used car with them today. I interacted with two sales persons - Dan and Ryan and both of them were real good. They knew their cars, was very courteous over the phone and in person. The buying process after the test drive was quick - not much of unnecessary talks or wastage of time. They were able to also get my loan worked out directly with the bank without me having to go back and forth. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I recently brought my 2010 GMC Terrain into Brotherton to get it prepared for a road trip. Turns out I had a rat()s) living in the engine eating away at my wires! No lie, a real nest made out of insullation and bits of wire. I had already struck up a conversation with Ryan Anderson when they brought me the news. He is a great guy and very sincere. Bottom line is I bought a new 2012 GMC Terrain that day. It was very easy and I NEVER, EVER FELT PRESSURED into buying. I decided I would not trust the old car on a long trip and had already thought about a new car anyway. I got a very good deal for my old car and Ryan gave me a better deal on the 2012 model. He was absolutely great. He did all the hard work and made it painless. First time I've left a dealership with a new car that I didn't have buyer's remorse and said to myself what the heck did I just do! Ryan is a great guy and I highly recommend both Ryan and Brotherton.
