Zero % financing means more than $2000 added to the base price. You either pay the finance charges in your payment each month or you pay them up front in the purchase price of the car! The deal they make with you on the phone doesn't exist when you walk on the lot. Sales person, Lee, is a scam artist.

Steve King contacted me about my truck inquiry and was very helpful answering my questions. The truck was just traded in so he found it on the lot and let me know which features it had. Unfortunately, that particular truck did not meet my needs but I would not hesitate to contact them again for future purchases.

Found this dealer on Cars.com. Found the truck I wanted at a fair price because it was considered a demo model with some miles on it already. I called and confirmed the price because I live almost 2 hours away. I arrived and was quoted the same price again. Did a test drive and agreed to purchase the truck. All of the sudden in the middle of doing the paper work they couldn't sell me that truck for the price I was quoted 3 times. They jacked the price up over $3000 dollars and treated me like I was stupid to think I could purchase the truck for the amount I was quoted by their salesman. They only gave me $1000 for my trade that Kelly Blue Book valued at $3200. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

I'm new to the Hendersonville area and had been having engine issues with my 2009 Camry for a week now. I decided to give Bryan Easler Toyota a shot to help me out and sure enough, they came through for me! Their facility was in great shape and their service department was very professional. I've been to other dealers before to get work done but this was by far, they best service experience I've ever had! I would recommend Bryan Easler Toyota to anyone!

Purchased my new Prius from Dave Williams. I worked out all the figures with the internet manager ahead of my visit, and everything was just as they told me when I arrived. Dave was very kind and patient in showing me all the features of my new car, and the process was quick. My experience today was with the "Service Dept", as I needed to purchase a new battery for my husband's Toyota pickup. I entered the Service area and found three associates...one was texting on his smartphone, one was finishing up with a customer, and the other was standing next to the associate finishing with that customer. I paused, waiting to ask if I was in the right place. When no one acknowledged me, it felt awkward. I then went into the Parts office. The young man sitting there at the desk looked at me. Said nothing. As I stood there, another man, "Sid", asked if I needed help. FINALLY. Someone that actually wanted to help me! Sid was exceptionally helpful. He offered to get my old battery out of my car, took it in, and carried my new battery back out to my car. How sad to have to walk by that many employees before finally being acknowledged. I felt that the 4 employees that never greeted me/asked how they could help me need to be reminded of the importance of Customer Service. Thank you, Sid...Kudos to you! (*would recommend holding a customer service class for the other guys) PS... This vehicle was purchased at this dealership...

This was my worst car buying experience - I have made 10 car purchase/lease transactions in the past decade (for myself and for friends/family) and I have to say that this was the only time I really felt let down as a customer. This dealership is approx. a 2 hour drive from my home - so I made all efforts to ensure that the numbers were locked down before I made the long drive to trade in my car and purchase a new Highlander. I spoke multiple times to the dealer rep and got confirmation that the numbers were all worked out and looked fine - both in email and text....and even as I a made the long drive, I called a couple of times to ensure accuracy - and as I was taking the exit at Hendersonville, I get a call saying that the numbers do not work anymore and that they had made a "mistake" on the trade in value. He did not even take the time and effort to meet with me to explain. Just a call about the "mistake" - I wasted 4 hours of driving and the gas money to get there and back - totally frustrated after this experience. Cannot believe how they can go back on their word - if it was an issue on my side - I get it - but once everything was confirmed multiple times over, it was just atrocious customer service. I definitely DO NOT recommend this dealership. If they cannot keep their word in earning a new customer, not sure how their ongoing customer service would be? Maybe it worked out well in the end.

I have been bringing my RX300 Lexus to Bryan Easler since 2002, it now has 228,000 miles... The service department is awesome and I have found through the years that I can trust them... There has been a few turn overs through the years, so when I'm unsure ~ I know I can always depend on Brandon to look after my Lexus... I will not take my car anywhere else, and when the day comes for me to get a new vehicle I will definitely buy from Bryan Easler, mainly because of the service department...

I found this dealership on Cars.com with the lowest price for the car I wanted. I contacted the dealership thru email and was contacted by Ed Dugas. On a Monday morning I told him what I wanted and that I wanted to buy a car on Thursday. He did not have the color I wanted, but found one and it was delivered just in time. He answered all my questions via email (my preference) in a very timely manner. We discussed finance options and he even faxed the deal sheet to my credit union for rate comparison. EVERYTHING was worked out before I headed to the dealership. Granted I would not work out all those details on a used car, but I felt very comfortable since it was a new car. Since I was not trading, I had to wait on my husband to get off work (so he could drive back one vehicle) before starting the 2 hour trip to the dealership. We arrived late in the evening. Our salesman Jeff and finance guy Mike stayed over 1 hour after closing time to get everything completed in one day. Jeff even programed the bluetooth on my new car to my phone in the cold rain. He didnt seem to be in one bit of a hurry to leave making sure I knew all the features before leaving. Yes there was some hiccups in the week - I was told they already had a car on the way that matched my preferences, but it ended up being the wrong year and when computing my monthly payment the computer didnt reckonize my out of state taxes. Both issues are what I call human errors and I sure have made my own so I was able to accept and move on with no problems. In the end, I went home on day 4 with the car I wanted and at a great price. Truely a great buying experince. When I need another car I will certainly contact Bryan Easler Toyota!!

As someone who recently got back to the area from active duty in the military, I was ready for my first new truck. For the longest time I have wanted a Tacoma. Being born and raised in the area I was familiar with this dealer but I honestly thought I would buy from Jim Barkley. Well, the guys at Bryan Easler were just much easier for me to deal with. They were willing to really listen to what I wanted and they even threw in some awesome aftermarket stuff that I knew I was going to put on my truck. Thanks Bryan Easler for my Tacoma! Well, I own a Nissan and not a Toyota but I bring it to Bryan Easler Toyota for my regular maintenance. Mostly because the facility is exceptional and the staff is super nice. I've always felt like they're being honest with me and I never feel like I'm being duped when it comes to working with them. The waiting area is comfortable and nice and there's always someone making sure that you're comfortable and your needs are being met. I will continue to visit them for my service needs.

I was shopping online for a Toyota Prius. I noticed that Bryan Easler Toyota in Hendersonville had quite a few options so I contacted Ed Dougas there to schedule a test drive. Ed was super professional and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed before I made the drive to Hendersonville. We discussed pricing/financing and evaluated my trade in all via email and over the phone. He promised a truly hassle free buying experience and he more than delivered. Dealership seemed fine, over the phone. All was done over the phone. Salesperson did great to find a truck for me but it would be more $ than the other dealership. I tried to get it at the price I had been quoted at other NC dealership, where it was $875.24. cheaper. Of course I wanted to save that money...who wouldnt, so I asked if they could match it. First with the sales person, then the manager. Wouldnt budge. The truck was not available at the other dealership at that time. So I had to go with Brian Easler as I had only a week to get something. I gave them my credit card # and they took a deposit of $1000. All again, done over the phone, and I did not sign anything. This all on Weds. Next morning Thurs, I get a call from the other dealership that they found me a truck. They never knew I was scouting around at other car places. I could save $875.24 going with them, so of course I needed to save the money. So called Brian Easler Thurs morning, the very next morning after they withdrew the $1000 and they are refusing to return my deposit to me.. Now will have to persue this matter in small claims ONE BIG HASSLE !!!

Being handicapped discovering what an unusual light on the dashboard is somewhat more difficult for me than many of your customers.After pulling into service bay, I was met by Michelle and explained problem. She did not know either but went to others who didn't know the answer either. She then went out of her way to test my key fab battery. When that didn't prove to be problem,she asked for my owner's manual and found an explanation. I have owned this van since Nov.2009 and have Never had this light come on. But that is not the point of this message. Michelle then found a replacement tire valve stem cover for me. I have never encountered in my 65 years of wandering this world anyone who treated me with such respect and kindness. I was a teacher for nearly 30 years and know of what I speak. A valuable asset to keep on staff I think. Thank you for taking time to read!

I just bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander 4x4 Limited from Bryan Easler Toyota and the buying experience was excellent. Before I made the purchase, my Type A personality demanded that I visit numerous dealerships (not all sold Toyota vehicles), but I kept coming back to Bryan Easler Toyota. Why? Because from top to bottom, the dealership exudes professionalism on a scale I couldn't find at other dealerships: No hard sell, exceptional character and kindness, no embellishments and what I perceived to be a genuine we're-looking-out-for-you attitude. And, they're detail-oriented without apology. Let me give you an example. When I asked to test drive the Highlander, they asked for my driver's license. I figured the would make a copy of it and hand me the keys, like so many other dealerships do, but, no, they actually filled out the paperwork they're legally bound to do so by the state of North Carolina. Here's a comparison: I went to another dealership up the road from them and was looking at an SUV when my wife and I were approached by a Salesperson. He asked if we wanted to test drive the vehicle and we answered, "Yes." We jumped in the car and drove off. Shortly after we left the car lot, the Salesperson asked me, "Are we still in Henderson County?" Details, man, details. That Salesperson did NOT breed confidence. Bryan Easler Toyota pays attention to the little things, which means they know their business. Too, I wasn't handed off to 400 other Salespeople before getting to the person who'd sell me the car. I wasn't inundated with probing, annoying questions by a just-out-of-high-school rookie Salesperson whose only interest and goal is to find out how deep the dealership can get into my pockets; I dealt with two people at Bryan Easler Toyota, the Salesperson and the Money Guy. After I made my decision on the vehicle I wanted to purchase, the entire buying process took less than an hour. Lastly, the dealership honors it promises, like the one my Salesperson made to me: (Paraphrasing) If you have any questions or problems, call me and I'll take care of it/them. And, he did, without question or hassle; since purchasing the vehicle, I've reached out to the Salesperson on two occasions for advice. I was drawn to this dealership because I have a RAV4 I get serviced there. Their service department is exceptional, too, and I figured they must be a reflection of the dealership and I was right.

We had TWO bad experiences with your dealership. First time was when took test drive and the salesman was Jaredacted as if he didnt care, never even told us his name and was not very helpful. Secondly we had Dale..nice man, insightful however did not seem to really care about our business or assisting us with a purchase. Met a man at a grocery store and liked his Toyota said he bought it through this dealership..however, he said the same thingnot a good experience until Roger Miller assisted him in buying his car. I expressed my concerns to Ed Dugas Sales Manager and he did try hard to earn our business and apologized for the two bad experiences. However, we did not buy a car from this dealership or had the opportunity to meet with Roger Miller. Maybe he would have made the difference. Anyone looking to buy a car from this dealership I would recommend trying Roger first as the sales agent. Shirl

Mr. Marquez was very knowledgeable and friendly. We walked inthe door and I told him what I was looking for. He had the car pulledaround in less than 2 min. I couldn't believe it. We were off for a test drive. We went back to the dealership and started discussing the price of the carand financing. The best part there was NO pressure at all to buy thecar. The whole process MIGHT of been 20 min. Thanks Christopher formaking my visit so enjoyable. I have bought my last 4 cars at yourdealership. It is the best and I wouldn't buy any other car.Toyota is the greatest car on the market.Pat

Took my 2000 Toyota 4runner for tire rotation. After spending 1 1/2 hours waiting the service guy came in with a estimate for the front end to be totally replaced. I declined and took it to another facility who diagnosed the only thing wrong was tie rod and to a tune of not even a forth of the price. Not the first time they tried scamming me. But is the last time I will go there.

We will buy a car from Easler, because everyone in town likes the entire dealership. We got lucky and found a rare hybrid Highlander on the lot yesterday that had been there about 8 hours. Chris knew more about that car than the factory did. We have been there several times trying to make up our mind (we are not in a hurry) and all the salesmen are fun to talk with.

After rejecting 3 of their offers I finally made a deal on the 4th try. They were great to work with but could have cut out some of the hassle by just coming with their best offer and not wasting my time or theirs.

I'm a deacon at my church, and we needed to find a good used car for a person in our congregation. Bill Clark at Bryan Easler Toyota found us a great car for their needs at a good price. Their service department does a great job getting used cars back to excellent condition before sale. The car was immaculate, inside and out...and under the hood. This was a make and model of car I used to own, so I knew how it should look, sound, and drive. I wasn't disappointed, and neither was our needy friend at church! Great experience.

It was a very easy shopping experience. The salesman was very accommodiating and easy to work with. The car we wnted was not in stock but the dealer located one nearby and we were able to get it a couple days.
